Money is all they want. I play this game all the time. Anytime you have an issue they do not respond for days. The worst at resolving issues their game causes. Including losing gold I paid for then the game crashes we all get kicked for “maintenance” and they give me lies about spending earlier in the day before the purchase of the pack. My suggestion if you play don’t spend your own money. But be prepared to lose everything you work for, because they don’t balance out the battles. So those that spend money will always win and you will lose guaranteed every time.

Can’t access account. I use to play this game all the time, I got pretty far, I deleted it because I got too busy to play but now when I want to play it again its asking for a password, I don’t remember the password, or remember making one, and now I can’t get into the account.

Meh. Lacks development and new features, lots of errors. Greed galore or no spenders because of ridiculously high prices.

Support is nonexistent. Very frustrating!. No support at all. My game stats are so messed up. No one responded to my issues

Glitch fest. A glitch fest of a game. I especially enjoy the lousy notifications. More fun than that is the glitch that when you play two minutes or so into the game it restarts to award you with some overpriced dlc pack. Whole game needs redone. What a waste.

Customer service experience. I've been having issues every since 2 months and have decided not to purchase anything else because nothing is working properly. I've contacted customer service and still have not fixed my issue. Since they don't care about correcting the game but love to take your money!

Fun game but unbalanced. I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game. One complaint is the unbalanced nature of the battles. No matter how much upgrading and training is completed the castle is especially vulnerable to attack by players with 100+ times more power. 3 times attacked with total loss but the attacker had no losses. Zero! It’s ridiculous and I see players quitting every day.

Returning veteran.. I first played this game when it launched. I enjoy it a lot. It reminds me a lot of clash of kings. There is a lot of great systems in the game and it’s really easy to gain in game currency without spending money. I’m playing with the iPhone 13 on the 16.0.3 iOS. With that being said there are a few amount of bugs I have noticed: 1. The translation feature and the view battle report features don’t work for me. I can’t translate messages that are crucial in game for alliance communications during kill events and kingdom wars. 2. There’s a black line that runs down my screen while I’m in the castle. When I’m in the world farming, scouting, or attacking it’s not there. 3. The battle is unbalanced. I see a lot of high level castles attacking smaller castles. I seen radiance castles attacking level 16 castles. Fixing these bugs and unbalanced features would be a great start to bringing this game to what it can be.

A few issues. Hey guys!!! I really love this game, but the past couple of days it's been acting a little buggy. It reloads the game every time I switch between apps, which isn't a huge deal but it becomes a little annoying when I'm trying to switch between COQ and something else such as iMessage.

Useless and terrible developers. Game has crazy bugs, developers add new tasks when old ones do not work. Have tons of extra buffs, shards, redemption items that can’t be traded or upgraded for other items, developers keep adding more! Just dumb! Shiny things seem to make these folks happy but sure do crap up the game ...

Game is full of bugs and can’t really be played without spending many dollars. While the game has a very deep and interesting design, everything is skewed toward money players. I also believe there are questionable relationships between certain players (mods) and the developers. Players are allowed to have multiple positions on the same server. This leads to the funneling of resources to one super position and exaggerated growth. Game mods are allowed to play positions, which is a huge conflict of interest. Game features are poorly explained and anyone that knows of the hidden “features” has a large advantage. I would not recommend this game unless your willing to play at a disadvantage in knowledge and have deep pockets.

Company no response. Spend your money playing a game, then you switch accounts and it loses your account. Ok - glitch? But the company does NOT help you or even responds to you. Great job ELEX Wireless. Rip off company.

Battle system is completely destroyed. The game is fun but they have destroyed the battle system. The game battle system use to be about everything combined. Research stats, troop level and dragon but now it is solely dependent on the dragon you have. Your research is pointless to do, troop level is pointless to work on. You can literally be a low level castle and as long as you have sunk thousands into your dragon. You will destroy even the strongest player. I have a mid level dragon and my research stats are between 500 and 800% attack defense and HP and I get utterly destroyed by people with 50-85% attack defense hp stats. A free dragon named eclipsed dragon is utterly destroying dragons that are paid for $100 usd packs. There is a glitch in the system that allows the player to send only 1 troop with their dragon and burn a castle that has 1 million troops. With the bone dragon, it can be completely dead and you never have to feed it. It still attacks with full power. There are so many unbalanced and unfair aspects of the bad battle system they have implemented that it has ruined the game. You are unable to enjoy chat when on IOS because of a glitch that speed scrolls and when you just move chat a little bit. It scrolls super fast to the top or bottom of the chat. Half of the messages disappear and don’t send. The developers only care about taking as much of your money as fast as they can. And never fixing anything with this game. I have spent thousands and regret it. This game use to be amazing and full of fun! But the lack of motivation to fix the issues and gearing it towards dragons and away from actual full battle systems that rely on troops, stats, level AND dragons has completely and utterly destroyed this game. I do not recommend any new players download this game for the reasons I have stated above. I now remember why I quit this game when it started going down hill. Fix the battle system and I’ll return. There is absolutely no reason why a castle that has max research and 800% attack defense and hp should be getting destroyed by a castle that has 85% attack defense and hp stats solely because they have a strong dragon.

Disappointing. Cons -When I read the title I was hoping that I got to choose a side (light or dark). It’s very misleading! -Every time that a clan member sends help, the notification always pops up in the middle of my screen. Like really? Couldn’t you have put it at the top? It’s blocking the game! -It doesn’t matter what level you upgrade your buildings to, they will always have the same look to them. Pros -I can use the search button on the map to find monsters. Makes it so you don’t have to scroll. -You don’t have to always upgrade one building at a time. You have a set amount of workers. Smaller buildings take less people! I can sometimes upgrade three at a time!

Excellent Game!. I love this game. I would like to be able to collect rrs easier... it takes way too much rrs to upgrade to higher levels. Besides that, I love this game!! I must say, I have been playing this game for over a year now and never get tired of it!!

Won’t load. Did the update and now the game won’t even load past pressing the game icon. Nothing happens. I’ve tried rebooting and still nothing. Very annoying. Hope you fix this issue

Waste of time and money. If you’re not willing to fork over a lot of money to play this game, be prepared to be very frustrated. I had two castles (because you have to have a farm if your going to succeed in leveling up the free way) and -big surprise- the one that I spent the most money and time on (the biggest one) suddenly disappears and has a passcode lock? I never set one. And it can’t send a passcode to my email because it’s bonded to Facebook... oh well... a lot of time, effort and money wasted- you can complain and write tickets to the support team all you want, still waiting for my reply from last year.

Best. This is so fun like I played every day and you can pick if you want to be good or bad and if you want to be a king or a queen and you can get your own pet dragon and you can change your castle and you can chat with your friends

Bad community. No matter where you go there are only bad people and big spending bullies who will ruin your game unless you are willing to spend thousands to grow stronger. I don’t recommend this game at all due to the unbelievable penny pinching by the developer and pushing of micro transactions and all the money they make but the only thing they seem to pay attention to is someone who grows in power and if they got it from their pack or not

Game glitches. I logged in one day just to see I was completely logged out of my account. It has me as if I was starting a new game. So I had to re log in my account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that I earned were missing. I had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. I immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before I get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find my problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they don’t see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden can’t find issues for genuine true players. I earned a thing I have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All I ask is for them to replace what was took from me during a glitch that logged me completely out but the won’t even do that. We spend money to play but don’t get the true support we deserve.

Took away valentines reward!. Spent money ant time on this app to fulfill the black belt quest and the reward I get is the developer taking away prizes won with lot of hard work and money spent. They don’t care about the players but just to make money and forget about anyone. Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Switching to other account is broken. I’d give more stars, but your options to bind your account so you don’t lose it, is actually redundant. I am Iphone user my option is Facebook and Game Center that’s it. I have 2 for Facebook and one for Game Center. But the difficult part is switching between both my Facebook castle accounts. The ability to switch is gone! I have lost multiple bound castles because the page to switch is gone and they don’t care! And cheating is allowed no matter what the rules say.

Fix this please. Recently with the snow city event, I have not been able to receive the third reward (the one I need most) for any snow city that I occupy. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Game issues/ app issues. I have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told me to do now I did what they said I can’t even get the app back on my iPhone when I reinstalled the game all I get now is when I go to open the app I get a Black screen then back to my iPhone screen plus issues in the game event issues I can’t even get event rewards I contact coq but get nothing to fix My issues

Game is geared to the big spenders!. If you are not willing to throw $1000’s at this game, don’t waste your time! It takes over $5000 US to upgrade a castle to lvl 30 and to max it out you’ll need $1000’s more!

Locked out. After installing the newest update which required me to uninstall and reinstall the game I am no longer able to access the game. It is asking me for a password that I have never set up to begin with. If you do not reverse this problem you will lose a player.

iOS users are Limited to binding. Y’all should make a binding slot for email for people with iPhones the Facebook thing is hard to go between accounts plus you gotta create Facebook accounts to do it.

Bugs!. This game was amazing but now the notifications that my castle is being attacked do not work. I have tried every setting, clearing the cache, everything. In game support is no help.

Improvements needed in guide. So many new things have been added to the game and there is no where in the gameplay guide to explain what they are and how to obtain or use them.

Initially was OK, now I'm unable to sign in. I had a good experience when I started to play, nice platform etc. I even bought a couple of packages to progress quicker. Couple of days ago it started to crash frequently. Yesterday crashed with every click on the back button. Since then I'm not able to sign in at all. I wrote to the customer support and received a "you know this game is at it's beginning and we are still working to improve....uninstall and reinstall bla bla bla automatic messages over the and over again but no resolution of my signin issue. I regret the $ invested in this game and I wouldn't do it again.

Notifications. I set my notifications on but I don’t receive notifications when I’m out of the game that I am being scouted or attacked. I get notifications that my troops are done training but not that I’m getting burned, please please fix . Other than that, LOVE the game.

Errors that need to be fixed. I love playing this game, I really do but lately with all the updates that there has been I have noticed a few errors being: whenever I go to upgrade or click on anything the app shuts down and also when I reboot the game my chat doesn't always work. Also when I go to read my mail it doesn't recognizes that I have, so therefore it says I still have for example: 21 mail that is unread even though I have read them. Other than these errors I love playing this game.

Hello. Your game is boring

Lots of little things. I appreciate all the upgrades and new features that have been added recently to the game however with every upgrade something else doesn't work. The text box while chatting or sending messages doesn't scroll so you can't see what you're typing. The rallies aren't working properly of you can get people to join other won't be able to. There is some glitch on resource sending. These are small and simple fixes please correct and I'll return to 5 stars.

Great game!. Hello there. I've been playing this game for a long time and have become addicted. It's really fun and recommend for those who spend most of their time playing or who usually have lots of free time in their lives. I love the game, but me and my friend wanted to make an alliance. Well, it ends up that after I created the alliance, she didn't want to join. So I went to disband the alliance in alliance settings, and the disband button was not there. I remember when I created an alliance when I first played Clash of Queens and I could disband my alliance with no members. Unless I'm just imagining it, please do add a way to disband your alliance even if you don't have any members in. Now you have to have at least one member in your ally and have to promote them to R4 and then you can abandon them to your alliance. This makes me really frustrated. If you can change it, please do.

Good game, love to play.. If you haven't already played clash of kings, this game is great. But after already playing clash of kings, and since that and this game are almost completely the same, you realize all the things that are missing. It definitely needs some work, like with farming, in COK, u can choose what amount u wanna farm by tile level, but in COQ, it's just one amount. There is just many things that I guess Ive gotten used to that COK had that this game doesn't. Anyone who has played both games I'm sure understands what I'm talking about.

Fun but glitchy. So far the game is entertaining. I hope they can work out the bugs. Some login issues and gameplay ex. Speed ups that don't have any use. Overall a good way to pass time and make friends.

Fun but see improvements. This has been a pretty fun game. My only complaint is that for first time users it doesn't give a whole lot of information. It does the walk through the basics but this type of game always requires much more than just basics. Because of my past experience with this type of game I knew what questions to ask, but for people new to this type of gameplay they aren't going to get very far unless they luck out and get a great alliance.

Just one thing!. Great game. The only issue I have is when players aren't online anymore and their castles take up space in our alliance base. Can we do something about that?

Strategy at its best. If you like strategy games and amazing graphics then you will love COQ. It's not just a game it's a lifestyle. You will meet wonderful players from all over the globe. Join an Alliance and you'll have a new extended family.

Crashes still. Love the game but recently with the update the game runs way to slow and crashes almost every minute or sooner and later. To many glitches and issues please fix and will change the stars. I will check the game sometimes and see if it is fixed if not oh well and the game only starts on the 2nd or 3rd time. Game is back to not being able to log in at all fix please

Clash of Queens. I have played Clash of Kings. To be totally honest I like and prefer this one. Although all of these adventure games now are along the same lines, of play. This one has a couple of little things thrown in . That make this game it's own. To me it's more interesting, also it's very easy to understand and move forward.l also like the fact that I haven't had to spend any money on it. To move forward.

Crashes. Fix the game or take it out the App Store apple it has been going on 4 days the game still doesn't work the developer says that they have sent an update to apple that will fix the problem. Where is the update they say apple has to approve the update plz don't approve another update that makes the game crash

It's fun so far.. I am also playing COK. I am just waiting for this to be the same. That is, more power equals spending more money. At least, so far, it doesn't seem that the CHN contingency is monopolizing the game as it does in COK.

CLASH OF QUEENS READ THIS !!!. I've Been playing this game the month it came out and with all the new updates there has been the ups and downs... But the one constant bug that I've been having along with most of my alliance. Whenever a new update comes out less than half the time it actually works with minimum bugs but more than half the time I can't even log in to the game for a few days the bugs are so bad. Please spend more time developing the game and testing it before you put out major updates. Another thing to consider is to ask the COQ community about what we want. The only think you are concerned about is making money and the game is gonna crash and burn in the long run. Please think about the future.

So far so good. Im liking the game so far but i cant feed my dragon and no one in my alliance has been able to tell me how. Idk if its a bug or if the developers just haven't implemented it yet but id really like it to be fixed.

It's ok. If you like war games then play GAME OF WAR, that's what this and cok is copying. Also, there are way to many bugs! I bought 2 things from this game, simple small packs, and checked my account the next day and it charged me 300$ no lie, took a week to fix the problem. The packs were 5$ each. Hmm what else, oh I had to delete this app and reinstall it because the help and support button made my game crash. It's ok tho. This is an ok game if you like chatting more than playing. The packs are very plain and kind of annoying.

Fun but very buggy. 25% of the game is buggy. Purchasing is not worth it. Very little gold and items for your money. You have to purchase roughly 10x the gold that would equal to other games of this type. (Warping costs roughly $1.00). No upkeep. Very hard to make equipment. Not much help from developers.

Really fun but has issues. I really love the app play every day. Been having some issues with it recently. Every time I close the app and try to open it again the screen goes black and throws me out. The only way I can play again is to delete the app and then download it again. It has gotten really frustrating and I am on the verge of deleting it for good. Would have done it already but has put too much time in it. I have reported to problem on the game and have gotten no reply. Even reported it to them on Facebook and it has not been fixed yet.

AMAZING!!!. This game is so Fun. I like that it is easy to get alliance fort. Two things I don't like is the merchant and the alliance store. You can't get many Vip items. This game is so far great. I greatly recommend this game.

Great game, Love it. You start out with a castle. Which has a dome over it, that way you won't get attacked Great graphics. Lots of space to move your castle if you want to. It is a MUST play game. Been playing last 6 weeks still the best game I've played.

Awesome!!!. I love this game and I am already addicted!!! Great graphics, a fair chance to grow and conquer, lots of free gifts, amazing alliances that have become like family and very few bugs. The bugs that are there they fix almost immediately and it doesn't really effect game play. I would recommend anyone to download this game!!!

I started playing this a few days ago & I fell in love ....this is a beautiful game ....the graphics are stunning , the game makers have thought & planned ahead ....in most games players complain about heavy troop loss & lack of rss & being attacked to much to grow stronger ....Game makers here have helped solve some of these issues or to at least give we the players better option than before ..... I have played GOW , KOA , REVENGE OF THE SULTANS & other MMO games ....this game is the best by far ..... The only complaint I have is the limited # of players in the kingdom ...it is very hard to get a New Alliance going , if you must have a minimum of 40 players to set up your alliance buildings ....This could be improved .....cost of things to upgrade dragons & to make & upgrade equipment is very high also. ......

Game Management. Once I opened up this game I was very upset to see that you can not create your own world. Everything was scattered along the land and I couldn't what was what. Once I let the queen show me around I was even more confused. I don't understand any thing about this game and if I had the time it couldn't take me 300 years to figure out how to work the game.

Crashes. I LOVE THIS GAME, however since the latest update it continues to crash. I have to uninstall and reinstall in the hopes of 5 minutes of game play before it shuts off again. Can't participate in he events with my alliance since I can't login. Financially invested so it super frustrating not being able to play. Crashes on IPad, IPhone, IPad mini. iOS had an update to a version 10.2 today not sure if that is the issue. Please do what you can to get the bugs fixed and stop the game from crashing.

RELOCATING IS IMPOSSIBLE. I like the app it's pretty cool, BUT I really don't like how you can only relocate to another kingdom IF YOU ARE LEVEL 6 AND LOWER!!! I had got the game after my sister did and I got up to level 7 in no time (about a day or two) then I found out about relocating. I wanted to relocate near my sister so I can join her kingdom and her alliance, but it said I couldn't!! I REALLY HATE THIS ABOUT THE GAME!!! PLEASE MAKE IT SO YOU CAN RELOCATE WHENEVER WE WANT!!! ☹️😤

Fun game. Wish the individual chat history would fully delete and not save everything that's been said.

The makers. I have a question that has not been answered I have several i have messaged through the contact us page and the help page doesn't help with these questions main concern is we have an alliance who has 30million power in our kingdom that bullies everyone else won't let anyone grow and all my friends and I enjoy the people of the kingdom but can't enjoy the game with one power not allowing people to grow can this be addressed there has to be a way to keep the field fair for everyone or everyone will just leave

Worthless.... One star rating is generous... This game is a spin off from COK. If you want support from this game, look elsewhere. They will give you the run around, pass the buck and will not lift a finger to help. The 'sales' they have, in the game, are not sales. The game still supports huge castles, picking on the smaller ones. I was locked out of a castle level 20 and for some odd reason, the game support folks can't figure it out. This game is a joke..Do not bother...

Like. Pretty Quick beginning to lv6 but overall just little different than the Kings version like having a baby dragon after two days from entry!

This App Game is Fun. I like playing this game, and it's awesome to play, but this game is a different level of awesome that I enjoy it so much that it deserves 5 Stars, because it gots dragons in it that I love it so much that I could play this forever. Way too many bugs!!. This is a fun game...but the bug glitches are getting so bad, even updates don't fix them!!! New events come and we can't participate because of glitches!!! Very annoying!!

Awesome game. Not too much of an overbearing game like the typical "take over your life" sort of thing. It's fun easy, nice, and just competitive. Overall an awesome game when you get the hang of it.

Don't waste your money. The greedy developers just kicked me off as soon as I teleported to another kingdom for kingdom war, every time I have tried to log on it says 'abnormal log in, try again' this has happened to other people to. Kingdom 90 is either full of hackers or the developers playing there are cheating. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Fun but buggy. I have deleted and reinstalled this game numerous times because for some reason my game keeps having issues that cause items to not load properly. Sometimes when I use items I have to force close the app and restart before the items are counted or added where they are supposed to have been. The hero's do not load properly and word monsters all look the same. Monsters that are supposed to rallied and event monsters all look like the regular monsters. If/when the bugs are worked out I would raise the rating from two stars to a more deserving 4-5 stars. With a good alliance you can go far in this game by not spending a dime and it makes the game play more fun. As of this moment my alliance mates are the only thing keeping me playing.

Bugs. Current version brought bugs to replace the old bugs. For instance every time I try to collect resources from my alliance the game crashes. There are times when you are unable to retrieve your inventory items. These replaced being unable to retrieve your trained army. I like the game, but the bugs make me want to stop playing. Every new update brings a new problem.

Great game but has bugs. I'm finally leveling up. I saved my counts to upgrade my VIP and it used my coins and didn't give me my VIP points at all. Waste.

Need some improvements. The game is great but playing COK I see where some things could use improvement like the stuff in items that can't be used cause event over should be able to get something for items left instead of it taking up space, also traveling merchant needs more selections to buy

Clash of queens dragonriders. I think this game is awesome because not only did you feed the girls but you also fuse the dragons, dragons are awesome no doubt about that.

Nice game, terrible customer service.. I have been playing the game for 2-3 months now, i like it. Vwry detailed setup. I recentlu had a problem with my account and have been contacting MOD and GM almost everyday for a week. They don't get back to you. I'm a paying customer and haven't seen anything like this. I would give five gold stars to this game but after seeing the customer service standart, i advise not to spend money and much time on this game. If sometjing goes wrong, you are on your own as there isn't a customer service available.

Enjoyable. I have been playing the game for five days now and I really like it. I don't want to put it down. Still learning how to play it. It's quite enjoyable.

Decent. It's cool although i hate how long it takes to build stuff. Everything else is okay though. I found an issue with the chat feature. It sort of hang in the middle of one of my sessions...using a 6s

It's all about the money. The latest add on for any castle level 20 and up is the magic matrix. It allows stronger castles to destroy the peace shields of another castles. That's all well and good if you want to spend money leveling up your castles, but those of us who work for our pennies, this is unfair. I would like a 20 level castle, but I refuse to spend my hard earn money just I can have fair chance of surviving an event. If the makers what everyone to be higher, lower how much resources it take to upgrade everything. Some times it's not all about the dollar. It's about those are playing the game without having spending a cent and enjoying the game and the people they have met. If it wasn't for my alliance members, this game would be deleted and forgotten. Don't play in kingdom 33. Like the previous reviewer, it's a dump.

Awesome game. The only game I've stuck with after months. It's one that you can play for hours. Come build your empire with me.

Poorly supported game by its developers. I've been playing this game for a few months with some friends from CoK & the game started out okay but then just nosedived into the land of horrible game apps. The developers have failed to fix issues with the game crashing during login or a few minutes into the game & uninstalling/reinstalling the app does not fix it. Also unlike CoK where you have to ability to build a lot of hospitals to house troops if attacked, this game gives you 2 hospitals thereby severely limiting the number of troops that can be saved in an attack which forces players who want to save their troops to buy gold to use to purchase peace shields when offline. Also, the event rewards the game gives are minuscule compared to CoK, very disappointing. Once again seeming the game developers are trying to force players to buy gold to be competitive. The game is free to download, but unless you buy gold you will not survive in the game because of the more powerful players who buy a lot of gold and attack & destroy weaker players. After playing both CoK & CoQ, I would never play another game by this developer because they are greedy & more worried about getting players' money than supporting & fixing their game.

Crashes. During the 15 minutes I've been playing, the game seems great. The only problem is that when I get off and try to go back on it a few minutes later, it crashes and won't let me get on. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it started working again. But when I got off again, it crashed. Do I have to repeatedly delete and redownload the app to play it? Please fix the problem. It's becoming a big issue for me.

Waste of money. Developers do nothing to protect bullying by super large accounts. Spend money on game to grow and a 25mil account comes in and attacks your castle and rss plots. Never have a chance to grow due to these large accounts. Can't move to another kingdom to get away from them, so all the money you spend is a waste. The disparity from the large accounts and what it takes to grow is unfair to those who spend money.
