So much potential. I attended the San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon to watch my two adult sons run. The app started out great but about half way thru the marathon it switched from live tracking to solely relying on anticipated locations based on their earlier pace. The app even stated my sons finished the race and they were still miles out. It was super disappointing! I don’t recommend.

Love the app!. It was great to know exactly where I was during my race and even better for my family to be able to track me.

Amazing app and Technology!. This app gave my husband and I the opportunity to support our daughter from the East coast (CT) who ran a marathon in San Diego. We couldn’t be there but this app made it possible for us to share this event, following where she is on the course to her times and her victory!! Many thanks!

Rock & Roll Marathon Savanah 2019. Great app. I was able to feel the excitement of watching my son via assigned icon as he ran the the streets/highways of Savanah to complete his first marathon. The realism was depicted throughout his journey from start to finish as icon clearly showed when he was moving along at a steady pace and slower pace. I felt the tension,anticipation, and excitement as if I were there, especially during the last couple of miles as icon showed him walking at a snails pace, then exerting that last burst of energy to cross the finish line. Thanks for allowing me to see my son participate and finish his first marathon (at 39 years old) from the comfort of my living room.

One stop shop. App is getting better every year. I saw my finish time immediately after crossing the finishing line and easy to use.

Helpful. I love that I can track my runner while not being there. I think it benefits the runner also, knowing that they are receiving support.

Tracking my daughter and Fiancé run from AZ. Using the App was easy and fun being able to track them during the entire race, how exciting. Tracking our son in law from San Diego, we are from AZ

Awesome!. Easy to use as a participant & follower. I really liked the GPS feature as it knew where I was in relation to the two runners I was following. I did not need to use another map app to get around... And, I could time my arrival by their projected run time on the route to cheer them on!!’

From afar. Enjoyed following my runner along with google map through the neighborhoods that she ran. So many miles away was able to virtually root her on.

Walker too. What an adventure to participate in a terrific race. Even though I walk the race, I still feel it’s a great accomplishment to finish a half marathon in time to receive a beautiful medal! Rock ‘n’ Roll provides a fantastic venue to do just that! See you next time!

Awesome tracking but might wanna out it in real time.. The tracking mechanism should also show porta potties so that we may convey to family as they run the route and water stations. It would be easier to ensure that they get the proper care for them. Thank you again for the app and overall it helps very much. Oh by the way make sure it’s in real time as I was tracking a family member finished and the tracker still showed her a ways back from the finish line. Thank you.

Times were off. While the general functionality of the app is good the times were off. I was waiting at the finish line and the app kept saying that the runner I was waiting for came in 8 minutes before she actually crossed the finish line. When your runer is getting close to the finish don't trust the app or you could miss the finish line pictures.

Best Tracking App Ever. Was able to track my husband the entire race. I hope all races begin using this app. Not only for timing but for safety also you always know where your runner is

Great app for RnR races. This app has helped a lot. Coming into a race, it keeps me informed of what I have to do, where I have to go, and any changes. After it immediately has my time, splits, and placing (as soon as everyone finishes).

Easy to use. This app is a awesome app. It allows you to see the upcoming races and see the races are already done. It keeps you informed about any changes that may be happening to a coming race that you participating then. And it gives you all the information you need day today. I highly recommend download this app if you’re going to do any rock ‘n’ roll series

Great and real time!. This is my 2nd time using it. It’s great for family and friends who want to keep track my progress. I also have used it ti track a friend. It’s very efficient.

Marathon tracking. This app was fantastic, it allowed me to track my daughter and daughter-in-law at the same time. Then I could talk to my son about whether he could see either of the ladies in the race. Truly amazing- I would absolutely use it again!!

Rock n’ Roll app really works well. Every year I support my runner wife. This app is an awesome way to be there for her as she progresses though the course. Helps me be the best support team I can be. Thank you

Amazing app. Does everything except run the race for you.. I am one of those tail enders. I power walk it all. In a marathon last June (not a Rock ‘n’ Roll) organizers folded early and left a bunch of us without directions to follow the course. I lost half an hour following detours and asking pedestrians where streets were located. This app would have saved the day. It is also superb for planning and knowing precisely ... well ... where EVERYTHING is and what it’s about. This app is a work of art.

Great app!. Being able to watch my son’s progress, from Tennessee, as he ran the full marathon was wonderful! It was great to receive updates and notification when he finished. Really neat app; thank you!

RnR Philly. I couldn’t make it to the race to watch my son complete his first 1/2 Marathon, but this App really made me feel like I was there. As he approached the finish line with seconds to spare to complete a sub two hour race my wife and I were cheering like we were there!

Great tracking app!!. My wife was able to track me through the course and positioned herself to see me as i passed!! Also very informative app. Kept me up to date with event updates.

Rock n roll marathon - San Antonio. App is awesome! Makes it so easy to track your runner. Really enjoyed using this app. And gave me peace of mind being able to track a first time runner.

Sr runner. I enjoyed how quickly the results came up, and how easily I was able to share the tracking device with all my friends. It’s an excellent app!

User friendly. Great app. Easy to use. I loved that I could easily track my son running his 1st marathon when I couldn’t be there to watch in person. Very fun and loved the rapid updates.

Wonderful Tracking!!. The RnR app is a great way to track your friends and family as they run the courses! Cheering them on, updates on their progress, estimated finish times... a map so you can see roughly where they are at. ☺️

Always a great experience with app. Easy navigation, map occasionally took a little longer to load when a lot of people were tracking but thats more a function of network than app itself. The other minor issue is battery drain on older iphone but it was not an issue on my partners new iphone.

One That Actually Works. I’ve used many runner tracker apps and they are always too slow to report status or they simply quite working. Until now. This app is terrific at reporting progress and pretty accurately predicting where the runner is based on their pace. Truly useful and helpful.

Vegas Marathon. I love the fact that family and friends would be able to see my progress along the way all the time from hundreds of miles away.:)

Great resource one stop shop. Great one stop shop for everything related to the race. Information is kept updated and the different sections are labeled clearly.

I love love love this app!!. This app makes it so easy to track your time, and also and friends or family running the race as well!! It works every time and I’ve never had an issue with it. Friends watching for me along the route can also see my progress in real time. It’s incredible!!

Very Convenient App. I have been racing with the Rock & Roll series for years but just started using the app. It is so convenient & makes everything simple with just a couple of clicks. Love this app & all of the information that it provides.

Future races please. I haven’t had my chance to experience the tracking aspect yet but would love to be able to access my run information here. The race is in about 2 months. It would be great to confirm my registration, see information about the course, packet pickup, etc. I was hoping to get my parents all set up with it well in advance but it looks like it doesn’t actually let you go on until race day? It’s unclear when I could set it up for them.

SubPar App Given Today’s Technology. The App has a latency issue that can equal a 1/2 mile delay in data retrieval. Additionally why are we limited to searching only by race vs. the participants name. I should be able to search my last name and see ALL the races I completed; not the most current. Not to mention, I am running the New Orleans RNR and the app doesn’t have the New Orleans race loaded and it is 4 days away; really?!?! Lastly and certainly not least, why aren’t future races available? Washington is 5 weeks away... come on! I spend several thousands of dollars a year running RNR races and this is the product that was tiled out. Not sure who the Research and Development office used to beta test this but focus groups couldn’t have been part of the planning process and the feedback had to be internally biased. Product is Lacking basic features; real time tracking, historical data, future races, complete search capability via repository of stored I formation. I do believe this is my last race. The National Park Series is Much Much better.

Mother of runner. I'm the parent of a first time 1/2 marathon runner and was very impressed that I could keep track of her the entire way. I am not very techy and this is very user-friendly. Thank you so much

Great organization tool.. I think the only thing that would make this app perfect is if it had a camera at the finish line so you could watch your friends and family finish based on following the normal tracker. Other than that, race preparations and alerts were fantastic definitely will download again for other races.

RNR app. I like it. Its easy to use and track people. If I remember correctly; you used to have to register the runner your looking cell phone number and you’d receive vague text alerts. This app gives a lot more detailed runner info and you can find whomever just by their name now. I would have given it 5 stars, but the information lags by a few minutes. I know this because I was tracking my own progress through the app and would receive alerts a few minutes later after crossing over a timing pad. It matters because I didn’t realize it at first and was trying to catch someone I was tracking with no luck.

Rock n Roll Marathon Nashville Tn. Loved the app. It allowed me to keep up with my daughter and son-in-law as they ran then I knew when to leave home to pick them up after the race since traffic in Nashville was awful due to the NFL draft and the race overlapping and parking was at a premium. They enjoyed seeing their times and stats.

Fantastic App. Love, love, love this app. This allows one to view and watch a racer all throughout the course. You can even track certain mile markers, see how other runners are doing in their age group and such. Very helpful for those waiting for their runner.

Way to engage!. This app was awesome as it kept my family in the loop on how I was doing in my first half marathon! They sent me updates on your time and any messages that needed to be passed on.

Sure easy. Great app for spectators to follow a runner. If you’re the runner, I suggest you turn off notifications (especially if you’re tracking multiple people) because the notifications will interrupt your run.

Great thorough race app. I really like this app. It has all the info you’ll need for the race. I love the tracker function and the ability for your friends to track you real time. It also was helpful in finding where I needed to go to get in my corral which was helpful because the actual race day signage wasn’t as good as it should have been

Daughter and Granddaughter. I was so happy viewing them through the course since we couldn’t be there with them. It reminded me and my wife of the times we used to run. And miss be around all the runners. Great job tracking them for us.

Rocking App. This is the best app I’ve used so far in all my years of race support. Love the notifications, which aren’t new, but much appreciated. The best part is being able to see where your runner is in the course and how far they have gone- to be able see them especially at the finish.

What?. There is no up coming race info. No maps. No dates. It only shows past events and they cannot be opened on mobile. And the old app is dead. So sad.

What a run. The app is pretty responsive to the runners time. I like the course map integrated to runners graphic but it is approximate. Tracker, Map, Leaders, Info, Messages, they all seem to work well. Rock and Roll.

This app is spactacular!. I was tracking my girlfriend and her family members simultaneously, both on their times as well as on the map.

Finish line. Great app! I just wish you had a live camera on the finish line, on the app!

R&R Nashville. Very good App. Takes some searching about to find but, well worth the effort. Especially like availability of relevant information for individuals as well as location placement. I did miss the maps of last year.

NOLA rock and roll half marathon. Great app! We could track our daughter from Florida and it seemed like the app was right on pace with her unlike other apps where it just keeps updating.

Awesome app. Can’t believe we ever survived without this. I can track tons of my peeps and when you’re actually spectating, it’s priceless. No more wondering if you missed your athlete. It’s super easy to use too.

RNR San Diego. I love this app! I’m in Columbia, MO & 2 dear friends ran in San Diego Rock’n’Roll. I was delighted when I learned I could follow their progress❣️I was not disappointed! Following via Twitter was fun & helped me feel like a part of their on-site cheer squad❣️ (They loved it too❣️)

Great App. The app worked really well. Easy to use, I knew where I was and where my daughter was (she ran the marathon); more importantly, my husband was able to keep track of us both.

Worked most of the time. Love the app. My bf was tracking me with the electric scooter on my run with the app and the app was on the spot...for the first 10 miles. Then, it stopped working. Idk what happened. I still love the app for all the other features.

Great for data. The app tracks the chip on the runners’ bib, so we got real-time map updates and mile time breakdowns. It’d be nice for the map to have more street names, but we managed.

Rock & Roll New Orleans. My only complaint is that when it said my son was finished (and the same thing happened when I ran it) he didn’t cross the finish line for another 10 minutes.
