Latest update did not improve game. I have been playing this app for quite some time now. It has always been a very busy app with what I think is too many in game options going on. Frankly I’m not interested in the “extras”. I just want to play the game. The latest update in my opinion has slowed play time and to be eliminated from the jackpot based on the amount played is absurd. My money spends like everybody else. If you are going to change the rules mid game, do it because you have to bet more lines to qualify for the jackpot, not the amount you bet each spin. I will play until my points are gone but I’m not sure I will be back.

Fun Fun. Both my husband and I sit and play slots in our spare time anymore. We are in our seventies and having fun competing to see who gets more wins and “money” accumulation. We each have our own favorite games and actually have learned a lot from playing these that help us when we go to an actual casino. It has taken us awhile to figure out the different ins and outs of playing and learning that donations to others really really come back to you especially from the ONLINE players. Need options to disable features. The Freetime feature overlays the 2x league points feature and WASTES 60 seconds of 2x time. It is a waste of time anyways unless the player always has less then a few million points to play with. The reward is a pittance. Please provide a way to disable this feature!! Please stop interrupting the game to force the user to push a button acknowledging a daily goal has been met, twice per goal. Again, a tiny reward, an interrupt of play, a waste. Simply award it the background, flash a message regarding the award, and move on. Or allow the user to disable that feature also. I would have put this in through Support Contact, but that feature appears to have been dropped at some point.

Perks used to be better. Perks Used to be better in this game, but it is still entertaining to play. They have a good selection of slots with different features so it keeps things entertaining. I still like the old structure of the tournaments better than the new one. I do also wish they would at least make the jackpot symbols a “wild” in the games instead of simply blocking it for all players who are playing under the minimum bet. Bring back the $9.99 specials for the perks as well.

This app literally makes the world a worse off place. First off it’s hard to believe anyone really has fun playing “fake slots”. Great customer service. I’ve had to change devices 3 times since having this app over a year. I had a few issues and when I contacted customer service they helped me with my issue and I got all my progress restored successfully!! I have not had to purchase coins but maybe 2 times! My everyday game!. This is my everyday, morning and night game. I play all the events, try and level up and help my club advance, and have even made friends within my club that enjoy it as much as I do. The games and challenges are challenging yet attainable and although I do purchase sometimes, you are given enough coins and opportunities to gain coins that you don’t have to purchase. It’s a complete 5 Star for me. I deleted the other slots games I had on my phone and this is the only one I have now!

What a crap slot app…. Way to many one word fake reviews, and fake reviews that talk about things that don’t happen or pertains to this app. Slot apps always starts out great, but like in this app after you get the stars, and diamonds for each slot game, it doesn’t allow to win anymore. If you try to bet higher the less chances to progress. If you have little cash it won’t allow to play 2m or 5m without also losing that, without trying to progress with small bets. It’s just wanting you to constantly pay money to play, to lose. If you only spend $1.99 or $5.99 each time, and even play small, hoping to progress. It won’t!! It won’t allow you to play constantly with one slot for a long period of time. It just slowly depletes your cash, where again and again asks you to spend money to continue, so you can lose that, too. It’s just a cycle that’s no FUN!!!

Support is Nonexistent. When you post a bad review you get the canned apology and are told to contact support from within the app. You will lucky to get anything beyond one canned response to a support request. Then nothing if you start to ask REAL QUESTIONS and demand MEANINGFUL ANSWERS. They go dark on you. After 2 years of paid play and over 45 days waiting on a response from the so-called ‘support’, I will be abandoning this App in a few days. I will continue to post bad reviews as often as possible about the poor customer service and the exile server situation. Not a way to treat good paying customers. You have chased myself and others away Don’t waste your time or money on this app and don’t believe a word they tell you.

Display looks slow jerky - Thanks for fix. Your last update was a step backwards as far as making the display of he spinning slot wheels look realistic. This was a large downgrade over what the slots use to look like prior to your last download on my IPad. Please fix the display because it is unwatchable in it's current state. Can't you just go back to your OLD display software or really fix the mess you downloaded last week. Thanks It has been a week and no answer. You responded to other comments faster. Looks like. Latest Update is a BUST. I would give zero stars if I could. I don't like the changes made when they added leagues, and the coins never last long enough because the payouts are small and rare. But now I cannot even play. I did the most recent update, and now I cannot open the app. I get a message that I need to update, I press the "ok" button, it takes me to the App Store where I have the option to "Open" the app (because I have already done the update), and when I click the "Open" button, it takes me back to the game with the same message that I need to update. I am having the same issue with the Billionaire Slots game that they offer. I can no longer get into either game. I have spent plenty of money in each, and now I cannot even play. Don't force us to update! The new version doesn't even work!

Bad customer support. I gave this game one star because of their customer support team. I love the game but the more coins I buy the more I lose. I have been playing this game for years and spend hundreds of dollar on this game then I reached VIP-55 DIAMOND and right before I could get to VIP-55 ONYX I lose the game something went wrong and it froze I contact the developer they told me to UNINSTALLED then REINSTALLED but I lost all the progress I made and have to start all over again. I only have two more level to complete the game and I lost everything. I sent several email they claims it nothing they can do, I’m angry and disappointed in the developers especially when they can see how much money I spent. I still ply the game because I love it.

Coins from bonus spins. There are times I lose coins from bonus spins. If I did not have to ask for assist with this it would be so much nicer but seeing as how the support is always kind and will help me when this happens, I was happy to give 5 stars. I used to really try to get all 3 lvels of goals but for several months now I keep either getting a goal that i requires me to use real money to increase my VIP status which i do not have the option to do or i get one requiring me to bet above an astronomical amount for which I have never had the pleasure of having good enough luck to bet that high. The one big thing that stops me from uninstalling the app is that i can play it offline. Which very few casino apps offer.

Great but.... Great game! I love the way it’s all set up and yes you to keep coming back. Very addictive and hard not to spend a little cash. This game just seems as if it sets you up to lose it all in the end and almost makes you want to buy chips cause you could go weeks with no luck and play day by day always ending back at just about 0 chips. Betting more feels as if you lose almost 80% of the time. Betting less fells like your winning almost 80% of the time. I still love the game it’s one of my favorite casino slots games. 7 Billion Coins seems to be some kind of threshold. I play this game a lot, and so I have a pretty good sense of its tendencies having observed them for the past three or four months. Before I reached 7 billion coins, it seemed like the bonus games came about every 15 to 25 spins. While most spins earned nothing or failed to cover the bet, some luck once in a while in the Bonus allowed my pot to keep growing (along with religiously hitting the free-coins wheel). Now that I have amassed 7 billion coins, the bonus free spins only come every 50 to 75 spins, and they rarely pay off much... certainly not like they used to. Makes me very suspicious that this game is not governed by random action of the dials, as it should be, but rather controlled by an algorithm designed to put you in a losing skid and push you into purchases. I like playing, but I don’t like losing when I feel-with some justification-that the odds are no longer neutral, but rather slanted against me, just because I now have 7B in the bank.

New Review. Played this game a long time and have dealt with their support staff as well as support staff from other games and their staff is great!! I always win a jackpot on all other slot type games I have played or I should say I have won lots of jackpots on some of the other sites but never one on this site and it is my favorite. I have deleted the app and then reinstalled after a period of time but I am back now hoping to hit one even though their jackpots unfortunately never get over 1 T any longer so those that won large T or Q jackpots before they changed it are the lucky ones. Wouldn’t pay money.. The game play is great to ok. I understand the ads are what generate revenue for the app, but my problem is that you don’t respect my choices. I should be able to turn off, sounds, and not have to listen to ads. Imagine my terror when I’m in public playing the game and all of a sudden an ad making noises. Would love this game if...... I played this game last night for the first time it was a recommendation from a friend of mine on Facebook. I’m looking to replace some of my long-term games for new fresh fun game. And I really thought this was going to be the one it’s a lot of fun I really enjoyed it. But when I went to login today I got a pop-up that said update the game I thought that was odd that there was a new version since I just downloaded it last night. But that’s what it said so I followed the update and got to the same page in the App Store where I downloaded it in the first place and there is no place to update it because it doesn’t need updating so I thought how weird I crashed the iPad to see if when I restarted it that it would work properly but it didn’t it’s just a loop just says update every time but never updates! it’s just a loop and I can’t get into the game anymore so for that I give it one star if I could’ve gotten a hold of support maybe they could of helped but I couldn’t do that either too bad it looks like a great game.

Avoid this game, Too many ads. I deleted the game because it doesn’t play fair. Multiple times when playing events the game doesn’t apply the wins to the meter. Spent my last $50 billion and no wins were applied. Every time the ads pop up, I leave the game. Yes, you can pay 12 bucks to make them go away, but who does that ? The ads are too intrusive to the game play, they pop up every couple minutes and disrupt everything. I understand ads pay for supporting the game, no issue with that, but do they have to pop up during power plays or while you’re in the middle of a game ? They’re just too intrusive. Other apps with ads do not disrupt game play. Those you see mostly on start up and when switching between games.

The free credits to download during the day with their notifications are great and if I choose to play longer and need some more coin credits, they always have a great coin package for as low as $1.99 or the next package up at $4.99. That doesn’t break my bank account and I always get a great deal, usually being able with a small purchase to build up credits again and not feel taken advantage of. Such as other Slots sites which really expensive coin packages and the games seem rigged so they have you have to purchase more and more coin packages to play. Hot Vegas Slots are not like that. Rigged. This app is extremely rigged. There are times when you may hit 2 Bonus spins, and the third wheel will keep spinning and spinning until it avoids the third bonus spin. The amount you win, is far less than what you bet. So, you could bet $10 million, and hit for only $500,000. The bonus wheel is also rigged. Every 4 hours, I get that, but 90% of the time, it’s either $5 million or $2 million...the lowest amounts on the wheel. I used to hit $100 million a lot more, then the developers reconfigured the app so it hits way less. It is definitely designed so that you become forced to pay for more coins; and it is a big contributor to gambling addiction. True, you have the choice to buy or not, but in the beginning, they ensure you win to “hook” you. The only good thing they do is provide a $100 million free every couple of days on their FB page, but typically that’s gone within 5 minutes, even at only betting $5 million. If you get addicted to apps easy, leave this one alone. Customer support is okay, but they ignore a majority of the complaints.

Broken app. This morning none of my slots are working correctly- they all say New Version Available, Please Download, but once downloaded, they still repeat the New Version..........etc message. Nope!. The games look like fun when they are advertised during the games on other apps I play, but I opened it connected to Facebook and tried to go to the game and got the same message stating there is a newer version update the app, others are talking about. I checked the version history, there doesn’t appear to be any updates. Not going to waste my time messing with it. We can only play these games so long before they aren’t fun anymore, then it’s time to delete them and find another. I wish they would offer nice fun games we could either buy or put up with a reasonable amount of ads. Update Message Glitch. This app always seems to have a glitch that says new update is available please upgrade, yet the App Store never has an update. Close and reopen and the same issue. Open from the link in the App Store same issue. Delete the app and reinstall and….. you guessed it, same issue. This is a great game, but this bug makes it unplayable for days or even weeks at a time. It’s a great way to pass the time and even throw away a few bucks on the coin packs, but I’m not giving another cent until this issue gets fixed. It’s preventing me from moving my old account to my new phone and I’ve only got a few days left, so I’ll cross my fingers and hope this gets resolved soon.

Stuck in a “request to update” loop. I had liked these games a lot from the start and would have given them 5 stars until today, when they should get one star. I’ve started to lose real money in my eagerness to win and get more spins but that’s a testament to my lack of discipline when it comes to playing fun, super addictive slot machines on my phone. Don’t be fooled. Scam game. Constant messages and offers. You will receive an offer to remove all ads with a purchase. Guess what.....after you make a purchase it only removes one ad and that ad reappears after a couple of days and only way to get rid of that one ad is...you guessed it...make another purchase. All other ads from game continue to appear after a purchase. And there are a lot of them. It’s a constant barrage of ads. It’s a blatant lie that ads will be gone forever after you make a purchase. They never are. They always come back. No idea how they can get away with such false advertising but it should be reviewed by Apple and removed from store until all ads are removed after you make a purchase forever as promised.

Latest update has random ads. This update brings nothing new other than annoying ads that randomly appear in the middle of the reels in motion. The playing field is also smaller because of an ad bar that has been added. On my iPhone 6 the play field has been shrunken to that of an iPhone 5 because of the ad bar on top of the screen while I am playing. Way to make a semi decent gaming experience way worse. I went to the phone settings for this game and disabled network access so no ads randomly pop up. This also removes the ad bar but the play field is still shrunken to make room for it. I’ll play the game like this till I eventually delete it as it really has made me loose interest in playing this.

Leveling system very bad. Leveling should reward based on level. As an example I am level 310. I have almost 3 Trillion coins. My average bet is $5b. It takes several roles with $5b bets to level when you are this high. After 10 levels you finally get to spin a wheel where you might win a few million coins. Seems pretty stupid. Would be much better if the leveling reward and process was proportional to the level of the player. It’s insulting to level 10 times just to spin the wheel and essentially get peanuts. Also what purpose does “Need a Drink” serve other than an annoyance? I uninstalled this one.

Three Months Later. Unlike most of the other casino apps I have tried, this game isn’t always the “collect free coins for 3 minutes, play 30 seconds”. Hard to win. Let me start by saying CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! Five stars to the team. The game is bad, tight. You’ll lose everything and not get a bonus. Ok. This game is fun and one of the best out there....but it is unfortunately just another one of those greed driven apps. You can and will win quite a bit to start with. Then after awhile you will notice bonuses and free spins don’t hit nearly as often as they used to. The jackpot use to pay out at 3 or 4 jackpot symbols with any bet.
