- Definitely Recommend

Been using this app for several years now. Easy to search/find, good selections, timely notice for sale, and recently added “new drop” list is very convenient. I like “notification” function, as sometime I overlook for a drop. Chat service is excellent. They are always friendly yet polite also. Response time is always w/in few minutes after posting. Only problem is some items shows video of items not available colors. (Sometime I like the color of video item better) One point I appreciate if can be done. Some clothing shows a model wearing top, bottom, shoes, caps, etc, but only listed for 1 item like hoodie. I have to look for the bottom, but can’t find it sometime. I wish sku number was listed for what’s in a photo. The same can be applied for cover photo of item, like shoes.

- Cancelled Order

I’m a huge Nike fan but I’m not a fan limited drops for shoes or clothes. I finally decided to get some of the shoes that I really liked (Día de los Muertos collection if anyone is asking) their official announcement said they where dropping on October 15th and I checked this app and the sneakers app and nothing. It wasn’t until I went online to Twitter that I find out they were not dropping until the 27th. So, I wait... Same thing. I wait and check both apps when the collection is supposed to drop nothing. Online says until the 30th. Third time around and part of the collection finally drops. I order my shoes exactly at 7:00am. Two days later my order is cancel with no explanation. I immediately contact customer support and they tell me they have sold out. Then I asked them about the other part of the collection that was never dropped and they claim it was dropped the 27th. It’s just so frustrating that they oversell and don’t have enough stock for those who purchased. I wasn’t the only one they did this too. More frustrating that there is no info on drops changing dates and have to get info from non Nike employees. Definitely deserves 1 star and truly disappointed with Nike.

- bad customer service

This is very disappointing, i love nike so much and all my family dislikes nike because of there political views, but that has never mattered to me. Nike usually has the best quality and time for shipping and receiving clothes. I love getting my shoes from nike and my clothes. This last time that i ordered clothes i did it on my moms account she is a nike+ member. A couple days later i received two shirts then a pair of socks, but we didn’t order socks, we ordered a hoodie and another t-shirt. we called Nike and tried to figure out our order. The Lady that we talked to was mean to us and couldn’t find our order for 30+ minutes. we gave her our order number 3 times before she typed it in correctly. This was very frustrating, but to say the least we still haven’t received our clothes, it has been 6 days sence we talked to customer service, this is some of the worst service i’ve ever received when buying online it really makes you think if you are an important customer. Too that customer service lady she needs more training to adequately use there own customer service operations.


I’ve had at least three different orders where a week goes by and it’s almost the day that the products supposed to be delivered and they’ll send me an email saying it’s no longer available and I won’t be receiving my order. So with that being said, a lot of the time the app isn’t up to date on what products they actually have to sell you and it’s super frustrating. I get that stuff like this happens but they should at least have a waiting list or some type of system set up so you can receive the product you bought at some point. I just think that if you already transferred money to them for a product then you should be priority (on a waiting list or something) for when they are restocked instead of leaving you in the dust and saying “sikkke, yeah we actually aren’t gonna sell you that bc we messed up with inventory, here’s your money back tho, hopefully you get the product before the next time it sells out 😬”.

- You wanna be a baller ?

Ok this is not a brag! Been playing sports since around age 2! When I quit smoking about 5 years ago I set some serious goals for myself athletically. When I started succeeding at some of these basic goals I began to reward myself with some new gear. Nike swoosh was definitely always in my wishlist. Let me just explain to you that gear does mos def matter ( as in Talib Queli). When I bought my 2nd pair of air jordans (version 32) I began to hit 3/4 court shots at the gym ( Colorado Athletic Club ) I am now 2 years later rocking Jordan 34 and have now successfully hit 2 full-court (within 3 ft. Of baseline) basketball shots at Lifetime Gym Broomfield CO. I am currently rocking ISPA Road Warrior Jade Edition the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and my mind is blown! Thank you Nike for the mantra just do it!

- Annoying

I have bought 3 different shoes and they came in fine which was great happy with that but now I try to buy some more shoes the app either tells me that item is no longer available Which it was just like 5 minutes ago then it sometimes even kicks me off the app which I hate and then now for 3 days straight I can’t access my cart to buy some shoes then I spoke to someone on the app they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall so I did didn’t do anything still isn’t working which is really frustrating I’m really disappointed in this app right now the only reason I even shop from here and not at Nike stores it’s cause I can customize my own shoes which I love that feature but now I can’t even access anything and can’t even favorite shoes anymore please fix if you all want to make money you need to fix this problem and all other malfunctioning things on the Nike app I know I ain’t the only one complaining about something here fix this issue I’ll rate it 5 stars again!!!

- Perfect deals but here’s one thing

The material that is used for making such products haven’t been written in description whereas I need to go and head to an expert if I want to know all the details. For those especially who have religious guidelines, I find this very disappointing and doing a small favor such as mentioning the material that the all products are made of will definitely give me as well as many other customers a huge helping hand. This won’t just save my time, but will also help out experts who are willing to help out customers that may not know or just want/need to save time. Please Nike do this at least for your customers and employees. I am an everyday athlete and I love your products. Please don’t make me switch over to Puma products by making products which are from synthetic leather (shoes especially).

- Amazing Customer Service

I’m so thankful for Nike’s customer service. After I purchased a pair of shoes, I had a personal crisis that required me to pay a lot of money. I contacted Nike’s customer service past the 60 minute mark which I was unaware of and was put through a wonderful customer service representative with the name Annabelle. There she told me I’d have to wait for a return, but after a certain amount of time came up with a plan that would work for me in a shorter period of time. She was creative, and incredibly patient, kind and helpful with me. I will be a customer of Nike for a long time because of their great customer service, quality, and care they put in their products and consumers alike.

- Get ready to be a loser!

It’s time we show love to the little guys. Nike continually makes clothes & shoes ppl want, harder & harder to get by producing fewer & fewer pairs. It’s really sad bc I have been a lifelong shoe collector (all nike) but now I have to start going after shoes from adidas, puma & new balance just to feel something bc I can’t get Nike’s anymore. It’s really a sad day nike, when u can’t even get general release Jordan’s anymore. Smh! I hope you’re happy with what you’re doing. This app is not nearly as bad as the snkrs app, but they’re all connected so that’s y I gave this app 2 stars. Nike does things like hide shoes on this app so ppl can’t find em & use bots on their snkrs app, but all that does is gives the ppl w the best connections to shoe groups & information to find the shoes. While The ppl who try it on their own, still dont have a chance. What happened to u nike? I haven’t had access to a shoe this year, I haven’t gotten picked for a raffle this year either. So what’s really going on???

- Annoyed

I got this app because I actually really like nike shoes and was interested in purchasing some, as I had recently started getting more active. I generally get my shoes from a retailer like Academy, but i thought I’d have better options directly from the source. It was working great and I was really excited picking out “favorites” to store for future use. I had this app less then a day and it does not work. It locked me out and continues to say access denied. ????? Ive tried logging in, trying to create a new account, using wifi, using my data, using the web browser, clearing my entire data. Nothing works. I deleted the app and redownloaded and that worked for all of 5 min and then it shut me out. Honestly super annoying. I went to file a claim with there online chat support- and after filling out all the info i hit submit and what do you know? It did not submit and sent me to the same access denied page. So i had to call for support and the lady said they would email me in 3-5 business days on ways to fix the issue. I asked what do i do if it still doesnt work and she said call back and they will follow up with another email. Not much help. At this point I’m both disappointed, frustrated, and annoyed. I literally JUST wanted to order some shoes. But if the issue is not resolved after this first email i doubt i will be calling back again.

- Inaccurate info

I was trying all weekend and waiting to see in the app when the SBLII ALPHA ROS patriots jackets would be on sale. To my unfortunate surprise they sold out online because the app was not synced with the online inventory. When I saw that they had become available I tried buying them and I wouldn’t let me. It kept saying customer had item in shopping cart. Also really frustrating to lose out on this item for the 2nd year in a row. I would contact customer service and they would keep saying item had not been released. Any ways the info was faulty all the way around. Been a Nike plus customer for years and this is terribly frustrating.

- Worst Customer Service

Some of the clothes are nice though, if you even get to purchase some of them because the app or the information from their warehouse is inconsistent because it’ll show you stuff that’s in stock (that’s actually not in stock), stuff that drops (that’s also probably not in stock) and stuff that’s unavailable. Then trying to ask for help from any of these people is like playing a child’s game. For starters in the CHAT they’ll spend from 10-60 mins trying to answer one question, then on top of that you’ll probably chat with 5-6 different people who either giving the same useless answers or different useless answers. It’s like a constant game of tag of just straight up nothing, literally no one is gaining anything. I thought it was just me but apparently this is a constant. I mean at least they’re consistent in something.

- Unsatisfied customer

At one time the only athletic shoe that I bought was Nike. Then they started to charge astonishing prices that I had to go to another distinguished brand. Just to let you know how Nike quality is. I have a pair of Nike golf shoes. The third time that I wore them I couldn’t understand why my feet felt wet. Needless to say it had been a wet summer so I didn’t think much of it. When I went to my car to change I noticed that the shoes had cracked completely on both. I was upset to say it mildly. I get back home and call Nike and they asked where I bought them from. Why? Does it matter? Because I bought them from a non Nike store they said that they could not do anything about it. Sorry pals you lost my business for life and I tell everyone I meet the crap that you sell. I suppose maybe if I would kneel and not walk on them I wouldn’t have had a problem. Must be why kapernicks shoes last so long.

- Joe metamorphosis

I had purchased the Jordan 23 engineered pants white with black stripes $150 I also purchased Jordan 23 engineered top which was the color moon for $150. I had 10% off which took off $30. It’s the best outfit I ever had in my life and my self-esteem and confidence is through the roof when I have those clothes on . The luxe that I got when I went into a restaurant and the mall was amazing . The girls were definitely looking at the outfit and the guys were jealous. I would like to personally thank Nike and Jordan for changing my life. Who would’ve thought that clothes can change a life . My life has not been the same since I’ve had the nick app

- Ease of use

I thought using the app was great when I first logged in it had the items I had in my cart that I had put there when using my desktop but the amount of times I had to enter payment and shipping information was frustrating! You have the second line for the address line that states where you should enter your apt or suite number but that isn’t accurate and I found that out after 3 times of trying, it also delete my promo codes several times and luckily caught it before placing my order. I also didn’t like that When I wanted to change the size of an item I had to delete the item and then find the item again and put it in my cart. The features of the app could be way better, just feels old and clunky.

- Good But Heart Feature is Glitchy

The app is great, and I don’t know if it’s a glitch or specifically designed this way, but when I go to my profile to look at my liked items, it only ever shows 15. It doesn’t matter if I have 50 liked, it only shows 15 total. It shows only the newest 15 liked, which makes it really difficult to find shoes that I’m interested in again since it’s only showing a fraction of the ones I’ve hearted. When I type the specific item, it will show that it’s been hearted but won’t show up on my profile unless it’s one of the 15 most recent (which I can add by unhearting and then hearting again). Please fix this, there shouldn’t be a cap as to how many I can have.

- cool, but...

i like nike and like the app a lot.. but it's kind of annoying that every time i'm browsing the women's clothing, the photo will show a slim woman, and then only show me the "plus size" sizes when i tap on it. sure, i can fix this by changing the size to a regular one, because that changes the photos.. but only if the item ISNT out of stock. if it is, then the button that change sizes isn't even there... like cmon man. also Nike, when are plus size men gonna get some love? i think it's awesome you have women of all body types on here, but i would like to see some husky men on there too, so i can have someone closer to my body type modeling my potential purchase.. rather than a bunch of super cut guys wearing mediums.. like i know that sweater won't look the same on my 3XL self.

- Just one request...

I really do love this app. My only request would be that when doing the guided runs, when it ask you to rest, why not instead of completely stopping to rest and the app stop tracking, why not walk it out, but continue tracking. (Does that make sense?) I measure my distance & pace and graph my runs, but when I do the guided runs I don’t like to just stop running on the rest parts, I walk on the rest parts, but it throws off my speed and averages, even my distance. If you can make it so maybe I could skip the rest parts and just keep going and tracking. Love the app though and the guided speed runs. I don’t really use the guided runs because of this annoyance.

- Have a setting for family members!

I think it would be a dope concept to have different family members sizes saved under your profile so when you go to order you can buy their pair with ease. For example, when selecting kids shoe sizes for my kids under the kids section, there should be a tab like who are you buying this for? Ayden or Grey (my sons names) right? Not to mention have their sizes saved in settings with their relationship to me (son, etc.) so that as they grow I can update their shoe size which would sync while I’m selecting their shoe throughout the store on the app and even website.

- Best App!

The fact that you can customize a variety of shoes, is amazing! The selection and suggestions are awesome! Every sneaker head needs this app! *edit* after having the app for some months now...I find it a little inconvenient that releases aren’t mentioned within the app anymore. You need the sneakers app to check out the latest and greatest. It’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. In addition, apps like StockX are giving all the other platforms a run for their money. A lot of shoes on the Nike app are more expensive than StockX due to its nature. It seems like competition is going to be fierce looking ahead. I’ll always keep the app, but if I want to save a few bucks, I’ll check StockX first

- Horrible Customer Support

I recently downloaded the Nike Store App because of the benefits that being a Nike+ member is supposed to give you according to this cashier I met at a Nike store. There is nothing wrong with the app itself EXCEPT for the fact that it offers zero benefits. Also, the live chat is the worst customer support I’ve ever seen. It took them 10 minutes to connect me he a representative named Angie and 5 minutes more for her to read and respond to my messages. I replied to her as soon as she sent her message but then she never replied. It’s been 10 minutes and it still stays distributed 10 minutes which I’m guessing means she never even bothered reading it. I feel like their representatives are juggling 30 chats at once. This is unacceptable for a company as large as Nike, I’ve seen live chats from small scale businesses that do better than this junk.

- I love this application...

In Greek Mythology, Nike was “The Winged Goddess of Victory.” I’m using this application over than 3 years and I had great shoes. Delivery is always fast, dependable and I never had any issue on my online orders. First of all, you must keep your eyes on this application, reason for some of them models sold out in just 2 days or 1 week and it is almost impossible to find those shoes again. Also, you can get great savings in some models, you like it. I’m not Shoes Collector, but runner and walker, 9 hours along per day and 6 days per week; since last 8 years... Thank you Nike, you are great company...

- Don’t Follow - Lead

Kudos to Nike for the awesome job you do to consistently offer the best quality garments and shoes, hands down. The brand fits my narrow feet and the styling of the clothing never disappoints. My most favorite shoe is the Nike NZ, which have been discontinued. I wish Nike could offer a vintage line if their best selling sneakers, then I can purchase all my throw-backs, & lead the way, in style. I support Nike and all its causes that purport messages of non-violence and humanitarian efforts. For that, I don’t regret being a Nike fan since the 90s. Love them then, Love them now. Keep leading the way in all that you do, because followers always finish secondary or last.

- First Pair of Sneakers

I purchased the KD 13 Basketball shoes. Like several months ago, I used to hate Nike because of y’all supporting Kapernick and his kneeling protest in the NFL but now I’m like I don’t care anymore. I don’t want a GOOD pair of sneakers and politics go into my head and get it all mixed up. Plus, the only reason why I purchased those sneakers is because I got Texas Longhorn spirit especially with the fact Kevin Durant is the only notable basketball player from University of Texas who has shoes with Nike. When I tried them on, they fit perfectly. I cannot wait to buy more sneakers from you guys. Nike make some good sneakers!

- Discrimination by state

I really don’t think that it is fare that there are shoes that drop in states and no one is able to get them but that state. What that does is causes a sellers market, and they buy those shoes in bulk and then selling them for thousands of dollars a pair, and the people that really want to rock the shoes for real!!! Especially me myself as much as I spend with you guys in a year actually someone’s salary! As a Nike plus member I feel that I should have access to every shoe that is dropped period no matter where it is! It’s like my money is no good anymore but sometimes and I don’t like feeling that way!!

- Two issues only - improve alerts and fight the bots

1. Alerts for special offers are NEVER in time. I get them hours after the event or registration period is over. 2. I really wanted the Jordan 1 Off-White shoes. I had everything set up bc I buy from the app regularly. I get in line, have the opportunity to buy, and as I’m checking out it says my gift card is invalid. I was not using a gift card. I was using ApplePay. Very frustrating. And immediately on sites like eBay or Grailed I see the shoes for sale for $1600. I actually wanted to wear them. And I keep getting beat by bots whose only interest is reselling.

- Great Costumer Service!!

I was dumb and never used my $20 bday gift card after i had already purchased something, but i was helped by Felice who explained she could still apply the $20 even though I didn’t use it when i made the order already. Then i was helped by Daniel who explained how the money was taken off of the original price since the transaction was still pending (i was confused and thought i never got the $20). I was so happy and relieved they could still apply the $20 gift card. When i went on the chat it was a very fast response and i love how it works!

- Great app, well organized after all its Nike

This app is amazing very organized and just another reason Nike is every teen’s favorite brand. I was looking at tights and messaged a guy about what size I should get based off my Waist size and brother answered right away and helped me out if it weren’t for that I would not have gotten these haha. Nike is just overall the best brand and this app is a great way to shop my favorite brand easily from my phone in my pocket, when visiting a Nike store and a thing is out of stock it’s always perfect to have the Nike app to see if the time is available online. Nike on top🏈🏀⚾️🎒

- Shipping how it works

Ok people i love the app. Know talking about the shipping. Dont pay extra money to have your package early because its not gonna happen. they are really slow i pay $15 to have my order to the next day. i still havent have my order is been a week tommorrow ill be going to fedex and get my package. I just wish they change to UPS because fedex is not good. If you have no problem getting your package in fedex then you can use these app. 🤷🏼‍♂️4 stars just because of shipping process i hope you guys fix the problem with fedex. I know more than 12 people that they have same issue that i had.

- Frustrating

I dont find the app user friendly. I have problems finding icons to hit on to get me into a shopping area i need. I im having to click on things that are of no interest until i get an “in.” Should be more simplified. I just got an email about a “flash” sale but know way of finding the sale once in the app. I try going to Nike w/o app but unfortunately it re-routs me to app therefore back at square 1. Ive had the app for a few months but i find it easier to just go into retailers when im out. More time consuming trying to get around inside app than its worth.

- The Nike “Air Jordan 5 Stars 1’s”

Your app is great, I wish tho and I’m sure it would sell more for you on your site , Is when I’m looking through the Nike App and I see a guy where in ya pair of shoes or clothing item I like and want to get that or look at it see what it is there is no spot that says in this picture and then have a list of what he’s wearing with tabs to click on to go to it or complete the look with same thing link descriptions of the clothing and shoes that are also being worn doesn’t even have to be big and flashy just a little spot to click for that , thanks mike

- Pathetic service

I ordered one pair of shoes (Nike Vapormax flyknit 3) worth of $216 on may 4, later on I found out that I ordered wrong size. I tried to cancel my order and redo it with correct size but there is not an option to cancel the order. Then, I tried to contact them through customer service but they said even we can not cancel or customize your order, you have to wait until you get your order delivered and then return it. Which will take almost a month to do it. Then they said if you follow this process then only will be able to order again with correct size, which is again 20-30 days process. This is ridiculous, I never expected this from such kind of brand, here is my personal suggestion never buy anything from Nike and especially from Nike app.

- Customer Service with Liz

During my viewing of Nike Apparel this evening I ran into a road block. I couldn’t figure out what size reversible jacket I needed. Large or extra large? On the page there is no icon to tap to pull up a clothing/ wardrobe sizing chart. But Nike does have customer service. Upon requesting help to complete my guesstimating of sizes, LIZ, the Nike Representative assisted me in such quick fashion I felt it my duty to let her know, her works should not go without reward. Customer service is huge! She sold that order for Nike. A pair of 270’s orange in color with a reversible orange jacket! Thanks Liz, Coach Devon Wimberly Niskayuna, New York

- Small Town Hero’s

Yes Nike just do it. No matter the size of your wallet, you’re always guaranteed to find a great deal. Nike has bottled the sale of the product, no matter your shoe size or your shoe width, If the shoes that you really want can’t be found in nearby stores, one would definitely find them online or at one of the outlets. And Nike offered the full array of colors it’s unbelievable. I live in small-town America, we do not have shopping malls or local stores that is why everything that we buy must be bought online, thanks Nike for seeing to our personal cry.

- Suggestion

I love everything about the app, but one thing that would make it better is having an option to save stuff for later in your cart. Because I'll add stuff in my cart that I want but can't afford at the moment, and when I wanna buy something, I can't afford everything that's in my cart so I have to remove it all so that I can buy just the one thing. This way you can still find all the stuff you want in your cart but you have the option to buy one thing at a time if you can't afford it all.

- Literally can’t use this app

I downloaded the app because Tiafoe had a swipe up link in his Instagram stories to “follow his journey”. Link took you to download the Nike app. First you have to create an account - no way to see what Tiafoe wants to share without an account. After creating an account, the app can’t be used until you “tell them about yourself”. There is no way to skip this step. First question is “what type of products are you most interested in - men or women?” I’m interested in both products as I shop for myself and my family. That’s not an option and there is no way to get passed this step without answering this binary question, so you can’t use the app. Ridiculous. Why make it so difficult to find content from one of my favorite athletes? Uninstalled the app.

- Hacked App

I love Nike don't get me wrong, but the reason I'm giving three stars is because of a recent incident that happened. My app was hacked, and someone in GREAT BRITAIN was able to order two pairs of shoes. I live in the USA!!! This should have been flagged immediately. I called Nike and they were able to help out after a couple of confusing calls telling me a 50/50 chance of me getting my money back. Luckily it worked out in my favor I was able to get my money back but the hacker was still able to get the shoes. In conclusion, the developers should invest more in app security so the consumers can feel safe and ease of mind especially in these trying times (COVID-19)

- Sent me used sneakers

My First purchase were brand new sneakers with factory flaw, I returned those. my second purchase were a pair of sneakers which was days ago. I looked at the bottom of the sneakers and they were a little dirty, and dirt on the toe part. I shipped it the same day I received it. I’ll just purchase new sneakers for now on and not go for sneakers that are sitting chances are they’re going to send you a used pair....when calling customer service they sound like they don’t want to be bothered. I was put on hold and the computer stated the were closed and the phone hanged up ( I Called around 2or 3pm) thats why I never call Nike...also I always have great experience with customer service when chatting they’re amazing!

- An OK App for ordering however SNKRS hORRIBLe

Nike app is reliable as long as the product doesn’t get sold out. SNKRS App however is downright horrible. It use to be good but many users are using sophisticated bots and and other malware programs to be able to purchase the product (especially Jordan Releases or limited rare releases). I have tried to purchase those items right at release time (7 AM PST), will try to add to cart and get an error message or sometimes and most of the times my log-in ID I have to re-log-in, somehow it kicked me off. It’s just a mess.

- Nike App Praises & (sizes?)

I absolutely love the Nike app. It is an excellent asset to have when shopping all things Nike. Every product is pictured with amazing clarity and a detailed description. It’s customer friendly & so simple to use. I only have one complaint in reference to the sizing information or lack there of. Perhaps I’ve overlooked it but I don’t understand where else it would be other than with the product description. Specially clothing. This issue should receive some much needed attention and again it would be another “Win” for Nike.

- Listen to my ideas dawg

So I love the app, never had a problem, 5 stars blah blah blah. But I was thinking what if Nike had this like AR thing where unlike take a picture and you can see what the shoes look like on you before You buy them. I think this would be a very smart move because I recently bought what looked like a cool pair of Air Force 1s bit when they came they looked nothing like they did in the picture! App is perfectly organized ensuring that you can easily find what you need, Nike Experts is a really useful tool when trying to find help with sizing, and what conditions the clothing is best for. I also love how doing things like working out on the Nike Training Club App can earn you discounts every once in a while, free shipping is amazing to, especially considering it’s only an extra $5 for two day shipping. Overall I give this app 5 stars and totally recommend it.

- Trouble navigating through site

I get this site right now one star. It is extremely difficult to get through this site. Site wants you to upgrade, and this site will not upgrade. I have an Apple iPhone 7 with enough space so I don’t know why this is occurring. I would like to buy a pair of hyper adapt 1.0Size 9 1/2 shoes. I see that they’re on sale and have unlocked the key. I am still unable to order them in my preferred size or nor color. Can somebody please help me.

- I can’t pay with any form of payments

I recently attempted to buy some shoes with a card I used before to make a purchase, but for some reason I was not able to place me order. I removed the card and added it again but the same message pops up saying I can’t place my order. Then I add my PayPal account to place my order and I received the same message saying I can’t place my order. However, I received and email saying thanks for my order and how much I spent. I checked my orders in the Nike app and the order was never placed. I never had this problem before and hope it gets resolved soon. Please help Nike I just want to buy some new running shoes.

The Nike app is too good to be true and I guess this is my conclusive theory as to why there's always a glitch or connection issue or "sorry, your purchase has not been processed at this time. Try again later." Or "can't connect to the server right now. try again" message EVERY single time I attempt to "submit purchase".. I've tried the site and the same thing happens. The app doesn't even allow me to click on the submit button! It says try again later, but if I try later, all the umm.. Sneakers that I'm trying to order won't be available any money! - Big and Tall

First you guys are great , I love the innovation and everything you do. So this is a little skewed. What I don’t like is the lack 3xl and 4xl clothing in the Converse line and for Nike there’s no 3xl (t) or 4xl(t) in coats, restocks in shorts and pants. I’m sure it may be tricky financially but athletes come in all sizes. Also bring back the modern design Converse as a staple. I’m older so I love wearing Converse to work that fashionable as well as classic. I can’t understand why no one is accounting for the maturation of young Converse fans to Older fans. Just my thoughts.

I love Nike!! They have great options and multiple sizes so every one can style something. I wear size 15/16 shoes and they actually sell that here. I’m 64 and size 30 waist and they have things that didn’t make me look like I’m wearing a crop top and pants that actually go past my ankles so I don’t look like I’m surviving a flood. Might be a bit pricey but it’s a great product so it expected but if your a student they will give you a discount so if it applies you make sure you get on it. In Swoosh We Trust!!💪🏾💪🏾

- Stopped working and support not available

I’ve been getting annoyed by the increasing number of pointless alerts from this app. I tried to fix it at the source within the app, but for several days in a row, I can’t log in because the app can’t connect to the server. Without logging in, I can’t get to the settings. If it can’t connect to the servers, why is it sending all these alerts? The last straw was coming here to the App Store to get assistance from Nike developers. When I click the support link, it goes to a web address that gives an access denied error. I’ll just delete it now. Thank you Nike for continuing to take good apps and such and make them worse with little to no support!

I love Nike like love Nike even tho I always get beat by bots on your snkers app I still stand beyond our brand. I get picked on all the time because I only wear Nike down to the socks . But i can’t help it I love the brand.. at the hospital were am always admitted due to my cancer . I’ve waited 5 consecutive days for my shipment to be delivered to me. It didn’t even make any type of sense to sign up for text message updates to be sent to my phone because they wouldn’t send updates. Came to a complete understanding that they gave me some bs tracking updates about my location is undeliverable. In two two’s these ppl send my shoes back to sender ms without my consent or a text message update. What makes matters worst don’t even think about calling customer service about this type of problem because they’ll waste your time and disappoint you. I am highly disappointed with their service. I had no idea Nike have rookies for a deliverer. To be honest the app ain’t even all that.

- Nike has really stepped up there app game

The Nike apps have really come along!! Having several young athletes in the family (and a dad who thinks he still has it lol) I find it great that I can get what I need at my finger tips, especially since I don’t have a sporting good store in my city. They always have member deals, and discounts. The top items, and of course Jordan’s for dad. The return policy is great, and if things don’t work. You just take down to the nearest Nike store

- Can’t change my email address

I am very upset with Nike right now. All of the product I can validate and say that it is above standard from shoes to close to other accessories. But in the usage of this app that Nike has, it needs major improvements. I find it very odd that I am unable to change my personal email address through this app, every time that I have tried I have got a network error message. I find this to be a inconvenience, my current email that I have with this account no longer exists and all I want to do is change my email address so that I can keep up with my purchases and keep up with my receipts that I make in store or online.

This is much more than a shopping tool and highly recommend it to anyone considering adding another app to their mobile device.

- Love the app except for one bug

So far I’m really loving this app for keeping up on new releases and finding new products. But I’m having an issue with my favorites list. There seems to be a bug where you can only have so many items in your favorites and if you add more it will boot the last item in the list off of the list where I can’t see it. This makes it hard for me to compare two products I may be trying to decide between when making a purchase

- I hate SNKRS app

Nike is one of the only products I where for almost all wakes of life. The amount of money I’ve spent with Nike is unbelievable. With that said your SNKRS app is a pile of crap. The same people are able to purchase on it weekly and I’m told whenever anything is released the app try’s to allow everyone a chance to purchase which is a complete lie. If it chooses who can purchase randomly and gives everyone a shot they why does the same people win every week and most never win at all. Because I’m unable to get things I really want unless I spend thousands of dollars I think I’m just gonna delete all the apps and stop using because there’s no point.

I message their Nike experts and they aren’t much help make it seem like it’s me needing to clear my apps and I’m able to see my design but the text part is not working... trying to communicate with their Nike experts and i get a message that they aren’t i. Office till 5am it’s noon here in California?!!? Wouldn’t let me share my review until I marked5 stars 😡

- Below expectations

The app does not allow users to leave feedback on individual products. This prevents you from knowing about known problems with specific products. For example the Vapormax Flyknit Shoes are undersized slightly, but whereas that warning appears from users on the Nordstrom site, there is no such thing on Nike. If you don't discover the problem in 30 days, you are stuck with an expensive shoe. I don't think they are in the dark ages as far as allowing users tho post product reviews, they have made a business decision tho make it so. Better of buying at a more honest third party retail site.

I can like things’ but I can’t go back to them unless I search through everything all over again to get to it. . Idk’ it seems like this app is more like trying to be a social media thing’ rather than a shopping app. It’s frustrating because it’s not straight forward or well organized. There is wayyyyy too much going on’ which makes it confusing and Unenjoyable. A lot of it is unnecessary really. So messy

- Big & Tall air ball

Nike, shop-by-size is a standard feature in all clothing and shoe sites and I would expect far better Tall assortment from the #1 basketball brand. My son is 6’7” and it is hard enough finding clothes for him. You don’t have a lot of selection in the channel, so buying direct is a must. On your app, I must to go into every single pants page within Big and Tall to see if you have his size and 90 percent of the time you don’t carry Tall sizes (or you are not producing enough inventory). Pants selection is consistently lacking (styles, colors) as is long sleeve shirt selection. I rarely complain, but going through this a few times a year is painful.

Haven’t been able to get on app in days.. Every time I try to log in it says cant connect to their servers right now. I have tried at all different times during the day.. Tried to say I forgot my password and got same error message.. I deleted and redone loaded app and still getting that error message. I dont know what else to do.. - I love the app. It’s just missing one thing.

I love the Nike App. The layout is great and the ability to follow your interest and the member bonuses. But the one thing it’s missing is a save for later tab. If you have 10 things in your bag but want to buy three right now you have to remove the other items from your bag and search for them again. There should be a bag and save for later tab and should be able to add item to bag from that tab.

I have been a Nike Plus member and felt really disappointed that I stopped getting your discount passes this year! I used to get it via email and even downloaded your app but to no avail! I ordered from this site the item was delivered okay however, I thought I was getting two items/set top and bottom when I opened the package it was only a hoodie no bottom for sixty dollars that’s a little unreasonable to me! Deleted the app after that won’t be ordering anything else. The headband was fifteen $’s with a tiny Nike✔️ on it were nobody can even see it, once again very disappointed!

- The people you have working for you are incompetent

I placed my first order and paid the 15 for overnight delivery. When my package was shipped out, they placed a BLANK label on the box. Fedex wouldn’t ship my package because they didn’t know who the shipper was. So the young lady I spoke with canceled that order and reordered my products at 3:35 on the 22nd of September. Someone at Nike when behind her at 4:30 and canceled my order. I didn’t find out until my package never showed up. To add insult to injury, it’s gonna take 7 business days to get my money back. I thought the app would be easier than going to the store but I was dead wrong! Save yourself the headache!

Tonight I have tried multiple times to buy a shoe. Didn’t work said use a different payment type, so I did. Still didn’t work so did a chat with an agent who also tried to order it and said having issues wanted to escalate it and would take 2-3 days. I went to 3 banks to make sure my cards were working, ensured all my addresses were updated and cards were valid yet continued to get the same error. Twice the app kicked my shoes out of my shopping bag and now that are unavailable! It shouldn’t be that hard I am beyond disappointed. I just wanted a pair of the Nike shift one loopwheeler to match my boyfriend when we go to Europe!!

- Nike Vaporfly 4% texts

I’ve signed up to receive texts from the Nike app when the Nike Vaporfly 4% is available to order. The last two times I’ve received texts I’ve logged on to order the shoe and only to be told they are out of stock. I find the frustration of trying to deal with Nike is too much aggravation to be worth my time and effort. Each time I’ve also called to inquire about why I’m receiving texts if they don’t have the shoe available. Extremely frustrated. How can you consider this to be a positive customer service experience? This has got to be the worst customer service in the industry and why I rarely purchase Nike shoes.

I have ordered two separate items on different days. I ordered when I had money in my account and it was deducted from my account at the time. But here it is a week later money was just now taken out. Should have taken it out right then and there rather to wait for items to be shipped. Which cause my account to become overdraft, and have to pay an extra $35 actually twice because this happened to different occasions. Really upset about this I’ll never buy anything else from this app. Worst app I ever experienced with. The adidas app took the money off that same day as I ordered my items

With all the shoe apps available, Nike by far surpasses any competition. Very easy to use with useful perks constantly being sent to you. Ordering is easy, and delivery is fast. FedEx will usually leave a package at a near by location if no one is there to sign. UPS unfortunately leaves it at your front door and packaging is NOT discreet. Other than that, perfect. I wear a women’s wide width shoe. I went to your website to look at the shoes in my width and there was NONE! I called customer service to ask where they were online because I couldn’t find them. He told me Nike doesn’t make them. I couldn’t believe it! I then told him I would have them custom made as I saw so many options to customize a pair. The representative told me they stopped making them a few years ago. Does Nike believe most people’s size is a MEDIUM WIDTH? Podiatrists will tell you only 55% of people wear a medium width! Nike+ thank you so much with the fire pre reserves. I’m a proud owner of the Gatorade green 6s & Off-White Hyperdunks FK!!! I’ve kept both. I hate the resellers but also don’t want huge #of shoes released. So I love you guys for the my 2 favorite pairs for some years. Only complaint & not your fault but my Gatorade 6s box was damaged ripped etc. I display my shoes on box on wall when not wearing so if can get replacement box would love it. Would even buy it.

- Missing Essential Features

The app is overall pretty good, but how could you not have included the ability to view and post reviews about items? That should have been considered an essential feature, especially since people use reviews to compare sizing, comfort, and durability when it comes to online ordering. In its place you have the "likes" features, which is completely useless and no one cares about it. Add in reviews, remove the likes, and this app would be a 5/5.

- Everything works as expected

App is easy to navigate. No bugs. Good previews of all the products. My only request is that I wish I could view items that are out of stock. It’s ok that I can’t buy them (I understand that). But I don’t see the point of not being able to look at an item or find it through search when it’s out of stock.

When ever I’m looking at shoes I want in the future I can easily contact a Nike representative. This option is very useful for upcoming football seasons when I need new cleats because I am able to ask which cleats will work for me because I have flat feet. The app is very easy to navigate around and has special features for when you go to a bike store.

Great representation of their product. So many options and items you don’t regularly see in places like Champs or Footlocker. The features are entertaining but I become inspired by their athletes. At my very very very very young age of 44, I still get inspired to workout even when my body doesn’t feel so good. Heck, at least I got the swoosh to make me look like I know what I’m doing!🤣🤣

Horrible experience. Shoes took 2 weeks to receive and I ordered my other child vans and they came in only a few days. Watch out they do an authorization charge initially when you order the money doesn’t come out of your account until your things are shipped! My account is negative and they could care less. NO WARNING SIGNS OF THIS. when I sent my order through the whole total game out of my account then suddenly after my order ships I’m negative. Something isn’t right but oh well won’t be doing anymore business with Nike unless I buy it in store from an outlet etc

What a fresh, modern shopping experience with Nike on their mobile app. I needed new running shoes and here’s what I liked about the experience and why I think it represents what all retail brands should offer: 1. I had questions, and they had answers- all I had to do was “Ask An Expert” 2. A Chatbot (represented with the Nike swoosh logo) helped me get started, 3. And a human agent, Ian, was able to step in and take over when it got more complex 4. Quick, easy, and on my time... 5. Plus, the entire thread of previous conversations is available, just like when I message my friends and family 6. Then a frictionless checkout with Apple Pay which knew my shipping address....brilliant!

- Problem with my order

I like nike and all except when I ordered the nike air max 97 in the triple white colorway, and when it came in there were stain looking spots on the air bubble and some red stuff on the back part of my right shoe. It looked worn and sloppy looking. At first I thought it was fake but as I watched videos, its not fake. I still love the shoe but if I order a $160 shoe, I expect it fresh and have good quality.

- Can’t connect to servers after update

After recent update every time I try to login it displays an error that it can’t connect to the servers due to some error, and try later. I’ve tried multiple times a day, and it’s the same thing. Nike, please get this fixed. It’s happened before after updates, but not this long after an update.

- This app is decent

I don’t have an Issue with this app more. However the SNKRS app is pure trash. It’s been months since I’ve hit on a shoe. While I know people with bots who consistently get every purchase! And then there was that restock a couple weeks ago with the air max 97 but then upon release there were no sizes available!!!! The list goes on and on. Isn’t there some way you can limit the purchase to an address? Once a quarter? I don’t know. Just make it fair for customers.

I love how Nike application works. Comparing to another popular brand A., Nike’s application is much better especially the message part. I never have a chance to live chat with the staffs on A.’s application. But when I want to know something or have questions, I asked Nike experts. They answered immediately and their answers are helpful. This is the main point why I prefer Nike than A.

- Unnecessary

I thought having and using the app would have some sort of benefit. It does not. I ordered shoes May 10th, it was estimated they’d arrive May 27th. Then I received a message that it will surely be later than that. Sooo I could have just ordered from online or another shoe vendor and got them probably in less time. Yea there’s a crisis happening, I understand, but this is the longest anything I’ve ever ordered has been estimated to take. I’m deleting the app once the shows arrive. The webpage would suffice if I were going to order again, but I won’t. A pair of Vans I ordered came in days! Vans! Just saying.

NIKE ROCKS!! I enjoy the ID program (l’ve bought four pairs) and the innovative print styles; they are blooming!! My entire workout/running wardrobe is NIKE!! My favorite shoe is the bright! orange high end running shoe. It has cut 1 1/2 mph off my top running speed from 8 1/2 to 10 mph. I can even peak out at 11 mph. AWESOME!! Nike’s mission is to bring inspiration to every athlete and since I have a body I am an athlete; even at 71 years old!!

- App is great, when it works.

I’m a big fan of this app when it decides to work, but more often than not it gives me an error saying “We are unable to connect to our servers right now. Please try again later.” when I try to log in. Using the website on my internet browser doesn’t even let me add items to my cart most of the time, so I think Nike just has internal database issues or something. Whatever it is, it’s incredibly inconvenient. I will likely make future purchases through a retailer rather that keep trying to use this dysfunctional technology Nike has implemented.

I love customizing shoes for tailgating at LSU but my Custom LSU shoes Are worn out so I wanna make some news ones but Nike just doesn’t put any color options out anymore for training or running shoes I see everyone switching to adidas but being able to customize my shoes is what kept me loyal to Nike it’s a shame y’all have cut down on yalls colors there’s no running shoes or training shoes that have purple and gold options all y’all have are trashy ghetto clunky looking shoes or cheap old throwback style shoes bring back the clean slim looking athletic shoes that y’all use to provide ‼️

- Some items missing

I went to the Nike store and found some apparel items that did not appear within the brackets. i.e. Jordans/men's/shirts. Upon looking for them via tab, I had no luck on the website. I attempted to plug in the barcode/item number and the items appeared. One by one, I searched and they popped up, but previously did not, using the default web and app method. If you are in the store front and find the new release clothing, notate the tag, item number or barcode.

I spent an hour adding things to my wish list so that I could by some stuff for myself. Had about 30 items on it, or so I thought. Only around 10 show up when I check my list. Still going to buy them, just have to spend the extra time finding them again. - sad face -

This app never fails to put a smile on my face. The brand suits my lifestyle and the quality meets the price. I am a college athlete and I'm not embarrassed to say that I have worn the same dri-fit pants for the period of 3 years and they never changed; considering my excessive laundry due to often practices and trips to the gym!
