I love the sessions that help you learn the technique of mindfulness. This app has helped me get back into my meditation practice by breaking it down to just 5 minute sessions. Slowly I can start increasing my time. There's also sessions for sleep, relationships, etc... lots to do in the app.
Even though you have to pay for premium, this app has been more than helpful to my life. I did end up paying for the premium which was a great decision for me. There are countless themes and exercise you can choose and the guidance is perfect.
Either the guided or the unguided are wonderful.
I love this app, it's great for beginners but I'm disappointed most of the series are locked for premium users. I find this app helpful but there is no way I could pay $11 a month to be premium. It breaks my heart a little.
I'm a new nurse battling all the anxieties that come with being out of school and thrown full force into the job. This app allows me to handle different stressors in a variety of ways. I really enjoy it.
I have been using this app for three months now. Moving to a new city and walking to the subway and riding the subway, OTG was very helpful. Having a quick escape during work was helpful as well. Having it taken away was a bit jarring to be honest. I'm weaning off my medications because my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and was thrilled at first to have found this app to supplement therapy. I love the app overall and do find it better than Headspace. After reading other comments and responses I truly hope that OTG will become available for free again as it sounds like it has been helpful for others as well. Thank you so much for this great app and service!

This app is a lot better than others that I've tried. It gives a lot more options and allows you to explore many different areas in which you may need guidance.
Starting a new habit is hard - this app breaks it down into manageable steps.
I recently learned of Simple Habit and it's wonderful, so happy to have found it. I used to use Calm. Simple Habit seems to be more "authentic," if you will. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Broad range of guides with different voices, approaches, and personal stories. Clean, engaging interface. I am addicted and so grateful for the opportunity to take 5 minutes to breathe... ahhh! I would only request a handful of nature sounds (rain, etc) to enable, if the mood strikes. Take the time to do this for yourself!
I had really come to love and rely on Simple Habit. It's truly so much better than HeadSpace and the others. But now, not one single meditation is free. Every level and category is wrapped up in premium subscriptions only. This breaks my heart. I'm so disappointed in their decision to do this.
I have just finished one series of meditation in this app, but I'm sure I'll try other series as well. It has been relaxing for me to listen to one clip guiding me through the meditation process. Best to listen before sleep! It helps me sleep better.
I've used most of the meditation and mindfulness apps out there including Headspace, Calm and Simple Habit is by far the best. This app has really helped me meditate and improve my health. I love the variety of topics and teachers they have. I can't live without Simple Habit. It helps me reduce sleep and anxiety, breathe deeply throughout the day, relax and sleep better (been struggling with insomnia for years...). I've seen a huge improvement in my health. Highly recommend!
