1. Offline Mode is here! ALL Premium users will be able to download and access series meditations. No internet connection required for 5 minutes of mindfulness while you’re commuting, traveling, in the air, or drifting to sleep without distractions.
2. Search Bar to discover meditations topics. Just type in a keyword (i.e. anxiety, calm, productivity) and find what you need.
3. Filter for duration. Select the clock icon for your desired meditation times (5, 10, 10+ minutes).
4. Universal Play Bar for quick access to your most recent series!

I have been using the app for 3 days now, it is beautifully designed, both graphically and functionally, to be your gentle sparring partner throughout the day. Digestible bits (5-10'), a great array of occasions intuitively organized, a way of encouragingly keeping track of your progress. I especially like the founder's personal touch and life story : it feels "personal" and kind to have someone who thought this program through, with modern times' needs and configurations in mind.

Every single time the app updates, the data tracking is ruined. If you have a streak of 120 days, for instance, an app update will keep all that data but will tell you that you have a streak of 47 days. When emailing support, they say the problem will be corrected with the next update. That lasts for several weeks while the app is being worked on, and the fixes last for less than a week.
It's the best. Really helps me find some peace
It works so well because there are so many options to meet what you are wanting to do....
When it's hard to silence the mind I look to Simple Habit to help gather my thoughts. I enjoy the multitude of options available.
I'm on day 6 and am really loving this app. I've tried several mindfulness apps and so far, I like this above all others. It's very easy to use and integrate into your day. I'm looking forward to unlocking the longer meditations already.
I have been enduring an unusually large amount of stress. For years I've practiced yoga and I've wanted to to the practice at home. Home tho is full of distractions and responsibilities that keep me so busy I forget that I want a meditation practice at home. Enter Simple Habit. A yoga friend sent it over and it's really helping me to set an intention every morning. I'm so happy there is something so simple that can help me create a new wonderful habit, something to help me keep things in perspective right here in the busy home!

This is a very easy way to help learn meditation. The instruction is clear and direct and reaches the mark. A great way to start the day.
I'm typically not the type to write reviews, but I feel like this is well deserved. There are other decent meditation apps in the marketplace but one common theme that I have encountered is that they give you a small sample for free, then require a paid subscription for access beyond a very basic offering (hello Headspace). While Simple Habit does have a paid subscription (that I do not use), the free version offered more than enough to satisfy my needs for meditation on a daily basis. I highly recommend this app.
Really great app!
I absolutely love this app so much!! I love that you can try the free meditations and you actually get good content instead of the little sample like in previous apps. I love the calm voices and how pumped I feel afterwards. I use this more at night and it really helps to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend!!
I love this app. It's significantly improved my anxiety and bipolar depression to the point where I feel like I can control things now. The only downfall is that the free version only gives you access to a small amount of content. And accidentally signing up for the subscription was a horrible experience. But the team is very helpful and easy to reach, and I was relieved to find out that no- they will not charge you unless you've hooked up a card with them. Definitely worth the download.
I enjoy every session I have tried with this app. It was great that I had two weeks full access allowing me to try all the different sessions. I highly recommend this app. Mediation is important for everyone!
I am someone who struggles to use my coping skills on a daily basis despite extensive CBT and DBT therapy and medication. WHY it works best for me: This app's addition to my nightly-self-care-regiment has made a HUGE difference. Instant Satisfaction: I can instantly hit "play" on a free 5 minute session and it works as an emergency response to an unexpected panic attack. (On avg. I usually have about 4-6 panic attacks per week.) Long term Benefits: I find myself in more control over my body and mind now because the app helps you learn how to listen to your body. I'm having less panic attacks the more I meditate as well.
It is good to take a mental break in my day. They help put things it a positive perspective.
