Worth the money!!. This is a pretty crazy game but it’s not over the top hard. The amount of stuff you get for buying the intro package is pretty huge for what you pay and if you wanna pick up some credits on the micro transaction in-game you can get a LOT of items or upgrades with the 4$ pack. The visuals in the game, the cost, and the fun factor makes this a great title at an EXTREMELY fair price!!

Awesome game - except on iPhone 12 Pro. Great game - fun and challenging. However, on the iPhone 12 Pro (and maybe other new models?), I can’t see the credits balance because it’s cut off by the front facing camera and phone speaker. **DEV’S** This is easily a 5-star game if changes were made to account for different hardware & screen sizes. Please get a new iPhone and see for yourself (if you haven’t already). It’s difficult to purchase upgrades when I don’t know how it will impact my credits balance (ex: there’s a big difference when going from 10,000 to 2,000 or from 50,000 to 42,000). Oh - and even though I made a purchase to remove advertisements, it would still be fun to let me “gamble” on the amount of bonus credits (the multiplier) I’ll get by spinning a wheel or pressing a button each time. Fix the screen size issue first though. Thanks!

So Fun... I need more.. This is definitely one of my favorite games ever...I have loved these types of games all the way back to the days of “Pong”. But I had to remove a star... I finally had the money to buy the package to remove ads and was so excited to be able to play through the levels without going insane while waiting for the ad to finish. But after playing for about 15 minutes I finished a level and got the message that I finished the game! No more levels to work through! Aaarrrgggg! Now I’m out 10 bucks. Please tell me there are more coming someday...

Honestly a really fun cool looking game. When I was browsing around in the App Store I saw this game and I was like man those graphics are pretty good but on the inside I was thinking is this gonna be one of those games where they lie about the graphics and how the game is but when I started playing I was really REALY surprised at how cool looking and how surprisingly the game was fun but I don’t know if there is one but can you add a tutorial but I think I just pressed the wrong button or if you didn’t which is okay cause I can’t even do coding but I hope you make more games just like this one have a wonderful day and goodbye

Not just somewhat impressed.... I preordered this game accidentally thinking it was something else a friend had mentioned. Once it downloaded I saw the brick breaker style gameplay and thought..Awesome! Once I played it I saw the double coin system and all that and was like I can’t deal with another one of these. Then I noticed 5.99 to unlock it all. Best 5.99 I’ve ever spent, Amazing game, Creative, Nice graphics, Great control. More than a fair price. Thanks guys! Keep em coming!

Major UI bug on iPad 5th-gen. Hello! I just figured I’d let you guys know that your “fixed UI on iPhone 12” update actually broke the UI on my iPad 5th generation. It’s on the latest iOS 14 version, and otherwise works fine outside of Micro Breaker. The only UIs that are affected are the “game over” and “level complete” UI; all other parts of the game look fine. Other than that, this game is AWESOME, and the UI does still work, it just looks bad.

A interesting take on a old classic but not perfect. I do enjoy this game and think the difficulty curve is right and the visuals are really nice with interesting level design but there’s problems that leave me irritated and somewhat frustrated. The ball is very hard to see sometimes because it blends into the background even when it’s not hit by the micro effect. Why wouldn’t someone include a timer if there’s a time limit? I’m try to three star a lot of the levels but need to be in certain time limits. How can I get it in the time if I can’t see how much time has passed? Please include a timer. Why can’t I see the requirements to get the stars without having to finish the level? In order to see what one needs to do to get a star in the level you can’t click on any level info to see but need to actually finish the level and can only see it then. You have to finish a level every single time you just want to read the star requirements. It’s very tedious but I can’t just look. And you still have to do this even if it’s a level you have at least a star in. I hope the developers make some changes because in my opinion this could be a 3/5 or 4/5 game but these little things just start to irritate you to the point you don’t want to play anymore.

Great game, but needs MORE LEVELS! (Pleaase?!). Let me put it this way... I downloaded and 100% completed this game a couple years ago and yet here I am now, writing this review. Even though I finished it ages ago, I kept it on my phone and every once in a while I'll remember it and check to see if they've released any new levels (which, sadly, they haven't). Honestly I'm so bummed at how short the game is! Brick breaking games are so old and varied, there are probably hundreds if not thousands of different ones on the App Store, yet this is by far my favorite of any I've played (at minimum on my phone). When I completed all the levels, I really wanted to keep playing so I went back and 3-starred every level. I know this game is old now, but please devs, if you ever see this review, please release more levels or even a sequel!! Anyway, if you've somehow made it here in 2023, despite this game now being several years old, I still highly recommend getting this. If you like these kinds of games, you should love this one. Not only is it done so well, I honestly can't recall a single problem with it. Not intrusive ads, not glitches, not insane levels, no need to spend $ to play or win, etc. I can't even think of any real criticism to give the game aside from wanting more levels to play!

Amazing game, just one tiny issue. This game totally brings me back to my days of playing nonstop ricochet. It makes me really happy to play something so similar again- the only issue I’m having, which is kind of oddly specific, but it’s the size of the ball. It’s fine at first but when you get to the point where there are sparks and power ups flying everywhere it becomes impossible to locate it. I know increasing the size of the ball is technically a powerup in itself but can you please just increase the ball size to make the game more playable? Thanks. Once that happens, I’ll give you five stars. :) amazing game though other than that, well done! Very nostalgic!

Arkanoid wannabe?. Cool graphics and effects but frustrating game interface and lacking introduction. The game has “training” levels but they do little to explain what each dropped bonus does. Also, the ball doesn’t bounce off the paddle with any realistic physics so you either cannot control which way it bounces or you get stuck in a straight up and down path. The ball should only go straight if you hit dead center of the paddle. Some effects, like the Vision Loss, or whatever it’s called, can induce nausea. There isn’t any help screens that I can find and I don’t have any clue as to what the collected coins would give me. There’s just too much not introduced to the first time player.

Great game in need of content update. I enjoy a good block breaker game and this is certainly one of them, looks plays and sounds great! Would be nice if the dev could push out an update to add levels and power ups; been stuck playing challenge mode for months after burning through the sectors with all stars, and all available options fully upgraded. I have accrued 1.1 million credits with nothing on which to spend them.

Challenge issues. I really enjoy playing, but have been increasingly frustrated at the Challenge mode continually losing scores, starting over, and starting over without any extra lives. Kinda takes the fun and challenge aspect of things out of the picture. Didn’t used to do this, seems to be happening in the past few months more frequently.

The usual. Fun game concept with decent graphics and enticing gameplay. bounce the ball, break the bricks, collect power ups and points. has all the usual ad nonsense that makes it not fun - forced ads, credits you can buy to make the game playable, unlockable upgrades, gated level selection, timed energy to play levels, daily enticements. it’s basically if breakout and candy crush had some mutant offspring. If you can tolerate the ads this is decent. But they do the some garbage all the other ads do - fake close buttons that pretend you clicked the ad instead of close, show fake gameplay, etc. ads are pretty frequent. expect one about every 5 minutes if not more frequent and even then the game will entice you to watch even more.

Updated from 1 Star to 4 Star, 5 still possible. I initially rated this a 1 Star based on lack of instructions or a help page. That to me is infuriating, I don’t want to guess or have to figure out a game by trial and error. Tell me how it’s played and what all the features, rules, and options are. Upon emailing the developer I received a response within hours providing detail on some of the questions I had given as examples of what was not clear. They also indicated a help page / instructions are on the to-do list. The game is fun, and aesthetically very beautiful. Gameplay and looks deserve a 5 Star. However I will be leaving this review as a 4 Star until a future update that includes a more detailed help / instructions embedded in game.

Fun for passing time. I got it the day I’m writing this, and can confirm that this is an entertaining mobile game. Aside from the ads, which can be disabled by turning off cellular data for the app, the graphics and haptics are great. There are realistic looking reflections that I can only compare to Sky: Children of Light; and if you’ve played that before, you’ll know. All in all, the gameplay is fun and sort of new, although I’ve seen some others like this. Try it out and see for yourself.

Want to rate a 5, but.... I chose to have this download to my device in advance because it sounded fun with Augmented Reality combined with the classic brick breaking game. Great concept, but could’ve been executed better. I don’t like how the game can only be adjusted on the ground. It kind of takes away from the fun of AR. We should be able to adjust it on a wall, it would play so much better. The thing that really got on my nerves and reason why I rated so low is bc every ad I watched promising to multiply my rewards played the entire ad, but didn’t give me anything extra. Even the envelope I clicked on promising to give 750 coins for watching an ad gave nothing. The envelope promising 1,000 coins also gave nothing after watching the entire ad. It’s not right that the developers make money off of the ads and are giving nothing in return. Please fix this or take the ads off. If those 2 things are changed, this would be a 5 star app and I’ll gladly change my rating.

Outstanding. In today’s climate of mobile games, Micro Breaker is a very high-quality offering. It has the Breakout formula, but the blocks move in weird ways, you have more control over the paddle, and breaking blocks drop a wide variety of items that can either help - or harm! - your gameplay. There are lots of levels to play, but they don’t seem boring or repetitive at all from what I’ve seen. There are upgrades to powerups, the ball and the paddle, bought using credits you get from beating levels, but from what I’ve seen there isn’t a need to grind for them. My only complaint is that the ad system is a bit predatory - when beating the level the game will offer to multiply the player’s earnings from anywhere from double to quintuple the amount, but if they choose no the game will just play an ad anyway. At least there’s a cute message saying “Ad time!” before it happens? Still, I’ll be playing this game for quite a while.

Best brick ball game I ever did done seen. Excellent game bringing a 3-D element AND augmented reality settings to utilize the full experience of it! Awesome really plenty of levels and world tiers to play through with upgrades for paddles and balls to boot! Above all the real experience of this game is the three dimensional break structures on each level and the interactive paddle moving bricks table tilts and some rebuffs that really make things interesting. Five stars guys give it a try you’ll be surprised.

Refreshed Classic is Stellar. I didn't think a brick breaker game could be this fun! I love the 3D look and all the ways it mixes up gameplay. The game is supported by a combination of forced and opt-in ads, but the forced ads are super infrequent and the energy system doesn't get in the way (I don't usually play for more than 10 minutes at a time, your mileage may vary.)

Totally Addictive!. I had to force myself to stop playing for two seconds to write this review, this game has me so hooked, i absolutely love it, the game play is challenging enough to keep me interested but not so much where i feel like the objective of the game is for me to lose. Games that have in app ads that offer more lives or powerups etc are great ,because a lot of games in the appstore are pay to win and i dont have to spend a single dime in this game. Great Job developers, now back to my game!

Great game - needs more sectors. I loved the original game growing up and the graphics and variety make this game top notch. I bought the premium pack which was worth it in my opinion. However, I was able to get through all the sectors pretty quickly. I think it would be wonderful to see more sectors/levels added In future releases (or even a build your own level option). I did find that I couldn’t use most of the power balls because they just weren’t visible enough. I play all the games with the neon green high visibility ball.

Annoying features. The ball bounces weirdly and has a tendency to get stuck on one side, you somehow miss it even if the paddle is right in front of it, the random power up is more trouble than it’s worth, the bad power ups appear more often than the good ones, you have to grind a lot of get more credits, and the mission thing is arbitrary. The mission stuff is particularly annoying because it’s difficult to get the power ups, the time doesn’t really need to be there, and the bit thing is weird. It’s basically brick breaker, but bloated with weird mechanics that try to make it unique. Update: I found the original brick breaker on the app store. You can keep this bloated crap and it’s cringe inducing adds to dead, boring, or pornographic games. Let this game and it’s sponsors die out.

Amazing, but. I don’t normally make reviews but in this case I will. I do enjoy these types of games, so I was excited to play. I already knew there were gonna be a lot of ads. But for the price they charge to remove them isn’t bad and I did. This game is Amanda so much fun to play. It not easy but its not too hard. It gives it that decent challenging levels. It really works on your reflexes!! There’s so much you can buy with the game credits, which enhances the gameplay. One thing I could say tho is for more levels. I know it gives us a bunch. But I’ve been addicted to this game since I downloaded it and would love more features or something like that! 9/10 would recommend

Please add a WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️. I have been playing this game for a few months and I love it. However, I think you should add a warning that, if you start playing the Challenge Mode and go back to Normal Mode, you will lose ALL the progress you had made in the Challenge Mode. That happened to me. I got to the 4,000 win streak and LOST it all because I wanted to take a break and go back to play the Normal Mode for a little while. Very frustrating.

challenge was reset without losing. hi, is there a way to restore challenge progress and continue? I’ve replayed the last level on different sectors and my challenge (6532) was reset when I resumed… I had many many lives.. I’ve restored with icloud (15h) of playtime but it was the same.. reset.. otherwise, no reason to keep this on my phone anymore.. top 3 ios games of all time.

Disappointing. As a fan of brick breaker games I was looking forward to this but am left disappointed. The controls feel very slow and sluggish for a brick breaker, and the paddle seems to lag the slightest bit after your finger, which makes a difference in a game like this. Also the ball is very tiny and hard to see at times. The paddle sits too close to your finger and your thumb covers parts of the screen you need to see when you move the paddle towards the thumb’s side. Some games like this pause automatically when you lift your finger off the paddle, but not this one, and the pause button is very small and unresponsive. I’ve only gotten to the fourth level (because it says I need 3 stars when I have 4...), but the level design doesn’t seem great and the powerups are uninspired. Combined with the intrusive advertisements and such, I’ll pass on this and stick to better brick breakers.

Amazing game. I’m a huge fan of breakout games and this one is amazing. The differences in the levels make it a nice challenge every time. The one thing I don’t like is I have passed the star requirement to unlock another section but it won’t unlock. This needs to be looked at but I give this 5 stars because it’s by far one of the best games I’ve played. Very hard to put down. Thanks devs and please fix the star situation. I’m in the first zone and trying to unlock the last section to get to the first boss and it won’t unlock.

Game is fun and challenging, but..... I hate being forced to to buy revive credits, or when I approach each subsection within a sector, the need to earn enough credits in the challenge mode or buy credits to advance. Moreover, when you reach the boss mode, there's no way to survive because no defense is offered against the shooting bricks and you have to buy more revive tokens. I find this annoying after paying full price for the game, which I do enjoy. I've also played through all the sectors (A -- D) and I guess I've reached the end. I'm hoping there will be more levels but without further hares to have them.

I wanted to like it. The graphics are great and it’s a fun take on a classic. But alas, it leaves much to be desired. The paddle response is laggy and often disappears under my finger making aim horrible. The physics response is pretty off. Meaning when you try to hit with more force, it might, or it might be slower. Unless you really hammer it, then it’s a friggin shotgun blast you can’t keep your eye on for a second or so. And your hit angle almost doesn’t make a difference. I’ve had a ball run my time because no matter the angle, it went straight and came right back. Over, and over, and over. Again, really wanted to like it. I just can’t in its current state.

"It's AD time". I just rage closed the app and came here to complain about the usual... Ads 😐. So this game is one of those where you can use watching ads as a way of doubling your earnings (like most games). My problem is even if you choose not to double your earnings, the screen will just say "It's AD time" and play one anyway. Then because THEY chose for you to watch it instead of you, you get no double reward. Airplane mode is a method but I shouldn't have to sacrifice my service for a relaxing game.

A Work In Progress. The visuals are great. However the actual game play mechanics are a work in progress. One example: when you strike the returning ball on the left, right or dead center of the paddle - the ball still returns straight. Only once the ball as encountered other objects then returns to hit the paddle at an angle does it return at a similiar trajectory. However you can change its return based on the precise positioning of the paddle — which is unlike most breakout style games. The other work in progress are the unique ‘bonus’ objects that drop — it’s hard to determine the difference between the good and the bad; and what the functionality of it is as they immediately change — making the REVERSE bonus and a number of other a challenge to figure out; especially while playing on an iPhone (8+ in my case). Before I commit ($), this games needs more time in the shop.

Old guy gets 3 stars on every level. I’m 74 years old and I just laugh at all these crybabies who say the game is too hard. I can do it. Just takes persistence and quick reflexes. And for the entitled class who think the developers owe them a free game, and complain about paying $5 for a game that gives you hundreds of hours of entertainment, games used to cost $35 to $60! Yeah! And they had crappy graphics. I play this game nearly every day. It’s a perfectly-written game with no glitches, no crashes, no wait times. Pay ONCE and play forever.

What a game!. Boy where to start…. I feel this game can be fun because of mechanics that are funky and at times and are fun during gameplay. Normally puzzle games at times share repetitive puzzle mechanics. It makes the game stale after while. It seems this game has better outlook on level design to keep you engaged. Then your basic platform puzzle. It seems that this game proves to be a real challenge for those who love platform puzzles.

Very Cool, BUT.... This is actually a really fun game to play, but there’s something really wrong with their control mechanism! It’s just not very responsive, and it will continually cause you to lose levels, that a normal person could finish; with a little effort. Plus, occasionally, you’re come across a level that is just unwinnable! I’ve literally spent a couple of weeks on a board that I just couldn’t get past! *** there SHOULD be a way to BUY your way past a level, regardless of the price you have to pay...

Fun with issues and updated. This is by far one of the best brick breaking games. This game is seriously awesome! I can’t praise it enough. One issue, the last boss can’t be beaten in a short amount of time. Can’t seem to get the last star because of the long amount of time the boss takes to be defeated. Hopefully it can be adjusted so we can use power ups to quickly defeat it. I hope the developer address this issue. Literally best brick breaking game on the market. Excellent job!

Shocking quality. I was incredibly happy to give me his developers some of my money. The visuals, the sound effects, the brilliant gameplay, and I’ll be amazing upgrades and special abilities make this Easily a top-five mobile game. Definitely the most fun I’ve had on my phone in a few years. People complaining about the in app purchases are just wrong. The amount of money they ask for is very small and very reasonable. And the advertisements are short and you always get rewarded for watching them. Or pay a very small fee to never see them again. I’m shocked at the people I don’t think he’s the bumper deserve a dime from the players.

Decent game but….. This would be a decent game but I’m one of those people who like to get three stars on every level and some levels no matter how well I do will refuse to give three stars! Sorry but there are games out there that score more fairly! Update! Gave this game one more chance, played a level, lost one ball, game over!! What the H? Every brick breaker game I’ve ever played offers at least three balls, this game which is nearly impossible to win only gives one? Sorry deleting immediately!

Clever game with a few hiccups. In general I think this is a wonderful take on a classic game. The addition of having stacks of bricks vertically as well as horizontally that fall as you knock over the ones below them is a very cool take. The game is beautiful and the sound is great as well. The game does have a few interface things that could be improved. One is that the falling "points" from destroyed bricks look very similar in size and color to your ball which can get confusing and has caused me to try to catch the wrong thing several times. It would also be nice to have a way to offset the paddle from your finger a bit more as I regularly found my finger to be blocking the area in front of the paddle. There is a "relative" option, but I'd like to see a way for the paddle to stay with your finger, just with a bigger offset - maybe it keeps the (vertical) distance between the paddle and your finger from when you first touch the screen? Last - is there a way to have the ball not go perfectly vertically from your paddle when you first launch it? In general I think this is a very well done game and well worth the download. The criticisms I have are small ones.

Actually really fun. The game is actually very fun! Usually brick breakers are garbage, but this one is actually pretty fun. It’s pretty unique too, with different mechanics in each level that you can discover. Ads aren’t much of a problem either, because they’re infrequent enough to not be annoying. All in all a really fun experience, and I really do salute the developer for this game.

Would Be Good As Premium. This would be a top tier game in my opinion if you could buy it for one set price and it contained no ads or in-app purchases. Yet, sadly and predictably, this is just another freemium scam of a game. Even if you pay to remove the advertisements, the game is still chock full of manipulative in-app purchases. Which are set up to annoy you enough so that you constantly waste money on the title, every time you open it. I have grown so tired of monetization schemes such as this one. It's really a shame that the developer went the pathetic freemium route with Micro Breaker, because if that wasn't the case I think it would offer so much promise. As it stands now, though, it's just another game among so many others that I can't delete off my devices fast enough. In a few months time no one will remember, Micro Breaker, just like every other freemium experience on the App Store. It's only quality, premium games, that are worthy of being remembered and sticking around I believe. That's my opinion anyways when it comes to how I spend my money.

Fun idea, constant ads and weird par times. To begin with, very fun and refreshing game Do not bother if you don’t want to pay a few bucks to be rid of ads. You will see one or two every other attempt at a map. The most ads I have ever seen in a mobile game. The game itself is a cute little mash up of Metroid prime pinball, break out and geometry wars. It goes for a level based structure which is a bit of a shame: it’s criteria for getting three stars includes getting under a certain amount of time on a given course. The issue being you have very little control of the ball coming back down, which leads to a lot of retries: or bringing power ups, which you don’t have many to begin with and take away from the point of the game. The criteria in catching power ups and fragments also takes away from controlling the ball as you whip your finger around to avoid missing them so you can get three stars. An endless or procedurally generated mode would be nice too. Polished but with some weird design choices in progression.

Amazing game still after many years. Someone has mentioned that how he has played this game many years ago and still plays it. I can say i have played it 5 years or before that and here i am back at it. Now i earn money and am happy to pay and support the developer. I believe it’s one person who has made this game and i should mention physics of this game and design is amazing. You have mentioned more content is coming and i cant wait for it and would even pay for new levels that would be challenging to 3 star.

Good game. I like this game reminds me of break breaker back in the days good graphics and I like the drop bonus you get when you are playing to help you through the game. Paddle move a bit slow wish there was a sensitive control in the settings so I could adjust it to move faster. And I wish there wasn’t a barrier around the game I wish the barrier was my screen like break breaker back in the days over all I love the game you did I good job keep updating it and add more things and improve it and I made a purchase want to support you for your work i think it was $5.99 if am not mistaken to remove the adds and some other things.

Awesome Game!. I’ve been playing this game for a few months and have enjoyed every bit of it. This is by far the best brick breaker type game on mobile. I do have a few suggestions that I think could make the game better. One is adding a zen mode. This could be a mode where you don’t have to worry about lives, no bad power ups, no red speed bricks, and a larger distance between the paddle and the bricks so you have more time to react. The purpose for a mode like this would be that sometimes you just feel like relaxing and having fun instead of constantly challenging yourself. Another suggestion I have is to maybe add a boss battle mode. This could be where you go through each boss level and if you can make it through all of them without loosing all your lives, maybe you get a prize or something.

Polished and fun. Micro breaker is an impressive and polished entry in the brick breaker genre. The visuals are stunning, the controls are precise, the physics feels real, and the game progression seems fair. The creativity of power-ups, level design (and activity), and layout/interface is what helps set Micro Breaker from the rest. The developer shows added positive consideration to screen real estate, element sizing, and user experience (generation laser power-ups to finish off ‘stake-mate’ moments, lucky-saves, and optional extra revival tokens via ad views). The developer’s recent and prompt responses to issues with ad-based rewards is a reassuring sign of the developer’s pride and investment in their work. The only other glitch I’ve experienced (which may have been fixed by recent updates) is occurrences where a brick fails remains suspended in air and fails to land on the field, making it impossible to destroy even with the laser. Ideas for improvement would be a few more additional brick-types and some mechanism to clear boss stages when ‘stale-mate’ instances arise (no laser generation for these stages). Excellent game and strong contender for the BEST in the genre!

Best Game of 2022. Completely obsolete and indescribably unique I love the way that this game features many ways to play the simple game for one I like the full screen and white screen control switches I also love the artificial reality and it’s on different kind of loving love it’s weird but true can you take a first generation game and you multiplied the opportunities of ideas tenfold and Id be applauding you for that to the people that created work on and brought this idea to life I’m glad that you have this game is very meaningful to my life and I truly enjoy reviewing and giving you mine best of intrest and pride in this game I have a hunch this Launch will launch even more beautiful things to bless the world with. This truely is a most Positive of Ideas

Ruined by ads. Ugh, the ADDS. I know there aren’t as many adds as some other games we don’t even want to talk about, but seriously, “Ad Time”?! That’s probably equivalent to saying something like “Chore time”. Also, sometimes I’ll be playing a level on a nice day having great fun, but guess what happens? MY PADDLE HAS LAG. It will lag for a solid 30 seconds. And no, I don’t mean the power up called “Paddle lag”, I mean REAL lag. My paddle will move backwards, move forward, then go back to the initial position. But by the time everything’s normal, the ball has gotten back behind the paddle and you’ve lost. Another thing is the SHOP. Even though it’s there, you’ll tap on it and it’ll say, “shop not available”. Like I said, great game but SERIOUSLY needs ADJUSTMENTS.

Best game out there …. because the graphics and gameplay are amazing, there are multiple types of challenges, and you don’t have to spend real money to enjoy it and succeed at it. Old dog, new tricks. This is a very amusing game. The fact that the devs took a game, as old as video gaming itself, and got so creative with it, and made it seem like a completely new type of game is impressive. I don’t know how many games I delete after I play it once. This was not one of them. This game is creative, fun, fast paced, rewarding, and keeps your interest. I love the leveling up aspect( I’m a huge rpg guy). It keeps the game fresh. Ads are some of the shortest and sparse I’ve seen. Definitely not pay to play. There are in app purchases. But the prices are fair, and you can definitely stay interested without buying any. Over all this is a very fresh and creative take on an old classic. They taught this old dog new tricks. Hats off to the devs. They created a fun game you can play for hours, or just a couple minutes why your gas is pumping. Great game.

Incredible game absolutely RUINED by greedy IAP nonsense. I’m old school, where you buy a game and that’s it. How old school? I grew up playing the original games this is a descendant of… Breakout and Super Breakout. I still consider Arkanoid new. Anyway… this game itself is amazing. A genius, modern take on the concept. Until the constant hounding for IAP starts. I paid to get rid of the ads. But I’m not going to keep feeding the beast to get more than one ball per game! The devs come off looking like greedy drug dealers taking advantage of players’ need for another fix. Come on. Just let me buy the game and play it. I know the race to the bottom in the App Store is not their fault. It’s stupid that people have come to think an app is “expensive” when it costs half as much as a trip to Starbucks. And those same people will keep giving in to the IAPs for another hit. But it’s frankly just gross and depressing to see a developer taking advantage of that. If that’s what it takes to make a profit in app development, this platform is doomed. And this game is a nail in its coffin.

Fun for a few levels... The graphics are nice and the games quite fun but ‘paddle lag’ is a terrible, frustrating feature that made me uninstall.

Good but not many levels. I found this to be a very good little game, great graphics. What happens after you pas sector D boss cannot seem to progress any further beyond that - hence the 3 stars would be expected to go further as it’s quite addictive but not paying any more as already paid out a bit for what appears to be of little use.

Where’s the ar?. Very good game obviously but two problems. 1 a set amount of levels so it can’t just keep generating new levels. That makes it easy to finish and not as nostalgic and quite frankly annoying 2 I can’t find the ar mode! I got this game half for the ar because it’s my first ar game and I can’t find it! Pls help me with this And a suggestion along with just continuedly generating new levels what if there was a mode that was just endless running. Like you would play the mode then finish a level then next level then next and next and next and maybe even a boss fight every 5 levels? Visually stunning, but needs a polish. This is a very enjoyable take on the ‘ball-breaker’ classic. It brings in 3 dimensions and beautiful graphics, but the physics/mechanics need a bit of a polish, as the ball doesn’t bounce off the paddle very well sometimes. Instead, it might bounce straight up when it should’ve bounced off at a different angle. In that sense, the way the ball bounces/rebounds can feel quite ‘random’ at times. Otherwise, a fun game.

Great game after you pay (once). Superb wall breaker. Great graphics, engaging gameplay and cool bonuses. That is once you pay once to get unlimited energy and remove once. The free version still allows you to enjoy and try out to see if you like the game, mechanism etc. Reasonable amount to pay and it’s not an ongoing fee which you pay monthly or every time you reach a new level. Beautiful take on a classic. This is a beautiful modern take on a classic game. The game is visually stunning to say the least and the new weapons/items are a fresh addition. Love that it can be played offline. All games should be playable offline, just like back in the days.

Keep paying to keep playing. Even after paying for this game, you’re obliged to buy upgrades to keep going or not be severely delayed in playing new levels. Too bad because otherwise it’s a fun and inventive game.

Huge potential, but unfulfilled. This game looks great, runs great, has interesting details and mechanics, is even somewhat addictive, but like most brick breakers it suffers from one fatal flaw: terrible pacing. Pacing is what made the original Arkanoid so captivating. The difficulty was fair yet challenging, always engaging the player. Micro Breaker is not that, because it is inconsistent and overall too easy. This fees like a game whose design decisions were driven by micro transactions instead of entertainment, as evidenced by the glut of lackluster ball and paddle upgrades, and the large number of redundant powerups. Most are useless at best, frustrating at worst. The level progression is random and your choices don’t really matter along the way. By far, the most egregious flaws are in the boss fights. The concept of a boss fight is great, but the execution here is completely superficial and poorly thought out. They take a long time, and that is indeed their only challenge: patience. Skill is not required here, and as such it is unsatisfying. That’s not what I want from a boss battle. It’s not a terrible game, but it could and should have been so much more. The graphics, physics, and even sounds are top shelf. That technical foundation is rock solid, but what it needs are a few experiential tweaks to crank the fun and excitement up several notches.

An otherwise good game ruined by stupid boss design. The final boss is just infuriating and poorly designed.

Previous Issues Resolved; Excellent Game!. Game is excellent overall, you get exactly what is advertised! 5/5 star rating, for game smoothness, entertainment, and overall play! In addition, I had previously found issues in the game, however the customer service is unmatched! All previous concerns were promptly dealt with, and with utmost respect and professionalism. 100% would recommend downloading, it has saved me hours of boredom, and will continue to do so!

Only two issues stop this from being great. 1. The negative power up that causes your paddle to be locked in position and you can’t move it is totally unfair and it has no counter so it’s not skill based at all like the insane speed one which can be dealt with with skill which makes it fair. Of course you can always avoid it when it is a red pickup but when it is a random pickup you have no idea and can get this with no chance of saving yourself and you can’t just avoid all random pickups because most of the time they are beneficial. I just think the paddle lock should be removed from the random pickup power up pool. 2. The camera moves when you move from side to side even with tilt screen camera movement off and it’s a small issue but sometimes because the camera doesn’t get there in time you can lose a life even though your finger is on the corner of your screen and when that happens it is super annoying because there’s nothing we could have done to stop it if the ball goes there and our paddles weren’t already on that side of the board.

Ads with a game in between. Long ads every level take up 50% of game play time. Gave up frustrated after level 1. Try going easier on the ads and charge less to remove them. 2 stars as game seems like it might be kinda cool if there was a better game time to ad time ratio.

Perfect!. If you grew up with Arkanoid and Breakout like I did this will satisfy that gameplay perfectly, but in a lot of ways it's so much better. I keep checking back for a sequel because I completed the first! So good!

Great game. Annoying commentary.. Fun game. Well executed. Keeps my interest and I usually get rid of games within a few days. But I really wish the voice was done better. Just a robotic female and quite annoying after a while. I like the idea of a voice, just something more human to be honest. Or at least give the option to mute the voice only and not all sound fx. So far that’s my only complaint, which is pretty good.

Never knew about this game.. This is a great game. Though two achievements have not unlock for paddle and ball when you get one. It never gave me credit. I now have all the balls and paddles. Still the achievement for the two didn’t count. The get all paddles and balls counted though. On newest build of the game too.

Broken credits system. I should say at the outset that I actually like this game pretty well, and it has five star potential. There’s only one whacking great problem that has caused enough frustration to cost this game three stars. The problem is thus- you’ve just racked up a load of credits and open the ‘store’ to spend them. This causes nearly all of your credits to be either spent on random items, or to disappear altogether. Brick breaker games are a dime a dozen. There has to be a better one than this.

Great game keeps crashing. Pretty amazing version of an original but the game keeps crashing and then won’t load. The home screen opens up and then crashes again at least 4 to 5 times until I can start another game please fix this bug

Amazing game.. Played and beaten almost every level. Took the time to really get into it before review. And all I really gotta say is, add more power ups and make more levels! Everything is fluid. No lag, stuttering, or visual bugs. I am honestly impressed that an old school game like this got a reboot. Keep up the great work!

A Classic Brick Game Meets Air Hockey?!?. After playing this game for 10 minutes, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I almost never do this with freemium games, but the gameplay and the physics provide a lot of fun and challenge. The unique power-ups add a new dimension to a “classic” style brick breaker game. Graphics are great, very smooth response. I really, really enjoy this title.

EXCELLENT, especially for a mobile game!. This app is great! It doesn’t pull any of the stupid things most mobile games do. Let me tell you everything this game ISN’T— -Pay to win -Impossible to accomplish -Absurdly slow -Overflowing with time-consuming ads Sure, there are IAPs and ads, but the ones the game forces you to watch are occasional and skippable, and you don’t need to partake in either to beat the game! My only complaint is that there isn’t ENOUGH to do! I’ve gotten every star on every level and honestly, I’m hungry for more! This is the kind of addictive user-considerate gaming that more mobile games should really take after!

Ads - insert shrug -. Ads. It’s always ads. You can pay to turn them off. Or you can give away time you’ll never get back. Maybe if you’re switching between other games/apps with ads you could coordinate play between everything so you don’t have to deal with the ad-dead nonsense. But that kinda makes it work and not so much a game or enjoyable. Play is good. Graphics are good. Voice feedback is AI-computerized but gives some encouragement throughout. Pretty good. Honestly I don’t like many mobile games, but this is one of the best you’re gonna get. It looks nice and the soundtrack is freaking amazing, along with very fun core game mechanics that kept me through all the way. Ads are kinda annoying but any free game is usually littered with ads, but this is one is a bit more lenient with them. Had a lot of fun and hope they add more levels!

Finally, a good game!. I’ve been looking for a game that’s simple, without ads every minute, and of good quality. This game exceeded my expectations! Not too many ads, really well designed, great levels, and just about as good as it gets for a classic game. I’m really happy with it and I play it every day.

Buggy - Frequent Freezing n Constant Ads. The game freezes up frequently after ads. So, you waste your time watching ads, all to come back to the game bring frozen. And they make you watch so many ads just to play that you are watching MORE commercials than you are actually playing. If they would fix the freezing bug and reduce the frequency of ads, would be much better.

Exactly what you want!. This game has the right balance of being fun in its own right and mixing it up as you go along. It has various purchase options, but all of them are fairly balanced with the ad alternative. I’m pleased ☺️.

This app is super great.. The biggest setback they had was that I couldn't listen to my own music. I like the music in the game, but I want to listen to mine sometimes, and it flat out wouldn't let me. I have a Playlist specifically for neon games like this that I made back when I was playing Neon Rider all the time. I mentioned this on my review and they fixed it only days later. Various colors of the ball needed. I know that later on once you collect more energy fragments or coins that you can buy balls in other colors but with varying abilities. It would be great if the ball could come in a more bright and vibrant color, even if it doesn’t have any special abilities. It help a lot to see the ball better. But other than that, this game is good to play and is entertaining.

Fun and addicting. This game is incredible. The graphics are a ten, gameplay is a ten, and it does nor force you to buy anything. Well worth the money if you do. Only thing it’s missing is more of the sections. I can’t get enough!

Nice Game. Fun to play but the special offer for no ads was too short. I didn’t have enough time to evaluate the game to see if I would like to continue. Extremely aggressive ad system. Solid brick brick game. I’ve only done a few levels but each level has an unskippable ad time along with another ad right afterwards. I wouldn’t complain as it a agree game but the levels don’t take more than a minute to complete before your presented with another ad. I like the concept of 3D brick break and the items seem fun to play with but overall the game pushes its paywall to much. I’m ok with watch ads for support of a free game but their ratio is off.

Very fun and satisfying. The only thing i would change is the ball. It’s hard to see for someone like me. I would prefer it be brighter or have an outline. Edit; I’m using the green neon ball but I’m missing out on the benefits of the other ones. I don’t have perfect vision but I’m able to see the ball from “jet ball” and “anodia” pretty well. Also, i might just be picky but i prefer a predictable ball trajectory when bouncing off walls, much like in the aforementioned games. This ball tends to be biased and throws me off. I really like it though and it’s my #2 right behind “Jet ball”. Keep up the great work.

Rigged. This app has you do everything they can to try to purchase upgrades for real money. You can do a lot of farming, or the easiest way to do that is to buy credits, then use them for power ups. However, on the boss levels, none of the power ups work. So they want you to spend lots of money to buy power ups that you then can’t use when you need them the most. Rigged.

Joeygamer. Of the thousands of games i've played this one will hold your attention and drives you to play. It keeps freezing and I have to reload it but doesn't make me start over which is good. I'll play this till the end.

High Quality. I paid for no ads, their privacy policy is up front, the game controls and plays smooth and you can tell they put a lot of effort in it. Even before I paid for no ads, the ad that did come up I liked the game in the Ad.

Best block breaker EVER. One of the only games where the free version isn’t inundated with ads. Remarkable graphics and re-play ability. Very outside the box approach to applying not only helpful power ups but crippling handicaps in order to keep you glued to the screen while playing. Paid version even better, and I personally have no issue paying for no ads and / or unlocking all content no matter what cost if the application is worth it....this one is tops on my list. It’s funny remembering playing block breaker and all on the old Nokia phones back in late 90s....and look at where it’s come today. An almost immersive 3D experience.....this game for me is sure to be on my phone always.

Like Breakout Remastered for 2022. Fun, fast-paced gameplay and unique physics make this a 5-star game in my book. I played free for a couple of weeks, but the ads started to disrupt the flow. However, you can get rid of them for just $3, which is well worth it. Please support the developers, as they went all-out to reinvent this classic arcade game.

I love the futuristic theme and fluidity of Micro Breaker. The game colors are vibrant, and the level’s designs are challenging. This game is so great; it makes my top 25 list of best iPhone games. I want to play Micro Breaker every chance I get! The designer/creator is extremely friendly and was great at answering my questions via email. I really appreciated the timeliness of their responses. I am happy to support this game, and hopefully more games like this one. Please keep the new levels coming. Get this game. You won’t be disappointed!

Fun game. I love the sound effects with the “spatial audio” enabled on my AirPods! Overall really love it, except for the terrible ads - does anyone actually buy those products?! I can’t figure out if there are levels beyond A,B,C and D - or if I’ve reached the end of the game.

Good, but ads ruin it. Fun game, unique twist on an old genre. Beware though: as all of the games in the store these days, prepare for ads after levels complete, even if you choose what appears to be a no-ad option to continue. Turns out they both show ads but one doubles rewards (typical for these games). That’s misleading and a no-go for me.

Best arkanoid game ever. BUT the game tells me hurry up but there is no time limit… so why do I have to. And it asks if you want to watch ad after match and you click no but the game says “ad time” and forces u to watch for no additional points. That’s messed up

Awesome-But only if. I will change this review to 5 stars in a heartbeat if they do an update that will remove the advancement and other notifications from the middle of the playing field. That one thing is annoying to have pop up every time you get a new paddle etc. I am dealing with it because this game is cool!

Love this game The graphics are better than most games I play And I just love how challenging the levels can be And my fav part is that this reminds me of “brick breaker” (I only think that was the name of it) and one of my friends would love to play that game but he moved away so now we don’t see him as much. Wow!. Amazing visuals, great feeling to play as well. I have always wanted a ball breaking game, with power-ups, to have just one more thing. You nailed it! 3D? A whole new aspect to such a simple game. I am even impressed with the level select screen, it is all beautiful!

Fun. Very fun, albeit it still suffers from the same things all free mobile games suffer from, which is a lot of ads. Seems to be about every other try, or level is an ad that’ll let you skip after 10 seconds or so.

OUTSTANDING GAME !!!. I’ve been playing micro breaker for 10 minutes a day the last 3 years. I’m up to level 61. Today is the day I surpass level 61. It’s not easy at all. Hand eye coordination and some luck is needed. Such an amazing game. Well worth the time. Anyone else want to share what level you’ve made it to!?

Best breakout game I've played. Attractive visuals and fun gameplay. Brick movement sometimes correspond with paddle coordinates, phone tilt, etc, resulting in interesting dynamics. Effective progression system. Complaints about IAP are unfounded when the Premium pack is such a reasonable deal. Feedback: Sector map music: too repetitive, partly due to short duration. Ball trajectory should correspond more with where on the paddle it hits than it currently is (seems presently more affected by paddle speed/direction; an issue e.g. if the ball gets stuck on a straight trajectory on the stage edge).

Wow!. This is an incredibly polished game in every aspect, from gameplay, features, to graphics. I purchased the IAP package (to remove ads, etc.) with no regrets. I’m looking forward to more development on this game and future projects from this developer.

Great Fun but. The game is great , the sound and detail really make it fun but I see a bug where sometimes after a level it doesn’t go forward or ends so you have to leave and come back into it to keep playing. I am sure easy to fix but neat game

Old school new. It’s a great kickback to old school araknoid/brick breaker style but with a cool twist adding special balls and paddles and moving levels. The only downside, which you can turn off is the tilt screen, it’s fun but can be annoying at times. Been looking a long time for a game like this

Great, but two things. First, let me say that I’m happy I stumbled upon this game. It’s great!! I’m giving it three stars because it’s missing a couple of small things that would make it even better. 1. Restart on pause menu. Yes, I know you can just let the ball fall until you can start over but a restart button in the pause menu would be great instead of exiting out to the main menu. This is worth a star. 2. I love the music and sounds effects but it would be nice to have a volume control for both instead of off/on. This is worth a star. I want more. I hope the developers come up with a second game or more levels. Support the developers and purchase the ad free version and some coins!

The fact that you can get spawn killed on the final boss is a little bs I mean I understand it’s supposed to be hard but the fact that i cant tell where its going to start firing from when theres only a few blocks scattered about the screen and I get killed just by starting my paddle in the wrong spot takes the fun out of it

Console quality eye candy and gameplay . . .. Am really hoping for a follow up to this amazing game experience! Such an addictive yet strangely relaxing experience — even when the action goes totally ballistic! This is a rare instance of arcade perfection in the App Store — a true gem of a game!

Near perfect game. I really love this game, especially once I paid to get the non-optional ads removed. Great gameplay and fun. Only thing would be to make the game harder. Only the last level is difficult, so making it steadily harder and harder would be great! Love it!
