A Daily User. I have been using the Bible Hub for several years (6) as a part of my morning meditation and devotional studies. It has proven itself to be an effective and invaluable resource to go deeper into my daily understanding and application of the Word. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a hunger for going deeper into the word and understanding and practicing it in a meaningful and productive manner. The commentaries and word references have often opened up key spiritual insights and ideas that inspire me to pursue and apply them. I also love the maps and pictorials that give me a more detailed look and personal perspective of the events context and subject matter of the word. Being able to reference the key passages and words that I am studying in the languages that they are written in many times leads me to an insight that is pertinent to my own experience or history. Again I highly recommend this far reaching resource for personal growth in the Word.

Worth a Review. We all have the apps that constantly ask us if we "would consider" rating it on the App Store. It's annoying, it's disruptive, and ultimately it degrades the overall quality of the apps we are using. The point is not that this app forced me to leave this review; I don't remember if the Bible Hub app has even prompted me before. But I am making the point that I have never "felt compelled" enough by any app to actually leave a review in my lifetime. Yet here I am, leaving a review, and a corresponding 5-star rating. This app is the easiest and most efficient academic Bible study tool available. Despite the dated color scheme and interface, the tools available on this app have previously only been available in the libraries of the world's finest seminaries. No, this app doesn't have everything. But the commentaries and Hebrew/Greek study tools are essential for a deeper understanding of the written Word of God. Thousands of dollars and hundreds of years of theological resources...right at our fingertips; absolutely free. Well done, Bible Hub, and blessings to your company.

Everything for the exegesis students!. How many people are berean’s, “ones who searched the scriptures daily” to see if what Paul was saying was on point. And not for nothing but he was cross referencing the law & the prophets to prove to his own brethren but had nothing but grace and power for the heathen. Guess who got it? Israel didn’t like a suffering servant fir a god. They were ready for another deliverance like Moses, or more importantly “Elijah” by name. Make no mistake Elijah called down fire and they thought it was Roman weenie roast. But nope, God's ways are always higher...above all you could ask or even think. Where sin abounds grace much more abounds. The Holy One full of grace and truth, the a son of man but man of God. Peace be upon....US! Good tidings to all men...FROM GOD! Now repent or change you’re old way of thinking and follow God’s new teaching. He’s doing a new thing can you not see it? Ask, Knock, and seek for Him. You who give good gifts to your kids but come from a natural tendency to do hedonistic things...how much more will God give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?

Everything I could ever want or need. I still believe that printed Bibles are very important to our Christian walk. But there is no doubt… Taking scripture with me everywhere my phone goes means the world to me. It’s probably the most important app on my phone. And when my printed Bible isn’t assessable, this beautiful word of God is always there… Reliable… And ready. I screenshot all the time and highlight and save it in my photos as a reminder of what I was thinking on any given day. The only suggestion I would have is for it to have a companion diary to where I could take those screenshots, put them into a journal formatand retrieve them anytime I needed to look back on my journey. Love this app and really appreciate everyone who keeps it up and running.

Morning quite time with Jesus. Enjoy the start of each morning with The Daily Devotion. I have learned to appreciate the wisdom that God poured into Mr Charles Speargon as he expounds single Bible verses. Most Daily Devotions lead into the study of a book, chapter or subject. The availability of the commentators (Gill) totally enhance each study. Most importantly is the closeness that is felt and gained with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I encourage each of my children to take the first 10-15 minutes of each day and dedicate it toward time with God. This places a good God perspective of our daily challenges and decision making.

Exceptional resource. I have been a follower of Christ for 49 years and I do appreciate having a Bible on my phone! Having lugged my Bible to church over the years, it’s so much easier having in my phone. I also open this App daily to read the online devotional, scroll down for pertinent verses, and then finish with a sermon from the late Charles Spurgeon. It’s intriguing to read the dialogue from his time period, but the messages still resonate today. Thank you for the hard work compiling, and offering various Bible versions to choose from! So awesome. I was using the Bible Hub website every morning to see verse translations side by side for my daily Scripture reflections and I was Googling it from my phone to get to the site. Finally today I thought, there should be an app for this, and when I opened the site the banner at the top was like “hey check out the Bible Hub app” and I was like “no way” so ask and you shall receive! I don’t know if I just never noticed the advertisements before or if the app is new, but I am very happy not that I have it. Being able to compare so many translations at once really gives me the fullest meaning of the verse and now it’s only one click away. Awesome. Thank you!

Perfect but for this flaw. This is my favorite Bible app. It has many helpful features, and the interface is very user friendly. I also appreciate that they have now included the NKJV, which is my favorite English translation. God bless the developer! The only flaw (and I have a real problem with this) is that when you reopen the app, it does not open to the last passage you were reading but to the default chapter, John 3. It wasn’t always this way. They changed something a year or so ago. Granted, this feature (or bug) is not so bad that I want to switch to a different app, but I request the developer to please fix it. While I can easily return to the passage I was studying before I exited (and I take copious notes), I lose all the passages I visited while studying that passage because I have to start afresh each session so the back arrow does nothing. Fix this, and you have the perfect Bible app.

Excellent resource (But hope they limit the ads). I have been using this app for years, and I am amazed at the number and quality resources available in a single app. It has helped me to go deeper into my daily Bible studies. Many versions of the Bible as well as helpful resources like maps and commentaries. The pop-up ads can be a bit annoying, but I’m glad they are placed at the bottom of the screen where they do not interfere too much. still, I remain grateful for the amount of work that went in to this quality and nondenominational website.

Best bible study tool since logos. I love the wide selection of bibles, study bibles, and commentaries. many of the commentaries provided in this app are from much older sources that are much more sound in doctrine according to church history and cover almost every verse in greater detail than all modern commentaries found in logos, the resources in this app are so much better than the ones in the paid version of logos which I own if biblehub ever decides to make a program that is formatted the way logos is I’ll be the first to buy it and ditch logos, also the Biblehub app doesn’t have all the bugs and kinks that logos’s app has which take place every day Not just occasionally, and is very annoying when you have spent $500 plus for their program like I did, great job biblehub, Sincerely, Pastor Rob

To the Scholars, Philosophers, and Apologists. I originally used the website, but the app is just as great. I am a student who has taken several biblical classes and the Bible Hub was of paramount importance when it comes to studying the word. There are so many different versions of the text that can be easily accessed on this program, and I mean the content speaks for itself. Just ask the man upstairs. Honestly this has been a blessing in my life and I want to thank the creators of the app. You've made an app into a ministry that could potentially be on every phone in America and that is the kind of technological revolution our generation needs. I pray that God blesses this app and the lives of those who use it. And I also pray that the developers are blessed as well, awesome job guys you should be proud. -Clay

Missed Potential. What makes this app as an experience really good is that it’s powered by the BibleHub website which is one of the best bible tools on the internet. However, this is not a true mobile app for the following reasons: 1. You have to be connected to the internet for it to work. 2. There’s no way to save bible versions for offline reading. 3. You loose where you are if you hit the ‘X’ at the top left. 4. It’s doesn’t maintain any state of what you doing if you close the app as every time you choose one of the sections to go to, it will always take you back to the same starting page for each button on the Home Screen. Needless to say, this isn’t a real mobile experience. I would arguably get a better experience just loading up the BibleHub website on my web browser. At least I can have multiple tabs with all my app state being maintained through the tabs whereas this is just a lesser web browser experience. Don’t get me wrong, the tools available through BibleHub are amazing and a true blessing, but as a mobile app, there is a lot of missed potential here.

Good Opinion Revived. I rarely write reviews but I recently wrote one because I was upset by the intrusive advertising that had invaded my study using this app. I wrote with the hope that the developers would take note and fix the problem . At the time there were others who had written as well. I tried to find a substitute Bible study app but I couldn’t. This is the best one in my opinion. So I kept on. Lo and behold they listened! I am thrilled. Every day I rely on this app for help in commentaries and deeper understanding in Greek and Hebrew word study. I had to write again to say, Thank you whoever you are!!!

Bible Hub. I am enjoying the app for the most part. It’s very convenient to choose a different translation to read in helping to understand certain verses better. I have 2 complaints: My major one is they have approved of certain translations like ESV and NIV taking out certain verses that refer to the Holy Ghost, Son of Man, Calvary and Jehovah to name a few. Look up Matt 17:21 and Matt 18:11.” Not there!! For the Son of Man is come to save that which was lost” completely removed from God’s Word. How despicable. I will use the older versions but warn all to be aware. Leave Christ as the power to save. Don’t let Satan win! A minor complaint is having to put in the scripture all over again where I left off previously when leaving the app. I have to go to a browser and open it up, and leave the page open. It uses data I don’t have a lot of anyway doing it like that, or wasting time putting in the same scripture references all over again. If anyone knows how to get the app to do it, let me know. Overall when on the go it’s great, but prefer now to hold my real Bible where words haven’t been changed to take the SAVIOR out of the Bible.

Joseph Smith?. I often use your site at church. It strengthens my faith to see how scholars have struggled with the scriptures, trying to make the voices of the Lord and His prophets come into our hearts and minds unimpeded by the subtleties of language. I am a Latter-day Saint and I believe that Joseph Smith was a great prophet, a gifted wordsmith, and a shrewd politician. Smith offered many clarifications, additions, and revisions in his “Holy Bible,” which is mostly a reiteration of the KJV. Some of these changes seem to have been inspired by the writings of the Protestant commentators who are quoted on your site, but most offer remarkable insights and the joy that is a better understanding of the Word of God. Perhaps you could offer Smith’s translation on your site. I know several LDS who would enjoy this reference. The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS can’t give you the rights to it because it is the property of The Community of Christ. Perhaps you could bridge this gap caused by a long forgotten rupture.

The Best Bible software on Earth. God bless you and God bless Bible Hub! This free software that you can view online or as an app at least has $10,000 of free software from the microscope to the telescope. You can go down to the original Greek and Hebrew originally what God said as well as you get a complete Birdseye view from various commentaries. Plus I have included all the other numerous features that I haven’t even noticed yet. Jest like Elon musk car, it has so many darn features that people don’t know about but yet are invaluable. The original logo software that cost $10,000 back in the 90s and early 2000s is now available for free and on demand without any cost through Bible Hub. E-Sword is the first one that started this revolution in Bible software, and Bible Hub is simply the 2.0 version of that. Both of them are set up not to sell tickets and make money but a horse desire that the people of God may be railed to read the word of God without compromise. Sola ScripturA!!!! ✝️😇🗽🙏😎🤩

Excellent Scriptural Knowledge Enhancer. This is the best online application I have found for Bible study, and I am constantly comparing translations, because they vary quite a lot, and none actually follow the Hebrew or Greek as they should, because tens of thousands of Hebrew and Greek words have been omitted, changed, and even added to the texts. I highly recommend the application to everyone, and I wish they had a version that worked offline as well, but in this day and age, it seems that most are “online” and plugged into the internet, so all those surfers can be monitored by the powers that be.

Best Bible App By Far. I have probably downloaded 90% of the Bible apps searching for a good one that was thorough and easy to use. All but this one left out some subject matters in the search fields. You know the Bible has a lot to say about a subject, but not in a single one of the others could you find the topics! This one is so great because you can find any topic! It’s broken out into easy to use sections such as daily devotions, and even sermons. I am not a pastor, but still it is wonderful to be able to read the Scriptures and some messages that can go along with it. It is extremely thorough but very simple and laid out very well! Get this one!

Daddy Gods boy. I have been using Bible Hub for about 5 years. It is not my top favorite because it takes 3 different Bible apps and Google to make one favorite app. for me. I use Bible hub for Hebrew and Greek Word studies. Also for scripture searches and chain references, but if you have one single spelling error, it will not be able to find it. So that is when I go to Google which always finds it. Bible Gateway. Com is my favorite Bible Translation comparison app. I’ve been using it for over 15 years. Then, my 3rd favorite Bible app is The U Version Bible app, which I use for their audio Bible. So Bible Hub administers. If you could make an app with all 3 of these aspects, you would have a much better app that satisfies the needs of many people. I gave this app 5 stars because it is Great for Hebrew Greek studies.

As a daily devotional...easy to use and complete.. Over the years I have used a lot of different devotionals. Our Daily Bread, Closer Walk, Encounter With God, Table Talk, Morning and Evening. Each has it’s strengths at the expense, in my opinion, of not being as complete as I would like them to be. The Bible Hub, on the other hand, offers not only several Scripture verses + commentary, but also a daily reading from Charles Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening. The Bible Hub is set up for both morning and evening devotionals. The daily Scripture rotates between several of the most reliable versions. The middle uses The New Living Translation and Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening, commentary supported by the New American Standard Bible. Thus far, I have only used the morning devotional. I plan to start using the evening also. The one draw back to The Bible Hub is you must have an internet connection + Wi/Fi if you are using a mobile. I use an iPad. As you useThe Bible Hub, it keeps track of where you are. If you are looking for a devotional that is “just long enough but not too long”, give it a try. - Joe. 😊🙏🇺🇸

THIS IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED... I had waited quite a long time to actually put a Bible app on my phone.. now I realize how wonderful it can be!! The privilege of being able to type in a phrase.. just a few words of a scripture.. and have the app provide the “complete scripture “... is fantastic!! How many times do I remember a few words of a bible passage... or forget “where” a particular verse is found? All too often! In a heartbeat, I can find my answer... THANK YOU!! Bible Hub. Thank you for providing a selection of both Bibles and supporting literature. My only problem as with many apps, is when I clicked on one of the Bible's I was interested in that was advertised as free was not free. I was inundated with e-mails asking for me to send money. I understand that even with the production of these Bibles there is a great deal of cost not only from the publisher but the many facets associated with the "Free" Bibles. Coming from the graphic arts industry I know these expenses can be quite high. What I didn't expect to see was the word free being used to get the customer to your website where there is a charge for all literature.

Great app with one annoyance. I use this app all the time for daily devotions. It’s so convenient to be able to compare versions and see what a commentary says. I like the interlinear capabilities as well, especially for Greek in NT. So what annoys me? On my iPad, which is primarily where I use it, as I switch to other apps and back, it RANDOMLY resets the scripture reference to John 3:16, so I lose my place. This may be intentional, since it preserves the version I was reading, just not the reference. Please fix this annoyance, or at least give me a way to turn off this resetting. Thanks.

Deeper Study. As I’ve been digging deeper into the Word this year, I’ve found BibleHub to be an excellent resource for both Hebrew and Greek translations, along with multiple Bible commentaries to reference as I study. BibleHub has become such a critical part of my quiet time with the Lord, and has helped me understand God’s heart at a greater depth. I’ve been able to understand the intent of specific words that are used in scripture, meanings of different sacrifices, the specific names of God used in different passages, the list goes on. . . If you’re looking for a user-friendly, one-stop resource for going into greater depth in the faith, you’ve found it. Thank you to the creators of BibleHub! It’s transforming the way I interact with the Word and heart of God!

My #1 Study Tool. Quite simply the most useful tool I have to write sermons and study the Bible. There are many tools, (which is good) but the real power is in how intuitively these tools work together: first you go to the passage of scripture in whichever translation you’re using. Then to drill down to the meaning, you click on the verse to get 20 or so different translations of that verse (nice), then you turn you phone sideways and get cross references for that verse(really nice), then you click on “int” at the top and you are directed to the Interlinear Bible on that verse so you can see its origins (fantastic), but then you see the Strongs word and when you click on that you’ll see everything about that word….everywhere it’s used in scripture. I could go on but hopefully you’ll get the point that this tool is powerful. And it’s FREE.

Pastor Earl Wallace. As pastor of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in the Capital District of New York, I’m often in the go, and use the Bible Hub for personal Bible study and sermon prep. Even at home it is mt “go-to” resource! I like it’s simple layout that allows for multi-translations comparisons of verses, easy to search key words and Bible passages feature, and love how easy it is to see the original language meanings of words. I also really enjoy the access it provides to the commentaries of those whom I call the great members of “The Historical Body of Christ,” who are the joints God has used throughout time to help people understand His exciting and deeply meaningful and relevant eternal Word! Surprisingly good. After searching a bunch of apps I found this one and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I read the Bible and commentaries every day now. This app can read the scriptures to you while you drive to work. Then you can easily find any book of the Bible to read from on your breaks or quiet time. When you find a portion of scripture you would like to deep dive into you can easily read from some great commentaries….like Matthew Henry, Gill and Hastings. I cannot get enough of the word now. I don’t watch tv anymore. I am happier and content. I am nicer. There is no downside here. Have fun, AJ P.s. my wife really likes the changes she is seeing. They are real. Forward button is missing.. I LOVE this app. Love there are cross references, Strongs definitions, parallels, especially to get understanding of particular scriptures, and I can open in Safari if needed. One issue is that a recent update disabled the ability to return forward (can go backwards or click a link to a new page). Sometimes I forget how I ended up on the page I found. Another issue is when a search topic is entered, New Testament results are listed by default, not the whole bible. For two years (maybe more) I’ve missed quite a few cross references I didn’t know I have to click on Bible in order to search bother them old and the new testaments. Might be helpful to make the whole bible the default. 🙂

Daily!. I use this website or app almost every day. Anytime I want to know more about a word, I can pull up the interlinear version, and click on the link to the background and meaning of that term in its original language! Often this causes my eyes to see a beautiful or challenging layer that I had never seen before! I have been helped immensely by this tool. My only problem is that it is sometimes awkward and difficult to find that particular verse in the extensive list of examples given. The list of that particular term's uses and meanings is helpful, but I would like to be able to pinpoint the verse I'm studying within that list more easily.

High functioning app for low-functioning learning.. The app has lots of commentaries from 18th and 19th c. England and America. I wouldn't mind that at all if that weren't all it had to offer! The selection and arrangement of translations and commentaries betrays a very shallow and tunnel-visioned version of Anglo-American Protestant Christianity. You will not encounter any voices from the east of London. Expect to see a lot of Calvinists and evangelo-gnostics to feature prominently, especially with ESV and NIV's bents. The app's selection of explanatory writings has no idea that there were Christians alive between 90 A.D. and 1517, or that some Jewish Rabbis can explain Torah to gentiles without offending the Christian. Forget about getting any perspectives on the NT that came from close to the source or from the general direction of Greece. You will be in for it trying to find any writer whose name ends with "-ius". If you are here to open your mind, this app is for using the concordance. You will not find your way out of the Evangelical bubble.

THE ‘Go To’ for all your Bible study!. I have been using this app for years and as my hunger for The Word increases, I find the tool I need here. For every step I’m on in my ‘staircase of hunger’ to know Jesus more, I discover what I’m looking for in this app. Kudos🎉Hats off🎉Stellar🎉What A Labor of Love🎉 I thank you for investing the time and effort required for putting this together. The Interlinear and Young's Literal Translation w/Strongs…simply marvelous! I am sure many more hidden treasures are within this app just waiting for me to discover. Great Bible software!. #1. I really enjoy the search capacity of bible hub. I can type a portion of the phrase that I’m looking for and Bible hub usually can find the scripture reference quickly. Other programs that I have used require exact wording based on translation in order to locate a Bible passage which can often be difficult to remember. #2. I also really enjoy the ability to cross reference nearly 30 bible translations of the same verse side by side on a single page. This is extremely beneficial to grasping a better understanding of the depth of meaning for each individual verse. #3 bible hub has an excellent cross reference system and does a great job of linking related and supporting scriptures to each and every verse. This is an important tool for study and helps keep scripture In context and supports scripture with scripture.

App is great, but….. This app is GREAT. I've been using this app for years now. The GUI has remained consistent and is not confusing to move around, but the new video ad is not lucrative nor encouraging. It isn't enjoyable, to be honest. I stopped using this excellent app because of the random ad while aiming to study the word. This app is very euphoric and extremely helpful. However, the random video ad has indeed degraded the potency of the app Also, if you are in need of a developer to help with enhancements/feature requests, let me know. I am a full-stack developer and a mobile developer. I have apps in the app store.

Great tool for Bible Study. I love Bible Hub. When I want to understand a passage, it is so useful to read the passage from several of of Bible translations provided. It really clarifies the meaning. I also like to use the Strong ‘s, which the App provides automatically. I especially like to look at the lexicon when translations seem to differ or if I really want to understand a verse. You can find the wording used by the author. I also appreciate the exegesis provided. The App provides 2 with each verse though more are available. I like some of these sources better than others. Some I totally disagree with, but they often give uplifting insights into a verse. I frequently recommend this App to others who like to read and study the Bible.

Welder Dave. Look no further! Everything you need to help yourself to understand what your reading! You need not an individual to teach you, let the HolySpirit guide you and this app covers more than you have time for. Be Blessed! I have in my tool bag, tools I use often. Some tools get used every day multiple times and those are the ones as a crew boss I make available to new hires or just setting up new jobs. This app is perfect please don’t change it. I have 4 other apps on the phone but always use this one!

I use it for the commentaries. I really enjoy being able to bring up the app and look up the commentaries on the passage I am reading in devotions each morning. It is awesome to have access to so many commentaries for free in one place. The only thing is, the app itself basically just takes you to the Biblehub website. There are a couple shortcuts with the app that make the process quicker, but I would give it 5 stars if you could go to the app, click commentaries, and it would take you right to the passage you were already reading before. However, I still really enjoy this app and use it pretty much every day.

Best Bible Study App Ever - Used it for Six Years!. I’ve been using this bible app for over six years in a daily basis! Every morning I read my daily bible reading portion and then choose a verse or two to study further. That’s when I pull up Bible Hub! I can look up the verse or passage, read all the original key words in Greek or Hebrew, find the related verses to get a better understanding, read all the commentators—as many as I like and much more! It’s just so fast and easy! I have recommended this app to the ladies in our bible study group as the best app I know of for daily devotional study. I’ve learned so much!

Reading Chapter of the entire book. I would like when you go to a particular book, let’s say the book of Genesis and I’m a very heading when I click on Genesis I could continue to read the entire book all at once instead of only one chapter if I’m missing something, I wish someone would let me know because many times it just you’ll click on chapter 1 chapter 2, chapter 3 and so on and so forth but I want to read let’s say 10 chapters at once when I go to C chapter 3, and I want to read through chapter 6 I don’t want it to get broken it down to where I have to go and skip and go back to each chapter individually and sometimes it only lets you read just the verse that’s my only complaint. For the Grace of God. I first was introduced to the Bible Hub by a nurse Alison Edwards at the Jewish Home where we worked. It was a very hectic day with lots of injuries secondary to fights. I said to Alison please hurry and let us clean up these kids injuries, so we can get a lunch break today. Then without ado 6 more injuries presented to medical. I said Lord have mercy when I saw blood spurting from all directions. Then I clenched the Bible Hub. Wonders stated to ensue, I was helped by Angels in disguise. We dressed 11 wounded boys and sent one broken arm to the hospital because I knew the bone was definitely not kind. But how I got through attending to so many people is still a question of grace. It was so fast to get things in perspective for jumping into action and fix all of these children with GOD. Suddenly all blood ceased flowing . All wounds were securely dressed and all noise were quiet. What a Bible Hub of glory? Turning fire and storm to gratitude and blessings in peace. Amen God Amen.

Transformed my personal Bible Study. I have always had a difficult time disciplining myself to read the Bible consistently. While I have been a follower of Jesus for over 40 years, this has always been difficult. The Bible hub app has really transformed my Bible reading and quiet times of reflection dramatically. I find that I can read a Bible passage with one tab open in a web browser and have commentaries open on the same versus open in another browser tab. The hot links available in the commentaries allow me to instantly access relevant cross references and quickly obtain a deeper understanding of the verses that I’m reading that has never been possible for me before. I find that I can easily get lost in the intrigue, reading the Bible passages. That I have read many times before, but not really understood some of their true meaning. This experience draws me back to the word of God in a way that I have before. Thank you for this amazing tool.

Comments about every verse. Just everything you can think of. Like wow. I never heard about this app until I went to a Bible study session. It has changed how I learn The word and this app does that. Great App!. This app is the very thing I have been looking for. So many verses of the Bible are just skimmed over and only recognized to their full extent once much deeper in ones walk with Christ. This app/website provide tons of commentary right at your finger tips to connect the dots and pull out subtleties that I would not have recognized. The commentaries also provide a strong foundation with relative history to each verse. There are several other tings that make this app great for digging in and getting more out of Gods word without a desktop and dozen books flipped open. Great job guys! I appreciate it very much and this is definitely a jewel in your crowns!

My Only Go To Bible App For Years. I don’t take time to write reviews. But the first time asked by this app I am doing so. I love the ease of use. There are so many different translations and so much great information. I love the cross references pop up when you search a scripture. I love the background. Because when I read the Bible I feel insulated. So I can really focus in on what God is telling me. And not feel distracted by the business of the lighting on the page. Thanks Bible Hub! Small inconveniences but overall great app. Love the app and having everything at my finger tips. Have only two small complaints. There needs to be a better way to search for a verse the scrolling wheel is tedious. And if u swap apps to check something else on your phone and return to the app it goes blank and requires you to close the app and again scroll through the whole list again to get back to what you were on. Because of these two reasons I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5.

They don’t have any messianic Jewish study Bibles in this which is very disappointing. I like the app with the exception that they have no Jewish study Bibles in it so we all can learn our Jewish roots as Christians. Remember Jesus was Jewish and also we are grafted into the seed of David. I am very disappointed with this because they don’t have the tree of life study Bible or the complete Jewish Bible. Plus there’s not any commentaries or dictionaries on the Jewish wordsI. feel it’s very important we as Christians should be studying our Jewish roots so we can better understand the Lord on the way he lived. Remember Jesus wasn’t a gentile he was a Jewish. I am more than willing to change my star rating to a five if they improve this app. I find it as an insult to Jesus and also the messianic Jewish people plus anyone else who is studying the Jewish roots of Jesus! Also we should not expect Jewish people to convert over to Christianity on western theology instead we should be learning the way Jesus lived so it will develop our love for the Bible even more and also Israel. I am a gentile in full support of Israel and also the Jewish people.

Bible Hub review. I have used Bible Hub now for several months, and have found it extremely helpful. I wish this had been available when I was in seminary. Just a couple of suggestions: It took me some time to figure out how to navigate through it, so I wish there was a user guide. This is not to take away from the content; the variety of tools is excellent! At some point, if you could provide a split screen capability to be able to reference two things on the same page, that would be a wonderful addition. Thank you.

Great Bible Resource!. I love everything about Bible Hub, especially the Interlinear Bible. There is one issue I am noticing, of which I am sure is easily fixed, and that is if I look up a book, chapter, and verse in the Interlinear Bible and I click on a word to see it’s contextual meaning within the original language, the back button is not functioning—it’s muted and not lit up. In order to go back to the verse I’m in, I have to click on the upper left X and, of course, this takes me all the way out of the verse and I have to start all over again. Unless I’m missing something, this is a real pain. BTW I’m on my Apple cell phone when looking up things most of the time.

Mostly good. This is a pretty handy little app. I love being able to look at the Greek text and immediately seeing the breakdown of the tense, voice, mood of any word. I will say that one little frustrating thing is they mixed the cadence from the normal Greek textbooks and quote “tense, mood, voice “ but I’ve learned to live with it. Another very frustrating thing are the ads. I would pay money for this app. I didn’t have those ridiculous ads. of course, having all the translations is real plus too. So when I do my study and devotions, I have this little app right by my side. So it’s mostly good but could use a little improvement.

My Go to App. I use this app every day. I keep it open to view and compare all the versions and scroll down to the Lexicon where you can check the original Hebrew and Greek. The Lexicon seemed to have disappeared for a couple days this weekend and I was distraught. It’s the only way I know to learn the original meaning. I rejoiced when it came back yesterday. Thank you! The reason I gave it 4* was because sometimes the app will freeze, kick me out or just decide not to work. I’d also love it if you didn’t have to type in the whole name of the book you wanted as well as spelling it correctly. A great example would be Deuteronomy. I would think if one started to type it in, the app would know the book. Thank you again for the easiest to use app format.

Bible Hub. For several years I have used this Software when I wanted to read the bible text either in Biblical Hebrew or in Koine Greek. The Interlinear option allows one to see what the real words mean. Either one can read a bible passage in many different bible versions. The commentary is expanding on meanings. It is a program that is very self contained. This program is handy if one is on holiday. If one has internet, one only need a PC or IPad . All the information is there. So helpful for this …. There may be more uses that other people appreciate with Bible Hub, but I find it brilliant for getting a feel for word meanings. eg I know what I think, but WHAT DOES THE BIBLE MEAN when it encourages me to have my mind “stayed” on God? Go to bible hub, find the Hebrew word on the interlinear, (No, I’m a Hebrew “dummy”) check out the other ways that word is used elsewhere in the OT. Yes, I know that word usage ‘evolves’ over time, but there’s nevertheless a continuity between ancient near eastern eras which is missing between biblical society and the modern western societal language and cultural experiences where my mindset resides. Looking at the ways that a particular term is used throughout scripture gives me a “feel” for it that I simply couldn’t get from my own notions.

Names. Hi, I thought I would put a suggestion forth to improve Bible Hub. For in-depth bible study purposes I would like to see the meanings of the names in the bible. Not the Hebrew or Greek meaning of the word, as you already have that. But I mean for example ....What does the name Peter mean ? Eg Peter means ROCK? ... If you could add this NAME DEFINITION under the Strong’s Numbers it would be a great tool to find hidden treasures in the bible.

Love but one thing. It would be nice if we could have a dictionary section for the meanings of the tricky words. The English definitions in a normal dictionary I know are not the exact meaning to what the Bible means.

Needs the inner workings fine tuned. I love the commentaries and being able to look up the Greek and Hebrew words with this app. - unfortunately it’s a bit laborious when finding a Scripture as you have to wait for the individual book to be loaded, then the chapter and finally the verse. The app also doesn’t remain open to the current page when you navigate away from it, which means you have to reload the page again. And again. It would be great if someone could fix this issue.

Pop up add bugs. Was a great app but now has add pop up’s that won’t go away. Always closing and opening the app to get rid of adds that take up the whole screen only to have them pop up again.

A toolbox with great capacity. Have found the Bible Hub to be an incredible resource for doing thorough Bible study. It provides an almost bottomless pit of information, with links to so many resources to draw upon. Especially good when you want to get a better fix on word meanings and use, to say nothing of being able to look up and use various translations, to carry out a comparative study of particular texts. Great for Online Use. I normally use the Tecarta Bible app but before I discovered that one I used Bible hub instead of a paper Bible when I switched to electronic around 12 years ago. As my eyes are needing help the backlit page slows me to read longer than with paper. I think I switched to Tecarta because it can be used offline and we often have internet outages. Wonderful resource to unleash the power of God’s world. I use this app as a daily resource to help with my reflection and meditation on God’s word. Being able to access multiple Bible versions, and various sources of Bible commentary, on Bible verses is of great benefit when trying to elicit the deeper meanings of God’s word. I also find that the daily devotionals are also a good way to ensure that I am searching Bible truths in a more wholistic way. I have a tendency to focus on New Testament scriptures, so daily immersion in Old Testament scripture gives me a more rounded approach to Bible study. This is a truly inspirational app for me.

Annoying pop up. I love this app but had to rate it down because of the annoying pop up “on this day” that I can’t get rid of and interrupts when I am in the middle of studying something. If I try to fast forward it just re-starts and if I close it, it just pops back up again. It’s so frustrating, and ruins what would otherwise be my favorite Bible resource. Please fix!!

Exceptional Tool. Whether a lover of God in the pew or one behind the pulpit/lectern, this App is a true blessing. Love love love!. Love love love this app. It’s not the “prettiest” but certainly has the most substance. I use it every day, multiple times a day. The commentary tap is very helpful—search a certain verse and you can find several commentaries all lined up speaking on exactly that verse. Or search a verse and pull up the words in the original language. This is one of the greatest resources and I could not recommend it enough to any Christian.

Bible Hub. I really like the Bible Hub because it gives me information and answers my question whenever I need an answer to it. I get other people’s points of view and I enjoy writing it out in my journal.

Constant ads. Really have been blessed by using this app in my Bible meditation. However it’s become very jerky. Ads constantly interrupt my spot. Very annoying. No response to my email. Hope they fix this.

Great app. I was using the website long before the app came out. It’s a great place for people like me to learn things that someone else did all the work to do. When I found out there was an app it just got that much better and easier. Sometimes I find it difficult to find what I’m looking for but it’s mostly lacking in my part to figure it out and I always do. I nothing to say on the negative side and very thankful to the app and website.

A must-get app. This website is a wonderful resource, and this app makes the website even easier to use. I love the interlinear feature, and it's very nice to see the multilingual view, as well as concordances linked. Great app with great resources, but... ..but it keeps crashing after pressing the “next” or “previous” chapter buttons or other ones more than once. Even after re-installing the app, it still has the same issues. Maybe due to a website update? It would be nice if the app would operate as an offline standalone app with a user friendly interface and features and functions. The way it’s currently setup is a rather poor version of the website with some functions not working properly. The offline bible is a greatly appreciated feature. I love the bible version used (BSB). However you can’t drill down to the verse level when looking for a specific bible passage. You can only choose the chapter. The scrolling down once in the chapter, works, but is slow and sluggish, not the quick and responsive scroll you’d need to easily follow the bible passages/quotes in sermons.

Not working. App has not been working for a couple months. It just shows an error. I have uninstalled and redownloaded without success of fixing. I’ve emailed about the problem with no resolution my. I’m disappointed as I used it often.

So good… except. I absolutely love this app. Very quick tans simple. The only unfortunate thing, which I really hope they fix, is no back button. So if you are reading a commentary and click a referenced verse, you have to navigate back to the verse and commentary, and then find the previous spot you were reading. Because of this I don’t want to click references, and as such am missing out on my Bible study.

Daily devotions:. There is no better way of begging a new day then touching base with our Creator. This app is a wonderful tool that fascilitates that process. Enjoy; God bless you.

Confusing layout…excellent tools. I think this app deserves five stars (or a 10 out of 10) for content and capability—it’s really great…but should get two stars (3 out of 10) for how it’s organized and presented—it’s really convoluted, especially for someone who only occasionally uses it. There has to be a better way to provide access to the tools without having to click on labels trying to guess what they are. If someone needs to be an expert on their system to use it effectively, then the design is still needing attention.

Amazingly useful Bible resource. I love Bible Hub! It has many good English translations, lots of commentaries, and best of all for me, the interlinear translations that allow me to look up words in the original Greek and Hebrew. I also appreciate the fact that it doesn’t insist on a particular theological viewpoint; it’s open to all, providing information and letting the Holy Spirit use it according to his own will. I use Bible Hub a lot and recommend it to every serious Bible student.

Love the Bible Hub!. I found it so difficult to find the time in my busy life to read God’s Word. Sounds terrible? It is! But then I got the app Bible Hub, and now I have the Bible with me everywhere I take my phone. It saves my place where I left off. It’s so convenient now. Excellent resource for learners and disciples. great start! stars off for 3 things - requests, really: 1. menu navigation, would love to at least have the option in settings to navigate by chapter and save the search bar for verses, i.e. eliminate drop downs by verse 2. skins - make others available - the graphic designer in me wants some flexibility there 3. spanish - would love to see interlinear with spanish if it exists. world’s 2nd most-spoken language. overall, great app, only one of its kind that i’ve found yet.

Great Resource.. I use this resource daily and have for years. I consider myself a life long student of the Bible. I teach with a Biblical scholar and he uses this tool as a resource as well. We teach people how to study the Bible and include the use of this website/app among others. The grammatical tools are robust and simple to use. Find the interlinear tab and you’ll see what I mean. In my humble opinion tools like this are a 100% necessity for effective study. Thank you to the developers for such a great resource.

I Now Understand There Update Changes 😇👍🏼. A while back I was very disappointed by how they had removed the upper left go back arrow. I thought it was impossible now to be able to return to a previous screen if you had checked the Strong's Concordance meaning of a word. But I later realized they moved the arrow to the lower left corner of my screen. So I'm all good now, it took a little getting used to but I'm okay with it. P.S.- I'm loving the scroll down and select a book and verse idea...cool addition.

Love this app. This is the best Bible app for doing a Bible study, the commentaries are wonderful and all of the other information you provide is amazing. So informative on all levels. Please don’t change things by trying to make it better, and “cool”. There’s another Bible app I use to use and they changed everything so much I can’t even find a scripture anymore. Great resource but eats battery life. I love this app and all of the resources! It’s free for those resources unlike all of the other bible apps. My only complaint is that the app seriously eats battery life as it is used. I start at 100% and it goes to 75% in only three minutes, then 50% in the next ten, then to 25% in only fifteen minutes. No other app, including FB and other high web browsers do this on my phone. Is this a bug,John, that you can fix and look into???

Bible Hub is my favorite study tool!. Although I’ve had other Bible study apps for several years, Bible Hub has been my favorite go to resource. Being the end of 2019, I decided to review different Bible study apps, those I’ve had, but just haven’t used as much as Bible Hub, as well as checking out any other Bible study apps, that I haven’t tried. I decided Bible Hub has been what has been working best for me, and decided it’s the one I’m keeping on my phone, and don’t need to keep all the others. Thank you Bible Hub!

Easy access to the riches of scripture. I love Bible hub it is so easy to use. I especially enjoy the commentaries. I am able to get deeper understanding and insights into scripture by reading the various commentaries. I can dive into the beautiful depths and have my heart and mind stretched and filled with Gods word which then grows my hope and faith. So awesome to have access to so many commentaries without having to own the sets; they are available with the touch of a screen. Thank you Bible Hub

App?. It’s more of a direct link to the website than a stand alone app. Bible Hub is an amazing resource, but I feel this “app” is far inferior to simply visiting the website. I suppose this could be viewed as a demo to what the actual app could be, but this isn’t a finished product. Many other similar apps allow you to download resources to use in airplane mode, this “app” should be no different. Again Bible Hub is great, but this is just a bunch of website links and NOT AN APP.

Superficial. I really like this website, it is probably the most information filled and neatly organized websites when it comes to an online Bible and biblical translations. However, the app itself is pointless. When it is initially opened there is somewhat of a “home screen”. However, once you decide to go somewhere within the app you get directed to a superficial internet page of the actually Bible Hub website. I myself, having an iPhone, am using a superficial Safari link without actually opening Safari. It is quite strange and odd that the makers even made the app when it’s pointless. It’s the same as just going to the website ... because that’s all your doing anyway.

Love the App. Love this app and all the resources. Only suggestion would be to allow for audio reading the the Bible; and even commentary if possible. Also on the Interlinear Bible would recommend more details of primary and secondary links for understanding of the Hebrew and/or Greek meanings and depth of meanings. Maybe such is there and I just have not discovered. Thank you so much, even without all the above I love the app and have recommended to many.

One of the best Bible phone apps. Bible Hub is a constant companion. Anything I want to study can be launched from NKJV Strong Bible. You click a word and have Strong’s definitions and extensive Biblical usage. The Bible versions, commentaries etc provide enough resources to understand any part of the Bible you are studying. There is also a feature where each Version is listed for a verse you are studying. My website seen in 180 nations around the world list this as a great resource. Native Ministries International

Best app period. In a world full of apps, I can’t think of an app that I have that is more valuable to me in my life than this app! This app has helped me grow spiritually and has cut my study time at least 90% LOL. Having quick access to it has allowed me to minister and share with others scripture when I could not find it. Thank you for all the work you put in with this app it is truly making a difference in peoples lives especially mine!

This is the app we have all been waiting for. The hub website has forever been a favorite site of mine for bible search. I love the way the site showed each verse and how the verses are organized by versions. I and a few people wondered when there would be an app. Our joys know no bound when we discovered that 'hub' now has an app. Thank you so much. Your app, to me, has no rival in its department. There is no other app, that good, that versatile, simply none!

Great tool for learning. I love the format of Bible Hub, the availability of different translations, commentaries and different Bibles. It is quick and easy to use and I use it daily when I am having my morning Bible reading and want to see how a certain scripture is given in different translations. I love having the app on my phone so when I’m at an appointment waiting, I can open it up and read while I’m waiting and use it to help me memorize scriptures! Love it, love it and love it!

Most comprehensive bible app available. Love this app! Makes preparing sermons a breeze. When referencing scripture, lesser app's and concordances are available, but Bible Hub is quick, easy and most importantly, accurate. There are only two areas that are minor inconvenience; no New King James Version and the iOS version opens in John 3:16 in Berean study. Both easy work around, otherwise no problems. Suggestion going forward, how about have scripture color coded? Thanks for a great app!

Amazing FREE Bible Tools. As someone who desires to find answers to questions I have, one who desires to learn more about a particular topic, one who desires to study the word deeper so I can share deeper, Bible Hub can do that better than almost anything else you will find all for FREE! I understand why certain tools and resources like this cannot be free because this is a complicated and difficult resource to provide freely. So props to them for doing such a great job! Download this app. You won’t regret it

If there were ten stars I’d give it a 10!. I’ve used biblehub since 2013 after getting saved and being called into the ministry and it’s my first “go to” study tool! From the Hebrew/Greek word help which gives us believers a better understanding of the original meaning of individual words throughout scripture. I enjoy the plethora of commentaries available at my fingertips. I love everything about it and am very grateful for biblehub!!!

Those who benefit from it should thank our Lord for it, and pray for those servants who had the vision and through their labor created and maintain it. May our Lord be praised! One of the best Study Tools available. I am so thankful for Bible Hub. I have been a Born Again Christian for about 8 years and have really enjoyed to study ever since I began, and I have not found such a well put together and easy to use study resource as Bible Hub in all this time. I am so thankful for this app now as well which makes it even more easy to navigate on mobile. God bless you Bible Hub devs and creators, because you are genuinely being used by Him to help His people grow!

Where Has This Been All My Life?!. This is one of those apps that is a hidden jewel. Honestly, I can say that using it has opened up my Bible study in ways that I never dreamed possible. To go out and buy each of the books available in this app would be a screaming fortune, but they're all available! And the app is incredibly easy to use, even for a non-techie like me. I use this app regularly and have shared it with anyone who will listen. Thanks for producing it! It has been a blessing!

The best Bible app. I really enjoy this app, for personal study, group Bible study, and a great tool during service with my sermons. There is a great amount of different things to discover in this app, for instance, being able to parallel two different versions at a time, to help explain each Bible so that new Christian’s, as well as more knowledgeable Christians can arrive at the same meaning that God would have us to understand.

Your #1 go to source to study the Bible. This is a comprehensive app which has practically everything you need to learn about each verse in the Bible. There are commentaries from a number of sources, such as Ellicot, Benson, Matthew Henry, and a host of others which breakdown each verse, while provide historical context. Strong’s Concordance is also built into the app as well as Text Analysis in Greek. You can also find a host of information on various Topics, Places & People with their references scriptures. If you want to learn the Bible, this is a must have app.

Used to be wonderful. I write theological books so I do a lot of flipping through the pages of the Bible and often use the lexicon and commentaries. When I would flip to a new page, pop-up ads would appear, which were annoying, but I was able to live with them. Recently they changed the way the ads appear. Now when you flip to a new page the pop-up ad covers the entire screen. This is very obtrusive and breaks my concentration when I’m trying to write. I had to revert back to using my printed commentaries in my library and my Strong’s concordance as a result. The Lord has blessed me with a good library and many different versions of the Bible. I’m very grateful for this because I am no longer able to use the app due to this severe form of advertising. I am praying that God will put it on the developer’s hearts to change the advertising back to the way it was. It is a sad day when people make the Word of God hard to use for monetary gain. 😞

Awesome App. I luv this App. I've used the web version for some time. I'm happy it is now an App. I just wish we could use all of its functions without Internet connection. It's a great study tool, with loads of references to help you get deeper into the word. The parallel function & its many bible versions is a great way to increase understanding. Bible Hub not working..... I was really enjoying using Bible Hub especially the cross references to the scriptures I was reading. But, for the past two days, Bible Hub has not worked on the app nor online. It takes forever to load and then just stops. When I select the drop down to change scriptures, the chapters belong to the previous book I was looking at. And that is just online. In the app, when I select Bible or any thing else, it doesn't load at all.

Mick. I use this app daily. If I had to chose one app only on my phone to keep, and lose all the rest, this would be the only one I would have. I love using the “INT” interlinear feature to look at both Greek and Hebrew. I have found the Septuagint here as well (Greek Old Testament) to see parallel words from both Hebrew and Greek. I have used this site and now the app for several years. Absolutely necessary for me

Easy to use, lots of info. The app is easy to use. There are many different versions of the Bible so you can try them out to see which language works best for you. (You can even compare 2 versions side by side.) My only complaint is that it doesn’t bookmark where I was reading in the Bible so I have to remember and find my place every time. There’s more available in the app than just the Bible and I often read through their various commentaries to get a clearer understanding of what I’ve read.

Please give us “find on page” back. I love this app. It’s the most important companion I have to the Word. But since the update the share option is gone from the bottom task bar. And I used to be able to click on that, then find on page, and then type in the address of the scripture to go straight to it in the long list of places the specific word is used. I really miss that. I’ll continue using the app but it would be really cool if you could bring that one feature back

Review of I HUB is wonderful. Thank you for offering this free. I love that you can cross reference scriptures. I also love the daily devotions. And the Sermons. Thank you. Thank you for the study bible text . Such a blessing! I had to take off my phone for about a year because of space. The first thing I did when I received my new phone was get the app reinstalled. I love the quick references to all versions of the Bible.

Keeps me in the Word. I generally like this app—it keeps me in the Word when a busy ministry practice pulls me in many directions. There is lots of information here, with more to explore depending on how much time you have to spend. I especially like the Devotions section for its easy access to daily Scripture. I will continue to look and learn—for now, though, one aspect I would like to see addressed is a tendency towards conservative theology—and exclusionary language. I’ll also see if the software is more pliable on a laptop than a phone.

Something is wrong with your app. Something is wrong with your app. It is fine on iPad but on iPhone the Bible part will not display the Bible. Just shows a long list of “last time updated type stuff. I have tried deleing app and reopening and that does not help. Last week when I tried to get in on both iPad and iPhone it said it was a security risk and info could be hacked so I did not try to get in. Today does not say that but clearly something not right with iPhone version.

Awesome Bible Study Tool. I have been using the Bible Hub for a few years. This site contains multiple Bible study tools. My two favorite tools are the Hebrew/Greek analysis and the Parallel versions comparison tool. I use them both all the time. I enjoy the deeper study into the oldest known languages found of Bible manuscripts. I also like to compare the many translations that are offered in the parallel versions section of the site. The Bible Hub is my favorite Bible study tool on the Internet. I thank the creator of this site for sharing his knowledge and talent by creating such an excellent Web Bible study tool.

One of my favorite websites. Bible Hub is easy to use and has the resources I need right at my fingertips. I particularly appreciate the Interlinear resources that get the Greek and Hebrew resources out there where I can understand the original text. I never studied Greek, but with Bible Hub and their easy links to Strongs and the various uses of the word(s) in question throughout the Bible, I have become a much more discerning student of the Bible. The quick and accurate comparisons between different versions are also a great tool. Thank you Bible Hub!!!!

For GOD. Thank God for allowing us the ability to have this particular Bible App available to us. I am able to search by Bible phrase, by Book, via any translation available to mankind to date. Love This Bible App!. I’ve had Bible Hub for years now and love it. I use it all the time. It’s quick to find verses whether I know exactly what I’m looking for or only have a vague idea. I simply enter the concept or few words and it never fails to help me find what I’m looking for. I love that I easily see the different translations, and appreciate the commentaries. App isn’t loading. I opened up my app to look up a Bible passage, but when I clicked on the Bible option, it didn’t load. I decided to click on sermons, commentaries, and the others to see if it was just the Bible option, but none of them load. They remain on the loading screen. The Biblehub website also seems to be having a problem. Attempting to access the site returns a warning. It would be highly appreciated if a biblehub developer can explain what’s going on.

Very Disappointed. I have successfully used your app over the years it has been a most valuable resource in the past, but as of late, I've been quite disappointed because each time I begin to find scripture along with their references, I am jolted from one page to a Progressive commercial, and it is very disconcerting. I don't have a virus, I believe it is a bug that needs to be fixed. Those characters from the Progressive commercials are dull and irksome, they dominate the airwaves enough to the point where I want to run and I am too old for that.

My Go To!!!!. Bible Hub App is my Go To for Everything Bible. Holy Spirit is my Counselor and Treacher and HE has blessed the Believers with the BibleHub family. (Just me). It’s packed full with everything could possibly need to help grow one’s knowledge through the Bible towards a praying Life with God’s Word. For App Creators: Recently tho’ Ads have started and they play during Audio as well. If paying for App gets rid of Ads, I’d be very happy to pay it. But I can’t find where to do this, if it is an Option. #feedbackPlease

Best reference & study aid. I absolutely LOVE this app! It’s super easy to use and yet provides many layers of study. Bible Hub is hands down THE BEST Bible reference app I have found. I especially love the fact that it has such great predictive search software that it is able to figure out what I’m looking for without me having to correctly spell everything. That may sound like a small thing but when you’re doing a lot of references it saves me tons of time and frustration. Highly recommend Bible Hub!

My favorite bible app by far!. Full of great info, easy to use and to find what you are looking for. It's amazing how they've taken such a great wealth of information including various commentaries, concordances, translations and definitions, and made it so user-friendly and convenient. I especially like being able to see several translations of a verse on the page at the same time, and being able to toggle between paragraph view and verse view. Thanks for such a great product! It definitely enhances my bible study.

Treasures within. This is not The most elegant app with the sharpest graphics - and so it would be easy to pass it by for a shinier toy. It is by far the richest bucket of gold on the App Store when it comes to spiritual growth and biblical knowledge. Wow! I can get lost in the word of God (in the best of ways) as I tap through one cross-reference, commentary and a Greek word after another. Get it. Use it. My humble thanks to those of you who labored to put this together for the rest of us!

Great app, suggested improvement. I love this app… especially the access to the original languages. Only thing is that the way that scripture is searched for leaves something to be desired. I have to search for and enter the book, wait for that to load, search for and enter the chapter, wait for that to load, search for and enter the verse, then wait for that to load. And heaven forbid I hit the wrong button and it takes me all the way out and I have to start all over. Surely, there’s a better way.

Greek words and Hebrew word definitions. This is fantastic. Scroll down to "Greek" and "Analyze words" options, it gives the definitions of the original Bible manuscripts' Greek and Hebrew words. Look up modern definitions of the translated English words. It is hard to know which English definition applies to the particular scripture. In the "Greek" and "Analyze words" options, the definitions are sometimes different then the English definitions. It helps understand scripture, extremely helpful feature.

Extremely pleased. I am very grateful to have a Bible app which does NOT have in app purchases. I previously had a highly rated app with in app purchases, but it just fell like merchants in the temple! I am glad that the developer was able to find a way to make this available free of charge and grateful to whoever sponsored the effort. It’s very comforting to be able to read a psalm at night without turning on the light and awakening my wife.

So sweet. This app is awesome! So easy to use and you can go as deep as you want in the word. This is, in my opinion, how apps are suppose to work. This lets you decide where you want to go and when you want more depth. Wonderful tool for study no matter where you are, which is when I like to use most because I still like the feel of my leather bound study bible, but I appreciate what technology does her for our study of our God’s word!🙂✝️

A blessing More then you know !. I am of need to hear the word of Jesus more then ever right now .My Mother died 3 years ago and I stopped picking up my bible . My father died 6 weeks ago and I need comfort and Jesus to strengthen and guide me ,this is too hard alone with an Alzheimer’s husband . Ive started reading the word again through your app .
