Needs more work. I find this very useful overall but I am having trouble with printing out a temporary ID card.

No updates yet???. Cant even see words, letters, numbers when signing up. Only good for ID. Cant read the lab results correctly and nothing showing on doctors report. Very basic.

Registration. The app won’t let me register all of my info is correct

App does not work correctly. Last update was ten months ago, I can’t look at any of my information without the pop up to call the 800 number, the website works better than the app, it would make sense to integrate it to be useful. If it worked correctly it would be a great app to have and use.

Helpful app. Easy to use, helpful healthcare app

Lacking functionality.. The app never works well for me. Whenever I try to open any tab, I always get an error and tells me to call to get the information I need. I have had this happen for months now and it is not okay. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because I can look at certain things but most things give an error.

Frustrated. This app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number. For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕

Can go to my account information in iPhone 12 mini. I try several times to open my account but the send me back to the main page. They ask me to reset my password and I didn’t have any resume

App won’t even accept valid credentials for login. It’s impossible to comment on any other app functionality as it refuses to accept my legitimate credentials for login - the exact same credentials that work on the web site. It complains, incorrectly, that my password, the one that is already registered and working, does not meet the password length and complexity standard - it does. Why is it even checking complexity for login? It should only be checking for a hash match at login. Useless so far.

Convenient. Easy and practical. No gimmicks and very easy to understand. Keeps all of your personal details, meds etc in one place for easy access!

Can't login. Keeps saying the password is wrong. I can login with Safari just fine but the app keeps saying incorrect password. Useless

Can’t even register. What a terrible app this is, seriously. I can’t even give a proper feedback because I’m stuck on the registration page. I’m a member and when I type my ID number and create a password, it tells me that ‘authentication failed’. It’s also very worrying that this app hasn’t been updated in over a month, so my hopes of this app working for me are depressing.

Frustrated. Installed app got to the where you agree to terms of service won’t let me agree or accept terms so that I can continue the process? Seems the app is a crappy as the actual insurance

Great. Great app to save your time instead of talking on the phone. But you have to make account for each member in the family. To log in again u will need to put the member of. I wish if I can open the app just like my chart and fine me and the kids on the same account.

Almost perfect. I would give this app a 5 star if I wasn’t just for one member I have my kids that I would like to add but instead i have to be singing out all the time.

Almost perfect. Only missing Touch ID authentication, otherwise very much what I've been hoping for! Except for maybe the Apple Health integration?

Not functional.. It’s asking for input on my Iehp card that is not on my iehp card. There’s no way to sign up or sign in with my data I.e D.O.B, ssc.

Am I missing the "doc directory" pp mentioned??. This app would get a solid 5 stars if I could just use it for the one thing I'd really like use it for: finding doctors! I see that you're able to search for PHPs so long as you're wanting to change yours, but--as far as I can tell!--there's no ability to do a proper search for an IEHP provider. I'd e-specially love to be able to look through those specialists...I HEREBY HUMBLY REQUEST THIS FEATURE! THANK YOU!

Major issue with app. Fix required. Your app really needs to support rich id since it is very difficult for us to remember a member of and password please add this capability making it easer for us to log into our accounts

Please fix this!. Every time I close the app for one second to look for something, the app just resets itself and I have to enter everything again

Doesn’t Support Dark Mode!. At first, I thought the app was broken, but it was just the Apple setting that prevented the text from visibly showing. I do like the abilities of the app, but please fix this. I have to have crazy settings in order to prevent my migraines from occurring. Thank you. I’m currently on an iPhone 8 and up to date on iOS 13.3.1.

Finally!. This app really solves many of the current problems in the industry. Being able to chose doctor is a killer feature that I love.

IEHP app. I love this IEHP app. I was always told that I could go to IEHP.org to find information that I was looking for, and it would save me the time and long holds on the phone. I did that a few times but that even became a pain because I’m an impatient person, and got frustrated with entering my information every single time. I thought to check out to see if there were any apps for this. Here it is. After the first initial steps of entering my information, it was all rolling downhill from there. It’s so easy now especially if you use the thumbprint authentication.

Needs improvement! Part 2. Updated Review 4/11/2018 This app has much to be desired. It’s definitely improved but still needs a lot of work. If you have a referral don’t expect to see what it’s for especially if you have multiple referrals. Of course if you have one referral it’s easy to see if it was approved. If you have multiple and want to see the letter that is sent you will need to wait till snail mail delivers it or log online via computer. Also doesn’t explain the circle color in the referral section while I understand what green means I am not sure if the orange is suppose to be red. Some kind of reference would be nice considering you can’t open the referral to see if it was approved, have an exception or denied. iPhone X optimization is horrible. Many of the menu buttons are hidden or covered so if you need to navigate away you have to try and figure it out or close the app out and relaunch. Not sure if the developer has or test on an iPhone X but it’s enough to delete the app unfortunately. I am really looking forward to not having to log online via computer to manage my health care hopefully soon. App support feature doesn’t work on the App Store and sends you to the general contact us website with no direction to send screenshots of issues. Why can’t there be a general email account for the app that the developers monitor like other apps?

Disappointing. Since I’ve change from an Android phone this app wouldn’t expect my password and is making me recover it setting up a new one but it will not except the new password in set up even though it matches the requirements it keeps saying that nothing is being submitted so there must be some error on IEHP’s program or server end if it cannot even update a password so someone can log in to the account....
