Fun game with some glitches. I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years now. Make sure you sign up with your Facebook account so it can save your progress in case you delete the game and re-download after. I haven’t opened all the restaurants, but I can tell Sweet ‘n’ Savory has a glitch on the bottom seasoning station. Ads are a little annoying because you normally get the same 3 ads over, and over, and over, and over... They got rid of the happy hour where you could collect double the amount of gold, which is so lame... I refuse to pay for gold on a game that has glitches! You can watch ads for gold and to accelerate recipes, but after a certain amount of time, no ads will be available to watch. However, once you close out of that window, AN AD APPEARS!!!!!!! The game has been the same for years and they haven’t added anything more fun... It just seems like they want you to buy gold but they’re not improving the game much.

Seriously fix this game please.... First off, I very rarely pay for apps, call me old school but 20$ for an hour of entertainment isn't worth it to me. However recently they had a killer deal I couldn't pass up and I dropped a few bucks, turns out I only got HALF of what I paid for, emailed support they told me it was a mistake on the advertisement you were never supposed to get all of it. I replied simply with a screenshot of what I PAID for and said um, that's not my fault is it? You should honor your deal or give me a refund. Neither of which ever happened. (Never dropping another dime on this game for sure after that.) Second off, some of the levels are legit broken there is NO way to get gold stars on some of the levels. For example: Season 1 episode 10 of the pizza place. The customers come one at a time taking almost 4-5 seconds EACH to sit down and order. Even with the fast feet buff, AND the extra time buff, with 100% on all upgrades/food/decor I'm still at 6 customers before happy hour hits.... like seriously...?! And that's only season 1. This game has great possibilities and I still play, but they burned their chance at me ever spending money on it again with their terrible support, and seriously... it's broken!

Not restoring progress and etc. I was having an issue with my game where it wouldn’t let me do group stuff. It kept telling me check network connection but nothing was wrong with the connection. I decided to delete the app and reinstall thinking that my progress would get restored. I had saved all my progress on Facebook. I go to restore my progress and it didn’t restore what so ever. I got really far in my game and had a lot of gold. Now I have to start all over which makes me mad cause I had made purchases with that save. I love the game but this is cool and the fact that they haven’t fixed the issue with the network connection error is wrong. Hopefully the company see this so they understand that frustration it is for the player.

Carneval Steakhouse etc.. I've been playing it for the first time and just got the free Chef for an episode; why aren't you consistent with the role of auto chefs?! Now I have to use more gold and coin to upgrade enough for her to do the job she would normally do if she were consistent with previous auto chefs? I have spent almost $200 on a little gaming app that used to be great and I felt moderately justified in this expense. I have been contemplating what to really do with my free cash otherwise for a couple venues now. Specifically I will Not upgrade or waste a VIP recipe on Gastroyacht for sub-par frozen 3-D printed food? The thrill has been deteriorating semi-consistently and the only answers I can find are from your Facebook page full of consumer self-help and complaints about glitches and efficiency. Please get your act together. This is/was too great a game to allow whatever has happened. To happen.

Game developers are never wrong. I have been playing this game for YEARS now, mainly because I’m a die hard Ramsay fan, but I am about to delete it. I have made several communications to “customer care” over the years but they NEVER LISTEN!! They ALWAYS blame the customer. “You need to delete stuff off your phone so it has enough GB to support the game.” “Make sure you’re connected to a GOOD WiFi.” Oh and “we aren’t affiliated with tapjoy so we are sorry you didn’t get the 1.5k gold you were promised if you made it level 15 in a game you would never have otherwise played, here have 10 gold hope that helps.” Are you serious?! I have told them repeatedly, I am always connected to WiFi at home or work where I have excellent connection! If my phone’s memory is an issue it’s because this game requires TOO MUCH of it and the game developers don’t care to improve their game. Period! No way in God’s green earth would I ever recommend you spend money on this game!! If you do everything you bought/upgraded could just disappear and all they would say is “make sure you’re connected to a good source of WiFi and delete everything else that might be more important than a game so we can take up a ridiculous amount of memory, oh and sorry for the inconvenience here have 10 gold.”

Is it good? Yes. Is it your best? No.. The game itself is actually really fun. It’s your typical diner dash type of game. I like that it’s more from the chef perspective rather than a waitress like Diner Dash is. Theres plenty of game content to access. I have two major issues with the game- firstly, the social parts of the game stop working almost every day. There’s a section for participating in group challenges that just won’t load. It’s certainly not a connectivity issue on the part of the user as the other features such as 1v1 challenges called Duels will work fine. This is a big problem because it’s one of the very few ways to earn the things you’ll need to progress besides a limited number of game progression or achievement awards. Secondly, the ads on this game are broken. About half of them will not have an “x” button anywhere even minutes after the ad playing. I’ve tried clicking everywhere. You eventually have to close the game entirely and reopen to get rid of it. Im not one to typically complain about ads especially for a free game but to have ads you can’t close out of is very frustrating and doesn’t reflect well. I thought perhaps I’m missing an update so that’s what brought me here to the apps store. No update pending and the last one was 2 weeks again as of today. I can’t imagine anyone spending money on in-game purchases for a game that acts up so much.

One of my favorite kitchen games. It’s very fun to play this game, I’ve been playing for a couple of years now and still continue to play, continue to buy more restaurants and to get max stars in them. I don’t like every Jew place I open, some just have food that look a little funny. I do hate the limit of only being able to play until you run out of grocery bags. I with you could play as long as you want like other kitchen game apps. They used to have unlimited playing time on weekends and am surprised they took that off. I can spend a long time playing and having fun. It can be a challenge if u don’t spend real money, but I still love it. I have used a bit of money on the game and I found it worth it because it’s super entertaining

To much effort for to little reward.. Just like the title say’s. You get to little in way of rewards or compensation. You have to repeatedly replay past levels over and over again just to get next to nothing. I get that sometimes you have to replay a level or to two in order for you to get a bit of a build up. Also it appears that it seems to be a bit of a cash grab. With unrealistic offers for a assistant that automatically does everything and upgrade the equipment. 75 gold but your lucky to get maybe 10 to 12 gold and then you have to use it upgrade stuff so you can unlock it just to not even come close to actually getting it. It’s more than frustrating it’s obvious what is happening. A lot of effort for to little rewards. A harsh little loop of greed and insanity.

Fun Game but.... This is a fun game but there are many issues. 1. The Wishelin Inspector comes during ridiculous hours like at night when people are asleep. He's only available for a couple hours If you miss him, you lose your star. You can only play 2 levels to gain a star and you have to pay to call him for other restaurants. It only allows me to play the same 2 restaurants to gain a star, and they are restaurants where I already have a star. 2. They have events like the free chef duels/chef arena event. However, it won't connect to the network for either the chef arena or the duels. Therefore, the event runs out and you aren't able to play. 3. When I contact customer care, they take too long to respond and when they do, they ask stupid questions as if they don't understand the issue described, even if I have been very detailed. I like this game but I will not continue to play if problems continue to arise. Please fix the issues. Edit after 1 year. 1. The game has not added anything new in something like 10 months. 2. There’s always some problem. When I try to join group goals, I get this ‘check connection’ error when there’s nothing wrong with my connection. This is the only game I have problems with. 3. Customer service continues to give ridiculous responses. When I ask about new content, they ignore that part. I’m done. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Fix the glitch!. I love this game but I notice it glitches a lot. Every time I come on the opportunity to earn gold from customers or free play says it’s over when it’s just begun. Also, today has especially annoyed me which is why I’m finally writing a review. Today one of my daily goals was to serve a VIP 7 times. I figure I may as well find a group goal that consists of serving the same VIP however many times as a chance to earn more gold. The group goal was to serve Kabasa 10 times to earn 6 gold, which i had to spend 2 gold to join. I have served this VIP 8 times already just to finish my daily goal, and each time did not count towards the group goal. So now, if i quit this goal, I’m out the gold. The glitches need to be addressed because it’s getting old!

Disappointed with SUPPORT. One of the most enjoyable food time management games I've yet played. Lots of options to keep it interesting, and many ways to find or earn your way to higher levels. A keeper! Thanks, Gordon ! UPDATE: I've been playing for more than a year and have spent quite a bit of money on this game. (I don't mind supporting game makers by buying things in game if I really enjoy the app, which I have.) However, this week I played in the morning and when I tried again in the evening the game had completely reset to the beginning.. all my progress, upgrades, and money spent were lost! I contacted support who suggested that "if i had linked with Facebook previously I should be able to reconnect with it and get it all back" but this did not work. They have yet to respond again and I suspect I am just out luck. If I do play again, I will not buy anything knowing that my progress could disappear at a moments notice to developers who seem not to care. You've lost a paying player!

Game automatically reduces hearts and gold. I deleted this game after I found there is a scam glitch in the game. Beware of losing your hearts and gold. I found out about this scam when I should have had well over 350 hearts but ended up with low 200’s every time I completed group goals to gain more hearts. All of my gold disappeared, and my hearts reduced each time I played a group goal, in particular ‘click on 5 objects on map’ to win 15 hearts. The game reduced my heart count by 10 and gave back 15. I tested this 2 days in a row then contacted customer support who made no attempt to research or fix the issue. I took screen shots before and after. Customer support blamed the issue on me. I did not send hearts to my friends list, nor buy anything. Yet again, customer support still said it’s my fault. They accused me of playing on an iPad which I do not have, and blamed it sharing my device, which I never do. I only play on 1 device - my phone and it’s always with me. Customer support was unresponsive and the developers are not accountable for scamming customers. Please beware! They discreetly reduce your hearts and gold when you perform the group goals. Keep an eye and count of your hearts and gold. Make sure they don’t scam you too.

I love this game. I have been playing for about a year. I love it. Like all apps there are glitches but for the most part I’ve had no major issues. I have broke down and spent real money on gold before but they have some really good deals that are hard to pass up, especially if you are a constant player like myself. The only thing I don’t like are some of the “free gold offers”. I usually do these on the double gold weekends and some of the them have small print rules that I learned early on to read carefully. The support team has fix all but 1 of the problems I’ve had getting paid out for the gold, I would say over all I’m happy with the service I have received.

Would love to give this game 5 stars. But I can’t. Not that it’s not fun, it is. In the beginning. But there are some major bugs in this game that I have repeatedly emailed about but they don’t get fixed. Challenges don’t get competed even after you click on one and waste hearts to try and complete a challenge like use super Gordon 4 times. Well you do and it doesn’t register so you have to try again but eventually you run out of ingredients needed to play the game. You really need to have money available or a lot of time to try earning gold and coins or you’ll never be able to get the goal, get 5 stars in every episode. Everything in the game is limited, and to get beyond that, you need money. If all the bugs were worked out it wouldn’t be so bad but it’s very frustrating. You can play for 20 minutes or so before you run out of ingredients, then you either buy more with money or you wait. Fun game, still play it but could be a lot better.

Delish ‘n Chips. I like Gordon Ramsay’s Dash. I have downloaded it on multiple devices. I would love: *To skip tutorials on new recipes unlocked and new restaurants unlocked. *Serve customers that ordered first, instead of going to the customer closest to the the root beer and pretzels dispensers. ^^This is annoying when the customer’s patience is thin and their order is blinking, just before they leave.^^ * To not be penalized for Duels I’ve forfeited. * To have tiers of rewards for group goals completed by myself and one person, myself and two people, & myself and three people (grand prize) instead of ^^myself and myself plus three friends.^^ My friends and I aren’t always on at the same time. We shouldn’t be penalized because we live in different time zones or aren’t playing the game during group goal time limits. Some entry fees are high since you have to depend on the availability of others to reach the Grand Prize. *For Super Gordon to only serve those items that I don’t already have in my hands. ^I shouldn’t have to discard items because Super Gordon served the same items I already had in my hands ready to deliver when I activated Super Gordon.^

Updated. The last few updates have fixed the major glitches, however there is still one left. In the Sweet and Savory Street food, sometimes the food on the rice grill disappears. It is annoying when you are trying to get the maximum stars for that level. The latest update makes the dishes show up on top of each other. It is really hard to figure out what to cook. Just lost another star ***Previous review*** I really like this game. However, they have just increased the amount of tickets required to buy things twice in one week. This makes it extremely hard to want to continue playing. Just when you think you have saved enough to but what you want, you find out that you are farther away. Also I don't like that the amount of Wishelin stars you can gain is limited and that you lose them if you miss the inspector even though he often comes at ridiculous times, i.e. in the middle of the night. This game has lost 2 stars in my rating since I started playing. If it continues to get worse with the next major update I will definitely uninstall

My favorite game. This is my absolute favorite game. You won’t beat it any time soon and it does reasonably increase in difficulty. I’ve played other games that are similar where you get to a certain point and it’s impossible to beat or you can’t afford the upgrades without spending real money. This game isn’t like that. I would say it’s a perfect game except for one thing, like another review said, PLEASE FIX THE DOWNLOAD BUG!!! I’ve practically stopped playing the game because I have to wait so long for anything to load. Each aspect of the game has to “download” and it takes so long I turn to something else and forget I was trying to play. I’m talking 20 minutes or more. Please fix this I miss playing this game.

So Much Fun But.... This game is so much fun, I love it! I love that it is very east to get gold without using any real money, through videos, through episodes, through daily goals, through tickets won in the arena. THE ONE BIG ISSUE IS THE GLITCHES!!! Oh my goodness this is why its only getting 4 stars instead of 5, I’ll get a notification saying “Xyz event coming soon” with a little countdown (Event Starts: 23 hrs 11 minutes) So I go to the prep kitchen and get ready close out for a few hours, come back in and “Xyz the event is over”...Um...what, I am no time traveller, but I still find it hard to believe an event can go from starting in 24 hours to being over 2 hours later, and then it never shows up, the event really is gone and it didnt even happen. Please, please, please fix this, it is SO frustrating! Thank You!!!

Great game but could better some things. I’ve been playing this game for a bit now and I absolutely love it. However, there’s some stuff that could be better. The amount of gold you win from rewards should be raised. Eventually, it becomes seemingly impossible to get enough gold to make upgrades that are needed unless you spend money to get more. Another thing is the Quick Duel game play. It’s been a few days and when I try to do the Quick Duels, it just says I have no internet connection when I in fact have perfectly fine connection and it’s very disappointing because that’s my favorite part of the game. I messaged Support and was told to keep an eye on the game News section because they’re trying to fix that issue and updates will be on there, but it’s been days and 1- still no fix and 2- I cannot figure out how to see the game News section to keep track of whether or not the issue will be fixed soon or not. Maybe it’s me, but I just cannot figure out where to view that at. Overall, this is a great game, but please raise the amount of gold we can win so we can realistically make the upgrades we need!

Game crashed and reset my progress.. So... the title explains it all. I lost all of my progress. I never paid for anything, but I had opened three restaurants and was mostly through the first two, had gotten through multiple fame tiers, and I was enjoying game play for the most part. The game glitched, completely restarted me, and even though I had connected the game to my Apple account, could not restore my progress. There is no section of the customer care FAQ that covers restoring in the event that progress is lost, it only covers transferring in the event you were trying to load on a new device, but doesn’t explain how to do so. (I assumed if I logged in to my account the progress would restore, it did not.) Other than this rage-quit-inducing glitch, the game is fun. That said, it’s also incredibly difficult to advance without the in-game gold, which, unless you’re doing the daily challenges regularly, is doled out piecemeal and is never enough to upgrade what you need. Really sorry to say it but I don’t want to go through all that progress again and play that amount of time for very little pay-off. If the game hadn’t reset I may have still considered playing, but because of the sheer difficulty of upgrading I was considering removing the app anyway. My decision was made easy after the reset. Overall, fun game play but terrible experience.

Fun but glitchy. I love this game. Have played it for years. The game itself is challenging but fun. If you’re patient you don’t have to spend any real money. However there are some major issues. The group goal will not let me play. It says there is an internet connection issue. I can do everything else that runs on internet so not sure why this won’t work. It also crashes a lot, taking tokens and supplies without getting to play the level. Also, if you don’t play for a few days, it takes FOREVER to redownload all the levels, social section and duel levels. Most recently it has to download everything every single time, taking up to 10 minutes just to play. As a result I recently didn’t play for almost a year just because I didn’t have the time or patience to wait for it. Thought when I came back it would be fixed bit it was worse. Please fix these issues. I really want to keep playing this game.

Used to be fun until they took away videos to earn gold. As with every other game, this game turned out to be one where the creators just want people to pay more money. One of the best features was the ability to earn gold by watching ad videos which helped level up restaurants and speed up prep kitchen recipes. All of a sudden, and without warning they stopped the video feature. Their answer to earning gold is having to spend more money to complete offers and earn gold that way. The cost of most offers is ridiculous, and most of the items are not something I would ever purchase. While there are other ways to earn a few gold bars here and there, they take forever. There is also no longer an option to speed up recipes that help win levels, which means everything takes longer. I have purchased some level packs and gold because I was able to supplement what I earned in the game without spending a crazy amount. But, now I’m not going to play this game anymore and waste my time or money.

Please help!!!. I have no idea if you can help me or not but I thought that I would try... I have had this glorious game for nearly a year; unlocked many of the restaurants, had spent hours and hours and hours downloading other games and playing them just to have gold to play around with in game... but when I got on this morning, something had happened and literally all of my progress was destroyed. I have already flipped this game onto several different devices, and have always kept it logged in with my Facebook so I never lose my place... well; when I tried Facebook again, it still has nothing saved. I can’t imagine having to start over, in fact I don’t know if I can... I had spent so much time on it already; and am very discouraged and put off by this.

Too Expensive. To be competitive in this game, you have to upgrade your restaurant. For that, you need gold. Gold is rather expensive to purchase with cash, and there are little opportunities for free gold in the game. I feel if this game offered more free gold, I would find it more fun to play. Even the bonus days where customers tip gold, it seems like you will only collect enough for 2-5 upgrades depending on the restaurants level and the time you spend playing. Over all, I do enjoy the game, but find it to be more of a rip off than actual worth. I’m probably going to delete it, just so I’m no longer tempted to buy gold. Also, the game has several glitches. Glitches regularly occur when trying to do group goals. The game doesn’t always track the progress of the goal correctly, so you can end up wasting recipes, clicking global objects, and challenge coins before you realize the app isn’t tracking your progress. Every now and then there will be an event that is advertised, but for some reason will not work when you play the game. Sometimes the game has a lot of trouble loading duels and social aspects to the game as well.

Fallen from glory. I’ve played this game for most of the years since it’s release. I recommended it to lots of people over time. In the past 1-2 years, I don’t open the game that much because it has gotten exponentially harder to make any progress since they removed the feature where you can earn gold by watching videos. It’s not even like you could earn that many in a day, a handful here and there if you commit to maxing out the allotted videos you can watch in a day. Without that option, there are only the offers that you would have to sign up for, giving over your information or make purchases for stuff you don’t need. It’s no longer accessible to play the game. You can play for weeks on end before you can buy even one new food item, which doesn’t help you finish many more levels than you did before you bought it. I used to love this game. I wish I could still say I love it today. I cannot since I’m stuck in limbo with it.

Best cooking game ever!. I’ve been playing this game for years, and I love it. I’m a huge Gordon Ramsey fan and this app captures his personality. He even cusses you out when you make a mistake, which I find hilarious. Multiple venues offer plenty of variety. Each season becomes increasingly difficult, without becoming frustrating. Each new dish is introduced with a brief, and very helpful tutorial. The duel portion of the game is also fun, and provides the opportunity to earn cool stuff, including supplies and gold. Serving the Wishelin Inspector also gives you goodies, and you can buy and sell ingredients for coins. I’ve seen some reviewers complain about the cost, but if you’re patient, and play regularly, there are plenty of opportunities to get gold, supplies, and avatar accessories without spending real world money. But again, it does take some time to earn enough gold to buy the major upgrades. If you’re less patient, go ahead a spend the money, it’s worth it. Initially the game was a bit glitchy, but the developers seem to have worked out the kinks. I haven’t had a issue with game play for the past year. The graphics are great and the music is cool. If you like cooking games, I really suggest you give this one a try. There’s not another one on the market with this much personality, and style.

Full of bugs!!. At first I loved this game and it was a lot of fun! Now I can’t even play in WiFi or regular service because it randomly closes the game, always says no connection retry so you can’t even get a goal going! When ever there is a special event my game never works right!! I try to play and let’s say happy hour is on well it doesn’t actually activate happy hour because it doesn’t work! I have emailed support multiple times and keep getting the same bull crap answer that they are working on it! I’m finally deleting the game because it’s more of a hassle to play and having to close the game and reopen the game is stupid! Nothing works right so please fix your crappy game so that people can actually play! I have had this game since it came out but it’s just a piece of crap now! I can make better games than that! Contacted support and they tell me it’s my phone data or WiFi when I have the strongest signal and they are just bull trying to make it seem like my phone messes up!! Fix your game goodness stop the dumb excuses that it’s not the game obviously it is if others are complaining about it!! Y’all are pathetic!!

Very Buggy. I love this game but it seems to have one bug after another. For one, the events and group goals don’t always trigger. For example, I’ll be in a group goal that asks to use super Gordon 10 times... I use super Gordon once but it says I haven’t used it at all. Or if there’s a free play event, it will still take my supplies. Also, when trying to go to the social hub sometimes it says I have no internet connection but I AM on WiFi. The same thing happens with the Farmers Market and I can’t access that currently. If it’s not one thing, it’s another. I spend money on this game and it seems like it’s not actually being put back into it to fix the issues. Edit: This game seriously needs updated. It’s been nearly a year. Things are still buggy and I miss seeing opportunities to buy the auto chefs and other upgrades at discounted rates. They are never offered anymore.

not worth it. i think this is the first review i’ve given on an app.. long story short this was a very entertaining game. great concept and pretty diverse in terms of the global aspect. however, i’d advise you save your time and money, as it’s not worth getting attached to. there are constant bugs with apps consisting of connectivity issues (which have nothing to do with YOUR wifi connection, despite how many times customer support will try to tell you so), not getting properly compensated for group goals/purchases, lagging, etc. the most irritating part of it all though, is that customer service continues to reply with the same copy and paste scripted answer. “the team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it,” every. single. time....there are reviews on here complaining of the exact same thing from 1+ year(s) ago..i think it’s safe to say it’s not getting resolved any time soon lol. at the end of the day it’s just a game, but like many others i don’t mind putting time + money into something that’s truly entertaining and enjoyable. this app is no longer that so i think i’m good.

PLEASE FIX THESE FLAWS. I have found that there hasn’t been many updates done to this game in I don’t know how long BUT here are some things I wish the creators would fix!!!: -a way to refresh the farm market instead of having to leave the window then coming back to see new produce options. -more prep kitchen slots!! 4 is not enough considering one has to wait a whole day to collect boosters that are used for 3 minutes. I usually use 6 characters which gives me 36 boosters that take forever to get and then I only get to use all 36 in less than 20 mins… Why does 6 have to be the MAX for each booster??? -I don’t understand how garlic is a common ingredient and the angus beef is rare but for some reason it’s almost impossible to get ahold of the garlic but it’s very easy to find angus beef…..

Fun but too glitchy. The game is fun and I enjoy playing it. I am reluctant to pay for the needed gold as the game is so glitchy and inconsistent that I can not trust it. I often collect a recipe, but it never shows up for use in an episode or a duel. There are times I do multiple upgrades in a venue, but can’t even beat one more episode as it never actually tells you exactly what you need to get 3 or 5 stars and I suspect it is a moving target. The messages for events are bizarre. They start, end, start, end and start and are always wrong. The other big problem is that it seems that each venue has its own programmer with it’s own rules. In some venues you can replace an item with another without an empty hand others you need it. For example in the Burger restaurant you can put something in a fryer while taking another out. In the proto toscano you need an empty hand to take something out of the oven and put a new item in.

Pay to win game. Game is fun, actually game is awesome and you will want to play it all the time, every gamer understand that devs need to live and they earn money by creating games but, this game force you to buy golds without buying gold you cant achieve 3 stars in missions and this is not good. Clash of clans is the best money maker out there and I have spent more than 200$ on it, I have spent money on it cause I wanted it not because I forced to do it! You can play the full game without spending any money at lower speed of growth but, In this game without spending money you will lose fun and you cant fully play the game. You earn 1 by 1 golds and have to spent 10 12 for each upgrade in order to achieve 3 stars, I am a developer too, I wish I would have created this game I could make loads of money out of it without losing players and fun. Use your minds developers and change the way of use of gold in this game.

Fun to play but impossible to upgrade without $$. It's a really fun game but you have to spend real money if you want to level up and make upgrades. The free offers for you to obtain gold are very spammy and could contain viruses. The only safe offers are the ones to watch video ads. And you only get one bar of gold for that which won't upgrade anything. If they offered more ways to get gold everyday I would give them a higher rating. I don't mind watching ads but more gold would be nice. The free offers will put you on the mailing list from hell and you will be unmercifully and relentlessly spammed until you are forced to get a new email account. Terrible.

Network errors!. I enjoy this game, but there are flaws with the app. On the positive, it’s a fun game! But the following issues are a daily problem. 1. The social part of the game always has “network errors” and it says I need to check my network settings. I have not been able to open this all week. It’s not my iPad’s connection. I cannot complete group goals or give/receive hearts. 2. The Duals section has connectivity problems as well, but about half as bad as the social area. Still a daily annoyance. 3. I was once able to watch ads for gold bars, but that is no longer available. I assume they cannot get advertisers. I have tried everything I know including, checking my network, turning my iPad off, and deleting the app and reinstalling all to no avail. Customer service is not much help.

It was fun until...... I was having a really great time playing and advancing through levels when the game wouldn’t let me play anymore. It looked like it was stuck in an update. I couldn’t play any levels because it said the content was still downloading. No matter what I did I couldn’t play. Someone recommended I delete the app and download it again ( I thought this should be fine since I played through my Facebook account ) when i downloaded it again it took me through the entire tutorial once more and wouldn’t let me connect. When I finally did connect through Facebook, to my dismay it lost all of my previous game!!! It’s like I had to start from the beginning all over again when I was already moving onto the 3rd restaurant! Really disappointed, because I was really enjoying the game and I love Gordon Ramsey. :(

Stolen game progress, twice!. I have been playing this game since before it switched over to the Ramsey update. Loved the game and have built my game progress up to where I finally had all of the chefs in each room, and most of all the upgrades in each room, with the exception of happy hours. Then, just like that, everything was gone and I was told that I would have to download the game again and re-sync to Facebook. Did that and was able to get most things back, but not my PURCHASED gold. Frustrated, but kept playing the game. Making sure I kept saving my progress...Now, about a year later, back down to almost factory settings and everything lost again! Now I'm in the fight with game producers to try to get my game back. Got the same instructions from producers to re-sync to Facebook, but this time I only got back a small portion of progress. It is stealing, it is unfair, and it has to stop. Players beware.

Major glitches in Prato Toscano restaurant. The game keeps closing out in this particular restaurant. The app completely closes itself out, and you’re back to your phone home screen. All the other restaurants, levels, duels, etc work just fine. My iPhone, the dash app, my iOS, etc etc etc are all the newest/latest and up to date. The app just closes out in the middle of playing, and it only happens in this restaurant. Everything else in the app works just fine. This is especially frustrating because when the app just closes itself in the middle of playing a level in the Prato Toscano restaurant, you lose everything as if you never played it. So i lose all my boosts I may have used each time it does this. This is not ok when you’re trying to make a group goal in a certain amount of time, and when you’ve waited to gain boosts from the market.

Glitches!!. I absolutely LOVE this game!! Unfortunately, for the past few days I’ve been trying to play, nothing happens when I tap on the noodle sauces in the Sweet N Savory Street Food level. A dish will pop out of the noodle station and drop on the sauces, but when I tap on either sauce, nothing happens and I end up having to quit the level because it gets stuck. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! So far this hasn’t happened in any other levels, but it’s a real put-off. And the group goals tab keeps saying to check my network connection, but there’s nothing wrong with my network. Even when I am able to start a group goal, it doesn’t always log my progress. I usually have to close out the entire game and reload it to try again. Does this game need an update??

Absolutely amazing. I love this game so much. It’s one of my favorites and the only cooking game I’ll ever need. The only bad thing is that there’s usually a “network error” when you want to go to the social section. At first I thought it was my internet but soon realized it was not. I really hope you guys can solve this problem cause it’s very very annoying, I mean sometimes you can’t connect to that section for daaaays :( Other than that, I enjoy everything that was created for the game. Very clever and funny to have Gordon’s voice in the game, especially when you make mistakes or don’t succeed in an episode haha. I’ll come back and give it 5 stars if the network error problem is solved.

Constant bugs. Another app game that doesn’t manage errors that have been around since the game started and errors that make gameplay obsolete while also making advancing a standstill process without paying huge amounts of money for digital property. They are nice in customer service but nothing is getting resolved and it’s my favorite game with lots of potential but if you cannot access goals or even receive rewards then the community and competition of this game is nonexistent making it worthless to play. I will probably refund my last purchase and delete this as it’s been a few years and before I started playing, these errors have been brought up long before I started playing. I was going to leave a long review of pros and cons but I knew if this game didn’t get any better then I’m officially done with app games anyway and everyone should switch to console and abandon any app charging money or having issues like this because you’ll get way more value from a console than an app and maybe even more support and progress.

Why do I have to pay so much to play?. It feels really irritating because to upgrade anything in the game, it requires gold as payment. But, it’s EXTREMELY hard to earn gold for free. Yes you can watch videos for 1 gold bar a piece, but you can only watch about 3 until it says there aren’t anymore available. I feel really annoyed with Gordon Ramsay, because he’s incredibly rich. He earns so much money from so many different things, so he’s really making his fans and people who want to play a game pay ridiculous prices. It’s unfair to those who aren’t financial stable enough to afford it. Gordon Ramsay and the developers of this game really shouldn’t be charging people for this it when they already earn a ton. The game is actually really fun and well made. I would really like to play, but I can’t!

Fun game but filled with tech issues. The premise of this game is great and playing it is very fun. I love working through the different levels and restaurants, playing the duels, and appreciate the easy ways to accumulate gold bars and subsequently higher levels. I have been sticking with this game for over two years, and all of this earns the solid two stars. The downside though is that this game is so glitchy that it kills the positive points. It has recently gotten a lot worse with constant freezing, kicking you out of a scene where you end up losing points and special meals, inspector challenges that don’t work ... the list goes on and on. I’m tired of hearing it’s my wifi and available memory on my phone ... because both are ample and strong. These glitches really need to be worked out for the game to truly be successful.

Fun game, expensive in-app, new update optimized for iXR. This is an addicting game, it’s fun to manage multiple restaurants while leveling up and producing new recipes. As you invest more time in the game, you realize that it’s pretty challenging to achieve the 3 & 5 star levels without spending for upgrades. I only discovered the game a few months ago and didn’t realize that the game has already been out for 2 years. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there have been any new updates such as new restaurants in this game in over a year. That’s why I agree with the other comment to be wary of the spending. The good news is that they released a new update today and it does optimize the game for the iPhone X series, or at least it does for my iXR, but I’m finding that some of the icons look cut off like the bottom right corner. I don’t think it’ll affect game play but it’ll be interesting to see how things go with the first update in a year!

Good game bad model. The money wallet haggling is horrible. There’s so many places to unlock but the game is so grindy and time consuming if you do not spend real cash money on it. It would be nice if at least the first place you start with had much cheaper upgrades rather than replaying same levels over 50+ times yes folks you need to play over 50 times just to be able to afford the 5th out of 10 upgrades while the cost just gets multiplied and the earnings only go up maybe 2-3 coins per upgrade. This business model is clearly for farming money off of unsuspecting customers and consumers. The app specifically targets young audiences who will no doubt ask Mom and Dad for Gordon dollars. They need to cut the cost of all upgrades and new buildings by at least 60% for the game for me to even consider spending money on it. The current model, you would have to spend over $5,879 just to completely upgrade the first new shops. I have not done the calculations on the rest yet.

Good game, major issues. I like the dash style games, and this one is a bunch of fun. Unfortunately it has a couple major issues. First, I'm on a fixed income so I can't afford to purchase gold. Well, almost all of the upgrades require gold. I have no problem watching commercials to earn gold, however, I will click on the free gold button and request a video option and it tells me there are no videos available. Well, as soon as I close that screen, a video pops up, yet there's no videos for free gold. If there's no videos for free gold, then don't make us (consumers) watch a video 2 seconds later! Second, it can be very difficult to earn coins, so I have to keep replaying levels in order to have enough coins to play. The third and final thing about this game is when you go to your social hub and try to connect to a group goal, I get an error message saying to try the network again, and if you do manage to join a group goal, more than half the time it won't register your progress within the group goal, so you end up joining a goal and then you turn out not being able to help your group and essentially losing the group goal for your friends. So, as a stand alone game, it's a really good game. But as an online game, I don't recommend it at all!!!

READ BELOW!. Look, this game is absolutely amazing, I really love it! It’s so fun and there’s tons of levels! It’s so great because you aren’t playing in the same restaurant the whole time, you get a change of scenery and I love it!! And one of the best parts is... it’s so easy to earn in game money!! It’s the best of all worlds.. but I only gave it 3 stars instead of 5. That’s because I went to make a name for myself so I can add other players, and all of a sudden, it deleted everything I had and started me at the beginning. I was so upset!! I was almost done with the first restaurant and well into the second one and it just started me back at the beginning. I have no idea why this is but I’m so angry. Something needs to be done about these bugs because I’m not sure if I’m willing to start over again...

Fun game but... I never rate a game but I had to for this one. This game is so much fun I love it but first off the in game purchases are ridiculous! Either you watch a stupid video for free to get 1 or 2 gold or you can try to earn it if you get lucky. They want you to buy all types o currency type things because only certain money things lets you do certain things if that makes since. Like different types of currency include gold, coins, hearts, groceries and like 4 different type of tickets and oh coins again but these coins are only used in one section of the game. This is insane. Seriously needs to fixed and maybe 1 or 2 types of currency is enough. Also the app always crashes when I am trying so play a game that you have to pay for with your “groceries” and you best believe that the game is still gonna take your currency even though it crashed and you couldn’t even play the game. I hope they fix this because I do love this game. I rather pay for it straight up then do all this in app purchases

Please please fix network problem. This game is my absolute favorite. I used to play it quite a bit 4 years ago. Then something got broken and network error was introduced resulting in inability to complete group goals; came back to check on it 4 years later; the bug is still not fixed. Every other reviewer complains about it. Such a shame!!! Gorgeous graphics, wonderful game play, great design decisions, hours of fun play. A++ on all of this. Yet the network aspect of the game is just a complete flop. Indisputable F. So sad. Renders the game almost unplayable. Such an amazing game with a flaw that brings this game down from “All time favorite” to “week of play then delete and forget it”

Very glitchy and worst customer support. It’s a fun game when it works. Customer support is the absolute worst, never resolved issues and at times doesn’t even respond!! There are a lot of special events but you need to pay attention to see if they are working and I have to close game and go back several times to get them to work. This isn’t the first time but is definitely the last time. So, if you would like to waste your time and have companies scam you then this is the game for you!! I continued to have issues and customer support recommended that I delete game and reload. Once I did this I lost all progress! I linked back with FB as they suggested and now I can still access my customer support messages but I am back at the start of the game with everything gone. Customer hasn’t responded in days and did nothing to help resolve an issue they created.

Too many problems. I love playing this game, but these days there are so many problems. First off, it keeps on telling me to check my internet connection, although my internet is on and working strong for other games. Then Yesterday I couldn't take any tasks, as it keeps telling me to check connection, but I could play duels. Today, I can choose tasks but I can't play any duels. It keeps telling me to check connection, but you need internet to play both. The same with the gold, i keep watching video after video for gold, and yet i barely get any or I watch to shorten time on vIPs but yet it doesn't shorten it. Great game but needs some work. Love this game but often when I use the super Gordon function it freezes other aspects of the game so that I can’t complete the level (I.e. using him will cause a glitch in the combo station and for the rest of that level I can’t use the combo station, causing me to fail)

Always have to download restaurants. I have been playing this game for a long time and live it but now it is so frustrating that I am losing interest. Every time I go out of the game, every restaurant needs to download again which takes half an hour. I’ve been putting up with this for months but I’ve had enough. Fix the issues with the game!

Addictive. I quite enjoy the game and it seems to be running smoothly when I play it. I find the game very addictive but the there have been some occasions when the game does end up running a bit slowly at times but still enjoyable though. And also there would be times when the game would just freeze up and I would get exited out. It is still a pretty good game though.

Fix the crashes. Duels are the only game feature that guarantees regular weekly gameplay. Since the update, I've had at least six crashes which wastes my recipes, tokens and WORST of all gives me a bad score so I seriously drop on the rankings! Regular restaurant games are crashing too AND it's not counting when I serve recipes for group goals which makes some of them impossible to complete! Fuming. If it carries on I won't play.

Could be better. Great game, addictive, but please make levelling up achievable. Gold should be given for every 3 and 5 stars per level, not every now and then. In desperation I even downloaded a sponsored game and played it till level 10 to get the promised extra gold and nothing was given.... what a waste of my time.

Auto Chef On/Off Toggle. I’d give this 5 stars if I could toggle the use of my auto chefs on and off. I’m almost finished the game and wrapping up accumulating my autochefs —it’s just, I have my favourite restaurants I’d prefer to play without auto chefs, but ‘in order to finish the game’ I went and got another autochef anyway (because there were a couple available for purchase with tickets this week) —and I’m really not interested in playing some of my favourite restaurants anymore with them. Could you make it so we could toggle the use of them on or off? I’d like to accumulate them, so that it’s another tick off my list 😆-but I don’t want to ‘have to’ use them. 😭 Thanks! 💐

Why so many glitches. For the amount of money I have spent on this game over the years. Why do I continue to lose, supplies, prep recipes, time and money. I clearly am a fan of the game I’m just not a fan of the actual application, the fact that it constantly fails to load going into a restaurant leaving me with no supplies. And yes ‘support team’ I have a good connection, I have restarted the app, I have turned my phone on and off again. Further more re installing the app is effective but so so annoying because before you can even log into your account to recover your progress you have to go through tutorial and 3 levels. I’m not using this or changing my review until you update the app!!

Where are the new episodes?. Great game, but there haven’t been any new episodes updates for a very long time. I have built up a reserve of gold, but have nothing to do with it. Is the game development finished?

Constant network errors. Used to be great, now for the last couple of months one critical section of the game, the Social section where you can join in challenges to earn rewards constantly have network errors. Nothing else is effected, no other apps. Speed tests great. Impossible to earn gold. Unless that’s the plan.

Addicted to the max. Love the game- Video acquisition of gold should be extended further instead of cap. In the chef arena the auto chef bought is only for the level your on, further purchases are required if you want to take up the challenge more than once.

Adds. Why. Why do I need to watch add after add . I’d prefer to pay for this app and not have ads pop up every time I try to upgrade things or finish a level. It never used to have adds !!! Also why can I only play 5 times then groceries are out and I have to wait 2 hours till they refill to play again . Great Game, No ads. Pay to Win Level System.. The game is great, although I do wish that the level system to get to new episodes wasn’t so greedy. You are forced to use your gold which is hard to come by unless you pay real money to purchase it just to upgrade items otherwise you just won’t progress. I’m kind of tired of replaying the same episodes just to get enough coins to attempt to upgrade anything.. once you run out of gold and don’t pay for more you basically hit a “wall” and can’t go any further. Also very annoying to be shown twice how to make a new dish, unnecessary to show a detailed plan and then be shown yet again in game..

Good game but needs work. i really enjoy playing this game, BUT i hate games where you get to a point where you have to pay for it, it is impossible to upgrade food and stuff now so you cant move on any further without paying , fix that and it gets a 5 star rating.

Constant bug fixes and connection issues. Game keeps dropping out when you have had to wait hours for a special booster meaning you then loose the booster. The watch videos for free gold function doesn't work properly and given the above no way I’m paying for gold because the game will crash and I’ll lose it anyway. Can’t do any of the group goals because of an error message “check connection” - apparently issues are being worked on but this has been happening for months now.

Great game. It’s a great game but it is so FRUSTRATING that you need gold bars to upgrade everything! It literally ruins the game because you can’t get gold bars without watching free videos (which eventually run out) or buy them. Why can’t you just upgrade with coins? So annoying. Super fun game but...stop being so $$ hungry. Like most games these days you have to spend real $$ to get things to a level where you’re not failing every turn & wasting the in game currency used for leveling. The dueling area needs some serious work, it should be capped at a certain number of matches you can participate in/have active. I stopped playing for 1 day & lost half my score bc I forfeited 80+ games (even if I was playing for that day there is NO way I could regenerate the amt of tokens required to duel 80+ ppl /sigh). Also how is it fair that I loose -3 for every game I forfeit if I can’t even play that many games. Dueling should also be level capped - nothing like dueling with a player who has leveled 80% more of their stuff then yours (even with 3 boosts I’d be lucky to beat them). Have a % level band algorithm in place so that dueling is actually fair & ppl can participate without loosing every time or spending actual $. I really do love this game there are so many other aspects that make it the best cooking game I’ve played to date. If a few of the concepts/aspects were improved & the currency of everything was adjusted to make it a little less pay to play then it would be FANTASTIC.

So much potential. Thanks so much for making this game possible, it is so addictive! It's also quite entertaining, hearing from Gordon Ramsay about what he thinks of your service. A hillarious quote: "Question: Where did you go to for chef school? No-salt college?" I also got a great idea for your next restaurant. I don't know what it should be called, but basically it is a restaurant in Japan selling all kinds of Japanesse food. A genius idea: When food is ready, your avatar places it on a conveyor. You can upgrade it to make it serve customers faster. If it is an incomplete order it will go down into a bin at the end of the conveyor and you will lose coins. Is that an interesting idea? I hope you take this in and use it in the next update! Thanks!

Awful game. Far too many glitches, unbelievable how many times you’ll lose a duel because it just cuts out. Happening for ages never been fixed. The most frustrating game, if you get it prepare for the game to cut out and restart at crucial times. Would not recommend.

Why?!!? What could change?!!?. This app has got good ideas, but there’s a but. The only problems are that there are levels you just can’t pass for some people. There are also things that you have to pay for. Other than those main reasons the apps pretty cool.

JUST WHY 😕. The game is great and everything but I just got this game about 2 minutes ago and it’s got swearing! Like it gets blacked out and everything but just why have it in there. The main person in this app is Gordon Ramsay and yeah sure he swears a lot in real life but why do you have to put it in the app! I’ve always had a passion for cooking and frankly I want to be chef when I get older but I don’t want to be a chef that swears at ever little thing, and this app is making out like Gordon Ramsay is that type of chef. I say get the app it’s loads of fun, but put it on mute, for your own safety.

Please fix the bug. I used to love this game but recently it closes by itself and I lost 10 ingredients every time. Today it gives 2.1% of every single button downloaded. What does that mean? Can’t play anymore. I lost some gold too! Please fix it ASAP.

How long have you got?. It’s refreshing to encounter a game that takes upwards of 3 hours to start playing. In spite of today’s fast food culture, Restaurant Dash subverts our need for instant gratification by forcing several hour long download times on its players. This app could (and should) double as a meditative aid with the amount of idle waiting it allows its users. Those looking for excitement, entertainment and enjoyment should steer clear. This game is EXCLUSIVELY for those who require a sense of serenity brought on by staring at an idle screen for numerous hours. P.s total trash, fix this.

No connection most of the time…. It’s impossible to play this game and enjoy it since most of the time the game tells you that there is no connection, oddly ONLY when I play your game. I am able to play other games and relax, but yours is a nerve-wrecking!

No longer working on Samsung Galaxy S7. I've been playing this game for probably a year on my S7 and lately it crashes when I try to open it. Some days it'll let me on and other days it just crashes over and over and over. When I went on the App Store to check for an update to hopefully fix this issue it said "Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Not worth it. This game was good until it started to download content from scratch each time I opened it and went to play, which is really slow and makes it not worth the effort to actually play. It seems ridiculous that you need to download the content each time- other games don’t do that. Sorry, but unless there is a way to not have to download a stack of content each time I’m no longer playing. Just not worth it.

Ultime always has issues. Still no fix for all the glitches in Ultime, yet you guys are happy to take my money. And I'm not overly happy about doing some of the steps to get free gold, for my email address to then be sold to a stack of other companies, and now I am copping non-stop spam! Different than most. Like the game set up. It’s challenging and there’s good options to keep it interesting. It takes to long to earn coins though.

Ok game.... 1.Im not a big fan of the graphics. 2.I got up to level 5 the game wasn't getting faster it's very slow. 3.I don't like games that use the energy system to play it slows the game down there for you have to buy energy with real money. 4.The language is very bad I know you hide the word with symbols but young kids can come across the game not knowing and learning awful language. There for I'm not a fan of the game the graphics,language,energy just makes it a boring game. Group goal not refreshing. I love this game so much and it is so addictive!!! But why everytime i check group goal page, that only shown one or two, yet i can see other gamer completing lots of goals! It is related to what time we log in to play??? Or developer just control how many group goal we can see so we can't get much gold??

Good but progress has slowed down. Developers seem to no longer be creating new levels and therefore the game is now boring

No option to progress without paying!. I was in love with this game and played it religiously every single day as it was my relaxation. But now they removed watching ads to get gold or coins. I would of given it 5 out of 5 stars but now no more. You press more offers and it says ‘no available videos’ ALL the time. Only way to progress in this game now is to always pay which doesn’t suit everyone. PLEASE rethink the way you control this game and consider those who can’t afford to spend money on apps especially nowadays!!!!! I think GR has enough money!!! Stop making it impossible for the majority to enjoy your game!!!! Not happy!

Cooking. Because I love to cook a lot but have a fear of boiling water and stoves, Gordon Ramsay is helping me get over that fear with this game! Thank you so much Gordon Ramsay! Your the best chef in the whole world!!

Crashes and constant downloading. The game started off really good but then over time it started to crash, now it has gotten to the point where opening the game means I have to wait for all of the aspects to download again (a progress bar appears under each thing), takes about half an hour.

Recent glitches. Agree with previous review: prep kitchen and group goals aren’t working anymore. Really need an update with some fixes to be able to keep using the game please.

Game doesn’t pay out. So frustrate this game seems to be failing more and more. Last night I lost 35 gold that took me forever to buy because I had to purchase 2 outfits twice to finish my extra star for the level. Now I have twice done the social goals and that hasn’t paid out either! So frustrating. I want my gold back!

Great game but connectivity issues. I've really been loving this game - engaging and it rarely gets boring! A glitch deleted all my progress and started from the start. After being a massive fan of dinner dash, I was very obsessed with this game. It was refreshing to see a game with multiple different elements to keep you interested. Chef duels, selling food and cooking items, tons of different restaurants and more. I even spent money on this game because I loved it so much (which I never normally do). I spent hours enjoying this game. I noticed the small glitches but ignored it. Until today when I went onto the app and it had COMPLETELY RESET. It went to the very first level and I have lost all my progress and money on this game. I know it’s just an phone game, but when you spend actual money on it it was very disappointing. If you’re looking at the reviews to see whether this game is worth downloading or not, this is your sign not too. Not until they fix their app anyway.

Great game but no support if you forget how to make a dish. Have enjoyed the game. Improved some of my games from 2 to 3 stars but replaying a game fails to give you instructions about making a new dish. Have tried going over games to revisit instructions about a “new” dish but the game doesn’t repeat stuff and I can’t find out how to make a particular request despite googling. The lack of support is a real oversight. Makes me feel like it is simply a money earner.

It won’t give me my daily goal surprise package. So when you beat 3 daily goals you get a surprise package full of groceries and prepped inspectors fav dishes. I beat all 3 daily goals and it won’t let me claim them. And food and upgrades too expensive. I get inflation and this economy but damn it’s a game I want to play and relax. Not stress about cost of food lol.

glitchy. This is a great game i’ve been playing for a while but I find gold way too easy to spend and way too hard to earn. I can never upgrade things because some cost 15+ gold which is obnoxious. Also my social hub is soo glitchy i was doing a group goal this morning because i needed more coins and there was only 33 mins left. I completed it but the social hub wasn’t loading i tried so many things to get it to go and finally it went but the goal had already expired and even though i completed it I couldn’t collect my reward so all the recipes and time i spent to get it was a waste and that happens a lot

It’s extremely annoying to wait for downloads for the games, buying ingredients, duels Etc!!! I’ve also completed the 3 daily tasks and was not compensated. Contacted supported and they compensated me with some 15 gold bars which is fair but this does not fix the problem!! Makes me remember why I ended up deleting the app!! Code 303. I downloaded the game and haven’t even been able to play it not even once. code 303 for months They say they are fixing the issues but it’s been months and no change. So don’t waste your time.

No more free gold or coins. I have asked them to fix this issue no one has resolved this issue. What happened. Please read the reviews that say this game used to be fun. This game takes about 10+ minutes to load now for me idk if anyone else is having that issue. There’s no updating I’m needing I have a good internet connection it just takes so long. I used to be able to play on my break at work I can’t now unless I sit half my break waiting for things to load. Also make it so you can change your name again. I’ve used it once I want to change it again I would literally pay to be able to change it again I’ve had this game for years.

Fix the glitches. Have been playing for years, but lately, it’s days at a time where you cannot access the social part to complete goals. It keeps saying connection error, but I have no issue with anything else that requires network connection.

Shame. The game developers are still taking ppl’s money but tons of things don’t work anymore. They have severely limited the ability to earn gold and throw up msgs about YOU, the player, having a network issue. The so-called network error is on their end and either a bug, something they have implemented purposely, or they have cheaped out on a server that can’t handle the traffic. Regardless, the game sucks now and they are obviously not maintaining it.

This game sucks recently. They’ve gotten rid of all the events and the game is all of a sudden super hard even with max boosters and and upgraded everything. All you get back from the customer care is the same automated response over and over. Don’t bother. This game was great when it came out. Now it sucks

Not what it used to be. This used to be my favourite game. But as many other wrote, it is now sooo glitchy. No more ads for free gold, can’t access the social challenges. This game is now way less enjoyable. I’m considering deleting the app.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. This is the third time I reinstalled this game because I liked playing it. But it is super frustrating that I have lost ALL my progress 3 times. This time, when I clicked on a button that asked if I wanted to use up less battery time and improve graphics, I ended up with a black screen. I cannot access my game but it is there… in the dark! No customer support for something like this. I’m seriously ticked.

Where are the ads?. I loved this game because it was one of the few mobile games where you didn’t need to pay in order to properly progress. I used to be able to receive 2 gold for every ad I watched which greatly balanced the “waiting system” (waiting for lives to restock, recipes to prep, battle coins to refill, etc.), and I didn’t even mind taking those 10 min surveys for 1 gold either. But now being able to earn free gold has been completely removed and I’m wondering why when it was a fantastic addition for players like me who thrive off the grind of playing without paying. I love the gameplay which is what’s keeping me going but it’s so painstakingly slow to progress that it’s borderline unplayable for me. There’s also this weird glitch with the chicken and the sauce table in the Ultime restaurant that has caused me so much losses. Anywho my main point is that the free gold system was such a nice touch and should be brought back. I’m begging 😫

No more special events!!. Loved this game for years!! Even if I went through all the restaurants, would love the special events to add gold bars or duel. For the last year, nothing. Come on, how hard can it be to keep this game running with some weekly events??! Now continuous problems with duels which was the only novelty left! Ready to throw in the towel

Great game but can we customize music?. I realize you can turn off the music, but I have already switched off the vocals, and a completely silent experience for a rich app like this would be a shame. Some people may love the music, but I find most of it cliche and grating.

Clearly not supported any longer. This was one of my favourite games but Glu must have had a falling out with Gordon or something and they have abandoned this game. There have been no updates in a couple of years and it now is riddled with bugs. It’s too bad — it WAS a really good game!

Disappointing.. Played this games for years, but it seems like this game has been abandoned by the developers. The social tab always have connection issues and can’t seem to do any group goals and is always buggy. They also removed the option to watch videos for gold.

Very disappointed. I have been playing this games for a few years. I loved that you could watch 4 videos a day and get 2 free gold after each one. I could actually upgrade my things and I loved that. I see they have completely removed this and now you have to use real money or you can’t upgrade anything. You can however do challenges to get gold but it takes a long time. I’m probably going to delete this game now.

Great game until they took away reward videos. Progress was an acceptable slow pace but now limited to a snails crawl. I don’t mind making the odd purchase but won’t be forced! They have no answer to the problem and it’s been over a month now. Almost ready to move on.

Game Won’t Sync to New Device. I have been playing this game for well over a year with many in game purchases. I recently got a new phone, my old game data won’t sync to my new device. I had linked my old game to my Facebook, that didn’t work. My next step was to contact customer service, they asked for my chef dual name to link the new device that way. I was told they couldn’t find the account and was offered 100 gold and 30,000 coins to try and build my progress back up. Seriously? I had all restaurants unlocked with the auto chef on all restaurants. Again I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game since I’ve been playing and they offer that little. That wouldn’t even allow me to fully upgrade one restaurant. Outrageous. They lost a customer here hands down.

Really is my favorite. The quirks are more than a few but the game coupled with interaction with other players keeps me coming back. One quirk the designers just can’t or won’t fix is the “group goal” challenge. Player correctly signs up for the challenge, pays the requisite hearts and then no credit for accomplishing or completing the goal. Bad. Some of the support team members will reimburse while others tell you to turn on/off your wifi, thus blaming the player. Still, with the quirks and there are more, I find this game to be fair and competitive wo costing money. I do spend some change, personally, bc I like to dress my avatar. Good game.

Fix your gold issue. As a developer I can tell you the first flaw in this game is your gold assessment. For example upgrading kitchen items should not cost gold unless it’s for the sous chef upgrading the grills to max level or auto grilling same with food upgrades those should cost no gold and your daily achievements should be five gold each. If you give everybody five gold each for all three daily achievements that’s 15 gold that’s enough to upgrade at least one maybe two items this game is awesome and has great potential but if you don’t rework your gold system. No x at the end advertisement 😡. 😡I have to keep closing the app down and restarting it or deleting the game and re downloading it, It’s like it’s done on purpose so that you can’t earn the gold. And most of the time it says I have to change my privacy settings in order to even watch an advertisement not to mention the fact that you have to play against people who have hacked the game to buy everything in the game there’s no winning. The game is fun but I don’t want to pay money or hack the game just to move forward in it. Something’s got to give especially if you want people to keep playing it .

Fun, But .... Great game, fun to play, but I get constant connectivity issues that messes up the social goals — somehow doesn’t count my actions and causes me to lose hearts a lot. Also, there are barely any opportunities to earn gold — I’m not even sure how possible it is to complete 1 restaurant’s upgrades without having to make any purchases. I suppose that’s partly the point, but eventually, this game will be too frustrating to play because of no gold (which is required for the updates). Update: the game has been glitchy the past couple of days, and now somehow it made me re-start from the beginning! I just lost all my progress, and I also had JUST bought gold. Unbelievable!

Love it except…. I have been playing this for a long time and I love it! Except now all of a sudden I no longer have the option to watch videos or complete actions to earn gold. Because of this I pretty much can’t move forward anymore in my restaurants. I simply can’t afford to actually buy gold & im sure most people can’t. I have reached out to customer support twice with no real answer or reasoning as to why this has happened. They just say they are working on it. I really hope it comes back because I don’t want to have to quit this game. In all other aspects it is tons of fun.

Read Reviews And Fix These Issues Please!. It’s time for an update. Please fix Dubai in the Sky issue! When I use super Gordon while ingredients r in the combination station, I’m not able to use the combination station again for the remainder of that level! It’s frustrating because my boosters r being wasted trying to get 3 or 5 stars on a glitched level! Boosters take time, energy, coins, tickets and gold to obtain so it’s inconvenient and off-putting when this happens! Please fix Kiwi Cottage! I upgraded the tables a couple of times but nothing has changed and no, I’m not talking about the table centerpieces, I’m talking about the actual tables.

Fun but…. There’s no way to progress in this game without spending money. It is really fun and kinda addicting but that only makes it easier to spend $5 here, $10 there, just to beat a few levels. The further you get in the game, the more $$ required to get the gold needed to beat the levels. ALSO, in the “Ultime” restaurant, the sauce station never works!!! I’ve lost countless episodes just because the sauce wheel won’t spin even when I’m directly pressing the different options. It’s frustrating when I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money trying to progress through this game! Just fix a few bugs that will make me feel better about spending real dollars on a nonsense game 😬

We have the same issues.... It’s interesting to see so many people with similar complaints, from as long as a year ago, and the game is still super buggy. I also have issues were it says there’s a “network error,” or my actions don’t apply toward my goal. I engaged in a fairly long back & forth with customer support about a recipe I prepped for the inspector not showing up, although my ingredients were gone. It’s not my phone, not my connection, it’s just a game full of bugs. It’s obviously a great game because we all keep coming back for more, but I’m not sure how much longer I can deal. The developers know we have similar complaints and just don’t seem to care.

Lots of bugs and glitches. I used to love this game, but now every time I try to play it it says “failure to download content” in the beginning every single time I open it. Even when I have great service and/or great WiFi, it does this every time and each little restaurant has to download and all the features have to download which takes awhile and makes me not want to play anymore. If that could be fixed I would love playing the game again and would definitely give it five stars. Also, when I’m “dueling” other people, the game will crash which will obviously make me lose. So that’s another problem that needs fixed!

Good game, major glitches. I would give this game more stars, but the more I play, the more glitches I get. The most recent glitch is using the combo station in Dubai in the Sky. After I’ve used super Gordon, the combo station stops working, and I have nothing in the combo station storage. It’s really difficult to complete an episode when you need the combo station and all it does is give you a red check mark, and will not allow you to drop anything in. There have been multiple times when I cannot join a group goal, let alone create a group goal because it says to check the connection. And why is it that I only see group goals from my friends most of the time when I know there are MANY active group goals going on all the time?

Great game BUT ..... I love this game. Seriously. Love this game. BUT the amount of gold you need to upgrade all the items to be able to get 3 or 5 stars is ridiculous. Yes. You can get 8 free gold a day by watching ads and another 3 by meeting the daily goals but that isn’t much when compared to the gold needed to upgrade. They run specials to buy boosts but rarely offer equipment upgrades , food upgrades, or decor upgrades as a option. I have spent 35 dollars to date and only have 4 restaurants open. The first 2 at about 70 percent and the last 2 at about 40 percent. I want to continue playing but I just can’t continue to justify the “cost of entertainment”.

Suckered in... I've been playing this game daily for over a year and have spent real money on it. After reading other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling completely taken advantage of. They run 'promos' that only work about half the time, and that's only if you constantly restart the game. The rewards never load and the 'social part' conveniently crashes anytime that it could benefit the user. This game does absolutely nothing to reward its long term players and appears to try to deter them from succeeding in the game. That being said, I'll keep playing cause I'm a sucker and I like it. But I will never spend money again.

Extra gold. I seriously love this game. I’m a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay and find it extremely entertaining. The only thing I wish could be changed is how easy it is to get extra gold. With the extra offers nearly every one of them you have to buy something through a 3rd party or you have to give all your personal info out to whatever affiliate website and idk about you but I don’t want to have all my info out and about. Please give us more opportunity to get gold without giving out our info and maybe increase the amount you can get through watching the videos or something. Other than that I’ll keep playing.

Love the game, not a fan of being forced to buy gold.. Starting off it was a great game. one of my absolute favorites. However, its hard to have enough coins for upgrades so I have to replay many other levels I already beat to earn enough coins. Then not only that bit when you finally earn enough coins for upgrades, you have to pay gold to. Which they give you zero so its almost forced that you have to purchase gold from your own pockets to upgrade anything. Very disappointed, especially when you cant afford to keep purchasing gold. Now I might as well delete the game because theres no point to keep it when I have to spend 3,000 coins to upgrade along with 5 pieces of gold. Sadly, not my favorite game anymore.

Used to love this game-not much anymore. I have loved playing this game but there are some issues that need to get fixed that customer support just blames on the user. So many times I have joined a group goal, paid the hearts to join it and then when I’ve completed the goal, I don’t earn the prize! I’ve also lost lives to play-I’ll click on a level to play and it will deduct lives or ingredients to play and then the screen will close and when I go back in, those lives are gone even though I didn’t get to play. I’ve also recently had issues with the game not loading. I’ve tried contacting customer support and all I’m told is thanks for the feedback and the tech support MIGHT use that info to fix bugs in the game-that’s it.

Love this game but glitches make it not worth it.. This is my favorite game to play. There's plenty of opportunity to win coins and gold so I've never had to purchase anything. But the glitches seem to be getting worse. You can join a group goal but it doesn't register that you did it. I just played 2 different rounds and used 4 boosts and it didn't register any of them towards my group goal so I wasted them. You'll start a round and before it even begins, you get kicked off which wastes your groceries and boosts if you're using any. Again, love the game but am getting frustrated with the little glitches.

Too many hackers & gliches. When I first started playing I loved the game. Now it's frustrating. You guys make it almost impossible to get five stars. I have a auto chef 2 kitchen prep recipes and all customers served but miss the 5 star mark by very little. Is it a glitch or are you guys trying to milk me into buy more coins so I can buy more recipes???? And playing chef duels is very glitchy. There is a player named "chefnilee" that is a player using a hack she had zero up grades in big bay burger and only used the fling kitchen prep recipe and somehow managed score over 400 points I have a auto chef and used two higher recipes and only manage to score right under 400 with my coins barley counting toward my score. This game has become so glitchy. I'm not gonna mention the others seeing as how they have been mentioned by numerous other players already. Smh

Limited Ad Tracking Issue. It’s a fun game to play but it has some issues that are very annoying. Because you need gold to buy essentially everything in this game, there’s not a lot of things you can do to earn it. One of the ways is to watch videos but I keep having an error message saying you have “Limited Ad Tracking” on and will not play the video. Which I do not. I’ve checked multiple times. Now sometimes I get this notification and sometimes I don’t. Please fix this issue. If you could make more ways to earn gold or buy it with game coins that would be great.

Not worth it. I loved this game when I first got it. Diner dash style games have always been my favorite. This game, however, falls far from the mark it was trying to hit. The best part of this game is the group work you can do, but I’ve had network errors for a year. I delete and download the game again to see if that helps. I lose all of my progress, all of the coins and gold that I spent so many hours watching videos to earn, gone. I think ok, maybe I’ll just work my way back up. I finally unlock group tasks again only to have the same error. Why include it if it doesn’t work? I’ve seen hundreds of people with the same problem. Either fix it or get rid of the game. There’s no point to connecting to Facebook or sending friends hearts if you can’t do anything with them!

My fave game but.... Latest update with iOS 11: levels aren’t loading correctly. Customers come but the food is missing. It’s a really fun game but there are a ton of glitches. They add a lot of new content, which is great, but I wish they would focus on fixing the bugs first. -_-_-_- Update: this game is very fun, but there are tons of bugs. It gets worse with every update and none of the bugs are fixed. Some of the bugs are just irritating but most of them affect game play significantly. It's a very fun and addictive game. I'd alway appreciate faster regeneration of supplies and additional ways to earn gold, of course, but what player doesn't? But kindly use headphones in public. 😉 My only complaint is that there are a few bugs from the latest update that still haven't been fixed. Game has glitches. I love playing this game but there are a lot of glitches... 1. When you watch a ad to get gold bars or to speed up your kitchen prep after you watch the ad it goes to a black screen and there’s no way to get out of the black screen unless you completely close out and reload and No you don’t get credit! 2.When there’s a event it starts then it comes on the screen that it’s over then it comes back on and says it started this it’s over and it is this repeatedly. I really like this game but getting sick of these glitches. Also after reading the review where the guy didn’t get all he paid for really makes me hesitant to pay for bars.

Loved it until I was charged $55 for something I didn’t buy. I was really into this game (addicted really) but wouldn’t spend money on extra gold, etc. One day while playing, the game froze. I kept hitting the button (as one does). The game restarted and said “thank you for buying a “crate of gold” for $55!! I contacted customer care to refund the money, and they said they have a no refund policy no matter what. Beware of this game! That basically gives them free license to charge you for anything. I have reported them to iTunes (who agreed to refund me).

More please!!!. My fiancé got me hooked on this game!! It’s fun and no restaurant is the same. Facing off against others in PVP is fun and all the upgrades for each location keep you playing to fully upgrade. Great game highly recommend it!!! For the developers is there anyway we can get more restaurants? Used to be new ones coming all the time and hasn’t been any new for quite some time. I know both of us still play and would really love some new restaurants. You have a great game here please build on it 👍

Great game, Bug issues. I have been playing this game for about a year now. The issue I am having is specific with the Ultime when I go to put food in the sauces it denies me the ability to do so. I check to make sure I am doing the right task with the right food and it still won’t it accept it. Also in Dubai in the Sky when I go to make the meat pizza in the combo machine it will do that same thing. I double check to make sure again I am doing the right task with nothing in my way and it denies me. I check for updates everyday and nothing. I hope this problem gets fixed because I enjoy playing this game.

Disappointing. I have been playing this game for years. Used real money to buy gold, etc. For about the last 2-3 years, I stopped playing. The Duels wouldn’t work. It just kept saying Check your connection. Social network wouldn’t work, basically said the same thing. I’d write to customer support, they would always say we’re aware and we’re working on it here’s a few gold. A few weeks ago I decided to download it again. To my surprise the Chef Duels are finally working again! But, social network still does not. I miss out on gold from the daily quests because some require the social network. Restaurant Dash, it’s been long enough. PLEASE FIX IT then I will change my 2 star review.

Great long time game. I've been playing for years, there are always new goals and rewards to get. It's what you make it. Gems are fairly easy to collect, you can duel or just play at your own pace. You will find you like certain restaurants better than others, focus on those and the rest will come to you. I have paid for gems, but I have also played and saved. Either way there are always things to do and have fun. A++++

Very Disappointed. I gave it 5 stars because i wanted this to be noticed. I’ve been playing this game for months and I’ve loved it, bought a lot of restaurants upgraded a lot of things and so on. But now all of a sudden the game won’t work everything says it’s downloading and I’ve waited almost a week for all of the restaurants to fully download but it won’t work nothing will not even if I sell food in the food market. It’s a bummer for sure I’ve wasted so much time on the game and now just to delete it.

Fun game, annoying updates, unreceived items. I hadn’t played this game in months, so gave it a shot again the other night, only to find that nothing has changed. It’s still full of glitches and needs some serious updates. Please fix this game! Also, you need to hold your offer wall companies accountable for giving the gold deserved upon completion of the task given. It’s really annoying when you complete something, don’t receive the gold and when you report it, you are told that unless you too screen shots proving you completed the task (whatever that means), you will not be awarded.

Fun to play, RIP OFF to stay. This game is actually quite fun to play, especially at first. Unfortunately the inflation of necessary upgrades quickly become out of control and, more over, a big fat rip off. Beware the "other offers" dead end polls and all around scams. Pretty poor that they ramp up the gold requirements and throw you to the wolves if you don't pay cash to play especially since the video ads continue to snowball. As you progress you need more and more gold but earn less and less. Break out your wallet of you want to play this one. Smh. Edit to update: this game hasn’t been updated in years. They no longer have the weekly specials and have removed all of the good gold offers that introduced me to a lot of other games. It’s like an ad-filled forgotten wasteland of a game. Bummer.

Network Issues Are not the fault of Gamers. Time and again I get Network Issue messages when buying things from the kitchen, accessing group goals or trying to compete in chef duals. I have complained about the issue multiple times and I get the canned answer of reset your WiFi and make sure you aren’t on a 3g or 4G network. I have read multiple reviews and there is a serious number of reviews stating the exact same problem. It’s bad practice to ignore a problem that several people complain of having or even worse, blame users instead of investigate if the developers are having a problem on their side.

Please fix these bugs!!. I love this game and play religiously every day. That being said there are a few glitches that I’ve found. In Dubai in the Sky, the combo station doesn’t work after you use frenzy. This has happened to me twice. In Sweet and Savory Street Food, if you hit one option after the other on either one of the conveyor belts, the conveyor belt freezes. So if you choose the wrong one, and then hit the correct one, and your avatar has to run to both, then the belt will freeze and you cannot use it for the rest of the level.

Love the game but...... I love this game, it's very addictive. I play everyday but it is very hard to earn gold and the upgrades in each venue cost quite a few gold bars. I do the free offers frequently so I do download a lot of games that I have no interest in just to earn gold bars. This would be fine except even after fulfilling all the requirements for the offer you don't always get the gold that was promised. I can't tell you the number of surveys I have done and get nothing in return. So just be ready to spend a lot of time doing stupid tasks and hoping for results.

Fraud. This game is a fraud you can't ever get past anything; I have run many restaurants in my life and succeeded very well and know what it takes plus I'm speedy fast and yet in this game no matter what you dogs can't win hardly anything after you've played for a couple years like me; this is a disgrace to Gordon Ramsay Ashe is one of my favorite chefs and I'll be telling all of my friends, the whole few hundreds and more hundreds that wanted this game not to get it and they have seen me play it and are in shock! This game and cooking dash the same. All they want is your money so that they can screw you over more and you still can't beat a level no matter what you do!!!! People read these reviews as they are all true! This Glu; company is a fraud!!!!!!!

Fun to play, but lots of bugs bring it down. This game is fun and has good progression in the levels, however so many bugs take away from the experience. You can click on areas and the game won’t recognize it so you lose time/points; constantly gives you network error messages preventing you from using various features even though my connection is strong and works in other apps; earning gold can be spotty from third party links....sometimes you get the reward stated, sometimes you don’t. Hopefully fixes are coming soon because when it works properly it’s one of the best cooking games out there!

Love it, but it needs some updates. I’ve been playing this game a long time and really like it, but am running out of things to keep me entertained in it. There is an option to earn gold stars when you not only get enough points, but have ‘served all customers’ - unfortunately there a lot of the episodes scattered throughout all seasons of most restaurants where this feature is not functional and despite clearing all the customers with anywhere from 0 to many seconds remaining on the timer, no credit is given.

Violent ads. I’ve been playing this game for years, I love it! However, recently there haven been ads added in between the levels. Which usually doesn’t bother me too much, except the ads that come up are always for violent, first person shooter games. I really really dislike guns and violence, and having to see these ads in between a game I’m trying to enjoy makes me really uncomfortable and not want to play anymore. One of them is for a game where you’re a prison guard aiming a gun at prisoners trying to escape... and I know it’s nothing to do with any sort of algorithm because I don’t watch movies or play games like that.

Surprisingly a great game!. I didn’t expect much at all when I first downloaded it but I was pleasantly surprised! The challenges are fun and keeping me entertained. I’ve only unlocked a few restaurants out of so many and I plan to unlock all of them! I don’t usually feel compelled to leave reviews on any app but these guys are so generous with the fun features and it doesn’t require spending money at all that I have to give you all 5 stars to support. Good job!!

Quality gameplay that I can't resume.😩🍔. I'll confess: this game is awesome! I love cooking meals for customers with a celebrity chef- who I haven't heard of until now. No offense, mr. Ramsay... However, entering season 2 episode 5, the game just flat-out crashed! Tried again. Fail. Again. Fail. This has happened before, but got me back into the episode after only one crash! This didn't happen on every episode, but now, we have a problem. Now it crashes every single time I enter season 2, episode 5. I know it might bring me into the episode after a couple more tries, but for now, the crashes need to stop.😢😾🍏🍕🍝🌭🍤🍜🌯🌮

Fun Game but very buggy. I’ve been playing this games for month now. It’s a great time passer, however, it crashes all the time. Also, I’ll have indicators in the duel and social window icons and they disappear when I open up those menus. I’ve missed out on duel requests because they just disappear. I’ve contacted the customer service and this was the exchange: Me: Duel requests and hearts/gifts sent disappear when I click on the icons. How can you fix this? Customer Service: I understand your concern and would like to inform you that as soon as it added to the account it will disappear immediately. I appreciate your understanding in this regard. Regards, Anand Glu Mobile Customer Care. Me: ok what is the fix for this? No answer. Not only did the response from Glu Customer Service make no sense, they never replied back to my message. I’ve spent money on this game and apparently that money spent is not going towards to debugging the game or maintaining it. Such an awesome addition to the Dash family of games with great graphics and concept, but poor quality control and customer service. Very disappointed, Glu!

Sad. I had this game for YEARS!!!!I lost my phone a few times and never had an issue logging back in and continuing where I left off. Now I got another phone and can not retrieve any of my stuff back! I bet it’s because I actually started spending money on it a few weeks ago and they want more money. Me and my kids loved this game. I refuse to spend another cent on starting over!! I was literally on the top of the board in the world. We are so so sad. Ughhh I’m so upset I can’t believe all these years for nothing. And what’s even WORSE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot contact ANYONE. No website, no number! Just put in a ticket and pray they contact you. When they will contact you is unknown AND HOW they will contact is unknown cause they don’t even ask for ur email or number!

Rewarded missions are a spam + glitch alert!!!!. The game is good and enjoyable but as someone said u need gold so I usually complete actions like downloading another games and playing it for gold rewards but lately I’ve done the missions and the status says rewarded but I actually don’t receive any gold which is so upsetting and disappointing in the game!!! SO, PLZ WHERE IS MY GOLD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!. If that’s another company and the game have a contrast with it then I’m telling you it’s spamming the players PLZ fix this problem. Plus, the game glitches a lot which is making me and I’m sure lots of other people lose interest in the glitchy ex-wonderful game. PLZ work on that too. Thanks

Full Deletion. After doing the update, nothing loaded. I had to delete over 40k coins, 26k experience points, 126 grocery bags, 6k fame stars, and so much grocery and garb. I logged back in with Facebook and had to completely start over. I also have to go through tutorials. The game is fun but the game shuts down so often. Get rid of the social room and I can load. I cannot even duel anymore until I hit a certain level. I am very upset that all I worked for is completely gone. What is the point of using a Facebook login if it does not save the info like other apps? I wish I had kept the old interface and never upgraded...I had 192 out of 200 for Big Bay...

Fun but needs work. This is a difficult review to write because I play this game every day and, in terms of the game play itself, it’s 5 stars. However, there are a LOT of glitches/network errors with this game and they haven’t put out an app update in 7 months. Support keeps saying they’re aware of the issues but they’re not doing anything to fix them. It’s frustrating when the time clocks are off in the game, I can’t complete certain tasks because the network isn’t responding (which is not due to my phone, as they try to pass blame), rewards aren’t earned, etc. You can tell they’ve given up on this game and have no intentions to do any more improvements. That is frustrating to me and the lack of customer care is what is leading to my poor review.

This game is great.. I love this game, but I wanted to give some feedback to help the developers (if anyone is still updating this game). 1) The events are always at midnight or later (I'm in NY)... I wish the inspector arrived at different times sometimes. 2) In Dubai in the Sky, when you use the Ramsay booster (fire frenzy), you can't use the combo station. At all. 3) In Ultime, if you use the Ramsay Booster, it won't let you use the rotating sauce palate station (you can't move it) until you use the sauce that it's currently on, then I think you can move it. Overall, this game is great. But a few adjustments would be nice. :)

Keeps crashing. I LOVE this game, but lately it’s been glitching a ton. First there was the network connectivity issue...that seems to have been fixed. I did lose out on some group goals and had hearts wasted because the duels weren’t working though. Now when I open the game it tries to start me all over. I close and go back in, and my progress is there but then it kicks back to the beginning and tells me to pick my look to start all over. 😭 I don’t want to start all over. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. If not I think I’ll just give up and delete.

Love it. I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of years playing this game, it’s so good but there are a few things that could make it so much better. Please create a way to exit out of duels without instantly losing stats in the arena!! when you’re matched with a player that has insanely higher stats than you there’s no possible way you can win a number of times the game will randomly bug out one day and basically delete all my progress... when this happens my heart breaks a little, then i’ll usually wait like 6 months and redownload the game lol lastly i never really bother to look at the clothes because you don’t wanna waste gold on them when you can be getting upgrades, would look at the outfits tab more if the prices were lower/coins instead of gold, or if the clothes gave some sort of upgrade to performance awesome game i love the realistic gordon ramsey phrases, the different music, the huge range of venues to play in. just my suggestions if they ever update the game again

Constantly crashes on iPad after subtracting to play. Haven't played a Dash game in a long time, figured based on Reviews I would try it. Fun, great graphics but game constantly crashes after subtracting the amount to play. Typically it is after Gordon explains the episode when I click continue. I got so frustrated, noticed there was an update on the app description but my App Store didn't recognize it needed updating. Waited a week, still no prompt to update so I deleted thinking if I re-installed and linked to my Facebook it would sync....WRONG! Now I have to start alllllllll over again....which I won't. I also agree with others that obtaining Gold is difficult. Cooking Dash is hard too but is easier than this game. Too bad because in general a fun game.

It was fun. This game was great when it first came out. New, fresh, competitive and Ramsay yelling at you omg YES! As time went on we got new restaurants, new dishes, cloths so the game kept us entertained. Gordon Ramsay would advertise the game on his Twitter page all the time. Then it all came to a halt. No new restaurants no new dishes. Ramsay stopped talking about GR Dash. Our friends stopped playing. The bugs and glitches were never fixed! I logged in with my new iPad and it was the only game where I lost all my friends and progress. I asked for assistance as I had spent money on the game but … so I played for about a week then deleted the game. Definitely not cool what they did to this game and how customers are treated. Gordon is on a new game … not the same. Anyway find your fun gamers ✌🏼🤗👾
