It didn’t work for me for a bit, but I realized it was because I hadn’t clicked on the link in the email to activate the app. After that, it started working, so anyone who had issues and didn’t do that, make sure to!

Doesn’t work for me. Sorry - I have tried this over and over again, on both iOS and Mac versions, and it just doesn’t work for me. I have the “Basic” plan which should let me do one-time transfers of Playlists with no size limit. I have playlists of ~100 songs where only 8 songs transferred; playlists of 5,000 songs where 500 songs transferred. And yes, the songs do exist in the source system and they aren’t local files. I wish this did work - great idea in theory. I’m happy for you if it does work for you.

Love this app!. I subscribe to two music services and one for free. My musical tastes are very distinct and varied and it confuses the algorithms so I keep things separated in order to get deep cuts in different genres. However, some playlists I discover usually only exists on one of the platforms. This app is a lifesaver! I don’t have to manually recreate playlists to port them from every service. It’s amazing. My only gripe really has nothing to do with this app but more about the labeling on the various services. Sometimes obscure titles get confused with more “popular” songs. But this is easily corrected. I really like having an exported list of songs that weren’t matched. It helps with any manual look ups and purchases of songs not streaming. Thanks again!

Useful with caveats. This app is extremely useful for people like me who have playlists that are thousands of songs long. However, if the destination app doesn’t have a particular song, FreeYourMusic will substitute a different song with a similar name. The substitute is often a completely different genre and artist than the original song from the original app, so you will still have to comb through your transferred playlist to remove extraneous songs.

Inconsistent. It worked for two of my smaller playlists like 20-50 songs, but then it stopped working for every other transfer.(Spotify to Apple Music) I had even paid for premium to do more transfers but it didn't work. I'm extremely disappointed I've tried everything to try and get the app to work again including multiple redownloads, restarts etc and nothing worked. Hopefully this isn't happening to everyone as of recent, I know other apps are being targeted.

Meh. The UI is actually quite good, but that’s about where it ends for me. The app’s performance is painfully slow and it downright kills your battery. It processes each playlist 1 by 1, song by song, locally on your phone. It would pay dividends to process the transfers in the cloud where you can have dedicated worker threads, and multiple of them scalable per load, chugging on the transfers which would also save your battery.

Impressed.. Had an issue at first when I paid for the app and did not receive a passcode. Wrote an email explaining my issue and got a reply promptly and the issue was resolved in a very timely manner. Since then the app has worked seamlessly. Customer service was on point and so is the app. 5 stars.

Genius.. I’ve been wanting to transfer streaming services bc of sound quality and was dreading having to re-do all of my music playlist. But there are just sooo many. So thankful I was telling a friend how I just wish they had an app for transferring all of my playlist. And boom! He shares this app with me. And I’m giving this 4 stars only bc i haven’t fully used the app just quite yet. But seems to be extremely easy and fast. Hoping this will be as easy as it seems. Will rerate soon.

Pretty good. This app is really useful and did exactly what it’s supposed to hassle free. My only concern is that some people including myself may not use this app all the time, so they shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription to transfer unlimited songs. I was able to transfer quite a few but not as many as I needed. Really awesome app though! 10/10

Used to work. I used to use this app, and back then it worked well. I reinstalled the app, and it transferred 100 songs, then prompted me to pay. I restored my previous purchase, but now it's been sitting there saying "upgrading database" for the last 20 minutes. Extremely frustrating when I'm at work and need my playlists to be working.

2200 songs transferred from google play. Google play is shutting down and I have been waiting to join apple music because I did mot want to lose all of the music over the years. This process has been overwhelming because droid and apple are not compatible until now! Thanks to this app, I was able to transfer all songs easily. I started last night, got 100 songs for free bought the 8.99 package and transferred them all. App must be open to complete so I finished in the morning with zero issues. Highly recommend!

Favorite albums sometimes turn into playlists. I was surprised when about 1/5 of my favorite albums in Tidal were turned into playlists in Apple Music instead of albums. It turns out that when FYM doesn't find an exactly matching album in the destination service it creates a playlist instead. This behavior does make sense, but it would nice if the app warned the user when it was doing it and gave the option to not make the conversion. Accuracy in matching tracks in playlists is okay but not great. A source playlist containing a set of tracks from a single album will often turn into a set of tracks from different albums by the same artist. About 10% of the time the track is completely different - e.g., a jazz tune from 1958 turns into a song by Drake.

It's a great idea in theory.... It sort of worked. It freezes a lot, but it did save me time from going through and searching for music from my previous library. A lot of my music transferred but not all. The computer version works much better than the mobile app, but still plenty of freezing and crashing issues. Even with all the issues, it was worth the $15 for lifetime subscrption. Hopefully more updates will come. **transferred from Google Play Music to Apple Music**

Barely works, had to spend hours tidying and fixing afterwards. I moved from Apple music to Google Play music. I wanted to get all my artists and albums from Apple -> Google. Bought the $10 inapp purchase (overpriced), let it run. It did find most - about 90% of my music. But it just created playlists on google. If i went to google play music Artists or Albums, both were empty. I had to use the web interface of google play music to painstaking add each song to my “library” — this app should have done that! This app has really rough edges and feels like the bare minimum was done to get it launched. Example: after you give permission for the app to see your applemusic, nothing happens and you have to go back and do it a second time, requiring entering credentials again (for your destination). The UI is pretty awful (pls get a designer). Worth $4 at most.

Moving music easy!. Moving my playlists was easy. Had an issue with one of the playlist. Emailed support. Quickly got back with me a few hours later. They had me try a couple of things. Fixed me right up. This app is worth every penny.

No manual sync even if you paid for it. Didn't realize that there is no manual sync even if I have paid for it (understand auto sync is a premium feature that needs subscription). It is a little disappointing, at least it should state that in the app description. That means if you added a song in the old music service you won't be able get it synced to the new one.

If you have a lot of playlists, you will regret paying for this. I’ll keep it brief: * the app needs to open, like on the screen, in order for syncing to happen * syncing happens very slowly * the app decided to abort the majority of my playlists for no clear reason * it’s not easy to reattempt these playlists because if I try to start a new transfer it excludes the playlists I’ve tried before * END RESULT: I have to manually go through all the aborted playlists (literally hundreds) and retry the transfers. Because I need the app open and it’s so slow I have to leave it running every night when I go to sleep but for some reason it doesn’t just keep going, even if I set my phone to not sleep. So at this rate I should have all my playlists transferred in a few weeks of highly manual work. Absolutely useless piece of garbage. Can’t believe I paid for it.

Does not transfer from streaming service. Purchased for $10, since before your first attempt it warns you the free version only does 10 songs. Ok, fine I’ll bite. Then it started a transfer from google music to Apple Music, except it doesn’t add any of my songs I’ve curated in playlists (I pay for the streaming service, I don’t buy individual tracks). Which means the whole thing was a waste. Please advertise upfront that you don’t do streaming service songs, only individually purchased and uploaded songs. Otherwise it’s incredibly misleading.

Do not use the app, they lie!. Do not use this app at all, they lie and say they can get you stats for your Top Artists and Songs, like your own WrapUp for TIDAL how they have TIDAL Rewind and Spotify’s Popular Wrapped. They do not do that at all. All it did was recover my favorited album’s I have on my TIDAL account. Plus some of the songs and playlists from my account I favorited. I should have known they only do it to collect your information from your account and not even give you your top artists and songs from the past year. This is a complete scam and they’re lucky I’m even giving them a star. If I could I would give them negative stars and one of the only reasons I am giving them a star is cause I fell for it by installing the app when I had a feeling it was just going to be a scam type thing I should not have even wasted my time on. Yet alone even installed. Lesson learned though.

Doesn’t Seem To Work On IPad. This app doesn’t seem to work on the IPad Pro or the IPhone. It will allow you to select a source but will not allow you to select “Apple Music” as the destination. All you get is an error message. Support send me the link for their latest app version but the same problem persists. After paying for the subscription this is very disappointing.

For $10, I’d expect better.. While the app does transfer songs pretty fast, it does it in the most lazy way. It creates a separate playlist for the songs you transferred, so if you’re part or the majority who’s “library” is technically “liked songs”, prepare to spend time going through and re-liking all your songs. While this could be helpful if you’re trying to get rid of some songs, there’s a further point I’d like to address. For the most part it adds songs that were in your library, however I have also noticed that some of my songs were replaced by remixes of the same song. If you’re someone like me who listens to a substantial amount of EDM, you’ll understand how frustrating it is finding that perfect remix for you, which is just partially why this was such a frustrating process. In addition, about 1/4 of my library wasn’t even added!!! In conclusion, if you’re looking to quickly move the majority of your library fast, and have a spare $10, I’d recommend this program. However, buyer beware, you’re going to have a subnational amount of slack to pick up.

Simple to use. I just paid for the premium version and did a one time transfer, easier than looking for each song when I just want to transfer what I already had on one music streaming app.

Why oh why won’t it run in the background?. I have been trying to use this app off and on for a long time—since it had its old name—and I have nothing to show for it. Every transfer takes an extraordinary amount of time because any time I background the app, it stops searching or replicating anything. I have to re open it to get it moving again, and just leave my phone like that all day without touching it. It’s very weird!! I know they’re trying, but it’s just.. if I can’t get anything done, what’s the point of it?

Scam. Nah seriously. Jesus this is frustrating. The songs don’t transfer. About 1/5th of the songs are wrong; same name or similar name but different song. Because of this I decided to just walk away realizing I wasted 15 bucks. There’s no way to cancel though. Seriously. They don’t provide an option to cancel. “Cancel any time”. Where????? You can delete the account but it states that it won’t stop your subscription. Laughable. Working with free my music feels like getting hacked. That’s the best way I can put it.

Since Update..... This app was working great, 4 or 5 stars! However, since the update I get a “Hang tight while we update your your account” message that does not go away (even after sitting in the app for a half hour). I thought it was a problem on my end at first, but after seeing recent reviews, I’m definitely not alone. Until it’s fixed, I sadly have to keep to one star. Update 2/3/21: I am please to say all bugs from the last update have been fixed!! Back to 5 stars, and I’m so happy I can use the app again. Thanks guys!

Other services available that work way better and for same price. This service will often confuse songs. My playlists are full of the wrong songs when I do a transfer. I do not have this problem when using Soundiiz, which works better and costs about the same. Also the phone app is awful and will only run in the background for X amount of time until you have to reopen to start the transfer again. Cannot recommend this app to anyone until they fix these issues.

App has worsened. When I first downloaded this app about a year ago it was free to move your all your playlist and songs. Now I come back and it cost $10 to do that exact same task except this time half of the songs it moved were different songs with a similar title or just the completely wrong songs. I am currently going through my playlists having to fix the mistake of the app that I had to pay for. Just save your money and use a different app.😤 (Edited) I’m back 3 hours later after finally having fixed my music manually. Just do yourself and save yourself 3 hours and $10.

What a waste of time!. This is a total ripoff at $10 premium. It would not transfer but a fraction of the titles, repeatedly. It would transfer a playlist of songs as separate playlist from each album, requiring a complete hash of a comprehensive playlist. I spent an entire day recombining playlists. Then the stupid server errors transferring to google play music. Save yourself a ton of grief and keep looking. Stamp is not it. Whatever you do, don’t buy the $10 premium.

Great. Want to stop paying for pandora as kids have forced family over to Apple Music. Pandora’s stations are much better. I now have all the Pandora station playlists on Apple Music in January 2024 for about $40.

Fail. I wanted to like this app. Tried the demo version and used a playlist with 70 songs in it of all the same artist. It failed at transferring 10 songs even though I retried syncing the failed songs several times over. It also added random songs into the playlist which are not in the original playlist. I will be deleting this app right after this review. Update: In response to developers reply. I used another 5-star app to transfer the same playlist above and all 70 songs were transferred. No additional songs added.

Definitely not perfect but does 90% of the job for you. Sometimes it’ll get the wrong version of songs/wrong song completely or maybe the clean version instead, but overall , it still does 90% of your job for you. I did pay though, not a bad cost for all the work that you would’ve done tho

Wow—As Good as Promised. Super simple, surprisingly fast. I’d used SongShift when it was free, and I remember it being more complicated. This app was awesome. And while I only had one list to move, it was ~600 songs. FreeYourMusic sent me a special link to do it in one go—and for free. I feel kind of guilty: If I were a music head with lots of lists, I would totally rely on FYM. Thank you!

Super handy. If you are like me and have multiple streaming services, this app is excellent. You can transfer playlists super easily and quickly no matter the service. If you are not willing pay this app is not for you. If you are I highly recommend it, I have had minimal issues thus far.

Unadded Songs. Honestly, it does what it’s supposed to do. I had no issues with songs being transferred from Tidal to Apple Music. I did not pay for the services, so I had missing songs, but that was to be expected. However, I really didn’t appreciate that they added songs and albums into my library that I’ve never heard of (assuming to increase popularity of certain artists). I had to spend time to manually remove them, which is honestly just frustrating. It would be appreciated if they just transferred my music over.

Converts wrong songs. I tried converting my songs and it did transfer a select few of them. The rest of them the app found the same song title with a different artist and transferred that instead. I have over 4000 songs and now I need to go through and delete over half of them, just to add the correct versions of each song the app couldn’t. Very disappointing. This is with the purchased version of the app as well, not the free download. Waste of money for it to not work properly.

Definitely works. I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. It was super fast moving my playlists over with no problems at all. only reason i gave four instead of five stars is cause you have to pay 8.99 if you want more than 100 songs moved. i paid cause i would definitely pay someone more than that to sit there and do it for me.

App Flaws. I downloaded the app which initially stated “Free App” and then half way down as usual nothing is free, you have to pay either one time payment for basic or there are other plans listed. Now half of my songs didn’t get transfer even though I paid $8.99. The files listed as “missing”. No way to know or information listed anywhere and how can I upload the missing songs to my current streaming service . Very frustrating. Any help I’d appreciated from the customer service.

Great concept, horrible execution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is by far the most polished LOOKING method of transferring between platforms, but easily the worst performing. It missed almost half of my songs. I was tired of using other methods to transfer my music and decided I would pony up and use a paid-app to get the job done correctly. Apparently they spent all of their money on the UI and zero on the actual music transfer process. The hacked together process created with IFTTT and workflow worked more accurately than this app. Unfortunately, your best option is to save your $10 and just keep the music platform you’re already using.

Great App. It solved my conversion problem in minutes. The same problem that took me over 3 hours to complete using another service. I used the free service to start and it took a couple seconds to transfer 10 songs and it put them directly into my iTunes library on my phone. This is an excellent product and needs better advertising as not everyone uses spoti** and App** music. Most conversion services are advertised to the larger carriers. I’d also recommend the company adding something to the name Stamp because it was not easy to find in the App Store.

Not all that it’s says. I would give any app that transferred my music in toto and without hours of going back and forth 5 stars. They fail to tell you that the app “matches” your library against theirs and if they do not have that particular song they substitute one of theirs. They also don’t tell you that if they don’t have a match, your song doesn’t transfer. I lost about 40 songs. Songs I’ve had for decades are now lost in “Free Your Music” wasteland. I was bitterly disappointed. Support got back to me in good time but I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have picked another app. I want my money back. I want my songs back. And do not let your phone shut itself off and do not change screens - that stops it altogether. What an enormous waste of my time and money. I am running IOS15 and I have the XR. No excuses.

Easy to Use. I've been paying for 2 Music subscriptions because I didn't want to lose my playlists or have to manually transfer them over. This totally did the trick! If you do this from your phone though, you do periodically need to open the app to complete the transfer.

Went from great to rubbish. I loved this app in its early version. Now in their Freeyourmusic configuration I've had nothing but issues. The latest: the app crashes in all my devices (Mac, ipad, iPhone) with an error that I've sent countless times to developers. I give up.

Worked after a few glitches. The app worked as it should after a few glitches; this I am grateful for. I suggest in the FAQ a section on what to expect and troubleshooting if nothing syncs over. After multiple attempts to reach tech support I was able to figure out I needed to delete my sync and restart over. Also if you purchase the 9.99 basic it downloads super fast and it’s worth it.

Fantastic idea, limited implementation. I like the app. It’s great for moving playlists from Play Music to Apple Music. The problem is, that’s where it stops. I have a large library of Artists and albums. Those just transfer into a giant, unorganized and unsearchable playlist, which defeats the purpose and makes listening to your music a frustrating experience. It’s hard to blame the app fully for this, but you should be aware of that limitation BEFORE you fork over $8.99 or more to do your transfer like I did.

Easily shared but some issues. This app is great for sharing my playlists with my different music apps. But I have found that there have been quite a few songs that don’t get shared and also quite a few songs that I’ve never had on a playlist before start showing up. I also hate that I’m constantly getting alerts that my transfers will stop if I don’t open the app. I wish it would just share in the background so I didn’t have to keep the app open if I want to share my playlists. Otherwise, I was very happy to find this app because I never would have been able to remake all my playlists.

Used to work great. Issues with Premium now. I’ve had Premium forever with this app but now when you go to activate it, it takes forever (literally days) and I had to force quit the app to get it to start again. Then when transferring you’ll get pop up’s every hour asking you to open the app. Now it won’t sync and when I hit Restore Purchase, it will restore the Premium and say is active until Feb 2022 and then seconds later it will ask me to upgrade. Very buggy

This app is a Godsend!. I used this app to transfer my music from Google Play Music to Apple Music. I had my concerns reading the other reviews but decided to pay the $10. And it WORKED! Essentially what the app did is copy my entire music library as well as all of my playlists into Apple Music. It couldn’t copy 100% of my songs but the ones it couldn’t copy were saved on a spreadsheet in case I want to add them manually. Huge thanks to the developers! For saving me so much time and allowing me to switch music services.

Best playlist transfer app, and I've tried most of them!. This app just plain works right. Most of them cause serious hiccups along the way and glitches. Beyond doing what they claim to do, and doing it accurately, the user interface is smooth and clean and easy to follow along with. All in all, the only app I'll use moving forward if I have to move songs/playlists from one music streaming app to another.

Garbage. First they bait you by acting like you'll be able to transfer all your playlists, just not your albums unless you have premium. Then they switch, and you're only able to transfer 100 of your songs, which they tell you nothing about before you just provided them with all your info! After that, they don't even have a feature to delete your account so that they no longer have the info you provided them. They probably sell your data too, after only allowing you to transfer 100 songs. If an easy delete feature was available, this would be fine! Unfortunately it's not. Unethical company, don't recommend.

Good app. Good app to play music. I easily created the collection for yourself or convert music from a variety of sources.

Meh. Pretty expensive for the service it does. Also puts heaps of random songs on there that are nothing even close to what the song it was trying to match is. Works…just.

Janky. Works but misses a LOT of songs that are available on the service you are transferring playlists to. Edit: Has also mismatched a lot of songs.

Waste of time. The app completely ignores you when you sign in to Google Music. You go to the effort (more than once in my case) of typing in your login details, hit login, it loads for a brief moment and you're back where you started on the source-select screen. No acknowledgement at all of logging in. You select Google Music again and again it presents you with blank login fields.

Just amazin..!!!. If thinking about whether you should do it or not…just go for it…

It could use a LOT of work. I downloaded this app a few days ago on my iPhone 8 Plus cuz I wanted my anghami playlist which only has a few songs transferred to Spotify.......and let me say I am sooooooooOoOOo disappointed of the outcome. Every time I go and press on the source it tells me to give my email and once I do that it freezes to a white blank page for hours and I’m sitting there waiting like 👁👄👁👌 And then the next day I open again same problem then another day the same problem and I kept reinstalling and refreshing it and it still won’t happen, keep in mind that I have a few songs and if I had a lot then yea it would be reasonable why it’s taking so long but I ONLY HAVE 27 SONGS ( no it’s not because of my wifi) Please fix this issue as soon as possible, then I would consider giving u more stars :) Thank you

Great App for price and what it does. Just to let you know Stamp really works and if you want to transfer large Playlists between Providers it is well worth the price as it saved me days and days of agony - really is worth biting the bullet and paying for this App - coming from someone who hates paying for anything! Very easy to use and set up and yes it works!!! Great App!!

It’s good but you have to pay for unlimited access. When I first used this I thought it would work for all songs I planned to transfer but then it pulled the “pay to transfer more songs” thing on me :(

Works - serious flaws though. It does part of what it promises - it transferred a few songs and then got stuck on a large playlist. However, because there is no function to let me pause, stop or cancel the process, it’s now stuck forever transferring the songs. Really poor design and programming there.

10 song limit. I am asked to sign into my services and them I’m told there is a 3 song limit and I need to pay $15 to upgrade to the premium version. Why couldn’t I have been told before I waisted my time? If the fee was reasonable (perhaps $3), I wouldn’t mind, but $15 is way too expensive.

Disappointed. I used this app to try and move my songs over and I paid for the premium and it only moved 1 of my playlists. Not good at all. UNRELIABLE.

Still not great. Bought the Windows version which didn't work limited support but pcs cross a wide varieties of configurations etc which can be forgiven, what can not be overlooked is the rubbish end user experience that is this app, not only does it pause every time the screen times out so I have to keep unlocking my phone to progress the action, the app shutdown and I had to start all from the beginning which was also annoying, and there is no option to transfer the license from non iOS versions so I e now paid $30 dollars for two versions that either don't work at all or are so un user friendly that it may as well not work do you not have user testing?

Good but matching is dodgy. It’s good but remember to scroll down to see other pricing options. It will try to make you pay a whole year otherwise, and that’s expensive. Also note it will match songs based on song name but will make mistakes and pick the wrong version or wrong artist. It is OK but won’t transfer song list exactly.

Was working for >12 hours then didn’t match any songs. Seems to be really bad at matching songs even by popular artists

A+ for this Awesome App. Provides a great service to me, allowing me to transfer playlists from one online Music provider to another, which most of them don’t want you to do it seems!! Thanks you guys for this so useful App 😊

SCAM!. Do not get it it didn’t work what so ever it’s a COMPLETE SCAM

Can’t Access Apple Music (fixed). App asks for access and to turn on sync play lists in Apple Music. It’s all turned on but doesn’t recognize it. Tried reinstalling. Turning on and off. No avail. Solution: if you are reinstalling Apple Music and you’ve since changed your Apple ID it will automatically sync to your old one. You need to update your Apple ID in the Apple Musicapp AND you need to delete the Apple Music app and reinstall.

Good. GREAT EVERYONE DOWNLOAD! This app works really well! I love it and I love that can play my fave songs anywhere anytime with no wifi. Its also really easy to download songs. There are a few flaws though, that's why it's 4stars. Like it would be great if you added a search bar in the songs downloaded to find it easier. Also can you add a shuffle option for playlist? To continously play songs in a playlist? Thnx for listening:D

False Advertising. FreeYourMusic claims to be able to transfer your Albums if your purchase their service but this is a False Advertising!!!! I sent an email to their support and here is their answer: “Hello Antoine, thank you for your email! Unfortunately, currently our app imports only playlists but we are working on implementing additional import options. Please check our app in a couple of weeks.” I am very disappointed as the option to transfer albums is in fact what triggered my purchase...

Just do it yourself…. Can’t believe I wasted $17 (aud) only for me to have to manually swap out every song the app incorrectly added in the end. Absolute worst. Such a waste of money, it only transferred half of my music and instead of loading it into my library it made a new playlist called “liked songs” to put my transferred music into. It’s a waste of money, lazy programming and doesn’t even work very well. I’ll be deleting what it transferred and just adding music manually.

Excellent...Smooth & Easy. I used this on the iphone to transfer my music & playlists to google music. It transferred over 4000 songs in under 5-10 minutes. It tells you in a CSV file what songs could not be matched by Google music, so I can manually upload them to my google music account. This is far easier than uploading all (gigabytes) of my music to google music. I haven't used the desktop version but am wondering if it flags to upload those songs not matched in google music but no big deal if not (just need to refer to the CSV & manually find and upload them)

Expensive garbage. Doesn't work as claimed Save yourself the trouble, expense and frustration. I wrote that review in December 2016 and stand by it in July 2017. In all that time and after multiple updates it still doesn't work!!!!!

Developer does not care about accessibility.. This app is not accessible for voice-over users. The developers should feel ashamed and after purchasing the in app purchase bundle I didn’t receive my license. When I emailed the developers again their reply says it all. Useless. Don’t even waste your time. Will transfer up to 100 songs (the ones it can find) and then (after the fact) tell you, that you need to pay to get the rest. The 100 that it does transfer are NOT EVEN CLOSE (apart from a few) You are better off keying in your songs manually or maybe using another app that actually works.

Transfer stopped working. Reached out to the dev, as the app simple doesn’t work, this was their response “We are fully aware of this issue and our Tech Team is doing their best to fix it as soon as possible. Please check the app from time to time as we are unable to provide you with the estimated time when it may be fixed. However it can start working anytime if you keep the app fully open for a couple more minutes.” At this point I’m just looking at other options

really good. it’s a good app, you do have to pay $10 for unlimited if u transfer more than 100 songs but tbh it’s worth it since i had 2000 songs and i didn’t have to do it one by one

Email sent to scammers !. I had to log into my google account, this made me log on in a non English site with no translation option available. After I used this app I received multiple emails from cyber scammers. I now worry about my security.

Excellent Music Transfer. Transfers music from different music apps to other music apps. It’s quick and very easy to use.

Do not use. I bought the premium and it does not work. I tried all possible permutations and ways to get this to work and nothing. Contacted customer support, and no reply. Seems like a cash grab to me.

Worst app ever. This is one of the worst apps ever. At first you think great and you read all the benefits. Dont be fooled by their “cancel anytime” statement. They should change it to “cancel if you can figure out how”. Dont bother trying this app. They keep referring to Apple subscriptions, but nothing is there. Ill never recommend this app to anyone.

Songs have to be released on other platform. Felt too good to be true when I thought I could put my SoundCloud playlist on spotify but all the songs must be released on the other site, works fine if it’s playlists of fully released music but I feel the app should specify that the music must be released on both ends

Great app for transferring your music. Had to pay again as I was an old user of Stamp kinda sucks but works great. A two way sync would be fantastic.

Waste of time. It moved the names of all my play lists and then moved only 100 of 5000 songs. This was not expected and then to try and figure out the paid options was dismal. I hate apps that waste my time. They obviously have a business plan based on max downloads without any thought of making sure we know what to expect. Great way to get as many 1 star reviews as they have. Overpromise, under delivered.

I have transferred all my playlists and songs from Spotify to Apple Music without any problem That process is 5 star awesome and easy However any of my playlists created by this app are not shareable and that is huge flaw I will have to delete all my playlists and use different app. If you want to be able to share your playlists (what everyone wants) look elsewhere Update: 5 stars now I got the playlists sharing working I logged in to Apple Music on web and shared one playlists and since then it started to work on iPhone as well The support still is not existing as I tried to reach developer via email and here and no response But app is actually really good :)

Buggy. Couldn’t get it to work with Tidal.. Tried to login to Tidal via Facebook on both iOS and MacBook Pro. Logged into Spotify no problem but just would not work with Tidal. Frustrating.

Terrible with matching. I was trying to bring everything over from SoundCloud and it didn’t match a single song, and the reason I wanted the app was to bring songs over that Spotify doesn’t have :/

Somewhat Effective. The app transferred my playlists from Amazon Music to Spotify; however, there were many noticeable gaps afterwards that I had to manually correct later in Spotify. So the app is only somewhat effective and not worth the money spent in my opinion.

DON’T BUY BEFORE YOU READ!. Update: developer admitted that it doesn’t identify artists and that a song, an album or a playlist is all the same and transfers as playlist. I appreciate the effort to respond but this is a BIG SHORTCOMINGS since there is no use for searching under Artist any of the song or album transferred. They just don’t show up. Transfer from Tidal to Apple Music very disappointing. Everything (playlist or albums) is transferred as playlists without being able to reference even identify artists. So what you are left with - on my case- is 150+ “playlists” and zero artists. Useless junk for the price.

great app honestly. the only improvement I would say is being able to select What playlist do you want all your previous playlists transfer to. Just because in my case, I wanted to it all go in one playlist, called “the vault”

I freed my music!. This app is awesome. I’ve been wanting to switch from Apple Music to Spotify for a while but held back because of all the great playlists I had created. I did a google search on the off chance someone knew an easy way to do this. This app was recommended and it is soooo easy! I am very happy with the result and it was worth the nominal fee for me not to have to recreate all my playlists. Thank you!

Not free. Really good app idea but not worth that much money and the free version is almost useless. I saw reviews about people loosing their “life time” “one time” purchase and having to pay $15 twice! so not falling for that scam. On that note, be careful with apps like these Ive heard in the reviews they can be malicious and give your data to scammers as well. Watch and report suspicious emails, texts, apps, etc. In my experience the more paywalls, adds, external account sign ins, and ridiculous priced subscriptions you see the sketchier the application is. Its really pathetic in this world that we can’t trust anyone anymore even on the apple app store and I have to write this stuff in a review because loosers are out to scam us and our grandparents.

Needs improvement. It “transferred” all my songs but it switched most of them to the clean versions or instrumental versions. Most of my music is rap so I have to go in and manually change the songs to the explicit version. SMH. Waste of money honestly because I’m gonna have to manually change most of the songs

Won’t transfer library. I’m one of those people that make a library from ALL good songs, I don’t have a playlist just hours and hours of songs. There is an opportunity to like all the songs in my library so that that playlist comes up, but that’s way to many songs to do that. I don’t get why it can’t transfer the whole library.

What are all of these songs?!?! LOL. Maybe I won’t notice that it replaced about 100 of my 150 song playlist with what seems like the billboard top 100 and instead of hearing the songs I saved just maybe I’ll hear something different and like it so much that I go buy it? Either they are getting something out of promoting or their app just failed horribly. Either way, it didn’t do what it was supposed to.

Worked great!. I needed it to transfer a 80 song playlist, I signed into both accounts, and it worked in under a minute perfectly. Five stars!

What's the point if not all the songs transfer???. Songs missing from every playlist that I've checked so far...It's taken DAYS to transfer and it's not even doing it correctly. Threatens to stop if you're in another app... Waste of money. There's gotta be a better program out there somewhere.

Good service. I like how I got to transfer all my music flawlessly, when it told me to pay, I said fk it and was about to leave the page, then sent me a free license with 200 songs, they know how to keep you w them I fw this!!!!!

Only useful when it's accurate. sure it is handy but when it misses half of the songs that are very clearly wrong, it doesn't mark it as a failed match, it just inserts a bunch of irrelevant songs. Don't understand what is so hard about making sure at least one of the artists and song name matches with at least 90% confidence or something.

Don’t waste your $10. App does not work!. Paid the $10 in-app purchase in order to make this app more useful and convert more than 10 songs. NOTE: you cannot share this in-app purchase with other family members. This is basically a one time deal. After starting the app it gave me a blank screen after selecting the first music service. It just hangs there. What a waste of my $10. Complete garbage. Stay clear!!!

Tidal connection probs still??. Why is it still so difficult to get my tidal account to sign in??? It switches to the app when I go to sign in but then doesn’t do anything. Update after update and it still hasn’t been fixed even though I could’ve sworn in one the updates it was said to have been fixed.

Definitely not worth paying for.. The subscription cost $10 and like other reviews mention, it transfers music in a horribly lazy way that isn’t reliable, and all they can say about it is “If you have any issues with the app contact our support team”. I’d say almost half of my music was never transferred after it had said full transfer finished. For free, it’s definitely worth a try, but I am very disappointed that I paid for it.

Awesome app. It seems rarer and rarer these days to have an app that actually SOLVES a real problem - and this one is a practical dream for anyone who enjoys the playlists on one app but prefers the audio on another. Easy peasy and great customer service! 10/10

Solid but limited. You get 100 free songs but after that is crazy expensive, I found a way to get a total of 300 free songs but still limited.

What a waste. Bought in good faith but nothing moved. Sent email and got a request back for more information Information was sent and they did nothing to help nor did they give a refund. Don’t buy!

So Many Notifications. Do you just love notifications! Then this is the app for you. Notifications all day ever day reminding you to open the app. When it does it’s job, it works well. It seems a bit pricey tho, and for this price it really needs to stop fighting for my attention with these notifications.

Deceptive Pricing. I'm writing this because the app is not up front with it's pricing, it waits till the very last second to hit you with the $10 charge or you can only move 10 songs. I'm not opposed to the app creators making money, I'm opposed to their lack of transparency. Should either charge for the app up front or make it clear that the free version has a limit of 10 songs in the app store and upon opening the app for the first time, before you start the process to move music around.

Song transfer. Worked just fine. Only had to use one of my emails to get a extra 200 songs to get all of my songs but no biggie

Wish it had other options. I downloaded this app thinking it was really going to help me out but surprise surprise, I was wrong. If it had an option for you to share it to other apps that would be great because I have an app that can just turn my music into files add free and offline use. So if you add that feature I would totally start using this app again but until then, it’s staying at one star for me.

Don’t spend the $10 - just doesn’t work. After six hours of transfer-wait in this lousy app, it froze my iPad and did nothing. I was promised an email with the license file so that I can use for Support and for activating the desktop version. Well, that license email was never sent though I wrote them twice. I finally received a lame email reply that lacked any concern or interest in their customer and was at best pathetic; and still no license. Another eye-appealing app that does nothing!

Worth my money. I purchase a deal through stacksocial on their all device bundle. Which it does do the magic and transfer all my songs to google music. It cost me $10 for all of the platform.

Scammy billing, avoid this app. To cancel your recurring subscription you have to chat with an AI bot through their outsourced billing system. I copy/pasted the info from my receipt again and again and it kept telling me it couldn’t find my subscription to cancel, while still charging my credit card over and over. I’m debating issuing a chargeback with my bank for fraud. Don’t use this app

Pls update app cant even sign in. Whats the point of having a membership when I press login and the app closes out each and every time! I use this for all my Switching music needs but if this doesn’t work the app limits you to 100 songs and I have 1000s I will not be paying for another subscription til its fixed!

You Have to Pay. App seems to work well, transfers the songs over relatively quickly. But it doesn’t say anything about needing to pay at all until you’ve transferred 100 songs and gone through the trouble of logging into both accounts and then once it starts the transfer, it tells you you have to pay $10 to complete the transfer. Dirty.

Don't Fall For It. This app simply does not work. They should refund the money back to anyone who paid for it. Update: this was written a few years ago when I could not get the app to work at all. I tried a few years later and it did what it claimed to do. I would use it again and it's a timesaver.

Great app. Nice app, Saying only 2 playlists of mine (50 songs each) could be done for free which was understandable. $9 to do all 20 other of them wasn’t bad at all.

I would give it a zero. How do I get my money back? I have run this app two times to import one small playlist and it imported 0 songs. It gave me an error message stating that it couldn’t reach the Apple Music servers and that I should restart my phone and try again in a few minutes. I have done both of these things multiple times and it still imports 0% of my songs. Positively worthless. Seriously, how do I get my money back? Pure garbage. Frustrating waste.

Always fails to complete. It may be due to the fact that I have a vast music library, but after running for an hour or two the app ends up erroring out every time when attempting to transfer from my Apple Music library to any other service. If you have a small music library with nothing relatively obscure, I’d hope it works as expected, but so far the app has been worthless to me and I requested a refund for my in-app purchase since it does not work as promised.

Great App To Transfer Music. I have had zero issues in the 1.5 years I’ve paid for this app. If you belong to a few music services, this is by far the easiest app to use to get your music synced across all platforms.

Not Worth $. Not accurate at all. Attempting to transfer 61 song playlist. First pass reported 55 songs transferred 6 songs not matched. No biggie, I exported the 6 songs to csv. The csv contained only two songs. Fail. I ran it again. This time the export reported 59 songs transferred and 2 fails. I exported to csv and it contained 2 songs. I checked the playlist and it only exported 55 songs again. Another Fail

So I gotta pay for it again?. I had paid for this before during the summer but the app got deleted for storage purposes. I finally reinstalled it today to transfer some songs but it says I got to pay for it again. I like the app but having to pay again is just something I don’t want since I thought it was something you’d only have to purchase once and not over and over again.

What A Mess. So I purchased this to transfer my Google Music library to Apple Music. A total of about 6900 songs. It did transfer them all however, it transferred them in no certain order somehow that they don't show in my Apple Music library just as a playlist of 6900 shuffled songs. Not grouped as albums. I have no idea how I'm going to sort 6900 songs so I'm just likely going to have to delete it all so this was pointless all in all.

Not working. The app is getting hung up and not working. Getting stuck at 14% then closing itself. When I reopen it starts where it left off and cycles through the same songs until it gets stuck again and closes. This is not acceptable for 10 dollars. I want my money back. I am within the three day window for refunds. I should have listened to the reviews but I thought maybe just maybe it would work for me.

Some problems.. When I used this it was great. It moved all of my songs over. The only problem is that I saw songs on my playlist that I have never added or saw before. This is a major flaw and I recommend you fix it before this happens to other people.

Problems, Nothing But Problems!. Want to know what I hate? It is apps that provide skimpy, erroneous instructions that include old/out of date or just plain WRONG directions and invalid images of an Apple iPhone screen. This app, “Don’t free your music” is absolutely the worst I have experienced. Why? Because the documentation (embarrassing as it is) is inaccurate. It is either no longer valid or was never valid. Don’t bother with this garbage as it doesn’t work.

Overpayed for undersupport. It has issues signing into my accounts even after I authorize it through Google. After you get it to go through after pulled hair tears and an hour of time on a laptop you will find that several song names that transfered were correct but are by the wrong artist. Sorry but I don't want a place to call my own by the twinkle twinkle little stars.
