Marco is very responsive he help me get this working on my Apple Watch. This app does what it claims and works great with my Apple Watch 4. It was not showing up on the pot or in the watch app on the phone but Marco told me I need to reboot both and should show up and it did. I am pasting that tidbit in here as well hopefully it will save someone else the headache of trying to figure that out if you had the same issue. This app and a complication to the watch and it’s missing from the Nest app which is a major bonus. Enjoy this app I know I will!!

Not working for me, yet.... ***UPDATE*** Marko replied to my response immediately, and knew the issue right away, I’m brand new to Nest Thermostat and Google changed a few things. Although he was unable to resolve it, he was very willing to refund me the purchased price. He gave me a very detailed reason why (the Google/Nest transition) it isn’t working. He is working on a solution to the problem, and hopefully will have it resolved soon. He was very pleasant to work with, and again, I love the Camera app he created. Just waiting for the bugs to be removed for me. Overall, great developer, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. (I would give a 5 because of his help, but the app still doesn’t work for me) Previous - When I try and log in through the app on my phone, using my nest account, it says I must use the main users account information, which I am. The camera app they have works well but this doesn’t work.

App name says “For Nest AND Ecobee” but no Ecobee integration found. I started with a couple of Nest Thermostats in my home, but after Google stopped authorizing keys for new app integrations & a need to access with some new software, decided to use Ecobee for the rest of my house & will eventually replace Existing Nest with Ecobee. Unfortunately, I can not find any way to link Ecobee account to the app. I’ve searched the developers website and find plenty of information on linking to Nest, but not a word on Ecobee. If you are not supporting Ecobee, then remove it from the app name. UNFORTUNATELY, while the developer states that I only need to add the thermostats to my HomeKit configuration, then connect through the app, it doesn’t work. I already had all of my thermostats connected to HomeKit. I connected to HomeKit, when I installed each Thermostat. (They all show up in the Home app, along with the remote sensors) The ThermoWatch app doesn’t give me an option of connecting to my HomeKit Devices, the closest option is to Authorize my AppleTV (HomeKit Hub). That doesn’t work either. Those instructions refer to connecting to a Nest Thermostat. Running the AppleTV app, when selecting this option on the phone, doesn’t do anything at all.

Great for those in Apple ecosystem. This app is fantastic for those of us that bought a nest prior to committing to the Apple ecosystem, and just can’t justify swapping for another thermostat brand that is HomeKit-compatible. It has baked-in Siri shortcuts that let you add voice control of your nest thermostat to Siri, partially standing in for the promise that Nest once made to add HomeKit support, which, now that google has folded them in, is basically dead in the water.

Auth failure. If I leave the app open all day long, when I try to change the temp of my nest after a few hours, the app reports an authentication failure. If I terminate the app and re-launch it, it works like a charm. Simple work-around. Would be so happy if this were fixed, if it was able to detect its own authentication timeout, and if it was able to re-authenticate when needed, without requirign being terminated and re-launched. Otherwise it is a nice app and does what it promises.

Works Perfectly for Nest - Better Than the Nest App on Both Watch and iPhone. Brought this app to control a 1st generation Nest thermostat from our Series 6 Apple Watches. It works perfectly for that. And a very pleasant surprise: on both the iPhone and iPad, it’s BETTER than the Nest app. It’s more convenient, has better graphics, and allows control of the Mode (“Off” - “Heat/Cool,” etc). It’s the only thermostat app I’ve found that works well on Apple Watch (the Mode control on the iPhone and iPad is accessed by long press.) So this has become our main thermostat app for iPhone and iPad as well as the watches. We’re only keeping the original Nest app for its weekly schedules and heat/cooling history. Highly recommended.

Great Nest Add-on!!. This is a great and very functional app! I use only for the widget capability and it works great! Buy the bundle with Watch Cam if you have a nest camera as that app works very well too! The only addition I'd like to see is the ability to click on the Thermo Watch widget icon and launch the nest app. This works perfectly on the Watch Cam app but oddly does not on the Thermo Watch App. Both apps get a 5 from me! Money well spent!

Watch complication is wonderful. The Thermo Watch app itself is not the focus of this product. The Today View widget and the Apple Watch complication are what truly make this app invaluable for me. Being able to see the current ambient and set temperatures at a glance is so much easier than opening the slow and cumbersome Nest app (especially since I have a bunch cameras and smoke detectors that clutter the interface of Nest’s app). Adjusting the temperature on the watch is also quick and easy. It’s a simple pleasure, but it’s one that Nest itself doesn’t offer, so I’m very thankful for Thermo Watch

Works great!. This app does what it’s supposed to do, and it does it very well. It lets me use Siri voice commands on my watch and iPhone to communicate with my Nest thermostat even though I don’t use HomeKit. That is why I purchased the app. Before I found it, I nearly replaced the Nest with an Ecobee just to have that capability. At first, I couldn’t get the Siri commands to load in the drop down menu, so I sent an email to the developer. He responded within minutes to let me know the issue probably had to do with Apple’s latest IOS update. He also showed me how to access the commands and manually load them into the app. Worked like a charm. I’ve been using the app everyday for a few months now. And I’m very pleased with it.

Wonderful little app!. I can’t believe how well this app works. I can do everything from my watch or phone. One thing that I could not find initially was how to turn the thermostat from Eco to Heat by using just the watch, then I discovered their support document that explained it. I needed to press firmly to bring up the options sheet. That may be something to improve, the usability of finding that option on the watch. Update: I appreciate your quick response! However, I would consider using a PageControl like the Workout App’s screen. It’s more discoverable and you don’t need to worry about accidentally triggering any of the Heat/Fan options because you don’t keep Thermo Watch open at all times like you do a watch face. Something to consider.

Awesome product. I was very disappointed when google discontinued the Nest App. This is the perfect app for those who want to simply control nest thermostats. I have 2 thermostats and the watch app works perfect. The developer was great. I purchased the app a few months back . He told me there was an issue with 2nd factor authentication and offered to give me my money back. I told him that I would wait for the update. It was worth it. Sign in was super simple. Highly recommend this app.

Perfect watch app!. I had been looking for a way to have a watch complication to show me the inside temperature, and Thermo Watch was exactly what I wanted. I just opened the app on my phone, chose to connect to HomeKit (I have a Nest thermostat but I mostly control it through Homebridge so this was simpler for me), and then added the complication on my watch. And everything worked perfectly! Simple, intuitive, and extremely helpful. Thanks for the great app Marko!

Must have for Nest owners. I find this to be significantly better than Nest’s own app. The watch app loads quickly and sends the request to the thermostat right away, unlike the official Nest app which takes forever to even open. Siri integration is great and something completely missing from the official app. I haven’t tried the AppleTV app yet, but appreciate it is available since Nest only supports their cameras through their TV app.

5 star for sure!. I have been using the watch or phone app for well over a year. I just added my condo, a second thermostat. Either watch or phone I can pull up and adjust, start or end functions on both. Easy peasy to switch from home to condo no issues. A great app that does what I need. Well worth the price.

A request. If I open the app and set the thermostat to another temperature and leave the app quickly, my temperature change is ignored because the app should realize that I have made my decision and set the thermostat accordingly. Instead, the app expects me to sit at that page with the app in the foreground for 2 full seconds for the change to take effect. That isn’t great. It should send the command according to the temp I set even if I send the app to the background.

Finally!. I have had a Nest thermostat for YEARS, and appreciate the ability to schedule temperature changes. I have under utilized Shortcuts with my phone, and recently started taking advantage of all sorts of things to automate my life. I had some trouble with initial setup; I have an above average complex network setup in my home. I emailed the developer and received a lightning fast response. His advice matched my own realization after reaching out for support, so big A+ there. I am now up and running, can’t wait to recommend this app to my friends and family; it’s a steal at $2.99!

Works sometimes. It doesn’t work with shortcuts most of the time. It typically times out but occasionally succeeds maybe 10% of the time. I bought this so I could use Siri or my watch to change the temperature. To use Siri, you need to make a shortcut which does not work. If I open the app on my Apple Watch, I can usually get it to load in about one minute of holding my hand up waiting for the data to load. It’s never saved me time over taking my phone out and using the Nest app. Severely disappointed. Hopefully it’s just a temporary issue because I would love these features to work. I’m on iPhone 11 Pro with high speed internet and WiFi. I use many other smart home applications, and this is the only thing that doesn’t work.

The app Nest should’ve made. This app has all of the features that the Nest app should have: widgets, Apple Watch support, geofencing and more. It’s not necessarily the prettiest app around town but its features work beautifully and make up for the lack of innovation with the Nest app. It’s missing a few things that’s make it a complete replacement such as schedules and history but I’m guessing that’s a limitation of the Nest API. But if you don’t care about that or already have you Nest programmed you can live in ThermoWatch 99% of the time.

Works Exactly As Described. App works flawless with an easy setup, great settings. Purchased mainly for the ability to see temperatures via a widget vs needing to open home app. Only improvement that would be VERY helpful is the ability to see nest sensor temperatures. Would help to see the temp in multiple rooms at the same time (similar to how the app works with multiple thermometers).

Long time user best app ever. I’ve been using this app for quite a while and it’s great. Typically what happens is I actually end up taking control of some of the settings while I’m in bed as I’m going to sleep on my Apple Watch. It’s amazingly good. I had trouble because one of my thermostats the battery ran out or stopped charging very well so I had to replace the thermostat and there was some settings that required multiple steps. I sent an email to the developer he reached out to me with detailed instructions which have completely solve the problem which I would not have been able to determine on my own. I really do appreciate all of the help. I think that before anybody write a bad review you should reach out to the developer he seems to be incredibly helpful. And I think that when you have issues it’s likely more a function of googles nest thermostat and it is with this application and reaching out to him seems to be very beneficial

Nest thermostat as it should be. I began a quest for Apple Watch Nest thermostat control several weeks ago. The search led me to Marko and this product. I liked everything I saw but couldn’t get it to recognize my thermostat. I used the contact developer approach and Marko responded almost immediately, explaining the problem and his status in correcting the issue. He provided me with a beta version which he updated as revisions became available. Quickly he cleared cleared the hurdle and yesterday I had the ability to not only use my watch for thermostat adjustments but to do so with Siri voice commands spoken to the Watch. I highly recommend this app to anyone with the thermostat and a watch. Kudos for a great app and being a responsive developer. My tip is in the tip jar, my highest compliment.

Good Concept, but Unintuitive. While this app is an excellent idea, especially with the Siri shortcuts, the fact I haven't given this 5 stars is because the shortcuts don't work for me. With no instructions on setup, I assume it should be a simple connect-and-play setup. However, after trying multiple voice shortcuts, the only response I get is "Sorry, there was a problem with the app." And the lack of any instructions makes troubleshooting troublesome as I'm not sure if the issue is being caused by a missing setting on my device or a bug in the app.

Giving us the functions Google won’t!. This app is phenomenal. I’ve been waiting so long for Google to release an API to reenable this app’s functionality with my Nest thermostat and I’m so excited that it finally works again. The app developer has always been super responsive, friendly, and really does his best to help solve any issues. Can’t say enough good things about this app and the developer!

Well designed app. This is a well designed app with clear, big and bold controls. I find it far easier to use than the Nest app. The watch app’s control are likewise, big bold and easy to use. I have the watch app as a complication making it real easy to adjust temps. The watch app also has many options allow different displays like ambient temp and humidity. The developer is very responsive too making a change to the login procedure for smaller screens like the iPhone 8.

Great App, Bad Widget Implementation. I’ve used this app for over a year and I’ve loved it. With the iOS 14 widget update, it removes all usefulness. I used to be able to see all 4 of my thermostats and control them from the older style widget. The new widget only displays a single thermostat and there is not an option (as far as I can tell) to select which thermostat to display in the widget. Hopefully this option is added soon Update - the developer helped me get the old widget back. It was there and I just didn’t follow the instructions :)

Nest control on Apple Watch and Notification Center!. This app does what I thought was impossible: allow control of my Nest system using Apple Watch even though Nest pulled their own Apple Watch app last year. Amazingly this third party solution is working great! If this app sticks around I will definitely be using its tip jar function because this gives me everything that Google has denied iPhone and Apple Watch users. Woohoo!

Just What I Hoped For. So glad I thought of searching the App Store for a way to control our thermostats from my Watch. It’s even better than I hoped it would be. Simple to use, broad flexibility, and almost perfectly convenient. All that’s left for perfection is a Smart Stack widget for quick accessibility from any watch face. Thanks to the developer for creating such a useful app.

Can’t live without it.. But now! Best app I’ve downloaded in years. I would have paid $20 for it happily! It works better than nest’s own app! And Marko the developer is amazing and so helpful. He will fix any issues you have! In record time. You won’t regret this purchase! Now if only Marko would make even more apps to make our lives simpler the world would be a better place!

Love the app but recent update took Temp Adjust buttons away from widgets. Great app, and to be honest a real shame that Nest & Apple could t have done this themselves, so grateful to the Dev for making this. But recent update took away the up/down buttons on the iOS widgets. The only way to adjust temp now is actually opening the app. I like being able to finely tune the temp from the widgets while on the Lock Screen.

Excellent Customer Support. I had an issue getting the watch complication to update so I wrote to customer support during the holidays. I was surprised to see an incredibly detailed response in my inbox a short time later. It solved my problem immediately. Make sure that you have the widget enabled on your phone and the complication will update in the background. Thank you, Marko!

Huge Opportunity Missed- Needs Sensors in Shortcuts. I decided this app was likely close enough to be worth the small expense. Definitely gets nest on my Apple Watch, with sensor selection, so that’s awesome and money well spent. On the phone app (which I don’t expect to use much) it’s a little too easy to change temp up or down. I think the hit boxes are too big. But the real opportunity is sensors and shortcuts. Could this be updated to allow me to use Siri/shortcuts to choose a sensor? This would be HUGE because using automations we’d be able to get around Nest’s ridiculous sensor schedule limitations (no customization).

Awesome! Saved My Nest.. This app is the only reason I’m still using the Nest thermostat. When Google removed support for the watch, I thought I was done. I was ready to move to a new thermostat. One that not only allowed me to change the temp from my watch, but also use Siri and shortcuts. Enter Thermowatch. I now like my Nest again. Google could learn a thing or two from Thermowatch on how to make an app. Hats off to these guys. Thank you!!

Revising my earlier Review - 5 stars. Earlier I posted a review that stated that this app was completely non-functional for changing my thermostat. While troubleshooting, It turned out that it was actually the Nest service that was down. When the service came back up the app started working. In fairness I am revising my review. So for it seems the app has some very nice features, so I am giving it 5 stars!

Outstanding App and Awesome Developer!. I don't usually write app reviews, but I was really impressed with this app and developer. Clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into this app, and there's a surprising amount that it can do. The Siri shortcuts are amazing! I initially had an issue with Siri encountering an error when trying to complete this apps shortcuts, but I contacted the developer and got a quick response with some troubleshooting tips, which quickly solved my issue. It turned out to be that my Nest was set to the mixed Heat/Cool mode, which is not supported for Siri Shortcuts (fine by me, I just left it in that mode because I'm lazy). After setting it to Cool via the official Nest app, I was then able to ask Siri to make it two degrees cooler and promptly hear the fan turn on. Very impressed with the quality of this app, the value for the price (I would have happily paid $9.99 for this app), and the quick developer response. Oh, and I haven't even tried it on my Apple Watch yet, so I'll update here when I do. If you have any issues, please reach out to the developer, he sorted my small issue and had me up and running in no time!

Awesome app.. I’ve been looking for a way to control my nest with iPhone and Siri for a very long time and finally found an article that pointed me towards this app and all I can say is “thank you for saving my sanity”. I know apple and goofle are competing but this is silly since this is just a thermostat and most people just want to be able to control it as easily as possible without having to jump through hoops and running a computer full time just for controlling the temp in your house. The instructions are simple, the widgets look great and it’s well worth the price. Great job and will definitely look at the rest of the apps you have developed. Thank you much.

Customer Service is Unbelieve. Developer responds to questions within minutes. When app stopped working (beyond his control) was given option of refund or he laid out his plans for app repair. It is so refreshing to have a positive tech support experience with software today! By the way, I did not take him up on refund offer and so glad I didn’t. I now have functionally to adjust my Nest thermostats from my Apple Watch again. Thank you!!!

An app that punches above its weight. This is the app that Google should’ve made but didn’t. There’s so much functionality packed into this little, inexpensive app it’s hard to believe. The interface is very good looking and everything is logical and intuitive. But better than all that is the incredibly thorough and responsive developer who goes out of his way to help you when questions arise. If you’re considering buying this app, don’t consider, just buy it.

Excellent app - intuitive and what Nest should aspire to offer. Excellent app, one that I use daily on my iPhone and iPad through the widget and via Siri commands. Super intuitive, simple and useful, and I ask myself why Nest hasn’t come up with these great value adds. Hats off to the developer for identifying a functionality gap and offering a solution. Thanks also to the developer for the quick reply to my earlier comment on Siri voice command functionality. I discovered that the “Set the temperature” voice command must be given in two stages: Siri will ask my desired temperature in step two. I was attempting to say “Set the temperature to x” on the first try, to no avail (“Sorry, there was a problem with the app.”). Updating my review from four to five stars.

Watch app no longer working?. This was a great watch app, but it appears to no longer be working with our Nest Learning Thermostat. It no longer works on either my or my wife’s Apple watches. We are able to change modes, change sensors, but it will no longer connect to the thermostat to set the temperature. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. UPDATE: Restarting both the phone and watch did the trick. Happy to see an update address the root issue. Thanks!

Love it ! One of my best App buy !. Love it ! Extremely easy to set up in few seconds. With it I was able to set up Siri shortcut to start/stop my fan when I’m cooking ! My AC is also a little noisy when I’m conference call. With this App I was able to set up another Siri shortcut to shut down my AC for X minutes and it restarts automatically after my meeting. Love it ! I also had a question for the App support and had a reply in just a few minutes ! Definitely recommend it and worth it !

Nest Gen 3 Problems. Update #2: Version 15 has restored my ability to use ThermoWatch. Thank you Marco. You are a credit to software developers everywhere. I absolutely love this app. Since you had refunded my $3 when it didn’t work - How do I now get you your $3 back. You deserve it. Thxbruce. Update: Marco, the Developer was very responsive to my comments and we worked to try to resolve what admittedly is a Google Nest API problem. When all current options were exhausted, he Refunded my money. I cannot ask for more than that. Can’t get this to work with Gen 3 and a non-google migrated, non-family 2014 Nest account. It keeps telling me it won’t work with a nest family owners account ... WHICH I DONT HAVE. I feel like I’ve been mugged for $3. What gives.??! I’m tech savvy so this isn’t “operated error”.

Amazing Little App. Offers great functionality not only on your Apple Watch, but also on your iPhone as a widget. The only unfortunate thing with the app right now is that if you have migrated your nest account to a google account, then you might not be able to use the app right now. The developer of the app has said that support for google accounts will be out very soon, and he can also help if the app doesn’t work for you. Great app and great developer.

Great Functionality!. The app is great! The app is very functional and gives me a great status view and control of my two Nest Thermostats! Some of my favorite features are: 1) the iOS widget provides me a fast way to control the temp, home/away status, humidity, and ambient temperature for my upstairs and downstairs thermostats. 2) Apple Watch widget gives me the same control as the iOS widget but it also has a GREAT complication showing me the cool/heat status, on/off status, ambient temperature and humidity. [the Nest Watch app doesn’t have this]. 3) tvOS app also gives me all the above control on my AppleTV [the Nest TV app doesn’t have this-in fact, you can’t control your thermostats on the AppleTV Nest app. It’s only for the Nest Cam]. With all that said, I’ve reached out to the developer a few times to provide suggestions and issues and they have been VERY responsive! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a really cool control and UI for their Nest Thermostats.

So close!. This has been a fantastic app. The Siri Shortcuts work great and was just what I was looking for. However, if I go in the app and turn up the heat or use the widget to turn up the heat, I have to stay watching it until the heat actually turns on. If I turn it up and go to another app or turn off the screen, the heat does not actually turn up. It’s really frustrating that I need to wait an extra 5 seconds before I can move on.

This app should replace Nest’s. So at first I kind of skeptical when I saw the reviews, but I noticed the developer put effort towards improving the app so I thought I’d give it a try. When I used it I was blown away. Even more so with the Apple Watch app. The Nest app takes forever to load on my watch. It was so bad that I uninstalled it. I was disappointed I couldn’t adjust the temperature on my watch. I tried this app and was surprised with how fast it loaded. It’s actually a useful way to adjust the temperature while I wait for Nest to support Apple HomeKit to be able to just use Siri instead

Works great-glad I can adjust my Neat via my watch, TV or phone.. Cloud based just like the native Nest app so understanding that explains the delay when initializing. Supports multiple thermostats but wish it would allow sensors to be selected as the temperature guide. Nest has its scheduling feature but would like to see the ability to select a sensor from the app whether on iPhone or watch. Also, kudos for great support. Had an issue with setup; developer answered immediately with solution. Thanks.

Amazing app. First off let me say thank you so much for making this app. I can finally control my Nest again through Siri and my Apple Watch!!! If I could make one suggestion to better the app it would be for the widgets to show multiple Nest Thermostats (I have two AC units) or give me the ability to select which one to display in the widget, and I’ll just set up two. Right now it defaults to which ever one is on top. That would be the icing on the cake :-) Thanks again for making such a great app!!!!

Stuck on ‘Authorizing’ *UPDATE*. I’m sure its a great app but when I open the app on my watch it just says ‘Authorizing’ and it gets stuck like that, I’ve tried restarting the app and powering off and on my watch. I have signed in to the Thermo App on my phone with my google account and it works from the phone, but it won’t work on the watch. *UPDATE* I email the customer support and they replied very quickly, they told me to restart both the watch and phone at the same time and this fixed my problem! Great app!

Great App!. Updating this review to say that shortcuts are working again! Changing modes also working just fine. Great utility if you’re stuck with a Nest for home and Apple products for wearables. Previous review was: Can’t change modes through shortcuts, it always fails. Also can’t change modes on the watchOS app? At that point might as well just use the Nest app 🤷

Please add option not to use home/away. I just got this app, and it seems pretty cool. Really easy to set up and start using on both my TV phone and watch. However I noticed the app says it’s going to do a home and away automatically, I don’t use these features on my thermostat and I don’t want them to be used. Is there way to turn off this function so that this app does not start using home and away? The developers replied and the app does not set the home/away function if you do not use that. Updated rating to 5 stars, great app!

Great job. This app has improved a lot, works really well. No issues. 5 stars, well deserved. I do t spend time reviewing apps, but this one deserves!

SSL Error. An SSL error cannot establish a secure connection. App on the watch does not work, money wasted

Works great for the watch. Graphics needs to be improved and correctly formatted for the iPhone screen.

No longer works. If you migrate your Nest account to Google you will no longer be able to login to this app. Please fix it. Update: After contacting the developer he replied extremely fast and gave me a workaround which now works perfectly.

Great app, does what it’s designed to do. This is my go to app for adjusting my nest. I can switch sensors and adjust the temperature all from my watch. Never had an issue. It does exactly what it’s designed to do. Five stars!

Handy app. Thanks to enterprising developers who bridge the Apple-Google divide. It’s ridiculous that I can’t add Nest to HomeKit/ Siri and the homebridge workarounds are not for the faint of heart. Responsive developer solved initial set up issues and using the app is quite rewarding. App quite versatile with customized shortcuts. A Siri shortcut “It’s cold in the house” turns the furnace on. How neat is that.

Awesome app with huge improvements!. This is by far the best looking and smoothest flowing Nest app out there. It works really well nearly all the time and looks awesome. Every once and a while it seems to have a little hiccup during every day usage but that might also be from the gen 1 Apple Watch being slow. The complications are really nice to have as well.

Recommend. App is a great cover for the ever increasing problems with Google/Nest app and thermostat. Support for questions was fast and in depth. Really refreshing these days!

Works Perfect. First off thank you! I found this app by fluke as I was looking for the Nest app for the Apple Watch. Nothing! This saved me $200 from buying a third party box solution like the Sterling Hub or the Hoobs Box. Up until now, those were the only two options I knew of to get Siri to work with my Nest Thermostat. So far, this app has saves the day. Well done.

The Apple Watch complication does not auto refresh. I bought the app so I can control our Nest thermostat using my Apple Watch. While I am able to do this. The Watch complication data does not refresh when the ambient temperature decreases or increases. Or if I change the temp settings on Nest or the Nest iPhone app. I would have to launch the Apple Watch app manually for it to update. I’ve set the auto refresh rate to 15 minutes both from my iPhone and Watch settings, but it won’t auto refresh

Waste of Money. It does not work with iPhone so it’s totally waste of money if you are trying using for iPhone

I can start the fan from the app but not specify the length of time. Is there a way to speak the length of time to have the fan run rather than just “start the fan” which defaults to whatever you have set in the app settings? It would be nice to be able to tell Siri “run the fan for 2 hours” or something like that. Also speaking the Siri shortcut works on iPhone, but I get an error every time I do the same from Apple Watch, and I do have the Siri shortcut on the watch. If I click the shortcut on the watch it works, if I speak it I get the error. Maybe just a few kinks to be worked out.

Finally!. This app works perfectly! A godsend for those of us frustrated with the drama between Nest and Apple not being compatible with one another. I can now control my Nest thermostat using siri from both my iPhone and my HomePod. Thank you again for a wonderful and flawless app!

Top notch app and customer service!!. After downloading and not being able to connect with my gmail, I emailed marco informing him of the issue. He quickly replied and informed me that there was a test version which he was waiting to release pending an update on googles side. He passed on the test version which has been working excellent for me. Top notch app and customer service!!

Good product - great service. Bought the app. Worked great on phone but didn’t appear on watch. Contacted developer - got immediate response explaining that sometimes with IOS you have to restart both devices to get it to appear on watch. Easy fix - Clear, courteous, quick service.

Seems Great. I purchased this app months ago (even after reading how it wouldn’t support google migration) based off the reviews alone but after reading, “A new update for google sign-in is coming soon” for three months now has gotten annoying. In addition, I’ve seen the developers responses to other reviews stating he has the “newer” version which allows google sign-in which they can “try out”, but for some reason he hasn’t released it to everyone to try out! I’ve grown tired of waiting for this infamous update.

My favorite app. I rarely write reviews, this app is an insanely awesome addition to my Apple Watch, it’s beautifully designed and makes a tangible difference to the way I use my nest thermostat from my wrist. I can’t say enough about it and was more than happy to pay as well as give an extra well deserved tip to the developer. Fantastic!

Needs fan duration. Overall a good solution since Nest doesn’t offer one for the Apple Watch. I use it at night if I wake up and want to make a quick adjustment without completely waking up.

Just what I was looking for. I wanted an app that I could adjust the temperature without using my phone. This app is great! Easy to use on my watch and is very accurate. Unfortunately the last few days I’ve been getting ssl errors connecting to nest and it has caused the app to not respond correctly. I’m hoping the developer can resolve it soon. Great app otherwise!

Outstanding.. I (foolishly) didn’t see the part of the description regarding the lack of google account support. I emailed the developer and he kindly sent me a beta version of the app that does support it and even followed up regarding an issue I had because I was running beta software. Goodbye headaches!. I downloaded this app out of frustration with the Nest app and the Google Home app. I had just about decided to splurge on an Ecobee thermostat when I found this app. I wasn’t expecting much, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! This is absolutely the best app to control your thermostat, hands down, and it’s worth every penny. It makes Nest and Google look like amateurs.

Great!. This app does exactly what it supposed to do, especially made for the Apple Watch. Also, the developer is VERY responsive: when I had a problem installing on the watch, he responded very quickly with just the right suggestions to solve the problem. All is absolutely smooth. Thank you.

Amazing. This app is amazing. It adds so much functionality over the first party Nest app. The watch app is super fast and the integration with Siri shortcuts makes it possible to ask Siri to start cooling! The developer is super responsive and is willing to add new features where they make sense. Highly recommended!

Bummer. I got this App a while ago I tried to log in but was having issues. It said my password was wrong or I have an account that migrated to google and needed to sign into google. I used my google sign in but still didn’t work. I just pushed it off as if it was a bug would try another day but still not able to log in. Really wish I could get it working because it would be so handy or wristy rather.

Great App. App is amazing. Wish the actual Nest app was like this. It’s awesome to be able to use my watch to see/control the Nest I have at home. I upgraded my account to google and now can’t use the app. Wish I would have checked the app before migrating my account. Is there any timeline when the updated app with google support will be available?

Works Great—Excellent Support. That app works great! I can control my Nest directly from my watch and access it right on the watch face. When I had minor trouble with it, I contacted support through the app and received a prompt reply with the solution to my problem. This app is a must have and highly recommended by this guy. 👍🏼

It does exactly what I need to manage my Nest thermostats, and works perfectly on my watch AND my phone. Awesome Customer Service!. I haven’t had an opportunity to really use the app yet, as I just installed it last night. I was having trouble this morning, getting it to initialize on my Apple Watch, so I emailed the designer, and received a reply in less than a minute! The solution was given, and all is good to go now. Can’t wait to give this app a real try. 😁

I LOVE this app!. I was so disappointed when Nest removed access to my Nest thermostat via my Apple Watch. This app replaces that access! I love being able to control the temperature in my home anytime by just tapping the icon on my Apple Watch. It’s so convenient. Easier to use then the Nest app itself. Love it!!

Terrific App, Exceptional Support. The ability to use Siri to control Nest thermostats is a massive convenience, and this app accomplishes it to perfection. The UI is exceptional, but for me, using the Apple Watch or HomePods with Siri to change the temperature is the real value. And that's not all . . . the developer is caring, competent and responsive. I couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful app and helpful developer. The app makes it so much easier to control the thermostat. It’s simple, beautiful and has a very convenient widget. Also, I made a stupid mistake and couldn’t access it so sent an email to the developer and got a reply within a few hours!

Homepod and Nest. Wanted to control my Nest thermostat through Siri (for example using Homepods) and it surprisingly works with this app. Surprisingly, because it doesn’t need any additional hardware as one can read online with other solutions.

Super nice on Apple Watch, changes request. 1) looks super nice on Apple Watch 4. Can the location be added? In second line? Would be very helpful 2) iPhone version looks heap in comparison. Not enough of screen used —67% of the screen is blank? Like it’s an afterthought to work on iPhone? Can you make the wonderful magnifying circles as on the watch? Use whole width for them? Make text bigger?

Useful App. This app proves to be very useful, especially on the watch. It allows for all the main controls I need to stay comfortable at home without needing to use my phone every time. The developer was also very responsive in helping resolve a layout issue making the latest version solid.

Love this app now that Nest is back!. This app is easier and more efficient to use than the Nest or Google Home apps. Now that it supports Nests with Google accounts again, it’s great. Please note that I had to actually uninstall then reinstall the app for the new sign in prompt to work, it was not showing when I simply updated the app. Thanks!

Great Creation!. Very simple and easy to use layout for nest to control on watch and view the current temperature in the house. Developer is super fast in responding to emails if you have any questions or issues. Well worth the money spent!

Great App for Nest Control. I have two Nest thermostats with several sensors setup throughout the house. With Thermo Watch, I can now control the entire system on my Apple Watch from anywhere. Marko was very helpful with questions during my installation. Highly recommend.

Best so far for past 2 Years. I have been using this App for 2 years. I have to say this is the best of the best to use Siri to control your Nest. It’s just too bad Nest doesn’t natively support Siri. Thank God for this Therma Watch that allows me to control 2 Nest thermostats. And it’s working flawlessly. My favorite Siri command is “Set target temperature”. It’s just awesome that it works 100%. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Works great on Apple Watch. Ever since the Nest app for Apple Watch was discontinued I was hoping for Google to bring it back. I really missed being able to adjust the thermostat from my bed, (I keep my iPhone out of my bedroom when I sleep). So, when I found this app I was ecstatic! It works like a charm. 😊

Awesome app, great support!. It’s not often that I leave app reviews, but Thermo Watch is exceptional. It boggles my boomer mind to be able to lift my Apple Watch and adjust my Nest thermostat immediately from a complication on my watch face. Bought in hopes for the future.... I just purchased the app hoping for the Dev to add the google account support. I’ve heard great things about this app, but I’ll be unable to use it until support is added. The new home I purchased came with a nest so I have no other choice unless I just replace it with an ecobee. So here’s my $3 in hopes that you deliver on your plans! If not, oh well. I’m glad to help out the developer community.

Pretty awesome. Now I can just push a button to make it warmer. Way better than Nest app which takes a few seconds just to load. You should go work for Nest, this isn’t something you should need from a 3rd party app, but that’s not your fault.

Great app. I love this app. I’ve had nest for several years And when works with best was canned I just gave up looking for an app for this. Then came across this app recently and it works amazing and the UI is great for phone and watch, looks a feels like an official extension to the Nest thermostat.

Better interface than Nest. Much better interface than Nest has ever put out. Show temperatures on the first screen? Why hasn’t that occurred to Nest. It just needs bigger numbers on the side info. And a watch app that works? Nest never did that either.

Wish I had known this existed sooner!. The set up process was seamless and it’s working flawlessly on my Apple Watch to show my current Nest temperature in a complication. Quick tap and scroll the wheel to change temp. Beautiful and excellent UI. Super impressed! Thanks for the app!

Fantastic!. Great app the bring some additional, much needed functionality that is missing with the iOS nest app. Some easy Siri Shortcuts to build and basic widget customization. Would love the ability to see my nest sensors temperature in the main app, but love having them, and quick fan control on the watch!

Handy app and well-supported!. I thought there was an app issue because at first all of my thermostats were named “thermostat” and I couldn’t tell them apart. Turns out that was because the names of my ecobee sub-devices—i.e. thermostats, motion sensors, and occupancy sensors—were set to the default. Once I fixed those with the Eve app, the names updated properly. Thanks!

Makes nest exponentially better. Been using this app for over a year and it's fantastic. I use daily on Apple watch, iPhone and iPad widget. I'm constantly tweaking my thermostat a few degrees and this makes it feel very futuristic. Rarely have any problem, and when there is it's usually nest going down and nothing to do with the app.

Lazy. As I am not lazy enough, I needed one more tool In my tool box. This app “Thermo Watch” is just what the doctor ordered. Easy, fast, and cheap the app makes changing temp. setting on your nest thermostat as easy as saying “Hey Siri turn on the air” or turn the fan on or off. It mimics the nest app with voice commands. Check it out I think you’ll like it. No messing around with HomeKit. Troubleshooting question was answered in fifteen minutes.

Excellent app, great service. This app does everything it claims to do and makes my life a lot easier! I had an issue with my HomePod requesting to “continue on companion device,” so I contacted support and they solved my problem within a few hours. 10/10!

Great app and responsive developer. This app works perfectly and provides a nice and lightweight way to check in on Nest thermostats and view their status in a widget. (I use only on my iPhone.) The developer is also highly responsive to support requests and feedback. Highly recommended.

Authorization fails on watch. I have a nest thermostat logged into the phone app using my nest account. When I open the watch app all I get is “Authorizing...” before it fails and gives me an error message to make sure I’m connected to my phone. Phone connection through Bluetooth is fine, icc be e tried restarting both watch and phone, as well as both the watch app and the Thermo watch app. Continues to fail, from other reviews I’ve seen it seems this is a common problem

Excellent app - Responsive developer. I’m using it to control both Nest and Ecobee thermostats. By default you have to choose one or the other, but by adding my Nests to HomeKit (thank you Homebridge) I can see and control all of them directly from my watch. Could not be happier!

A Miracle. I have desperately wanted to control my Nest thermostat by voice. Since I have an IPhone and Apple Watch, the obvious preferred method was Siri. I downloaded this APP and in a few minutes I was up and running. The APP is simple to use but powerful. I haven’t used it yet but the ability to cool based on humidity as well as temperature is an unexpected bonus. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Great App, Awesome Support. I bought the app but could get it to work because I use a gmail address. I sent a message to the developer and promptly received an invite to the beta version and it works. So looking forward to using this app. After all, don’t we all want an app that makes life easier? Great App and Amazing Support. This app is the perfect addition to any Nest Thermostat setup. Adds support for monitoring your whole setup on an AppleTV which works perfect and visually looks great. Love that I can also use Siri commands and see and adjust the temp from an Apple Watch. Had a slight issue when I first got the app, and the developer replied and got it fixed immediately. Download this app now and you won’t regret it!

Far better than Nest’s own app. Really cool and love the widget functionality. There is not only information in the widget but i can even take actions and control the thermostat without opening the app. With nest app I had to unlock the iPhone and then wait for the Neat app to load. Amazing!!. This app is much better than the Nest branded app. I love the simplicity and ease of use. It’s laid out well and it’s extremely functional. The app installed perfectly without any trouble. I simply followed the developer instructions. It’s really easy to use even with multiple thermostats.
