Horrible. Unreliable Connectivity. Incomplete access to true clinical chat. Difficult to navigate. Highly recommend seeking a different EMR.

Use other platforms. I cannot even give it 1 start but I cannot post this unless I do. I do not recommend Allscripts. Just noticed now that we are unable to log in this Pro App. After 5 hours of logging a case, still no answer. Their system is unreliable, ransomware, transitioning to a new cloud, not very streamlined. Very poor customer service.

Needs improvement.. Please update the app! And improve connectivity. Also would be nice to have iPhone X support

No Face ID. How about releasing a version that supports Face ID??? Update your app. It’s been 7 months since the last update.

Much better than Remote. I'm just starting to use this app and love the new update with the ability to add patient photo to the chart right from my phone! Love ability to prescribe remotely and document it. Works well.

Allscripts is a very user friendly platform. This Pro Mobile App has actually vastly improved in the 19.1 version.
