Good game with bugs. So I love this game and it is easily the #1 game I play. I go for 100% completion everyday to give it a challenge. There is a few bugs and other things that prevent me from giving this game a 5 star. First, when I complete a day and want to take a picture in game with the camera icon and try to save it, the game crashes. Second, sometimes when I die, my game just crashes, which is frustrating because it would reset the fruits on that particular level, meaning I would have to collect them again. Third, after a while, the game gets kind of repetitive with the same obstacles. If you at least fix the glitches I will give 5 star!

Great as always, a few issues though.. I’ve been playing Leap Day for years. It’s quite a charming, fun game! There are some small problems though. On iPhone XS/XR devices, the fruit counter at the top left corner gets cut off. It’s not necessarily game breaking, but I’d love it if it could be brought down to the same level as the pause button on the other side. Maybe so it could be symmetrical? Just a suggestion. Also, when on the pause screen, viewing the calendar and settings, tapping anywhere on the screen makes the character jump. It’s like if the game is still running. Which causes a ton of things to happen without you realizing it. If those two things could be fixed I’d be more than a happy camper! Thanks again for a great game overall!

Why no unique level on Leap Day (Feb 29th). I’ve been playing this game since it first came out, I have every single character and also bought the VIP pass. Every 4 years on leap day, I log in to see what the special unique level is, and this year to my surprise, there was nothing. Just the same as any other level any other day. I was very disappointed to see that todays level was nothing like the one on leap day 2020, a boss fight against the king. My question is did the developers stop making the level on leap day unique? I mean it’s the name of the game so I thought something special would happen in game today. But to my surprise, nothing :(

Ads RUINED the game. I’ve been a player of Leap Day for over 4 years now. The game used to be fantastic. Me and my friends used to get together every weekend and play the new levels together. Never had issues. It was perfect. Years later, the game is completely riddled with ads. Some of them are disgusting, distasteful and rather obscene. Every 5 times you die, a 30 second ad pops up. Every check point, you have an ad. You have no choice but to brainwash yourself with these disgusting and inappropriate ads in order to play. The game becomes unplayable because of how long they are and takes up so much more if your time. You end up watching more ads then gameplay time. This is not an exaggeration. The game is no longer playable. Leap Day has lost itself. The game is dead.

GLITCHES!!!! Not worth the annoyance!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡. Ok, I know everybody will hate me now, but I honestly CAN'T STAND the glitches. I don't know if you got my review, but if you did, then I hope you were considering updating this game. Seriously, I like this game, but some days I want to delete it and the only thing that stops me is that I look forward to seeing the new level. I'm sorry that I only gave it one star, but I think my game glitches more than other peoples. My cousin has this game and his does not glitch. Mine glitches and crashes and freezes and glitches and crashes and freezes every 1 to 3 minutes, LITERALLY. I was just playing this and got past a hard part on the level, and then GUESS WHAT? It crashed, and I had to start over. NOTHING is more annoying than that. Previous review: Get rid of them, they are SO annoying. I play more complex games then this, and they don't glitch ONCE. I feel like giving it 1 stars ⭐️ sometimes, but that would be unfair. Still, I am so sick of the constant freezing, crashing (causing me to have to redo difficult levels), and the glitches. I am sorry to give you only 2 stars but I do not have the time to wait for this game to unfreeze.

Good, just needs a couple tweaks. This game is really fun. The fact that there is a new level every day is mind blowing. I love this game, and I can’t lie to you about that. Well, I could, but I’m not going to. But the main problem is that you have to watch an ad to get a checkpoint. When I first got this game, I reached my first checkpoint and moved on. I didn’t realize that I didn’t watch the ad, because I skipped that room. When it put me back to the very beginning of the level when I sided after that, I was very confused. I realize now that you have to watch an ad. Sure, you can waste berries on it, but usually I don’t have enough berries because I don’t specifically try to get berries. All and all, I still love this game, but I just would ask that the creator of this game would make it so that I automatically get the checkpoint.

Reminiscent of early platformers. Most auto run games are garbage, but leap day stands out. Level design is unique with a simple control scheme: Just one button. Each day brings a new level, with increasing levels of difficulty the higher up you go. After about 3 sections there is a checkpoint. Do not let the seemingly simple design fool you; this game has some hard levels. My one problem is I have seen some reused segments, but most of the level is new every day. The game is a free Mario Run, with quick ads that are skippable after 5 seconds. I would recommend it, as it is one of best free mobile games out there.

Is good but ADs. Leap day is a great game, full of great ideas and it is very challenging. It’s lit! However, there way too many ADs or as they call it “Leap Day Intermission”. Sometimes I find a check point that you can’t beat in 2 or 3 tries. There’s an AD about every 3-5 tries (mostly 3 tries) I get really annoyed and end up not finishing the level. There is a way to remove ADs and get unlimited fruit but that’s I think 3 or 4 dollars. Anyways, ADs could be 30 seconds long with no skips. Sometimes they are 5-20 seconds but still, it takes a lot of time away. I know that ADs gets the game money but you could always add a virtual currency to buy power ups or even a skip check point. Overall, this is one of my favorite games.

My Favorite Mobile Game!. Leap Day is the BEST game on the app store. It provides a new cool level everyday along with cute characters. The achievements are fun to attempt to earn and you can even try racing with your family or friends. However, this game could use some more spice to it. For example, I feel like the characters should have some special power to them (besides Yolk because they are the starter character) or even just a little bit of background behind them. The sprites are cute don’t get me wrong but it’s boring getting a character and not being able to do more with it. Also I like the different level designs but I would love if there was a special design for international holidays (New Years maybe?) like they did for their past anniversary. Other than those two topics the game is amazing and is so much fun to play in your free time.

One of the best mobile games I have ever played. This game is absolutely amazing, it is hard but not too hard to the point where it’s impossible. I really like the check point system and how when you earn trophies it just fills you with determination to get the next trophy. I also really love nitrome in general and I especially love final ninja as well. I also love the new level everyday so it never gets boring. The stickers are fun to put on messages and the gifs are fun to send to friends. I could go on and on but to make it short, I really love this game and nitrome, and I hope you guys make more awesome games in the future.🎮😎👍🏻( I am also sad that some people don’t like the game, they just don’t know what they are missing 🤷‍♂️)

Very poor level design. If I’m being honest, I feel bad for the poor pixel artists who put their heart and soul into this project. The art looks fantastic and all props to them. However, the levels are so poorly designed. The game mechanics are choppy and don’t feel smooth at all. For an indie game, smooth movement should be the #1 thing you focus on. For most of the jumps you have to make, a single jump is too short, but a double jump is too far. It just feels so choppy and infuriating. I feel like the game devs were trying out the no-tutorial style where the new game objects are just thrown at you. In some cases, this can make for a very engaging gaming experience (examples: hollow knight, Celeste). But for these thrown-together levels, it’s just frustrating. Remember in middle school, when you were working in a group to complete a packet so you split the questions evenly among your group. That’s what it seems like the dev team did for the levels of this game. There is no sense of progression or things getting harder as you move through the game and the ads are just unbearable. All that being said, the art and animations are on point, so that’s what saved this game from a one-star rating.

Awesome game with some bugs.. Great game but, there is a bug where if you tap the jump on the wall the wrong way, that you’ll jump of the wall but not get your next jump back. On the casino level, there are those balls that boing you, if you jump to soon or as you hit it you can die. Also on the casino level but could happen on other levels, if you get like 10 shields and by how this happened to me I had some other power ups at the time to. I hit a spike next to the wall and it instantly killed me even tho I had max shields. The rocket frog power up that lets you get in a rocket and fly to the next floor gathering all the fruits also has a bug. If you use it on the top of the tower where you can press the button, it will crash the game. Another bug using the shield power up. If you pop it next to a spike and a wall, sometimes you’ll instead of getting the little bounce when the shield gets hit, you’ll immediately slide down the wall and sit inside a spike. For that last one it won’t kill you tho. Last one, sometimes when you barely get enough height to jump onto a solid platform, you’ll clip and get stuck on the edge of the platform while the legs of yolk are moving. Thx

Bs. Probably the worst game I’ve ever downloaded. All kinds of bugs, a useless power up you get 99% of the time, and the so called “invincibility star” makes you invincible to only one thing: spikes. Anything else and you die. A lot of other bugs too just don’t download this pile of bs. Another problem is that this game lacks in content. When they say “new level every day” they just mean they change the scenery and recycle previous stages. This game lacks in way too much. Also, every 3 times you die an ad pops up. Quite often it’s an Apple Arcade ad which is 30 seconds long and you can’t skip it. When you try to watch an ad for a checkpoint or whatever it’s called, sometimes it won’t let you, so you have to restart the game and go back to the previous checkpoint and lose all your fruit and progress. Terrible game that I don’t recommend downloading. This won’t add any joy to your day, this will just bring frustration.

Great time waster. Nitrome has struck again. This game is awesome, and although definitely draws inspiration from the old platformers, is not a clone or ripoff by any stretch. It has a new level every single day, so you never run out of levels to play. It’s very hard, but once you know how to pass it, it’s a piece of cake. You can get awesome power ups, unlock new skins, and last but certainly not least, when you complete a level you’re met with the biggest golden trophy mankind has ever known. It’s just so rewarding when you finally complete one. Besides, this game is offline and free to play, so even if you don’t play it that often, it’s good just to have.

One of My Favorite Mobile Games. I got this game WAY back in 2016 and it has been one of my favorite mobile games. Every time I got a new phone I would immediately download this as I basically play it every day. I’ve 100% every single day for the past two years (I tweeted it to prove it.) There is a new level every single day but yet they mix and match the same modules. There are a few types of “worlds” as I call it and have certain modules in it. I usually find certain ones in certain levels every single time but for the most part it is usually not exactly the same. I even reached max level which I didn’t even know that was possible (I got every single character with every single selfie.) I HIGHLY recommend this game. 5 Thumbs Up!

Perfect Game!!. I LOVE this game! I play it in the morning when I’m done getting ready, and I play it when getting ready for other things. I love the unique monsters and power ups, especially the staff that shoots an electric ball and it kills everything that it touches. I love the different skins, and my brother had said, “oh yeah, well I once completed a level with 100% fruit.” IT’S NOT THAT HARD! That’s what I love. And I love the different themes, and background, and how the monsters coordinate with the theme. I don’t like the flower bouncers, but I don’t think you’re supposed to!! The casino levels are pure genius. I love how you can try your luck at a spin with one fruit. Never won, but awesome idea. I LOVE THIS GAME!! Thank you so much to Nitrome for making it!!!

Sad. Oh boy, where do I even begin. I have been playing leap day for almost five years now and after playing with the new updates for a few days, I am extremely disappointed. The new updates (green tubes, bombs, and annoying things on the sides) have made it so difficult to even pass a level, let alone a whole day. When I was dying 5ish times per whole day, I’m now dying 5 times per level because it is impossible to stay alive. For example, with the bombs, they are moving so fast AND there are four ended spikes everywhere. And once the bombs are gone, they don’t come back unless you die (unlike the purple steps that disappear and reappear with the button). Getting into the green tubes is a challenge in itself, now imagine having to get into the green tube, come out and hit a bomb, and then go back in because there are spikes all underneath you with only two jumps - it’s just barley possible. I’m just not sure why the creators would create these updates and incorporate them into every day, instead of making them a theme for a day every once in a while (ex: casino themed). My only answer is that they want people to die A LOT more often to watch more ads, which equals more money for them. Now here comes my biggest issue: why would they remove the power ups????? Again, probably because some of those power ups helped a lot and the developers have updated this game for players to die as much as possible. I understand having a new challenge, but this is just ridiculous.

Needs More Achievements!!!. I have completed every achievement, unlocked every character, completed more than a year of levels with a perfect 100% score, and my lowest time ever is a 2:58 (And the level was 100% completed.) My level is above 250. I don’t even have the Pro version. There should be achievements for getting all of the characters, getting to levels 50, 100, and 150, completing half a year of levels, completing a year of levels, getting a time below 5:00, a time below 4:00 (both should only count if the level is 100%). Give the completionists more to feel accomplished with!!

More Content?. Leap Day in general is an excellent platformer game. With unique monsters and traps the game comes to life on your screen. However there is a lack of content in this game. Sure the idea of a new level each day is great, but some things I recommend adding are campaign levels such as Mario levels where you play different levels and after 5 levels there’s a boss and there are two bosses per world. Something that would bring more content to the game to make it a batter platformer. Another thing I would recommend is adding unique abilities to the characters, such as maybe some characters can triple jump, some can tank two shots, etc. Secondly, Nitrome could implement a Versus feature where it’s a race to the top of the level. Lastly a make your own levels would be a huge game changer, by allowing the community to make levels, and play them would make this game endlessly addicting for people who enjoy creating unique ideas. Adding this feature would make no content repeat as Nitrome could use community levels to add to daily levels, due to their being slight repetition in the normal daily levels. In conclusion this game has a huge amount of potential and could easily become the number 1 platformer if developed well. Keep up the good work Nitrome

I’ve been playing for years and still love leap day. Leap day is an incredible platformer with constantly new content. The game is sleek and optimized for the mobile experience. I purchased the VIP mode like two years ago, and I wish they would come out with more DLC to buy. That brings me to a point- you really need to get VIP for the optimal experience. It seems like a lot of people are irritated by excessive ads, but I haven’t seen them in years I’m not sure what you need to know about the game. Just give it a try. The learning curve can be steep...you’re jumping straight up through obstacles of course. Scroll back to an earlier year with less variety in obstacles and slowly acclimate yourself. You’ll finish a level eventually! And then you’ll eventually be able to speed run some in like two minutes.

Manipulative.. I’ve been playing this game for 3 months now, and I have noticed that they will purposely put long stretches of extremely difficult luck based levels in a row, and not give you enough fruit to get a checkpoint, forcing you to watch an ad for the checkpoint. This game doesn’t reward skill or game knowledge, it is purely luck based, and that can be really frustrating- despite using the same 6 level templates over and over some of the levels don’t feel like they were play tested at all! It can be really teeth grinding. Also the power ups have no explanation as to what they do, and it’s really annoying keeping track of like 10 power ups that you have to watch an ad to use. Even though I have 3 months of playing this game under my belt I will still struggle as much as someone new to the game, and that feels very bad. All in all the game is effective in being addicting, but ultimately feels very slimey and manipulative.

I guess it's amazing. So I've been playing this game for a little over a year and I gotta say, it's mediocre. There's bugs that have been there since I got the game that have never been fixed. After a month or two you've basically seen it all as the levels are super repetitive even if they're "new everyday". On top of all that gameplay itself is just not that compelling, just jump and avoid obstacles. Not to say it's bad, it's just not the best game I've played. So yeah, been playing nearly everyday since last September, even gone back and played old ones, I've beaten every level. I am truly shocked I haven't lost interest in your game. But while I'm writing this I might as well leave a list of bugs. Barrels appearing on lower levels then what they should be, they're just there The little small guys that travel in pairs of three, if I get to them and I haven't just respawned at the last checkpoint, they're not in the right orientation, the middle is closer to one side or another Very occasionally icicles will be invisible That's all of them but keep in mind that they are very common, the 2nd one happens like clockwork, and they have never been fixed for months. So yeah, amazing game I guess. Make more level templates.

Amazing platformer, would give more than 5 stars. Overall, this is an amazing game. The concept of having a new level every day is something I’ve never seen before and brings life to each level. This game has a heavy inspiration from the Mario Bros. series, which brings a natural fee to the game. The controls are super simple, allowing you to whip out your phone and play anywhere, anytime. One problem is that if you jump just as you hit the wall, you will double jump instead of wall jump, which has killed me many times. Also, I wish there was a little bit more variety to the levels; they are a little repetitive. Leap Day is one of the only reasons I pick up my phone, and I am looking forward to more updates. Edit: For some reason, barrels sometimes glitch in and out of existence. It is really weird and I think it has to do with how they are loaded in the game. Also, I wish there was a bit more content to the game, since the levels start to get really repetitive and just seems like each one is randomly generated. I was really happy when the theme with the candles and hot air balloons came out. I have no idea whether it already existed or if it was new.

Fun Core Game, But Glitches, Crashes. I think that leap day is a lot of fun to play and a really good game when it doesn’t glitch or crash. It just gets kind of unplayable when you beat a really hard part and the game crashes😕. I’m on a pretty good phone(iPhone 8) and my friend who has the same exact phone doesn’t experience any problems with this. So I don’t know what is wrong with my game but if the bugs are this inconsistent throughout devices it doesn’t deserve a good rating. It also every so often, when I try to double jump it just doesn’t jump twice, my character just falls. Also sometimes when I land on top of an enemy it kills it. But then I land on the same spot same enemy and it kills me. Core Parts of Game - LEAP - This is in the title but is just not consistent. I have had instances like I said above where it just doesn’t work and sometimes it works like expected but other times it just doesn’t jump. NEW LEVEL - This is seemingly a good feature however I have seen that the “new level” is just the same level as yesterday or before, just retextured. Or in some instances not even retextured. Usually the new level is just a random assortment of previous stages So my overall opinion is that this game is a lot of fun but it’s inconsistent mechanics and constant crashing just makes it unplayable, hence the 2 stars

Great, but one big issue. I have an iPhone 7 and I love playing this game, if it weren’t for this issue, it would be 5 stars. When I first got the game it worked perfectly. Me and my brother play it all the time, but the next day we couldn't open the app. It would crash every time the cartridge would move down at the loading screen. Both of us tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but we kept getting the same results. Im afraid I cant say this is a five star game if I can’t even play it. If this bug was to be resolved, it would no doubt be my favorite game on the app store, but until then, 3 stars.

Good, but some problems. First, I love this game. It’s a very good platformer that I’ve been playing for half a year! But even though it’s fun, there are some problems. First, it reuses many different sections. While I get that making 30 unique micro levels a day could become tiresome and impossible, it’s always the same uninspired platforming “challenges” that show up every day. Why not dip into the myriad of amazing sequences you have more often, instead of reskinning or reusing constantly? Also, the best part of this game is the variety of enemies, and yet it just throws the same obstacle avoiding segments at you constantly. It should be a mix between platforming and combat, because the combat is overshadowed by the platforming. Older levels had more enemies and less boring platforming sections, and I don’t know why this changed. Finally, it gets way too easy once you master it. I understand that you don’t want to turn away new players with insanely difficult levels, but you should also try to make it harder for people who stick with the game. You should also be able to go back and play levels after beating them. Other than that, great game, but please make these improvements to make it even better.

Disappointing. The ads are unbearable. Maybe if they were consistent with how long the ads would last, then I’d be able to take it, but some ads would be 30 seconds and unskippable when others would be 5 seconds long. There would even be times when an ad wouldn’t play. After every 30 second ad I would just force quit the game to avoid it, but that sets you back with getting the fruit. Especially since most the ads were those terrible ones that are meant to frustrate you; if I could actually talk to the devs, please stop supporting those games and showing those ads, everyone hates them, and it’s honestly the main reason I deleted your app. The game itself is frustrating as it is, but with the amount of times they’re promoting skipping ads for money right after you die, it just makes it feel like paying is the only way you can fully enjoy the game. I don’t want to have to pay to get the full experience. Just make the game worth 2.99 at that point.

Game used to be great now bugs and ads. I have played this game for like 2-3 years now not every day but it was my go to game now every 5 deaths I have to sit thru a 30 sec ad not only that but it has the little cutscene before and after the ad! At least if I have to sit thru the ad dont make me sit a few extra seconds thru ur cutscene its annoying. There is this bug that if u land on the direct top on a launch pad it kills u now u may thing "direct top? that cant happen very much must be a super specific spot" NO IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME A SECTION HAS A JUMP PAD it is completely stupid how this could possibly slip by testing and if u cannot fix the bug then REMOVE THE JUMP PADS the jump pad sections are almost unplayable I thought this game was supposed to be levels every day HOW CAN U LET THIS SLIP BY EVERY SINGLE DAY U FLIPPIN MAKE A LEVEL!!! I am on the verge of deleting the app just for this flippin bug! I keep playing bc it is the only game i like on this dumster fire of an appstore so if u have a favorite game stick to that do not download this one or better yet use apple arcade at least those are guaranteed good games I do not play games enough for it to be worth my while for the subscription but it probably is worth it for u

Eh. I’ve played the game since 2018, definitely a fun game, but I really don’t think I’ve ever seen a single bug patched out of this game. When you slide off a moving object your position always get set to facing left still, jumping off the side or top of a sticky block still uses both your jumps, and cannons still have a 50% chance of not firing you and you just jumping out of them. Definitely a fun game but given that all of these bugs have been here for years (that first one especially has been in since the game launched I think) it’s pretty clear that the developed never intended to seriously patch the game in a meaningful way, just to add a small update to content every couple of months.

Developers don’t care about users. I played this game every day for years, and I even paid money to access certain features. A while ago, the developers promised an update, but never delivered on it. Instead, they sold out their users to go to Apple Arcade, where are they put all of the new updates there, disenfranchising their previous users. Finally, after about a year, they just made a few updates. Unfortunately, they took away the VIP features that I paid for all those years ago. So, they don’t update as regularly as they should, they sold out their users for another group of people to make more money, and they took away features AFTER I paid for them. Then, if this wasn’t enough, when you start the app after this most recent update, there’s a link where the developers want you to buy a stuffed animal for a limited time. Taking away features after I’ve paid for them, then wanting me to buy more stuff? Terrible.

Ads. Unfortunately ads plague an otherwise fun and entertaining platformer. You get (on average) one to two lives in between every ad, which go rather quickly as you can easily die 20 times or more in the same area trying to get a jump correctly. They offer you check points, but you have to buy them with fruit you pick up, but here’s the catch: there’s not enough fruit for you to buy each checkpoint. So you either have to go on ahead without the checkpoint and risk dying and having to do your entire section over again, (after another ad plays) or there’s an option to watch a full 30 second ad instead if you can’t afford to pay up. I understand this is how the developers make money, but frankly it’s excessive. Devs, please tone it down or something. As for the player, don’t bother downloading the game, as any amount of fun the game has to offer you is drowned in the never ending sea of ads, or download it and see for yourself how an otherwise 8/10 game can easily become unplayable.

Good game, needs to fix a bug. Overall the game is pretty good. Ignore the comments that complain about difficulty or ads because the game really isn’t that hard and realistically, I only die like 5-7 times per game so you should only encounter 2 ads. The only problem right now is the cannon bug. Normally, it’s supposed to shoot your player out in the direction it’s facing but there are many occasions where your character doesn’t get launched and just simply exits in the opposite direction. This makes it very annoying to complete yolk cannon levels since it is complete rng. Disappointed that they didn’t fix this in the most recent update.

Pretty good. The level a day feature is great and all past levels are available to play after watching an ad think 4 years of levels. I really hate the three deaths=ad cycle but if I weren’t good at the game it would be endlessly annoying. The most challenging portions of the game are when there are other moving objects/enemies. Since you can’t control left or right it makes it hard to time. I like that there are trophies to acquire and I like the cosmetic changes. My only real complaint is there isn’t a way to get rid of ads without having to shell out some money otherwise this game would be really good and even then it only gets rid of ads for a determined period of time. Some of the level sections are also a bit unfair with moving objects. Aside from that it’s a winner. It would be great if it explained how to use the power ups instead of having to trial and error them.

Good concept, but bad game. I think this is not that great, and it could be. A LOT better. All the ads are REALLY annoying. Also, the levels are way too hard and it just makes me get mad, and not want to even play the game. Whenever I get to a checkpoint and don't have enough fruit to get it, I watch an ad to get it. But the ads usually won't be able to be closed, and I have to exit the game and restart from the last checkpoint. If these things didn't happen I definitely would like and play the game a lot more. The way the game is so hard makes the game terrible, and overall, I hate playing it. The levels go on FOREVER and it is extremely hard to complete one. The idea is very great, but how it works just makes it bad. Another thing I don’t like is that you can only make your character jump, and it run from right to left endlessly without you having any control. This game is just not very good and the developers have a lot to fix.

Amazing game. I got this game last year and played for almost 2 months every day. I lost interest because of the lack of new content. When loading this app back up I was extremely pleased to see the vip abilities. Since I had vip from when I played a while ago I loved it. They also added new obstacles. Which was a fun and refreshing thing. I’m back into the game but if you want me to be addicted even more I’d love like a race or 1v1 mode. Also things like community made levels even though the new level every day is great. Also I love the new power ups. In general I’d 100% recommend this game. However a few things could make this game even better.

Sell outs!!! Too many ads!!!. This game used to be awesome but sometime around 2018 i stopped playing and i just recently redownloaded it and it’s horrible!!! There are ads at absolutely every turn, there’s so many ads that i got to the point where I had to turn on Airplane mode just to play normally for 10 mins. This game used to be a lot of fun and it’s sad to see that Nitrome has become so money hungry - honestly to the point where if they aren’t promoting someone else’s content they’re promoting their own! Skip out of an ad and what do you see? A button to remove all ads at a cost. Normally playing through the game and what do you see? An area in a level that’s promoting the option to pay 3.99 a month to obtain special abilities or upgrade to the ad free experience. It didn’t used to be like this!! Horrible game and at this point I couldn’t consciously recommend it to anyone. If Nitro wants to make money that’s fine, but interrupting gameplay at every turn to promote some garbage that I want nothing to do with? No thanks.

LOVE but. I once wrote a review and it was about how great it was but now my phone 📱 keeps on going out of it and it is infuriating 🙁😫😭😕😟😔😞😒😒😞😔😟😕🙁☹️😣😖😫😩😤😠😡😢😥😱😭👿👹👺😾😹😿and it is all because of leap day sooo.....updates??? YOU BETTER. sorry... 😐 I did not mean for it to sound like a threat 😅😅😅 👿👿👿 but seriously. And also there are to many ads plus there are only to ads and they are all the same and wham one pops up and you press X the next one pops up so if you aren't going to take the ads out, please at least put more than just 2.buuut... what I will say is that if you play it for a long time you don't have to spend your fruit 🍉. And it's so satisfying when you press the trophy 🏆 and if you get all the fruit you get a fruit 🍉 trophy 🏆.

Good but..... The game is fantastic you can start anytime and just get used to the game pretty quick, levels aren’t quite a huge challenge but can take some time which is good, the only thing stopping it from being perfect is, there isn’t a reward for beating the daily levels all you get is selfies to post, another thing is that there are a few bugs always and sometimes the game will just crash for some reason, also ads will always keep popping up every 5 deaths and it just gets annoying, to stop ads it costs 3.99 that’s way too much too take out ads, so that’s a no to me wasting my money maybe it would be better if it were 0.99 or 1.99 just 3.99 is way to much, one last thing one bug I’m just going to say is that the music will cut out a few times and then it’ll just stop which is also very annoying. That’s all from me hope this game will get some improvements.

So close to gold. I find myself playing this game a lot, but a frequent problem isn’t crashing or bug, but that even if I have more than 20 fruit, it still makes me watch an advert. Now this may be a bug, in fact that could be likely, but if not that’s a bit scummy. If you give me an option of watch an ad or use fruit and I have the fruit, why make me watch the ad? This game has catchy music, good graphics, and great gameplay, but with this bug I’m see more adverts than I am the game. If this is a tactic to get me to purchase the VIP, than you can do better. If this comes across as rude, I don’t mean it to be, it just seems a bit to convenient that there’s a bug forcing me to watch an ad.

Game is great, but.... I love this game. It's fun, it's something to do when you're bored. But please PLEASE game developers. Instead of making fun little additions to a couple of levels, just add more characters to play as. I love the idea of wondering who you're going to get when you finally beat that level and get all four prizes. You don't even need the selfie system. It was fun, but it's broken. Nearly all of the selfies put the characters under the ground they stand on. If you just throw that out in favor of new interesting characters, I'm sure this game will be way more popular. Me and my brother would always fight over who got the cooler character, but now that there are no more, my brother lost interest and I'm starting to lose interest as well. You can still do fun level updates, but it's been so long since you gave us a new character update. Please Nitrome. Please.

Very frustrating!!. Leap day is an amazing game and definitely one of my most favorite ones. I got it after it came out and ever since I lost my old phon I had to restart all over only to find that there are adds that pop up every FIVE times you die.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it like before where adds don’t pop up as much. I get that you do it so we can remove adds by paying $2.99. But it gets extremely hard and raging when the adds pop up after you keep dieing on the same spot. Ok ok I get it. You’ll keep it how it is.. but when the adds pop up you make it so bad that it makes me wanna delete the app.. I don’t wanna insult anyone but here’s the thing.. when the adds come up, it just T-A-K-E-S I-T-S T-I-M-E!! It takes so long that it’s a great pet peeve. Please make so that the adds pop up immediately after every five times or make it pop up how it does now ever 10~15 or so.. other than that leap day is a must have game when your bored or when you have free time to spare.. I’ll definitely rate a five stars and I know one persons feedback that’s 1 star won’t affect but why not want a +1, Five-Star feedback? Great game please make more games like this :)

Meh At Best.. This game is a boatload of wasted potential. Pretty visuals, fleshed-out pixel art, interesting design, and overall positive reception? This game had some good stuff going for it, and the magnetism of the game was quite interesting. Curious, I pick up the game and begin to play. Level after level after level, I was hooked. As my skill greatened and time passed, I began to get bored of it, and at some point I just left it there. I only kept it around because it was something to play when my internet went out. And now, quite frankly, I’m sick of it. Crappy level design and a flawed control system don’t do this game any favors, unnecessary and uncalled-for gimmicks make the game irritating, copy-pasting whole parts of levels and labeling them as brand new is just lazy and untruthful to the big “New Levels Everyday” label associated with the game, awkward placements of enemies, gimmicks and hitboxes are just plain annoying, and the game overall lacks consistency, not to mention how the only major updates are bug fixes ; but, beggars can’t be choosers. As time passed, the contrast between the past and the present became greater and greater ; I now ponder about the future of this app, for I fear that it will be worse than it is now. Overall, this game has lost its charm, and I truly wish this game was better.

New vip is terrible.. Hi I’ve been playing the game for about a year now and I love it I’ve beat every level. However i capped my level a few months ago and unlocked everything with for the most part no new content. Now there is a 3.49 per week fee and I already bought vip like a year ago to get rid of adds. This is ridiculous. While the game is great it’s had its fair share of glitches and difficulties like the loading screen crashing the game from time to time but I’ve always ignored that to play the fun game but I’m not about to pay 3.49 a week for a phone game. Ridiculous! This needs to be changed.

Great game. I play it every single day and i think im addicted to leap day because all of my thoughts consist of leap day and i can only talk about leap day because of how good the game and artwork is. When im messaging friends and family im limited only to the leap day sticker pack TM for communication. I can only speak about leap day so im having trouble sovializing but i love talking about the game because its so good and thats why i gave it five stars. I can also only write about leap day which is why im writing this review but that has damaged my examen grades. The bright side of that part is that i got my teachers to play leap day TM because of how good the essays were, and by that i mean how good leap day TM sounded from the essays. I went to the psychiatrist recently and told him all about leap day and he downloaded it on his mobile device. I have recently decided to lock myself in my basement so i dont spread the leap day TM disease. All i can do now is watch the timer for the next level tick down. I love Leap Day.

My favorite game, but I want more. Leap day is by far my favorite game. It’s always fun and I love the game. But I have been playing everyday for over a year now, and so I have gotten pretty good at the game. So good that I no longer feel challenged by the game. Unlike other games leap day gets a new level every day, a level with approximately the same difficulty as the day before. I would like to see either harder final check point levels or some option for harder game play. I will continue to play regardless, but I’m ready for the next step. You guys are always working to add more to the game (usually new monsters), which I always appreciate, but I want something that makes my experience fresh again.

Very enjoyable but lacks something. The game is a very fun and classic Nitrome style platformer that gave me tons of Nitrome nostalgia however after completing 2 weeks worth of levels I began seeing repeats of content. There is also an issue trying to look at levels from one year over another which allows for limited level access with the coming of 2018. My suggestion is open your level creation platform for players to create levels with. Once completing the daily level, platformer enthusiasts could enjoy the community made levels or make one themselves for others to enjoy. I’m not suggesting a “you can cut and paste this preset part of a level” kind of tool because we already have that. A true sandbox option equipped with blocks, spikes, mobs, and all other crazy leap day things for community level creation would bring the game to life. That’s just my thought on it anyways and I hope you take it into consideration. Overall an enjoyable game.

FRUITY BONUS IS RIGGED. Hello. I have been playing Leap Day for about a year now, and it’s been amazing! So of course when the update came out, I immediately got it. Everything is awesome and I especially love the “pinball theme”. The only problem with me is that THE FRUITY BONUS IS RIGGED!!!!! I have spent about 50 fruits in it already, only for every time the bonuses to stop one after the one I need to win. It may seem like I’m petty, but seriously, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I feel that this is a scam for you to use all of your fruits and therefore play longer. So, to the developers, PLEASE FIX THIS!! MAKE IT LIKE A ONE IN TEN CHANCE OF WINNING!!!! I do recommend this game to new people, it’s a really addicting and fun game. Please just fix the Fruity Bonus so I can enjoy that as much as the rest of the game. Thank you for your time.

Used to be good. I’ve been playing leap day since back in 2016, and I used to love the game, I’d complete months in a row, all fruit collected, but that was back then. Now leap day has gone from hey ads are really helpful and we’d love you to watch them, to hey now you have to watch ads every 5 or so deaths, and when you keep dying on a section to one of the many bugs in the game, it’s enough just to close the app and say I’m done. I’m tired of trying to bounce on a pad and having said pad kill me because I landed on it’s top? I’m sad to write this review because I honestly used to love leap day, and it will hold a special place in my memory, but I just can’t take playing it anymore, it’s fun factor is not worth the frustration from the ads and the bugs. I honestly can’t say I recommend the game anymore, maybe I’ll come back if they fix some things.

More content. I love this game, I play it as often as I can. My only problem is that unlocking characters that don’t have special powers are pointless, because it’s really just looks that change, nothing else. I think there should be a unique ability for all of the characters. Like maybe Hop Swap could swap to another form, and that form would make him go faster and have a higher jump, but he is more vulnerable to dying. And maybe ReDungeon can have a counter. If a monster hits his shield, he can hit back with the sword. I really do love this game, but I think if every character has their own unique ability then this would be a better platformer

Great Game, Constant Crashes. Leap Day is an awesome game; there’s no doubt about that. There’s just one minor problem. Whenever I complete the level, the game crashes. Honestly, this could be fixed, but I don’t mind it, because I can get right back on and keep the gold trophy. However, there is one other instance where the game will crash. Once you get 8 out of 8, (for me at least) the game will sometimes crash. This is only annoying, because it subtracts one from your 8 out of 8 to make a 7 out of 8. The first time this happened to me, I kept on trying to get more trophies, thinking it would fix the problem. I ended up having 9 out of 8, and it read 7 out of 8. The other bad thing about this is, upon exiting the app, the same thing happens; if you have 8/8, or more, you still get a 7/8. The message after getting 8/8 reads “play today to get prize” and I decided to play again, with no results. So I just played a different game. When I got back on to see if something changed, something did change: my 8/8 turned into a 7/8. If this bug could be fixed, that would be great, and please, give the prize immediately after gaining the 8/8 instead of the “play today” message. Thanks! I hope you fix this bug, buh bye!

So fun! But . . .. This game is so additive and so much fun but every time that I die, it plays an ad and it gets so annoying, especially because it is the same freaking ad every time! I know that every game has ads but this game especially has way too many. But aside from that, I play it everyday am almost and it gets frustrating but in a good way.

Character skills bugged. Overall the game is good (with the exception of constant ads and the subscription based payments for removing them which is a hell no from me) The problem is the character skills are bugged and will at times just not work. At all. I’m having this issue specifically with the character Lick. Hoping the devs respond and acknowledge this here because there’s also no contact for bug reports in the app and the devs rarely if ever respond to emails or even the bug report channel in the apps discord server.

Good game but. U really get into it, however way too many ads. IMPORTANT PLEASE FIX. I really really love this game so so much and I play it every single day. But the game keeps crashing before it’s even loaded anything. Eg. Different zones for the same day. Leap day is a very great game but these past couple of days when I want to race my friends to who gets the apple first it has been difficult because we have different zones. For example yesterday I was playing on a jungle zone but my friend was playing on a flower zone. So could you guys please explain this to me??

Loved it until...... This is a nice game with a good fun art style but the ADS are way too obstructive, obnoxious and constant! I don't want my gameplay interrupted every minute or so with the same ad! This new "intermission" sign doesn't help anything either as often the ad doesn't even load so I'm just stuck on an intermission screen for a solid minute while it tries to find the ad! I've been playing this game for over a year - the intermission sign does NOT help, it just interrupts gameplay!

Why are you ignoring the bugs?. So, I understand that recently there have been a few patches that claimed that they fixed an offline bug. I'll explain this step by step. At one stage last year, there was a bug where the advertisement intermission screen would appear and not go away. The only option would be to close the app and reset fruit progress. There was a patch. This patch, please note, CLAIMED that it fixed this bug. What it really did was add a 5-10 second timeout, so you would still have to wait. This doesn't make the slightest sense. The developer could have easily added an offline mode to stop ads from playing. Then the intermission would play. But no. They decided to add a coded timer that deducted from the viewer experience. And it wasn't just me that recieved this problem in the update. All of my friends that play this game all went through the same process every time the intermission screen showed up whilst off wifi and data. Now. The most recent patch+content update, which I installed yesterday, RETURNED the initial freezing glitch. Now it still freezes. Now, you have to relaunch the app every few times you die. This makes it completely unplayable. Honestly, this is a fantastic game, minus all of the above. Great style. Great gameplay. Great interface. Please fix it. And add an offline mode.

Was Amazing. When I first played this game, I was constantly amazed and surprised by this game’s amazing gameplay and art style. A few updates ago, leap day introduced more consistent ads in Leap Day. After every second death was followed by an ad, which often buffered and crashed my device. I recently stopped playing Leap Day, as it became extremely frustrating, and the ads are completely at fault

Only one problem. There is only one problem with this otherwise amazing game. When the “LEAP DAY INTERMISSION” comes up sometimes an advertisement does not come up and I have to restart the app to have the same problem occur. It is increasingly irritating.

Fix your game. This game is fun and all but there are constant glitches one after the other ads won’t work so you have to refresh and loose everything and I was playing no check points at the top with a bunch of items but my game crashed and I lost everything

Great, but.... Listen, I love this game, I feel like it’s got an AWSOME style, and great concept and I can warm up to the fact that it’s a new level each day, to keep things original if someone’s stuck. The only thing that really pisses me off, is the jubious amount of ads! I get it, it’s how you guys make money, and I know you get thousands of complaints about this that you probably just gave up reading, but there is other ways to make money! Even so, could you at least halve the amount of ads? I enjoy sitting on the bus listening to my music while playing this game, but I’ve almost stopped playing because of how many ads! I know lots of people that have stopped because of this issue which isn’t being resolved, but I still try to give it a chance. Anyway, besides the ads issue, I think this game is awsome.

Achievements!. I finished every level in June with gold cups and 100% fruit collected but haven’t unlocked the achievement for those things Other then that this game is awesome and I play it everyday, even if I miss a day I go back and play it

Ehhh. I really like the game other than then constant vexing ads and the almost impossible infuriating levels. The collision needs major improvement, I barely even though the spikes but I die. Also how about you actually make the levels possible. I highly suggest not getting this game, it’s is purposely made difficult in order to force the player to watch ads (everytime you did you watch an ad), in my opinion if you REALLY want to play this game, turn of data or wifi then you can’t get ads. But still don’t get this game it really isn’t good, sure the graphics are relatively ok but that’s the only positive about this game. Honestly if I could rate 0 stars I would.

Impossible. This game is the worst I have ever played! I do not recommend. All the levels are just impossible and it is the matter that I’m bad at the game. I have tried every method possible! And also the game is broken! Every time I jump on top of the stupid monster things (the ones that you can kill) I die immediately. And the spike blocks, I was playing before and I jumped on top of the safe side of the block but I died anyways!! Do NOT recommend!!! Developers fix your game, but until then I am taking a break from this frustrating game!!

.... I like your idea but there’s two things that are VERY FRUSTRATING. 1. After you complete the level of the day which sometimes doesn’t take to long, you have nothing to do! I play this while waiting for the bus, and once I’m done I have nothing to do. So I think you should make a community level editor to have more things to do, something like geometry dash. 2. Some “sections” I guess you could call, get VERY TEDIOUS AND FRUSTRATING!!!! Like seriously it sometimes takes FOREVER to get past something because you have to get past something else first, which is very annoying because it takes forever and really pisses me off. Other than that I like the game.

Crashes. Every time I open the app in crashes on start up. I’ve played this game for a while, long enough to complete every level available, and every once in a while the game would crash on start up. No big deal just open it up again, except this time no matter what I do it crashes, over and over again without a way to fix it. I play this game everyday so please fix this issue. Disappointing. I loved this game and my friend recommended it to me. I was struggling a lot on level 11 today and I wanted to start over so I deleted the app. I then re-downloaded it and went to start it when it crashed. I have turn my phone on and off and deleted, and re-downloaded the app 4-5 times. I am running IOS 11 and have an iPhone 6s+. I would love to have this fixed and this has really ruined the experience. ☹️😤😖

leap day…?. it’s called leap day. four years ago, you got to fight and defeat the king on the leap day… that’s why it’s CALLED that. but come the 29th… it’s just a regular level. a little bit of thought would be nice, no?

Amazing. This game is an amazing way to pass the time even know I’ve only played it for five minutes I know that I’m going to love this adventure. This is just a couple of tips 1. If you pass a certain level your character will change to indicate where your up to. 2. Multiplayer racing for fruits and if you get a couple of wins in a row you will unlock different racing characters Thank you for an amazing game

Good Game Overall. I recently got this app and I’m very addicted to it. It has different levels and awesome daily challenges. The thing that always makes me really frustrated is the amount of ads. Sometimes I’ll only get to tries at a level and all of a sudden an ad comes on. The ads also take forever to come on which wastes my time of playing. Good game overall but need to fix the amount of ads.

Not as good as it used to be.. Leap day used to be one of my favourite games. I would have the in game calendar filled with 100% completed levels. Now, I’d be lucky to play once a week. The game has since become a cash grab. Ads are played after every few deaths, which can completely throw you off if you’ve been trying for some time to beat a level. Pop ups encourage you to pay $6 for a game breaking bonus or new character. These new bonuses remove the core components that make leap day fun, such as timing your jumps and collecting as much fruit as possible. It really makes a long time player such as myself wonder why they were added. Aside from these problems on the developers end, the occasional technical problem such as a jump not registering or your character being killed for seemingly no reason server to throw you off and break your concentration. I rated this game 5 stars back when I played it every day. Now, I simply cannot recommend it anymore.

Build a larger community. I love this game and everything in it, from the art to the mechanical design of the levels, lots of fun. However as someone who plays the game quite a bit, I think it would be incredible to have a level editor that can be used to create your own and play others levels. On top of this there could also be a race type game mode, like playing with your friends seeing who can get to the top first, or if that’s too long something like a 3 checkpoint race. I think overall this game is amazing but would benefit greatly from a wider variety of game modes to play. Right now being advertised are new power ups, while I look forward to said power ups, I believe most skilled/experienced players don’t use power ups much, seeing as they can beat the levels normally without it being a challenge. So I think overall I’m glad new things are still being added but maybe something new could be really interesting! And I know a lot of my friends would start playing again. This is a great game, and everyone should download it :) P.S, just unlocked scrambler and think it would be very helpful if you allowed the player to choose which side the jump and fire buttons were on, seeing as I’m left handed it makes it very difficult. Would love to hear back on what your next moves for the game are👍

Anger. So the game is great over all but..... the one thing all of my friends hate how hard some of the parts are and would prefere some of them just looked at to help with all of our rage. We also don’t want others to try to throw their piece of technology because of how hard it is.

Great game. I’ve played this game on and off ever since around 2017, loved every step of the way, I’d play it when waiting for the bus or when I’m just bored. The simplistic easy to learn yet hard to master movement system makes the game more challenging and skilful - the people that rate the game lowly because it is to challenging are just bad, I find skill based systems like this incredibly rewarding once mastered. The art style is amazing, I’ve always been a fan of pixelated 16-bit style games. Yes you get an ad every 3 or so deaths but they’re only 5-10 seconds, if you die a lot the you can just spend a couple bucks, not only supporting the creators of this game but gaining benefits yourself. Another charming part about this game are the levels, whether it’s the background/atmosphere, or the enemies/checkpoints that fit that said background/atmosphere, like a jungle level with camouflage fruit enemies, or a futuristic level with teleporters and lasers. Overall this is a great game with fun and different levels everyday, cool enemies, rewarding and skilful movement mechanics ect. Thank you Nitrome for making this masterpiece of a time-waster

It’s great!!!. Leap day is so fun to play and there is always a new level to complete but there is only one problem. I would click on a day to play and have to watch a video to unlock it(which I am fine with) but after I have watched the 30sec video my reward is a stupid selfie. I click on the video to unlock a day not a useless selfie of an animated character.

BROKEN. The app brakes and closes often, and it’s getting infuriating, please fix their! I just opened the game, played for less than a minute, it froze for a second and closed, this happens very often!

New Update Sucks. This game was so good but the new stuff added in this weeks update are terrible. Nothing works as it should and it’s a buggy mess. Fix it or get rid of it please!

Stupid. This game is the most stupid annoying game of all time

I used to love this game.. I used to love this game and looked forward to beating a level everyday. The new updates completely ruined it. I have not be able to complete a day since it’s been released and just when I think I have down the new pipes stupid stuff happens. For example there’s a level today that has a series of pipes down each wall with a yellow bar you can’t get past at the top. I have tried going in each pipe a multitude of times and have yet to get to the other side. Don’t even get me started on the removal of the power ups. I get some people may not have liked them but they could just avoid them or not even use them. This game used to be a relaxing game to slowly complete on breaks or slow points during the day but now it’s just annoying and frustrating. I used to look forward to playing it and now I’m debating deleting the game. Please look at either having to game mode options or something, because I’m over this.

Super leap day is better. Nitrome you guys are a good gaming company but the game crashes every time I play an ad it just sends me to the home screen and I get soooo frustrated because when I go back to leap day it takes forever to load back plus the beginning of August 28 2023 is very difficult I recommend super leap day on arcade by Apple to the gamers out there

Leap Day. This game is fun and addictive! I always play the new levels everyday. A great game. But every game has negatives and positives. I wish that you could pick your character instead of it being random. That is my only concern. Overall a great game. Applause to the producers!

From... Disappointed. Dear Leap Day Developers (a letter from your biggest fan), As my friend MiklPikl12345 previously said, the app used to be the light of my life. Every morning I would wake up, drooling with anticipation for the day's level to come. Everything was perfect. But alas, as all good things do, an update came along and ruined the festivities. This update, was the much disputed Casino update. After minutes and minutes of ad-less checkpoint achieving, I came across checkpoint número dos, a pinball level based entirely on luck. My time on the game increased ten-fold, as I couldn't possibly find a way to decipher the bouncing fluke of an algorithm that surrounded the paddles. As the time passed so did my patience, to the point where MiklPikl12345 and both threw our phones at different walls in our 3rd period classroom. My phone is now lacking a significant chunk of its screen and I don't have the money to afford a repair. Now I'm living in a world without a clean phone-screen, without a solid foundation of money, and without the source of happiness that kept me waking up in the morning (this game). The casino update frustrated me to the nth extent, and to the point where I can no longer even look at the app out of my peripherals on my home screen without feeling the urge to cry. I guess I am writing this review to have an outlet for my feelings and to question who and why the developers of the app update would choose to ruin this game for MiklPikl12345 and I. We were both veteran players well over level 100, and through this update you managed to lose both of our businesses. Sincerely, Disappointed

Idea and review. Very fun game but I fell a lot of the leveles get reused a lot but would definitely recommend also I suggest you put a seasonal theme happens once a week for every season and gets team over once the season ends

Custom levels?. I love this game so much, it’s really fun and addicting. However, i think it would make the game so much better if you have a custom level maker that would allow you to add and design your own obstacles and then post it for others to play. Idk, just an idea

Really fun... but.... This game was really enjoyable. Ive played it for a full year now, and it's a heck lot of fun! Although...I feel now that the levels are becoming very repetitive, to the point where the same beginning sequence is used twice in a week. I get that copy-pasting is alright, but that did seem a little noticeable. Maybe adding an online race, or maybe a local race with friends would make replay value a lot higher! So for those who are looking to get this game, I highly recommend it! It was extremely fun, and the concept is unique! However, just keep in mind that the spark may fade a little quicker than expected! Great game, as always Nitrome!

Lag issues (possibly related to Internet connection). I have been playing this game daily for over 4 years but recently it has become unplayable due to lag issues (and this is on an iPhone 13 pro). I have found this is significantly better if I play in Airplane mode so I suspect the lag is related to the game trying to download memory heavy ads in the background. The number of ads in this game was already barely tolerable but now the game has become unplayable. Greed?

Crashes frequently. I really like this game, it’s cute and fun. Everything Nitrome makes is gold! Sometimes it can be overly difficult, but mostly the levels are fun and challenging. My main complaint is how frequently this game crashes. My phone is an older model but in my uninformed opinion, this game seems like a normal flash-style game and I’m surprised it has such issues. I can usually go 5-10 minutes without a crash but sometimes less! If it wasn’t for that I would give this game 5 stars. I hope Nitrome can optimize Leap Day soon!

cannons?. i love this game, i play it literally every day, BUT it drives me up the walls because sometimes the cannons will just not shoot you in the direction they’re supposed to and you’ll just shoot in the wrong direction, i keep dying from no fault of my own and it’s so frustrating

Update disappointment. I loved this game for many years now. I’ve played every level it’s ever had, and I wanted to continue to. I don’t think I can. One of my ongoing issues with the game has been it’s glitchy-ness. There’s a bug that’s been in the game for some time now that causes canons to misfire and send you in random directions, almost entirely to your death. If you play long enough, you WILL find a glitch. This hasn’t bothered me too much, because I could still play the game and enjoy it, but now I don’t enjoy it and it just feels lazy. Other glitches include: If you use Lick, and lick a ceiling you can get stuck in it Block enemies disappearing from the level entirely Some power ups interact with each other in weird ways, including a combo that gives infinite invulnerability Getting stuck in the wall Constant game crashing An oversight that causes the fruit butler (idk what it’s called) to make it so if you don’t wait 6-10 seconds per checkpoint for him to put down his fruit, you can’t 100% the level And several others. This new update really disappointed me, not just because it’s poorly thought out and even MORE glitchy, but also because it makes all future levels a complete slog. I don’t want to be too negative, but it’s true. The levels used to all be themed around their background in terms of level geometry, but now 70% of the level are green pipes that refuse to work and tnt that’s the harshest shade of red I’ve ever seen. The tnt isn’t even a new concept, because past levels had an almost identical concept in the purple goo, just with some minor differences (like that you can’t detonate tnt from the top). It doesn’t help that all power ups have been removed from the levels. I knew some people who didn’t like power ups because they made the game easier, but I personally really enjoyed them, and if you didn’t like them, they were easily ignored. You also got an extra 3 power ups per level if you had VIP. Now ALL power ups have been removed. It feels like the devs don’t care if you paid for anything if they’re simply willing to remove paid content for a reason I don’t even understand? Why go to the effort to make power ups if you just remove them? Are they coming back? Why are they gone? There’s no communication, which is the worst part. I love this game and that’s why it sucks so much that I can’t even look at these levels anymore without getting a headache. It feels like they’re just trying to make leap day more like it sequel, which I have played, but what I loved about leap day was what it was, not what it’s become. The sequel is fine, I didn’t hate it— it was more so just a different game than a worse one, but in no way did I want leap day to actually become like it. I just wish there were settings to toggle things like this so I could play the game I want to play and other people could play they game they want to. There’s a very solid game under here, but it feels like they’ve forgotten why I liked it in the first place. The biggest issue I’ve seen others bring up about this game is it’s repetitiveness, which I never cared about, but I understood their point. To rectify that, all I wanted was for more level backgrounds, and more layouts with existing mechanics. I didn’t want more glitchy new mechanics that look entirely out of place and take over well over the majority of the level. I don’t think this review is going to change anything but I just wanted to scream into the void about it, I guess.

Pay to win, scam and rigged. The game is rigged so it’s pay to win. But I put my card in and they stole 3,900 from me instead of taking $3.99!!!!

Pretty mid. I mean it basically does what it says it does. A “new” level every day. However it’s not really random, just certain parts copy pasted in a different combination than the level before. Despite the game theoretically having infinite replay value the game became stale in little over a week (once I realized that the levels are all extremely similar). Do try the level on February 29 it’s worth the ad

I love this game. I religiously play leapday every day and it never bores me thanks to the new level every day feature and the variety of levels. I love that its a game you can listened to music or watch a movie while playing, and that it doesnt take internet. But please add new characters to unlock, new enemies, or new styles of levels.

New Update. I’ve loved this game ever since it got released and it’s just recently that I decided to purchase the game, however, they released a new update and I couldn’t find the old dates. One of the reasons why I purchased it in the first place is the ability to play past dates that I didn’t get to play before. The new update is disappointing in my opinion but the game itself is still top notch.

Latest update lost me. Have been a pretty faithful daily player for years now, but this latest update completely killed the fun for me. The dynamite and pipes are both incredibly frustrating. I think I’ve managed to complete a single day since the update without getting annoyed and giving up, when previously I’d been on a pretty long 100% streak. And the power ups! Why the heck would you get rid of the power ups!?

impossible moment. In this game, it is impossible to pass stage 14. It contains 4 crystals that are very very difficult to pass. After it comes a moment with spikes that are also difficult to pass. We draw conclusions: the developers do not care about the players, as long as they donate for immortality, etc.

Way to many ads. I don’t recommend this game, you’ll just spend more time watching ads instead of actually playing the game. And after watching ads you won’t get your checkpoint or power up, it will just freeze up forcing you to restart the app without receiving anything (this happens often).

Finally!. One of the few free games on the app store that has actual passion and creativity put into it and isn’t a soulless copy-paste job. This game should get more attention on the app store. Amazing game!

Frame rate issues. I’ve been playing the game for quite a long time now however recently whenever I reach a checkpoint the game reaches such low fps it makes the game unplayable and not fun. I’m on IPhone XR on the latest IOS update and it’s been a constant issue for me

Worth a download. The game was awesome. My only complaint is the fact that it some times is incredibly difficult in some levels and causes u to repeat the same part over and over. If u made a system where u could skip to the next check point(after an add) or maybe release more then one level a day. Over all great game. Hope to see more content updated soon

No more casino levels for the love of God. The casino update is absolute garbage. It removes any fun or skill from the game and replaces the exciting and challenging obstacles with completely random pinball levels (which has nothing to do with a casino). These levels take endless attempts because they are completely random and you end up just mindlessly tapping, praying that you can get a checkpoint. I am level 124 and I have 2 other friends that are above level 100 and we all agree that the casino update is unreasonably hard, especially since skill isn't even a factor in getting through the obstacles. Every day for the last week I have entered leap day hopeful that I will get a different themed day, but have been disappointed every day to find another casino day. I do my best to give them a chance and try to enjoy them but halfway through I want to tear my eyes out at the shear frustration of bouncing endlessly into spikes uncontrollably. Please delete the casino and fix the game. - A fan

Very fun. A lot people are saying there is too many ads but compared to other games it’s really not that bad. I have a lot of fun playing this and have been playing for over a year, this isn’t a typical game you play for a week then delete. You can tell the devs put A lot of effort into this game. People also say it crashes a lot but I have never experienced this and those were old reviews so I’m sure it has been fixed. Really?!. I like the game and I think it’s a good concept, but do they really have to make the levels so hard. The difficulty of the levels goes to the point where I want to rage quit and delete the app all together. I just hate having to do the same moves over and over again and not have any outcome. This game is pretty much a game of luck and less technique. Also, don’t get me started on all the ads thrown in your face every 2 deaths. There also the fact that the game will crash and erase my last saved check-point to the literal point where I want to throw my phone at the wall. In my opinion, this is the sister game of Flappy Bird, and that’s not a compliment.

Very Fun!. I must confess, I’m rather addicted to this game... Beating today’s level has become part of my daily ritual! While the advertisements can be annoying at times, I’ve grown accustomed to them. Just a few critiques: - I wish there were more characters! It’s been nearly a year since the last characters were introduced, and I’ve already collected everything. - Online capabilities: It would be so much fun if you could compete against friends/randomly matched players. This would help when I’ve already beaten the level of a day and want to play more. - Infinite mode: Similar to the last point, it would increase playability if there was a new mode that was an infinite runner mode that was randomly generated. Sorry that this was more of a list of ideas for new features and less of problems with the game, but this is by far my favorite mobile game.

Updated not Upgraded. Leap day used to be an outstanding mobile game, but with some recent updates it has become something that blends in with every game on the App Store. Leap day used to be about skill, which it still is, but there are way to many luck induced levels. It almost seems unfair. This is because every couple amount of times you die, you see an ad. You also can’t complete a level without watching an ad to save. You don’t get enough berries to save a checkpoint, unless you can withstand starting over from 3 levels down. Leap day is now filtered with ads and luck. The graphics are still amazing but hopefully these issues can be fixed.

Love the game but... 🤨. I love the game but I have two recommendations 1- Ad issues: Some ads are annoying. What I mean is that the ad shows an x but they won’t let me exit out of it. Another ad issue is that some ads are inappropriate. For example the hooked app isn’t appropriate for kids. Every time it comes up I see a creepy face on screen. Another example is the wish app. One of them includes people in 👙from inappropriate angles. 2- Commonly used obstacles: when I played one of the days I enjoyed it, but then I played another level and it used the exact same obstacle

Really depressed. All of my characters and selfies I’ve been grinding every day for weeks on end were taken away from me. I know you can get every character by using the cheat in the credits but that kinda defeats the purpose of the progression and being rewarded. I haven’t played for a while because I gave up on trying to find a fix. I played this game every day and even managed to get every achievement so when I opened my game and saw that everything I’ve been rewarded for by progressing was gone it definitely was unfortunate.

Check point Charlie!!. The only complaint I have is that with a recent update they made the check points automatic. While this is very convenient it also took away the chance to complete the check point Charlie achievement. Have been playing this game everyday since last December and this is the only issue I have ever had with this game. Turkey worth the download. Just wish I could get that one last achievement completed.

New Vegas Update needs a lot of work. Love this game! I’ve played every day for a year! Only after this most recent update it’s gotten really laggy and crashes a lot. The new “Vegas” levels with the pinball obstacles are way too hard to beat - it’s impossible to have any strategy for getting bounced around. Also the new slot machine makes it way too hard to win anything for it to be worth spending your time on. I’ve loved this game for ages but please fix your update.

Fun with much potential. The art in this game is amazing. I admire the creative team and the programming team, The game is very smooth (even with the occasional bugs), and it seems like there should be more. What I’m saying is that you guys should do a story driven game. Even though I love this game for what it is, I feel like there’s a backstory to each level template. I’ve played you’re other games, slime pizza, cooped up, etc. I just feel like you should make a story driven game. Perhaps an rpg or something of the sort. I'm a big Nitrome fan and those are just some of my recommendations. Please keep making awesome games.

bugs. To whom it may concern, when I try and play this game I can never finish the game. Not because I can’t get past the levels, but because the ad box to get a checkpoint at the level freezes every single time I try and get a checkpoint by watching an ad. To a certain extent, you are able to get to sliver without watching an ad. But once, you have collected all the fruit and still can’t get a checkpoint, you can’t move on. I don’t know if this is just on my device or happens to other people, but because of this, I haven’t been able to complete a level in quite sometime.

Alright. If you are on the edge of getting this game I would really think about what you are getting into their are major inconsistencies with the difficulty which tends to lead to people getting up set. In other things some of the hit boxes on characters and enemies are way larger than they appear. Also in many cases the jump and wall slide triggers just don’t function the way they are meant to. With an okay art style coming from a good developed I really expected more from them. Finally if you have any anger issues do not get this it will probably push you to the edge of where you can’t return.

Great game... except.... I really love playing this game. It is fun and gives me a little bit of edge. The problem is that every time I finish a level, the game crashes, and I also cannot scroll up to look at previous months anymore. Also, sometimes when I hit the pause button it just randomly crashes. These little things are starting to get really annoying but other than that, the game is a great game. I love the different levels each day, and it is exciting to find out what’s next.

Amazing game. I’ve probably played this game every day for the last year. And played through most of the levels. The game is great, challenging, and gives a fun daily experience. I even purchased the upgrade to avoid ads. Unfortunately, the most recent update has broken my ability to play older levels. ( normally you can go backwards and play past levels for extra fun ). Not sure if it was related to the timer ( great idea btw ) or what else may have caused it. Too bad because I’ve been trying to go backwards and 100% everything since it came out. Hoping that they’ll notice and fix quickly.

Good but has lots of ads and even more bugs. This game can be really fun and has some challenges but the most challenging part of this game is getting past the bugs. It won’t always recognize that you are on a wall and you will do a second jump when you try to jump for the first time, hit boxes are non existent, and a whole bunch of other bs that will screw you over in moments when you need pin point accuracy. They also spam you with an incredible amount of ads almost every 5 deaths sometimes having to wait 15 seconds for them. It needs changes and a hell of a lot of bug fixes.

Constant crashes. Leap day is a very fun, unique game and I’m not saying the game’s contents are bad however for me personally it’s the quality of content being given to me. I’m not sure if it’s just me but I can barely get past the Developers logo screens before a crash, every other time gameplay will last a few seconds before crashing again. It’s very frustrating since leap day is a very fun game. P.S- I’m pretty sure it’s not my device seeing how leap day is the only game in which I experience this if there are others with this problem I sincerely hope you fix this.

Downdate. This game is amazing. Fast paced and challenging, as well as interesting and vibrant. But the new update, I feel, just changed the logo and made the game a billion times more laggy. This is so annoying! It is hard to play now the lag is so bad! Please fix this. It ruins the fast paced gameplay that I love. (It is possible that it is my phone, since it has so many problems, but I don't think that is the case, as it was perfectly fine before). Thank you!!

I have an idea for the future of this game.. This is an excellent game on its own, but it starts to get a little repetitive. I assume the levels are made by AI, and only the end stage is made by a human. So, I have an idea that will not only make this game a success for years to come, but to get more people involved: A Leap Day Level Creator! You can pick the theme, like spooky, or casino world, and then add to all 16 stages, make it easy or hard. I think this will make the game’s popularity skyrocket, and it will just make it a better game.

I have played too much. So I have had this game since it came out on May 11, 2016 and have completed everyday and collected all the fruits. Today I have just learned that I can’t level up or get gifts because I have maxed out the leveling system. Which is disappointing, so I’m hoping that you update it so I can continue through the game. Also if you just started the game don’t worry with practice you will be able to finish any level you want in the game.

It’s a fun game. The game has been fun. Been playing it for a while but the new power ups they just added don’t really add anything to the game. Most of them are kind of a downgrade. Some have even made it unplayable. I’ve had to restart a level because I was using a power up that floats you in a bubble when you double jump. When it comes to jumping through a little passage that you have to double jump to it’s virtually impossible to get through it. They were pushing these new power ups really hard but most of them are pretty useless. Good game to waste some time with though.

Glitches. I love the game. The only thing I don’t like is one stupid glitch. You know if you die a few times it is supposed to bring you to an add. Well sometimes it doesn’t and you are just stuck their on a black screen. The only way you can keep on playing is by swiping it away on the multi taking page. Or by clicking the upper right hand corner and then picking your level. Each way erases your berry’s on that stage. Please make this glitch stop happening devs. I really do love your game though either way.

Do NOT download. This game starts off their levels by making them very easy with not much challenge making the player believe that they are going to complete a level with no problem. They are wrong. With this games many ads and complicated levels, any player will wish death upon Mat Annal (CEO of nitrome games) and death upon yourself. If there was not an ad after every three deaths maybe this game would be slightly tolerable but I refuse to pay three dollars just to keep my self from wanting to hang myself from the ceiling. I would not recommend this game to any loved ones because if you do so, they may never want to speak to you again. If 0 stars were an option, I would’ve chosen that.

So. Many. Ads!. Super fun game, but in the free version every 3-10 times you die you are hit with and ad. After you die maybe, 5 times, there’s a multi-second ‘intermission’ followed by a 30 second ad. Its a little annoying to have to watch an ad after being killed a ton, but otherwise super fun game! Oh, also sometimes the sound stops working but normally I just have to restart the app to fix it. EDIT: hey, i get the developers need money, but the sheer amount of intermissions is kind of outrageous. if the developers could make it a little less, that would be great because i’m getting intermission like every 3 times i die, and in a game like this, you die A LOT.

Amazing game, but not rewarding. I really like this game. I used to play it a long time ago but got bored. Now I downloaded it again and all the nostalgia is hitting me. I have played for 4 days and I’ve gotten them all 100% and all I’ve gotten is selfies poses. I was wondering all what all the characters were so I looked it up and there’s easily 50. It would take a very long time. You could make it so when you unlock the character you automatically get all the poses for it or just remove the feature over all. I don’t think anyone will miss it, I know I won’t.

Sometimes very annoying. Ok, so I have been playing for like, half a year now. I admit, Leap Day is pretty fun, but sometimes I feel like I’m gonna explode it’s so frustrating. I die usually on harder levels 10 times or somewhere between that, and some days it (game of the day) is easier. But on every popular holiday it’s super hard. If you get frustrated easily, maybe don’t play this because dying when you’re right about to get a checkpoint happens SO MUCH to me. And maybe the frustrated person. But it’s still a really fun game and I enjoy playing it after a nice day

Amazing. I absolutely love this game and have completed all levels in the past year. I have two complaints though. I have unlocked the three characters with special powers by completing hundreds of levels but I keep getting the ads for them. The other thing is if you jump right when you hit the wall then you don’t get your jumps back and you have to hope there’s nothing below you. The game is still great even with those flaws.

Best Game Ever, but let me explain. i LOVE leap day. i play it every day and get 100% everyday. the concept of it is genius and i’ve been playing the game since like september, which is basically the longest i’ve ever owner an app that’s a game. i WOULD give it five stars but here’s my problem, i would LOVE more themes. i feel like the game is the same everyday and i’ve basically mastered every obstacle that they repeat through the different levels. i also would love to see some more snow levels every now and then because i feel like all we’ve been getting is fire levels. that’d be nice. that’s all tho. really glad the game exists overall.

Perfectly difficult. Each day a level could take anywhere from 10-30 minutes. And it’s not boringly difficult. It’s the perfect amount of timing, patience and skill. I hate games like this that just have filler for each level just to make the game longer but this games every part of the level can be difficult. It’s very worth it to buy the “No Ad” version of the game. At some point you get a change to but it for two dollars and I would say that’s worth it.

My perfect mobile game!. This game pretty much ticks all my boxes for an ideal mobile game. • No grinding • No convoluted gameplay mechanics or in-game currencies • Simple, tight controls • No Pay-To-Win • Graphics and music are fantastic! However, I do recommend paying for no ads. This is a tough-as-nails old-school platformer, and you WILL die... a LOT! Not worrying about ads makes the game MUCH more enjoyable, and lets you focus on making perfectly timed jumps, or figuring out rooms that seem impossible at first. The only thing I’d change would be to have the game go to the calendar at start up instead of the newest level. Sometimes I miss a day and it’s a bit annoying to load into today’s level and have to manually leave to select the one I missed, then load that one. That’s a minor issues though. Otherwise, I think this is my perfect mobile game!

Amazing, but unrewarding. As a game, Leap Day is fun. Really fun. The levels are always refreshing, there’s always something new and it’s every single day. The only issue I have with Leap Day is that, even though the levels are enjoyable, I still want incentive to beat them. I finished a level 100% and it felt pointless. Sure I get a new character after a few days, but it still feels lackluster. So I propose, MORE REWARDS! Everyone loves rewards for their efforts. Colors, effects, clothing. Whatever you can think of. The pictures are not worth the effort.

🙃😐. I found Leap Day from my friend, so I downloaded it and found that I enjoyed it quite a lot. One thing that bugged me quite a bit is whenever I log into the game, it constantly crashes even when I'm not even playing in a level. Something else I did not like was that after I had worked to collect the eight trophies you need to get a new character, it would turn out to be a some sort of a selfie add-on to a character you have. I found this was not really helpful for me, but to others I'm not sure, as this is just my opinion. Overall Leap Day is a pretty good game for me.

GREAT! But.... There’s no doubt that leap is an Awesome game, and I play it almost everyday. The levels are different everyday, and it never seems to run out of ideas. However, there are certain times where the app wouldn’t even open, and crashes every time when I click on the app icon. I tried re-opening for several times and just give up because it won’t open. Then I check back another day and it work just fine. I hope this problem can be fix, since a lot of times when I wanted to play, but it just won’t let me open the app. So please fix this issue if it is possible 😩!

Great Game but Needs to Add Something 😀. Overall this is an amazing game. At first I would die a lot and rage but I got used to it and got better. The ads are also not a huge deal. They get annoying at times but I can deal with that. I get it you have to make money. The only thing that would make this game better is if you could 1 v 1 battle someone for time or something like that. Another idea could be like a reverse challenge where when you jump you jump but also turn direction. I think that would be a cool addition. Other than that it is an amazing game and I highly recommend it.

Difficult to close game on iPhone X series. The game itself is fine and enjoyable for the most part. What I find infuriating is the difficulty in exiting out of the game on my iPhone XR. Trying to swipe from the bottom mostly results in me scrolling the list of daily levels, or causing my character to jump. No other app or game I have is this difficult. I have one other beef, and that was a recent experience with the game crashing quite a bit when starting. This appears to have been triggered when my iPhone was in Airplane Mode whole traveling. I paid for no ads and there seems to be no reason for a connection to be required since it would play eventually while offline.

Good game, but remove selfies. This is another great Nitrome game, and I especially enjoy how you can play as a rep from almost every Nitrome game. However, there is one HUGE thing that kinda bombs the experience. After earning 8 trophies, I should get a reward. The game agrees. But a selfie hardly qualifies! Selfies are completely useless! It’s kinda ironic how they made so many characters, yet you’ll often go through at least 5 selfies before getting ONE. It’s extremely tedious, and makes the 8 trophy mark seem more like a 40 trophy mark. You made so many characters, so why are they so hard to get? If you removed selfies, I would love this game.

Amazing game, recent update caused bugs. I’ve been playing this game for a while now, but the recent major update (Version 13) caused a bug where if you’re offline and an ad pops up, you cannot do anything to continue playing, all you can do is close the app and reopen it (but then progress will be lost unless you got a checkpoint). I play this a lot offline because of school, and this has been stopping me a lot from playing. Please try to solve this bug soon so I can continue playing/enjoying this amazing game.

This game is Amazing. First off let me just say this is one of the best mobile games i have played. I’ve spent countless hours on it and have unlocked every single thing this game offers. That’s why it is really sad to see this game not have much support from the deva anymore. The last actual content release was about a year ago and there isn’t much to do anymore. As a fan of this game I hate to see it go but it was really fun while they still had content coming out. Love you Nitrome

Pls update soon. Leap day is honestly my favorite game to play. I have been playing since it came out, and I still look forward to a new level every day. I haven’t had many problems until the last 2 updates. My game crashes often, and I can’t scroll up in the calendar to see the previous levels. I was working on completing every level since may last year (and only had a couple months left to go), when the new updates came. I miss the extra levels I could keep playing after I finished the day’s level. Not completely sure if this was intentional by Nitrome but hoping it could come back☺️

Good game, some recommendations.. I like this game. Yes, it is frustrating at times. Other times, I notice that you reuse the same pattern of enemies and obstacles over and over, as well as backgrounds. I know backgrounds would be a lot harder to make and you make new ones along with music from time to time, and make new enemies and obstacles yes. I have a recommendation though. A level creation option to allow players to make levels and share them online with other players.

Great game but.... It’s a pretty fun game, but some levels are super difficult while some are really easy. And one of my biggest gripes is the intermission. So about every 4 deaths you’ll get a screen that says “leap day intermission” where it proceeds to play an ad or two. Great whatever, I don’t really mind ads, however sometimes the intermission just doesn’t work and I’m left with a frozen intermission screen, which causes me to close and restart the game which loses me progress. Also sometimes it just straight up crashes, also losing me progress. Fix these things and I’ll redownload the game. Thank.

One thing is in need of fix. The game is great and I would give it 5 stars, but there is one thing that prevents a perfect rating. There is a problem with the obstacle of the blocks with exclamation marks that disappear and reappear each time you jump. It doesn’t recognize when your character is trying to bounce of of it so it doesn’t let your character use the blocks to get higher, thus preventing progression. I’m sure it’s just a bug and will be patched soon, but I just wanted to put the word out there.

Weird bug with Lick. If you do not know, you can unlock lock after getting your first gold trophy. He has special powers, like using his tongue to make a magnet for fruit, and being able to me up to a platform that his above him if he has double jumped. The climbing skill has a weird bug however, in which that if you die the exact moment you start climbing, you will still go up and actually respawn. I sincerely hope that you fix this bug because this has really confused me a couple of times. Thank you

Love this game! I have an idea.... This comment is probably gonna get lost in the sea of reviews but, this game is one of the best I’ve played on a mobile device in a while. But you know what would be amazing? A boss rush mode. Every day, you can still do the normal levels, but there should be a different mode where everyday there is a new boss battle to fight. That would be really cool to see. Nitrome, if you do see this review, maybe consider this idea. I will love this game forever if you did something like that. Thank you and hope you see this! Lol

It’s great, but expensive.. First off, this game is amazing. i love the 8 bit look and retro feel that it has, and the obstacles are unique and cool to look at. but it is blocked by paywalls worse than EA. to get all the levels, you have to buy a VIP membership. it includes a bunch of stuff, but all i really want is to get all the levels, so i was about to buy it and i noticed the price tag. about 50$ for a year. are you kidding me? for a mobile game on my phone i could pay about the same as a xbox live gold membership. that’s ridiculous. if it was less money, or if i could buy individual things like unlocking all of the levels, i would probably buy that.

Been Playing for a Year So Far. Of all of the games I have played and forgotten this is the one that always springs back. I played for almost a year without buying the ad removal because it adds a bit of an advantage to the gameplay. It’s so easy to pickup and play in an instant, and I’ve gotten really good. The more you play the better you get, and I’ve found it extremely rewarding to 100% every level. Great game! Looking forward to what the second year has to offer!

I love the game but I have a problem. I do not know how but the game got deleted when I got a new phone. I completed the levels all the way back to December of 2016. And I downloaded it again now the issue is that I have to complete all the levels again. Is there anyway I can get all my levels back. I even have to unlock all the characters an get the photos back. Can u get a reset or undo button.... something I just don’t want to start all the way over.

Used to be fun, but too many pop ups.. I used to have a lot of fun playing this game, but now there’s just way too many pop ups. There is an ad that comes out of random in the middle of playtime, almost every checkpoint, and there are buttons that you can hit that give you information, the only problem is that they are put in the middle of levels and almost unavoidable. When you hit them, the freeze the game, make you wait for the text to stop scrolling and then you can push yes or no. I think there should be an option to remove these buttons.

Awesome game!!!😁😁. Leap day is a fun fun game. With a new level everyday it never gets boring(I’m one of those people who’ll only keep a game for 2 days). It can get hard at times but eventually you’ll master it. Now let’s move on to the cons. 1, the leap day lottery don’t bother with you never win you just waste fruit. And sometimes switches your character. Like for example if I leave the app and go back in later my character will reset to the main one so every time I’ll have to go back and switch it.

I love it, but I have some ideas. ok first of I LOVE THIS GAME it is one of my favorites I adore how there is new challenges every day, but it dose kinda get a lil bored game seeing the same villains over and over so, I have a few ideas, like maybe a Little dude who every time you hit him he changes your jump, or speed and you have to hit him Agen to get him to stop it or you could leave it be, or maybe one that will just shoot fire at you if you get 2 blocks at it,(or snow) the just if it hits you you die thing is getting a lil old. But it’s just my opinion! Over all this game is a perfect 10/10 I really LOVE it

A great game concept, perfected.. The idea of a new level every day is a great idea. It gives users a reason to open the app every day. The controls are great and the levels start off easy and get very challenging so there isn't ever a lack of challenge or playable content. One thing I would add, however, is a endless mode or shorter levels you progress through. This would give users that complete the daily levels something else to do and users that get frustrated with the difficulty of the daily level something that they are able to do.
