Easy access to doctor’s office. I enjoy having easy communication with my doctor’s office. I would like to be able to access my camera roll but besides that, I really have enjoyed the app.

Eastern New Mexico Foot and Ankle. We are a very small office of 6 people, including the doctor. We really enjoy using Klara to talk to our patients. It’s much more personable than a 3rd party text from a robot. It’s very helpful in getting information to patient’s that is much easier accessed online. I recently set up our Patient Registration forms where the patient’s can fill them out before their appointment through Klara and I think it’s just wonderful! I’m pleased that Klara is always getting updated with new features and the staff is great at replying to our specific concerns and questions.

Customer. Like being able to get answers right away

Easier than my portal. I am both doctor and patient and I cannot stress how happy I am I decided to buy Klara. It is like night and day from when I used to call my patients for labs or was constantly getting complaints from patients because my staff never got in touch with them. It seems like even my Office Manager has more time now and is happier because she always knows what’s going on with patients. My dermatologist uses it so when I go for Botox, I get to experience the patient side as well. Really cool and less hassle

Great in the past but super buggy now. Been using Klara for a while and it has been effective at what it does, but now it bugs out every time i use it. Notifications don’t work, it will randomly tell me my account credentials cant be found, asking for and sending codes to my phone constantly, long loading screens. The new update must be causing this because it did not happen in the past. Please fix these bugs/update, i want to continue using the app as smoothly as i have in the past. Great concept though!

Easier than Phone Messages.. I appreciate this portal for communications with my physician. Much better than “telephone tag.”

Better response times!. I made a comment that I couldn’t get a call back when I left a message calling with a question or just trying to get some clarification. Usually I never got a call back! At least with Klara, I have gotten a response to my questions within a day. **The response time has changed this week. I am back to being frustrated with NO answers again! I called Friday with a problem about my pain medicines that needed a refill for the next month. For some unknown reason, my refills had been sent to a new and unknown pharmacy, even though my medical file listed my pharmacy as Walgreens in Collinsville. The new pharmacy was a small one, and didn’t have one of my medicines. They knew they could order the medicine, but there was a minimum order to deal with. Pharmacies must dispose of expired medicines, and loose money if this happens often. The owner of the pharmacy requested that I get my prescriptions at my regular pharmacy. Fine by me, since they were also more expensive. This problem happened again this month! I have been trying to get them to move my scripts using Klara, but I have been ignored since Friday. Hey! These are medicines I need to control my pain! This is not making me very happy!

Wish I received notifications. This app has been great to communicate with my doctor’s office but I don’t receive notifications that I have a message from my doctor. I have to keep opening and checking the app to see if I have a message when we are communicating back and forth. And yes I do have the settings on to receive notifications. The help bot was not helpful and I waited more than 20 minutes for human help but didn’t have time to wait longer. Next time I will just call the office instead of using the app.

Why don’t all Dr’s use this?. I love love love this app, it’s so easy to use and I don’t have to sit on hold listening to awful music waiting for someone to pick up just to say they will get a message to the Dr. with this app, I’m texting the office staff or if need be I’m texting the Dr. directly.

Very unhappy!!. Had an MRI week and a half ago of my back, I am in excruciating pain can hardly walk! The doctor has neglected to call me back he had the results last Thursday that’s five days after he got the results he still hasn’t gotten back to me with my results! This is inhuman to let someone continue hurting without a plan ofPossible recovery. I can’t sleep at night because of the pain and again he’s had my results for five days without a phone call. I’ve even called and left messages for him to call me and I seem to fall through the cracks with someone!

Great Tool for Medical Communication. I’ve been using Klara for 6 months now and have seen no bugs/issues within the app. I only ever had one communication thread at a time, but the messages come in within a couple minutes of my Dr sending the message. Attaching documents and pictures in easy too.

No appointment reminder. I made an appointment with a doc who uses this app. The appointment was about a month later. I failed to add it to my calendar - I was getting on a plane and would be traveling for a month and completely blanked on that. I knew the appointment was at some point in the week after my return and should have called to confirm. That’s on me. However, every doctor I’ve ever seen (as well as my hair stylist) has sent me some sort of reminder a day or so ahead of the appointment. This one? Zippo. Again, I should have added it to my calendar immediately, but you’d think someone using such a “sophisticated” app would have a way to send out reminders of upcoming appointments. I received an automated notice that I had MISSED my appointment, however it would be nice to get notice 24-48 hours BEFORE the appointment. Lesson learned!

Always works. Other medical apps we’ve dealt with have been problematic and frustrating, whereas Klara is always straightforward and usable. Thanks for this very helpful resource. Nana & bumpa

No option to change the itty bitty typeface size. I’m a person over 40 - as are fully 75% of the people who make medical appointments. Can you explain why the typeface on your app is so small? And why is there no option to increase or change the size? I actively make appointments for myself, and several family members on this crappy app and each and every experience makes me dislike it even more.

Very easily accessible. We all text- why shouldn’t Doctors and their employees? This is much quicker than waiting on the phone or being transferred to several people. It works wonderful in Dr. Hasen’s office in Naples and I think most patients and providers would be delighted to have their communication via text because it makes everyone easily accessible.

Completely failed for Dr. meeting. For my appointment, I open klara at the correct time. The doctor could not see me or hear me, even though I gave Klara permission to access my microphone and camera. I was literally yelling and also typing messages in the box, but he was seeing and hearing absolutely nothing, so he disconnected. It turns out the klara allowed him to create a separate instance, and he was sitting there, and I was in the first instance, but Klara did not make the connection or tell him that I was in that first instance. What a failure. I’m gonna try to avoid it if it all possible.

Great except it logs you out every 5 minutes. Having to log in every 5 minutes is a bit infuriating. Why can’t I just use Face ID to log in if you’re going to force me to log out after 5 minutes away from the app? My bank is more secure and less annoying than this app. To be clear, being able to message/text your doctor is a good thing and I like the idea in general.. but I do not like how often I have to log in. This problem persists on the web as well.

User friendly. This is the most user friendly patient portal I have ever used. I would rather use this than make a phone call.

Fast and Easy way to communicate. Fast and easy if I have a question or need to communicate with the office about medical questions, appointments or need clarification of something such as a medication. I usually get a response with in minutes.

App sends you to the website anyway. The app doesn’t remember the patient. You still have to enter their data every time even though it says that it will remember the patient for 30 days. The app sends you to their website for submission of questions / answers and it includes some delays. There doesn’t seem to be much practical use for the app because I can do the same actions without the delay directly through the website.

Very convenient and user friendly. I think all doctors offices should use this app. It’s very convenient and easy to use. If you don’t have an urgent medical issue then this is the perfect app

Not Secure!. The app as well as the online interface fantastic compared to others I've used. However, it let me in with only one piece of information, which if anyone else knew, and others do you know, would have access to my entire file. This needs security NOW

Two key issues.. Couple key issues. First, very very frequently, there are issues with audio during telemedicine visits. It is a huge issue. It happens on every device, and is most definitely a Klara issue and not a device issue. Second, the program logs me out very frequently, and I have to input my whole password again. The face identification doesn’t happen.

Doesn’t work!!. For an app that’s supposed to help the patient communicate quickly with their healthcare provider, it is useless if the app doesn’t ever get past the intro screen. I spent about 15 minutes trying to get the app running. But no matter how many times or what I tried, it never gets past the patient question and then text verification. To say I am extremely frustrated is an understatement.

Lori McK. Getting messages and response in the same day from the nurse is a great system. I know the message is received. Bethany is typically quick to respond. I wish other doctor offices would take note..

Very Convenient. I like that I can upload documents and images right from my phone. I also appreciate being able to ask the doctor questions in between visits.

Love Klara!!!!. It’s great because there is always someone that will help with whatever issues I’m having so that I don’t have to come in and pay for an office visit. 🙂

Great way to contact our Doc when it’s not urgent. I love Klara. I know we can get in touch w the doc’s office and get a reply. It’s great for asking questions or needing refills. It’s even good for when I have a concern that needs fairly prompt attention. Our doc office is really good about responding on Klara.

Outstanding Care. I cannot share enough praise for the care and attention and compassion I received from Nurse Karen and the Staff at Dr. Sanders office ! Starting with my first phone call to his office in 2019, Suzy answered all my questions and concerns with great detail and enthusiasm. Danielle also took great care in scheduling me and accommodating my questions and explaining the planning of procedures. To my most recent experience, post surgery with Nurse Karen, answering all my questions with such detail and love - early morning, late night and weekends calls and texts. You are always in touch with someone who can help you, if needed. And Dr. Sanders… I felt totally comfortable with his kind approach and his vision for me as well as hearing what I wanted. I was 100% confident in his care. I am still healing, however, I saw the results immediately and each day going forward, I see the results and they are fabulous. I did not want to look 25… rather, to look refreshed and natural. Also, I highly recommend you go to Norma’s Cottage for aftercare … they are angels. I am more than happy to give Dr. Sanders and his entire Team the highest of recommendations! And I am happy to talk to anyone about my procedures and my experience. Ask Suzy for my number. Terrific instant communication with my surgery team. Just love this app for the ease of instant communication with my surgeons and their support teams. 24/7. Non intrusive. Can send/receive pics too. Provides both peace of mind and incredible valuable support. Love it. Any practice that DOESN’T have it will be at a disadvantage.

Professionalism. I can’t tell you how much this app helps me stay on track! I have multiple sclerosis and frequently have to be reminded of MANY THINGS! Thanks to your quick responses to my questions and your explanations, I am able to remember and understand what I am required to do! Thank you! 😊

Lists. I am happy with Kiara, but not with my doctors office and were very inefficient. I have an appointment for 1 o’clock and they left a message that my appointment is at 12:30 tomorrow Just what is wrong with that office?

New reviews. I’m reading a lot of reviews, but they are from 1 yr. To 5yrs old.? I’d like to see all the recent reviews because it’s been easy to use so far, except my docts office didnt specify they actuall use Klara.? I’ll check on Monday morning to be positive. Texting back and forth has been seem less, and easier for me to remember the date of appt.s now. Only dermatologist uses it so far. No issues have happened as I’ve read about w/others. Hope it continues.

Why do I need this app?. I’m thrilled to hear my provider will no longer be using this app from Klara. Why make me have this app in addition to my portal app? The current portal app my doctor gives has all I need with messaging, test results and all mine and my kiddos appointments. Klara should figure out a way not to have to have the app…can’t wait to not use it.

Great App!. I love being able to communicate directly and quickly with the clinic. It is pretty easy to understand and get the hang of. I definitely recommend app and it has helped me out a lot.

Please, all doctors get this!. KLARA makes everything about going to the doctor so much easier!!! I hate having to call my doctor’s office for any reason because they never answer (I get it, they re really busy!). When the staff calls back, I’m always at work and can’t answer so the phone tag begins. I love being able to send a quick text to my doctor’s office using KLARA. I actually schedule my routine appointments now since it’s a quick text message. Love it!

Convenience is awesome. I love being able to get in touch with my doctor’s office without having to call and leave voice messages. Their response is most often quicker on Klara.

Not as good as Zoom for video conferencing but great in other areas.. It’s not perfect but hopefully the software engineers listen. And I don’t think they are. But we have so much patient information and workflow out into KLARA that it is too much workload to move to another platform. It’s kind of like a marriage and you have a covenant and it’s like, is this is as good as it gets? And you just settle. That’s what it’s like with KLARA.

Superb Patient Communication Software. The three C’s related to superb patient care include caring professionals, compassion and communication. Klara expedites the communication process in an extremely efficient manner that my patients really appreciate. We are able to communicate with our patients in an efficient user friendly manner that reduces or eliminates phone call waiting time and expedites the process for everyone involved. Our staff send patients their referral information via Klara, communicate about missed appointments through Klara, and send patients treatment plans, lab work data and other test results via Klara to name just a few of the benefits. Voice phone call messages are transcribed into Klara text messages which our staff can more efficiently respond to. We found that our electronic health record patient portal system was too cumbersome to use. Less than 10% of our patients got enrolled and utilized the system. When we switched to Klara, we achieved greater than an 80% utilization rate by our patients. Regardless of the patient’s computer skills and educational background, we were able to enroll them in less than 30 seconds compared to over five minutes with the patient portal. In summary, Klara has been a great asset to our medical practice and has become our go to #1 patient communication/engagement software tool. If you’re looking for a more efficient tool to communicate with your patients, I would highly recommend looking at Klara.

Awful patient portal. Where to start? First of all, the text messages generated by the app doesn’t actually switch you to the app, it just opens a new browser window. The stay logged in for 30 days doesn’t do what it says it’ll do and you’ll have to sign in every time anyways. The video call option doesn’t open up the app but instead tries to have the call on a browser. It’s been a miserable experience using the app and honestly I think the developers have designed the app to ensure the users are miserable

Love how accessible my doctor is now. This is a great way to communicate with your doctor. My doctor feels so much more accessible. Instead of calling and leaving a message and hoping they get back to you. Love it!

Easy User Interface, Somewhat Congested Inbox. This app is really nice for communicating more quickly with my doctor. The user interface is very simple. However, I wish conversations I have between them and ones with their office staff were separable into their own message threads. When they get lumped together, it gets confusing. My doctor's receptionist ends up receiving and having to transfer some messages intended for him. Otherwise, it's a very convenient app!

Terrible app with a terrible UX. This app reminds of when we first started doing the internet, no design effort and no consideration for usability. It also constantly freezes when doing even basic things, both on iPad and iPhone. had to get my doctors to send me actual docs because they couldn't be bothered with acting as support for this terrible app.

App Keeps Me Connected To My Doctor. All the information between my doctor & I about appointments or any other information is right at my fingertips! I can usually expect an immediate response, which is awesome!

Outstanding App. This is a great way to be able to stay in contact with your doctor without having to email or call the office. Very simple to use and effective!

VAnderson. I love using Klara. It eliminates having to leave a message for a nurse in a voice mail. And you get an answer much more quickly than when a nurse has to stop what she is doing to return a call. My only complaint is having to scroll to find your birth year. I think a phone-type number system would be easier for people like me who have scroll really far back to find my birth year.

Are you guys even there?. It’s been 3 days now of me just saying hello and getting a message saying “this is a confirmation that your message has been sent. Someone will reply to you shortly” and yet no one responds back FOR 3 DAYS IN A ROW. Just messaged again at 8:50 AM (mountain time, so basically 9:30 for them) and no response and did it again at 9:30 AM and still no response and just checked to see that it just said “we’ll be back tomorrow at 8 AM to 5:30 PM again for the third day... thanks guys really good customer service 👌

Just doesn’t deliver. Preview and demo was great and staff was friendly. Then you sign the contract which is a minimum of 1 year and everything changes. App is not a simple to set up, use and does not deliver what they said it could. One of the answers I received was “I’m sure we can do that but I’ll have to check with support on the details.” Then, “I’m sorry that just won’t work with the system.” My fault for signing too quickly. Support is laughable. Appt times are difficult to get because Fred likes his vacations and his appt windows are minimal. Do yourself a favor and find another communications system. I know I will as soon as possible.

When it’s working. When it works it’s an amazing way to quickly communicate with my doctor. When it’s not working and it’s trying to fix itself or someone else is; it’s ridiculous.

Have to log in from a scratch every time. The app is supposed to remember your device rather than requiring codes and txts etc to confirm your identity. It never remembers my devices even once. It makes messaging on the app a long frustrating process.

App Frozen. I’ve been waiting to hear from my Doctor and now the office is closed and I’m unable to read the important message I’ve been waiting on from my doctor. Left on wait on the chat, emails sent were returned “undeliverable”. Very upsetting. App is frozen and stuck on the screen with only the word Klara on it.

A Timely Service. I like using this app because it is fairly timely. I usually get a rapid response to my questions or requests for appointments.

Good for messages, useless for attachments. This is a convenient app for sending and receiving text messages, but it’s absolutely useless for receiving attachments, as clicking the “forward” or “download” icon opens the attachment but then locks the app on the attachment view. Your only option is to force close the app.

Pain. I have had no relief, I feel like if anything it irritated it. I am in tears please tell me there is some relief for me. I have been doing this with out pain medications, I don’t use tranadol so much because I can’t sleep on it. Please call me

App worked until the update today. Not sure what happened. Was replying to dr. when app updated itself. It sent me to a a front page that asked if I was a provider or patient, and then sent me to a blank page that said nothing except “Go Back.” Please fix Have deleted app in the meantime

Does not retain device memory of 30 days. When logging in, it asks to remember the device for 30 days, but never does. The login is too long and has tons of prompts that should not be needed every time the app is opened

What happened to this app. All my medical information is on this and now I’m unable to login. I was hoping to reach my doctor in hopes of recommending a pulmonary specialist. So sad that this app has decided to go out of business without letting its users.

Super convenient. You are assisted very expeditiously. The responder answer and assist quickly. Change and reschedule in seconds. Most any issues can be resolve.

Try to see a doctor been refuse !!. A week ago I try to see a doctor you guys refuse to see me. Regarles if it was a injury at work or not you guys need to be aware of that you can’t do that if I ask to see my doctor it’s because I need to see a doctor. I’m not happy about this hopefully you guys can provide better service on future.

Terrible App. I can’t access it unless I change my Display settings on my iPhone to a smaller font. For those of us that need a larger font to see, this App certainly does not accommodate. So, unless you want to change settings every time you want to use it, it’s a FAIL.

Unethical Billing Practices. ▶️They increased monthly subscriptions fees mid cycle six months into contract even though our clinic is part time. No justification was given. ▶️Product remains basic and similar platforms are available for 1/4 the price. Will not renew contract. ▶️Avoid them and look elsewhere. -Medical Director.

Easy to navigate.. I’ve only used Klara a few times, but so far it’s been easy to navigate and it’s real time responses with the staff.

Simple and works nicely. I used it as a patient with my doctor and Pharmacy, it worked great and saved me a lot of time.

💩🤕😟🤯🤬😩🙁💩🤕. If it worked it’d be great. Alas the app freezes every time I open it sometimes for days, ever since I signed on three years and two iPhones ago. Started using it with iPhone 6. Now iPhone 8. It’s only gotten worse. Online use is better though. As others have said, why bother offering the app if it doesn’t work?!

This app is not worth it. As one already mentioned, the notifications do not come through from the app. I still receive the text messages then when I click on the link in the message it takes me to safari. Useless

Need help adding a provider. I went on today, February 27, 2023 and can’t find out how to add a provider. I went to help and finally a bar came up for me to type some thing but my message doesn’t show up to you?? You need some fine-tuning here to make it more user-friendly. Thanks for listening.

Disappointing. You’d think that an app would facilitate better communication between patient and provider, but sadly this has not been my experience.

Does not go far enough. The PetDesk app I use for my pets is far better than this app. You can not make and see appointments here. It is only good for messages.

Unable to download forms from doctors office. This app is not user friendly. I have had it for years. I cannot open documents, only view them. The doctors office myst mail them to me.

It works. It does what it supposed to do so I’ll say it’s a good app. Nothing I rate ever gets five stars because nothing is perfect.

Response. Quick response. Easy access. Pertinent.

Phone number verification. Please create a system that doesn’t require a text message to verify identity every single time. A password or using Face ID would be much better than a constant stream of texts to use this tool.
