Does not work and has frequent pop up ads. Lost my Fitbit Charge HR so purchased this app. Big mistake and waste of money. IPhone couldn't find Fitbit so help feature said to turn off Bluetooth on device paired with Fitbit and use another device not paired with Fitbit. What if you don't have another device? I did have IPad so tried using it to find Fitbit. That didn't work either. Didn't matter which room in the house I was in, the arc stayed the same and said I was getting closer however; I never did see the "cold" - "warm" or "hot" notification. In the meantime I had to close pop up advertisements every 30 seconds in order to view the search screen. After an hour of walking through each room in my house I gave up and began searching without the app. Fortunately I found my Fitbit, made sure it was fully charged and then tried using t he app again. Even holding my IPad next to the Fitbit with the app running it couldn't find my Fitbit and yes Bluetooth was on. Don't waste your money on this one!

Found it!. The app works! I searched for over 36 hours and finally asked friends if any apps would help me locate my Fitbit. A friend told me about this app. Starting searching the house with the app on my iPad. Arc kept circling until I started searching my closet. Arc stopped and became a solid half arc. As I walked around the arc nearly filled in and said it’s in this area. Couldn’t believe! My Fitbit had fallen in a basket on the floor. Not sure when I would have found the Fitbit, since I’m seldom looking in that basket. Battery would have died by then also, and not sure app would find it with battery needing recharged.

This app worked perfectly! Found in two minutes!. I rarely write reviews but this app worked perfectly and at no cost to me. Just click through the ads and follow the little meter that shows that you’re getting closer. When you are on it, it goes all the way up. Found it up in the sleeve of a brand new very tight motorcycle jacket! WOW! Thank you thank you thank you so much! You guys are awesome! Other tracking apps wanted money or had me walking all over the yard to incorrect areas.

It actually worked!. I really didn't want to have to pay for an app to find my Fitbit I had on a recent trip. I keep all my chargers & cords in a pouch & had looked in it a few times, but didn't find it. I got this app & it was iffy when I first used it (hard to read the line because it kept moving). Each time I got close to my pouch the line went almost all the way to "you found it". I finally took everything out of the pouch & found it. It had blended in with the color of the lining I couldn't see it. The ads were pretty annoying, but I had an option to pay & get rid of them.

Love this app!. I don’t lose things often and I only had to use this app maybe 4 times. But each time I’ve had to use it, it is accurate. It may take me a few minutes to find it when the bar indicates that I’m getting closer, but my Fitbit is always there somewhere!

Found my FitBit but slightly confusing app. First off, this app is definitely worth the annoying ads. Just put up with them — unless you’d rather pay four bucks for the “premium” version, which is the exact same app but without the ads. As for the features, I found my missing Ace 2 in about 20 minutes (I had no idea where it was but I knew it was somewhere near my device). The app first led me to the wrong Ace 2, but then once I fixed the error (turned off the other device’s Bluetooth), it brought me outside into my yard. I was kind of confused because the little arc kept going back and forth even though I kept walking in the same direction, but eventually it evened out as I walked into my driveway. The arc led me to my car and sure enough, my Fitbit was right underneath the seat. I would never have thought to look there if it wasn’t for this app. The only reason I am taking off a star is because the app won’t tell you what direction you should look to find your Fitbit. It took me a lot of trial and error just to figure out what the app was trying to tell me, and I feel like even a free app should have some kind of direction sensor. Overall, this is a great app and I recommend it to anyone who has lost their Fitbit as long as you’re willing to spend some time looking for it.

Amazing!!. I lost my Fitbit while doing yard work 36 hour ago. I had very little hope and thought my battery could possibly be dead on my Fitbit also. Make sure you download this app on a device that is NOt paired with your Fitbit!! Walked for about 5 min outside and this app said we were getting close. Literally dug in our garden tomato plants for 5 min and there and behold my fitbit charge came off when I was harvesting tomatoes over a day ago. This app works 100%!!!

Found it but.... So with the Fitbit app this app and Fitbit finder we were able to find my moms Fitbit. The app showed that it was on the property. This apps “move closer” is a wide range it went from our garage to our outside shed. Using the Fitbit finder allowed us to make a closer ranger into our outside but a section. Once this app goes “its around here” it’s very spot on. Once we got “it’s around here” it was simple to find. But the move closer has you walking aimlessly so hours not making you very confident in the am I going the right way or not. Be patient and use this along with other apps to help shorten time. Used the free version which does have ads which can be annoying but it’s free. Helped us find a Fitbit in a trash bag in our trash can.

Couldn’t find it right next to it because of low Fitbit battery. I lost my Fitbit and open the app I walked around the house and it was searching for the Fitbit. I walked into a closet and saw the Fitbit on the shelf. I put my iPad right next to it the app said it was searching searching searching and it didn’t find it. What I discovered is the battery on my Fitbit was low. Once I recharged the battery the app found it

Fantastic!. I carry my Fitbit One in my front pocket. I must have dragged it out with my keys, which I threw in my desk drawer at work. That night I noticed my Fitbit was missing. I downloaded Finder for Fitbit and searched my car to no avail. The next morning I used the app to search the parking lot at work. Still nothing. I walked all the way to my office with the app on when it informed me that I was close. I searched all around my desk which the app told me was the strongest signal. I finally opened my desk drawer and there it was. I did not unpair my Fitbit as the app recommends.

Works okay if you follow all the correct steps. First, you have to use a device that is NOT the one paired to your Fitbit. Then, you need to make sure that the Bluetooth is on on this device. If you do these two things, it should work for you. I’m guessing that people who it didn’t work for are not doing one of these simple steps. Giving 3 stars because it isn’t great at signal strength detection. As I walk around my house now knowing where my Fitbit is, the arc is jumping back and forth and it doesn’t really get much weaker or stronger depending on where I am in the house, until I get right up next to the Fitbit

Found my Fitbit. Nov 9,19 I lost my Fitbit on Mon 4th. Turned my Bluetooth on and it was no where in site . So on Wed I back tracked and went to Walmart . Bluetooth connection had stated connected. While at the service desk one of the employees had ask me did I have an app. So I downloaded the app . Immediately the app stated getting warmer . As a result didn’t find the tracker. On Friday I went back to the store and Bluetooth stated connected in the store . Turn my app on and it stated getting warmer closer . One of the employees had stated if it’s stronger at the customer service desk. Let’s take a look. This is the 2nd time app stated warmer getting closer in this area . Well my tracker was found at the Customer Service Desk area in the bottom cabinet . So thumbs up to the Tracker, Bluetooth &and 2 Walmart employees.

Found my lost Fitbit!. Helped me find my Fitbit that was lost for 3 days!!! Super easy to use, just install app on a phone other than the one you use your Fitbit with or disconnect your Fitbit from your Bluetooth settings before having the app search for it. It can't be connected via the Fitbit app AND searched for via this app at the same time.

This app works!. I was walking my neighbors two big dogs at dusk looking forward to increasing my step count for the day. When I returned home I discovered my Fitbit flex was gone. I walked our route again with a flashlight with no luck finding the lost Fitbit. Then I found this app! The next morning I walked the same route again. Three blocks from my house the app indicated the Fitbit was somewhere near and there it was in a pile of leaves! I’m so grateful this app helped me out! I highly recommend.

Not worth it. I lost my fit bit I knew it was within my home able to sink it. I tried using the email to find out how to download to another system and it was returned undeliverable. When something did show up it was not accurate. I was able to find it on my own. Not worth it set an alarm on your Fitbit from the app and listen for the vibration. I do know if you can sink it you are within 15 ft of it. Good luck and don’t wast your money. Not sure after you download it then recommends using another device?? What if all you have is the phone. RIP OFF!!!!

Found!!. This app is awesome, I really appreciate that there’s a free “lite” version of it available. It helped me locate my moms lost Fitbit. My family looked around the house for at least an hour yesterday with no luck. Found this app today and it helped me locate the Fitbit within 5 minutes, if not less. Truly an awesome app and very easy to use. It worked well once I read the instructions to turn the Bluetooth off on my moms phone and used my phone to find her tracker. I have my own Fitbit paired to my phone and was surprised it wasn’t tracking the location of mine while searching for my moms. Thanks for the great app! I definitely recommend it!

Pointless. This app in my opinion is pointless and let me tell you why. I lost my Fitbit in the parking lot at school after I stepped out of my car. There was no one around to ask to borrow a phone to download an app to find my Fitbit. The fact you have to rely on having another device makes this app completely pointless to me. In the time it took me to search I had 4 ads pop up. Not slightly annoying in my opinion! If the app would work with my phone I would buy it to remove the ads. But I can’t spend money on a useless app, so if it ever gets improved I would love to try it again.

Found it!!. I lost my tracker and looked everywhere. I could not find it and thought it lost. I downloaded this app and used it on a different device from my phone. I turned off the Bluetooth and immediately got a signal. After walking around I found a strong signal and searched the area. There it was!! It never gave me a solid line but I got a 3/4 line and then knew the area to search. Thank you. I never would have found it where it actually was!

Actually worked. Was very skeptical at first with all the ads, however moving slowly around house, we found it under a pile of laundry Prior to downloading the app. We searched for an hour. After downloading found it in less than 10 minutes.

Found it!. Lost my Fitbit Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. 2 weeks I’ve searched this house upside down, sideways and every which way possible. I had to use my husbands phone because it would not work with mine since the Fitbit was synced to my phone but it was easy to use and I found it within 15 minutes. Wish I did this the day I noticed it missing. Found it at the very bottom of my toddlers toy box! Thank you!!!

I’m blown away!!. I download so many unnecessary apps to find my Fitbit. I even did free trials for expensive but a friend told me about one more which was this one and I found my Fitbit after 24 hours of searching using the other apps and woke up the next day downloaded this one and in less than 10 minutes I found it. Thank you!!

Worked!. Finds Fitbit as promised is right! I did have to move furniture but I suspected it was under my couch or under something because my new kitten has been stealing and hiding things of all sorts. Definitely not like "right over the metal like a metal detector" accuracy but ruled out 5 rooms in my house that I didn't have to tear apart or my car! THANKS!!!

Found it in two minutes. Left the fit bit on the deck last night the app was able to get it found in two minutes after searching for 30 minutes without the app

Not too bad. It was kind of hard to adapt to at first. Although, if it says to use another device you can just forget your Fitbit in the Bluetooth settings. Then it’s like a metal detector but you still have to really look, it isn’t magic. The ads are ridiculous though, that's why I took a star. 2 ads every 30 seconds was annoying.

This Is For Real!!!. I lost just the hardware (not the band) for my Fitbit flex a week ago and sadly wrote it off as another "I'm just not meant for nice things " moment. Had NO idea when I'd lost it or where. Darn thing came out of the band (how does that even happen?!?). Downloaded this app and behold! Two days later, I tracked it down in our laundry room in the basement. THANK YOU!!!!

Finds lost Fitbit as promised. This is a no frills app that does what it promises. I have misplaced my Fitbit several times, and every time it has located it ... inside shoes, inside the clothes hamper, inside jacket pockets, inside closets, under seat cushions. The premise is very simple: an arc spins on the screen when you're not nearby and starts to become solid as you get closer - the more of the arc that is solid, the closer you are. It's not complicated and it works. Sometimes ads pop up which become annoying, but only mildly so. Click the X and keep going or pay a small one-time fee and skip the ads. Caveat: It won't work with the device that it is synced with, so momentarily you will need to turn blue tooth off on that synced device while searching. For example, I have mine synced to my iPhone, so I turn off blue tooth on my phone and use the app on my iPad. I guess if you only had one device and no partner or friend willing to download the free app, then it won't work. (Developers, if this caveat incorrect, please feel free to say so for other users.)

Found my Fitbit!!!. Amazing! Was not able to sleep knowing I lost my Fitbit. Got this app All I had to do is check my original Fitbit app and get Fitbit model I own Click on my model in this app. It started searching immediately ! Walked around the apt still was looking. Went to the car app said I was getting closer. Opened the back door TADA. FOUND!!! Now I can go to bed and sleep.

Kids!. One of the kids lost their Fitbit somewhere in the house. I decided to try the app and see if it worked. I had to remove all of the other fit bits in the house so they were not connected to the WiF(grandma took the fit it’s for a ride 🤣) but within about 10 min I was able to find the fit bit in the garage of all places! We would have never found the fit bit without the help of the app!

It told me it was in the area. The app let me know it found a signal but didn’t really show if I was “hot” or “cold”. I left it on a window sill, and I had walked by the area several times. The arc never colored in more when I was close to it until the last time I walked by. Maybe they wanted to have me click on enough advertisements to make it worth their while? I’m thankful to have found it so I appreciate the app.

Worked great, but constant pop-ups. It helped me find my Fitbit relatively fast. The app did have trouble differentiating between what floor my Fitbit was on. The signal was strong, but nowhere to be found. I thought it could be in that very spot - but upstairs (where the signal became stronger once I got to that spot above where so originally was). I was happy I found my Fitbit in about 3 minutes. Thumbs up!!

DON’T BOTHER. This app is HORRIBLE!!! Lost my fitbit in my house about a week ago, so got this after reading some of the reviews. What a joke!! It shows it working and working then the tracker says walk around, so I do...and it immediately starts working and working again and never gets past the 25% mark on the bar. I walk slowly then more quickly hoping that I can get a better idea before it starts the working, working thing again with no luck!! The bar shows up in several parts of the house so I have no idea even what area it is in? I am going to see about getting a refund! Save your money and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!

The last place I would’ve looked. I downloaded three other apps to find my Fitbit. None of them worked despite being more expensive. My Fitbit had fallen into a rarely used book basket. I had been searching all day but it would’ve been months before I used that basket and found my Fitbit. Thank you!!

Made me into a believer. I didn't think this app worked, even though the reviews were good. I had been searching for my Fitbit for daaaayyyssss , I had pretty much given up. I have a 1 year old so he likes to hide my stuff! I had no idea where it was in our house so I just went to each room and used the app. It's kind of like a game of hot & cold (getting closer, its around here ) lol but it worked and I'm forever grateful for this app!!!

Lost FB Blaze in Pile of leaves. So I lost my Fitbit Blaze in a large pile of leaves I was dumping in the woods. I only noticed it was gone not when it popped off. Could have been in the first load or the fourth. Downloaded this app and it worked like a champ. We confirmed it was in the pile vs somewhere else and with a little maneuvering we got a quick full strength hit. It was on the edge of the pile so that was lucky. But the app absolutely worked. Even if it had be deeper in the pile and I never found it, I'd praise the app. It is awesome.

Good at narrowing down vicinity, then it's up to you.. This app has become annoying with all the pop-ups, but if you know the general area of where your fitbit is, it's just a few minutes of closing out ads (every 30 seconds or so) while the app hunts down your fitbit. It'll tell you when you're close, but expect to do some digging if it's not out in the open (mine had fallen in a pile of laundry).

I found it!. After two days of searching and worrying that I lost my fitbit for good, I tried this free app. I was close to paying $6 for an app but I tried this first. And I'm so glad I did! I knew it was in my bedroom somewhere. Turns out it was in one of my drawers still clipped to a shirt I was wearing. The ads are kind of annoying but well worth it to be able to find it.

Works BUT!. It found my wife’s Flex 2, but at a price. I wasn’t going to pay for the app without testing it. I first installed it on her iPhone, which the Flex 2 was paired too. It could not locate the Flex 2, but the pop up ads worked spectacularly, I mean without fail!! I had to download the app onto my iPhone; free one again... until it works! This time I located her Flex 2 in a pocket in clothes hanging on a clothes hook. So I guess I still have to experiment because she needs to be able to find it when I’m not around and I really don’t want to pay for the app twice. The only thing that works better than the app are the pop up ads. I did not find them mildly annoying. They were very annoying!!

Worked for Me. I downloaded this App after misplacing my Fitbit Hr for 3 weeks. I knew it was in my bedroom and when I got to the spot the Arc became thick - I found my Fitbit right under my bed where I noticed the change. I could not believe it at first. I just reached under my bed not knowing what was there because I figured the App can’t be that good, It took me looking in the right spot though, because the App did not detect until I was on top of it.

Great product. Better to interface and more intuitive to use than other available apps. It also was the ONLY app out of 5 that I tried that mentioned that you can't find a devic3 paired to the phone with which you're searching. Additionally, Bluetooth on paired devices must be turned off. That's super helpful info and led to me finding the Fitbit in about 5 minutes. The ads are god awful, but the helpful info was well worth the aggravation.

Found my Fitbit!. We had searched about an hour then downloaded this app, walked around a few minutes & found my Fitbit One clipped to the plastic bags that need recycled; they were hanging from the door to the garage. Evidently my Fitbit One jumped from my shorts pocket to the bags when I checked to make sure the overhead garage door was closed. We would have never looked there without this app.

So happy this app actually work!. I was looking for my Fitbit for 3 days and it was no where to be found. I literally turned my whole house upside down and I was about to give up.... but I decided to google “how to find my Fitbit” and this app ad came up so I decided to install it. I went to every room in my house with this app and it directed me closer and closer to my bedroom. It lead me to my bed, so I undid my bed and still couldn’t find it. I’m like “come on, it says my Fitbit is around here!!” Then it donged on me to look under the bed. Guess what?! Lord be hold, it fell under my bed. It must’ve fell in between the crack of my bed headboard and bed. I’m so happy that I found it!! This app is so awesome. Thank you! Thank you!!

Worked great for me. If you are like me and have lost your Fitbit in your house/garage this is a great free app. I am pretty sure however that this app. WONT help you find your Fitbit if it is truly lost(meaning you have no idea where it is). If like me, you know for sure it's in your house somewhere this is a great app. As long as you have A DEVICE to use it with THAT IS NOT PAIRED TO YOUR FITBIT! This app only works with something not paired to your Fitbit so you may need to borrow a friends phone download it on there and then look. It's sort of like playing that game where you find something by asking "am I getting hotter or colder?" And hotter means you are closer.... this app shows you when you are getting closer... my Fitbit was under a couch cushion where I never would have looked!

Found my Fitbit. I’m extremely glad I gave this app a try, worth every penny. I lost my Fitbit 3 days ago, I looked everywhere but had no luck. I was a bit skeptical about this application but decided to give it a try since my Fitbit battery was getting very low. I did exactly as it said and what do you know, it lead me exactly to it. It was in my jean pocket. I highly recommend this great application.

Lost in thick lawn. I lost my Fitbit when my dogs were playing with each other in my neighbors stick lawn. Are used this app on my wife’s phone since I knew the general area it was in, and it led me to within 6 inches and I felt around with my hand and found it after a few minutes.

Really works, constant ads are annoying.. This app is great! I’m always forgetting where I put my Fitbit around my house and this app defiantly works! It only works if your Fitbit is charged though, if it’s dead it won’t pick it up. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the constant ads that I would have to pay to remove.

Fit Bit Locater. I tried it in a controlled test to see how it worked. Placed the Fitbit blaze at other end of house and then launched the app. The meter scale did show an increase as I approached having started about 60 feet away. When I was literally 6 inches away from the tracker, it still only showed about half way on the meter scale. It stayed that way whether I was 10 feet away or in another nearby room. Didn’t get me as close as I would have liked.

Thought it was lost forever. So I took my Fitbit off at the pool and put it in one of the bags we had... when I got home I dumped everything out and could not find it, went through everything about 3 times and I was certain it got lost at the pool.... laying in bed I found this app and it said it was close, so I went downstairs and the bar got bigger- it was in the hidden pocket of the diaper bag- I would never have found it there!! So grateful for this app!!!!

What is this?. A friend recommended I download so I gave it a try. Well first off way to put so many ads in something that a person who would be looking for something would feel like they must pay you to get rid of them to find their lost item. Second when I tried it the fitbit sitting 3 ft away on a table could not be found, the app kept suggest (as if I didn’t know) the Fitbit needed to be pair with my device lol thanks but if I own it and am using it it’s paired. What a waste of time and anyone who pays full price a waste of money

free version does not work. Perhaps the paid version works better. I tried the free version, and the ad interruptions were ridiculous, occurring every 5 seconds. My DIL came over to help me look outside and ended up putting on a paid version of a different app that was running a sale, costing one dollar that day, normally about 3.99. We found my Fitbit ONE in about three minutes with the different app, after looking for an hour with this free app. Not even close. I would give it NO stars, but didn’t know if it was an option. Perhaps the paid version of this app would work, but the free was a waste of time.

Ad Packed Scam App. It couldn’t find my Ionic which was 3” away It shows the watch and some little circle thing then afs pop up from not only trying to get you to buy the PRO app, but other apps trying to get you to download them I got this cause the other fitbit finder app is only good for the old and most out dated devices It does have the Ionic in the listing So seen this one does, but it doesn’t find mine Says to use another device ??? If I wanted to use another device I wouldn’t be putting the app on my phone 😆 So it gets a LUCKY “1” ⭐️ rating and then deleted Glad it was “FREE” 😂 Guess I have to use one of those little disc thing that you attach to stuff then you can locate where it is by the disc Going to have a disc hanging from my Fitbit so I can find it 😠 This app is JUNK it either wants you to pay or it won’t work or it wants to spam you with ads while telling you it’s still searching for your fitbit which just might be only 3” away

Disappointing. Went to ad my watch (fitbit sense) and it’s not even a choice from the list you provide!

Super helpful. This app is great, you don’t even have to be connected to the watch to go and find it. The radar is super helpful so it’s really easy to know how far away you are from your Fitbit. I’m one of those people that always loses their watch, and this is one of the reasons for why I highly recommend getting this app. The only annoying thing is it always flashes up with ads, but you can upgrade to get rid of em. Thanks!!

It is ok. I like the app it did help me find it but the adds don’t get me started on the adds. It took me half a hour looking for it because of the add and to fix adds it wants you to pay. (I could of fond it on my own with out paying) but with the finding bit and not the adds involved it was a good app.

Woohoo. I lost my fit flex at work, for a week I was looking but only had time once to use the app early in the week. After hours I decided to se it, it took me to it and I only had to lift some wood. Great app. 5 stars from me.

Doesn’t work. A pointless app that doesn’t work. I literally had my phone in my right hand and my Fitbit on my left wrist and the app did absolutely nothing. Not to be relied upon in an actual emergency.

Free version is complete rubbish. I used this free version. Happy to upgrade if I got any confidence it worked. So annoying with the ads on the free version but ok they want you to buy the upgrade. My issue is the free version was rubbish. I was <1m from my Fitbit and got no better indication than 15m away. If you want people to upgrade you have give some confidence with the freebie. Or maybe you just don’t t have anything in either version worth pursuing. I’m left thinking complete Pooh.

Finding my child’s Fitbit.. My daughter is a bit airy fairy when it comes to taking care of things. She had misplaced her Fitbit and wanted to find it! This app helped us do that in around 10 minutes. Ads were a bit annoying but you get that I guess! One of the best apps ever. I love it!!!

Fitbit App. The most annoying App I’ve had the displeasure of using. Constant ads that you have to wait for the cross to come up to delete. You suffer the same ads for more seconds than the finder works. Even when you repeatedly press get rid of ads they still spam this free App. The pro keeps asking for $5.00 which overrides the fee App. And it failed to locate the Fitbit even when it was a hands width away. I found my fit bit by setting alarms and waiting to feel the vibration. Don’t use this App if you don’t have patience and an expectation of a good experience or result.

Found FitBit Ionic < 1min. Found my device in under a minute after downloading App onto unrelated device, and turning off Bluetooth on my synced device as this app suggested. Feeling relieved!!

Pretty good. Fitbit was in my pants pocket in the wardrobe. Took me about 10 mins to find. The locator display could be better.

Absolute rubbish/possible scam?. Straight off the bat the app tells me it cannot pick up signals from my device (Versa) and that I have to disconnect Bluetooth, download and activate the app on another device. Great... I hit ‘Try anyway’ only to be bombarded with advertisements and a screen interrupting me every ten seconds trying to get me to upgrade to a Pro plan. I JUST PAID $10 FOR THIS ONE AND IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK!!!

Perfect, Good, Great, Bad, TERRIBLE. Every 2 seconds an ad pops up. Then a pop up says “Get the FitBit Finder Pro” so i click “use the app for free so it takes me to another ad! Then I found my FitBit (by myself) and i clicked the “I Found It!” button and its says glad we could help! FIX YOUR APP!!

Worked but not worth it. It worked for sure but between ads it makes it take twice as long to find. You’re probably better off just looking for it, or using it for like 10 seconds to find the general area then quitting

Love it!. I was really stressing out when I lost my Fitbit ace. I went onto App Store to see if there was a app to help me find it and I found this app. I wasn’t working at first but when I went to my room it went really high. I thought I left it at a friends place but it turns out it was near my desk. I love this app it works so well. But I don’t like how your so close to finding where it is then a add comes up. Like you get mad because you want to find it now! But I totally recommend this app!

Helpful. It actually took me to near where my Fitbit was located, but I still had to look a bit as it was still clipped onto my clothes that I had on....very happy to have found it 😀

Frustratingly useless. Why this needs to connect through Facebook is beyond me. Does ‘find my phone’ connect through Facebook? No. Jam packed with ads and constant reminders to go premium to avoid them. I think I’ll just find my watch by myself thanks. Deleted it quick smart.

The. Most. Useless. App.. Anyone who wants to actually find it, I advise you to not use this app. You might as well just keep on searching for than use this app, unless you want to waste your time.

Pretty useless. It did so one thing, let me know that the device was in the house. But that’s about it. It was in a completely different room. Whether I walked closer to the device or further, the scanner didn’t change to indicate if I was getting warmer or colder. I get you have to pay for the ad-free version, but man, it’s incessant. Happy to put up with the ads if the scanner worked better. But I wouldn’t waste your time. I eventually found my device but using another app that gave me percentages as I got closer/ further.

Sanity Saver. A great app for finding a Fitbit device. Somehow the Fitbit was mixed with some clothes in a drawer and the app found it without a problem. Well worth the payment if considering this app, the ads pop up often but do not detract from the search.

Best app ever. A true lifesaver. I lost my Fitbit Ionic about a week ago after I charged it and the next day it went missing/wasn’t where I left it. I forgot about it for a few days but then I remembered that it was lost and I panicked because I thought I lost it when I was out and about. I was surprised that my Fitbit synced with my phone so I knew it was in my house. I went to the App Store and found this app and tried it for the first time. The adds were a bit annoying but at least it was a great app you could get free. I thought I lost my Fitbit in my room but when I was using the app, I decided to check downstairs and I started getting closer. To my surprise I found my Fitbit in a drawer underneath the bookshelf, hidden underneath papers. This app is amazing, compared to those other apps which cost over five dollars. I found my Fitbit for free with this app and I would still pay money for another app, if this one didn’t work but I wanted to give this free app a try. If I didn’t find this app, my Fitbit would end up lost for a few months until someone randomly came across it. The battery of my Fitbit was running low and if it died then it wouldn’t be able to send a Bluetooth signal to any device and no tracker app would be able to find it. It took 7 minutes to find and the ads were a bit annoying but it’s free and it did what it needed to; found my Fitbit. This app found my Fitbit where I wouldn’t of searched and it was one of the last places I thought it would be. It was so satisfying finding my Fitbit and for that arc to turn black. I am so happy now and if anyone has lost their Fitbit they should find it for free with this app!

Pointless. Too many ads, and not accurate at all. My fitbit ended up being in our laundry pile, but no matter where I was on the main floor of our house, it told me i was getting close. Useless app.

Not very helpful. The app only shows you how close/far you are from your Fitbit. It doesn’t show you were it actually is. So it’s fine if you just lost your Fitbit in your house but if you forgot it at a friends house or anywhere other than your house i don’t think this app would work very well

Never seen an app with so many ads. Literally every 5-10 seconds it would stop tracking and pull up an ad or ask me to buy the full version. I wasn’t able to find my device because it kept resetting when I was getting close.

Garbage. Tried using it for 30 minutes adds popped up every minute. In the end didn’t even come close to my Fitbit so I went to a paid app and found it within a minute. I guess you get what you pay for it did cost me seven bucks, which was well worth and the app works for another week.

This App Sucks. Shows ads every 5 seconds, then pops up asking to buy premium and won’t let you exit.

Gets the job done. I thought it would be a waste but my 11 year old couldn’t remember where he put his inspire. I didn’t want to pay for an app so I tried this one. App doesn’t work for Alta Hr. I misplaced my fitbit 2 days ago, I recently downloaded the app again as the app helped me last time. I sync my fitbit manually, and I could tell based on synced information to my phone — the watch was within Bluetooth radius but not sure where. I found my fitbit this morning in a different coat pocket. The app wasn’t able to get a signal yesterday in any room (despite waiting .5 hrs in each room). Would not recommend with Alta Hr. 👎🏻

Don’t download. All it does is bring you to like your TV your computer your phone your tablet your wall it doesn’t even bring you to your watch so don’t download it there’s a lot of ads

Hard to use. Unfortunately it keeps promotion for the purchased version so I am unable to really use this. I would recommend the cheaper version “find my Fitbit”

It works!. My Fitbit was dead and the app still found it for me! I honestly thought it was a trick at first because I was close but couldn’t pinpoint the location (the ads don’t help). With a little persistence, sure enough, the line went all the way over and I should have been right on top of it. Just searched through everything in that exact location (I was able to pinpoint it to a spot on my bed), sure enough, it tumbled out! Thanks! The ads are annoying, even one less ad per minute would make a huge difference 🤣

Never finds my Fitbit. I have a Charge HR in near mint condition (I work with food so it's usually on my ankle under a sock) and I try to "find my Fitbit" and it never finds it even though I know it's right in front of me across the room! I wanted to make sure it would find it before I trust it and the spinner just keeps spinning! Eventually an error comes up about pairing, my Fitbit has been paired to my phone for over a year so it's not user error! I would change my review if the problem is fixed but as it stands HR doesn't work!

Found it!. Found my Fitbit within minutes but would’ve been better if there was a map showing the signal being emitted from the Fitbit

It helped me find my fit bit one!. It will only work if your Fitbit has some battery left. I used the same phone that is paired to the Fitbit to scan the place and it worked just fine, in spite that the app recommends to use a different device.

It works awesome!!!!. The signal meter got stronger as I got closer, which led me to the correct room. By making a couple sweeps around I noticed one particular area where the meter got slightly stronger. To my astonishment my iphone was right on top of the missing Fitbit. It pinpointed the location down to 2 inches!

Worked great!!. My son lost his while at football practice. Worked perfectly. Found it within 10 minutes. Once I started getting s signal, just had to walk around a bit further for the signal to start getting better and it led me straight to it.

Review. The app isn’t bad, it’s was just a little confusing to use until I read the instructions to find it. The most annoying part are the ads. They’ll pop up every 5 seconds, and are constantly in the way when you’re right about to find your Fitbit.

No option for Fitbit Charge in update. It use to work for my Fitbit Charge before the update. You forgot to include the Fitbit Charge as an option in the update. Only lists Fitbit Charge HR or Fitbit Charge 2. Developer response to the issue was timely and very helpful.

Yes, it helps. This app won’t find your Fitbit FOR you, but it will point you in the right general direction. The strength meter can be maddening as it rises and falls unpredictably as you step around in a big circle waving your iPhone. A very strong signal means you might be less than 2 meters (6 feet) away from your Fitbit... maybe. btw yes I found it.

The app worked.. The ad piped up so much I almost gave up trying to use the app. What a user needs to see is that it works first before upgrading to the pro. Spent half the time fighting the adds while trying to look for the fit bit and almost deleted it because of the 30 sec ads issues.

It works !. I got home from grocery store and realized my fit bit was not on my person. Went back to store and soon as I walked in the door it pinged... leading me to the customer service desk where I found my fit bit !

The app itself describes the ads as annoying, which is an understatement, and states it slows the search as an incentive to upgrading to the paid version. What a scam, this kind of intentionally deceptive app has no place in the App Store. Stay away from this app, and in spite of frequently clicking to minimize the pop ups it didn’t help me find the Fitbit. Like a panhandler they just want some cash to leave you alone.

Okay Sooooo. Okay so I was being quite stupid when I got this app cuz I though I lost my fit bit, but it turned out to be in the pocket of my coat so 😂🙄. This app gave me the general vicinity of the Fitbit it however did not help me find it 100%. And if I didn’t need it I would have thrown my phone out the window primary because of the ads.

Took 90 seconds!. Knew my Inspire 2 was in the house. Was able to track it down to the pocket of a bathrobe (don’t ask 🤣). Ads were annoying but mission accomplished. Beats paying for the other apps. Well done & thanks!!

Found it fast. Daughter lost Fitbit in car after it climbing over seats. It fell off and dropped into my duffle bag side pocket. We used the app, search car with phone scanning in hand, nothing. Went in side and up stairs and arc grew and grew and grew. A quick search of our luggage and bam. Yehaaa

Spams you with constant ads and doesn’t work. I constantly lose my Fitbit and tried to use this app to hunt it down, but that was impossible. First there was a pop asking me to upgrade to pro every three seconds (literally) followed by an ad. Making me have to stop searching, click away the pop up and reload the search. If that wasn’t bad enough the app didn’t even work, it pointed me to the wrong side of the house! Don’t download this app. (iPhone 6s & Fitbit Blaze)

Found quickly. Couldn’t find the watch after looking for almost an hour. Found it within 3 minutes of downloading. It had fallen into a shoe. Amazing how quickly it worked.

Helps. Works but is not very informative. It may say you are close but scans and gives you no direction . It may not find it again. In our case it said it may be close while on the second floor....indicated this twice. Then got an indication on the main floor...finally went to the basement underneath the earlier warnings to find it.

Best app for finding lost FitBit. My toddler hid my watch and didn’t remember where put it. After 5 days searching the house and this was the 3rd app I had downloaded trying to find watch. This app found my watch in less than 5 mins.

Worked for me.. If you lose your Fitbit there are a number of apps to help you find it. This one was free and it helped me find mine, though I knew it had to be in one particular outdoor area. Since it knows you’re staring at your phone you have to clear an ad every 20 seconds but I gave it a shot before spending $6 on one.

Found lost Fitbit. Download the app and found my Fitbit within 10 minutes. Had been looking for it for two hours prior. Was doing yard work and had fallen off in to some mulch I had just put down and was buried. Thank goodness for this app or I would still be looking!

The best free app!. Make sure you go to your Bluetooth phone settings and click “Forget this Advice” for your Fitbit. The arc gets bigger when you’re closer to your Fitbit, and it was completely full when I finally found it! Just make sure you unpair Bluetooth or you won’t be able to use the app to find your Fitbit

Wow! Found my Fitbit. I lost my Fitbit and tried other find my Fitbit apps that were not helping at all (one even was searching for tablets vs a Fitbit). I found my Fitbit in less than 10 minutes without having any clue where it was except somewhere in my house.

Totally worked!. I wasn't sure if I lost it at work or a dinner I went to after work but I installed this app and even after it warned me about using a device that wasn't paired, it still helped me locate it in our conference room where I was last at before leaving work!

Does not work👎🏻👎🏻. I recently lost my Fitbit Versa and could not find it anywhere. I downloaded this app in hopes of just getting some idea of what room it was in. It continued searching for a very long time and did not locate it. I said a prayer to Saint Anthony and continued to look. I soon found it in a purse that I had already searched multiple times. In conclusion, if you’ve lost your Fitbit, don’t waste your time with this app. Say a prayer to Saint Anthony and it will turn up soon enough!😊

Found It as promised. This definitely works as promised but if you tend to lose it often I would think you would need to upgrade as every time an ad pops up you have to wait for the app to resync.

Found. Initially, this app did not work because I put the wrong Fitbit type in. After double checking the type in my Fitbit app, I corrected the Fitbit type and found it a few minutes later- definitely a fan! Will buy the pro one if I ever need it again

Actually works. Couldn’t find my sons fitbit. I took it near my other Fitbit to ensure it worked. When it’s close to a device it says “it’s around here”. It says “you’re getting closer” and “walk around here” that doesn’t mean anything, but when it says “it’s around here”....it actually is!

Works great. Need to know the general area to find it, but if you can retrace you steps it works wonderfully. I’ve found my Fitbit (and some of my friends) multiple times. If you go into airplane mode but keep Bluetooth on, it works without the adds ;)

Saved my sanity. I lost my Fitbit One yesterday. My brilliant son suggested we sync it and it was able to sync at home. This handy app showed us exactly where it was. Safely under my car seat. Found missing One after 5 days. It didn’t take me to the exact spot but pretty darn close. After circling my dresser and getting positive feedback I found it in my sock drawer. The battery was almost dead but it still worked.

Can’t believe it. The ads are annoying, however, I actually did find my husband’s Fitbit versa in between the seat and console of the car. I was skeptical at first, but I didn’t give up. Unbelievable!

It actually works!. I found my moms Fitbit inspire even though it wasn’t paired to this phone. It had fallen deep in a basket of blankets in a closet and the app managed to lead me there from the other side of the house. Was pleased to see I wasn’t being lead around foolishly.

Find my fit bit. At first I thought it wasn't working, but I kept looking. After 15 minutes I located it inside a bathroom drawer inside a curling iron holder. Funny thing, when I was directly below it on a lower level it told me I was close. That made me look upstairs, and I eventually found it!!

Keeps declining my credit card. I have tried7 times to purchase finder for fitbit pro. My card keeps gettin declined. I have checked the credit card and re-entered the number. Turned off tablet and turned it back o n and tried again. Declined. I called my credit card company and they advised charge was on old card not the new one I updated. Worked!. What a help! I couldn't find my Fitbit all day and was getting worried so I downloaded this app and was able to find it in a matter of time! Turns out my Fitbit fell in-between my dressers so I'd don't see it on the ground or on the dresser (where I normally leave it at night). Really happy!

Skeptics be relieved. My gf had lost her Fitbit Alta for a few days. She googled ways to find her Fitbit and stumbled upon this app. Within minutes, this app helped us find it. We were both pretty surprised that it actually worked. The only con is the constant ads.
