Fun, time consumer. I enjoyed all the cute animals and scenery. The pictures definitely made the hidden items a challenge to find. I hope they add more or make another one.

Relaxing yet hones focus… otherworldly & beautiful. This game is my new fave. I think having an underlying appreciation for all species & their interconnected ness makes this even more appealing to me. The graphics & audio, the entire interface all work together to make this a gentle game that hones one’s focus but is also a relaxing escape. It is not without challenge but somehow is completely positive (in contrast with games like Prune, which takes one’s emotions up & down a bit).

Found a true gem. This is such a cool app/game. I love the art and music. I read the story about how this game came to be and felt compelled to leave a review. Not too much to say other than it’s a very relaxing experience and I look forward to whatever else these developers do. Nice work. My daughter and I love looking for the hidden objects together.

Hidden gem.. An absolute beautiful, hidden gem in the app store. This game brings me pure tranquility, which I've yet to find in the many meditation/relaxation apps available. The aesthetic is gorgeous, and the sound/music is divine. I've never heard a soundtrack as such that makes me feel completely at ease, I would love to be able to download it just for meditation! It's not too easy or difficult. It just flows. I do wish the levels were a little longer, or became longer as you move through the game. The game, overall, is not long enough - I would willingly pay for more! This game just brings me an overwhelming sense of peace, which I was not expecting, and now I crave more. Please add more to this game! It's truly unique and special - one of a kind. Thank you.

The perfect hidden object game. I can’t even express how much I love this game...and how much I wish there were more levels and more games like this. It’s beautiful visually and audibly. This is the first game that I haven’t immediately turned all of the sounds off on. To the developers- please, please make more levels

Beautiful!. Gorgeous visuals and music, and gets more a bit more difficult as it goes. A really great balance of calm and challenging that makes for a relaxing and engaging puzzle. I’d buy a sequel or a major update in the same style in a heartbeat! I’m also a fan of Myst, Gris, Journey, Sky, Flower, Monument Valley 1 & 2, Blendoku, Blue Block, and Townscaper. I wish more games were as aesthetically pleasing as well as interesting to play as these are, and Under Leaves fits right in that list of enjoyable beauties.

Doesn’t work on AppleTV. Controllers (AppleTV or third party) don’t work with current version of game and AppleTV. The arrow drags around, but no clicking with any button works.

Incredibly beautiful and the music is lovely. The art style is wonderful, and adds to the mystery of seeking the items that the animals need. The music is soft and sets a great atmosphere. My only complaint was how short the game is. It took me about an hour to beat, and cost me two dollars of quick (but satisfying) entertainment.

Serenity Now!. I’m always on the prowl for artfully executed experiences that are truly relaxing from beginning to end, and have found that they are more difficult to find than one would expect. I cannot abide the myriad flashing-light, garish, UGLY, tsunami-coined, screaming “freemium” games that have been increasingly clogging the front pages of the App Store for years, so stumbling upon the quiet wonder that is Under Leaves is a joy. I prefer digital journeys, not challenges, as life proffers plenty of those as it is; I want to escape depression and angst, not find it in my games. I’m just hoping that the developers will update their beautiful offering with many more animals and scenes in the future: maybe add a few from North America?? Bravo, guys, can’t wait for more!

Creepy Fun. We enjoy playing as a family, taking turns or trying to find the most. Also we like the music.

This is the most relaxing game ever, for real. Lots of games claim to be relaxing, but then they have a countdown timer, or twitchy controls, or limited lives or something. This game is truly relaxing. Beautiful art, excellent atmospheric sound, no pressure at all. Only minus is that it’s not scaled to fill an iPad Pro screen, so I have an extra black border around the edge. It’s not that big a deal.

Meditate. Often what makes a good game is not the game itself, but the way it is created. That is a perfect example of why this game works. Normally I do not enjoy search and find games, but this is different, due, in my opinion, to the reason that the searching is as much of a pleasure as the finding. This app is a great thing to use if you are in bed and you just want to mellow out. It has organic sounds that remind me of places with life, and a very slight ongoing musical chorus over it. As you play, the search does get tougher, but not finding the items just means you get to relax longer By the way, I am 45, and I love playing this game. It’s not just for kids.

Good game bad interface. The game is beautiful and challenging. But bad interface. It teaches you to find the things then press check. Then in the same upper right corner is the reset progress button, followed by a check or x decision which my three year old always presses check. Doesn’t understand what the menu does, why is it so easy to find in common familiar workflow ??!

Lovely. My 3 year old adores this game, and I love the sounds. So serene and peaceful. It is surprisingly challenging. She has completed the game 5 or 6 times and still plays it daily. It is a lovely and well made game. So calming and such a nice change of pace for kids games...

No Updates in a Year?. This game is visually stunning. Whimsical, adventurous, complicated and fun to do. Sometimes maddening. Most of all, relaxing to look at, even the more difficult levels. Very zen for a search and find game. My only complaint is that there hasn’t been an update in a year. I’d pay for it if the developers came back and paid attention to those of us aching for new levels. Come back!

Fantastic. This game is just wonderful I don’t bother with the music because the backgrounds themselves are very soothing as there is no timer, no annoying pop up asking if you have reviewed the app and the only downside is I’m getting bored with the same animals how about an update. That being said I don’t know how often I have restarted just to play it again and it’s a game any age group can play, if they have the patience.

I vary rarely do reviews. This is really such a simple design, done beautifully. It becomes welcomingly challenging as the game goes on. This is near enough the only game, other than a bit of rush hour, I play on my phone (I might add i’m a 30+ year gamer) Perfect for public transport, waiting rooms, bathroom breaks & anywhere else you need to escape for a bit. Tranquil sounds are very soothing. This game has also never, not once, prompted me to give it a rating - unlike some of those incredibly annoying apps that ask every.single.time - regardless if you have done it or not. Well done 👍🏻 Please add more content, much love.

Why Unity platform?. I would have given 5 stars but there is no option for opting out of Unity Analytics. I will play game through once and then delete the app. Sorry developers it’s a nice game but I like my privacy better. If I am in error then please reply and I will amend my comments and rating.

Wonderful - just what I needed!. Really enjoyed playing this all the way through - got challenging enough to make me pause and think. Now that it’s done, it would be wonderful (if the developers are listening!) if the navigation icons could fade away after a period of inactivity to leave the beautiful moving / audio background of the various levels as ambient artwork. I love leaving the game running, just to have the nature and music sounds liven up my office, but the navigation icons detract from the beauty of the imagery. [Previous review - now back at work and mostly over my cold: Stuck at home with a horrible cold and I needed something beautiful, decently but not overwhelmingly challenging, and soothing - this fits that bill!]

I love it. It is beautiful, but maybe you should add more animals or a new area on the map? Like a safari with hyenas. And I would love to even see insects or spiders looking for a small snack.

Relaxing. It’s a good little game. Very relaxing. The music and artwork is nice, but I agree with other reviews - I wish you could maybe toggle the sound effects and be able to mute the game entirely, so you can listen to your own music or a podcast while playing.

Make more levels or stop charging for the app.. Fine enough game. Not worth paying for. Only two and a half worlds, with very little difficulty.
