Incredible. That is how I wanna start this review out incredible yes I have never ever had such polite and considerate customer service in my life , they actually treated me like I was a human being not just a number on a spread sheet , they care about my well being and my mental health more than anyone I have ever delt with , I give them five stars because that’s all the stars they will allow. Dr Shugrue. I have been with Dr Shugrue since he was in Calera I have followed him wherever he went he knows everything about me and everything that has happened to me he has always been there for me and I appreciate it so much I wouldn’t want to ever change to another doctor He is a fantastic doctor and has always been good to me and listens to what ever I need to tell him he is very kind patient and cares about his patients I wish him the best in his new adventure in his new position going with the Journey facility I have prayed for all of you and Taylor is a great nurse I refuse to go another doctor Appreciate all y’all do for me Thanks for everything

Extremely Useful. This app is WAY better than any other communication device that you’d consider in your clinic. The ability to assign conversations, auto replies, saved messages is a complete lifesaver, and then internal notes are literally the best. No other clinic I’ve worked at is a good at communicating as we are, and it’s because of Spruce.

Covenant Care LOP Scott Perrnod. Dr Perrnod has always been available and goes over and above for his clients. However, I had a dosage error from the pharmacy which gave me an overdose scare so I used the Spruce App and almost immediately Scott was able to determine the mistake and get the problem solved within a few minutes. Ever since Dr. Perrnod has taken me as a client I have found my pain management medication is working better and I feel we’re going in the right direction. I would recommend both Dr. Perrnod and the Spruce App.

Texting your Doctor!. Imagine a world where anytime you had a health question you could just shoot a text to your doctor about it. It’s here! I love Spruce! Easy communication and appointment making. And it’s all there on record so you can go back and make sure you have it right. Plus virtual visits with the doctor—you can stay sick on your couch and get some answers! It’s amazing.

Can’t use two devices. I have the App on my iPad and my iPhone with the same login, preferring to use my iPad. I have discovered that the message thread does not show up on both devices, the conversation on the iPad does not show up on the iPhone. I see this as a real problem. There are times when one device is more convenient than the other. Also, if you were having a medical emergency and lost battery power on one device, you would loose the message thread and any important information sent by your doctor. I do like the convenience of the App but this improvement would be good.

Get Spruce NOW!. Are you on the fence about switching your practice over to Spruce? If so, I have only one piece of advice: get Spruce NOW! Are you worried about the headache of getting your phone and fax lines ported over to Spruce? Again, I have only one piece of advice: get Spruce NOW! Are you unsure of how much your practice will grow in the upcoming months/years and wondering whether or not Spruce will be able to accommodate the changing needs of your growing practice? Again, I have only one piece of advice: get Spruce NOW! As a private practice psychologist who is currently growing his practice at a rapid rate, I too had all of these concerns/questions… But with in the first half hour of my initial consultation with the amazing members of the Spruce team, my concerns vanished! And now, less than one week in, all of my phone/fax numbers have been successfully ported, my questions promptly answered, and my Spruce system in perfect working order! I could not be happier, my clients could not be happier, and I simply could not give Spruce a higher endorsement! Get a Spruce NOW! Trust me, you will thank yourself almost immediately!!!

Very difficult to add provider. Although the process sounds so simple it has been very difficult to add my provider to my Spruce profile. I clicked on the link my provider sent and could only create my Spruce profile. I emailed Spruce’s customer service and they sent me a link to add my provider. I didn’t work. It’s taken me a better part of my day and I’m still not able to add my provider. This is stressful and time consuming. I’ve used other HIPAA compliant apps and not had any problems. I’ve asked my provider to use something else since Spruce is so difficult to use.

Not user friendly.. There are several options on the spruce app. To refill your medications, make an appointment, talk to your psychiatrist , etc. but if you press one of those little options, then you can’t press any of the other options until the office gets back to you. Which is normally 2 to 3 days , and only then do you have the option to press the other buttons. It is not user friendly, and it doesn’t make sense that I wouldn’t be allowed to both request a refill, and make an appointment at the same time. It has truly caused so much stress.

Thank you guys so much! 5/5. First of all, the pills were shipped immediately and I received them in 1 day. So complimenting their punctuality is to say the least. Next, the responses were thorough and prompt. I got all of the clarification I needed and it came with urgency. Lastly, I felt cared for an assisted in a time of need like this and that’s what mattered the most. Loved everything about this app and what it does for women. Never had to go through anything like this before so the help they gave was highly appreciated.

Only good things to say. My mom Is Roz Greenspan, she lives in Your life assisted living ( pba). I feel so fortunate to have kasnia ( sarah’s assistant ) and Sarah Platt as mom's PA. I’ve had such peace of mind knowing that mom is in their care, especially during Covid, when I cannot assess her myself. Spruce is an amazing tool for me to contact Kasnia when moms in need. She always returns my request’s within an hour (usually before). I can’t tell you how grateful I am for them, and this “tool” to be able to reach them. Thanks for all you do. Dana Greenspan

So quick, so easy!. Thanks to Spruce, I can send a message directly to my provider, and she can reply directly to me whenever it’s convenient. It’s much easier than a patient portal - plus I didn’t need to fill out a 14-page health questionnaire to join! I even like the tiny detail of Spruce having its own tone for messages - it helps me quickly prioritize what to respond to first. I wish all my doctors used your service!

Solid but not shining. Excellent resource and features. However, customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I have asked on numerous occasions to schedule a call with a person to help navigate my questions. I have only been redirected to the website and help chat over and over again. If you are not tech savvy or into figuring everything out on your own, this is not the system for you.

Frustrating Experience with Unreliable Service. I'm deeply dissatisfied with this service. After a month of having it, I still can't use it effectively. The process of porting my business number took an excruciating four weeks, and now, to make matters worse, I've been without SMS for 6 days. SMS is a critical aspect of my practice, and not having access to it has left my clients feeling ignored and neglected. Additionally, the customer service response time of approximately 24 hours has left my inquiries unresolved and added to my frustration.

I NEED HELP WITH THE SPRUCE APP. When I click on the “APP SUPPORT”, all it says is “404 not found”....whatever that means. I’m not sure why, but my provider asks me to send test result pictures from my phone and the instructions are to click on the “+ icon”, but their is NO + icon available... The app version says it is “version 3.7.15”.... My question is, is their a NEWER app version, or is that it, version 3.7.15? Can someone please help? Otherwise, I would definitely give the app a 4 Star rating. Thank you!

Fabulous app. We use this app for communication with my grandchildren’s doctors office. It is wonderful. It gives us direct communication with the doctors and receptionists for setting up appointments, medication refills and any concerns we might have. The response is always fast but I imagine that has a lot to do with the doctors office. It’s great though for someone like me who is adverse to phone calls. Life would be so much easier if all doctor’s offices used this app or one like it!

Wonderful!. This app is wonderful! I connected with a physicians assistant connected to the urgent care I usually go to. Because of my busy work schedule I can’t always get down to the urgent care center to get checked out. With this app you can submit your symptoms, video, pictures and chat with a doctor quickly. From there prescriptions can be filled out and sent over to the pharmacy quickly.

Best choice I ever made. I’ve suffered for literally decades with both pain and into addiction. I don’t know which was worse, dealing with unsympathetic doctors and drug dealers or just suffer needlessly for the rest of my life. I found Spruce and I’m back close to how I was 15 years ago. Little pain and a whole lot of my pride back.

User physician. U can’t get to talk to live person to guide u. Good luck you will b in your own. I think they might have been a good company to begin with but now, when everyone trying to get online n they are trying to grow bigger but do not have the man power, they are having big time issues. They changed the plan on me, when I signed up, my plan said I’ll get a success manager but they now say it’s for enterprise plan, changed some settings to see that would work. Nothing has changed at my end, but calls r dropping right n left, having issues when it worked well in the past (I’m not talking about recent cyber traffic, even with that it was working great until they did “new version”), then my other phone no vanished, fax no vanished. I am just trying to be patient n see if they reach out n help out. I understand that they are swamped too. I hope they soon hire more staff to work for them n get my servers

Blind user. I just started using this app today. I am blind. I’ve noticed that the messages between me and my doctor cannot be read with VoiceOver. There is also no ability to magnify the screen here with the pinch and spread method. Both of these features should be enabled for blind users. This will give Blind users the independence and privacy they need while communicating with their physician.

Connecting with my doc is easy now!. A couple of my more progressive doctors are using Spruce and my life has never been easier. I can text a question and get an answer within seconds. I’ve even been able to ask for refills via text. It is leagues beyond any portal I’ve ever had to navigate, and I frankly hate using the phone to call. Best app ever!

I love Bicycle Health/Spruce App and my provider!. Everything has been amazing and so fast, easy and efficient! My doctor and care team are always there for me and I can message them anytime I need and they just give me a follow up appt right away when anything is needed. I don’t think I’ve ever been so satisfied and happy and safe-feeling before with any doctor or dr office!

First Primary Care. This is the best medical practice I have ever been to! Dr. Cassandra Wertz has been incredibly available, and is able to very quickly reply to any question or concern. I have never experienced anything like this before with any other doctor. She is thoughtful and kind, and very on top of her game. Dr. Wertz and her colleagues are all about helping and listening to patients. They are really making a difference in the medical world!

Privacy mode when switching between apps. My provider and I have only used this app for messaging. So far it has been working out fine. My only issue is that even though I can set for Face ID to be used to open it, my messages are still at risk for expose when switching between the apps. Most banks and other apps with personal information will have a privacy “cover” that is used in that situation. Considering sensitive information may be discussed, it would help ease my concerns and make this app even better if the same thing was used to protect my information in my messages.

Gateway for Excellent Communication. I’ve never used software like this app before now and I absolutely love it! I’ve had such an easier time contacting my provider and has taken out the anxiety of the whole process. I’m glad this service exists especially the video calls!

Was great…. This app was great and allowed me to interact with patients without using my private number and helped stay compliant, for free. Now they have updated suddenly to charge for services and though I don’t need all their features at this time, it’s sad they would charge so much for their services after being able to use it free over 6 years now while always being glitchy and have about a 5-10 minute delay between getting messages from someone sent to you. Overall, it is a decent app if you will use all their features and will pay the higher price for it, but it’s not what I need and will no longer use their app. Since I pay for all features on my EHR, I will only use the feature with my program instead of this app from now on. Will not give a 1 star rating but keep it in middle grounds.

Most Fantastic Client Support. I feel like I'm he most important person in the world! I work in a customer service role myself and I'd like to be in on your training! The caliber of your employees, their professionalism, prompt responses, but even more meaningful to me is I feel cared about. WOW. Great idea. I have never had a better connection with a doctor and although I do have a great doctor and his receptionist is also great, I do recognize the app as being the very thing that has brought us the ability to connect! I can’t say how great it is to know my dad’s dr will be able to respond to anything I have issues with and always does do so within few hours if that! The app has never glitched and has been up and functional each time I pulled it up and opened it! It’s a time saver and a comfort to have this app connect me with our dr! Great idea!

New mom. I love this app I always get a quick response, it’s beyond helpful for my husband and I. Being new parents there’s so much we don’t know and everything is new. It’s helpful to have amazing pediatricians available to you when needed. Being a stay at home mom for this first time in my life, my husband away at work during the day and not a lot of community around. When Isaac’s seems to not feel well it’s a little scary, lonely and hard when it feels like your unable to help. Again having this Available has truly been a God sent.

Dr Hill. This Surgeon is absolutely amazing. He has a true artist, very meticulous. I truly feel so blessed to have had Dr. Hill to do my face and neck Lyft I would highly recommend him to anyone 100%. He is amazing he is a wonderful family man superb bedside manner with a patient, I highly recommend anyone that reads this never hesitate to call and book with Dr. Hill. He is one of the best decisions I have ever made.!!!!

The Best Online Communication Service. I live in Minnesota and have Spruce e-visits about twice a month with my psychiatrist, who is in Virginia. During the pandemic I have used Zoom, two Google services, Skype, Skype Business and FaceTime for a variety of meetings, medical e-visits and personal ’face-to-face’ get togethers. Spruce has outshined them all with consistently clear and flawlessly synchronized video and audio. It is simple for my doctor or me to text ahead if one of us is running late. Over many months I have not experienced even one problematic issue with Spruce and am always grateful that my psychiatrist chose this service for our visits.

Makes “texting” secure but can’t organize threads!. I have three kids and communicate with their dr through Spruce. It works well for a quick back and forth text. But you can organize into threads when you have more than one issue going on so hard to find things in the past. Also, there are two parents involved and you can’t include the other parent and their spruce on the thread so they can read and be in the loop. It is great for sending docs back and forth.

I Highly Recommend Spruce. I recently switched my private counseling practice over to Spruce and my only regret is n not having done it sooner. I love being able to send and receive faxes in my phone. Having a secure phone “line” that uses my existing phone is wonderful. I can tag clients so I can do searches for people with similar issues and email them information that might be relevant to them. I can “page“ myself to remind me to do a client related task or follow up with them. (It’s kind of like the marking.) I can get off of the phone with a client and immediately write a note to document the call. I can do video sessions. I’m looking forward to improvements such as clients being able to access from their PC (right now they have to use a smart phone) and better reporting so that I can more easily send out the client records when requested. But they’re a great service for a great price. My anxiety level has literally gone down because of the seamlessness of this service. Thank you Spruce!

Nice Features with Some Room for Improvement. I started out using both Spruce and Doxy, and now use almost exclusively Spruce. Doxy just wasn’t clear enough. This is highly functional, and has many nice communications features such as messaging between appointments and the ability to send documents. I would like to see additional features added. One limitation is the lack of the ability to add a third party to your call, which limits ability to utilize translation services. Maybe there is a way to use it that I cannot think of but...well I haven’t figured it out. Also, I wish I could figure out how to integrate some forms into the communications. I am sure that I could, but the Spruce education is not as user friendly as I’d like. Also, I wish that I could line up my appointments, as I do on my colander. Again, maybe there is a way to do that, but I haven’t figured it out.

It’s chaotic. One of the most chaotic communication apps I’ve ever used. I’m sure there are plenty of good features and it’s nice but the inbox is so chaotic. It lumps together every for of incoming communication (texts, voicemails, missed phone calls) so it’s hard to decipher what you’re looking at or find what you’re looking for at a glance. I also am annoyed that incoming calls don’t display the contact name so you can’t know who’s calling until you answer. I also ported my phone number from google voice and for some reason, I haven’t been receiving any texts messages for the last two days. I’m stressed.

Great communication and care. When we started to see a drop in the care of my Dad from his previous health care provider we were told about MyHome Healthcare and Julie. When we changed care for my Dad to MyHome Healthcare it was the best decision I had made concerning his care. The care provided and the communication provided regarding his care was the best. I always felt connected to his care in a way I hadn’t been able to before we changed to MyHome Healthcare. Thank you Julie for taking such good care of my Dad and for giving me peace of mind. Plume (scam). Extremely long wait times for basic questions Everything seems strung out to take as long as possible. I took a lab test two weeks ago and ask what did I need to do if I needed to send them over and I got no response and when I did follow back up, made me wait two more business days to tell me that I have to wait two more weeks just for the doctor to look at my results while not really answering my question and giving me a super vague answer. It seems like real people don’t respond. It’s almost like an AI and there’s not really anyone involved because all I hear is “ Thank you for your patience.” I’ve now been on this program for four months spent $400 and have done nothing got no results. I’ve only was able to submit one lab and they won’t even get back with me on it. This feels like a scam.

Review. Dr. Bruno and her staff have always went out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Understanding, listens to what I have to say or ask, and they explain everything in a timely manner. I never have to resist if my medication is called in, if there is a problem they are always quick to resolve it!

Wonderful Care!. Megan and Christy are just amazing. Megan sits with you and really delves in to find the root of the problem. She spends more than adequate time with you in the office. She is very caring and conscious about getting back to you when you have a question or concern as well. Christy is spot on when helping with my medication or drawing blood. Couldn’t ask for two better people to take care of me! Thank you guys!!

Fantastic option. Being homebound with many medical conditions, I find that the app and be able to talk to my therapist by using the app has been great. I have a really good therapist and Chris would highly recommend the app and Compass counseling, especially for those that are homebound most the time have difficulty getting around.

Redirect health. Far and away the best insurance we have ever had. Always attentive, on the ball and provide premium service when needed. Their customer service model should be shared across the board not only with other providers but other industries. I highly recommend Redirect Heath to be your insurance provider and I hope going forward the industry as a whole will consider their business model

Amazingness!!!. There is nothing about this app that I don’t love! I have a secure direct connection with my son’s psychiatrist and her nurse at all times. This is so much easier and convenient than having to make repeated calls, trying to find places to speak on the phone about private matters, having things in writing for review in the future, etc… This app has streamlined the entire medical communication process!

Amazing Service. I have been with Dr Little for quite some time now. I so grateful for the service they bring to the community. There is never a wait and they are always available to answer any question I may have about my health. I highly recommend them and if you haven’t signed up with them it’s super inexpensive and a big bonus is that they have their own pharmacy❤️❤️

Greatness. They have been completely a lifesaver to me and has helped me completely with my issue and has made it easier to have more people to talk to about my problems and they’re available more to me than my other doctor was. Which I went in and seen him once a month and he only gave me about five minutes of his time. These people are used doctors and others that are included in your program will spend more time with you answer more questions and they have done that for me more than the two years than When I was seeing my Other Doctor. Anybody that is suffering and Suboxone works for them I truly highly recommend the service because I’ve struggled 20+ years on opiates and the Suboxone has been the only thing that has helped that’s giving me some freedom back so give these guys a try if you read my review you won’t be disappointed. -James Clark

Love Communication at Element Primary Care!. This is a great tool to reach out to physicians! It eliminates the many phone calls with long recorded messages, pushing buttons to reach the right person, leaving a message for a nurse who then leaves a note for your doctor. Eventually they call you back and eventually you get an answer. This texting program eliminates all the frustration!

This is perfect. I love spruce because I can text or call patients when I’m unable to call them from our office phone system, like when I am on call for my group over evenings and weekends. This protects my personal phone number without having to block it, as many patients will not answer a call from a blocked number. Texting also helps me to get important information communicated while protecting myself from long conversations with patients when I am supposed to be enjoying personal time away from work. It also documents my call attempts and texts, should I ever need them for the medical record.

Spruce Spectacular. Plume is a godsend for the trans folks who especially, such as myself, struggle to find medical providers willing to aid us in our transitional process through the use of hormones. I cannot understand the lengths a lot of trans-insensitive medical doctors go through to play gatekeeper. If you’re very serious in GAHT, Plume with the Spruce app is surely the way to go!

From Lori vonBriel. Impact physical therapy is a totally different therapy experience!!!! What sets Chris & Marc apart, is that you always get total one on one care during your entire session . They are extremely knowledgeable & their level of care & caring is exceptional!! I , personally ,have had multiple surgeries & originally have experienced “other” therapy settings . There is no comparison!!! They are the best !!!

Would like to see added features…. I’ve only been using the app for a couple weeks and so far so good. One of my concerns is how the message thread just goes on and on with no way to categorize or tag particular conversations. I see this becoming an issue as it lengthens and I lose important information in the thread. Perhaps adding a feature to tag or label specific messages might help?

Dr Zabenko is hands down the best. App is so efficient and easy. I love you guys everyone of you saved my life and I wish I could show you what miracles you people provide for recovery seeking folks like myself. Covid times. It was so awesome to have this app while my husband had Covid/pneumonia. I was able to get the help and direction that I needed and also when my husband started to break out in hives from the anabiotic he was on. Such a blessing. 🥳

Outstanding. I had been using a different phone service and charged to Spruce for the telemedicine service. I am so glad I made the change! Now my phone, fax, clinic email, and telemedicine all go thru Spruce, saving me money and time. I love it and my patients prefer it! Thanks!

Fix in app needed. There is no way to remove old Dr’s that you no longer use from the app. Those Drs are allowed to continue sending sale ads on products they sell with no way to opt out and delete. This pushes them to the top of your message list. You then have to scroll thru the Drs you do not use just to message your current Dr. It’s very easy to accidentally message the wrong Dr. A fix in the app needs to occur.

Not accessible for the vision impaired. I was very excited about trying this service. The one-stop shop for my phone, fax and telehealth service was appealing and it sounded like the app would be user friendly. However, I am legally blind, and I use Voice Over on my iPhone to access apps and features. Many apps have included accommodation for the vision impaired by including programming that works with Voice Over or similar features. This app has not done so. Most features were barely accessible or completely in accessible. What a disappointment.

Spruce is revolutionary. When used with the right team like I have, it is exceptional you get care throughout the day and answers to your questions in real time you don’t have to wait till Monday if you have a question on a Friday. I love my team and I’m grateful that they use Spruce

Awesomeness. I had an issue didn’t even finish filling out the paperwork and had to cancel my appointment and they refunded me with no problems the $75 so I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need to use them again

Yay Spruce!. I’m a mental health therapist in private practice and have been using Spruce to securely communicate with clients and for sending/receiving faxes. I’ve been using it for about a year with no issues. I recently began using it for telehealth and it’s been great so far—no connection issues and user friendly. It’s reasonably priced too!

Why doesn’t it work in iPad landscape. I keep my iPad in landscape mode for reading. This app seems to work only on portrait mode. Used to see that happen in a couple older apps, but most seem to have fixed it.

New Patient. I have only had one visit to this office and I feel right at home. I have been searching for a doctor that cares for their patients. I truly believe that I have found that.

Very pleased!. I have been trying to get on testosterone for years and the doctor had me prescribed testosterone the day of my appointment! The results are astonishing! I highly recommend setting up an appointment with them if you’re interested in hrt! :)

Spruce review. The app is user friendly as there are several option to chose from and a response is give immediately so that you know your request has went through to your provider.

Helpful/secure. I like the simplicity of the app. It is very easy to upload documents and images via phone or desktop (drag and drop). It is also efficient and sleek. Wish all of my doctors used it. It is like an open line to your doctor. Very helpful!

Incomplete service. My doctor switched to this platform. I never know when my appointments are and often miss the calls. This seems to be a chat/video only platform. There’s no way to double check when my appointments are or a history of appointments. It only gives me banner notifications. No email or text reminders. You really have to be on top of your appointments. And as for someone with mental health issues and adhd it’s challenging to use. I never know what’s going on. I wish there was a more complete picture. Text reminders Appointment history Notifications that the doctor is running behind or will call you shortly. Calendars Scheduling options I’m not sure what exactly I’m looking for? Maybe something closer to a patient portal.

The best care. You will not go wrong going to see Nikki. She is very involved in her patients care. I love the fact that she includes YOU the patient in your care! I love the holistic approach that she has with things as well. I could go on and on about Nikki and her clinic. Best decision I have ever made!

Amazing!!. This makes it so easy to get in touch with your doctor and your nurses about any health concerns that you have or just to talk to your doctor. Would definitely recommend!!

Error Processing Payment. As of January 2021, the app no longer processes my credit card payment using my HSA MasterCard. “Error processing payment” so my provider has to send another invoice for me to use a different credit card. Total pain on my end because now I have to request reimbursement from HSA. My HSA MasterCard worked fine in 2020 with the spruce app and works fine in 2021. Actually used it the same day at CVS when the app had an error.

Amazing!. The app is not only amazing for our mental health practice and our patients...the customer service is also the best! Quick replies, effective communication and responsive problem solving when needed makes this app and the people behind the scenes top notch.

Love using this app. This app is a life saver for us busy moms. I can schedule appointments, get Rx refills, and ask any question and get swift response from the office staff and doctor. Communication is clear, concise and easy....just love using this option for the whole family’s medical needs.

iPad version. I’ve been using this app for a while now and mostly enjoy it. I’d prefer to use my iPad but when I do I have to change it from portrait view and it only displays a tiny phone sized window. Not helpful. Suggestions? When will an IPad version be available? Wymynrus@gmail

Worst customer service. Good luck ever being able to speak to someone on the phone despite requesting it over email, over the app etc. I tried to communicate over the app and they take 10-15 minutes to answer each question. My conversation took over an hour to address a single issue I could have addressed on the phone with a human in 2 minutes. Stay away. Canceling my service with less than 24 hours of use.

Pleased. This app has been super consistent and convenient, the staff is always quick to respond making scheduling super easy. Everyone is so nice and understanding of daily life. Grateful for this opportunity this day in age to have this available

Great service, but the update to the UI is awful.. Both the iOS and web apps new UIs are so convoluted compared to what they were and should be. The service is still great, but the recent update has definitely had a negative impact on my workflow and productivity.

Horrible. Spruce doesn’t require any identification to open an account! But if you try to get an account deleted they refuse. The best they can do is “disable” your account and they require not only to take a picture of a photo ID but your face in the picture as well. No chat option for sessions with your provider and no captions for hard of hearing in video/audio calls. They are years behind in technology, it seems, compared to google meets, zoom, or Microsoft Teams. Avoid!

New update to a more messenger app is horrible for professionalism. The new update is horrible for professionalism. When sending assignments it is not attached to original message and it is hard to tell what attachments are referring to. I use another EHR for group practice and kept Spruce because it had professional way to send attachments and messages. Now they want to make a medical platform as an iPhone message???? How is that helpful for providers and clients navigating resource sharing.

Ci Psych has been a life saver for me!. Cheryl has a keen intuition that allows her to see into my psyche & gets results. She goes out of her way, works sooo many hours & seemingly never quits! She's a special kind of Super Hero to those who've been blessed to know her. I was at my wits end ~ until Ci, Cheryl!!!!

Stay Away. This is an absolutely terrible organization. They do not take their treatment of addicted individuals with any standard of care. The doctors are booked out for week and do not tell you that. What happens is you will be on a medication then need a refill and not be able to get in for week. They do not care that you have withdrawal symptoms. Moreover, the doctors are extremely rude and the staff is even worse. Do yourself a favor and seek treatment elsewhere.

Streamlined Usability. The application and message options eliminates the need to call by phone, wait to select an option through the telephone selection prompt, and then to provide identifying information for the scheduling to be completed. This streamlined usability significantly increases efficiency and efficacy.

SPRUCE SEAMLESS. Now that I have found the most incredible doctor in DR. SERA RAMADAN and staff at LOS ANGELES PRIMARY CARE. I find spruce is the most innovative, confidential, real-time format and tool to utilize, to receive up to the minute real-time updates and over all communications regarding my medical care, ie. Prescriptions, medical records, general information, questions and uploading and receiving medical documentation. Spruce has taken medical communication and access to your medical team to the next level. Along with Apple Pay - Spruce is definitely the most comprehensive intelligent and user friendly app on my phone. Thank you!

Excellent way to communicate. I love being able to take pictures of medicines or issues. I love being able to submit as I am able and get alerts with answers from my healthcare team.

Great communication tool. Fast & confidential way to communicate with my physician. Only issue I have is I can’t start a new message so we communicate by tacking the new question or concern to the previous message, which now goes back for several months.

So Convenient. I am very pleased with the convenience and efficiency of Spruce. It is so much more expedient than trying to get through by telephone, leaving messages and then waiting for a return call to explain my circumstances.

Review. The staff have been super easy to work with. It is extremely convenient. Had I shown more results with this medication I may have considered to continue but the cost of the medication and mthly service fee is a bit too much for the results.

Amazing!. I use this app often. I love the features and how easy it is. A must have for providers in independent practice! I reach out to my patients often and it’s nice to have an easy way to communicate with them.

Convenient Communication. I love being able to message my provider this way. I appreciate that I have the ability to reach out without interrupting their day or being dumped in a voicemail box. It’s been a great app so far and I enjoy using it.

More options. I wish the portal had more information such as prescriptions, information from last visit, date of last visit, etc.

Convenient & Secure. I really enjoy using the Spruce App because of the convenience of accessing my doctor & knowing my personal information is staying secure while doing it. I can inform him of my needs & it’s a quick & convenient way for him to get back to me on his time, without interrupting either of our days.

Good medical organization app. I was skeptical about using an app to set up medical appts for my family but I have to admit this has been pretty slick. I feel like I have a secretary at my disposal. I still make my appts but they approve them quickly and send virtual cc for payment and for the most part the app has been easy to use!

Get in touch. Easy and the best way not to keep bothering our busy doctor. I hate the phone, always on hold and usually can’t hear the person or they speak to fast. This is great. Thanks for everything Regard Happy Client

Must have!. I have state insurance and still choose to pay a monthly membership for my daughter and I specifically bc our Dr. uses this app! It’s SO incredibly helpful to be able to just message your doctor when you have a question, need a refill, need an appt, etc.

Love how easy and helpful everyone is!. From the very 1st day, I was connected with someone and she helped me immediately. The chat is very helpful, and the video alls are so easy and since your in your own home you feel more comfortable talking about the harder tuff.

Glad I found it. So happy I found plume. Self medicatedFor sometime but I knew there was a better option. All the people I have been in contact with our wonderful and understanding of my needs. And really praise the support i get thru my transition.

More “it’s your own fault” attitude. Didn’t use my real name when I initially registered, because, obviously, I’d prefer to wait and see before revealing that information. The lady wouldn’t even talk to me until I uploaded multiple documents, DL, utility bill, cable bill. I was so desperate for help, I just did it. Then I tried to get her to TALK TO ME, instead, she asked “is this your account [my female name on all docs uploaded] or GI Joe”. I wish I could swear in this review without being ugly.
