APPLE WATCH MEDICAL ID
MediWear has been designed for your Apple Watch so all of your medical details are within easy reach. You’ll be able to view personal details, medical conditions, allergies & reactions, medication and emergency contacts - all on your wrist. Access all of this without the need to unlock your iPhone!
COMPLICATIONS
There’s no need to even launch the app as all of your medical details can be added to your Watch Face through the MediWear Complication. This is perfect for displaying to first responders who can then tap it and view even more detail about you.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
If you’ve chosen to add emergency contacts to the app, you’ll be able to call them with just a tap from the app or Complication.
CUSTOMIZATION
MediWear offers the ability to fully customize the Complication and whether a Star of Life or medical Cross is used when using the app launcher Complication.
STORED SECURELY
All medical ID data is stored securely on your own private iCloud account using the secure Keychain functionality. No data ever leaves your device.
SYNC
MediWear was designed to work with the MediWidget and MediSOS apps so you’re able to enter your medical ID once and use it everywhere. Syncing is done automatically through the shared Keychain and enables you to pick and choose which medical ID apps you’d like from the MediApps bundle.

Was great until it stopped working.. This app worked great when I got it. Then I updated to IPhone 14 and Apple Watch SE. The app still shows in the list of apps when I scroll thru on my watch, but it’s no longer available in the list of complications to choose from in the watch app on my phone. I emailed the developer, and he responded by asking what version of iOS Im running. Never got another answer or any suggestions for solutions.
Bugs make it useless. Can't get it to update info on phone to watch, "update" does not work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. In which case, the app is useless.
It’s Been 2 Years. Former Fan of this App is Done.. It was amazing when it worked. Considering the vast amount of time I’ve spent trying to get it to update, and by that, I mean, show ANY of the info I’ve entered, AT ALL, and that odds are greatest my watch would have shown NOTHING most of the time, should emergency personnel have had need to press the medic complication on my watch, I’m so done playing playing with this thing. I wrote a five star review long ago, mentioning my concerns of potential danger when the app failed (which was far less often back then) yet somehow it’s only become worse. Would love for this to work again someday. Can’t say I’ll ever waste more time on it though.
Crash and burn. This app was great when I got it, but now every time I try to update the info from the app to my Watch it just crashes. Tried rebooting both devices and trying to update, failed. Tried uninstalling from both devices and reinstalling and updating, failed. And now for some reason when you try to go to the developer's site it circles back to the App Store. Please fix.
Everything is fine except for this bug. At first everything was fine until I added the year of birth, apparently the older years will just switch over from 19__ to 20__. I hope this gets fixed because it’s important to my grandfather.
Works good , except ........ My medication list keeps disappearing and I can’t use the app when the watch is on lock screen , other than that it’s a nice app
