Terrible log in, layout…. Log-in has never been seamless, the app keeps “forgetting” me Functionality and user friendliness leave much to be desired

Easy except finding articles. When I search for an article by title (eg someone emailed me a link) I often have a hard time finding it.

Just Awful. It takes multiple screen taps just to open up the Settings page, and even at that, I have to tap slightly off the ‘Settings’ icon just to get it to work, after tapping repeatedly. And I have a brand new iPhone, so it’s not my screen. The login functionality via my company subscription is just terrible. Seems I have to request a link each and every time I want to log in, but each link is only good once for 8 hours. So if I log out of the app (staying logged in doesn’t seem very secure), I literally have to wait another day to log in. All very frustrating. I would expect better from Dow Jones.

Bugs. News is amazing. Please fix this so that I don’t get the “Try Again” bug that requires me to uninstall and install the app every couple of weeks. It’s incredible that this has been going on for years!

Constantly forgets login info. App constantly forgets login info, requiring a request for login email. Super basic issue.

Full issue. I would prefer to see the whole paper not excerpts decided by you!

Glad to see this App back. Best app to source selected news on your industry and/or area of interest. It was always a great App and I was sad when it went off to make room for Flipboard. Welcome back !

Full of errors no content. Works once in every 50 times I try.

Great service but missing dark mode!. Use the app a lot on commutes or when on the go. Dark mode would be much easier on the eyes than the plain white background. Better for battery life as well.

Please develop dark mode. Love the breadth of the news sources and powerful alert system. Would really appreciate a dark mode given the amount of reading I do on the app! Thanks

Poor service. Search is very poor. I set up my daily search to receive email. The search is on fiscal risks of countries and receive news about obscure companies, even though I specifically selected the topic “sovereign” only. News sources are also suboptimal with most from local newspapers of little value. News is text only. This does not help when charts would help understanding or provide valuable data. Search is performed on news published the day before as if newspapers and journal would not publish continuously on line.

Of all the apps the one that really had to be made for ipad doesn't work on an ipad.. 1. Doesn't let you type your username and password on an iPad. 2. Tried working around it. Typed user and password in my notes copied them to the form. the app automatically turns the first letter of ID and pass into capital and turns out this is the first app in the human history that has case sensitive ID. 3. Tried working around that too. Decided to change the first letter of both pass and username to capital letters. Turns out this is the first app after the civil war that gives you the option to change your username and password but doesn't allow you to change it, by saying "you are not allowed to change your username and password"

DJNR has it all!. My only beef is why assign so many subject headings to each article. Loses its utility.

Won’t work. Continuous errors trying to load stiories over the past three days.

Errors. Keep getting error on just simple search of newsstand.

Disappointed. The user experience is very disappointing with this app. Why do old articles still appear days after reading them?

Welcome but crude. It's very nice to finally see the return of the Factiva app for smart devices, but it is very crude and not really working reliably. Is it being maintained at all? One can only hope that this is just the start. The save function is not working (yet) and some obvious missing functionalities are: - Search! - Landscape view - Text size choice - Alert settings Excited to see how this app develops.

Connection problems. The app keep tell me that it is having access problem even though my internet connection is done.

Need to improve. The content is good, but the visual presentation is poor.

Worst app ever. The functionality is a shadow of what’s available on the web. To say the “search” functionality is limited would be understatement of the year. It’s dumbed down to the point of uselessness. Moreover, it doesn’t even translate the website into a good mobile experience. No ability to select or copy text. No ability to print.

Not useful, errors all the time. Considering this is a subscription service it is awful that this app doesn’t work and also does not sync with the web interface

Pathetic iPad app. For such a huge organization, this app is a pathetic attempt. They charge organizations obscene sums of money to access this app, and yet they totally refuse to hire a designer to do anything to make this app functional on the iPad. Update it! Add mouse / keyboard functionality, and a landscape mode.
