Convenient. I use this app for remote working from home to connect to my desk phone. Call quality is great and I have no issues.

Love it but one suggestion. The system works easily and reliably and I’m grateful for that. The only thing I would suggest if possible is that a text function be added. In my line of work that would be a valuable added functionality.

Where, oh where, did bria mobile go.... Come on guys! I have customers with paid subscriptions and I can’t change devices. App is gone. We use our own phone systems and have no interest in your integrated service cr*p. It worked. It is gone, just when I am trying to get you more PAYING customers!!!

Most calls drop. Majority of calls start only ton hang up on the receiver upon answering. Major improvements needed

Great service. Been using Bria for a few months now. Soft phone is seamless and call quality great.

Best VOIP App for iPad. This is the best app I’ve found for iPad. Many of the other apps like Groundwire and Zoiper have quite fine phone apps but nothing for iPad. Bria fills the need for a workable iPad app with functional notifications.

Poorly make app. Application does not work well or in the same manner my desktop version does.

Utterly useless. Convoluted and ineffective in its sole role of making phone calls. Calls are filled with static and drop constantly, but that only happens if the app is actually able to make a phone call. 9 calls out of ten never even make it out of the app. It’s impossible to identify the issues since the app is confusing and non-initiative While working from home I’ve been force to make calls directly from my cell.

Horrible Customer Service. We switched to their new business model using Bria Solo last year and decided not to use it for the app being highly unreliable and unpredictable. It was a good concept, but not reliable for us. Also, the fact that you have to put all user credentials on the app is a security risk on its own. With all the security breaches going around, what makes CounterPath not vulnerable? Anyways, without notice whatsoever, we were charged for another year. We quickly signed in to cancel the service and kindly asked Bria Support to refund the charge since we did not authorize the charge this time around and it’s a product that we do not use. They replied that they won’t be refunding the charge as we “accepted the terms upon subscribing. You will receive a renewal notification in advance of the renewal date”. We never received a notification of the renewal charge, if we had we would had cancelled before hand. The ticket was then automatically closed for me to put any additional comments, so here we are now writing this 1-star review. If anyone at CounterPath cares, the ticket # is 56883. We simply want a refund. Thanks and I hope this helps other customers as well.

Great App. Working from home and calling clients and mortgage companies using this app is like being at the office!! Love it, thank you!

No dnd button, no hold button. Very poor

Let down. I love the look and feel of the app. I have a distant hope that one day we can actually get it to work. But until that day comes, it is a buggy app. I don’t think I was ever able to get it to work for more than a call or two. Never for a whole day. I tried to work with customer support some time ago, but they were never able to fix the problem.

Very unreliable. The app on my computer has feedback and I can’t talk to anyone using the app on the computer. When people call the app on my phone it doesn’t pick up because it constantly says unregistered. Terrible technology.

Requested registration. Requested registration if you don't have account don't bother install it they don't accept guests!

Terrible App - No Support. I have been a long time user of Bria and recently received notice that my Bria 5 was no longer supported. After installing Bria Solo it will not stay registered unless I have the app pulled up on the Home Screen of my phone and therefore I do not receive calls if I am doing anything else on my phone or even when my phone is locked. The app has to be pulled up and phone not locked to work. WORTHLESS! Also no support number to call and support doesn’t respond when opening support tickets. Terrible service!

A phone company with no phone support. It’s crazy to think a phone company doesn’t offer phone support for its customers. Just trying to get someone to call me back to help with your system not working. Making me lose business

Useless. Can’t even add a SIP account in the app. Gave up in frustration, do not recommend

not connecting at all. I’ve read 3-5 y.o. reviews saying that users cannot even establish connection. Thought it was either their mistake or a bug, which would be definitely fixed by now. But it’s not! I have 2 SIP lines from different providers. None got to work. By some miracle a couple of phone calls got trhough although app was still showing it cannot even connect! Support implied it was my provider’s issues, not bugs on their side. Although same lines were working smoothly in their old app Bria, which was not launching with the latest iOS update. So I had to look for alternatives. And I found them. And they ARE working with my lines and same settings. So obviously this is a poor product with absolutely helpless support.

Call dropouts. Every call I take drops in under 30 seconds, whether on mobile data or wifi. If I make a call, the line stays connected but quality will eventually drop to poor. Get a free app instead of this one.

What a rubbish app and a total waste of time. This is just a rubbish and buggy app. I have all the details perfectly set up but the app doesn't work, it rings half ring and then stop. What a total disappointment. Counterpath should fire these developers who “F” ed it up. I used Bria before and it worked like a charmed until this new Bria Solo rubbish app came through. DO NOT INVEST MONEY ON THIS APP.

Crap app. Fix it crashes

It’s unusable on a brand new phone. Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and this won’t work at all. It registers then totally freezes. You quit it and even though it’s not running it’s still plays the dialtone sounds that it’s calling out. Then I try using Safari or the camera and they are all frozen. I had to physically uninstall this app which took forever as it completely broke my phone nothing would respond. Now my phone is back to being perfect again. Really disappointed as it did this for all 5 of my users so obviously a Bria issue.

killing an old product when new is not ready. old bria phone was removed from app store when we paid for. moving to new subscription model, which is fine, but when new product is nothing compared to old one is disappointing.

Once you use Bria you can’t go back. I use Bria on my IMac and IPhone with our corporate IP-PBX and it works amazing love the chat features including rooms! S

Tried and not happy. Tried to change accounts settings and it is grayed out. Says It needs to disable the account to make changes. Apparently it doesn’t work after I try that. Also it doesn’t support SMS.
