Seamless experience. Homie has really stepped up the app experience lately. Great place to search for a home, especially in this crazy market. I love the save search feature and requesting a tour is easy as pie.

Slick. User friendly public home search site. I will never use traditional realtors to buy or sell again. This is too easy and I keep more of my equity?! WHA?!

Game changer. Amazing company that is changing the real estate game! The app makes the process of buying or selling your home so easy and puts money back in your pocket. Using Homie is a no brainer and makes buying or selling your home fun!

I really wanted this to work…. I like the idea behind homie, but the app has too many bugs to be usable. The worst of which is that the only method of reporting in-app issues (shaking the phone) doesn’t work! I found that it is an option under features (and it’s disabled by default), but even after enabling it, it won’t open when I shake the phone! Fix that bug first and then I can try to report all the other bugs including easily reproducible app crashes (including a crash loop that requires reinstalling the app) and how my estimated monthly payment on a $500k home is $200k. Maybe I’ll come back in a few months and see if the app is in a usable state.

Doesn’t show any homes for sale at all! Waste of time!. This app doesn’t show any homes for sale at all I. The entire state. No filters applied. Waste of time. Tried to report by shaking device but no pop up box. Deleted app. No reason to take up valuable storage.

No brainer. I don’t care how good of friends we are, I’m not paying you $40k to sell my house. Flat fee is the way to go. This is a slam dunk.

Sold my home!!. I sold my home through Homie and they saved me so much money. Definitely recommend going through them and will for future home purchases as well!!

Best way to buy/sell a home. Love this app, makes my hunt so much easier. With an intuitive design and interactive map that shows 3 different map views of the areas you’re searching. Would highly recommend

The perfect app. I’ve used many websites, apps and everything else to look for a home. This is so easy to use and easy to save your preferences.

5 stars all the way!. Homie has been one of the apps I’ve used to look at the housing market for a while but now that they have a redesign that just came out, it’s incredible! So much easier to filter the houses I’m looking at. Big time improvement all around and I’m loving the app.

Okay app, terrible service. I’ve been trying for months to just actually see and buy a house and every step has been a huge pain. From just not getting responses from tour agents, to listings missing or being inaccurate, to Homie just going completely offline.

Better than Zillow. It’s like Zillow expect it’s ACTUALLY homes that are on the market.

Homie is amazing. Homie is such an incredible service for both the buyer and the seller. If you want to save money and have a great experience use Homie for all your real estate needs!

Easy and accessible. The Homie app is a fantastic tool to find homes and has allowed me to seamlessly track my favorites!

Shopping for homes was a breeze!. I bought and sold a home through Homie in 2019. I used this app to manage my listing, see offers that came in on my home, and I used it to find and book tours of homes I was looking to buy. It was SO easy to use and made my experience streamlined from start to finish. It felt good to manage everything from my smartphone. My agents were both awesome and the app made my experience over the top!

Easy to use, easy to save. Downloaded the app back in August 2020. Love the feature changes and upgrades that have happened since then. The app includes 3D tours, photos, and the ability to schedule tours with agents. If you’re looking for a new home and the ability to save money in your pocket I highly suggest trying it out!

Super Easy and Convenient. This app makes it easy to look at homes anywhere I am. It’s really easy to use and makes it easy to share houses I like with my family.

Functional and pretty. I love searching houses. I like this better than the normal mls bc of the map.

Rating based on App, not concept. When it comes to filtering by HOAs you will definitely never have an honest filter unless you choose “any” hoa but then you spend time looking at plenty of homes with pig hoa fees. My other challenge is that it never selects the home you actually touch when there are three or more in proximity. So annoying to have to zoom in every time when it should cycle through options when clicks in the same spot, as a MINIMUM.

WOW! Savings, search, & service all in 1. Amazing UX and fields with the ability to narrow searches in favor of my preferences. Especially easy to sell and get a sense on what I will be able to save when prepping to sell.

This seems silly BUT.... This is one of the only real estate apps that really lets you navigate with one thumb. I know that doesn’t seem important to most but this is optimal for couch home surfing.

Better than Zillow. Homie gave this a major facelift in the last year. I love the ease of use and that you can see any home on the MLS, not just Homie homes. Excellent app, best way to find a home.

Homie is a great company, their app is not so great.. Homie is a pretty cool company. Their new take on home buying is changing the real estate industry. Their app, however, leaves something to be desired. While the map and scrolling function is nice, the fact that I find myself going to 3 other real estate websites to hopefully find more than a handful of photos of the properties I’m seeing on Homie is always annoying. Not to mention the few photos Homie does provide in their app of the homes for sale are often blurry, as if someone took them with their phone. You would think that since they are trying to sale you something worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, that it wouldn’t have the feel of buying stuff on Facebook marketplace or KSL.

Terrible app. The app is to sucker you into contract. it's laggy, buggy, and any inputs that you change is actually sent to a person and they have to do the changes. Which take days, even weeks. You can do photos yourself, but you will be harassed about not doing them.

MLS at the palm of your hand. Today I downloaded the Homie App to look for homes for sale in my neck of the woods. Talk about being impressed with this app! I love how easy it is to search and add filter which help me narrow down the home I am looking for. Homie knocked the ball out of the park with this very powerful app.

UI is laggy. The UI on Homie is laggy, but not only not user friendly on the mobile app. I fall back on Zillow because it’s hard to search on their UI for more than 5 minutes. I like your idea and hope you grow, but please change the UI and the house listing on the map it is not even accurate.

New App Rocks. The new version of the app is so easy to use and it makes it easy to request an in person tour. Big improvement.

This app is great!. This app is great! Super intuitive and user friendly and the visuals are just great. One thing I wish I could do with this app is view schools, select one, and then see the homes within that selected school’s district.

Love love love. I bought through Homie in 2019 and this app was pivotal in making my search easy. It kept me up to date and I see that the filters and functions have recently gotten even better. The ability to instantly tour is a huge bonus and Homies agents are always quick to respond and help. Great company!
