Disappointed. I am disappointed in the new version of this app. I have been a previous user of the app with no problem and recommended to many of my friends. The new version does not offer any additional features or benefits however takes away the ability to be able to back up your data directly to iCloud. The app is expensive and then the developer charges the user for the ability to purchase credits to use to back up your data to a third party location. I am very disappointed and will be finding a new technology to use.

Great app. Store all my info and it's password protected. Can't beat that.

Does not seem to work with iPhone X. Upgraded to A new iPhone X and all stored data was lost and does not seem able to hold stored information. Unfortunately, I have to delete this app.

*** do not buy this app***. this developer must be out of business... no way to backup & restore data - functions time out (tried on multiple phones). cannot life gin to account. no response from support tickets submitted. do not waste your money.

Very disappointed. I loved this app. I had about 50 different cards on it. Got a new iPhone. Backed up my old one to Mac, then restored all the data to my new iPhone. all of my apps were restored just fine, except for this one! All data was lost. Turns out, it appears, that data just for this one app needed to be backed up in the app itself. Would have been nice to know this before all was lost. No longer using the app and suggest no one else use it either.

Ripped off. Horrible that they would force you to upgrade and you lose features. Will never buy anything from the developer again.

Can't transfer data from Wallet+. Love the Wallet+ concept. Paid to upgrade to Wallet+ Pro to add more cards but when transferring data from Wallet+, it crashes. Please fix.

Worst App ever!!!!. I bought this app a couple of years ago in my iPhone 5s. I bought a new phone now and I can't transfer the data by merely logging into the app one new iPhone. What a stupid app! So I had to buy credits for $4.99 I order to transfer data. I did! Still it didn't work. What a rip off!!!

Bait & switch. I Used this App for many years and even bought the pro version. Like many others the change “for our protection” seems to have been coupled with the developers financial gain and is ridiculous. Having to pay to back up your data after you have paid for the app is unacceptable and I will be finding new technology. Losing all of my prior information was also unacceptable. Very disappointed

The best, have used it for close to ten years. When I go travel I want to make sure I have all my cards backed up in case something happens. Wallet plus let’s me do just that including IDs, insurance etc... I don’t know how people go without it. The best wallet in the store

Waste of time. I was forced to upgrade when I got a new card...would not let me add anything until I paid for the upgrade - than had to add them all back in again....very annoying

Waste of money. There are free apps that do the same! Thought you would be able to scan card and save receipt.

Don't buy.....wish I can give 0 star. In order to back up and restore your cards, you will have to buy additional credits. That's not fair and not good way to monetize the product by holding the customer hostage. The description said cloud back up and it didn't say you have to pay extra money. Apple need to stop products like this from the app store. Don't buy! Save your money.

Don't buy! - charges more $$$ just to make a back-up 😡. This app actually charges you money just to make a backup of your data file. Out rages don't even consider buying this!

Love it. To have all my cards and ID in one place. This helps me in so many ways.

RIP OFF BEWARE ! 1 star was required to post review. I purchased the original app and upgraded to the full version. There were updates that improved the app and it offered the option to use several ways to back up your info, dropbox was my favorite option. In this latest incarnation it was NOT AN UPDATE this developer makes you BUY basically the same app again at full price. And to back up to iCloud or Dropbox you have to buy credits that will allow you to import and export the file AND not only pay each backup or restore but you will be required log into an account that the developer has a site for, and for what I don't know, if you are using iCloud or dropbox or even just your email. I am requesting a refund and investigation of this developer as I contacted them and they told me buy the new version (not ok since I had JUST purchased the app) but failed to mention the added fees also.

I love this app!!. So great to have all my cards with me, even if they are not physically with me. Great app!

$5 each time you back up your data!?. This product was sufficient for its purpose but then I wanted to back up my data to move it to my new phone. Because it couldn’t sync to other devices I was forced to purchase 25 credits at $4.99 to back up the data. It used 10 credits to back it up and another 10 credits to restore the data on the new phone. I have never had my data held for ransom before by an app. This is outrageous and totally unacceptable. I will find another app and spend my money with a reputable company.

Dishonest. I gladly paid for pro version. Then found out they want $5 to backup data. Dishonest. Do not buy this program...you will be supporting unethical programs.

If you want to copy your cards onto your smartphone, this will do. It won't replace Apple Wallet. But it'll let you copy your various cards and store them on a single app.

Was a great App -,now???. After the meta update I lost all my data. I upgraded to an IPhone X and the app will not stay open or saved. I sent several messages to their service help and still no response after 3 weeks.

Used to be good. New upgrade wallet is weak. No iCloud back up, have to pay to even back up the wallet

Life saver. This app has saved me multiple times it's very convenient and very easy to use love to have all of my cards and organized and in one area it's my digital Rolodex

A great card and ID filing system.. Very simple to use and maintain.

Awesome. Mine installed correctly and never had any issues with it. For all of you having issues, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Worked for me..!!

Backup. Disappointed to spend the $ for the pro version and backup doesn't function. Needs fixed.

Data copy to pro version is broken. Free version is great but when it forces you to upgrade to the pro version the function that is supposed to copy your data over is broken and crashes.

In App Purchases to Backup? Bye bye!. Cannot believe that this awesome app has turned to the dark side. You now have to buy credits to even enable backing up your information. Poor communication on the update at the beginning of March, 2016, and now, guess what? I lost all my data after a restore, expecting iCloud backup to restore all of my card details but to no avail! No details within the app for what monetary value each "credit" has in relation to being able to backup and restore files. Boo!

A Lame App. I have been unable to migrate the data/CC's, etc from the free version and have not received response from any of my inquiries. I want my money back!

Pro Version? I don’t think so !. If you plan to change phones, do NOT purchase this app. Works fine as long as what you have loaded stays on that phone. Backups and restores DO NOT WORK!!

Brilliant App. I use this app to keep track of my cards. No more thick wallet. Unlike other wallet apps, this app's backup function actually work! Keep up the good work.

Don't waste your money?. Less features than the last version (Wallet Plus)with no backup ability and transfer from old version doesn't work. A complete waste of money. This should have been an update rather than a new version. Disappointing!

Was a good app. This app was a great app for storing your credit card information but after upgrading and paying for the pro version the app has gone to the toilet. The in app purchases are to need you of the wallet you are trying to protect. In the original version you could backup, now you have to pay more when ever you do a backup. When you ask for a password reset the email will only email you your password and my password will no longer authenticate. Very disappointed user. Not worth the upgrade.

Zero support.. The data from my old phone doesn’t appear on my new phone and the support link goes to a blank page. Worthless.

Does not transfer data to Pro version. I used to love this app. But to charge a monthly fee for backing up your data is not acceptable at all. Even less after paying to upgrade to the Pro version! Upgrade so you can be charged more? This is totally unacceptable! Backing up used to be free on older versions!

Great app. Easy to use. Upgraded from free to paid version. It moved all my information over with no problem. Wish they had email category. Great app!!!

Don’t waste ur money. Just downloaded app paid $5 wish I could get my money back. If you take a picture of card it won’t work cause it’s not centered.

CobbySoft Media Servers Nowhere to be found. Looks like they’ve gone away with our money that was paid to create backup files that are mysteriously, unreadable now. So the app abc the work to populate it is worthless. Can’t even submit a support ticket... Apple, are you reading this???

Wallet Plus Pro. I purchased and downloaded Wallet Plus Pro two days ago. I have not been able to use the app due to sever problems. I’ve tried to contact the company’s support but can’t get the website to open. I will give the app a chance and write a better review should I be able to get to use the app.

Perfect Wallet. Easy, intuitive and well done. No install or use issues. After 4 other app trials this one fits best.

No support. App worked great until it didn’t. Used the app’s camera to add cards, but it stopped working properly. Tried contacting the owner, ( don’t think he developed it) with absolutely no response. Look somewhere else.

Disappointed Customer. Free version was perfect, until it forced me to upgrade to the pro version-which has no added benefit. To make matters worse, i had to manually add every card, because the data transfer feature causes the app to crash. Lovely right?

Terrible. All of my data disappeared. I’d even purchased those extorted “credits”. Now it can’t find me at all. So all is truly lost. Zero response from cobbysoft. Potential Buyer BEWARE!

Restore doesn’t work. I had years worth of birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards, insurance cards in this app and it worked great until I got my iPhone replaced and now the restore function doesn’t work. From iCloud, iPhone local files, or DropBox. The Wallet app just crashes when trying to open the backup file. And their submit a ticket doesn’t work either so I can’t even ask them for help. Find a different app!!!

Was too good to be true. I shouldn't have to pay to backup my wallet especially considering I'm using my own cloud. Would have given it more stars if it hadn't been for that I already paid for the app.

Complete rip off. The functionality was okay, until I tried to back it up to their cloud solution. It asked for a $7.99 fee for “points” to backup. I selected this figure for payment. I was then charged $34 from iTunes! To add insult to injury, the backup still didn’t work.

Cannot backup or transfer data. The app is great. Until you get a new phone. You can’t transfer/ backup the data. In theory you can pay $7.99 to buy credits to back up and restore. But it won’t work. You need to register and log in but the system gives error messages and never works. Try contact support? The support page won’t work. Google the developer & that page doesn’t have any way to contact them. After spending hours entering in all the data - this is a bitter end. I would have kept trying, but other reviews identified the same problem.

Scam very disappointing. The app is good works fine just don’t expect to be able to transfer to another phone went to back up with their cloud which is the only way to transfer to another phone and they charge you $7.99 for the privilege what a scam very disappointed

Get rid of all the plastics. I used to put all my rewards in my wallets, then in the car. The problem is when it's time to use them, they are never there. Now I store all of them in this app and never miss a discount again.

Do not upgrade and do not purchase. They upgrade to get rid of the iCloud back up feature and then asks you to buy the pro version. I like the app so I go and buy the pro version for $10. Now you need to pay $20 a pop to back up? Are you kidding me? Garbage.

Server is not available. In order to back up and recover data on this app a server needs to be accessed. This server appears to no longer be functioning.

Disappointed. Paid for Pro version but you want me to pay more money to do a backup of my information/cards! When I purchase Pro versions of Apps I don't usually have to pay more money to use the App! If this is the case you can give me a refund! Rip off!

NO NOT UGRADE. I have used the free version of this program for years. It was sold to Cobbysoft and suddenly last week there was an update which I downloaded. Nowhere did it say that if you installed the update, you would lose the backup functionality unless you paid for the Pro version. I was unable to go back to the previous program because my data was lost so stupidly I paid for the upgrade. The upgrade is exactly like the free version but still without backup functionality. The support is horrible and simply asks you to fill out a ticket. I was tricked into getting the paid upgrade and now have a useless program. Keep the great version 4 which was available before and save yourself the money.

Can’t get my data. Not even sure this is still supported. Won’t contact the server and requires payments to backup and transfer to new phone. Will look elsewhere.

Wallet Pro Plus. I found this application very useful and easy to use. But: 1. there is no French version 2. Very expensive to maintain 3. After many years of usage, I have lost all my data when I change phone, thinking that when I have transfered all my data, that this application was included, but it was not. I now have a new application in French, less expensive and keeping my data on file.

I think it is a very good program but I feel like I'm being ripped off having to buy credits to be able to save my information unless this is changed I would say stay away from the program it does you no good to enter your information and then lose everything.You should not have to buy credits to back it up to a external file
