Stay active with this app. I have been trying to lose weight and stay in shape for months but have had no success. I tried dieting and working out but burned out fast. However, there are three workout levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you switch levels, the app treats it as a whole different progress report. The calorie counts are high and inconsistent. I walked 1.04 miles in 30 minutes one day and 1.11 in 35 minutes another and it said I burned more calories on the 30 min day.

Amazing App. This walking tracker free app is amazing! Very accurate display of your route and loads of information on your run. A Winner APP. I have used the app for 1 month and during that time, I have become the healthiest I have been in 20 years. If you can measure it, you can change it. And once you see how your daily activity translates into walks, you will alter your activity to increase your walks: take the stairs, park far from your destination, know that to get to 10k walks ő is simply a series of 10-15 minute walks over the course of a day. Anyone can do it. You don't need a gym membership, you don't need diet pills - you just need to walk more and the app is a great tool to get you there.

GUYS! Omg. This app is awesome. It lets you listen to music while using it. And you don’t have to go back to the app when the timer is done. And when every part is done it lets you know when to and what to do on the next part. The only thing I don’t like about this app, is that when I have to hold my phone in my hand, it doesn’t count all the steps so when I’m done I actually walked more then what it says. Bc sometimes I’m like on my phone and others I’m just not moving. Wonderful App!!. Helps me keep track of ny fitness goals and I can make notes about each activity and keep a little journal. For instance today I had the most special walk with my dog Moo (Mushoo) and I can write it down. There is so much useful data, how long until completing a mile, elevation, speed. OK here’s the thing .... I’m sure the app is great ... just as sure as I am that I don’t know that it’s great ... so how can I know this if by the third day I am forced to buy or quit? I mean really?? First two days gave me no incentive to say hell yeah I need this! But a week may have done it! So, although I don’t think 4.99 once off is a lot, I do think that if I buy it, and 100’s of others do, and 6 days in I change my mind about it, this app is coining it laughing all the way to the bank! To me that’s wrong. After two days I certainly can’t say that I love the app. I can’t even see if it offers running after a period of time. So, for that reason I’m out for now. We’re all in to make a buck or two, but I certainly want to at least have a clue what I’m in for before just buying. Especially since I understand apps don’t offer money back.

I have a question. First app I've ever given 5 stars to. After trying 6 other pedometer/GPS running/walking apps this was the best for my purposes. Improvements? Well, thought it would be nice to export gpx file, but would rather keep the app simple and not bloated. You DONT need data connection for it to work if you zoom the map to your area before starting

Going Strong. Three things have kept me alive over the past 2 months I have gone through some personal struggles with health and my activity being mostly taken for me: 1. Family 2. Pets 3. Step counter by Galaxy Line. The latter has been a constant (10k steps every - I can't remember when I took up the challenge). While my mom and dad, sisters, and extended relatives have been very helpful, my daily walking has been just as important to my health and well-being. Best App ever. This is my second day and I like everything so far. I feel like the app pushes you but not too hard. I am starting from almost no activity and this app walls me through everything from warm up to cool down. You have to watch an ad before each exercise unless you buy premium, but I don't think that's asking a lot from me for its use. Good program. Thanks guys.

Feeling Better. I have started walking early in the morning and following this plan. I have not bought the in app purchase yet. I am just going to keep walking that 35 minutes every morning and addition to whatever exercise I do later in the day. It’s helping me have a lot more energy. I do wish that they would not start offering you the in app purchase on the third day. I don’t think that’s long enough for someone to know if he or she wants to continue doing this or to pay more when they’re satisfied just doing a 35 minute program like I am. That’s why I gave it four stars. But it does get me going and for that I’m very grateful!

Would not allow me to delete my accoun. I have sent 5 emails to walking tracker free asking to remove my subscription. They have not fulfilled or acknowledged these requests. I would not download this unless you want to be paying walking tracker free until you die. Also- even though I have a paid account, when I log in, it claims I am on a free trial. These simple bug fixes are easy, but the walking tracker free staff and customer service team are obviously lazy and annoying.

Great for tracking steps and weight. As the title suggests, this app helped me a lot for losing weight. Could keep track of my weight on a weekly basis, seeing what I was eating, drinking, how much exercise I was doing and how it effected my weight and bmi for that week I suggest getting the C25K app as well to help back it up. Got me off the sofa and running 5k in under 8 weeks! And I never exactly enjoyed running....hehe.

Pretty Accurate. I started the app in April. There have been no app failures thus far. The app tracks your progress in several different areas including walks, distance, and weight (in chart form). I try to have my phone in my hand or in my pocket (or purse) as much as I can. I even try to have it on me when just walking around the house. Additional features are very good features but the app is pretty nice even without the extras.

I’m a beginner but I love it!. I’ve always wanted to be a runner but, I’m not good at it. I could run maybe 30 seconds on and then I’m back to walking for 3 minutes. This walking tracker app totally helped me work up my endurance. I started being able to run for 3 min at a time and it feels great! It has you choose your level and counts down your interval running, while increasing each session. I would definitely recommend this app!

Love this free walking for weight loss app.. I use it for two month already. It is most accurate and working well app of all those I've tried before. One thing, it does not start counting steps at the begining of the day by itself (or maybe I did not find how to turn it on), you should open it and then counting begins. The absolute best fitness app to have!. I've gained a ton of weight after school due to lack of activity and poor eating habits. Well so far so good . l like this walking tracker free app , its senseble , its easy to use and it asks good questions that actually make sense and it also gives out a good atmosphere and it also motivates too. Its a full pack , but also there is one problem , why do l have a free 30 day thing after that l have to subscribe plz fix that , it makes no sense to me . Anyway good app tho 👍

Love the app. I love how this tracks and coaches while walking. Not just that, it automatically adds my exercise points to my Apple Watch. Especially where I’m in competition with a friend who’s training for a half marathon. Just wish it would stop asking me to go pro. I prefer the free version. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. Tried to start a walk just now and the all wouldn’t let me. Just kept the screen to go pro.

Easy to use walking app. I have been using free walking for weight loss app for over a month now and I am impressed with its functionality. It has accurate free walking for weight lossing and also motivates you to walk more. The only thing that bothers me is the way it is not aesthetically pleasing. Other than that, it's a great app

Love it. I love the free walking for weight loss app so much, it records every single activity and even records it to my Google fit. My only problem is that I have to carry my phone for It to be able to record my activities 😔, I don't have the watch😔, I would have also liked the other exercises but don't have money to subscribe to premium. Easy to use, comprehensive data collections. Very easy to use. It shows the amount of steps taken, distance, time and calories burned as soon as you down load the app. No set up needed then you can input your weight, blood pressure etc for monitoring. You can also join groups and collect badges. Excellent free walking for weight loss app.

Nice Pedometer App. I love this free walking for weight loss app! I downloaded the app on my phone and it tracks every step I take. It has a great interface which makes it easy to use. The best part is that it suggests workouts, too! I love that it's flexible because it works for me whether I'm walking or biking. It has really helped me stay on track with my weight loss goals.

Added exercise options. Thanks for given such wonderful services. I feel there are few things we should consider 1. When we workout at gym that option does not come in added exercise option. 2. Sometime we donot take phone when we walk so there should be option to extra steps.

Reason for 3 stars. I like the app overall, but I have to give them only 3 stars and here are the main reasons: 1. If you click out of the app or lock your phone, it stops counting down the time you’re walking. I’ve been walking and let’s say I had 18 minutes left to walk. My phone locks on its own due to me not being on it (because I am walking) and guess what? 12 minutes go by and it still says I have 18 minutes left. I’ve had other apps for working out that don’t do this. 2. On Monday I’m scheduled to walk and on Tuesday it’s a rest day. Monday I got sick and couldn’t walk so when I opened my app on Wednesday ready to walk it still thought it was Monday. 3. There are no options to tailor the app to your personal needs, no place to put your height, weight, goals, etc. 4. Having to pay for an app that has all of these issues? Steep.

Hooked. Love the challenges, intuitive and enjoyable app. Growing community too ... very happy. Rarely pay for an app but whilst the free version was great, I love the wider variety of challenges on the subscription. Over 2.5million steps on planned walks and lost 3.5 stone. Before that I was averaging 3000 steps a month. I've re subscribed for another 12 months. Now tracking gym and swim too ...

Helped to stay me active. helped me stay active consistently so I stayed consistent, something I was having trouble with before. I was looking for a way to stay on track with working out so that I could feel great about my body and it helped me look and feel great.

5 stars for sure. Whether you have the free or paid for version, this is a great app for step counting and as a guide for weight loss. It's really good for seeing how far you move daily. Not only that you can see your history to see how your progress is going and to see how far you've gone in meeting your targets. It's well worth it's five stars.

Surprised at how accurate this was. I actually checked this walking app by counting out in my mind 1000 steps. The reading on the app was 982 steps which is pretty impressive as far as I'm concerned. That it appears to underestimate a little is probably, on balance no bad thing as you'll end up doing slightly more than 10,000 steps to fulfil your daily quota :)

Perfect for me.. I just wanted a simple pedometer. I don't know what this app's additional features are, but if you just want to count your steps you don't have to worry about numerous lifestyle settings that a feature-heavy app may have. Also not taking a lot of space. I can read the steps in a simple widget or in a simple notification.

Good app so far. Walked with my dog. Was able to pause when she had to per and restart. Love that because it actually gets my actual steps and time and distance. Have to increase my miles per week because I am doing much better now that I know how many miles I actually walk with the dog.

Best walking app. I've tried many and this free walking for weight loss is the most reliable, doesn't drop GPS and just works for what I need it to. No fancy daily step counters hogging your battery, just records what you want it to record. Wish it would give option for different voice models though as it sounds like a droid from the clone wars.
