Finally flashcards!. The new flashcards feature is amazing and I’ve been waiting for Lecturio to add this feature but am so disappointed in the way it works. I can’t manage the flashcards and decide what to do it gets so bulky to use the feature please make it better and manageable and also not available on the app.

Freshies. Some students’ review say that by using lecturio alone you could learn the topics but not really...

Be careful from tricks. I purchased 3 month trial and I didn’t like their content because I found many mistakes in their content and when I contacted them they insist nothing wrong, and they charge much more than other apps do like I had lifelong subscription for Dr. Najeeb lectures for $10 and there are dozen of better apps with less cost,and also they hide something and it’s really shame that is they set me on auto renewal which I didn’t want to do and when I asked for refund they refused. I thought this app was run by doctors but apparently it’s not. If there was zero star I will not hesitate ti give it to them. At last customer please service please don’t bother yourself with copy and paste your auto replay I know your replay will be we usually set auto renewal so you don’t loss your subscription, this is shameful rubbery.

The videos are amazing. I like the videos a lot … it help me prepare for medical exams … I only wish if the subscription is cheaper as it is too expensive for me …

Don’t waste your time or money. Good for testing but lectures are boring and apparently there are a lot of mistakes. Overall disappointed at how much time I could have saved by using other study guides like B&B

Room for Growth. The videos are great because they are delivered by people who really know what they are talking about. Yet, there are no explanation for the quizzes at the end of the video. Therefore, we’re left without an opportunity to learn from our mistakes.

Rhonda Lawes is the best professor ever!!. I’ve purchased a subscription but I’m a bit upset about it now. The reason why I paid all this money was when I watched a small clip of Rhonda Lawes explaining ABG’s and she broke everything down so well that now I’m an expert in ABG’s. When I looked up other subjects, it was mostly other professors lecturing about them. They’re nowhere near as good as Rhonda. She explains things so well, breaks them down in a way for you to really understand. Throws a few corny jokes here and there to make sure you pay attention. She’s a wonderful teacher and should make more lectures (yes I know she can’t do it all by herself) but Lecturio would be a lot better with more teachers like her. Side note to teachers: When teaching, please try to briefly break things down and not assume everyone knows or SHOULD KNOW everything already. The lectures are short, and straight to the point. I hope as I go further Into medsurge I find more of Rhonda’s lectures. She’s really good.

Split screen view is not supportive. It’s very important to take note properly in iPad. Please make it supportive.

Binging on Lecturio. Hey, fellow Nurse Practitioner student here. I love Lecturio. I can use it at home or while in the go, it has so many features that can be used to for your individual learning style. No one was left out of the equation. Top notch education to supplement your school studies

Review for lecturio. Honestly it made me fall back in love with medicine again, I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I step into my lecture hall, my brain shuts down, and then I feel frustrated, I’m trying to watch 2 - 3 videos a day, and slowly rebuild myself.

No where to cancel subscription on website. Took my money and gave not been using it for a year now. I need a refund kindly especially in this pandemic

It keeps logging me out. This app keeps logging me out on the days it manages to work. I always have to turn off my phone and back on to be able to sign in. I enjoy the content but this make studying frustrating.

Not a good system and bad costumer service. The costumer service answers fast but are not helpful. Mayor problems have to go through supervisors, and they don’t answer back. If you are in a medical school in the US, the lecturio lectures are not too relevant. The material is not high yield.

Watch your credit card. The information is great. The instructors are great. The format was awesome am I learned everything I needed to. But if you want to cancel, finding where to is like finding a needle in a haystack…. And you’re not getting any extra charges back.

Non-Native Video Player, No Keyboard Controls. The content is great! However, they don’t use the native video player and there are no keyboard controls. I have to find the tiny little play/pause button every time, which can be tiresome. I’d like to be able to use the arrow keys (or similar) to skip ±15s as well, or have a shortcut to speed up/slow down the video. Otherwise the app seems pretty nice so far.

Meh. Great information unfortunately the app constantly crashes and no matter what I do no one seems to be able to help me

Typos and Answer Issues. Regarding the USMLE Step 1 part: There are quite a number of typographical errors which are tolerable. But what I cannot tolerate on the Qbank part is picking the correct answers but when you reveal the explanation to your answer it turns out to be wrong because it highlights the wrong answer instead of the correct one. And when you read the explanations of that pseudo-correct answer, it describes the “real correct answer”. Please review the Qbank and correct these minor issues. But a great study tool otherwise.

Nice app, but.... I love your teaching... But, one thing is to teach and another is to make your students understand where they don’t by answering questions. I subscribed so I could prepare for MCAT, and I saw that one of the answers to one of the questions was not correct. I asked why the answer did not tally with what the teacher just taught (for maybe it was a mistake on the app or something)and it’s been over a week and no one has answered me. That’s not good😔

Best online resource for USMLE. I’ve been using it for a long time now and I’m very satisfied. Best app I had for USMLE preparation in fact. Highly recommend it!

Outstanding but…. The content is outstanding but the technicality leaves a lot to be desired. The app crashes often and logs me out every time I exit. I contacted tech support and their only solution was “uninstall and reinstall” which is a hassle in and of itself. I really wanted to rate 5 stars but the constant crashing is extremely frustrating when I need to retrieve information quickly.

Awesome!. Excellent video lectures and QBank! It has helped me clarify many concepts in an effective way, as well as giving an idea of what to expect on board exams.

Lecturio App. The lecturio app is amazing! The videos are clear and easy to understand and the bookmatcher feature is amazing. I love that it links me right to the page in First Aid that has associated information. This app helps me prepare, learn, and retain information every time I use it!

Frozen app. App freezing....not allowing to review questions

Love it. Absolutely a must have adjunct to your medical education. Structured, focused, and geared to help you succeed.

Despite great content, the app is slow. Great resources for med school, but this app needs work. It’s slow, laggy, and buggy. For example, My internet connection is 300M/100M, but loading a 1080p video from Lecturio would take me about 30 seconds. Also, the subtitles for the videos are often not available; however, I contacted support and they said the subtitles would be available for all the videos in the next months. So we’ll see how it goes.

Wow! This is great!. I wonder why there aren't a bunch of reviews! This app is awesome! So grateful to find resources like this! Thank you so much!! I am not planning to go into Med school but I love learning all about the body and how it functions!! This App is great! Great program!. Extremely high quality program with qbank questions linked directly to corresponding video lectures. Lectures are very high quality and high yield. They are short, concise, and to the point. I highly recommend this program.

Need more MCAT stuff. You guys have a lot of good note on the psy/Soc but I would like to see more MCAT prep material please

Add some features to the QBank. Lecturio is amazing ! It is like heaven for medical students. But one more feature I wanted to see in the app is the ability to create QBanks based on the topic you want ( for example, when I study “ Cushing’s syndrome” I want to see questions related to that topic specifically.

Such a great resource. I absolutely love the app. I use it everyday. Super user friendly. It’s great for long rotation days when you only have short moments to get studying in or listening to lectures on your commutes. Highly recommend.

All in one resource. I go to a newer medical school that still has some bugs to be worked out with regard to which professor covers what material and to what extent. Lecturio has saved the day by giving me the option to learn in as little or as much detail about any topic covered by a professor that I don’t learn well from. In addition, their Qbank is thorough and provides immediate feedback that is helpful for early studying (I’m a first year and do board questions concurrently with lectures). They have concise diagrams and the questions tell you exactly what they’re looking for. I’ve noticed that other resources have typos or non-board style questions so it’s been great to have Lecturio instead. All in all, no matter what your learning style is, there is a way for you to learn using Lecturio.

Great App but please fix video issues!. I love this App, i’ve had it for more than a year now and its helped me throughout the hardest years of medical school. But i have noticed that after some recent updates, the video streaming quality is terrible! I am currently standing 4 feet next to my router that puts out 60mb a second and i still encounter freezing videos and laggy quality. That is the only issue that i have with the app, other than that is great.

Great Prep Tool. I’ve LOVED using this app to prepare to start medical school. It’s straightforward and EXTREMELY well organized, making the topics easily accessible. I can also enjoy some time with Mother Nature camping and spend a few minutes when I have a down second reviewing downloaded material. I love the testing and quizzing after each 3-9 minute video. It’s really helped me think about the material in a different way.

Alright. Nice videos, except they don't pause.

I had paid for the premium plan but I have not been able to got access. I have paid for the premium but I am not able to access. Nobody from support team is willing to help. Only one short answer - logout and log in again. That has been done many time. No changes. And no response from Lecturio.

Lecture issue. Some of the lecture doesn’t work.

Multitasking. Great app but multitasking is needed. a lot of science students use notability or good note etc. it would help a lot for note taking by hand

Great App! Needs Spaced Repetition!. I have rated 4 stars as I use Lecturio’s spaced repetition feature every day, I think it is one of Lecturio’s most useful and important features. Terrible !!. Waist of 65$

Easy to stream on TV via Airplay c interruption. Thank you for creating app that is very versatile and easy to stream on SONY BRAVIA using my phone without interruption.

Disappointed…. The app’s concept is great: learning, testing and writing notes right after the lessons. But I am honestly finding the lessons very boring and the only time I have posted something asking for an explanation it has been a month and nothing… For the money payed, it’s pretty unacceptable. I can find more interesting videos on YouTube. Unfortunately I won’t get my money back for the remaining time if I cancel, but I wont be investing again in the future.

Flash pulmonary EDEma. This lecturer is confused about slowly developing CHF which presents with gradual o set of edema Amd the SUDDEN onset of flash pulmonary edema.

Lecturio A Must Have App for Medical Students!. The new release have made a huge improvement within the app. So I decide to rate again the app from 4 to 5 stars. Lecturio app have becomes a very reliable application for medical students. It allows medical students to use it, not only for STEP1, but as an everyday studying tool starting from the first day of the MD program journey. In my humble opinion, You as a student can expect a minimum of 20% to 30% in your grades when you use this program along with your study plan. And a huge improvement in your overall knowledge for HY material. This was my old review. Lecturio is great but the app not! Within the recent update the buttons like play pause, doesn’t vanish anymore. Nor we have close caption. I’ve try to send the image within the app to my Apple TV and it doesn’t work. I think that the older version was better than this update...

Best medical prep material on the market.. Great comprehensive lectures ranging from mcat prep to Step 2 preparation. I plan on being a customer long after getting into med school.

One of the best educational app. Accidentally found one of it’s videos on youtube and downloaded it immediately after watching the vid. Cool!

Great explanations!. Clear, concise. I like that I can listen and open other apps at the same time.

Meh. Not worth it you can get similar videos online for free (YouTube). If you must spend money try Picmonics it’s a great concept for studying For the step and uses first aid as a guide line. If your using this to study for MCAT god help you stop what you are doing and get Kaplan.

Newest update bricks app. Update: The bug has been fixed and no problems since. Back to being one of my go to video review resources. Apparently these updates aren't tested before being released. The most recent update makes the app unusable. You open the app and the advertisement of the newest "bookmatcher" feature is shown at the bottom of the screen. The problem is you have to close the pop-up to proceed to use the app but the pop-up is only partially shown on the screen so you are unable to close it. You can't scroll the page to reveal more, can't click on anything, just stuck.

Ripoff! Get same quality for FREE. They want you to pay almost $300 a year for the same quality of videos you can find on YouTube for free. Barnes and Noble LITERALLY sells a book of MCAT practice tests for $1.99. Do not buy into this. Make playlists on your YouTube of each category and add all the chapters sections to each playlist.

Recommended for med students. Lecture content is clear, concise and portable. Has just the right amount of questions at the end of video. Could be slightly better quality of quizzes. Great because my med school does not release lecture content early.

Be careful.. I made a one time purchase and they renew and charged me without my permission.

Still working out the kinks.... The content is pretty good, but the app doesn't sync well or keep a record of what you've already completed. Hopefully they'll get that fixed soon!

Lecturio. It’s the best learning lecture in the world indeed

The resource you didn't know you needed. I'm a more technically adept learner insofar as I vehemently dislike "buzzwords" and teaching to the test. I like lecturio because slow as some lecturers are, where my school colossally fails they pick up the slack and succeed better than I could imaging. The quizzes could be better structured. Course mapping is a much needed feature. The PDFs are very poor resolution but they follow the content enough where you could actually augment your own coursepacks from your school with. It's a great resource if you prefer to know not memorize.

Amazing app！. I have never seen such a great app for USMLE before. It will save your time and make your studying more efficient. It won't make you feel difficult in studying on any fields. I don't know if I have purchased anything in this app. It looks like this is a free app... At this moment... LOL!!!

Arwa. Omg where do I even start? It started off fine, loved it! But when it came time for subscription renewal it was a freaking living hell. I paid for a subscription and apparently it was supposed to last from Nov 11, 2016 till July 11, 2016. Confused, right? This didn't make any sense, so for freaking weeks now, I don't have access because apparently I'm supposed to fudging time travel to gain access and that's not even the worse of it! Every time I send them a complaint about this problem they just send me another receipt with the same exact thing only now it's Nov 21, 2016 till Jul 11, 2016. IT STILL DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE YOU FREAKING IDIOTS!!!

Great app but. In my opinion this app is perfect for any nursing student or medical student, it explains things in ay much easier way; however, the update is kind of expensive so I don't really see the point of buying expensive books plus this app, when you can literally buy the medical books and watch videos on YouTube for free.
