Awesome!. This app is great,it does exactly what I needed it to do! And it's clean and simple, kudos to the developers! Now could you add timers and animations? I would like for the annotations to appear on a timed sequence so as to walk the viewer through a sequence of events. Also an animated dotted line or circle world be great! But I love the app. Thx guys!

Perfect utility app. I have used this app for years and it has always served me well. It’s rare that an app does one thing so perfectly. I also love that it has continued with support from the devs without any bloated feature creep, advertising, watermarks, etc.

Perfection!. The controls in this app are simple and intuitive. It is so easy to label items in a photo. All other annotation apps feel clunky and difficult to use in comparison.

LOVE this app!. I use this app all the time and it works perfectly- I love it for annotating projects for tutorials - I even took a photo of all my prescriptions & supplements and annotated it so I could have a comprehensive reference for myself and my doctor! The only things I wish it had were perhaps the ability to have text in a highlighted box, and unlimited characters ...kind of a bummer when it won't let you finish a sentence. Thank you for this amazing app - looking forward to updates!

Worth every cent. Unlike the current business model of "in-app" purchases that expect you to purchase the app and then continue to pay to use the "main/optional" features, this app is worth every cent. A diamond in the rough lost in the vast pile of "in-app" purchases.

Brilliant Simplicity. Sadly, Apple is less than consistent in living up to its Jobs-ian legacy of beautiful simplicity and of usability that approaches the intuitive. This app exemplifies both. It's a delight to use and proof that Steve's ideal can still be realized.

Excellent, simple app - would like one more color!. The app is great for what it does. Simple, clean. I like it. The thing that most frequently chases me away to another, more complicated app, is when a crowded background makes both the black and white text too difficult to read. Many ways to solve this - additional color options (even just one - red), an optional screen behind the text, additional text weights - I'm not picky about how, but would love to see some way to solve that one challenge.

Brilliant!. This app is SO quick and easy to use. A lot of work must have gone into the development of this app in order to make it so user-friendly. Hats off to the developer(s). Great job! I don't leave glowing reviews unless an app is far above average, but this one nailed it.

Love the simple and elegant way to annotate. This is one seriously terrific little app. I love how simple and easy it is use. And annotations are equally elegant in design. That’s all I think you want this app to do, right? Then mission accomplished! I like the simplicity of either black or white. Too many choices in color, font size, etc. would make the overall image way too busy. And if your image is already busy, then adding text and pointers in different colors would just clutter it up. What do people want next? Cute gimmicky cheesy stickers? Geesh, people! There are plenty of those kinds of apps if you want to junk up your image instead of annotating an image for added context. Nice job, Tinrocket!

"This" is awesome!. Such a simple idea and executed so well! I love "This" and I've only been using the app for less than a day. I take a lot of photos for work and this app allows me to quickly add annotations directly to my photos.

Love the simplicity. Great and simple app to make simple annotations. Perfect for letting my crews know what to work on regarding house repairs and construction if I’m not there. I really wish the devs would implement a feature to allow us to create multiple lines originating from the same text. But it still works great as it is. :)

An incredibly useful photo app. I do not write reviews. I think they're mostly from paid "good-review sweat shops", so I don't write them either. Making the rare exception for this one. I really appreciate the simplicity of the UI, what it does, and that the developers don't try to squeeze every penny out of you they can. This app won't change your life, no app can, but it does what it says it does...and does it very well.

It's so simple. I never really got into photoshop for my photography. But this was a nice, simplistic way to add some unforgettable touches, I feel. Easiest way to be so personal while being able to share it anywhere.

Intuitive and very practical. So far I really love it. You can use it to label work-related photos or add peoples names and even to make notes on a shopping list that you photographed. Thanks.

Great app. Hoping it hasn't been abandoned. This is a great app for annotating pictures. I haven't used it much, but when I have, its worked flawlessly. My biggest concern at this point is that the app is still in the 1.0's and hasn't seen any updates in over a year. The last update was less than two months after it was released. The developer has some other interesting apps, but they seem to be similarly lacking updates.

Not Ample!!!. I'm not sure where the rest of these reviews came from but this app is boring and doesn't get the job done compared to others. First off, please know I got it from a Starbucks download option. Even though the arrows are easy to add you can't add any width or color to them which makes it one dimensional. Also if you tap in too many places it adds new arrows and they are not easy to remove. I think this app developer has paid for the high reviews to be posted because I don't understand it's simplicity in a market that is already populated with better options.

Simple and elegant!. Does exactly what I need it to do. I began using this years before iOS added a native way to annotate photos and I still prefer it.

Use it all the time. It may not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does what it does very well. Great for making quick, great looking callouts on photos and sending them on quickly.

A gem. I used this app mid last year... I recently found a photo annotated using this app but forgot the name... I had to see when the photo was taken and search my iTunes purchase history again to find this gem 💎 .. Definitely a keeper!

Wonderful little app. I love this app! When i need to add some text or labels to a photo, this app does it with ease and style. I love the options it provides for the pointing styles. The only thing i find a little difficult is being accurate with where to place the pointer, as my finger is resting right above it. It takes a few tries to get it just right. Perhaps there is a way to adjust this by expanding the pointing arrow when moving or manipulating it? Not sure if it’s clear what i mean. Anyway, keep up the great work!

Very useful. The handiest app I know of to pinpoint areas of interest in a photo. For example, when sending a photo to a contractor you can clearly mark and label items and areas pertinent to the project.

Great!. Very helpful when wanting to remember all the details of the photo. Also used it to point out somethings we would have missed 10 years from now.

Very intuitive. The best annotations app I ever used on App Store. Very easy to use. Worth the money. You won't be disappointed. Feature request: More text colors would be nice. Also this should be directly accessible from photos app just like other photo editors are.

Annotate your photos!. Annotating photos is a handy way to share our ideas, notes, and remarks with our friends and colleagues. There are some other apps in the App Store, but none of them are as simple and user-friendly as "This". Auto color adjustment, auto repositioning system, and different line and pointer styles make This stand out. However there are some ways to improve this app here on: 1. Better zoom in/out implementation to move the pointer and label more precisely 2. Toggle the auto reposition system 3. Different fonts and colors to choose from 4. Ability to add numbers to the pointer (a small number inside a circle) for showing an instruction step by step 5. Sometimes moving a text causes other annotations to move slightly and destroying the layout, while the text does not overlap any of those annotations.

Easy-To-Use Photo App. This app is simple and useful and I'm glad to have it in my photo-editing tool kit. The only reason I gave this app 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would like to have the option to use different colors and fonts beyond the traditional black and white.

Perfectly simple. I’ve been using the app for years and have found it to be so easy and simple to use. I actually appreciate the limitations when it comes to formatting options because it ensures that your annotated image will always look clean and minimal. There need to be more apps like this that just do something straightforward and do it really well.

Great way to keep track of your memories. Had my 7 yr old niece over to CA for vacation. Took many photos that i knew she couldnt remember where each was taken. Went through picked out my favs. Labeled all with this app and made her a photo album. Now she can remember all the places we went!!

Very Cool!. How can anything so useful also be so streamlined, basic, and easy to use? I have been looking for just this tool to annotate images for my own record keeping but also to place indicators and info in images I share. Powerful simple interface.. This is beautifully coded. Works well, keeps you neat. I know there are more powerful options out there, they just aren't worth it to learns for me. When I need to annotate pics and measurements quickly and share that info- THIS is the app I turn to. I'm working on a landscaping renovation and the app has been invaluable. Highly recommended. No crashes or bugs to speak of. I have been using it for six months.

Masterclass in making an app that does what is say it does. I must have downloaded this app ages ago and forgot about, mis catigorizing it under a IoT folder and am sorry I overlooked it before. This is a wonderful app for simply adding labels and call outs onto my photos. Thank you, and are there any other projects you're doing? I'm sure equally as good!!

Great and fun app. I'm not one to write many reviews on apps . However I do believe this app is fine and can be useful for business also. The possibilities are in less on what you can do with this. Very simple to use and look forward to any additions in the future.

Simple but can be improved. Intuitive controls with pleasing minimalist design. I do wish that a “label” can have multiple lines/pointers, perhaps even a bracket option. I currently use this app to label pictures of anatomy models and it works well!

OMG it’s updated. Waiting for few years. Finally it was updated to be compatible with the new iOS. I’m almost about to delete it.

So useful!. This does exactly what it says. Wonderfully and beautifully. I only wish it allowed multiple arrows to lead to the same text; and also allowed a manual change in the black and white color of the text non-universally without using ‘auto’). Still, it gets 5 stars cause it is that awesome.

Great app, minor flaw. The app is such a clever and useful idea. It’s great to point out little details in a photo and is quite intuitive to use too. Hopefully it gets updated to work with the new larger screen sizes soon.

Basic, but smooth. This is an app that will put pointers on your photos. You can change the pointer. You can change the text associated with the pointer. You can change the position of the pointer. You can delete a pointer. That's the basic. The pointers move fluidly across the photo and change color, based on the background, for easy readability. That's the smooth.

Without reading anything. This app is pretty darned intuitive. I needed to use it in the shop to record some complex operations. I could have sketched it, but annotating the photos was so much easier. Wish I could have two arrows at times. If I read the instructions maybe I’d find out to do that.

This is the.... Only app I use for labeling. People always want to know how I did that and my answer is always this...you gotta try this simple design and easy to understand instructions!!! A+ app

Great App, Missing More Optiins. I really rate this app at 4.5 because I love it for what it offers now with being able to pinpoint exactly what you're wanting to talk about or point out. Only thing I wish is that it had more text color options.

So that’s it?. Perfect if you want to add text with a pointer to your pictures but you don’t want the hassle of choosing the font and the color, because the options with ‘This’ are one font, two colors and that’s all there is to it. The result is relatively stylish, but compared to the developers other apps this is more than a little underwhelming - and considering it costs five bucks I expected considerably more

Where are instructions?. I hate it because I can’t even find out how to get started with it. An app name like “This” seems impossible to search for, search engines ignore the word “this.” The tinrocket website offers no help for “This”.

On The Verge. Am having constant freezing on iOS 9.3.2 on a 6+, have to quit and relaunch. I do like the app a lot but would like to be able to resize or reflow the text box. Great job, looking forward to updates as I'm sure I will be using this ALL the time for my production team.

Simple look, exactly what I wanted. Only just downloaded this but it looks exactly like what I was looking for. Easy to read, easy to use.

Nope!. I can't control line returns, I can't control the color or font of my text information. This is a visually communication enhancement feature without any User controls for graphic artists or anyone sensitive to visual design or display. Deleting!
