Exactly what I was looking for!. I’ve been looking for a home design app with as much compatibility for objects and textures. You can import 3D Models from Trimble, which opens up the possibilities to infinity! There’s still one issue with it though - the textures don’t import correctly and often just come in grey. When I try to edit them, it only adds the base color of that texture instead of the entire texture. This is probably a simple software fix that I am sure they are aware of. There might be a complicated work around, but ultimately should be fixed and easier to use within the app. I like that the list of textures on an object is organized in a tree, but it’s also not intuitive. If you were wanting to change all of the textures of a certain texture that’s already applied, you can’t sort the textures to find all of the same to change at once. This component needs some reworking on the UX side. Other than those minor complaints, I love this app! You can export into other apps to render with realistic renders.

Latest update wiped all data in my files. Have been using and enjoying this app for a while now, but after the latest update, the files I had been working on (entire house blueprints and remodel plan) were completely wiped of all my data. The files are still there, but either the app destroyed my data or won’t read old files or something because now they are blank with no data. All my hard work on a design is wasted and it looks like I’d have to start from scratch again, which frankly, I don’t know if I want to do as it’s hard to trust the app now. I’ve reached out to the developers for help, but haven’t heard back yet. Will update the review if they are able to help me save the data on the files, but I’ll be very unhappy if all my hard work was for nothing. Thankfully I at least exported some photos of the design, but very very frustrating to say the least.

Calming. I really do love this app, I’ve always wanted a mobile app like this one where you can create and decorate a building/room. Although, there are a few things I’d like to suggest. Like another reviewer had mentioned, the app is missing some items like rugs. I'd also like to see ceiling fans, or just fans in general implemented into the app. Also, there are templates to choose from, but as far as I know, you can only choose one room template, not multiple. I’d like to be able to choose multiple room templates and be able to put them together to form a home from them, like in the Sims. I only have the free version, so these features may be available in a version you have to pay for, but I’m just giving out suggestions in case these aren’t in the game. Thanks for reading :) (also, another reviewer had mentioned him receiving headaches as the app tended to crash frequently which made him have to redo his work, but while I used the app, it hadn’t crashed on me. One time it did freeze, but I just waited for a little bit and it was back to working fine. Just thought I’d mention.)

Pro and regular. I rate this and live home 3D a big fat 0 I downloaded the live home 3D and as soon as I started designing my home a notification popped up for the live home 3D PRO. Stating that the live home 3d v.s. PRO doesn’t save your design. So I downloaded Pro (purchase twice) still have both of them on my screen and there is nothing new nor different about the PRO app just a rip off of 20 bucks for the same crap that’s free and might I add u can save your file on the regular one so that was a lie. So after I’m $40 dollars in the hole and have no clue how to be reimbursed I decided to just continue building on the apps and now both of them keep glitching. There’s something wrong with both apps for they have deleted all my savings. Then once I start again it freezes and kicks me out constantly. I assumed it was possibly a phone technicality so I went on my computer and what do u know I’m having the same problem there aswell. I would really love my money back for this crap. It def wasn’t worth my time. I won’t lie at first I loved it but then I realized the PRO Is just the same as the other one and then it started to have problems.

no longer allows access to my designs. It worked for a while and was easy, intuitive, and served the purpose of basic home design. After a while the app started having many glitches which were annoying but I was able to overlook them. For instance, when dragging an object into the design it has to be dragged several times before it imports. If you merge objects together they cannot ever be unmerged. But the big issue is I never finished a home design and apparently will not be able to finish it, with this app at least, because the app will not open the design or any of my other finished designs for that matter. I deleted, repurchased, restarted my device. All the designs I spent days on are no longer available to me. When attempting to open any design, the app shuts down. :(

Wow!. What an amazing app that works exactly the way you would expect it to work. So simple to use and so powerful. I bought a house to flip and was able to use this to build out the home with all the correct measurements. Still waiting to close on the house and I already have an amazing new look planned for my flipper all thanks to this app. And being able to walk through a 3D version of the house to bring my vision to life... holy wow! So cool! Worth every single penny and more! You can also switch to blueprint mode and you’ll have a very accurate blueprint that I can actually use! I kept playing with this app just wondering WHEN I would find an error... it just couldn’t work this well, I thought. There has to be a catch, I thought. I guess not. Just a great app that deserves every penny. The people I showed my work to even asked me how I knew how to make architectural blueprints like that - the thing is... I don’t know anything about that stuff but this app makes everyone look like a professional. Great job! I’m buying every package just because the developers deserve it. Thanks so much for solving my problem with such a powerful and simple to use app.

Loooooooooove this app!!!. I think this is the best home design app I have ever used I like how if you pay 20 dollars you get everything, with room planner (another app) you paid 10 and then had to buy like everything 2 dollars for this and 2 for that I got so annoyed it’s like if you want to play you have to pay additional money on top of the app cost. So I love this app it is so easy to use and has so many options for color, texture, furniture ect. I wouldn’t choose any other app. professionally and just for fun I recommend this app. Made my bedroom in half an hour. Totally worth the money. Only thing I would have added is with the pool table I would like pool balls and pool sticks but other than that a must get for sure.

Best free house building app!!. I absolutely love this app I am obsessed with all the little details and customizations you can do to your build and unlike others you don’t lose your progress over time that was most frustrating to me about the competitor apps I’ve tried like this game that were free as well. Now you can purchase the game and get even crazy more content and options and multiple project saves if you want but the free version is amazing and I just had to write this review to get more ppl to choose this house builder over the others out there :) && to the game devs thank you for such a fun game I have gotten lost in it for many hours!!

Gear app, but how do I access Pro features. Hello, I really enjoy using this app. For some one who is just doing this for fun or someone who wants to design their own house I believe this is a good app for that. But I am having some slight trouble. I bought the “PRO features” from the free app that the app offers for in app purchase and well I don't know how to access these “PRO features”. Also, if there is not much of a difference from the normal version of the app from the “PRO features” purchase, is it possible to get a refund so I can purchase the Pro app instead?

Completely frustrating. I am changing my review from a 3 star to a 5 star review now. I have to say I was completely confused and had a difficult time at first learning the app. In fact, I’m still learning. There’s so much you can do with this app. The possibilities are amazing! What really changed my outlook and rating was how wonderful and quick the developers always get back to you. They have been so extremely helpful for someone like me who didn’t have a clue about architecture or technical stuff. I love knowing that if I ever need more advice, they will always be friendly and there to help. They deserve a 5 star rating! I am really loving the house plans I have come up with! We are literally building our own home off grid, so seeing these house plans especially in 3D has really made a huge difference for my husband to understand and put into perspective. He can finally know exactly what I have in mind and I believe with a detailed plan like this, it will save us from making the wrong decisions since we get to see an actual image of our house before we build it. Also, it’s much easier to use a tablet or PC with this app. Thank you so much!

great for personal use. i absolutely love this app, whenever my creative senses are tingling, i just open the app an decorate a room or two. i wouldn’t recommend this for professional use because there are many glitchy items and some items, like rugs, aren’t available. however, this is a REAL design game, it’s not like those that claim you get to design a house but instead you have to play puzzles and only have two or three furniture choices. here are my suggestions and flaws with this game: 1. it’s pretty hard to rotate items, i wish there was a button of some sorts that could rotate the item. 2. some items are too big or too small and there should be some way to change the size. 3. the trees are a bit odd, instead of being 3D like everything else, they are almost like 2D images that just kind of follow you around. 4. it’s pretty sensitive. when trying to move an item a tiny bit, it moves A LOT, and same for when you’re trying to move forwards. and 5. i wish that items didn’t go through walls. it makes it pretty hard to put an item against the wall, and sometimes the trees go into the house. although this may seem like a lot of flaws, i HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this app!

useful but frustrating. This is the more useful of the free architecture apps I've found for designing your own house and being able to see it in 3D perspective (instead of decorating someone else's rooms as part of some game) but there does not seem to be an easy "undo" option for when an undesired and unexplained function happens by accident. I have tried several free apps looking for one I would willingly pay for the full package, and this is the only one I have not deleted within a very short period of time. However, I'm not sure if I will upgrade because of the glitches that keep happening. I understand there is a learning curve, and I have consulted the instruction manual many times but am not finding a solution for my problems. So for now "vaguely what I want the house project to look like" is useful but frustrating in equal measure.

I have miss feelings. I like this app a lot but at the same time it gives me a lot of headaches. If you using this app professionally you have to be careful because it crashes a lot and sometimes you have to redo the work all over again. Some of the 3D ware house items don’t download sometimes or disappear once you place them. I hope they could fix the crashing issues so I could do my work more pleasant . I almost give up on this thing Between the crashing and also getting freeze and not able to reload for a while is a big problem. I just got this app a couple days ago. I followed all the instructions like turning lights off and low quality off while working in 3D BUT nothing works keeps crashing and furniture disappearing every 2 minutes or so,. if these issues won’t fix I will ask for my money back and will keep searching for another app that’s works smoothly. Update I contacted the developer and they said there is nothing wrong from their end. I think it must be because I tried to use the same app on a different device and gave me the same issue so there is no way it can be fixed. Be careful before you purchased this app because for me it only last for a few days after that it stopped working.

Best app in the universe. I love the app they don’t make you play games to earn objects. The app doesn’t make noise so you don’t need headphones if your not alone or turn it down, there’s nothing to turn down🤣😂. For free the only thing you don’t get is the house save. If you move to another house to work on, it isn’t saved. Over all I love love love this app I am pretty much addicted. Music and this app and it works love it (Apple Music by the way🙂) I totally think you should get this app if you love design as much as I do best app ever I absolutely can’t tell you enough. Good but Crashes!!. I really enjoy using this app. It’s so fun to mess around with and I feel as if there is a lot of options to work with. The only issue is that it crashes so much!! I get so frustrated while working with it. I have a lot of storage on my device so I know it’s not that. I also don’t use a lot of lights in my houses because I prefer windows. In addition to that, I don’t use anything from the 3D Warehouse but every time I’ve tried the app has crashed(they weren’t even heavy files). I also wish they had more templates to choose from so I could mess around with different ones! Overall, if the app didn’t crash, I would be obsessed with it. It can just become very frustrating.

This game is a total rip off. I play it it’s fine at first I figure out things I’ve been working on this house all day next thing you know it I come to save it and then it doesn’t save all my work I guess the warnings right but this game is a rip off for what it did I’m very mad about it but I guess it’s kind of good because you can keep designing stuff over and over again I was just still don’t like this but I’ll have to keep up with it I can either delete it or keep it I like to keep it but it does get me really mad grrr

Free version is great, with limits. Using free version to decide where to paint what on home mock-up. Of course, colors are only approximate. Free version is limited wrt some important objects, e.g., doesn’t offer louvered shingles, diamond muntins, 6-9 panel doors, or colorable window or door frames. Too, it wouldn’t let me put a roof on my garage because I guess you can only use 4 stories total (a ranch is 3: basement, main, and roof, and a detached garage is 2: main and roof). So I had to build the garage roof out of two wedges. Very few, if any, traditional, shaker, or colonial furniture pieces. Too, it would be handy if we could group objects. I don’t know if it’s a bug, but switching from 3D to 2d sometimes messes up the elevations of objects. Paid version isn’t specific as to what objects it has beyond the free version. Why don’t they show the new objects that would be available?

The system. I love this app but something is wrong with your system I just want ya’ll to fix it. Soon but surely, please. I just don’t to disappoint y’all so i wish you can fix it. Please help it by fixing the app. I love designing houses and I think your app is the best So,I ask you kindly. Please fix the bug problems and glitches on the app. I will support y’all if you fix this app. The screen when i move around sometimes freezes and when i want to put the window ecteras it glitches or doesn’t move. Please do a new update. When i went to get furniture and a house from the 3D ware house everything was fine after I downloaded them then the app crashed and when I came back the items I downloaded were not available to download. Because your systems crashed twice!

Amazing app!!. I’ve been looking for a decent home design app forever that doesn’t break the bank. I am SO beyond happy to have found an app that actually lets you access all the items and materials without having to pay for extras! I will probably pay the $20 for the PRO version simply because I am so impressed with how many options are offered for free! That said, I have had a couple of issues. I can’t figure out how to get the kitchen counters to match up correctly, where they don’t look like separate items. I would also love to see an option in the drop down menu to “save as” which would save me the stress of closing the app not knowing for sure if my work has been saved! (I may have overlooked these things so I’m still giving 5 stars) Thanks to the developers of this awesome app!!

Love it!. I love this app! I have considered getting the pro version for a long time... but $20? I understand that you’re paying for a ton more materials, but $20 just seems like a lot of money when in reality I’d just like new and different houses to decorate. I can’t tell if I could get new and different houses with the pro version or not; it isn’t listed on any of the feature comparison charts I’ve come across. When I first got the Lite version I got 3 new houses at one point, and I’ve been waiting for some more with an update, but haven’t gotten anything. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking for some kind of creative outlet. I hope the creators give new and different houses to decorate soon!

I used this to copy over a space planners design so I am see it in 3D!. This app is amazing! I got it years ago and I needed now and I was searching all over for this, app bec I forgot the name, I’m the meantime I got others, all of them are horrible! At least the free ones. In this app u can literally walk through ur future building! Or u can design just for fun! It’s pretty straight forward how to use it, but once u use it more often u know all the cool tricks! At first I didn’t like any of the kitchen cabinet styles and colors, then I realized u can change the wood to diff marbles, stones, colors, and wallpapers! U can even change the handles to different metals. I made a gorgeous rich and modern kitchen!

Overly complicated. This could be the coolest app for creating your own floor plans and designs but it isn’t worth the price at all! I read the reviews and viewed some how to videos but it is cumbersome to create and share your ideas with this app. I would not recommend this unless it is updated to be more intuitive and user-friendly. UPDATE I received a reply from the developers that basically said it is used and loved by everyone including kids. (Translation: you’re unintelligent) and how do they know that? Because the completely honest and non incentivized ratings tell us that!! Oh, I get it now. Let me go ahead and change my rating to reflect every one else’s experience!!! I wasn’t given additional information that might improve my experience because the app is perfect as-is. Got it. The developers also won’t use my honest feedback to improve accessibility. I am apparently not intelligent enough to understand this truly 5-star 20$ gem of a ripoff.

Amazing!!!. Amazing app!!! OMG I LOVE IT!! I design the whole apartment for my best friend and she so happy!! She’s going to change everything to make my design!! But... I star with free version then I bought the pro version, then I bought the extra packs a few weeks ago but I bought in the regular version and the pro version dont have the extra pack that I just bought it, how I can have all the stuff in both version? I know guys is complicate! And my other question can I recording the whole design in 3D so can my family and friends can see the design in 3D without the app? I dont know if I explain my self well!! Anyway is an awesome app!! 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for you guys!!!

Overall, fine, but sorting and not loading issues. So, overall, fine for what I want. It’s little cumbersome to learn, but it works out well enough. Major issue is that the organization isn’t very good or easy to alter. I’d love to have subsections and be able to rearrange the standard organization more easily and for someone to reconsider how the organization is to begin with. But my major issue is that for some reason, my version keeps deciding to simply not load. I’ll turn off my iPad, let it chill, and yet the only way to get it to load is to uninstall it and then reinstall and hope I backed up my library. It may very well be Trimble downloads, but if I restore library it tends to work so I have no idea what’s up.

Live home 3d. Live home 3d is a great way to make a house. I am currently working on a house on my own. But I ran into some problems. The first thing I noticed was that you can’t open doors. You can get opened doors in the doors place but I feel like in first person you should be able to open doors. I love the fact that you can go up and down but I feel like you should also be able to go up stairs without going through the ceiling or something. But this game is really fun and I love it. I think the ways that you can add things and make your dream home is so fun! I definitely recommend this game.👍

Less items and features. When I first downloaded the app, it was awesome, so I purchased the pro version for more features. After about 2 years of having this app, I come back later to do some designs, and there are less objects, less editing features I can do. For example, I was able to close and open doors and windows, I can’t now, I was able to change out doorknobs and change the color and edit ever piece on each object, I can’t do that now either. I had to check and see if I had been downgraded. Nope, still pro. I hate the new update. I noticed all the items I received for free when I purchased pro version is now in a package that I have to pay for. So you took items I already had, and placed them in a package I must pay for.

Hours of work gone. I purchased the Pro version and the add-on packages thru the app. The capabilities are great. The file management is worthless. I lost hours of work on a large project because “backing up library” doesn’t save your project, and “restore library” doesn’t restore your project. The only way to save a project and begin work on another project is to “save as a template” before starting another project. Otherwise, the system is setup to write over previous work when you start something new. How about adding a simple “save project” option and “open project” option? If you can’t add a save option then rewrite your instructions to clearly define how to save a project for easy retrieval later. If the developers can recover all the work I lost and add the ability to save a project then I’ll change my rating. Honestly, I’m so disappointed in my project loss I want a refund.

Would recommend if you’re committed. This app is really good! The textures are all great and there’s is a variety of furniture that you can use. The only problem is that you have to pay $10 bucks just for the standard version. That would be fine by me if not for the fact that you can’t SAVE edited projects without paying for that standard version. If you’re doing stuff like this a lot, such as planning rooms or designing backgrounds for illustrations, then it would be perfect for you and the ten bucks might be worth it, but I personally just wanted to try it out for a bit and see if I like it so it’s a little upsetting that I would have to pay money just to save. Other than that, it’s one of the best apps of this kind that I’ve seen, especially for detailed rooms.

I loved it, but it failed me.. I truly loved this app. But then I went to continue my house that I was working on for weeks, and everything was white on 2D and everything was the sky color on 3D. I spent hours trying to spin around trying to find the house (in which I was very proud of). Luckily, I already screen shouted what I had done so I could start again. That time, everything I drew turned into a roof but the creator had emailed me why this was happening. Me, being as inpatient as I usually am, already deleted the house. Then I gave it one more shot and when I added the second floor, in 2D nothing was there but my house was still in 3D. I clicked undo and the second floor disappeared as if should have, but the problem has not been fixed. I am not going to be inpatient and delete it yet, but is there anything I can do to recover my house? I love this app and I just want to be able to continue my house. Besides the problems, this app is the best I have ever owned. -Happy but unhappy costumer

AR feature shows great promise. Immersive view is achieved by the export menu which is an incredibly buried placement, but even once you find it theres still issues. An OS update seems to have fixed one, and as such I am updating my review — this beta feature works now, and the remaining issues make sense for a beta. The preparing window that indicates whether the model is loaded for viewing an AR finishes early, maybe it runs an animation once and completes regardless of the state of the model load. As a beta user, the solution is to wait, and eventually a targeting square appears. I continue to believe immersive mode should not require targeting squares at all — I should be able to easily switch between 2d, 3d, and immersive views with no need to pick the placement. Switching from 2d to 3d knows where to put the camera, but I’m supposed to believe the same can’t be done for immersive? I apologize for the harshness of my original review, which changed only due to vision OS updating which is out of the app developer’s control. This app feature is now a very fair beta, and while there are issues, it does provide significant value over the iPad version. I can drop life-size models into 3-D space and walk through them. It may take effort and patience, and controls in AR are minimal, but it is an amazing start.

Can not Purchase…….. One week ago I requested a refund on some of the extra materials packs because I accidentally purchased ones that I had not meant to that came with the last update version of this app (I do have the updated version of this app) and went through the App Store and as of 2 days ago, everything was refunded. I wanted to re-purchase some of the packs again and when I had tried to, the purchases status still showed ‘purchased’ and thinking I had to start anew or something, I un-installed and re-installed the app again and yet the status still states that. I had a few issues with the app not that long ago and sent in my review of this app last week and now this is another issue that I was told was the apps creators issue that needed to be fixed and wanted to see if that were true or not. Again, my iPad Pro is the latest one and the apps and iPad are all up to date with current versions. Never had this particular issue before but have suddenly fallen into it and am wanting to give this app another chance but no answers yet. I understand that you guys get a lot emails and so forth but if you could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Also if I could hear back about a solution from the review before this with a resolution to that one as lol I would greatly appreciate as well.

Download this app. This app is so good you can make houses in your own style this game is really good if your like building a house for someone this is a way to show them there house I've deleted and re download this game bc I like it I love this game today I realized it laggs and freezes and it makes it really hard to color only thing I don't like to much about this all is that it takes a long time for it to get updated I really think they need more people and positions and they definitely need babys if they have baby stuff they should have a baby but I'm a kid I use it just to build but you may use it for something else you should definitely download it now

😑😡. First, I really like the app. It’s perfect for creating the perfect blue print to build our house. I have my complaints though. The standard pack includes the ability to save your furniture, but it includes other things to. Which brings it up to the price of ten dollars. That’s ridiculous! I don’t want any of the other stuff, I just want to save my house! I think you should make a way that you don’t have to buy the whole pack, but just select an item that you can buy on your own. And I don’t mind adds, sure there a little annoying, but there better then having to pay TEN DOLLARS TO SAVE MY HOUSE!! I know you need to get money, so just add a few adds here and there, but make a way to pay to get no adds. I think this will improve your app, and thank you for reading this.

Its pretty good but.... Ok so, I love this app! I like to build my own house, and get to pretend to live in it! Just one thing, I’m sorry if i got this wrong but do I really have to pay to have my project saved? Or is it something else. Because I don’t think putting in hours of work only to realize that when you wanna leave, you have to pay or it will be gone or something. Again, I’m sorry if I’m wrong but at least you should let the people who can’t pay for this app be able to save one project without paying. Another things is second floors and roofs. I have been having a hard time figuring out why there wasn’t a roof on my garage. Also when I added my second floor, The roof was blocking my stairs. Theres a chance i did something wrong, or missed something, but overall, this game is truly amazing! Sorry about the long rReview😅

was my favorite app but the recent update made me hate the app. I’ve been using this app for a year. It was great. First week of downloading the free app made me upgrade to pro features because this app is really great. You can import textures or furnitures from the 3D Trimble warehouse and you can even upload a picture and use it as a texture. Unlimited floors (if you using pro feature) and you can even make your own templates. There are a few bugs like the app suddenly closes for no reason, or I can’t save the project even though I have plenty of storage and my phone is working good (I actually have games that requires higher storage and graphics but it’s not laggy), but I can work with this annoying problems. The thing is that the new update is really annoying. You can no longer select all identical textures and replace them with new texture. Now you have to change them one by one. The app crashes every 3-5 minutes, when opening past projects (a week or month ago) they are just black when opening in 3D but you can see the project in 2D and 2D elevation. I thought uninstalling and installing the app will resolve the bugs but NO. It became worst. I can’t even work on a new project and import objects because it just crashes every time I do something. Now I am done with this app and I don’t think I will use this again.

AMAZING but a serious lag. I really loved this app, it was one of the best designing programs I have used. Not only is it versatile but also very thorough. I originally got it for a university course I am taking in the fall but have been using it for personal use for now. I explored for a while and even considered purchasing the 20$ pro edition because I loved it that much, but then it began to lag. A small lag would be fine, I could deal with it considering how much I loved the app but now even to select an item or look around a room it takes 6-8 seconds. Sometimes longer. The lag makes it almost impossible to use fluidly and is frustrating. I know I have a very detailed house but I had only just finished the exterior, kitchen and bathroom when the problem arose. I am pretty disappointed. My device is not low on storage and I have a decent RAM so considering how much I have done in the app, a lag should not be happening. However, I understand that with a free app the performance would be perfect—thus the high rating. I am going to do some research to see if buying the pro version will get ridiculous the lag, but if it doesn’t, unfortunately, I am going to delete the app.

Sustainable environmentalist gone wild. I absolutely love this app, as in previous reviews they stated that getting the hang of how to use the controls was difficult but if you’re good at problem solving, it’s incredibly easy to navigate. I’ve always wanted to explore my interest in architecture, and although this app is hard to make sure every measurement is exact, it’s perfect to create and let your imagination run wild. and it INCLUDES SOLAR PANELS???? yes!! I love it so much, the idea behind this app and the features is so brilliant. I spend so much time on this app brainstorming future sustainable houses and buildings. I could go on and on about how much I love this design but overall I recommend this app to anyone interested in finding a way to get rid of stress and find your ultimate dream town! I HAD TO COME BACK AND EDIT THIS, it also has DALI PAINTINGS and VAN GOGH for decorations!!!!!! The be light team really out did themselves, I am for sure paying the $20 for the whole app now!!!!

Helped me design my cabin. Building a cabin and our lot meant we had specific size requirements. I didn’t like any plan I found available in that size already. So my contractor said he could take my drawings to an engineer. I chose this program thinking I would just upgrade to a more expensive program later but found it met and exceeded my needs and expectations. After designing it I gave the drawings to the engineer who turned it into reality. As the build continued I often referenced the program to explain or even change things with my contractor. Very happy I found this!!!!I wish I could load pictures to show the how close the virtual came to reality!

Best app, though slightly unstable with larger files. This is the best app out there. There’s nothing else like it, and $20 is a steal with this. You can model 3D anything with the ability to import from Trimble 3D Warehouse (just right click and “merge” the item to be able to adjust sizing). The only flaw is its tendency to crash with more complex projects. But it can handle them for a time. The desktop version doesn’t crash, and my iPhone can handle larger files than this on other (much less capable) apps. I’m not a programmer, but I suspect the issue is the cache. Unfortunately Apple lacks the feature of letting users delete the caches on apps without reinstalling (and losing tons of manual imports to the library in this case). However with some apps, the developers give users the option in-app to clear the cache, which helps performance significantly. Could that be added to a later edition of the app? It’s a feature I’d be willing to pay extra for and I don’t think I’m alone, as this is the only app that’s capable of making the kinds of projects I want to make. I do think that feature would allow the app to handle “heavier” projects and become even more capable.

Great & quick room layout. Within the first 2 hours of downloading, I had two simple bedrooms measured and modeled in full 3D with windows, doors, and furniture. The 3D movement took a while to get used to, but it works really well once you’ve got it. I love the flexibility in measurement units and the clean user interface. I do wish it wouldn’t default to maintaining aspect ratios because most of the time I’m measuring and updating each side independently. I’ve copied-pasted items switching between project files and no crashes yet on this first day. The try-before-you-buy is also great! It’s nice to get an add-free trial that has all the main features, and the ability to incrementally add features with in-app purchases is done nicely.

Love! but.... Hi! I loove playing this game and I love that you don’t have to complete puzzles ten times to get furniture. The only thing that I don’t like is that you can’t save it without spending 10 dollars. I’m a kid so I can’t buy this on my own. Last year, I completed a really big house and then I wanted to complete another house, so I did. I went back to the first one and it was completely empty. I was really upset because it took me a few months to complete it. great but needs some work. this game is great. it has a variety of choices and colors. i do wish That you could make your own color by using a color wheel… And for furniture there’s only a limited amount of it and I wish you could choose your own and by searching it up and pasting it so that the room you’re decorating would have the exact bed, desk, living room chair or whatever you want. also I wish that when you could import your own materials that I didn’t have to be pro. Because sometimes you could have certain type of coloring or pattern that you can’t find it in the materials and you could just take a picture of it and import it. those are just my complaints but this app is amazing.

Love it, but pricy. I love this app and I’ve been using it for a few years now, not for real life projects but for visual references for my OC’s homes, I have the standard version and it works great, but it’s really pricy, you pay 9.99 for the standard, then 9.99 for pro features, and now it says something about a 9.99 subscription, which I could be wrong about the subscription, or you can buy the whole deal for 20 dollars, which I guess is reasonable? They have made the best app for this kind of thing on the AppStore, I love the controls and the way you can navigate 3D spaces like you were there, the new metals are better then ever and has definitely improved a project I’m working on that involves a lot of metal walls. Suggestions: Could you add a skybox editor? So that you could add your own photos to the sky, I enjoy creating sci-fi apartments and it would be nice and helpful to “see” a sci-fi city out my windows. Or a mountainous scene for a home high in the mountains. This is a really helpful app, the controls are great, the UI is easy to navigate and it’s actually an overall calming app, I would recommend (: Edit: Thank you for the clarification on the subscription, I didn’t quite understand how it worked before, it does sound more reasonable now. But I have to ask, does that mean I won’t be able to just buy the pro version? I’ll have to get a subscription for it? Glitchy, but great. If you want to make a home from start to finish, this is the app for you. When I was a kid I loved drawing floor plans, and this is the natural progression of that. It can be slow or glitchy, but the possibilities are endless. You can use a template or build from the dirt up. There is a pretty steep learning curve for hobby users, but stick with it and keep learning. Part of the fun of this is discovering new things you can do. The manual is pretty non-existent, so I’d love to see something better, and the 3D Warehouse feature is problematic, so I hope integrating that is a little easier in the future.

UGh the glitches. I love this app and it’s my first day using it. The thing is, at the beginning when I first started I had no idea how to put stuff down or anything. That took me a good 45 minutes, then another 30 to get the hang of it. When i did and I wanted to start placing walls, it worked. Until about my 4th wall then when I went in “1st person” I couldn’t see the walls I was placing down. What I did was go outside of my build then I could see them. So I was out side my build while I was building, then, I started placing down walls that I couldn’t see. What I did was go inside my build then I could see those. BUT I couldn’t see the other ones because I was inside my build. Either way, because of that I couldn’t carry on through my build. I loved this app but I can’t build anything with the glitch and I put a lot of hard work into my build, I’m not deleting it. Can someone please tell me what going on here?

Love it but a bit annoyed. I love this app it allows you to have creative freedom with no cost until you realize that once you exit your idea it’s just deleted I wish there was a way to go back and delete things you don’t want to keep way for the new without losing your project completely I spent 3 hours making a house just to have it deleted because I forgot to clear out my other old ideas I may be wrong on this and may just need practice but I definitely think you should be able to save more than one design because I’m only 12 years old and cannot buy phone purchases again I may be wrong but that’s my thoughts

i love this perfect design/architecture app!. i’ve had this app for six moths and i use it non-stop. this app is great for anyone is interested in architecture or design! i had been looking for an app like this because i love architecture and design, and all of them either costed money or there were limited design options or it was hard to use. at first, it was a little hard to use and understand but after two days i couldn’t stop using it. though it is harder to learn how to use live home 3D, the result when you are done is so great and worth it. so far i’ve designed and created so many builds. enjoy!

Really good, just a suggestion. I overall really like this app, it has the ability to create wonderful homes easily and beautifully. I use it a lot, and just got the standard edition so I can save my projects. I do have a suggestion for the building block feature in the pro upgrade. Considering the fact that a porch is an extremely common feature on a house, I don’t really understand why it is included in the pro upgrade and nothing else. I really do feel that maybe just adding the porch feature to at least the standard edition of the app would be a lot cheaper and easier, and from the business perspective of the app, it might even help make more people buy the standard edition at the least.

Crash and freeze. I like this app. I really do. BUT it won’t let me love it. I purchased the first upgrade but no additional libraries. The aggravation is from crashes and freezing and it happens way too often. It will crash when I am still drawing outside walls only, no doors, windows, etc. It will crash literally any time at random in 2D, 3D, with or without furnishings, details or colors and to boot, will completely freeze for no reason. When it does, I have to not just close the app, but power down my iPad and power it back up or the app will not work at all. I have worked with support, who has been responsive, but without success. I have done everything asked with no change in performance. They want me to send a project. When I draw one wall and it crashes before I can draw another, what the hell is there to send? And I only have one project going. I don’t dare try multiple projects. This is a serious problem and I’m obviously not the first. When it does work half way properly, it’s very nice but at this time not worth the trouble and aggravation it causes.

Not quite 5. Overall a very capable program. A little learning curve, but overall quick and easy. Terrain elevations are a bit unintuitive. Models downloaded from the Trimble 3D warehouse have to be merged to rotate in 3D space, which can be frustrating if you want to change an element later on. Walls are not groupable which makes for a long object list. The object list is not searchable or able to be filtered which is quite inconvenient when models get large. Also, don’t plan on using more than one display. Currently you can’t separate the 2D and 3D windows to view them on different displays which is bonkers because you can put your info panel and librarie panel on separate displays which is not useful. Still, inexpensive and very useful.

Great but here’s something that should be fixed. Maybe it’s just me or something but I started the second story and when I added a kitchen and I moved it, it disappeared. Same thing happens with a table. This only happens when I see it in 3D. When I do it in my bird eye-view plan, it’s fine. But it’s really hard to adjust stuff this way, and it’s only my second day playing. It really is amazing other than this. Also, I can’t adjust the size of mirrors and can’t move an opening up neither down. I don’t get it. Could you please fix this? And please don’t tell me to use the version that costs money because I really don’t like paying money and I’m just a kid. Thanks :)

Enjoy this app!. I’ve tested nearly a dozen of interior design apps already, and this one beats all of them. Please add the View Only mode as it’s easy to accidentally select an object and misplace it when scrolling the view on an iPad.

Easy to use unless large project. Easy to learn and use. When project gets large and modified many times, walls can go wrong and floors become problematic.

Buy the PC Pro version!. Highly recommend this software! I went all out. While I enjoyed this free version for creating some home renovating ideas, I decided to go pro on pc and just started replicating my own house! I will definitely be using this tool to make these renovating ideas a reality! And with great accurate precision too!

This game blew my mind in a good way.. Wow...I’m super impressed with this game. Here is why: 1. There is nothing locked When I downloaded this app I was unsure due to my experiences with games where you have to buy things to unlock everything, or you have to get to a certain level to be able to use it. But, nothing is locked. Woo-hoo! 2. Great graphics Wow...these graphics are amazing, I love how realistic it looks, so you can actually imagine how good it will look, it’s not like a cartoon, it’s the real deal! 3. This app is for both children and adults I really love how you can let a child play with it but it’s also great for adults, and since nothing’s locked, you can trust a child not to buy a bunch of things and have to end up paying for a lot. There is one downside though... Can you make it so you can save your work for free? This would be great, I know it’s for so you only work on one house at a time, but, I really want to save it for free so later if I want to, I can change it. Plus, what if someone spends a lot of time and effort on a house but can’t save it? Ok. This is app is ok but a bit confusing and tricky to use. One thing that has been driving me crazy is how to make the walls bigger. Hard to find things and don’t like the setup. I like how it comes with samples. But I really can’t give it more than a two

Good game but…. It’s a good game the only thing is that when u turn the lights on there is glitches and the lights normally don’t stay on they flicker which is super annoying and there is a few other glitches and I don’t like how u have to pay for extra things but it’s really good game I use it all the time

SOUP. I like soups with a lot more texture and texture and a lot more flavour than I like them to taste and feel but it is not always a bad idea for me to make a batch with it or just a bit under the lid to keep the taste good for the rest of the day or the rest the time it is just the way it is for the most important meal I can make it and I don’t want it in my stomach or un the only way I would get the money back is if you had a job or two and I could pay it out on time I don’t think you would have a job to pay that would take you to work for me I think that’s a good idea but I think I could pay that out on a regular theatre or something like that I don’t know I don’t think it’s worth it to me I think I would just pay it off if you were willing I was the main part for the musicals I don’t think but it could work for you if you’re going out of the way to do a good thing I don’t know if I could pay you know how I would like you can pay you can know

Awesome!. Im planning to build a summer house and I needed an inexpensive house design program to create a 3D representation based on the blueprints I got from the architect. What I like the best is that I can do most of the work in the Mac version and then make minor modifications on my iPhone as I discuss it with my family or the contractors. Highly recommend!

Very frustrating. I just tried to contact you via your website support form but it doesn’t work. I have a subscription, which is sold as pro version. But I can’t save the project and start from scratch. After weeks of trying to figure out how work on relatively simple projects I decided to abandon it and try to it again, hoping it might do what I want it to do this time. Seriously, for 1000 times when I try to gable roof it gives me 3 slanted sides. I need cathedral ceiling but no, because I had automatic ceiling once at the beginning, that’s it, can’t be edited, period. And what’s the deal with side elevations not being editable and showing all walls from the same side pasted on each other? The main reason I purchased the ‘pro’ is the editable elevation option, and it still doesn’t work. I also need to have all levels and side elevations drafts with measurements for the builder. I’m dreading starting that, considering how counterintuitive this app is. What are my options? I want to either edit this project to the end with roof and the ceiling that work. Or I need to save it, and open the new project for which there isn’t an option. I check all of your tutorials for pro, and I don’t have a + for new project or save option for this one. I payed in last few months more that your $49 full feature pro. Can you please transfer me to your proper full version. Please? The only thing I can do in this frustration is to leave more miserable reviews.

Idk. So it’s good but there are some problems sometimes when I’m building I’ll be in the middle of something and it randomly kicks me out and sometimes I’ll get something out of the inventory and the I go to find it the next day and it’s gone plus when I’m making rooms sometimes I’ll think I’ve finally finished and it looks fine from the floor plan and then I’ll go into it and the whole thing is grass and when I try to fix it the next room turns into grass and at that point I give up I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but it still doesn’t fix theses glitches maybe it’s my iPad but I don’t think so bc I never get glitched on other apps maybe if I got in app purchases Idk so yeah if you could fix those that would be great

So far so good. I downloaded this floor planner app on my iPad Mini, and it works very well so far. I haven’t tried all the features yet, but it looks pretty straightforward. I like the way it handles multiple stories and roofs, and integration with the Trimble Warehouse was a nice surprise for me. Keep on the good work!

Cannot save a building. Everything is unlocked but cannot save even 1 building. It says I can save only 1 project a time but doesn't allow me to.

Kinda expensive,. This is a great app and I think you should download it. The only problem is that it’s really expensive, I love this app and I think it’s really cool but when you buy in app purchases it wastes your money.

Incredible!. I love this app so much! Amazing job creators! Though, it is annoying that you can’t build more than one home or it won’t save… I also think you should add more materials and interior items especially beds, outdoor items, etc. This is also great because it doesn’t track or collect data (at least it doesn’t say it does) which is great for your privacy.

Purchase the Pro Version and then Problems. I purchased the Pro Version from the “Store”. Installed the software and started my projects. Now, I am unable to save anything because it states I have only the free version. It is impossible to install the Pro version and have all the features unlocked if I had not paid and installed the Pro. I am waiting for the developer to respond as this is not acceptable.

Great for simple floor plan. This is a good, simple app for making floor plans. I spent 15 minutes to watch the tutorial videos and that was enough for me to created a detailed floor plan of a two-story house. I stick the the free version so far, but may consider upgrading as soon as I need to work on more than one project at a time.

Easy to use, but content outdated. The interface is self-explanatory for the most part, and video tutorials are sufficient to get started. it comes with a pretty large library of furniture and home appliance, but many items are outdated. Please add more modern stuff!

Great Game But.... I have the free version and it is a great game. It is very realistic and fun to play. The only improvement I have is to make it easier to make multiple houses. When I try to make another house, I can’t add another storey and when I add a roof, it adds a roof to the balconies on my previous house. This game would be so much better if there was a way to add more than one house, but it’s a great game overall!

BEST HOME DESIGN GAME EVER. I was super impressed with this game for so many reasons! I was looking for so many home design games and when I came across this one I was in love! One of the big pluses of this game is that everything is unlocked and you don’t have to buy anything. There is no catch or trick to this game, unlike most games, and you can do whatever you want with your house! Another good thing about it is it’s really easy to do. If you don’t have many skills it’s really easy to understand and learn really quickly. Even if you can’t get it in the end, they have house, room and roof templates that you can choose from if you don’t want to make your own. Overall, if you’re looking for a home designing game I definitely recommend this app - don’t waste you time looking anywhere else because this game has everything you need!!! AWESOME GAME however I have an excuse. Great home design app!. The free version is surprisingly fully featured - the only limitation is that you can work with one project at a time. I plan to use it for a while and then consider upgrading

Probably the best you can expect from a free interior design app!. The learning curve is short, and I found video tutorials very helpful. It performs surprisingly fast on my iPhone 6. And its very nice to see that its available for Mac and Windows as well.

Really fun but.... This game is really fun and I’ve been looking for a while to find a good building game and then I found this game. But...there is a little problem. So when I want to leave my building cause I might have to get off I click the button that brings you to the menu but then it says that if I leave then I will loose all of my data and I only have 1 building. So if I make a house it will be gone the next day. And it says that you can only make 1 building with free mode and it doesn’t let me even do 1.

Great for amateur designers like me!. I didn’t expect much from a free home decor app, knowing professional programs can cost hundreds of dollars. I just needed to to lay out some space and place furniture in it. I could do everything I hoped for and mastered the program in minutes. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

Bug I found. Hi, I have just found a bug that locked me from my project. What happened was I tested to see what would happen when I make another project. As suspected, it wouldn’t let me into my old project. But when I deleted it, it still wouldn’t let me into the project! Please fix this bug

Best design program. After the bug fixes. The app has only been improving in each up date. Just as a suggestion is it possible to do a staircase package. The stairs that in within the app are a little out dated and seem to be quite simple. And maybe a animal package (farm animals) I do try to use the 3D thimble warehouse for these but most in the warehouse are designed for google sketch which in turn slows down the program, When in use. Really good app, can’t wait for the next update.🙂

Good for basic interior design. This home design app is good enough if youre planning a renovation and want to arrange the furniture to see how it fits. It comes with objects for furniture, home appliance, doors and windows, etc, but they are somewhat outdated. However, its more than adequate for personal use.

Good but problem with zooming. Don’t get me wrong this app is amazing but that’s one big problem. Sometimes I zoom in or out too much and the house disappears, and I can’t find it again! And I have to start all over again. I spent five hours and I lost them forever. But anyways this is quite good... but the problem makes it annoying.

Adjustment suggestion. I recently wrote a review suggesting adding left,right,up,down like the elevation but should have been left, right, FORWARD AND BACK. Elevation is already the up down adjustment. Clicking on directional arrows that do tiny movements would be super helpful lining up. Although I must say I am impressed with the snap into alignment features the app already has as well.

Nice room planning application.. I wanted to arrange furniture in every room of my new house to make sure my furniture will fit. The app does it very well! The libraries contain a large amount of pieces of furniture for which you can change dimensions. I especially liked integration with Trimble Warehouse which contains tons of ready-made objects use for your project.

Excellent. Fantastic app! I've found it to be up to the challenge of every floor plan I've thrown at it so far and have been impressed by the results. I'd like to see the online help documents expanded and with a search feature but, having said that, when contacting the developers to ask questions, they've been excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Good game/tool, however there is a horrible glitch….. I don’t know what this is. Anyways I love this…. App…. It’s really fun, and i actually use it like a house designing game. I’ve been recently designing a house, but I accidentally swiped down on the screen, and I ended up in the middle of the clouds! I didn’t know wich way was up or down but there were clouds all around the screen and there was no piece of ground in sight. I figured it must be above me, so I held the ‘up’ button, it went up, but It didn’t go to the earth. I actually ended up going into space. Wich was really cool. Or it would be cool, if there was a way to reverse it. Since I had been working on the house for 6 mths+ I was sobbing when I lost it all to space. My mum and I tried to figure out how to get it back for HOURS! It didn’t work, and I had to restart it. I lost my 6 months of intricate building and designing. I was very depressed. I don’t have premium, but I don’t know if getting it is worth it. I don’t know if getting it would make this glitch go away. Anyways, I lost that house, and I’ve been doing some smaller rooms now. Nearly all of them I lost to that glitch, and wasn’t able to get them back. I have been VERY careful of how I handle that app, but it Still. Keeps. Happening. It’s very annoying and I hope you creators can fix this. I might actually uninstall this app if no changes are made for the better of us users. Thank you for your time

Used to be good. Hi. I used to love this game, but I ran out of storage and I had to delete it. Now it’s been like idk 3 months or something and I have a lot of storage now so I downloaded it again and it’s like a totally different game. I don’t like it anymore and I would love for you to make it 2 different modes the old one and the new one! It would be highly appreciated! Thanks for reading this

AMAZING!. You should totally get this app. Although it doesn’t save your progress you can still buy the pro version although it is pretty expensive. Please make it cheaper, I will certainly buy it if you do. Also, please add in rugs! I feel disappointed that you didn’t. But apart from that, it is a great app and you can make amazing designs and it is also very educational. :D

Please fix this bug. So I’ve been working on my house for a very ling time and am now ready to put the roof on. However whenever I click on the roof button it creates an endless upside down pyramid shaped roof that goes up endlessly into the sky and I can’t fix it. The only way to fix it is to start again but I’ve been working on my house for ages and I don’t want to loose it. Has anyone else experienced this or just me? Could you please try to fix this bug in an update or just tell me how to fix it? Otherwise this is a great game/tool! Edit: So I exited to my project gallery thinking that it would only save my current changes that made the bug happen but It actually deleted the whole project so I’ll have to restart anyway, but If you can try to find out why it did that so it won’t do it again. -Thanks

Great app!!!. I would totally recommend this app! It is surprisingly free to do almost anything! I just have some questions: 1. I tried putting a pool ladder in the pool but the ladder can only hover above the ground. 2. Is there a way you can change being in the middle of nowhere? 3. I tried putting fencing up but it comes up as one piece at a time. Is there a way it can stretch like the walls do? 4. Please, please, please add more pool accessories. Eg: deck chairs. Had this for a long time now. It’s great on price and has common items, buy each package individually to add on. Love this app and there are glitches and lags on it as well and sometimes shuts down on you out of random but it’s still awesome.

Unbelievable iPad App. Fully functional and well thought out iPad app. If only all cross platform productivity apps could be this well done! Work seamlessly between Mac and iPad. Just wish it was a single license to cover both platforms.

Crashes all the time. Then when i get back on the game everything i just did was deleted

Love!!!. I have been wanting to find a game like this one for a while and I love it! There are a lot of options for decorating and you have free range on what you want to build. The only thing is, I think this game needs more in the “decorations” but other then that this game is great. I totally recommend this game for anyone looking to design a house or anything like that.👍👍👍👍

Confusing. I think this is the only app out there that doesn’t require you playing candy crush-like games to design. However, it’s very confusing when I’m not used to it. Whenever I move to look around the house, it goes really fast and I can’t see it that way. I think it can be a little more simplified.

Sooo good. This app is the best i have been trying to find a good house build game and this is always what i wanted

Glitch in the game. I got this game a couple days ago since I love to build houses but there is this weird glitch after I make the plan of my house. When I start to add rooms, my whole plan turn blue and it randomly adds new walls then it separates my rooms from the walls. Also, I can’t figure out how to add furniture or windows. Otherwise, this game is fun! I recommend it to anyone who likes to design and build.

I can’t take it. It’s hard to make everything. I tried to make a kitchen but it was hard the thing went up and down when I wanted it to go left! And the decorations won’t go on a table. They just go on a floor. Don’t try this game if u want to make a house quickly. Plz fix this

ineffective and misleading trial. When trailing this app and it’s free version, having read the developer documentation that even though you cannot save a project, that the project you are working on while trailing all caps will remain when we launch in the app, is 100% false. In addition to the myriad of other concerns noted in the reviews, this app is frustrating, not at all user-friendly, and from a user experience perspective when comparing it to modern day solutions, he’s several years behind in practices that are now considered standard, out of the box you are UX approaches. Do you have a lot of time to learn and a lot of patience when losing work but the developer states will be retained - Screenshot what you are trailing at the very least I will be considering another solution. In addition, the fact that you need a different license for Mac and a different license for iPad is also light years behind in the perspective of software as a service modeling.

Nice app. A little bit challenging with manoeuvring around and getting stuff to where you want and sometimes I zoom in too far and can’t find my house for like 5 mins still can’t figure out how to build a walkway or porch yet with a few changes I’d give it 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant app!!!. Honestly can’t believe it’s free! Simple, pretty intuitive which is surprising given how much you can do with it. It’s great for redesigning and seeing how things would look in 3D or for designing bigger things! it’s really easy to use. Must have for arch/interior design students, wish I knew about it sooner.

Add more furniture and items!!. I absolutely love this game and have paid for all the premium packages. I’ve had them for awhile now and I’d love if you guys could continue to add new furniture. Musical instruments would be cool too!!

Omg this app is amazing!!!!. This app is sooooooo good I use it all the time and I def suggest to anybody who likes doing this kinda thing. There are lots of stuff to add but I wish u had more little dogs and definitely a trampoline there are none. I wish you could make more then two floors (either basement or top floor) without paying. So annoying. I’ve suggested this app to about every single person I know! And they all love it so u should get it if you’re thinking about it.😁❤️ So thank you to the developers for making this awesome game I will keep suggesting to people and telling them to rate it!

Nice but Complicated. I love the house templates but you can only work on 1 project at a time and it’s really complicated. So if the creators of this app can make it that you can work on a few more projects, I would like the app more.

Fantastic but one thing. This game is grate but one thing. And that thing is not able to save the projects. I mean you have to buy it to sav it which to me sounds a little crappy and when you go to the gallery and go back to that project it erase all of the hard work that you put in to you build. I hope in another update that this gets fixed so I could go in and out of projects with out redoing it all. I hope you could listen to my review.

Needs to be worth your money before you buy.. Things I would fix. If I were to going to purchase this, it would have to be worth my money. I would want something's fixed before hand. Create a way that the app would stop crashing. When the app crashes you lose some of your work. Which is time wasted. Second make it able to edit the item in 3d mode. Like rotate. I find my self having to go to the floorplan screen just to have to rotate. Third. When it comes to roofing let us rotate the roofing to where we want it. And for clothing options. Have more choices besides mens clothing. Thank You

Great way to do a quick floor plan. The navigation is a little tricky to use, and it’s hard to actually immerse in the home, but I did just start using it. Dimensions are right on point except I’m having trouble with the sofas being enormous, but it’s very easy to resize. Has a lot of details and decorations to make the space look more livable. There are very many options to select from, which I really like. It had the shower design I was looking for! Overall, a very likable app!

Great game. I have some suggestions can you put more furniture and make the app less expensive because one time It had toke me so long to do this house and I wanted to do other one but it said I had to pay to save it I was so made I had to delete it so can make the App free and put more furniture that doesn’t cost that much and I know sometimes you can’t do that but can you at least make saving the house free

Great App! Just some small ideas!!. This app is amazing! I definitely recommend this app, I just have a few ideas! 1.) it would be so cool if you could pick your setting instead of just grass maybe there could a beach, huge lake, creek, pond, snow, etc. 2.) it would be awesome if you maybe had a “sample neighborhood” so that we could go through and see a bunch of different house designs and decorate them ourselves! Again just some ideas :)

awesome 😎. Hi! This is my favorite game ever! I love how you can switch the colors of things. I love designing homes and used to do it on paper, I still do it on paper but this app makes it easier. I do have a suggestion though, maybe for free you should add a high chair. I don’t know if it’s in premium but I don’t by things. But all the other stuff is great. People should definitely get this app!

Needs improvement. I downloaded this because I was bored and it looked interesting. It was so confusing but I eventually figured it out. Once I did, I became OBSESSED with it. There were lots of things that could improve though. The first thing is being able to move better. The second thing is you should be able to build more then one house. I created a house that I loved and was crushed when I found out I had to delete it to design another one. It is frustrating a lot but good at the same time.

Fine until.... I got this app with the intent to use it for fun. I love designing houses and this seemed like the perfect app. I used it for about two days, working on an apartment. Today, I was choosing a color for a drawer when the app suddenly took me to a view of the sky. I tried getting out of it, but then the screen turned black! The only things left on the screen were the controls and the menus. I can’t get back to the 3D view of the house I’ve been working so hard at. I also just found out that this free version of the app only allows you to do ONE design. If you want to do more than one, you have to buy the ten or twenty dollar version. I loved loved loved this app until the app stole all my work. Sorry!

Great app!. I really like this app and works really well, but there are just a couple improvements that could be made. First off, more furniture options would really make this game better. For example, having bunk beds, elevators, blankets, etc. would really make this game amazing. Really fun but..... I love this app, but there are some limitations on the iPad/iPhone. Mostly the 3D aspect crashes if you have too much design in your project. Also there is not a lot of upgrades that allow for more objects and variety of those objects. It’s like your given a 24 box of crayons to use, but instead you really need a 150 or more box of crayons. There are also some mechanics of this app that need to be changed or adapted for touchscreens, like switching from selected objects or aspects of the floor plan view. Overall this app is really good but it has the potential to be better.

Must buy the package. I bought the $20 upgrade after I played with it for a while. The problem with the free app is it won’t let you save various versions of your floor plan. It’s easy to figure out (after a few tutorials) if you are familiar with similar programs. I love being able to build a room, put furniture in, and see it in 3D! Really helps when not sure what an arrangement will look like. More colors/fabrics and furniture choices would be nice.

Never saves. You have to pay a lot of money to save your floor plan or the greatest floor plan you ever made once I made a beautiful log cabin I finish then hop out make a new floor plan and honestly it is terrible then hop out and realize it’s deleted for ever honestly I wish I could do 0 stars and plus it’s super glitchy and difficult if you want to make the environment change you must pay like 40 bucks and the environment it sets you with has terrible graphics and is crap it would be better if you didn’t have to pay for most of the stuff there.👎

A Useful App, But…. It is a decent app. Lots of features. However, the interface is not intuitive. The 3D view is lacking. Movement is abrupt and you can’t make small movements. Small rooms are difficult to view. Fine adjustments are also difficult. It takes a lot of time to understand how the objects interact and how objects are linked. Another negative is that you must buy versions for multiple platforms. Save for some limitations, it’s a decent tool for the cost.

Crashes and refuses to open. For a few days, it worked just fine and I was getting the hang of it. But then it just suddenly crashed and closed out. I tried opening it back up but no matter how many times I attempted, the app refused to load. I had to delete it and try again and I discovered that because I have the free version, I can’t continue my last project. I had to completely start over but I was fine with that. The problem is that it started to do the same thing and now that I’m further ahead than I was the last time, I’m hesitant to do anything. It’s beyond frustrating.

Ok…. So first? They already have houses made for you. It’s kinda annoying because if you want to change something it ends up ruining the whole thing. You CAN make your own house but only about 1 or 2 at a time. Somethings you have to buy but most things are free. Anyways, it’s an ok game. 🙂 Added: So the thing is a 12 year old is not going to BUY things for a game unless the really want to. It’s kinda stupid in my opinion. For a kid whose parents hardly let them buy things in a game? Stupid. But like I said, it’s an ok game.

Too old?. Hi! I tried to installing this on my IPad 4. And it wouldn’t let me download saying I didn’t have the right version of the iOS update for it. I would like to install this onto the iPad for a bigger screen, is there any chance that I could install this onto my iPad 4? Yes I do believe that I have an iOS as the 10.1 something version. Is that a problem to download on it? That is why I gave you a 4 star instead of the 5. Other than that it’s really great app (besides the buying stuff)

Very hard to use. I was very excited to try this app given the high ratings. Unfortunately it is not intuitive and I found it nearly impossible to use. There is no way to search the index so I would have to get caught up watching god knows how many videos to learn something simple like how to change the size of a doorway or move a doorway. Dragging works sometimes and not others. To me, the only thing that makes using an app like this worthwhile over paper drawings is the possibility of ease of use to draw and make changes. I’m not sure I’ll go back to figure out if all the other basic instructions require hours of reading and practice.

2 things. 1. When I was making a cottage I wanted carpet in the living room and tile in the kitchen. I made a wall between the living room and kitchen and placed the flooring. I deleted the wall and the tile turned into carpet! Can you make it so if you place a wall and then put (example: carpet on one side and tile on the other) the flooring stays like it was with the wall? 2. When I change the width, height or, depth of an item it changes (example: if I change the width it also changes the height and depth). It’s really annoying! Can you fix it so that does not happen?

I love this app soooo much. I love this app so much because whenever I’m bored (especially in quarantine) I just open this app and let my creative side fly. I also love this app because it’s not like most home decor apps. Most home decor apps, you have to play a game to be able to get the money to buy the walls, furniture, and decor. BUT this app doesn’t do that!! I love how I don’t have to play a game to be able to get the money because a lot of the time I REALLY don’t want to play the game.

CRAZY ADDICTIVE!. I have been looking for a game where I didn’t have to do puzzles and buy the furniture. In this game I can freely create my dream home without all of the hard work! (That sounds bad 😂) The only thing I would recommend, is to make more of the features free. I want to add multiple stories but can only do one since I can’t buy the full version. Other than that, I can’t get enough of this game. For the readers- CLICK THE GET BUTTON!!! 😝😘

Live Home 3D. The program is quite easy to use, but has lots of quirks. Using the program on an iPad Pro 13“ 1…. very difficult to select individual walls or lines. 2…. unable to identify and or select a room to make changes. 3…. Annotation and building scale is totally out of sync. When I draw in a custom scale, the measurements and annotation are so small can‘t read them. 4…. I still don‘t know how to draw arrows on my floor plan. (Need arrows for showing direction) 5…. Can‘t move the fixed North point. 6. … I create walls, and proceed to adjoin another wall, the old wall just bends out of shape or gets totally distorted, resulting in having to start both walls all over again. (Quite frustrating!!) 7. … it‘ll be nice to easily be able to group elements in a room together so they’re easily identifiable/selectable and editable.(regardless of the order of creation). I could go on and on. Thanks, I hope these can be expalined or fixed. Cheers, Charles

Freedom. I love that u am able to create basically what ever I want without having to pay for any objects. I also really enjoy that you can move everything anywhere, meaning that there isn’t a grid that you have to stick to. One thing I don’t enjoy very much is that you have to pay to save your design. Your design won’t disappear if you exit the app though, so you can keep adding on to the one you are currently working on.

Adding & designing roofs is unfriendly. Love the app, it’s almost perfect but it has some flaws, such as unfriendly roof customization (it’s not easy). I also wanna build a complex of houses just to see how they would look and how my house would look when surrounded by the real life houses, but I can’t do that apparently. Because if I build a 1 storey house and then want to build a 2 storey house, I can’t (or maybe am doing something wrong). I would love to be able to build, within one project file and world, a neighborhood. With paved roads, street lighting, prop cars etc. Other than that, this app is the best home designapp in the App Store. It is so much fun, I invested days playing around with it, I wonder why no video game companies have created a House building and designing SIM (a reality looking one).

Great App. I’m still learning how to use it so far, however, right away I notice how much I like the intuitive interface, the 3d modeling view and way to move around in there could be easier to use, but it’s still good. I would really love to see future updates where we can go full on construction mode and have the ability to see and plan materials and plan wiring, electrical , plumbing, be able to covert those with 3d modeling. But I am loving this app.

Ok I would like to say this. It is an AWESOME game, but...it has some requests from me. I would love it if you added more animals other than just two dogs like maybe a husky or German Shepard or bunnies and hamsters. Just more animals, it would make me really happy and maybe some other people like my sister agrees too. Thank you for reading this, and these are just requests you don’t have to do them but a lot of people might play this game if you do. I still give it a four star rate though it is still an awesome game.

more products. I have been using this app since 2 years ago and I’am very satisfied, I always expect to have more products like I want to design a grocery store or market but I don't have vegetables or stock of drinks or food products boxed,…. I wish there were more floor and wall colors, and if possible, you can update the beds in a modern direction and create more outfits, bags, glasses, etc. The last thing is about pictures, it would be great when you can use your own pictures. I hope it can be modified.

Good but could have an improvement. She’s good they were good objects but I would appreciate a bit more storage space and options but it still is good because they have cool color options though I would suggest possibly adding more options I like how you can go from blueprint service 3-D but it is kind of hard because on my device this may not be at all the lights on all devices but I am having more issues with when I’m in the blueprint I lose the object and I can’t find it again without a lot of effort

She game is amazing and I like that this game is not one of those games when you have to solve puzzles and earn coins to decorate this game is more relaxing and not stressful because when you lose in one of those puzzle decorating games your mad not liking it’s true and this game is cool because you just get to decorate and I have been looking for these types of games for a long time and I finally found one but I found a really really fun simple one 😜

Navigation control is a problem. The program requires you to be lined up in perfect conjunction with where you want to place items objects on your floor plan or they appear crooked and out of sorts. The program lacks any controls to rotate objects for better placement making design a harder than necessary challenge. Also the object collection seems incomplete and many objects do not compliment each other in design . A better design collection and better navigation control this program would be really awesome, but as is it is incomplete.

It is 1,000,000% fun, not Just for graphic designers, for everyone, I love designing my own houses and looking at them and showing them to my family. Use to love the app but idk what happened. I use to write books and used this app to make settings so it was easier to visualize, I stopped a few years ago and just redownloaded the app because I needed to rearrange my bedroom and wanted to see what would look best It wouldn’t just let me plop down a premise room like it used to, the button didn’t work or something. So I drew in the walls and tried to place a bed down (the item in my irl room I wanted to move) but it also wouldn’t let me. I looked at a tutorial, followed it, nothing happened. I googled how to use the app, I followed it, nothing happened. It won’t let me place down furniture. I double clicked, clicked, clicked and dragged, dragged, nothing worked.

Great but I need help. This app is so amazing and I love it. I have been using it for hours. But this morning I went on to use it and it had the starter screen, in the corner the square for a start. I pushed it to go back to what I was building and it was all completely gone. I tried to exit to look for it more, I tried saving a file of whatever I could, but it is no where. Everything I did, the hours I spent are just gone. It was a very important project to me and I am extremely upset. Please help me.

Why me?!. I really love this game but I notice something new that I have never seen before. The store. There’s a 50 house pack I have enough but the thing is I have to ask my parent gar deign has to accept they did. I sent them the request but it didn’t work. I’ve been trying since 4 days now and it still hasn’t changed. I don’t know if there’s a problem with my iPad or my moms phone or it’s a bug. PLEASE fix it! Thanks for understanding. 😎😀

Amazing game. I have never rated a game in an App Store wether good or bad until I came upon this game. This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. You don’t have to play any mini games to unlock things, you don’t have to pay for items, and there is a wide variety of household items to choose from, even without making any in app purchases. The creativity you can use in this game is amazing. I highly recommend.

I would rate 5 stars, but.... This is a really good app for anyone who wants a good house design app. But I have a problem. I just got this and I made a really weird house. And I added the upstairs before I finished all the walls in the downstairs, so my lower floor is one big room. I want to know if I can add more walls after I add the upper story. Also, I added a roof and wanted to build another house. I tried drawing more walls but outside the building but it just drew a roof. THEN I turned the roof thing off but then my roof disappeared! I couldn’t get it back. Maybe I did something wrong, but I am confused. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN!

I LOVE IT ( develepor, please respond). This game is perfect for people who love houses, like me, it is the best!!! I have been playing this game a lot lately and it is SO GREAT!! Although there is just one thing. Their isn’t any sound. It’s not a big deal, but I would just like some sound that all. One other thing that I LOVE. There is not any ads. At all. I have never seen one. One thing I would also want Is to add boats. Like being able to ride them on the ocean.

Relaxing. I really love this app, partly because I can’t find any other home designing apps that don’t require you to pay (fake)money to use a piece of furniture. All that I’ve wanted is to design a home without having to play a side game to earn money or have to wait for several days to even be able to play the game, and this app allows me to do that. This game also relaxes my senses, I’ve found. It lets my imagination take over so that my brain can rest.

Question. I know this is a review but I don’t know how to reach you.(I’m writing to the company that made this amazing app) I hear you can draw the houses but I don’t know how to do that and when I move on to a new already made house I deletes my last house. Awesome value. This app has come a long way in the last few years! I just tried it again and was able to model my house and proposed additions in just a day and a half, including the learning curve. So much easier than Autocad, Vectorworks, or Chief Architect for design and layout. The pro plan is worth it for what you can do with it. Thanks y'all!

I told my mom it was great and she got it too! She loves it as much as I do! I had been looking for a game like this forever! And when I saw this game my heart skipped a beat! i hate this app. update. tried again, still a poorly designed buggy app, even pro version lacks lots of basic components. i had to pay to save my work while trying the app. The problem with that is it’s overwhelming to try to finish a tiny project while using all the features i expect to use in one sitting. So i paid so i could save my work. The next day i’m working and lines aren’t snapping properly and creating a room somehow automatically changes dimensions of all neighboring rooms. Then i realize there is no easy way for me to get help for this issue. It’s as if the idea was do just enough to get people to pay so their out money before they realize it’s a waste of time and money.

Nearly impossible to use. I really tried, but it is not easy to use. Never actually got beyond setting a room size. First I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I had to look it up on the internet. I liked the way the scale changed with the zoom, but I still had trouble getting it the right size. The 7ndo on the left hand side is completely wrong for me. Then I lost the room and couldn’t make the app reset. And, then there is the inability to save anything before paying. I’m moving on.

Got a few flaws. I like this app cuz it’s not an “interior design” app. You make actual floor plans with the option to decorate as well. But... unless there is something I’m missing, you can’t adjust the size of the doors to fit the ceiling height. You can’t insure that the windows are the same size. Some of the design/object options are a bit odd. But I really like this app & will continue to use it. I’m not trying to actually build anything so to just get the rust off my brain from taking architecture in high school & to physically see how some of the things in my head actually might look, it works just fine.

How do you play?. I had some issues with this game like how to put stuff down and how to get something different it was just really confusing but overall I’ll give it a 5 star because other people say it’s good so it’s probably just me I’m doing a 5 star because it is not what expected usually it’s fake from its add but this was not this was a good experience to learn but still kinda of confusing but I’ll learn it soon.

Disappointed but going to keep trying. This app is one of the better ones that allow you to choose from many pieces and customizing most aspects. That’s why it disappoints me to write this review. I had been working on a floor plan for weeks (small amounts here and there). This evening, I go onto my project library and…nothing. Just an old half “floor plan” when I was testing. The project I have been working on is gone. I’ve been using this app for about a year and keep low storage. I just want my project back…spent lots on the pro v too.

Disappointed. Starting off the app was great, I ended up upgrading the app to be able to add unlimited stories but after a while the app kept crashing. At one point it crashed and had deleted an entire project I had been working on. After I created a new project and all went well for a little while until it began crashing again. At this point I can’t even open any of my projects, they will have a loading sign but won’t ever load and even when it has fully loaded I’m unable to open them. Very disappointed, this app has the ability to be great but won’t ever get there with these types of issues and reading others reviews sadly I’m not alone.

Great amazing game. Ok, i loooove this game! Like totally addicted. But I don’t have enough money to buy things, and I would love things to be added to the free version. Like maybe rugs!! Or more decor things, like baby bottles, or more kid stuff. Also I don’t know if I’m just stupid, but I can’t find kid toys…. I mean I have only have had this game for a couple of months… but if not that’ll be a nice addition. But basically I’m getting bored of the same things… BUT ITS AN AMAZING GAME!! Ok bye.

Great App!. I love this app, it is so much fun to use and is really easy! I love building and designing houses as well as making the interior design fun and it might look something like my dream house! I think this is a great app but... I do have to say when I stared creating I found it a little bit confusing on how to do it. In the end I just played around with it for a few days and figure stuff out! It really is quite straight forward after you figure it out and I think it is really quite addicting. Over all I would totally recommend this app. Super fun! 👍🏻
