I have tried so many fitness apps and this is the only that I have been able to stick to! I love the trainers and I love the short video describing what to do with the freedom to do it in my own time. Love it!
Chose a plan meant for the gym to get myself back into good workout habits. The calendar is flexible, if you want to take your rest days differently than suggested it juggles everything around & keeps track. At first I wanted to be able to follow more than one plan at a time, but now it makes sense as to why you should stick with one trainer's style. Worth it!
Yes you have to subscribe but it's worth it in my Opinion I did chest and abs today and I'm sore as hell which is great! I'm very impressed in this app and honestly would recommend it to people who don't necessarily have a good game plan on how to work out this is perfect it even allows you to put the amount of weight and reps you did it was great! So get the app try it don't be a whip and get in there and grind! It's bulking season baby
It says free to download but you can't do anything without paying for it. Don't waste your time on it as there are better free versions available here.
Never been happier with a workout program before! Both of Jen Selter's plans are amazing and really put your fitness to the test! I recommend both and she has a wonderful online community filled with people willing to uplift you and help you 💖
Exactly what I need!! An app that has all my workouts planned for me!! I don't have the extra time between being a work at home mama & managing a household to plan out a fitness plan. This lays it all out!! I get in & out of the gym within 1-1.5 hours. Only on day 4 and I'm already feeling the difference in my body 👌🏽
Really like this app! Lots of choices for workouts for everyone! Love how you can keep track of the weight used and reps. Really like it!
Finally an app that works. It's really organized and provides you with the reps you've done in the past and the weight. So you can always see your progress. So far I have been using for two weeks and I'm definitely seeing results if you try your hardest in every workout. Update: needs a place where you can write down memos, and also the ability to add extra sets. That'll make the app even better. And if you could put an in app timer that would make it awesome!

LET ME UPDATE THE CALENDER. So annoying when you forget to press "end workout" and don't do it until the next day and then it jacks up your whole calendar from there. Fix it!

I am currently half way through Michelle Lewin's pro challenge and I absolutely love it. The lay out is great and super easy to follow along/use. I'd highly recommend it.
I hate having to decide what to do for my workout each day. I love that I just open the app and know I am getting a balanced workout without having to put in unnecessary thought into planning. The results are excellent.

Si eres como yo y no sabes nada sobre ejercicios este app es el mejor. Tiene un calendario que te indica los días para entrenar, te explica cómo se realiza el ejercicio con un vídeo y puedes cambiar las repeticiones de acuerdo a lo que puedas o quieras. La recomiendo yo estoy haciendo una que es desde la casa y me va muy bien.
