I love the App and workouts. Never been easier to hit my goals. My only criticism for this app (and why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars) is that it doesn't have support for the Apple Watch. I would much rather leave my phone in the locker room and not have to worry about it in the gym. If they have it so I can input my weights/reps from the watch and just sync it when I'm done with the workout would be amazing. Other than that. I love the app.
I love the workouts but tells me I never completed any of my workouts and all my progress is lost!!! I'm so upset!!! First it kicks me back to day 33 when I was at 43 Then when I restarted the app, everything was gone!!!!
This app has amazing workouts! I'm doing Michelle lewins 90 day workout and it's amazing! The only problem is I can't update my profile. It will not let me enter my weight or correct email address.😒 help??
I like the app and the workout but I haven't been able to do any of my workouts because it can't connect to the servers.
I think this is one of the coolest apps on the market! However, I keep hearing that their is a nutrition guide offered for the Mike Ohearn plan if you subscribe. I did subscribe a couple of days, and it is no where to be found. This would be the best thing for me, I just don't know where to look.
The app doesn't allow you to track your progress very well. For instance for cardio days where you are supposed to run for 20 minutes you have to keep tapping the app to keep your phone awake to get credit for the workout. The app also doesn't allow you to manage the workouts you subscribe to. Like I wanted to end one early as I was not liking it but it wouldn't let me end it.
I follow Jen in the IG and really appreciate her making this. I'm a mother and work and finishing up my degree so taking care of my body seems like I'm chasing a dream but when there's no time to drive to the gym I can do these simple yet effective exercises at home.
The price is too high for what you get. There is no audio, no explanation of the exercise, and no information on weights. You can go on YouTube for free. The program is ok. Some of the athletes just repeat the same exercises every week. What are you paying a monthly fee for?
Spent all the time waiting for the video to stream, wasting of time and money.
Man Jeff's Master Fitplan kicked my oss. But I'm noticing those gainz - put on 7lbs of muscle, girls have actually commented on my look. It's rough, but if you stay committed, you can really see a change.. Like how it keeps me focused, pleease give me tracking.
I like the workouts and the featured athletes, however, the app itself is lacking. You can't track how much weight you used for each exercise, and you can't check off a set to help keep track of what set you are on. It would also be nice if there was a timer. Considering there is a monthly subscription fee I expected more. Bodyspace is free and is much better for tracking.
The general concept of the app is nice. They have great athletes, some of who I've been following for a while so it was nice seeing their individuals plans and being able to follow these plans. It's a great app for people who need direction and a step by step break down of daily exercise / body parts to work for optimal results over a period of 90 days. I really enjoyed this layout and the option to begin and end each workout daily to follow your progress and improve results significantly over 90 days. Imagine some of the Top athletes in the industry training you daily, that's sort of the concept. However the main feature of each plan is the ability to watch the videos for correct form and examples but the videos do not work. I have been following Michele Lewins plan for two weeks and only once did the video example play correctly. They do not play, freeze, or time out before the athlete finishes one rep. It's frustrating when your at the gym and have your workout but when you select to watch the video it does not play so you better just hope your form is correct. The athletes work will not be efficient if the individual using the program does not have correct form due to lack of visual. I know I have done some moves incorrectly because I didn't feel the burn in the muscles the description said I should. However checking is a nightmare because it will just time out or the time will run and the video will stay frozen in time. Anyway good app being any of these athletes or trainers in general would charge way more then 9.99 a month for 90 days of training. Although I would like to do more plans I won't continue the subscription simply because the app underperforms. 3 out of 5.
And I did. Fack this app.
Out of the gym for three months and this has kept me motivated. Exercises are varied with each athlete so you get a bit of everything. Videos are great tools to demonstrate the exercises. Worth the price. People are chepos. A lot of effort put into the app.
Love this app - my workouts are way more effective and consistent. Not sure why people are getting mad! There are single day workouts that are free, and as a fan of many of these athletes, I havent found these workouts anywhere. Highly recommend, regardless if you pay for all fitplans or not!
You have to pay for everything 😩.
I have to pay 10 dollars a month for workouts I can look up on YouTube by the featured athletes, I like the app layout though
Interesting to get the athletes exact workouts. Wish the spanish version comes out soon.
I workout a lot, and variation and shocking the body is really important. I am using different styles of training and they are effective in building physique. Been waiting for an app like this for a while. 9.99 is pricey, but will continue to pay for the time being as videos are good, and you can see the form and correct it. If it's 5.99 subscription, I would become a customer for life 😀
It's $9.99 a month! You have to pay for access to the workouts. That's bull. Just get the Bodybuilding.com app. The workouts are free.
