Love Love Love. I never review anything on here but I had to this time. I’ve tried so many different apps and different workout plans but this app and Melissa Alcantara’s workouts are the only ones that have kept me excited to go to the gym, even after having my first child. I feel so confident knowing I’m doing exercises (correctly, thanks to the videos that come with each one) that are complimenting each other to help give me a body that I want. It’s so flexible so you can tailor your whole experience to exactly what you want/need. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Workouts won’t save. On day 2, it’s a great app to keep on track and get a great workout in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the workouts I’ve pulled through so far haven’t saved. After both workouts, my only way back to the main screen was to “hold to cancel”. I read other reviews and googled and it said you have to select “hold to end” to complete the workout but even if I play the video over again and wait til the end, it only says hold to cancel, not to end. I’m learning how to do great workouts in 30 minutes but I’m logging my progress in my own notes.

Amazing (update). Finally an app that works. It's really organized and provides you with the reps you've done in the past and the weight. So you can always see your progress. So far I have been using for two weeks and I'm definitely seeing results if you try your hardest in every workout. Update: needs a place where you can write down memos, and also the ability to add extra sets. That'll make the app even better. And if you could put an in app timer that would make it awesome! Update 2: doing master of aesthetics has definitely been working for me. Making some progress

Changed my bodybuilding game. I’ve been a Fitplan subscriber for over a year. I’ve tried many different plans and trainers. This app is amazing. From the technology down to its friendly design, the app can take your gym game further than you ever imagined. Never has it been easier to be trained by elite fitness instructors at a low price. It takes a lot of commitment and consistency to see any types of results- that’s life in general; but the app does provide the tools and adds huge value to anyone trying to improve their fitness life.

Love it but wanting more advanced programs at home. I have tried several fitness apps and I keep coming back to Fitplan. Fitplan app displays the exercise without too much talking, which i found annoying with the other apps. I found this app to be more user friendly, where it outlines everyday what you'll be doing during the program of your choice. My only negative they do need to add more programs that are more challenging/ advanced for users that have been with fitplan for awhile!

Love this app...so far. I’m a regular woman who likes to workout and eat healthy on most days. I have been eyeing this app for a while now and recently decided to give them a chance with the discount they provided during the lockdown. Honestly, I love it so far. It’s only been about 2 weeks but I can say that it holds be accountable. I look forward to getting in my next workout or trying out multiple single workouts in a day. Once the gym opens back up I am definitely going to enjoy this app more. I’m someone that does well with structure, a workout plan and a schedule that’s ready for me. I would love more plans from Melissa Alcantara and Brittne Babe...I absolutely love them. As far as the user interface, it can be a little confusing. I find myself clicking everywhere or forgetting where’s a certain page. The calendar can use a little work...I would like to see ALL of my plans in one calendar...maybe have the ability el to click on a day and see what workouts are on for that day. Overall, it’s a nice app. Even without paying you can use the single workouts (which I played around with months before finally paying)

Seriously love this app. I have never EVER been this consistent and excited to workout. Sami Clarke workouts are saving me and making me so much stronger! Worth the spend, just started my third plan. Sometimes the app is a bit buggy and for a while I had to keep looking at my phone to see when the timer was done (the alert went away, why?). I love that I can play my own music while I use this app, it really makes everything possible at home! I hope they add more features like beginner, intermediate and advanced plans/recommendations. I never know if I should be increasing my weights or my set time, but I’m excited to try. Thank you Fitplan!!

Best Fitness App. I am loving Fitplan! It’s very smooth, well thought out, and organized. You can track your progress as you’re going through the workout and download the instructional video before you get to the gym! I am meticulous about tracking my activity and progress and this app does it all for you. Also, the built in timer for rest periods is so helpful, no more setting alarms on your phone! Not to mention, it features the top fitness trainers in the industry so whatever your goals are, it has something for you.

Used to be fantastic... This app was great when I first started using it but I feel in the last year it has gone downhill and after I finish my current plan I will probably unsubscribe. There are no longer a lot of options for men and they seem to have deleted a lot of plans for men in the last year and the ones available are not what this app was about a few years ago. It’s seems they care more about finding athletes to create “plans” than actual trainers, and every program now is for beginners, which is fine, but it’s hard to find a plan to take it to the next level. I’ll keep an eye out to see if they add any other types of plans but for now with my goals best to unsubscribe and save the $17.

Best fitness App by far!!!🖤. I am a very honest person and won’t ever talk up any app, product etc if I don’t love it! Y’all this is freaking amazing! I am an active person, go to the gym daily and this app is just what I needed to take my fitness goals to the next level! Being in the gym is extremely intimidating especially when you see all the pros and you just don’t know what machine to use and what to work out. I have been doing all of Linn Lowe’s challenges she is by FAR one of my favorite trainers and just so inspiring. I started using this app in January of this year and to date I’ve lost 30 pounds!!! Each exercise has a video you can watch so you’ll never feel like I have no clue what to do and how to do them. They also lay out how many sets, reps, you can track your weight with each different exercise so you’ll see progress you start to make and strength you gain! It also tells you what days you do a workout and the days you take an active rest day! It has it all planned and laid out for you every week! I seriously just can’t say enough good things about this app and all the amazing trainers! If you’re on the fence hop off and join us! Promise you won’t regret it!!!

Love it. Been loving this app since I got it and have actually been sticking to working out for such a much longer time. The programs I’ve chosen so far I’ve been able to do at home and they’re so easy to follow along with - I love that there’s a video with each move so if you’re not sure what to do it’s right there to watch quick. One thing I hated about downloading programs etc was there would be like an “exercise glossary” and then the actual program separate and I felt like I’d have to study up before working out for the day. With this I don’t have to, I just can get into it. I also like “tapping” off on the moves I’ve completed I think it’s kind of like when you get to check off items on your to-do list and you get that little rush.

So far so good.. Dope app. Makes it easy to take advantage of different workouts and different workout theories. It is very useful and I will continue to use it. It also allows u to keep track of weight and reps, which is perfect. 2 things that are very anoyying is that the app is consistently freezing and/or rebooting DURING the workout .. not cool ! The other is, in the explosive plan with nabie, I can’t input my times specific through the 100th of a second. Every # counts when it comes to speed so a 4.6 is different from a 4.68. It has a timer built in which is cool but I use my own timer and want to be able to input the specific time in the database. But all in all.. great app. Very useful; especially for your athletes and fitness folks.

Michelle Lewin is awesome! I think the app may have a glitch in the Freestyle section. I didn’t know what to expect from this app., Ive been following Michelle Lewin on IG for a while now, and was amazed at how fit & enthused she was in her workout videos. She made it seem desirable and attainable...So, I decided to try FitPlan. Today is my 8th day of my 8 week program. I haven’t seen any results yet but, my body feels stronger than before! One of my favorite things about the workouts is that with each exercise the next rep feels easier. It’s as if my body becomes stronger with each rep, therefore enabling me to add more weight(if I choose to). Overall, my confidence is expanding as I don’t feel intimidated by the moves, instead I’m eager to approach them. Man, I can’t wait to see what my body is going to look like in 6 more weeks!! Regarding the use of the app. I noticed when I tried to workout in the Freestyle section, the app wouldn’t allow me to select how many reps or lbs, therefore not allowing me to record my workout.

Awesome App. This is an awesome app. It has the perfect amount of exercises for each day, and each workout exercises each muscle the perfect amount. You get to personalize it by changing the amount of reps and weight. The only things I could ask for is for more personalization and meal plans, but neither of these things are worth taking away a star. It is definitely worth the price, but you could always try the 7 day free trial if you are not sure if you will like it.

!!. I seriously love this app! I use the workouts created by Melissa Alcantara. The pre-planned workouts make my life so much easier because I would stress a bunch about creating the right workout. It also helps keep you on track with how many workouts you do per week and you can rate each one at the end and leave notes for yourself to look back on! I don’t have a fitness watch, so I love that it tells you how many calories you burned after each workout too. I tell all of my friends about this app and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it.

Good plans, terrible app. I want to preface this by saying that the athletes on Fitplan are wonderful (shoutout to Linn Lowes!) and I love the workout plans themselves. However, the app is terrible. Constant glitches, unintuitive changes to the UI, and they constantly release new updates to the app with features that clearly have not been tested enough. The rest timers don’t make sounds when time’s up, it is impossible to currently change the rest timer duration, the informational videos automatically play with NO OPTION to turn them off, thereby using your data and turning off your music whether you like it or not...the list goes on. With every update, there is a slew of new problems; the developers of this app are seemingly unable to release an update without breaking multiple other aspects of the app. Please, Fitplan, TEST YOUR CHANGES before deploying them! This is absurd and the app is nearly unusable at this point!

!!!FIX THE APP!!!. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely loved the app. I’m using the past tense, because for the last 2 months(at least) the app has been unusable. If your phone locks while in the app the app crashes. If you exit the app to put on music or change a song the app crashes. If you $&@! Look at the phone wrong the app crashes. I paid a decent bit for a year long subscription back when the app worked flawlessly. Now it’s a massive pain to use the app the way it’s intended. I’d absolutely love to be able to recommend the again. But, currently I can’t in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Especially when people that I have recommended it to come back to me complaining that they have paid for something that’s terribly unreliable. But, all loved it back when it worked.

Middle age and feeling great!. I am 42, have had a gym membership since my 20’s, and Fitplan has finally inspired me to work out consistently. I imagine it’s mostly due to having a routine and knowing that the correct exercises are being utilized. Typically prior to Fitplan I would hit the gym and find myself doing the same limited routine. This app has me doing exercises I wouldn’t consider and I am greatful for it. I have been using the app for 9 weeks now. When I get out of bed, I effortlessly sit-up without back pain, and start my day! I just hit a concert and again am feeling more fit than in my 30’s. Wish I had this app 10 years ago!

The Titan builds Titans. I have been a huge fan of Mike O’Hearn, and I started using his Power Bodybuilding Program he first put out years ago, and now I have downloaded the app and have been using his Professional Secrets Program and have gotten some amazing results, and knowledge from him and the program. If I had known half of the stuff that I do know, I would be 10 times better than I am now. One thing I would say is master your nutrition and listen to everything he tells you, listen, learn, apply, and take what works for you.

Challenging but easy to follow!. I’ve been trying to get back on track for over two years and I just wasn’t motivated enough to stick to a workout regimen. I was always tired and lacked energy and just was never feeling it until I decided I had to try for the sake of my wellbeing and I’ve been enjoying it so far! Jen selter has been and always will be my motivation to be a better version of myself! Her workouts are so much more easy to follow and with the comfort of being at home. I hope I stick to her program and can’t wait to get real results that I can actually notice!

Keeps me motivated!. I love Fitplan! I struggle with being motivated for a month and then not continuing cause I become unmotivated but this app has helped me gain motivation and keep it! I can see what my workouts will be! They have videos to demonstrate the workout! I was terrified to start lifting, didn’t know much but Linn Lowe’s plans have helped me gain the confidence and be able to walk up confidently to a smith machine and know how to properly use it! I’ve seen great results and cannot wait to continue onto other plans! I’m always sweating a ton after the workouts! You can use multiple fit plans and one time if you wanted! I really do recommend this app! It’s one that hasn’t let me down!

Great... when it works. The plans on this app are fabulous. They are clear, easy to follow, and the variety is great. However, the app itself is a nightmare to deal with. It freezes all the time, the timer will randomly not work, the calendar (where you can see a month to month view of workouts done and to do) will sometimes not record a workout, making it look like you never did it. Fitplan rolls out updates constantly, which I keep up with, but there are still more and more problems. I continue to use the app because I love the plans; however, I feel that the price is too high for an app that glitches so much. For now it is worth it to me to pay to continue to access the plans, but in the future I don’t know if paying this much money (on top of a gym membership) will be worth it.

BEST thing to happen to my daily routine. I love this app so much. I think I’ve used it for 6 months now and it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to my daily routine. I love being able to have my workouts planned for me with tutorials. The timer is included and my progress is also tracked. When I wake up in the morning it sends me a notification with a motivational message. This app is well developed and if there is ever a bug the developers are quick to respond and fix the issue. I honestly have so many good things to say about the FitPlan app; it’s definitely worth paying for!

More data please. I love using this app! Have been doing Linn Lowes’ Total Shred for 3 weeks and it’s got me loving going to the gym. Who knew that my favorite workout would be the longest one of the week... That being said I have some requests that would really put the app over the top: 1) if I already did an exercise in the past, it should show me what weight I lifted the last time I previously did this same movement, so I know what I should aim for or try to push myself to go heavier. It looks like the app is only pulling the weight over from the same day’s workout, but the very first workout has no weight specified, 2) give some feedback at the end of a workout that tells me if I set any personal bests during that workout. 3) please fix the bug that says “something went wrong” whenever trying to click support or send feedback in the app... otherwise I have to use the App Store review write up and everyone sees this.

I had high hopes for this app. I guess I’m the only one who likes the instructor to do the workout with me instead of just demonstrate? I want the gym feeling and feel like I’m in a class, you will get good exercises but you will have a 30 second video showing you the set and then a stopwatch shows telling you the amount of time left to finish the workout. Once the time expires, you must STOP the clock otherwise it counts AGAIN???!!!! I found it not motivating enough for my taste.. I want to play the video, workout and forget it but with this app I’m forced to press the “stop” button every time for every exercise.. ridiculous!! Maybe you guys should pay more money to the instructor so they can do the whole workout like other apps? I do not know whose idea was to set it up like that, but it was a bad one. Sorry.

You will love this training app!! THE BEST!. I started using FitPlan with the free trail thinking it would be like just like the training apps I had tried in the past where I quickly got bored and unmotivated with the “workout plans”. after completing just ONE workout FitPlan my thought on training apps completely changed!! I have been using Michelle Lewis's Pro Challenge on the app and can I just say this training has transformed my workouts!!! I go to the gym with a plan, purpose, and a goal in mind! I feel So great after my workout and always feel like I step outside my comfort zone and learn something new! Michelle is really on point with her workouts!! It should be recognized that The workout plans implemented in this app are done by highly qualified fitness professionals and athletes who promote building strength, educating, reaching goals, and an overall healthier individual! I need structure, guidance, and lots of push during my workouts and this plan does exactly that. I would recommend this app to some who is just starting to improve their health as a beginner in the gym/home and also the most advanced trainers and bodybuilders!

Buggy and doesn’t save workouts. I started a plan and after one day of working out it no longer shows up under my plans and I have to go search for it and start it up again..just for it to say it’s my current plan..but won’t show up under the tab so it’s really irritating. I also did a whole 30 minute workout and the app completely crashed and saved none of my calories or time. When I checked it said I didn’t even start that days workout so I mean come on why would anyone waste money or time on this. So I fast forwarded through the workout so it could show up on the calendar and it said I only worked out for 1 minute and burned 1 calorie. Wish I didn’t pay for the year up front...buy an app that actually works and can actually help with your fitness.

I used Fitplan about a year ago, and left. I was disappointed that when I had to take a few days off from workouts for a family emergency that the plan would not allow me to keep up with the correct day. If you did not log a workout on the day it said you should, it remained stuck on that day. Which was frustrating, either you do 3 workouts in one day (rather than counting the days you missed as your active-rest days for the week) or you fudge the numbers for a workout to catch up to the correct day. ALL THAT IS FIXED NOW!!!!!!!! Making this an unbelievably helpful tool in the pursuit of health and happiness. Also, for the price of a basic Netflix subscription per month, you can join a fitness community for anything you need

Has potential, but flawed. Even though the exercises themselves show great results and benefits, I felt this program lacked in certain key points. 1. Starting out in a circuit routine to get used to the exercises is a interesting approach, but isn't realistic in a busy gym setting using multiple equipment that has to be shared. 2. Even though given 2-3 days of rest, there were 2-3 exercises that were repeated 2-3 times throughout the week (focus on lower body). Not much rest between those for the muscles to recover. 3. Focus seemed to be only on lower body (3 out of the 5 days). Only 2 days was touched on specifically the upper body, the rest repeated lower body muscle groups 3x. Is this more a leg transformation or a whole body? 4. Needs room for modifications if incapable of sprinting or avoiding certain exercises due to injury. Overall, the exercises were very difficult and challenging, but little time for recovery to be able to keep this routine consistently.

Not bad.... I’m on the 3mo plan for $30-someodd dollars and it’s ok. Not seeing any major differences from any other workout apps out there which you can get way cheaper for a one-time fee. I wish there was a little more information on workouts. I’ve been lifting for years but have never done dropsets. I had to google a drop set and found several different ways to do one (some increasing weight, others lowering weight, etc.). The instructions should be more specific and descriptive. There should also be a timer built in. They tell you to take a 60-90 second break between each workout but don’t count down for you. As soon as you enter the weight and rep amounts, a timer should automatically start.. or at least give you an option to start a timer. Also, there isn’t a place to enter notes about your workout. Maybe I started at too low of a weight, say 60lbs, and want to start @ 80 next time increasing by 20lbs per set. There is nowhere to remind myself of that. App is well built but needs some work.

Mike O’Hearns Titan Challenge. I decided to try the Fitplan once I saw Mike O’Hearn talking about it and that he had workout plans on there. I decided to go with the TitanChallenge plan to burn some fat off and get in shape again, perfect time for summer. This has been the highlight of my summer working out with Mikes plan, He keeps you highly motivated and makes it simple and tells you exactly what you need to do. I’ve gotten great results from the Titan Challenge plan, I couldn’t wait to get out of work everyday and do my daily workout. I highly recommend Fitplan and Mike O’Hearn for a trainer, you will get the results you want!

Worth it!. Best fitness app as it fits exactly what I was looking for. You can select plans that you want, but also take a short survey so they can provide recommended plans. They all vary so you can pick what suits your schedule. I love that each workout shows a short informative clip on how to do the specific workout. Once you select your option you has a buzzer for your rest time so you don’t need to constantly look at your phone. It also has a calendar to show your rest days. The price is worth it if you think about the options you have and compared to getting a personal trainer if it’s something you can’t afford. I recommended this to my friends who simply don’t know what to do when they go to the gym and they can also do workouts at home if they still lack a bit of confidence in the gym. The only reason I did one less star is the app has some glitches with the videos and the workouts seem to jump around when you are in the muddle of your workout. But it wasn’t too annoying where I couldn’t complete my workout.

Amazing!. I don’t usually rate apps, but I really felt the need to with this one. After using the app for 3 weeks, I have to say that I am hooked. I used to use BodySpace which is just mediocre especially in terms of its plans for women. This app somehow has a way of keeping me accountable. It has a lovely layout and I love checking off each exercise as I go. I love that it tells you how much you lifted on that particular exercise last time; I have been upping mine to challenge myself. I feel amazingly accomplished and extremely tired after Linn Lowes awesome program. Best I’ve done in a long time and I’ve tried many plans and fitness apps. Now I have completely moved away from BodySpace. I hope they continue to grow and add more...i’m excited to see! Oh...trust me, it’s well worth the $7 or $9 a month. It’s like having a personal trainer. Just do it.

Great!. I believe the biggest thing this app brings is motivation. Having everything planned out for you to take that work out of it and holding you accountable to a certain amount of workouts per week is great. It’s great having everything in such an organized manner, as I have used rep tracking apps before that ended up over complicating things. It also helps havin your progress bc when you’re tired and don’t feel like doing it, it reminds of of all the times you’ve pushed through and won

Fitplan- Best fitness app for anyone. I am so happy I found this app. As my work career grew so did my travel schedule. I tried to join gyms that had multiple locations to help stay motivated and it never worked. I ended up never being close enough to a location and not motivated enough to go to the gym while on the road. My personal health suffered. Being an executive of a global company that travels to 2-3 more cities a week, and sometimes 12 time zones away. Having Fitplan allows me to have no excuses, access to dozens of personal trainers, and workouts ready for any type of hotel gym I end up at... without a decision to even make. Just get the workout done. I FEEL GREAT AGAIN. More healthy, more focused, more energized, more happy. The app works seamlessly with my Apple Watch and I love it. So easy and allows me to put the phone down and get focused on my workout. Fitplan keeps metrics of your workouts, which is critical for my personal health goals and growth. I wouldn’t run my company without metrics and I feel the same about my workouts and personal health goals. Fitplan’s content and workout variety keep growing as well. This app is truly for anyone no matter what your gym or workout schedule looks like. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of Fitplan and recommend it to anyone.

Love it!. I was introduced to this app by a friend of mine who swears by it and at first glance I was a little overwhelmed by all the different trainers and all their different methods of getting the goals you want. As I explored it, what really helped me chose the perfect program was listening to their stories and being able to see what all they planned for each day. And with always being on the go, I love being able to download the workouts so whenever I get to the gym it’s right there! Again love it and I can definitely see the differences!

Melissa Alcantara and Fit Plan. I personally purchased Fitplan, because they had Melissa Alcantara workouts here. I am a fan of her, I love her all natural body and her clean way of eating. I began my new workout routine last Monday “Built Aesthetics” and I personally love the workouts. The muscles that I had worked out the day before, the next day were sore. Which told me, that I was working out my muscles correctly. She has instructional videos of you need them and the app. is user friendly. Also if you have any questions you can text her and she will reply. Mel, Just hoping you will have more workout plans, when I’m done. Thank you!!!

Melissa Alcantara- Built Aesthetics is a killer workout!. As someone that regularly hits the gym and knows which exercises to do, I never thought I needed an app to guide my workouts. A trainer I follow had her plan on the app so I went for it to try it out and boy were my initial thoughts completely wrong! My workouts improved drastically and having an app to track how much I lifted during each workout was so helpful! I was able to increase my strength and honestly, stay more motivated through the Fitplan I was using. The app would give me little encouragement messages and it really helped me to stay on track to hit my weightlifting/cardio targets. 10/10 recommend! At least give it a try for a couple months... once you try it though, you’ll be hooked.

Game changer. I hadn’t worked out consistently since college, a series of injuries and setbacks but I finally decided it was time for a change. I began working out on my own with what I remember or new exercises found online when I came across Fitplan. I decided to pull the trigger and I haven’t regretted it for one minute. I start Mike O’Hearn’s Total Shred immediately and loved it. I checked in on Mikes Titan Facebook group after my 2nd week and he personally gave me advice and direction concerning macros, which program to do and how much cardio at what heart rate. It has been a game changer and I am so grateful for his help and this app in general. Would suggest it to anyone looking for a single workout, a plan, a trainer or something to just follow in the gym that keeps track of everything!

I love it. I love fit plan. I’m giving it five stars because it’s now very easily accessible and has such a wide array of options and work out plans to choose from. There’s even free plans if you don’t want to pay a monthly fee. I currently pay 15$ a month cause that works the best for me, and it’s still full access to all of the content. I come from a weightlifting background but just having the app to plan my gym times and workouts for me really takes away the stress of doing it myself. I use the app constantly and I believe it’s a good investment.

Best Workouts I’ve ever gotten. I normally don’t write review but then I realized I rely on reviews to understand if I want a product. This is an app that you should get where it’s worth paying. I am getting the best workouts that I’ve ever gotten (I’m only three days in) and I feel all of these exercises in the right places. I’ve done other fitness peoples plans from instagram and didn’t see the results I wanted and didn’t feel like I was reaching my full potential. I am finally getting sore again and see myself getting the fit body I want. Definitely worth your time!!

Best Fitness Trainers in the palm of my hand. This is my second year using the Fitplan. What’s really great is you get a recorded video of each move. Allowing me to know how to complete for each exercise. The value for money comes when you start comparing a personal trainer at a gym, versus the trainers available on the app. There is a workout routine for any part of your body or the whole body. Each exercise includes the option to select the weight and rep count. Or you get a timer. You can take this to the gym or workout at home. Working out 5 days a week is easy and convenient with a routine setup for the week, calendar tracking and daily progress as you complete a workout set for the day. The app is really well developed, one of the best. I can say this with confidence after trying numerous other fitness apps. The biggest bonus for me is a tight booty and of course the compliments I get.

Solid fitness app!. I was never a believer in using apps to workout but after giving Fitplan a shot I have zero regrets. I started my subscription after my girlfriend followed one of Melissa Alcantaras workout and I never looked back. I like to think of myself as someone that knows their way around the gym and able to have a solid workout without an application, but the fact that I can follow different trainers schedule and add variations to my workouts, make a note of what I was able to lift, and time my exercises makes my workout experience 1,000 percent better. Please fitplan, try your best to keep trainers on the platform! Y’all got the right formula 🙏🏾

Something for everyone!. I’ve been using the Fitplan app for a couple weeks now and I love it! I’m someone who doesn’t self motivate well and just won’t deal with clunky, confusing apps. This app has kept me motivated and is very user friendly. I have a foundational understanding of gym equipment and free weights, which I think is helpful for that aspect, but I have also done several home workouts and can see how easy those could be for beginners too! Fitplan offers all of the tools and options you would need in a streamlined, easy-to-use platform.

Really Lousy App. Multiple problems - definitely not worth the price. I tried “Dumbbells at Home” and found that the pounds to use for reps doesn’t show up until AFTER you’ve done a set!?! Also, when I tapped the completion circle after doing a set, it didn’t check off the circle but instead opened up options to change the dumbbell weight pounds instead. Lastly, even though I allowed FitPlan full access to my Apple Health app, it didn’t register any calories burned when I finished the first day of exercise. Of note, the 5-10 second videos that accompany each exercise don’t add any special information to improve form. This app is completely worthless in my book and I highly don’t recommend it to anyone.

Freezing. The app freezes so often and I can’t watch the video clips or start the timers and I have tried to exit out of the app and delete it from my recently used apps but it still won’t work. Annoying. I also don’t like the new timer I just updated today. Sometimes it doesn’t track my already done set on a timer and it will let me check that it’s done but then it glitches and says I did 1 millisecond. At least before I could skip or end the timer and adjust my time after. It’s not letting me now. I tried to click app support here on the product page and it sends me to the Fitplan website saying the page doesn’t exist so that’s lame to show a broken link.

Best way to keep consistent. This app is awesome. I heard about it from a friend and she looks great so I tried it. I follow Linn Lowe’s workout and it’s great. It helps you keep track and is very satisfying. The workouts are pretty unique and it’s easy to stay motivated. My only complaint is that you can’t open up the workouts and preview them without starting the workout. And sometimes they use equipment that is shaped differently so it’s not possible to do the workouts that she does. But I would recommend it to all my friends. It’s very rewarding!

The perfect fitness app. I thought I was downloading just another fitness app. I thought it was going to be just like all the others. I downloaded it with the intention to focus on myself and nothing else. I prefer this app because you don’t have to wonder what you are going to get, you know what you are getting into. You have to expect excellence and push yourself the way the workout is intended. To have tutorials and workouts of all your favorite motivational athletes makes it worth your while and worth subscribing. You will not be disappointed.

Really Really Really Good-Looking. Not only is this app good looking, but the results so far are, too! Here’s the thing. I love that I can choose my plan. Since I work a job that requires me to try group fitness fairly often, I love that i can go at my own pace without annoying push notifications reminding me of the next workout (I’m sure you can set these if you need the extra push). I love the responsiveness on social media of both the app holders and the trainers (currently crushing Linn Lowes’ Total Shred plan). All the trainers (hey Brittne!) have separate workouts on their FItplan and IG pages that are more accessible outside the gym/go deeper into instruction on form for people using the app. Generally I applaud the app for getting me into a gym lifting weights for the first time in an approachable and non-intimidating way. Only thing I would change from a beginner’s safety level in the app is 360degree visuals of the trainers doing their workouts so I can observe their form from every angle... maybe even an intro of form hints on various workouts throughout the plan. ❤️ Seriously motivated by this app, it’s instructors, and the results its community is seeing in their own bodies!

Why are trainers leaving?. This app changed my life, I’ve been using for 3 years and completed several plans. I like the format (the new hands free is not great), I like it keeping track of the weight I use and reps, and the weekly goal in the Home Screen. what I loved the most about Fitplan is the variety of trainers and their different plans, but in the last few months two of my favorite trainers plans just disappeared from the app no warning. And it sounds like Linn lowes new plans won’t even be uploaded there but on her private page. The rest of the trainers I follow haven’t uploaded new plans (which I understand w covid), but I’m seriously worried that i would have to find a new app if trainers keep leaving.

The App Is Amazing. I’ve been using this app consistently for almost 5 weeks now..Its everything you need if you are looking for a home workout plan or the gym. Each exercises has clear explanation and a video. Once you're done it’ll show how much calories you’ve burned and the duration of your workout. However I wish that I could review back how many calories I have burned from the workouts session that I’ve done. I can’t do that unless I screenshot the result page once I’ve click end workout. I hope this small change can be done it will be very helpful.

Sneaky purchases. I just really hate apps that claim to be free until you download them. This is one of those sneaky bastards

:(. Really wanted to love this app. But it just keeps glitching. Eg. doing Jen Selters abs, started the timer for skipping and it goes “3....2......” and that’s it, doesn’t start timing. Really great idea, it just needs some work.

First day! 🏋️‍♀️. Great app but I don’t know how to connect it to my Apple Watch. 😂

Such a great premise. I want to love this app. I really do love it. Except why would I want to pay for an app that crashes, even on a single day workout? In one single workout this morning, it glitched three times (the videos for exercises wouldn’t load, the sound cuts out, and the exercise video demonstrations moved to the wrong exercises), and then it crashed twice completely. And apparently I logged 10 workouts today instead of the 1 🤷🏼‍♀️ It also bugs me that I constantly had to turn it on again to get the next exercise - is there a way to keep the screen on?

Need improvements. Hi I was really excited to buy this app but disappointed in the workouts. I wish there were home workout especially during COVID. And not all of us like going to the gym. It seems like majority of female workouts are for the gym. Also I wish the workouts were full classes as well as broken up.i also notices the audio was not good in some of the videos and the quality of videos weee bad on AirPlay thank you also app hard to go in and out of workouts and my writing in this survey is black so I have no idea of what I’ve written.

Not intuitive. I enjoy the work outs that are offered by the different trainers but man i find the app not intuitive at all! The timer in particular do not match some of the exercise description especially those connected to circuit type exercises (eg. reps for time or rounds for time). I end up setting up a separate timer and doing the exercise that way rather than in the app.

Great App, although lacks continuity with other devices. This app has been great for a routine and to illustrate my progress as I go through the training sessions. The workouts challenge me and the videos are GREAT! The Apple Watch app is a handy device although when I exercise on my Apple Watch I get logged out of the app on my iPhone. When I log back in it does not register the workout I just completed on my watch and have to update manually every time. I’ve resulted not to just stick to using the Watch app, although can’t utilise the whole range of the app now.

Best workouts. Loving these powerful workouts 💪🏼

Great publicty of nothing. Its like an empty gift...nice video to easily go n visit the website...but nthng inside the app...installed the app ..saw everythng ...found nothing imp...deleted the app..it was mere 10 min procedure

The best fitness app!. I totally love it!! ❤️❤️❤️ pushing me forwards, easy to follow but BUUUURRRRNNNNIIING my body. Totally worth it to download and purchase my yearly ❤️ wish next time Fitplan has a meal plan or recipes idea inside the app.

Love this app. So many different exercise plans to choose from. I have been using this app for 1 year now. Can't imagine my workouts without fitplan! ❤️

10/10. Great workouts, so simple to follow and videos for every exercise to get correct form. Loving it

Suitable programs for everyone !!. Each fitplan is so well structured and easy to follow. Fitplan has made scheduling my workouts so much easier and I definitely feel like I’m seeing results ❤️

Great app. The app is great! Good selection of workouts! Videos need to be bigger/close up of movements

Save your money. My app keeps crashing. Paying for absolutely nothing.

Needs fixing. I love the app, it makes working out easy with plans that are easy to follow. However, it has issues saving my weight data and if I’m paying money monthly this shouldn’t be an issue.

Very Motivating!. Very motivating and well put together app. Very easy to use. I’m up to day 18 on Katie Clews Gym Evolution plan & I'm actually loving it. Haven’t had the motivation or real desire to train since Nov 18- came across this little beauty and it’s tha bomb. I’m not a gym person, I’ve always trained outdoor/calisthenics o this is a big change - it’s great that it has the short instructional vids to go with it and timers etc. Really great app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paid but inactive and unable to use. Save your money and time!. Fitplan successfully took my payment but I have been unable to use the app for over a week as it is deemed “inactive” via their setting page. I tried to restore the purchase as per the online instructions however no change. I also went into “Manage my subscriptions” to see this month is paid and in fact active and I go back to the app... still inactive and unable to use. Very disappointing to pay for an app that’s inactive.

The best. I love it ….I am so happy

Great app except.... Great app, used it for a couple le of days on the free throw loan loved it signed up to pay for it for a year now it won't load any fit plans and just has a black screen, signed out and now won't sign me in again, can't connect to server.

Great fitness app!. One of the best fitness apps I’ve ever used. Would love it if there was rest timers in between sets though!! With that improvement it’ll be a 12/10

Watch tracking. Love FitgurlMel! So good the only thing is the watch isn’t very good for tracking your workout often freezes and loses what you entered in. Needs work.

Great app. Best app I have ever used and I have used a few famous fitness apps and this one is by far the best. I have my own personal trainer in my pocket it's great. Workouts are awesome and the girls are awesome love it.!

Why?. I was charged $26,99. It supposed to be monthly payments.... 3 payment of $9. I don’t understand.

Improvements-. The app itself is great however there only a limited amount of things that are free (only single workouts) it would be great if some plans were also free so more people can enjoy the app

Almost perfect!. Please allow for the swapping of exercises, some of us hate / feel awkward af doing particular exercises but I feel like I’m cheating if I don’t do the entire workout.

Frustrating app. The basis of the app is good but that’s about where it ends . At the beginning of each workout you have to continuously put in all new weight and reps . Nothing is remembered from Previous workouts so you need to manually put everything back in. It’s time consuming. It’s impossible to track your progress .I’ve tried to point it out with the developers but after a email back they stopped writing . Frustrating app needs further development

App freezing. App freezes on opening. Started after the last upgrade

Nothing new. Like most of these apps it wants your money before you get anything. Don’t waste your time.

Great workouts but I want to customise!. Would be great if we had the capability to include additional exercises, sub exercises for injuries, switch days around for the split. Otherwise love workout split and exercises

No way that is there real program!. Was excited to see a new app, but was let down. Looks good but it is a gimmick, these are beginner programs (not the real way these people train with advanced training methods) the videos have no exercise instruction (awesome way to injure yourself if you are a beginner) and only slightly better workout logging than you can do on paper. Wow the highest amount of reps I did was 20 on the seated row! Who cares!?! Without any reference to load - again gimmicky. Don't expect to look anything like the models in the videos with this app. What a let down.

Not worth it. They’ll charge you $28 for this app and you have to pay a month or yearly fee to start the plan!!!!

Love it. Love this app - I have tried a few fitness apps but found this the easiest to follow and love the videos and detailed instructions. I am doing Jen Selters at home program and I'm loving it! I feel motivated and I'm not bored by the exercises. My only thing would be if they could let you know about what bands you need before starting the workouts would be great!

Great app with heaps more potential. I’ve been doing Marissa McGraths Ultimate Burn workout and have been loving it. It’s a really challenging program even for experienced gym goers and I’m so happy with my results from a physical sense and my overall strength! I am just hoping that you bring out some more functionalities with the app I.e diet programs, tracking body weight, motivating reminders. It would also be helpful if it could remember the exercise weight data and carry it forward (it only does this about 10% of the time at the moment), I’d also like to be able to amend the date of a workout if I forget to end it on the day.

The best fit app out there!!. I have seen so many gains in such a short time... I’ll be using this app for the rest of my life!!

Price gouging. I’ve had this app for two years. I was going to renew and the price has almost doubled? Why? I don’t see any enhancements. In fact I see that some of my favourite trainers are no longer on this app - eg Katie Crewe.

Overcharged. I keep getting billed twice in a month and didn’t notice until this month so I went back to my transactions and this happened for the last 3 months. How do I get my refund

BEST PERSONAL TRAINER APP. This is my second round of train at home with Kyla and I absolutely love this app.

Excellent Customer Service. The customer service is unmatched! I am so impressed! I had a couple issues that I brought to the app’s attention and my issue was handled with the utmost care and attention. I am so impressed and I 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much Fitplan!

4 stars. totally loving the workouts! I just wish that workouts specified as home workouts didn’t include specific equipment that people wouldn’t have at home—ie. benches and foot sliders (or atleast specify how you can use an alternative at home). it’s also kind of annoying that every time the rest timer ends, and I start the next set, it quiets down my music. the rest timer also doesn’t appear whenever i’ve finished the last of a workout. not a big deal, but afterwards I kind of have to calculate how many calories I didn’t really burn in order to accurately know how much work I really did. I hope these suggestions help!

Great Variety. I have been using fitplan for over 3 years and have lost about 50lbs from when I started. Great variety of workouts to keep on track. Great home workouts for when I couldn’t go to the gym! Best app!

Love this app. Helps me stay on track with my workouts. I love the plans you can choose from. If you can’t afford a personal trainer, this app is the next best thing. My boyfriend is a bodybuilder and approves of this app and some of the workout programs. So happy to have something to track my progress and keep me accountable

Amazing but expensive. I really like the App however is extremely expensive for a online product.

Current app has many bugs. Found many bugs with the videos in the workouts - it keeps repeating the same video for different workouts.

Family sharing doesn’t work. My wife paid for the app because “family sharing” is listed on the App Store, but it doesn’t work and Fit Plan customer service said their app doesn’t work that way. What a waste of money if we both can’t use it.

Language. Language! Why you don’t give us a chance to better understand to put a traduced on the aps

Excersices are amazing , but the app takes so long to work.. The trainers are fantastic and have great routines! I am currently doing Melissa’s home work out and it’s a killer! The App is hard to make work. Some times . I have to te start my phone several times untill it lets me open the workout. I sent several email for help but in the past 2 months I haven’t recived an answer. Other than that it’s a fantastic app

On the whole great. Variety of plans for everyone level of experience and type of work out you’re into! Reasonably priced as well. It’s easy to track your progress and and reminders to do your workouts. The Apple Watch version isn’t super well integrated in my opinion but otherwise great

Programs. Said I would get a free month if I wrote a review... turns out you have to cancel your subscription and get a refund then buy it again just for the free month and lose your current progress? No thanks.

Apple watch app is not working at all.. The apple watch app doesn’t work, just freezes at the loading page. So disappointing

Zero star. This app is very misleading. I find it ridiculous that this app won’t let you see the workouts, interfaces or program before you have to sign up for a plan and have your credit card charged yet it is advertised as a free app. What part is free? Again this very misleading and a waste of time.

Can’t update. Doesn’t to be giving me the chance to update which makes zero sense since everyone else had updated their’s

Help!!! App not working for me!. I am unable to work the app!

Great app. Great app! Love how easy it is to use. Not a big deal but workouts done have started to disappear from my weakly goal and achievements.

Loving the Linn Lowe’s Workouts. Currently on day 2 of Linn Lowe’s Booty X Body Boost. And I’m loving it !!!! Love that you’re able to pick which athlete you want to train with (yes lots of options to choose what you want/need). It’s very easy to figure out how the app works. I Like that you track the weight you are using for each workout. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is because it takes a long time for the app to open on my Apple Watch. It does work though ! Haha

the app not working i already paid for a year. can you fix the it’s not showing anything

Got charged way more than supposed. I bought the holiday discount at 50$ annual and got charged 80,50$ CAD it should have been 64$ CAD with conversion rate. I was the balance to be refund.

FitPlan is incredible!!!! Absolute must have.. Fitplan is such an awesome app to have. It has made my life so much easier when it comes to fitness. Then even better is the fact that it has made working out way more enjoyable. I found that I was sick of the same old routines that I had in my memory bank then I was spending all of this time searching for workouts online then writing them out in a journal. Fitplan does all of that for you. What a dream! I’ve been using FitPlan for over 2 years and it has only gotten better. I’ve recommended it to several family and friends, who all have thanked me for showing it to them. It has changed lives by getting them in much better shape, both physically and mentally. Thanks FitPlan!!

🔥 On. This app is fantastic! Great fitness reps putting on a wonderful variety of Fitplan a to help you reach your fitness goals. Get your burn on!

Nesta 003. This app is the best

Detailed Workout plans, reps, sets, etc... Awesome workout app. Each program is pre-written in detail and there are short video clips going in depth about each exercise and how to perform it correctly. 10/10 recommended!

Doesn’t work. Fitplan does not let you family share

Gone downhill. Good app but very buggy.. sets don’t save you try and mark them as done. Workouts aren’t great for women and are a lot of at home workouts or light workouts and aren’t good for advanced lifters. Used to have great plans that frequently refreshed with Michelle Lewin and Jen Heward and plans over the last 2 years have gone downhill. Been using this app for over 5 years and likely going to go elsewhere.

Mettre l’application en français. Sa serai très bien que vous m’étiez l’application en français sa aiderai beaucoup de gens à comprendre et attirerais plus de monde

In love.. I am on my 200 workout journey with them. I’ve been using this app for a while and tried many workouts with different coach. I have only good words for this app! It’s amazing. Here’s a list of improvements that could bring more values to the app to my eyes: - Add the possibility to restart a program all over again before you even finished it. If you started a program and want to restart it before finishing it, you have to manually go select the first workout of the program. - circuit versus series. The difference should be more evident on the workout day plan. -videos bug. Sometimes I had to go out of the app, close it and reopen it to access the workout video example. Small bugs. Otherwise I love it, thanks ✨🤍

Charge. This app charge my account 99$ for a year subscription which i didnt ask for . What a waste dont trust this app.

scam. My account has been cancelled for over a year and they still are charging me. Not possible to cancel a subscription that shows up on my profile as unsubscribed. Customer service phone number doesn’t work and they dont answer the support email. Garbage.

Fitplan 🔥🔥. Wicked app to get you in shape! Organizes everything perfectly for you.

Wonderful. Definitely my favourite workout app so far, so many trainers and exercises catered to your needs! 10/10 recommend

App has a lot of glitches. If you accidentally press start workout on a day you don’t work out, there’s no way if correcting that, it will appear like you worked out. And on some days when you do work out, it might no track it. It’s very inaccurate when it comes to monitoring your workout days. It’s unfortunate because the workouts are actually really good, but it’s hard to measure progress when the information is not accurate.

Decent workout app with little, but good programs. This is one of the apps that prefers quality over quantity. And it’s good. However was very tough as a beginner - I had to watch a lot of youtube videos to understand how to perform certain exercise correctly. In app tutorials are only 5-10 seconds and a lot of times it is very unclear how to perform exercise correctly. Especially when you’re working with bars - pulled my back 3 times due to unclear directions. Otherwise - good app.

Great app with great exercises.. The content in the app is great. A minor fix that needs to be done is if the workout calls for a break between sets of 90 sec (for example) the timer always is set to 60 seconds.

Need more description. Some workouts don’t clearly explain how the whole exercise and the app always glitches. Would not recommend purchasing. Not worth the $100z

Great value, great app. I love the variety of coachs and how each of them have many guides to choose from. I’ve used these plans every day I’m at the gym since I bought the app and would defiantly renew to keep access. 10/10 would recommend

Worst fitness app ever. That’s it. That’s the review.

Great programs, ok App. I love Linn Lowes program so far and the option to learn from so many other trainers but the app is glitchy. My calender is all messed up. Dori from support told me to update my app, which I did but it’s still not working. It’s annoying to pay for something that doesn’t work work, I mean its the small things that count..

Plans!. I’m enjoying the plans. There’s enough variety for different levels of fitness. My 4 stars is because of the timer. I always update to the latest version but they keep breaking the timer more. Just have to rely on a watch or a wall clock. The only time it makes a sound if the app is front and open.

Worth it!. I love the workouts - I’ve been using it for over 10 months now. I don’t like the new update with the videos constantly playing- it drains my battery. It also doesn’t show what exercises I have completed in a workout - please fix. Also, a lot of people have been asking me about the app- is there a friend referral code that I can use so I can gain from referring people? The app needs to be more user-friendly for things like this. Other than that, I’m loving everything else.

Cannot rester my plan!. I’ve subscribe for a year plan and now you are asking me to pay again... that I’m on a free plan. Please restore my plan!!!!

Add exercises. I’m a big fan of mike and there are some exercises I see on his IG page that should definitely be added to the app. Overall it’s great #loveit

Love this app!. Honestly, this app is so affordable! Less than 2 months at most gyms! Great options and definitely the most cost effective way to enjoy Joga!

The give you the run around and charge you without your permission. unimpressed trying to get ahold of the app

Mediocre workouts, AWFUL functionality. Don’t know who is rating this high, they must have never tried another fitness app on the market. Timer and set functionality is terrible, you have to manually click through each break and each set to continue- talk about ruining the flow of a workout, you have to be back at the phone tapping buttons literally every 30-45 seconds. Awful. Try Nike Training Club or Sweat instead for a timer that integrates with the workout

Awesome some days other so bad. Timer works only sometimes. The worst got he’s today. I have to keep closing the app.

Holy Guacamole!. This fitplan app is amazing. Specifically the Linn Lowe’s Body x Booty Workout. This woman has me doing fun workouts which leave me so sore (in places I didn’t know could be sore) but feeling so good! I’m officially done 2 weeks of my 12 week plan and I’m already seeing results! I also love how her workouts work more than just one area - she may have you doing arms but you also feel it in your core and back, tightening your whole body.

Keeps me going!. Fitplan has tons of options and plans to follow, you can just about tailor a plan to what you’re looking to do. I’ve been so happy with it because it actually keeps me working out. I know I can pull up the app and have a workout to follow, I don’t have to waste time thinking about what I want to do and work on. I can just get to the gym, or get ready at home and get a great workout in.

Worth It!!. I first heard of FitPlan because I followed Linn Lowes on insta. At first I was skeptical because I thought it was a lot of money for one fitness plan BUT I was so happy to find that I got access to so many amazing plans not just from Linn but other trainers as well! I have been doing Linn’s Strong and Lean plan mixed in with my regular workouts and my fitness has improved SO MUCH. I cannot say enough great things about this app and Linn’s plans!

Fave app but freezes. I rave about this app to everyone I know that’s wanting to get into fitness, already into fitness but wanting more structured workouts etc.. I love everything about the app honestly. My favorite part is you are able to take progress pictures after every single workout. I store my progress pics on the app even if I didn’t do a workout from the app. The only problem is, every time I go to take a pic on the app, it freezes up or exits me out of the app. I also can’t scroll through all the pics I have taken without it freezing up or exiting me off. I hope this is something that can be updated & fixed in the near future!

Was Great until it stopped working on apple watch. I use it on my apple watch. Not having to carry my phone during workout and instead using the app on my apple watch was great and very convenient. I even bought the annual membership. But after the latest update, FitPlan stopped working on my apple watch. It keeps telling me to authorize the app to access health information when it already does.

Enjoying this app to the max 🙌🏻. I really needed this because even though I was already going to thy gym 5-6 times a week I didn’t have an structured plan and was making me lose so much time and not being consistent as I should. Currently doing Total Shred from Linn Lowes and loove every workout she has included and how she sets up the plan 🙌🏻💪🏼 Totally recommend it! I’ve checked out other apps and this has been the best! Plus I called them to help me fix something and their service was amazing as well!

This app changed the game!. I’ve been using FitPlan for more than 2 years now and I wouldn’t change it for a thing! It’s very complete, well made and makes your training go to the next level. Video explanations are high quality, but what I value the most is the ability to pick real athletes’ workout and have it all programmed for you. You can have one month, 2 months or three months long plan with everything schedule for you. I can’t stress enough how good this app is.

So far so good!. The app is super easy to follow, and has a timer function that is super helpful. It times all of your exercises and even the rests! I usually just go to trainers’ instagrams to follow their workouts, but it’s really tedious to go from the video to the phone’s timer- this app does it all for you and features workouts from a bunch of instagram famous trainers! Right now I’m doing the total shred workout with Linn, and it’s actually pretty fun!

Good and Bad. Absolutely loved the idea of being able to do the workouts from my Nike Apple Watch (series4). However was/am Extremely disappointed that if I do a workout on my watch it doesn’t always (like almost never) syncs with the app on the phone. Makes tracking progress difficult when the app says you have only completed 2 workouts and you are on workout 15 on your watch. Videos are great and they do have great workouts. Would be nice to be able to switch programs on your watch (for example if you were doing weight training and wanted to do a cardio work on your “days off”).

Got me back in the gym!. This app totally eliminates any excuses like not knowing what to do or not wanting to figure out which exercises to do on which days. No more wandering around aimlessly in the gym doing a little bit of this, a little bit of that. This app (I’m doing Jen Selter’s Bikini Body Challenge) puts purpose back into my workouts, no thinking or planning is required, I can just show up and follow the preset workout for the day. No more excuses, it’s Fantastic!!

Great App, Great trainers. Horrible customer service.. The trainers in this App are great! Great variety of trainers to choose from for your goals. However, the customer service is not good. They don’t respond, they typically have a message they will respond in 30 min....sure. They don’t. I’ve had some issues with the app not working properly, opening the app I cannot access my workout, workouts have been deleted and magically day later it’s fixed. I recently had another issue where I can’t access my Workouts and I’m waiting for customer service to help......but I’m still waiting very very disappointing as the App is amazing. As, long as you don’t have questions!!!

Best fitness app!. I was a track athlete for years and competed at a high level after college I have not done much of anything but a few runs here and there. I’m the kind of person who needs the push and someone to tell me what and when to do! This app does just that and it’s actually a lot harder and more challenging then I could have ever imagined. I love it! Best purchase in a long time, 3 workouts in and I already feel stronger.

Good app but with bugs and glitches. App is very good and it is for both men and women. I like the fact that you can follow training program of different athletes. It has so many options that you will not get bored. However, it does have glitches like timer randomly stops and freezes. Also the videos take so long to watch if internet is so so, so important to watch before what you will need to do. Otherwise pretty satisfied.

Time and devotion. I love this app not just for the free trial but even after the free trial very affordable. During my experience with the free trial I love how there is a lot of personal trainers and it is a great guide. I love how they show you how to use gym machines and create a schedule. After each workout I feel like I completed a part of my day. Also the pricing is great for a 1 year subscription. Overall so far I am having a great experience.

Need a refund please!. Downloaded this app after seeing it on Sweatcoin, looked it over for about a day, then decided it just wasn’t for me since I don’t have much in the way of equipment or space for at-home workouts. I deleted it, didn’t think about it for awhile, but then see I have a $16 charge through my CC connected to my Apple account to FitPlan even though I never knowingly signed up for any premium membership? FitPlan isn’t under my Apple subscriptions either so had no idea I was even signed up for anything. Probably not a bad app, but not for me and got charged without even knowingly subscribing or using it at all

It’s great!. I love this app! It provides structure which is huge for me. I don’t have to think about which workouts to do next. It also works as a platform for you to track your progress with pictures and your previous workouts (weights & reps) so you continue to do better than last weeks/months. If you need some structure and motivation to hit the gym, this app is for you! I’m currently doing Michelle Lewins’s Booty perfection program and it’s pretty effective. I am always sore in the right places

Crashing. I want to say I like this app since I have been using it since November however the last two weeks while I try logging my workouts the app crashes and when I went back to pick up where I left off the app screen is all black. I tried both times deleting a redownloading the app to get it to work but then It won’t accept my login. Then when I do get logged in it doesn’t have any of my progress for my current plan. Everything is gone which really makes me mad. I’d appreciate if you had a download app that saves all of your current progress over instead of the download videos when I’m offline.

Mike O’Hearn’s programs.. I’ve been apart of the fit plan app now for almost a year. In that year I have gone through 2 of Mike O’Hearn’s programs. Strength gains and professional secrets and both programs are awesome! The personal coaching that comes with it from Mike in the titan crew is invaluable to the success you will have when you follow the program and trust the advise and direction he gives. This has changed my outlook on fitness, weight training and nutrition! Best investment you can make

Great for workouts but each update the app gets more bugs. I work in software and I don’t know how it’s possible for each app release to continuously get worse. The timer function messes up the workout if you don’t use it to time your rests or runs. The videos automatically starting when you get to an exercise causes performance issues. The last thing I feel like doing in the middle of my workout is waiting for a video to load so I can get to the next exercise. Hoping the developers work on performance instead of “new things” to improve the quality of this app.

Great App and Plan. I have followed Michelle for years and just saw her post about this app and finally having a plan out for everyone. So I decided to abandon my workout plan by another long time follow of mine to check hers out. So far I’m loving the app to follow my increase in weights and to chart where I am in my workout, I get lost sometimes lol. I am loving the app though and the plan. Look forward to doing several plans and hoping she continues to put many more out.

Nice App - but still needs some work. I like most of the features on the app. The workouts, tracking, timer and Apple Watch app. However there are some bugs and missed features. Namely, when switching between the watch app and the phone app. The phone app tends to show only an black screen some times. I have to close the app and then reopen it for for it to work. Also there’s is no feature to cancel a workout once it has been started. It would be nice to cancel a workout you didn’t like. It’s a decent app that has potential.

Varied fitness goals make this app the best. I was trying a ton of apps to help me work towards a fitness goal until I stumbled upon Fitplan. I kickstarted my workouts with Ray Diaz’s fitness plan and I fell in love with the app. The rigor of the workouts and the way they mix up the exercises almost feels as if I have my own personal coach. I think if I have to pick something they can do better, it’s to help me record my performance or the weights I used earlier in the same workout. Keep crushing it

Good but when is iPad version coming?. I’ve used this app for the past few months and have really enjoyed it. It has kept me motivated and the new update is more fluid than the previous version. My only gripe is that on days I do cardio in addition to one of the workouts on here, I use my iPad (because I like watching videos or reading during cardio). But the app is only designed for iPhone and comes out a bit grainy and pixelated on the iPad. All in all, totally a first world problem and only a minor inconvenience to lug around two devices.

Best fitness app for workouts.. I love this app and how easy the workouts are to follow a long. There is also a variety of workouts so I never get bored which is something that often quite happens with other fitness workout applications. I can start and stop multiple different plans and they even do challenges sometimes which are very motivating and fun. Wait for the subscriptions to go on sale that’s the best time to do it. There’s no other workout fitness app I use.

5 STARS. I LOVE THIS APP ! I’m currently on my third fitplan & I can’t thank the fitplan family for designing and really putting in the time and effort into make these plans fun & effective. You think, you would just purchase the app & then you just complete it but there is more to it . You a community, a family , that’s supports you through your journey. I’ve been introduced to some really amazing people along the way & I simply just want to say THANK YOU 💜😊

Loving the app!. I have enjoyed the app since I started to use 3 weeks ago! I have been seeing results on my body so I am so excited to continue with fitplan! The only thing is that when you try to start a workout the app gets freeze and you have to close it, open it again and then you can start the workout. If you can check and solve it, it will be great!!! I have also tried to download videos but it hasn't work for me...

I have abs!!!!!. I really do love this app and how much it has helped me change my life for the better. I am actually motivated to workout and enjoy it because I have this app helping me learn the exercises and track them. I decided to pay for a yearly subscription after using the free version, because I saw how great this app is. My body has certainly changed since using the app and I never thought I would look like someone who works out. Thank you!!!!

Such an amazing app!. I have gone through so many ridiculous apps that make working out a struggle. This app is so easy to follow and I love how it shows your the workouts so you can see exactly how you are supposed to do it! Every workout/workout guide is great on this app! I don’t pay for any of my apps just because I’m picky but THIS ONE I WILL OAY FOR!! it has changed the way I look at fitness tremendously! Get this app and you will not regret it.

Really good app with a few missing options which would make it great!. The good: Great, easy to use, tailored workouts for all athletic abilities. Daily reminders. Downloadable instructional videos. Lacking: No capability to sync with Samsung health and Galaxy S3 smart watch. No option to record your weight within app, inability to log additional workouts/days outside of app. I.e. if I lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, there is no way to record that I ran on Tuesday, and Thursday.

Best decision of 2019!. I’ve been following Linn Lowe’s in IG for quite some time now. I really admire her workouts and seeing all the results everyone gets by following her workout plans —I decided to jump on the Linn Lowe’s train —though I’m only one week in I can already feel and notice a difference not just in my body but also in my mind —couldn’t be happier with my decision to follow her 12 week strong and lean plan —10 more weeks —can’t wait to see my final outcome! ❤️

Taking me to the next level!. Currently in week two of my first fit plan and I have to say, I LOVE it! The aesthetics are perfect, simplistic yet complex, and so many options. The two things that I would suggest are incorporating some pregnancy and post pregnancy plans as well has within you programs to have weight levels carry over from work out to workout. For example, if I squat 120lbs on Friday and the same exercise is the following Thursday, 120 would auto populate.

Dislike the new version of this app. I’ve had this app for a year or 2 now and I liked the old version so much better. The way it’s set up now has been so slow. The videos don’t work all the time, the timer keeps freezing on me, and the app in general always freezes up making it very frustrating to complete my workout. This happens every single time I use it now and I never used to have a problem at all. I wish it worked better because I really love all the workouts.

Unqualified Trainers. I really like the concept of this app. Having plans designed by personal trainers, which you can then follow on your own without having to pay personal trainer prices, sounds amazing. However when I downloaded the app and browsed through the plans, I noticed that a lot of the plans come from people who I would best describe as Instagram influencers. While there are a few "trainers" who are actually certified (Katie Crewe), many are not (Jen Selter, Yanet Garcia). I wish the app listed the credentials and qualifications for each trainer. Having a million Instagram followers is not a legitimate qualification. If I'm going to adopt a fitness plan, I need to make sure that I'm following the advice of a professional so that I don't get injured. Besides all that, I tried a daily workout and didn't like the actual interface either. When the time for the specific exercise ends, the timer just.. stops. It doesn't make a sound or notify you. I had to constantly keep an eye on my phone screen to watch for time, which is annoying.

Can’t go back into a workout. Sooo frustrating at the gym trying to show my cousin another workout beside the one i was currently using. I had to “end” the workout to go into another workout...fine. But, i couldn’t go back into the workout that i was in the middle of doing! I didn't even finish it....so disappointed, what a flaw. Although, i love the workouts...suggest there’s more of an explanation from the athletes on when to up the weight or how to gauge for people who aren't sure. The app. Could really use some common sense and a little more efficiency. Also, a timer would be great!

I like it, but don’t love it. This app is really nice. I like the interface and ease of use as well as the workouts! However, I wish it was a little more detailed in some aspects. For instance, I wish it told you or at least suggested starting weights, and that you could choose replacement exercises. I have another app called fitbod that does this and find this aspect really helpful. I think if app and fitbod had a baby it would be the perfect workout app!

Best workout app for busy moms!. If it weren't for this app, I would be completely lost at the gym. Having access to trainers, a community of app users, and a detailed exercise plan has made this busy full time working mom a workout fanatic. Everything with this app is awesome. If there is anything wrong with the app, you can quickly get tech help and the issue gets resolved almost immediately. Just finished one year of membership and automatically renewed for yet another year!

IM IN LOVE. The app is great, but what’s really great is Linn Lowes’ plans!! i’ve been on it for 5 weeks and have never gotten such great results so fast. i was scared to lift weights and do it wrong/pull something. but the videos show and tell you exactly what to do. i’ve been working out for a while now, but this made me step out of my comfort zone and pushed me & that’s when the change started happening. you check off as you go so it’s easy to follow. try out the 7 days free, and you’ll absolutely love it!!

Totally Worth It. I’ve tried TONS of work out plans, this app has definitely changed the game for me. I love all of the different trainer options, and how easy each plan is to follow. Being able to go to the gym and not have to worry about what I’m going to do has been life changing. I don’t have to think about anything because everything is laid out for me in such an easy to use manor. Can not express enough how much I love this app. 🙌🏻

Make these updates!. Love love love this app, had previous use of it through a friend and decided to go ahead and buy it for myself. A couple of recommendations would be: Allow user to go back to previous workouts to view the weights they used. I know for me I like to maintain/increase every week to two weeks so it would be helpful to go back and see what weight I was at the previous time. OR have the app auto-fill what you should be doing each time (for example, have a setting for “I would like to increase 5lbs every week” and the next time you did that exercise it would tell you the goal that you should be lifting at. Also put in a place for your weight—like a weekly weigh in, I would put it where you can upload the photos at. Also include a time stamp on photos- like at least a date so I know when I took the photos!! Thanks guys!

Doesn’t work with airplay. I get so frustrated bc I like to airplay my workouts onto my TVs and this app doesn’t work well with airplay at all!! I am a Sami Clarke fan and the New Years program worked well bc it was longer videos but her other plans are short demo videos and then have a timer alongside it...these are much more difficult to follow bc the app either craps out (with no airplay)or it gets totally messed up if you try to airplay. I am really getting fed up bc I’ve spent so many time in the past few days trying to start these workout plans but they aren’t working for me.

Personal trainer(s) in the palm of your hand!. I have used Fitplan for almost 5 years now. It honestly changed my life. Gave me the basics and confidence to get in the gym and use all the equipment and do new and more challenging exercises. As a prior runner, my running improved from the strength I gained through Fitplan. I’ll never be able to justify spending money on a personal trainer again since I’ve gotten better results with this app!

Melissa Alcantra, Katie Chung Hua & Sami Clarke. So far, I’ve done 2 complete programs (Melissa’s Body Aesthetics & Katie Chung Hua’s Body Rev). I am in the process of finishing Mel’s 10 Pack Hamstrings & Sami Clark’s Body Glow. I’ve been struggling with a lot of life stuff and all the trainers on the ap were so helpful, not just for my physical well-being, but my mental well being as well. I lost about 10 pounds and keeping most of it off. When I gain anything, it’s so easy to follow a program and get right back on. I’m very grateful for this ap.

Don’t get if you want to easily see your data.. Was very excited when I first started. I liked the different programs. After the free week, I bought the year plan. The 2nd week, the workout duplicated itself and there was no record of any weights or reps from the first week! I found out from customer service that I have to go back to the calendar to look at what I did. The site doesn’t show what you did in the daily workout and therefore can’t recommend improvements. If you want some new routine ideas, this app will work. If your looking for something to really help you train and improve, this app is not it.

App needs work. Been looking for a gym workout app that I can take to the gym with me. I thought this was it. I’ve been scrolling through the workout plans and the gym based workouts are all 5 days a week. Really? Who can make it to the gym 5 days a week, unless that is all they are doing? It would be nice if they had some 2 - 3 day gym options in there, with the option to turn the other 2 days into home workouts. The calendar seems pretty inflexible, so I don’t see how to modify the plans manually. Also, as a previous user mentioned, a timer would be nice. I would also like the ability to save my favorite workouts from different trainers in a playlist that way I can have fast access to them in the gym without having to scroll through the calendar of various trainers and try to remember who did what on what day. Until these issues are addressed (or if addressed), I’ll be sticking to my You Tube Playlists.

Honestly very impressed. Yes you have to subscribe but it's worth it in my Opinion I did chest and abs today and I'm sore as hell which is great! I'm very impressed in this app and honestly would recommend it to people who don't necessarily have a good game plan on how to work out this is perfect it even allows you to put the amount of weight and reps you did it was great! So get the app try it don't be a whip and get in there and grind! It's bulking season baby

Won’t let me cancel. Fitplan was amazing for me before I broke my elbow and had surgery. Unfortunately with having surgery I cannot currently do the workouts, and not being able to work has made finances rough. I tried to cancel my plan until I was working again and was approved to workout through my surgeon. When trying to delete the app I continued to hit dead ends so I contacted the app support email. To my surprise they responded with a motivational video to start working out. This showed they did not really read my email explaining my circumstances, they did not consider my needs nor did they care they just want me to keep paying for the app! This now shows me that once I am ready for more on line training it will not be through this app!!

Was GREAT! (UPDATE). Used to recommend this app constantly but recently they made a lot of in my opinion poor changes and immediately removed the ability to contact support on the app Just recently I was on my newest workout program and the app just deleted all my progress and reset me back to Day 1 As of today I have not received a response from contacting support on their website. Good app but they need to communicate with their users better *Developers have reached out to me! Vicki reached out to me and asked me to please send any glitches I notice to them as they’re diligently working on ironing out these glitches. I was offered some compensation for my troubles which is appreciated. I can just see this app has a lot of potential and I really enjoy using it. Feels good to be acknowledged by support and I hope they can get these kinks worked out :)

Where should I start?. You new to fitness? Want to try working out? Don’t try this app.. doesn’t have any modified workouts expects you to AUTOMATICALLY have the strength to do any of these work outs. The app freezes and tends to crash while you’re working out, so you’re at the gym doing a squat trying to figure out what’s the next step you can’t it’s frozen on ONE SCENE downloading it isn’t a bad idea which hasn’t failed me. It’s not worth 15 dollars a month I wish I could have the money back BUT if you want a good experience I did the brittnaebabe21 challenge and that’s where I saw a difference it’s on the app but it’s only one volume :-/ okay done ranting

Only app I’ve gotten results from!. I’ve had the app for over a year and use it every single day! I’ve tried other apps but this is by far the best and the only one I’ve seen real results from! It has plans for every type of workout, home and gym, specific muscles, every stage of your journey, it’s absolutely amazing and you can always keep changing to never hit a plateau in your fitness! I recommend it to everyone!!

Best Fitness App. This app is amazing just a few minor changes. I want to be to save the workouts and be able to access them on my profile page. The search feature also could be a little bit more user friendly; I like to pre assess a workout before actually doing it but once I’m viewing it, it jumps right back to the start screen which is a little annoying. Other than, this fitness is legit.
