Actually does what it says on the tin.. Despite the badly translated Chinese description you see above, the UI isn’t utter garbage, and in face makes (enough) sense and apparently you can get the paywall stuff by leaving a review. Actually will recommend.

Barely used it. so i'm still catching up on the interface and the functions but it seems to offer many effects and work well. You'll have to review it first thing to unlock the effects though

It asks for a review before purchase. Its one of those apps that asks to rate it before you can unlock the key feature: motion blur. Ill give this 4 stars, but from my first impressions, it seems to be a stable app.

Best App. Variety of blur effects and option to manually add effects

Sham. Sneaky.. I uploaded a picture from a security camera so it had a time stamp. Your app makes the photos blurry and when you “unblur” them it’s restoring it to what it originally was. My time stamp was perfectly fine until I uploaded my pic, then it was unintelligible. When I “unblured” my pic I was able to see it as it originally was before I uploaded it. Complete sham.

decent, but my children are still starving. App works great. Could use some explanation at the beginning so you know what things mean. It gets the job done, but knocked a star for hard to use since I still don't have any money to feed my children and I was told in another review this would enrich my life. Emotionally, yes. But it didn't put money in my pockets, sadly enough. Great for people who don't have or need money. Good for making memes. Thanks for the nice app. Please make a way for me to be able to feed my children while using this app and I will give it my full support.

Ok so far. So far it seems pretty good, but honestly they have the good motion blurs locked unless you pay money or write a review like I'm doing right now. We will see if it really works after I'm done typing this

Not very intuitive. Maybe instead of relying on all symbols some could have words? I'm not sure but it's not intuitive and I'm not an old fart. Also the lowest setting of the blue is still too strong for my use. As well as the edges of the non blurred selection have a shiny edge? Hard to explain. FocusEffect was the other app I downloaded for this and was extremely intuitive and had a much lower blur which made it look natural

This app changed my life literally. So this app is amazing. I can make all my photos look like they were taken with a amazing camera although they were taken by iPhone. I'll definitely use this app a lot for editing my photos.

My children are dead. I love this app so much that I have been on it 24/7 and have neglected to feed my children. Their moodlets dropped to red and one of them befriended the grim reaper. My sims are dead thanks to this glorious app. Wish I didn't have to write this review tho.

Doesn’t work. I purchased this app thinking it was gonna work after reading the reviews, but this app doesn’t work at all! A waste of time and money. Shows all this stuff that I could unlock if I paid for the app so I did and don’t see any of it on the app. Then it even has a tutorial that looks good of course for show, but when you are actually using the app it does nothing for the picture! What a waste!!!

A little sketch but seems to be worth it. Seems to have a lot of effects I'm looking for for meme-making.. A little cluttered and a bit upset that you need to pay or review for the zoom blur (which is why I got it) but hey, small price to pay for the huge benefit of the dankest memes. Seems pretty solid and I hope to make great use of it

Okaaat. So it was pretty complicated at first but once you work around it it's seems decent. A lot of ads but gets the job done. You cant unlock the filter to make memes without writing a review so here I am.

Nice app for free. Nice app for free but doesn't keep setting from last time used. Only a few blur filters available for free. Need to purchase for more than a few. Ads are expected but arrow for add is easily confused with arrow to complete photo editing.

Confusing. The tools are there, but the ads clutter the interface so I keep hitting them by accident then it says buy the full app, I can barely try the free version to see how well it works before I buy the full version with "no ads". The restore purchases feature doesn't work.

👎. It made the pictures more blurry when you put it into the editor so that when you actually went to “fix it” it looked the exact same as it did before.

Needs an undo button. Does exactly what I was looking for. But undoing what you did requires going all the way back to the first step. Great app though.

Not realistic. The effects are not realistic compared to any camera. The tools are a bit difficult to navigate & use. Cumbersome to take or import photos & have to use brushes to add effects rather than a simple filter.
