Reading books is a great and efficient way to quickly gain and expand your vocabulary and grasp language structure and patterns.

The app allows you to read books and translate unfamiliar words with a single tap. It is infinitely more convenient than copying every word to a separate translator app.
No need to make word cards with the words you don't know and put any effort in memorizing them. Just keep reading and whenever you encounter an unfamiliar word - translate it. After doing so for about 3-5 times you will memorize the word.
You can look up a word's definition using one of the dictionaries available in iOS and translate whole sentences and bigger pieces of text as well.
It is also possible to save translations as favourites. It can be useful for some rare or fascinating words.
The app itself is quality made and boasts a simple easy-to-use interface, high stability and performance. It has all the necessary features and settings for comfortable reading.

The most useful language learning app for me. Bukus is exactly the app I was looking for. Switching between dictionary app (which needs internet everytime) and the viewer was quite irritating. Also the user interface is high quality and can see it is improving every time updated. Highly recommend to people who is struggling to learn new language and reading book w foreign languages! Almost great, needs more developer attention. Almost great, with convenient dictionary translations available from a single tap. But Bukus can have difficulty rendering some epub files correctly, while other ebook readers exhibit no such problem. It also lacks an in-place file browser, so new books must be imported using the Share menu from elsewhere. The app has a tendency to stall or become unresponsive, requiring a force-quit.
Perfect. Exactly what I have been looking for. This app helps reading books in foreign languages by showing you translation and definition of every unfamiliar word and allows you to save those words for later learning. Nice design/animations and understandable UX/UI. Great job

Perfect for Learning a Foreign Language/French. I was looking for a replacement for my Kindle Paperwhite, which allows me to keep a list of the words and definitions that I look up. This App does exactly that for my books in pdf and ePub format. Thank you, developers!
Translation. The used MS and Yandex translators are very bad. In many cases, they just transliterate the words.

Loving this ereader!!. The Bukus reader's interface is basic but provides everything I need in a reader without the clutter common in some readers.

NO NO NO waste of money!!. You can’t translate the books you have in your apple app, there is only 2 samples in the app, you can’t download new books, you can’t connect to the seller because “page not found” and I’m waiting the receipt from apple store so I can ask a refund! Also the translation? OMG hahahaha! It a big fat NO from me.
