Great Program, missing feature. Greetings, I guess this is a 4.8 star program for me. It’s amazing in so many ways!! I love the open tableau and freedom to color without numbers or a predetermined color palette. You can select your own and even only use the most recent colors, so when you move the dial to change the shade, you don’t have to remember where it was on the line, just go to recently used colors. Wishes: the program would be better if you could use Freehand or Advanced to color ON TOP of the lines rather than just over them. There’s a picture of a girl with freckles... I can’t get rid of the freckles. I can highlight them, I can color match them, but I can’t erase them or change the color of the tiny black freckles dotting a large swath of area under each eye. I would also like for the blank tableau to have object recognition for the full function. If I draw a circle, I would like for the fill function to be useable to fill in the circle I just drew. That would be nice on the regular pictures too. It would make creating scenery easier. But back to the 4.8 rating. I LOVE the free brushes and Greatly appreciate that oil is one of the default brushes along with blend. I love the amount of tweaking you can do to brush size and opacity. I Love the fill function features especially the one where you can make little blurry bubbles. I love the amount of freedom mixed with structure that allows me to look like I know how to paint 😁

I have a suggestion.. Okay; when I downloaded Pigment for the first time (which was a long time ago), almost everything was free and I loved it. I downloaded it again recently and I did not like the changes. First off; I don’t like the new ‘Premium Feature.’ It’s supposed to be A FREE coloring book. Now that I checked it out; everything is sports and nothing is free except one picture. Maybe instead of only giving us one picture to color in, give us at least five different pictures from the same genre to color in. I don’t like how the first picture is simple and the other color pages are intricate and nice. I can’t even pay for anything in the store and I just want to color in the photos. Try to take this into consideration ok?? Another thing is that the paintbrushes are poorly put together. Whenever I want to use something that looks NICE, it’s all premium. Give us some slack. And also; ten dollars a month? NO HONEY NO. make it cheaper or even free. Marker and Pencil look terrible on my pages. Thanks for reading. And don’t ignore this. It’s critique.

Amazing coloring app.. I have been using Pigment for two years now and love it so much. My a gallery is full of pictures that I cherish. Thank you so much for making this wonderful tool. I learn more about how to use which is almost daily. This my all time favorite app. I literally use it every day. Pigment has helped me discover my creativity. Thank you Pigment for developing this fabulous app. Also, I am so glad you have incorporated grayscale into the app. I love to color grayscale. I love this app very much. It is my. number 1 Co,oring app. I use it mostly for importing artist coloring pages. Lately it has almost impossible to import. I keep getting error messages or just a blank screen. Please tell what is wrong and how I continue to import. I have been a premium Access for over three years and want to continue using this fabulois app

The ONLY real coloring app!!. I have been a long-time Pigment Premium user, since 2015. I have seen many different additions through the years and this app beats EVERY other coloring app out there. One of the others actually let you color and use your own brain. The other are basically tap and fill. I was never a good artist, but I have learned so much from this app and the Pigment Community. I think the gallery is so much a part of the whole experience. I read Reese other reviews where people complain about pre I’m not worth it and not enough to color. Well they never really took a minute and explored the gallery and the pigment users who are a HUGE part of the gallery. Because in addition to Pigments books, you can also select from the gallery any of those you wish to color. And that makes it so much more! So for all those that complain that it’s not worth the money every month, than you are probably ones who think it’s ok to get away with the cheapest thing. Pigment has a great community not to mention all the staff who work on this app are fantastic! They need to get paid and take care of their families as well, they cannot work for free. And their customer service is number 1 in my book. As well as all their tutorials. They are worth every cent! Thanks Pigment for the last 5 years and for just as many more!

Unfair process. I have about half a year as a member of the Pigment community. Last, week I received an email notifying me that my post was deleted because it was not posted at the time of release. According to the “moderator” it is unfair to others. That is outrageous because it is a talent and learning based coloring app. It is not a race to see who has more likes or followers!!! So I may post the “daily” 6 hours late, BUT if my artist friends like my artwork I may catch up in likes against others’ work! That is due to the fact of the quality of artwork not because of the time posted! The deleted post by the moderator was posted by me because I was unaware that there was such a policy of time. This keeps you from succeeding in inspiring others, basically Pigment’s policy is let others get the chance to feel important. If your artwork is indeed liked, that only discourages you. Dailies should not be timed! It’s no ones fault that you color in accordance to other’s taste! I will STOP using this discouragingly managed app!

Love pigment like meh fam, except.... Ok, so really, I do live pigment. It glitches a little sometimes, but that’s okay. The people of pigment are really great, I call them my family, and the app overall is a coloring app. Different palettes, brushes, fill tools, pictures, artists, and free pictures everyday! It’s a great app, but there are some things that do need fixed. First of all; notifications. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I’m not usually notified if someone likes my work, or follows my account. It doesn’t notify me with a noise, and when I look at the app itself, it doesn’t show the notifications. You actually have to go into the app. Second of all, the premium pictures. When I had the app a couple months ago, it was perfectly fine. But ever since that update, I’ve been kinda mad. Now when you want to color a premium picture you can’t watch an ad to be able to color it. You have to join the premium user, and pay for it. Third of all, premium palettes and brushes. Okay I can’t use them, but I want to. So maybe you can have us watch an ad to use it, or create like a “currency” where you watch ads, or gain followers/likes for five of whatever you wanna use. But anyway, pigment is a pretty neat app when your looking for friends, coloring, drawing, and exploration of diversity in a community.

Love this app!. This is a great app for anyone old or young! I think this is one of the best apps I've found. I like that you can actually color instead of just point and click. You can choose to do automatic where you don't have to worry about going outside lines. This is great for when you are in the car or you can do free hand and it's just like coloring on paper. There is a cost if you want to have access to all the colors and types of ink/styles, but I think it is worth it. It gives me the satisfaction of coloring/relaxing yet lets me save a ton of money on all the gel pens and colored pencils I go through. It's also mu.) better on my eyes because you can enlarge and turn to whatever angle you want. I had gotten so that I needed to wear reading glasses because some of these coloring books have such small detail. Lastly the best part is that I can upload pics from my favorite coloring books and do them over and over again. Plus if I make a mistake or choose a color that I don't care for I can just erase. If you like to color as much as I do, You have got to get this app. Especially if you have the IPad Pro and pencil... it's a dream. The only thing I wish were different would be the glitter option. I love to use glitter pens IRL so I wish this. Would sparkle and stand out more, but I still like to use it. Hope this helps anyone considering paying for this app.

Unleash your creativity with the BEST coloring app.. Pigment is absolutely the best coloring and art app out there. I have tried both Lake and Drawing Desk in their premium or paid modes, and neither compares to Pigment. With Pigment you can use your digital skills to create your own pieces, or use one of their many collections of curated coloring pages. They offer amazing tutorials that can quickly teach you how to make your work as impressive as the pros. There is a great community of folks who publish their work daily. The app also has a terrific way you can view other people’s work on that same page for inspiration. There are many little tricks that make working digitally so rewarding. I highly recommend viewing some of the tutorials to get you started so you can quickly begin to take advantage of all the incredible aspects of this app. That’s what I did and I was able to hit the ground running. Now I am a daily user. Frankly, I couldn’t do without it.

Best of the best! ✨💖. Hi, I have been a long time premium Pigment user since 2018. I have used many art apps and well, this is my top favorite! This game is spectacular. I love how you can choose the texture for the color you chose, color palettes, and the various coloring pages to choose from! It also connects to the Apple Pencil! I have one myself as I still use it to this day. The variety of choices and opportunities are endless, and it calms the mind and nerves (According to the Creator!) My talent has been art since, well, forever! This app truly defines my definition of creative, artsy, and limitless. I am sure it will for you, too, when you purchase this. Buy this app, as this would make your art filled and creative mind a glimpse of the imagination in art. (Pardon my enthusiasm, as I am in a good mood because of Pigment!) Thanks for reading! 🥰 Pigment user 130

I love this app!!. I don’t usually write these reviews, but I am so happy with this app that I needed to sing its praises!! I saw an ad for this on Pinterest. I scrolled past the ads 4 times before I actually clicked. I’m so happy I did! I hesitated to get the app because it is $10/month. I hate spending money on apps, but this looked so cool I decided to give it a shot... worth every penny! On note of caution, DO NOT take the free trial offer!! Click more purchase options because the free trial is 7 days free and then $5/week. If you select that one you will be paying $20/month when you could be getting it much cheaper! The best option is obviously the yearly plan which adds up to $5/month. I didn’t want to commit to that until I knew I was going to like the app. So maybe if I use it a lot they will let me change to the cheaper plan?! Anyway, if you like to color and enjoy digital art, this is the app for you!! HAPPY COLORING!👩🏻‍🎨❤️

i loved pigment.. if i'm being completely honest here, pigment is awesome. it's an extremely high-quality drawing app, and i loved it. i'd had it for many years, and i had the subscription as well. but i logged onto pigment one day to find that i was logged out of my account???? i tried logging back in but i couldn't. i then checked my email and saw that i had received an email from pixite saying that i had been sent multiple warning emails saying that my posts were violating the terms of use, which i hadn't, and so they disabled my account. i replied to the email explaining that i didn't get any emails, and that i didn't mean any harm. they wrote back saying that i had tried to create multiple different accounts after i was logged out, which i also hadn't. i sent another email saying that i didn't try and make any more accounts, and i also didn't get any warning emails. they wrote me back again saying that i created two other accounts after i was signed out. they literally weren't even paying attention to anything i was saying. they just kept mentioning that i tried to make more accounts, which again, i didn't. this was just my personal experience with pigment. i absolutely recommend it to everyone else. i just feel that i got banned for nothing, and hours of drawing were wasted. thank you for reading.

A Minor Review made by a Minor. This game is really fun, but I do have one complaint. That complaint is that the player has to subscribe and pay monthly to do all of the colorings which have diamonds on them. You’d also have to subscribe to use more things to make it look better, like different styles and tools. All in all though, this game is really fun! It is very relaxing and posting it and seeing that people actually like your work and that you can be originally creative is amazing. This game is not just a coloring game for me, it’s much deeper. I’m socially awkward and have low self esteem, this game didn’t require social interactions and really helped me boost my self esteem and it is now higher than before. Before I was a social wreck with no friends and now I’m high-self-esteemed person with friends and goals... and more than one follower, which is a person improvement and a reached goal for me. You guys and girls should totally try this game! Be creative and non-social! This game has recommendation from a fellow teenager! GET THIS GAME!!! 🤣🤩🥳👍🏼

Please Read Its Important. Pigment, it’s an addicting game just like chips but when I got it it said to start a free trial for $4.00 so I hit the X but you know the diamonds that say when you can’t color it yeah so when I pressed one of the diamond and I pressed color and it showed the free trial thing so I hit the X but then it like flipped around and it showed that I could watch a video for it so I watched the video and then I got the diamond one but a few days ago I hit the free trial bc I wanted to color in my cats I did but I didn’t know how to cancel it so I deleted it and when I got it again I couldn’t watch the video I tried it again didn’t work so I got it one last time and I don’t know bc I got it when I was writing the review but what I’m trying to say is that I think THERE SHOULD NOT BE A FREE TRIAL THING I THINK WE ALL SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO ALL DRAWINGS AND BRUSHES AND ALL OF THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I wish I REALLY REALLY WISH YOU DON’T GET THE FREE TRIAL THING EVERY LIKE 5 DAYS OR SOMETHING BUT IF I HIT A BUTTON PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PPPPPPLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSSEEEEE TELL ME!!!!! Ok I hope you saw this bc I love this app a lot and I hope you take my suggestions thank you!!!

Needs new brushes added. Revised review: thank you for adding new features. But I do have some feedback the technical pen. It seems like the circle and the technical pen are the same thing It is a big deal for me to see that the coloring app keeps adding new brushes and features. Not just updated under the hood. This is for the people who think this app is expensive you should look at how much it would cost to buy everything separate this would be way worth it. Best coloring app ever. I really feel like I am doing art. Now that I can import my pictures they just made it awesome. Keep up the great work. If anybody hate subscription which I do. This one is really worth it. If you bought everything separate it would cost a fortune. You really don't need anymore that this app. I still have a lot of apps. But I tend to upload on pigment to color them with all the great types of brush coloring. So I will be a customer forever. Ty

It is expensive when you see the price but it’s. Worth every penny. I am addicted to it, love the amount of choices we have to color and at the same time relax my busy mind. I first saw this app while waiting to be helped at a Apple store, they were in every display Ipad, we colored while waiting, it was such a great experience that I decided to buy it. Seriously, I have tried probably all the coloring pages for adults available on the app store, NONE is as fun, beautiful and worth every penny spent as Pigment. I will always recommend this one. Update: this is my third year of renewing this app. Honestly, it is expensive but so useful to me during my disconnecting the world behind before going to bed. I use it as a meditation and even made a bunch of friends there. Pigment is WORTH EVERY DOLLAR, it could be cheaper though. Cheers to the creators of this awesome app.

Ummm... Pigment is SO much fun I’m basically addicted to it! The brushes are all very unique with opacity and size differences. The only issue is that lately when I’ve been trying to log out of my gallery account, the game freezes and I have to leave and refresh the app. I would also like to see more control over what we post into the gallery, since people have been putting nasty comments on my art and I can’t delete anything. The best I can do is block them, but other people seeing my posts can see that. I would like to see a way to earn premium in the future.. maybe something REALLY big though, like, 100 colored posts per new page or brush? Maybe more? I would also ask for there to be more freedom for those without premium. Maybe the top 3 pages of a book instead of 1? I’ll leave that to sink in. LOVE THE APP WOULD RECOMMEND. ( revised): (THE SAME DAY AND HOUR LATER) Pigment is now freezing every 2 minutes and I cant open a downloaded image without freezing now. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Very generous free version. I love how many pages are available in the free version. I don't feel at all like I'm going to run out of pages, as I don't typically finish the more detailed pages in one day. The only thing that's a bit restrictive in the free version is the selection of brushes/fills, but I can hardly fault them for that. I do think it would be cool if there were some way within the app to share designs/view other peoples designs, like on Colorfy. Pigment, by any measure, is better than Colorfy, but that would be a cool feature to add. It would be nice for a couple of the books to be entirely free, such as the zodiac or letter books, so that I'm not stuck with a bunch of letter A's to color and zodiac signs other than my own, but again, not that big of a deal, given how much free stuff there is.

Honestly? Terrible.. They take your art down for every reason imaginable. If you do an un colored sketch (even if you literally spent hours on it), if you post the wrong theme on the wrong day (there’s black and white Wednesday, monochrome Monday etc. the emails these moderators send are insanely passive aggressive and people will tag you for literally the most random things ever, like I once said “colored the sketch I did cause when I posted it last it was taken down form being in black and white”. Also literally you can do nearly nothing without paying for premium, it’s literally insane. Like you have three out of twenty available pallets and can use TWO BRUSHES! Along with having like three coloring pages you can use. You can’t make layers or lower the opacity of your artwork or anything like that, and I’d suggest you invest in Procreate, which is cheaper that literally like two weeks of the subscription or sketchbook which is free and amazing, and you can import free coloring sheets onto both and color them there. If you want to share your art make like an instagram or devian art (never been on that app so ngl idk how it works). Also this app randomly glitches and stops working at random times. It goes blurry randomly sometimes too, so it’s just really annoying.

Best Coloring App. Best coloring app you can get, I really can’t say that enough, it’s beautifully intuitive. I’ve been using this app on my boyfriend’s iPad for a couple years now and have loved it and I finally got one of my own. But only four stars because he seems to have been grandfathered into the new payment system which is still giving me pause. While I understand needing to pay the artists for their artwork I have a huge problem with the principle of offering a free trial but then if you don’t actively cancel the free trial before the time is up they start charging you $4US per week! That’s ridiculous, when they can easily just start charging you for a monthly subscription and it wouldn't be as painful in its money gouging. I’m torn right now, I was so excited to be able to use this app on my own time, but I hate companies that bank on people being forgetful. Like really, you’re better than this.

More and more bugs. I love this app -- best one I've found -- but ever since the last iOS update, my iPad Pro will blink to black when I manipulate the page I'm working on in Pigment (this issue doesn't occur at any other time with any other apps) AND now it's started NOT showing my recent colors. What's up with this?? The only time I tried to get help from Pigment support, the answer was that maybe I should delete the app and then reinstall it. Really? As far as I'm concerned, that's a big DUH. I had tried that before even contacting them, along with a hard reboot of my iPad. I didn't bother to respond to let them know I'd already done this because if that was their initial and only answer to my problem, it was clear they had no clue. I won't be asking about the fact that it's not keeping my recent colors because I'm sure that they'll just tell me to delete and reinstall. But if these issues aren't fixed, I WON'T be paying for this app any longer.

Best Coloring App. No contest, hands down, the best coloring app out there if you want a real coloring book experience without hauling your coloring books and tools around with you. I’ve tried a bunch. Tap and color isn’t coloring - for me, anyway. It’s cool for my 3 year old granddaughter so it’s nice to have that option, but Pigment really makes use of the apple pencil, it feel like coloring. I debated for months whether to purchase this app for the year. I went through the 7 stages and was hung up on anger for quite some time. The free version actually does give you a lot to do - all you need really if you are just using it for stress relief or to pass timed. I LOVE being able to import my granddaughters coloring book pages. That way, we can take the best of them with us! You are limited to the number of images you can import with the free version so that finally pushed me over the edge. I understand those who think this is a high cost app - I’d never pay 10/mo. But 5? I talked myself into it. Honestly, for how much you get with the premium, I don't regret paying. I’ve paid much more for much less. I use this app every day and now I can use any coloring page I want, use any coloring medium, import to my heart’s content and even create my own color palettes. Super in my book - both free and premium.

I’m happily addicted!!. The only significant downside I have found to this app is that you can kiss your productivity goodbye once you discover it! Lol! I downloaded and tried out a *LOT* of coloring apps. This one is BY FAR the best. The high quality and huge selection of coloring pages (constantly increasing), the variety of ways to color (different fills, different brushes, freehand on a coloring page, freehand on a blank page for those with much more artistic talent than me...), the fact that you can import your own line art or even photos-turned-to-grayscale to color, the active community within the app that gives you affirmation for your beautiful work, the fact that they solicit and listen to ideas for new features... it just all adds up to an amazing coloring experience!! Don’t waste time like I did trying every coloring app under the sun. This is the one. Get it!

We need coloring apps that don’t need premium for stupid things.. Okay, so, I wanted pigment because all the other coloring apps sucked. Everyone was promoting it and it seemed decent, so I decided to give it a try. Low and behold, more than 75% of the freaking app doesn’t let you color the drawings you want without premium. And the ones you can draw? Those are the ones I DON’T want to draw. Of course they 𝒽𝒶𝒹 to make the best drawings premium. I’m not paying for an app when I could go and buy a coloring book for less money than I would pay for that app in a year. I don’t get it. When I searched up “Christmas” I saw lots of drawings that I wanted to color. BUT, the were ALL premium. Even the drawings that were so simple and even they wouldn’t be my first pick! Yes, pigment could still have premium, but let us have some creativity and choose drawings we like! I personally think it should be dialed down to 15%-20% of drawings that have premium. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this app if you want free liberty. Emphasis on the “free”.

I LOVE the app. My thoughts of updates: so I was thinking why not add a animation book where it’s like a live book where it moves and you color it! (I suggest this was all free with no premium) and a animation pfp (profile pciture) Some issues I have is I always get the daily colorings late like when I wanna draw the daily I would always head to daily and it’s not even pop it! That would happen every day and I’m not starting to like it and when I get on my account it would say “make an account and get likes” like I never made an account! (My name is on my account is!: honey boba) I hate this bug and it frustrates me I wish it would go away idk if it’s a glitch cause at one a clock it would be there! I hate this and I wish it would go away somethings I hate when I post a picture: I would see people making BIG caps in. Their descriptions and it won’t let me do it! I figured it out all you do it press return but it won’t show up for when I post a picture! Is this a bug? And I would be dealing with it when I want to surprise people and like make stories and all but it’s just always frustrating me!

Fav App For Coloring, But Plse Read. I absolutely love pigment. I feel like my parents always ask me what I’m doing and I just say that I’m coloring on pigment. It’s amazing, it truly is. I like that there are a lot of tools that are provided to me to make my art likable and unique. One complaint that I have however is the way that there is only one page available for every album. The majority of the albums are pages you have to pay to color, and there’s only one where you can color it for me. For me, as a teenage girl, I don’t wanna have to ask my parents every now and then to pay for me to have more coloring pages. It’s one thing to have like some tools on subscription mode, or some palates or even some pages. But when it’s the whole album for every single album for all but one, that is really annoying, and you probably are wondering why I just wouldn’t pay for it myself, well I would rather save my money for going out with my friends or for vacations or for gas or for all the other things that I prioritize over having a subscription to pigment. If you could just please provide me and everyone else who doesn’t wanna pay or can’t pay for the subscription with more pages, that would mean a lot for me as someone who is trying to explore the world of digital art. Thank you for taking what I have said into consideration.

Great app!. This is really a great app and I justified the cost because there are tutorials and it seemed a large variety of things to color. I love the versatility of the types of coloring tools you can uses and the color pallets. All are really exceptional. After a couple of months though, I had colored most of the types of things I like to color and was left with a lot of themes that just don’t interest me. The daily downloads don’t seem to always happen daily and only are something I want to color occasionally. Recently when I choose something to color it won’t open and I have to try over and over. If you want to color on a blank page with the variety of incredible tools they have this is an awesome app to keep. I do not have much talent for the blank page so while I did pay for a years subscription, I probably won’t continue when that time is up. I do not regret the purchase at all though!

I would have given it a higher rating but..... I was really looking forward to using this app, but when i downloaded it, I was fairly disappointed when I saw we only had two brushes to use. You’re basically forcing me to buy premium because every other brush and picture is locked unless I buy premium. If you’re going to do that you may as well make the entire app cost money. And $5 weekly? Really? We can’t just buy it and be done with it? We have to continue paying money? Some things are just too good to be true, like this app. Really disappointed 😔😔😔😔😔😔. Another app marked for deletion five minutes after I downloaded it. SMH 🤦‍♀️. I really hope you give us more brushes to work with in the future and I don’t mean three. Why don’t you give us half the brushed in your inventory and then from there, we’ll decided on our own if we want to buy premium. Don’t force it on us by giving us only two brushes. That really made me angry😡 .

An utter disappointment for a previously amazing game. I had downloaded this app years ago, and I fell absolutely in love. Amazing brushes and amazing and beautiful pages to brush on, and back then you could unlock a premium page by watching an ad so that not only are you accessing beautiful pages, but also the developers will get money from the ads I watched. Unfortunately the phone I had downloaded the app on got messed up so I had to leave the phone and game behind. Decided to download it yesterday and felt so excited to finally try the app that took me by storm in the past; and I have to say I was astonished, and not in a good way. Tried to use different pages but nope; paywall. In fact, every single page is behind a paywall except for the daily free ones and only 1 from different categories, and they are usually the most basic pages. At the least make the free pages good ones. I was very disappointed; I’m a student living in my parents’ home so I can’t afford $60 per year! Deleted the app right away, I cannot believe how horribly downgraded this app became. I feel sorry for anyone who didn’t experience this app when it wasn’t money hungry

Not enjoyable.. Here are a few reasons. One: there are very few free coloring pages. And sure they are relaxing and such. But really. You only get to relax once you’ve found a nice coloring page that you don’t have to pay for. And if you do pay it’s gonna end up being expensive. I wouldn’t recommend that. Two: lack of free colors. So first you don’t allow me to color the nice pages and then you limit the colors I can use. I don’t find it necessary to limit colors. Limiting coloring pages should be enough. And really maybe the app will be more popular if they make some more of their stuff free. Three: this is really more of a suggestion but wouldn’t the app be more popular if t was free. You could advertise that it is one of the few totally-free coloring apps. You could also tell potential customers that they can avoid the stress of paying for coloring apps and just use your app instead. And you could still make money by in-app purchases. Said purchases could be things like get your coloring page printed on something or things such as that. So that concludes my review. I hope this was helpful to both the customer and the app it’s self

Pigment HELP ME. I recently got a new iPad and when I went to my pigment account I was locked out. I’ve tried over and over to sign back in but I keep getting the same user agreement page that I HAVE agreed to over and over. I can’t get past it. I need an email to contact pigment or SOMETHING! Maybe by the one star rating I can get your attention. Please contact me. My user name in pigment is eliza. I’m also showing no published work, no followers, and that I’m following no one. So I’ve just been erased it seems. Please help me get my account back. Thanks Update: Pigment reached out. Resolved my problem. I’m back in. I’m happy happy happy and I cannot thank them enough. I’ve always thought they were a five star app and once again…they proved it! Thanks again Pigment! 🥰❤️

Great app but…. I’ve had this app a couple years ago. It was great. Almost everything was free, and I was very relaxing 😌. That was until the app updated and I lost all my progress. I had colored almost 50 pictures. When I lost all of my precious art, I was furious. Not only did I lose my art, almost every picture became premium. That meant I had to pay to color the pictures I already colored before. I deleted the app because you had to pay for Everything. I understand the creators need to make a profit, but there is probably a million other ways to do it. Instead of deleting my data, and making a handful of things free, you can include other special features to pay for. I downloaded this back because I thought it might have changed, but it actually got worse. Dont get me wrong, this is a lovely app that executes the idea well, but there are many people like me who can’t afford the app. I come here to relax, but 90% of the pictures are not free. Overall it was a great app, and I understand that the creators need a profit, but keep in mind, people like me can’t afford it.

Incredible and worth every penny!. This app gets my first review out of the hundreds I have downloaded over the past 10 years. I recently upgraded my iPad Air 2 to the new Pro 10.5 and after some easy convincing to myself, purchased the Apple Pencil, (After not having success with Wacom and Adonit pens). Please note that I sampled the majority of coloring books in the App Store and none come close to Pigment. I am not an artist by a long shot and lack the practice and skill to draw/sketch freehand. I was intimidated at first being new to coloring apps but quickly caught on to the well designed interface, different brushes/fills/colors and basic controls. On my 2nd day, I was creating the most amazing drawings and already posting to their gallery. I’m not sure the experience on older IPad models and different stylus but my current setup is near flawless, has no lag and is precise. I am in love with this app and not only is it satisfying to bring a drawing to life, but also provides me with a therapeutic comfort at the end of the day. For those complaining about the price, it’s worth packing a lunch to work a few times a month, (or whatever method you chose), to offset the cost. That’s what I’m doing! I’m so happy with this app and know that it will offer me a sense of satisfaction for a long time to come.

Love this coloring app. Even if I do have to pay for it.. I have been using this app for quite a few months now and I don’t ever get bored. Always new pages to color and often new ways to color, (new brushes, etc.). I am a NOT an artist in any type of way. But I do love colors and I love to color using all the available ways provided in this app. I would love to be able to color more than I do. I really get aggravated when I don’t get my daily Pigment time. I love just letting my mind concentrate on the coloring and nothing else. I do think I have colored some nice pieces. All the other people in the pigment community are very nice and appreciate my novice colorings. It makes me feel creative even though I can’t draw or paint. And that is a good thing.

LOVE. EDIT: I still want better syncing. Why can’t my colored pages be stored ON my iPad? Why oh why oh why do I need internet to use this?! PLEASE give us offline coloring. Super annnoying. EDIT: Always syncing. I’ve deleted so many pages that are half colored, but it is still always syncing. Sometimes, only one page loads during syncing, and it’s one that is already complete, so I have nothing to color. Is there any way to get pages to store on my iPad, or stop syncing completed pages... or SOMETHING?! Super annoying. PREVIOUS: I love this app so much. I have an iPad with a Pencil, and it’s really like actual coloring, except better, because I don’t have to have a bunch of colored pencils or worry about sharpening! Paying customer... and you get to keep pages you’ve colored and palettes you’ve created after your subscription has ended, which I thank you for. I think that’s fair, and I wasn’t sure how it would work, so I appreciate that you we get to keep what we created while we were paying. FIXED! Thank you!! My only complaint is the new 2-finger undo. My hand triggers it ALL THE TIME (so annoying!), and there’s no toggle to turn it off, or no special pencil awareness that maybe someone using a Pencil will be resting her hand on the tablet. Improving palm sensors and adding a toggle to turn off 2-finger undo will make me give this 5 stars.

OMG PIGMENT IS LIFE, but it needs a few tweaks. I play Pigment EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It’s just so addicting and fun! I absolutely love it! However, I think the premium membership costs too much. I mean, $5.00 for a week?!?! That seems like a little much. And when I say, “a little much,” I mean a LOT much. Second of all, yesterday I posted a picture, but it wasn’t in my published today. It was in my work, so I republished it and then it took away my last post so that one wasn’t published anymore. It’s a weird glitch and I really hope you fix it. But other than that, THIS IS THE BEST COLORING APP EVER!!! And even though it says that it’s an adult coloring book, kids can use it too! There’s nothing inappropriate or bad, so it’s perfectly fine for kids! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!! Thank you for reading to the end! 😊😊😊

Good but.... Well this app great but there is only one problem, almost everything is in premium! It’s no fair to some of us who can’t pay for premium or don't want to! I do love our freedom where WE can pick what cooler WE want but even with that the wheel of colors is in premium. You see what I mean? And even if I did take the trial I would have to pay at some point and I don’t want to pay later on. But I do really like the artworks I was able to make so it’s not to bad I guess. but there are some apps where you can get a lot of things for free or just draw what you want to color. I recommend iArtbook if you want to draw something yourself. I like how you can color not worrying that it might be getting on the part of the artwork that’s already colored in. Overall it’s good especially for people who can pay for premium.

Try it, you’ll end up loving it!. But I recommend using the free version first until you get a feel for how the tools work, and all the things you can change on each tool, as it takes at least a week to learn the the app, if you take the free week off the top, you’ll be trying to learn the tools instead of enjoying coloring everything you can color with the free version. So yeah, learn the tools first, then take that weeks subscription! Or do as I did, start that free subscription and right off I knew I wanted to app and I bought it! 😁. But if yr sketchy about stuff like this, or wanna be sure, then learn the tools first so yr able work with them when you try the free week! And there’s so many great tools, but even more is the great people you meet on here, and the things that you learn from other artist, aren’t always having to do with art, but with life and living. Also, unlike other apps, the Pigment Family is right there to answer yr questions and help you thru any snags! Drop an email, and or just tag them and they’re there. Your definitely not abandoned once you purchase like with so many others! Hope to see you here. Casey-O

Money money money. You have to buy more pages and you only get like one thing per section so you have to like pay for the other ones so it’s really like money waster because it’s just do you have to pay a lot of money it’s like for a week it’s $7:99 and for a month it’s like almost $30 and for like a year it’s 100 Dollars and you get a lot of color pallets but you have to pay for some of them too so it’s just a lot like a money so if you just want a free game I don’t recommend it but if you want a game that you have to pay money then I would recommend it it is super calm and relaxing but do you have to pay a lotThe color games are cool and the reason why I would give it a three star review it’s just cause if you wanna game that you don’t have to pay money I would definitely not go with us like me I was trying to find a game that you didn’t have to pay but it was fun and it was super calming and relaxing but this one’s great but I would not recommend it.

Best coloring app ever!!. I previously had a subscription to a different coloring app that I liked, but Apple stopped supporting it. After my sub ran out I tried probably every other app available and just wasn’t happy with any of them until I came across Pigment! The pictures are great, color options are endless, tools are awesome, and you have the ability to import or do freehand pictures. All of the users are friendly and encouraging. And they even have tutorials to teach you how to use tools and become a better artist! I absolutely love this app! You also get a pretty good variety of free pages but it is worth every penny of the subscription price. You will not be disappointed if you choose Pigment for your next coloring experience 😃

The BEST coloring book app!. Pigment is one of the best if not the best coloring app I have found. Most apps I’ve tried limit you by only having fill options and no brushes that allow you to create texture and shading the way pigment does. It’s also the only one I found with hex codes. This is really useful if there’s a specific color you want to use. I also like it since there are lots of images to color and they are all perfectly organized in categories and subcategories. The app also specifically caters the images on the home page to fit what you want to color. You can even color your own drawings! This app really simulates an actual coloring book because with a real one, you have the freedom to color in the picture however you want. No limitations! This app has so much potential and you can create beautiful artwork even with the free version. If you’re looking for a digital coloring book, I highly recommend you download pigment.

Loved it! Now disgusted & Frustrated!. I have this on my iPad, paid for subscription, (and my 6s iPhone) it is no longer "compatible" for my iPad, can only download the latest version, which will not let me restore my purchase, and keeps crashing constantly! I REALLY prefer coloring on my iPad with it being a larger screen, it is very challenging to color on iPhone! AND I certainly can not go and purchase a new iPad! I have so totally LOVED coloring, practicing art techniques and learning on a daily basis with Pigment coloring app. But now it is totally frustrating! I understand that apps have to keep up an "upgrade" with the continuous upgrading of operating systems, but why do you forget about those of us who are not able to go out and do what Apple requires and purchase new iPads. My iPad (2nd one, still have and use my first one) is 6 years old, and most all of apps I have gotten or purchased remain very useable and functional!

Great though few problems…. Honestly Pigment is a great app and has great tools and features allowing you to express yourself, though the app itself has a few cons. First off, I know someone else said it, but the amount of pictures you get per album is one, and you don’t even to pick it! I know Pigment and such has to pay for employees and other fees but please let the people who don’t wish to pay for a subscription have at least something besides one page per album. Even if you just let the people pick which one picture they got to color per album would be better than having a preset one. Secondly, the app itself crashes a lot, whether that be my device or the actual app itself, I find it very annoying especially when it quits at completely random times! I’m not going to die, but it isn’t convenient to members at all. Additionally I feel when you go your gallery, it is a bit annoying how you can only see the most recent picture being shone. It can be annoying especially when you’re wanting to do two things at once. When you are grinding out a photo you want to relax coloring the other one but you can’t move it. Honestly though, despite being VERY limited to free members, pigment is a professional and organized app.

Going downhill fast!. I have been a user of this app for years but the latest update seems very buggy. I start coloring a work but may have to set the iPad aside for some reason or another, and when I come back later not only is it no longer colored but is no longer even showing up in the “my work” section as my ever having started, and I am unable to download the image again without upgrading to a paid subscription. For years there was a way to watch a video and be able to download any page but that seems to have been removed in the most recent version. I am also no longer able to get any response from the customer support team on any of their social media platforms, by email, or even on the support/community board when they had always been so responsive before. It is very disappointing, and does exactly give a warm feeling about paying $60 a year for the app to get features that used to be free. The ability to save a work in progress to finish it later is basic functionality that even the most basic coloring apps can manage to do successfully, so to see that Pixite no longer cares to even get that part of the app right is disheartening

Very easy to use and Stunning Results !!. Everybody needs time for creative limitless play. Here is a dose of it served up for you! Brushes! Gradients! Apply darker gradients over bright colors for a great look. I am a painter and I thought this was a waste of time, but why not just goof around doing basically what I love to do- create and have fun!! Fight schools taking art and music out of their classrooms. Art and music develop the brain in an awesome way that nothing else does and taking them out of the schools shows kids fun is not of value. Come on if you have everything in the world and a huge income, who cares if you can’t enjoy it!! What makes life worth living? Lots of love and creative, limitless play. Like stuff even before Legos’s even - color!!! LEGO’s are getting like work for kids. This even has a free form coloring good enough for a two year old. Or you can use brushes for a challenge or even graduated fills one on top of the other. I cannot buy it so I do the free ones which are one per book but there are plenty of books and you can start completely over and do your favorites a whole different way The non free way is only like $10 a month like most now days .Have Tremendous Fun!!

Better than the rest. Free version review: meh. Better than other free coloring apps, but pretty limited. Paid version is where it shines. Paid version review: Better than any adult coloring app by a mile. It’s a little pricey if you want all of the features. However, if you use it frequently, it’s less expensive than real media art supplies. There is a great selection of pages and a nice import feature, to use your own drawings. The interface is very intuitive and easy to master, quickly. Decent selection of brushes, especially considering it’s primarily a coloring app, not a full featured art app. People can, and do, use it to create art from scratch and it works for that. It’s not nearly as robust as a Procreate for that purpose, the upside being that it is also not nearly as complex, and has more of natural media feel. Finally, the community is very lively, creative, and supportive. My main negative is the palette system. You can create custom palettes but it is the only part of the interface that feels clunky. It’s not a terrible system, it just could use some help. The other negative would be the price. It’s not a hardship for me, but I would love to see the price come down just a little, or keep the price but release more feature updates (brushes, fixing the clunky palettes). All of that said, this is hands down the best coloring app available and a fun, if limited, DIY art app.

I love it! (revised). A month or so ago, I decided to go for it and bought a subscription. I have not regretted it since. Besides the wonderful coloring features of this app, it brings along with it a community of friendly, creative, beautiful people! I was immediately welcomed with open arms and have met some awesome people, who are very supportive and encouraging. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this amazing coloring app! Original Review: I loved it until...the latest update. I'd been going through and coloring all of the free pictures and using the fills that were available, such as Serpentine and Graphite. Since the app was updated on July 18th, they took away access to those fills and only left us with solid fill, fade and bloom. This was so disappointing because those fills allowed me to add a different kind of background to my picture since there are no effects or filters available. I expect I'll be uninstalling, unfortunately, since I can't pay the subscription fee right now.

I’m having a lot of problems. So I try to do the daily coloring page but when I see it in the gallery it and I hit color page it says I have to pay for it so I hit no to book and it isn’t even in the daily book yet meaning it was for that day and it doesn’t show up until hours later when I’m not even on the app anymore and then the next day it won’t let me color it anymore. (This is a personal problem this doesn’t happen to anyone I know who also uses the app so please don’t let this stop you from getting this app I really like it but do keep in mind that though they are starting to give no none premium more brushes there is only 4 pencil marker oil and blender which are really good so please don’t let that stop you) also some of the pages are glitching out when I try to draw them the mermaid greyscale one I try to color it and I have tried reloading the app but it glitches and the tale goes to where the stomach should be and they switch spots. One of belle just goes completely blank and is black and I can’t color it any more but only the coloring page goes blank I can still exit out of the page can you please help me fix this issues I really like this game but this is starting to happen more and more.

Subscriptions are a bummer.... I love love love this app. It is by far the best iPad coloring app I have found, where the experience can really be as much like “real” coloring as you want! However, having the only in-app purchases be recurring subscriptions is a real bummer! I would be happy to pay for each individual page I want to color, or even purchase entire coloring books. I’d even be willing to overpay for them. But a subscription service? For coloring? I just think that’s a little overkill. Plus, it’s not exactly cheap; I might be willing to pay $3 to $5 per month, but $10 per month? Yikes. Believe me, monetization absolutely makes sense for the high-quality coloring pages that are in this app, so don’t get me wrong! But when old-school coloring books are sold everywhere for $3, and I can get over a month of coloring out of that, paying $10 per month is just too high. I don’t color enough to justify that. This app developer is missing out on taking lots of my money though, because I’d be buying up one-time purchases like hotcakes. I’m so glad that the subscription service is a good solution for so many people, because I want this app to be a big success (it already is!), but there’s more money to be made from people like me who don’t color often enough to justify a subscription, but are more than willing to buy in-app books or pages. I really hope these kinds of purchases are made available one day!

What's wrong?. I used to be able to touch my screen of my iPad and it would color but now I'm having to tap several times in order to get the color to appear also it will switch from the color I'm using to white automatically leaving me to wonder what's wrong with my pencil when it's not my pencil it's the app. I changed my pencil tip thinking it might be that, but it did no good. I have my iPad so it will only color with my pencil and in the past I could touch the screen with my free hand and I could still color but now even if my thumb of my free hand or any part of my hand touches my iPad screen I can't color and sometimes it switches from color to white. I really enjoy this app, it's one of my favorites except for now, it's frustrating. Please fix so I can give it 5 stars.

Even more features gone. Update to the update: I have been using (and enjoying) this app for years so I am very familiar with it. I don’t know if there is some kind of glitch with mine because until the latest update I had 5 brushes available to me for free but then after the update only had two: marker and pencil. You said in your response an additional two brushes have been unlocked along with two palettes and a bunch of premium pages. I just went to check and I still have only marker and pencil available to use. I also have no new palettes unlocked and I don’t see any new pages unlocked (I did not look at them all, just scrolled through). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference. I’m not sure why I’m not seeing the features I should be. Update: got the same generic answer from the developer everyone gets. Pretty sure they didn’t even read what I wrote because nothing I said was addressed. Went on today and found that my favorite free brushes (airbrush, circle, paintbrush) are now premium too. So many other subscription apps are offering discounts or full use for free due to the pandemic and people being out of work. Not this one! They make less available for free while keeping the price the same. Will be deleting this app.

AMAZING. I love it! I can use tools to blend colours, Create backgrounds, etc. The colour pallets are also nice! The free ones are not to bad too. This game is quite addictive and I find it enjoyable. Recommended!

Don’t get it. I thought this game was going to be so fun. It introduced me to tools such as blending. I soon found out that there are only a tiny amount of pictures that you are able to have in the free mode. I thought that it was ok so I just picked one to try out he tools. You have to pay for all the good tools such as blender. Don’t get it, it’s a waste of time. “Relaxation” yeah right...

Won’t open. Originally I had a subscription and I loved using this app. I then decided it was too expensive, deleted subscription and decided to just use the daily freebies to colour. Since then, the app crashes every time I try to open it. I have to delete off my device and re download every time I open it. Makes me wonder if this “glitch” is in purpose to non subscribers? I’d be super annoyed if I paid those huge subscription fees and the app crashed on every open!

Great app. Since update have lost nearly all pages only few new ones showing , still have ‘my work ‘ . Has this happened to anyone else ? Have only about 10 pages to color

Used to be great, now not so much. I used to be able to unlock pictures by watching a video, now nothing happens when I click the watch video button. Have submitted several emails to support without response. Also have the problem when trying to open a picture most the time the app crashes. Yes I have an older device but have the latest iOS so should not be such a problem. At the point of wanting to delete the app all together. Such a shame after all this time

What a pity.. The app itself is a really nice one, but it is ruined & off putting by its pricing structure. I think if there was a price added to purchase it outright there might be an opportunity for more sales. As it stands the moment I saw the subscription prices I balked and uninstalled the app. Sorry devs, but that is just way overpriced. Let me purchase outright at a decent price and you would have an instant new & happy customer.

Loving this app. I started using pigment as something I could with my daughter as she loves art. I fell in love with app. I love (unlike other colouring apps) how you can use any colour you want and can add extra details to each colouring page. You can also upload your own artwork to colour. I love how pigment now has hashtags. and has really helped me with my depression. My anxiety and I have made some amazing friends through this app. Thank you so much.

Great but pricey. This is a great app with awesome features and is the best I’ve ever come across although it is WAY to expensive and it is a monthly/yearly subscription, in the free version you get lots of colours but severely limited brushes, imports for photos and colouring pages. Also some filling features could be improved. /: It would be better if it was a one of pay but overall it’s very good (:

Disappointed!!. I’ve had this app for over 2 yrs now and I love it, or rather I did love it. For the last 2 months I’ve been unable to open the app to use it. I pay so I can get full advantage of what it offers but it’s no good to me when it won’t load. Or when it does load, it shuts down. I’ve just cancelled my subscription and am now looking elsewhere for something similar

Amazing app. I’m not a kind of person who leaves comment here but this app is totally awesome You can do most of the things without purchasing

Love the app…but there’s a bug in latest update. Tried emailing support. But had no response from you. In last week over half the brushes are no longer working with Apple Pencil at all. I’ve tried a different pencil and still not working. I’m paying for a subscription and not getting a working app.

GOOD GAME FEW BUGS. Loveee this game because it is so relaxing and fun but there are a few bugs/glitches that can be fixed: 1. When zooming in or out the picture will blur making it harder to see were you are trying to colour. 2. Please make ALL the colourings free so that we don’t have to pay money for certain ones Great game but please take these suggestions. :)

It’s Pretty Damned Good!. I absolutely love Pigment! No other app allows me to express my creativity as well as Pigment does. This app (which I HIGHLY recommend to anyone over 15) is amazing. However, there are a few limitations in the app. For example, pretty much everything is premium, but, overall, it’s an awesome drawing and colouring tool!

Deceiving. When I saw an advert for this game, it was shown that it was a free game that allowed the access to many tools and gradients for making beautiful art. However upon downloading it, I discover that you have to pay for incidentally everything that’s supposed to make the game brilliant. As someone who doesn’t have the money to waste on a ‘free’ game, it disappoints me that there is not more flexibility for users who don’t wish to spend such and amount of money for something to use once or twice a week.

Good but way too expensive 😕. Tis app is a great app, but if you don’t want to pay $90 per year you can do almost nothing except colouring simple pages. I spent a few hours drawing a picture then realised I couldn’t publish it because I hadn’t paid!!!!!!!!! It would be great if the app was a once off purchase instead of a subscription that is a rip-off!

Disappointed.. It’s extremely limited for people without premium, basically forcing users to get premium. I understand you need money to pay your workers but you’ll likely get more money from actually allowing users to colour things they want. There’s also a very limited amount of brushes.

Love it! Great app!. It’s a great way to relieve some stress and anxiety and just take a moment away from reality. The free version also has plenty to keep you entertained, no need to spend a cent on a subscription if you don’t want to/can’t. = 5 Stars ✔️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So entertaining!. I really like the app and the styles of drawing and it has been great to have for some fun I like it a lot but sometimes I can’t tap once i have to tap a lot!

Needs more free stuff. It’s a great app but you can only colour in one page from each book and only a few textures and brushes can be used unless you buy a premium pass and that’s really annoying but other then that it’s a great app

Pigment. I love this app so much, but when you hit a certain amount of imports from your camera roll, you have to start the free trial. That is fine, but I feel like you should be able to freely import whatever you want without limits.

Cash grab. It literally makes you pay for everything even the different paint brush styles do not install unless you looking to pay over 10$ on a free game

Get more freebies. When I got this app about 7yrs ago, I didn’t subscribe. Back then there was only 1 free drawing per day and I figured out that I could view the last month’s freebies. I’d open them, then save them. That way, it didn’t matter if I hadn’t checked the new ones for a couple of days, I could still add them to my work folder. Before long, I had tons of drawings to colour. I always had plenty to choose from, so I didn’t try doing a screenshot and then upload it to the app but it probably wasn’t possible to upload your own drawings then. It’s worth a shot though. I don’t know a way around the limited tools but I’m not very creative and I only do simple stuff anyway. I am a subscriber these days and yeah, it’s pretty expensive and I’m not convinced that it’s appropriate. However, if your subscription allowed say 4 accounts for a household, it would be recommended and sold like hotcakes.

SCAM!! DON’T DOWNLOAD!!. I downloaded this app like anyone else - but when I deleted the app it kept charging me- but it came up as an apple payment so I thought it was my iCloud storage payment. Without notifying me that I was still being charged without the application - it continued to charge me for months, costing me over $100 to my card well over 5 months after I deleted the application.

Why I love this game. I love this game because it’s so relaxing and it’s one of my favourite games now because it’s so cool to drive your finger and then it just like does it perfectly in the lines but I don’t have a drawing pencil yet so I just use my finger it’s still very fun though it takes hours to do one little picture. Sometimes it only takes one minute, I find this game better than well. A little bit better, then Roblox :)<3 💙

NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!!. I love this app and use it everyday for hours. I would definitely recommend it but the only down side to this app is that it doesn’t have night mode and after awhile of using it the white light in the back ground starts to hurt my eyes so much. Because of this issue not having a night mode option I have canceled my subscription but I will definitely re subscribe if this problem ever gets solved. PLEASE ADD NIGHT MODE OPTION!!!! :(

It’s a good app but the prices…. I installed this app to draw and colour but I was very disappointed to find there are very limited pictures with only one in each category and all the others you have to pay for and their are only 3 or 4 different brushes you are able to use. Without paying for the premium this app is very very limited. I hope they can lower their prices or at least have discounts and specials. Overall this is a good app with a good and clean drawing experience.

AMAZING APP. I play it every day and me and my sister battle to see how’s is better so it’s fun and amazing I got everywhere with it and colour in but I just want premium but it’s too much but still I rate 5 star it great get it and I am trying 7 day free premium but I might get a year premium soon or later.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀😀😀😀😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ok at first. When I got this app a few months ago it was great and And even though some brushes were limited I still liked it but then I think after a update one of the brushes that I liked using suddenly needed money and I was very angry would just like you to change it back not that you have to make premium stop even though I understand that you guys need to make money and stuff so yeah

ADDICTED. I’d never really enjoyed colouring/drawing apps before but a friend recommended I try this one. It’s amazing. I used the free options for a bit but decided to give the free trial ago. Definitely worth it, the extra features and pictures are great. I’m ADHD and have anxiety; this app helps with that so much as it keeps my mind occupied for ages. Love it.

Fun but limited. I enjoy coloring so when I saw this app i was really happy. However upon opening it I was surprised and upset to see most of the images (dare i say about 90%) are premium only with absolutely no way to unlock them otherwise (such as watching adds.) If i found myself opening this app often I would have bought the subscription but its too pricey (especially in my australian dolor) for a coloring book, when I paid little to nothing for a basically professional drawing app (procreate) that i can keep forever with the one payment. I say, if you dont mind the limited coloring pages, or are rich and dont care about the arguably overpriced subscription, then you will enjoy this, because the actual coloring is relaxing

Awesomeee😀😀😀. I have just downlaoded this game in an hour ago and it is awesome, I have downlaoded a lot of colouring apps before but this one is just 👌 perfect 👌! Not u til one problem accured.....I was quite enjoying this app then I need to pay to actually be able to have access to most of the things like paint, pictures and stuff like that. Could u plz at least make it cheaper so we could buy it?

Not bad actually but that subscription…. Hello, it is very good game but why can’t you just let me open the locked plattes, and colour wheel without paying, thank you!

Too many things on premium. I like it but there are too many things on premium that I can’t use.

Disappointed and frustrated and very angry. I did download this and please read this review as I had to delete the other review. I found its not free or non wifi. You need internet devices or subscription to do colouring apps. I found on google where it said you can’t use colouring apps without internet devices or wifi. It is pretty unfair not to have free non wifi colouring apps and I understand that you have to pay your employees and developers but your players deserve the right to colour the apps of their choice without wifi. Stop being so greedy and money hungry and listen to your reviews and maybe you will get more players even if they don’t use wifi. I had a friend who passed away this week and colouring on my iPad is my way of getting through the lose but when you have limited wifi and no proper colouring apps to do it is very upsetting so please let other developers know this and see if you can manage to give us who need apps without wifi ago by giving us apps free and non wifi. Thank you.

Kind of addictive!. When I first found this app I was thrilled,it was AMAZING, so many features and capabilities, then I found the subscription prices and almost cried... $14 (Australian Dollars) a month is a lot of money for a colouring book! I paid much less for my fully featured drawing app which has MUCH better capabilities than this (Procreate) I was so sure that once the free trial was up I’d stick with the fairly limited but still acceptable free version. Then I played with it more... and more... and I was hooked. The community is part of what makes it so great, I’ve made friends who will give my art a thumbs up when I’m feeling down and even create little ‘challenges’ like: *colour this drawing in using only this colour palette* or something like that. It’s really great fun and keeps me motivated when i dontknow what to colour or lack motivation to finish colouring in a piece that ive started (my worst habit) So im grumbling about how much it costs to my husband and he tells me that its the same as my Netflix subscription and I’ve been using this app for hours every day so maybe its not such bad value after all? Maybe hes right, I’ll still whine about it UNTIL they make it so that my kids can share my subscription on their ipads (like netflix!) and when they give me layers! I could do so much more with some layers!

Fabulous little app... Just wonder how many of the awesome features are paid version only. Guess I’ll find out after the free trial 🥴

Awesome. I love this app I have a few suggestions that would be nice to see Be able to chat to others A % bar on the colours just like the brush size Some aboriginal paintings would be nice This is a really good app i love to colour and i do a lot on paper but i love to take this with me. Thanks for an awesome app.

The Tools and the colours you can use are fantastic. The fact that you can import your own designs to colour is also brilliant for those that enjoy drawing. Thankyou Pigment.

Very not fair. This app is addictive, the only problem is, and yes I know how long it takes to draw art, as I draw, but 98% of the app is premium, which I find unfair seeing as the subscription is pricey, over all, I think this is a great app, maybe more free, as there are only one free in every category, maybe could we have 2-3 free in every category, I mean, I know it takes time, it’s just even the subscription is pricey, the only reason why it’s not a perfect 5 star is there are not that many free things especially as a lot of the drawings I would love to colour, I can’t, hope you have a great day- User of your app

Didn’t bother to try. Can’t stand apps on a monthly plan and especially annoying when the price is only mentioned after download. Maybe a good app but I don’t mind paying a once off or even a fee on major upgrades however when something appears to be free and then you can only proceed to it after agreeing to pay after the free trial it puts me right off.

Its good but.... The app can get really glitchy, and when you zoom in to the pictures there is like a glitch in the picture... if that makes sense... it would be a great app if it was less glitchy

Awesome! - but pricing.... It’s a great app which allows you to colour very effectively and helps you to express your creativity in ways that other apps would not allow you to. However, the only setback the outstanding price. Even though you get a first week free trial, every other week is more than $5! Goodness!

I would like more of this. Hi, this is a good game and it really soothing and it a great game but i would like more horse colour in to be free but it is realy annoying that it always comes up for subscriptions to pay for :/

Great but over-priced. This app is terrific. The colours and pictures are beautiful and the response with the Apple Pencil is brilliant. However, I’m only using the free features as the pricing is ridiculously expensive. I don’t know how they can justify it, compared to other apps or even for what they’re offering.

Good but too limited. This game is pretty fun, and the colouring pages are all really good. There are plenty of free pages even though the majority cost money, but I think it’d be a lot better if you could watch a video to unlock other pages. My main problem, though, is that there aren’t enough brushes if you don’t buy the subscription, please just add a basic line brush for free at least. I don’t want to have to pay 15$ AUD a month just to be able to use a reasonable amount of brushes, especially since they’re a pretty important part of the game. Please add some more free brushes and let us watch ads to unlock more pages!

Very delayed. I’ve used other colouring apps and came to this one because it offers more pictures to colour, but it is very delayed. It needs to fast forward to 2018 where all colours can be displayed instead of choosing palet at a time, and when you tap a section to colour, it doesn’t delay 2 seconds. Very annoying.

Thank. So I was at school yesterday but when I took my iPad out it came out smashed and this game shook my nerves out and made the rest of my day happy Love from the grade 5 student zahrah

Therapeutic. I have had this app for a long time and rarely use it because my mother kept taking my iPad. I finally bought a new one and started and love it. Already obsessed

I’m broke. I love this game so much. But (and I know most reviews are saying this) I am a broke human who can’t afford to be spending so much money monthly on an app to have more features. I think this app is amazing I have dreamt that an app like this exist where it is not a tap to colour but a proper manual colouring book. But the fact even the colour wheel is locked. I can’t even select what colours I want because I need to pay. I know I probs won’t be listened to because people have been complaining for like 4 years but I still wanted to give my input. If u are thinking of getting the app I definitely recommend just be prepared for either paying heaps or have a very limited selecting of everything.

Disappointed with facility to cancel sub. This colour app was very good to use. However as I try to cancel my next years subscription I find it near impossible as no button to cancel before the app comes due on August 11. Other purchased apps provide this choice but this app does not. Very annoying especially as it is over $90 for year sub. Not happy with this.

No value for money !. 1/5 because of abusive price. 78$ per year for a coloring app is insane and unjustified. 7$ per week or 12$ per month for a coloring app !!! Come on. Save your dough and buy yourself a new Ipad. Another great example of incompetent marketing.

The new update sucks. They don’t let you watch an ad anymore to unlock images anymore

Pretty good except for one thing. I really like this app, but when you do not have pro, your experience and the drawings you can do is very limited. This makes the app just “ok”, but still worth to download I guess. You only can use 2 pens and only do one drawing from each collection, if that gives you an idea of what I am talking about. However, I still enjoy this app and recommend trying it out.

Not free. I wish more stuff was free not just one thing from each category but otherwise great game I enjoy it

Good but not good enough. doesn’t work well.Makes you pay yeah most of her stuff and there’s no brushes

😑 😑 😑. Every time I enter the app, it tries to advertise it’s paid premium version. The pop ups are irritating in the first place, but to make matters worse it won’t even let me exit them! Otherwise, the app is great! Please fix this. Thanks.

Fun. This game is really fun, just wish there was more pictures available for free. Over all cute!

Bad. It makes you pay for money and it doesn’t give you access to brushes unless you pay and I don’t know how many times asked me to pay like 100 times it was so annoying and also I am a real artist and this stuff isn’t like good like and I don’t want to spend my money on drawing apps that are going to help me instead you should get Procreate because it’s what the artist use when they do digital art and there are way more brushes and there are layers that you could do and it’s really cool and also a good acting like if you don’t know what to draw then download WannaDraw

So relaxing. This is the best game ever!!!! Definitely recommend

Really good but... This app is really fun overall in both ways, colouring and publishing! The subscription is way too overpriced though don’t bother buying it… Check my acc- unicornartist2022 ik it’s a cringe name but yeah

Eh. It’s good for less than a week. After a few days, you can’t import your photos anymore you can’t color them anymore you can’t do anything. If you want to color, you have to subscribe or like get premium.

Love this app, but its a shame it is so expensive. I just can’t justify the cost of this app, so sadly as much as I love it, I am going to have to cancel. The weekly fee is just crazy. For anyone that has this kind of money to blow, it is a wonderful app and I would highly recommend.

Pigment. I love this app it really is relaxing and everyone is soooooo nice!

Used to be Good. I have enjoyed this app for a while now, the controls are are pretty easy to use, and even if you don’t want to pay A LOT for the premium, you still have access to most of the colour pallets and some decent brushes. HOWEVER, you used to be able to watch an ad to unlock a premium page. But since a recent update, I have found that that is no longer the case. This means that your choices go down significantly. I am unsure whether it is just an issue with my device, or if they have removed the ads entirely. If they put the ads back in(or my device fixes itself) then I will gladly continue to use the app! But aside from the very expensive premium(probably to support the very talented artists) and the lack of unlocking pages, it is a very good app to use if you are bored or just want to relax!

🥶🤩🥶🤩🤩. I could play for hours really good game. Only bad thing subscription is needed for most but i doesn’t cost money 💴 unless u want to subscribe

One free week trial? But charged me immediately twice the weekly rate!. I just downloaded this app today and was expecting a one week free trial, but instead I was charged $14.94. I filed a complaint with apple and I will delete it now. I don’t recommend

Not bad but…….. I like this game but there’s things that you have to buy to paint this game is so weird and I like but needs free woman and butterflies and more pretty things please add free thing to pigment but I will rate 5 stars anyway I love y’all

$6.49 a week? No.. The app itself looked interesting offering more colour options, but it’s cheaper to go buy adult colouring books in store than to pay 6.50 a week. Which isn’t even a option just happens after your 7 day free trial. I have run into this issue with a few apps where they offer a “trial” but begin charging you asap with no notice. It’s just not worth it. There are plenty of apps that you can colour for free that you can upload your own colouring sheets or pictures.

Why. Why is it so expensive

Too expensive for what it is. Everything cost! App is a lot of fun works amazing but it sucks it costs to much

horrible app. this app is horrible it makes you pay for almost every single drawing and colouring, i was really looking forward to a nice colouring book app, but of course you have to pay.

meh. Who has the money to buy this every week ong

Pigment. Great app-certainly best colouring app, as anyone, any age can do it. Not complicated at all, loads of colors, brushes, pictures, etc. Highly recommended.

it is expensive!. $6.78 a week.? That’s very expensive if nobody noticed it’s good in all but that’s really expensive for just a colouring game. But over all good game just pls lower the price.

I HATE IT. Every single row of pictures only one is free and everything is premium! It’s a terrible app and I heavily advise you not to download it! Complete waste of time! Don’t get it! It’s just a waste of time for people who wish for one thing that’s free.

Please. It just cost to much I can’t pay that for a app so please make it less expensive 😓

Me parece muy buena aplicación pero es un poco más. Amazing game I wish I could play more with it but it was fun to play

Go buy a real colouring book…. …and some alcohol pens. Your sanity and bank account will thank you.

Shifty App....avoid.. This came pre-installed on my iPad. Upon launching the free trial, it automatically subscribed me to a paid weekly plan. Further, there's no settings in the app that even informs the viewer as to your subscription status. I was unaware until receiving a receipt the following week. iTunes support was very helpful, cancelling the plan and offering me a refund. It's unfortunate. The app itself was not bad. But roping the user into a plan is a poor practise. And five dollars per week is far in excess of what you receive.

THE BEST but…. Please make more stuff free I’m so artistic but everything is pro 😖

Scam. A complete scam. Installed. Nothing free. Not even a few free samples. Force to do trial.

I can’t even get onto a coloring page it will not load😡😡😡. 😡

Pigment. You have too pay for stuff but some stuff is free and it is just an amazing app

Good I guess. It’s good but all the brushes are locked and you have a oil paint one and a colour pencil one and a blender but that just blends colours.pretty much all pages are locked and in each section/type/style of painting there is one you can use.the premium costs $6.50 a week,$12.50 a month and $75 a year which is WAY too much but I still use it because I like pencil crayons anyway and the oil paint option is pretty fun but I haven’t used it on a page I just tested it out.maybe if they could make like,at least ONE thing free or make everything free

Good. It is so difficult to find a colouring app that lets you use brush strokes and this one is really good, just a downside that it's subscription based. Worth it though

Actual pay to win. I downloaded this and I was like, " omg this looks so fun I can freely Color! " so I search up horses and then all of the horse picture I needed to pay for, I got mad, when I finally found a free one I went onto it and I tapped on the Color wheel, AND OFC I NEED TO PAY YOU STUPID GAME DEVS

Spare Time. Really enjoying this app

Pigment review. I loved the game at the time but now I don't love it so much because it deleted all of my pictures that I already coloured and because I can't get them anymore and I just cannot believe that the game deleted my pictures

Buggy app. The app freezes every single time I open it. I’d have to re-open it at least ten times before it starts working and sometimes even closing and opening it ten times wouldn’t unfreeze it. I decided to uninstall after the third time this kept happening. Life is too short to waste it trying to get a buggy app to not freeze when you open it.

Great app!. Learning a lot about it glad to know that you can learn about some of the features on you tube. One thing I haven't found out yet is the delete feature. I am waiting on an update to enable advanced mode for imports. The more I use this app the more I get to like it and it enhances my abilities. Way to go! Love it. You do need to apply more brushes, effects and colours

Insanely expensive. Are these people out of their minds? 80 bucks a year for a colouring book?

Broken pricing model - blame Apple. Apple deserves a huge share of the blame for the explosion of subscription fatigue on the App Store. Apple enforces a total monopoly on any and all content purchases for iOS devices, so it can impose a 30% fee on all transactions. The only break on this fee is for subscriptions that have been continually in force for more than a year. The fee after a continuous subscription year is cut in half. That’s why you see so many apps trying to force subscriptions on people. Consumer tolerance for ongoing subscriptions has a very small limit. Very few apps can justify a subscription and colouring apps most definitely don’t qualify. A fair price would be a base cost for the program itself with some content included. What’s the price of a typical colouring book with 100 pages or so. About $2 to $5 right? That’s how additional content should be priced. Pay according to use. A good app with good content will get continuous justifiable funding from new content purchases. Some people will use the app a lot and will pay accordingly. Some will use it once in awhile and pay accordingly. Perfectly fair pricing for all, with access to ongoing revenue according to actual consumer use and appeal. The subscription pricing of this app not only fails to have any connection to actual usage; its current high pricing is completely unjustifiable for all but a tiny fraction of people. If this app was priced fairly by content used, not by time based subscriptions, it would be a great app.

Pretty good.. I liked it at first but, to unlock basically everything, and like other people said, it’s pretty expensive to get the premium (6.49 per week). If you want a colouring app that is free, I’d suggest getting something else. Also, you only get one picture a day. Anyway, it’s pretty good.

It’s okay. I loved this game so fun had so many followers and had coloured so much but then it disabled my account lots of people have been getting their accounts disabled, then I couldn’t use it anymore don’t get this if u want to post your art, ☹️

Great Colouring app if it was free, or cheaper.. The app is great, there is enough free pictures and colours to keep you busy for a while, but the price for the extras isn’t worth it.

I wish I had more options. This game is good, but I have to pay for EVERYTHING just so annoying!

Straight up price gouging. Don’t waste your time and money.. You get very little available content and it’s absolutely ridiculously expensive. Don’t waste your money with this. Go to a book store and buy a couple books it’ll be cheaper and more stimulating. Had high hopes for this. Deleted after half an hour. Not enough content.

Crazy expensive. Colouring is fun and all, but not for this price. I figured I could at least try it before having to pay but it won’t let me colour any pages without the 7$ a week subscription. Absolutely insane for a colouring app. It’s a shame, looks like a good one.

Best game ever !. This game isis my favourite colouring app because you don’t just tap to colour you’r can shade and do a way better job than other colouring apps.

No. App sucks

Premium user for years!. This is the only coloring app I will use! It is the most realistic, you can actually “color.” There are a variety of brushes, fill options, and palettes. There are also endless coloring pages; between the books available and new ones that get added regularly, daily pages, and the ability to import your own pictures, there’s literally no way to run out of things to color. I bought an iPad and Apple Pencil just so I could maximize my use of this app. It’s like an endless coloring book in one place with all the tools in one pencil. I can’t recommend it enough!!

What time of day are the daily free pages released?. I have checked at various times of day and there is no change to the current "freebie" which may be a page I'm not interested in, then some hours later or the next day will open the app to see I have missed the opportunity to select a page that the app did not show to me. It appears I'm only seeing about half the free pages in time to select them as they become available to users. Since the beginning of April 2023, the free pages I do select to color appear in the list with a gray square over the image. So far they appear okay when you open them but I wonder why viewing those images in the list is blocked like that for no apparent reason--I know which ones I select and that the others are not available.

Awesome app!. This app is by far, one of the best coloring apps I have tried. Even without the subscription, it has enough art to color to keep you busy for awhile. Pigment has Disney, Marvel, and even Jim Henson! It also features certain artists, which I find very cool. I would not recommend this app if you are planning to get it for your young child, though. You are able to message people and post pictures, which brings out a nice social media aspect, but some people abuse this and do not use this as a place to post art. But it is definitely a friendlier community than Colorfy! (Everything in the review is being compared to a rival app, Colorfy.) I would definitely get this app if you are looking for a fun alternative from your hectic life.

Amazing and well worth the price!. I had no intention of spending money on an “adult coloring book” app. But I am so glad I did the trial and discovered what Pigment actually is. It’s a creative suite of painting and drawing tools you can use for both the amazing collections of designs or creating paintings and art of your own. My favorite thing about Pigment is the ability to see other people’s work on designs you choose for ideas and inspiration. Even more, it is a friendly community of people who range from the complete novice to professional-grade talent. If you choose to publish your work to the gallery, you’ll receive encouraging and kind comments from other Pigment users.

Love everything but the glitches. This is such a cool app. Not even one week into the free trial and I’ve already signed up for a year. Now 8m questioning that decision. The glitches when choosing art are bit frustrating. About 2-3 out of 10 times you chose an art project and it shows up as a black screen. Sometimes if you restart it clears it. But sometimes it doesn’t and then you cannot find it again. The search feature doesn’t really produce the things I’m looking for. For instance, I searched portraits and it brought up maybe 6. I know there are hundreds in here but for some reason the search doesn’t pull up everything I guess. I just searched past dailies until I found what I was looking for.

Too much Premium. I went into pigment, and I really like it, do get me wrong, but the first thing I saw was premium and that made me wonder, “Well, how much Premium could there possibly be?” And I went to draw something and I clicked on a premium one, thinking “Ok, I’m excited!” And it immediately sent me to the Premium page. I was so upset when I saw almost ALL of the art things were Premium. I have only been able to do the ONLY first art page out of EVERY PAGE. Also, the yearly premium is TOO expensive, compared with all the other monthly, and weekly it is like, $60 dollars. I hope this is advice if you are going to get it. Thanks!

It’s great, but very restrictive…. I have had this app in the past and decided to get it again. I love that unlike other apps you can color the picture how you want. There is a great selection of colors and tools to choose from. It’s just that there is not as much free content as I would like there to be. Yes there are many free pictures to chose from but the “books” usually only have one free picture and the rest are premium. Some have more than one free picture as well. Another thing that kind of ticks me off a little is that the free picture included in each book is usually the most bland or simple one. Of course, again there are many that are intricate that are free. I hope that in the future books that there are more free options in them. Otherwise, the app is great and fun to play ^^

Excellent!. I have tried so many adult coloring apps and keep coming back to Pigment. It is the only app that truly makes you feel that you have choices of color that cover the full spectrum of color. You can feel your work coming alive under your fingers, the variety of materials is equally amazing. There are so many positives and Pigment outpaces everybody out there with their tutorials, their improvements in brushes, etc. This alone is worth the subscription price. They are not perfect but the developers are striving to improve this experience and I have gained so much pleasure from working with these pages and have learned so much. Thank you, guys for your hard work.

Overall Great App. I am a pretty independent person and I tend to only use my screens for things like online reading and school but Pigment is great when I have free time. I love shading with my Apple Pencil and coloring super fun pictures! I do think though that there should be more things I should be able to do without purchasing in app purchases. I don’t really like having to pay every time for a month or a year. It also gets a bit laggy if I don’t have internet, so I tend to only use it at home. But overall a great app and I definitely recommend this to anybody who is hesitant about getting this app!!! It’s tons of fun and relaxes me and takes my mind off of things so It works for me! Thanks so much!

Non existent tech support?. I originally really liked the app until I started having an issue with the app syncing hundreds of projects from the Cloud, which causes it to be so slow it’s unusable. I’m unable to access projects I was currently working on. It never reaches completion of this sync. It only happens on my iPad and not my iPhone. I’ve contacted tech support from the app and the Pixite website and only received an automated response. Ive repeatedly tried numerous things myself, hoping it would correct the problem but have had no success at all. I’ve spent a lot of time on my projects to be unable to access them. It’s unfortunate to have to resort to this but reaching out to them without being able to contact them makes me wonder if they are no longer supporting the app and soon to scrap it.

So good but.... So I love this app I use it everyday! The thing I hate is that when someone edits a post while you are tagged it lets you know every time. So o get like 6 comments when there is only two different ones. Also the Activity place will not load it takes soooooooo long. My last thing is that I am a non premium member I know you need money but add more pages for us pls. Over all I love this app and play it all the time :). Another thing is this app seems to be going downhill for non-premium members like brushes colors and even pages and you guys did not take into account that some people don’t have enough money to pay for the app I don’t want to hear that you have over 400 pages 2 brushes and 6 fill cause I can barely do anything with them :(.

My favorite so far, here’s why 😊👍🏻. This will hit whatever box you’re in, for example, if you’re an artist it gives you the ability to create, relax, gives ideas and has plenty of pallets or you can make your own. If you want to just relax it has so many ways to do that, I use this app quite a bit for biofeedback, and use mandalas or patterns. There are tutorials if you want to learn, and if you are social you can get that here. If you don’t want to subscribe then it has great dailies. If you do subscribe it is less expensive then the one I was on, even though it was a good app, this is better. Lastly, the customer service is exceptional! They actually care. That’s pretty big right there. Love this app!!!❤️

Review. This might be one of the best coloring Apps but pigment/ pixie does not care about their subscribers, there is some very serious BULLYING go on in the gallery, we (the paying users of this App) have done everything possible to get Pigments attention on the cruelty, the cussing, the underage users who abuse this App, to no avail. I would not recommend this App to anyone until Pigment/ Pixie does something to enforce their own guild lines, rules terms and conditions. Pigment won’t be the best coloring App it’s going to be known as the most abusive App unfortunately. They pull posts of excellent well established artist yet can’t get involved when a Bully writes hateful comments sending the artist to the hospital! Priorities need to get straighten out. Users should come before money.

Amazing App!!!. I have been looking for an authentic coloring book experience that does more than just “touch-and-fill” and this is it! I am beyond impressed with the palettes and the tool options, as they give a very “real” experience. I find it so relaxing and the quality of the pages by the myriad of artists featured are so beautiful and high quality. The new updates that allow the creation of our own palettes, along with the option of our own images to color (and even blank canvases!!) just makes this app worthwhile. I use it every day with my Apple Pencil and enjoy every minute. Cannot wait to see what the developers have in store for the app in the future!!

I recommend this!. I love this app! I just got it and it is so fun! You get too color things that are magnificent, and you get too draw things by yourself! I love that hen you try to shade some5ing you can blend it! But I wish there are more pages to color instead of most of them costing. But I will not take a star off of the rating because it is so fun!🙃 I love that you can draw by yourself and I am really thinking on telling all of my friends and family about this app! It’s really brought out my personality for art and it’s been helping me shade better because I’m not the best at shading but I’m getting better! I fully recommend this app if you are a beginner! All I can say is that this app is awesome and I recommend it for all ages!

Issue. I this there is a slight issue with the blender. I only use the pencil, marker, and blender. (Those are all that are available to me since I am not a premium subscriber). I am using a gray scale drawing to paint and for some strange reason the blender is not calibrated correctly. I try to blend one area but it goes inches away from where my finger is. I’m not sure if it’s an error with the blender or something else. Also, I noticed it also tries to blend random colors together. I used a light blue for a skin color and it tried to blend in a neon bright blue color with my light blue one. I never added this neon color in, but the blend seemed to add it for me. Is this an error? Please fix it soon. I can’t use the blender because of this strange incident. It is messing up my work. 😔 otherwise I love this app. <3

Great app but.... This is a fantastic app and have been using it for a year probably and have even gotten some family to download it. There is loads of free pages, brushes, and pallets. On top of the already free pages they let out a new one every day! You can go to the gallery and see other people work for inspiration! You can like an comment just like any social media platform. They only thing I wish was in this app was a few sensors. There is some cussing and inappropriate art on this app. I have not seen either but have heard people talk about it. I wish that the creators of this app would come up with a way to sensor some of this without having to report people. Like in comments block swearing, sexual harassment, etc. And do the same on are pieces. -⭐️🌙

Best coloring apply far but…. Best coloring app by far but uses a subscription model for pricing and that makes it significantly more expensive than coloring in real coloring books. They should really switch to a model which lets you buy individual coloring tools just like you would buy different crayons, pencils, pens, & markers IRL. Then let users pay a reduced subscription fee for all the pages or let users buy coloring books “a Ia mode” with the price varying by page numbers or popularity of artists. I would be much less hesitant to “buy” the app if, once I bought it, I owned whatever I purchased. At $10/month or $60/year… the hesitance is real.

Pigment Review. I love this app so much. But, one thing makes me hate it. I was paying for the premium subscription, and it got canceled. Also, to all the kids out there, if your parents don’t let you use instagram, use this!! It’s like instagram but you draw/color everything, and it’s a lot safer than instagram. As unsaid before, I love this app, but my premium subscription was canceled. I don’t know why or when this happened, but it did. Now back to why I love it, it has so many features, pages, and you can even draw!! You can use family share for premium. You can do grayscales in it. You can even upload a picture and color a greyscale of it!! So, install pigment right now unless Giu want your premium subscription to possibly randomly get canceled.

Over Priced. I’m a kid and when I saw a display device with this app I was thrilled to see a new FREE coloring app with so many brushes and coloring sheets, but as it turns out this app is not even close to being free. I’m young and I don’t have the kind of money for the premium version so I just colored without it at first. The app used to be so good with the watch a video and get a coloring page deal, but without that this app isn’t as fun anymore. This app is also really laggy and my coloring pages seem to freeze a lot. And don’t you dare give me the “We offer 2 free brushes, 6 different fills, and 1 free coloring sheet per book”. I mean seriously, out of like 10 brushes and around 12 fills and over 400 coloring sheets you’d think you’d get more than that. At this point Recolor seems like a way better option, and I advise anyone who agrees with my sentiment to try that app instead.

Great time killer... but the price?!. I’ll admit, even though I had NOTHING to do with the actual artwork,.. Finishing a time consuming and brain tantalizing “color book” not only feels great. But it Makes for really cool wallpaper (especially on iPhone x). BUT, never in my smartphone life have I ever had to pay for a NON-utility app weekly, let alone the crazy price tag of 60 bucks for the year. I could go to the local art store down the street, and walk out with the real thing for half the price. I’m hoping the free version is as good as the trial, I don’t mind paying $2, $5, hell, even 20 for a one time fee. But to ask me weekly for something I use waiting for the game to come back on, or for my flight at the airport the ONE time I fly a year, is outrageous.

I understand somethings. I understand that you need money, but is it necessary to pay $5 a week? I know you are giving away free subscriptions to front line workers and that is so generous! Some people who have been on pigment have more brushes than new people. Please make it fair to everyone? I am non premium and if I could have one brush it would be airbrush... some have non premium have it, some do not! There is also a glitch on one of the Disney pages... it makes me sad for some people to be able to do freehands with out lines, while others can’t. Like me!!! I also have a question on the age restriction... why 13+? I am over thirteen, but nothing isn’t inappropriate enough for you to have to be thirteen. I would say 10+ since some people aren’t comfortable with being able to talk to strangers. And if you do disable people, could you at least let them say goodbye? One of my very good online friends got disabled, and I think it was because they were underage. And if this app is so family friendly, why won’t it accommodate to the tweens of the world? Nothing is inappropriate. The community is very nice. Nothing to worry about!!! Thanks for reading pigment! I do really like your app by the way!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

My favorite app!. I know that may seem like high praise, but Pigment is honestly just that amazing ! It’s truly my favorite app and helps me relax. A lot of the quote on quote “free” apps actually only let you do one or two things before you have to pay. But not Pigment! My favorite thing about this app is you can actually wholeheartedly enjoy it without paying for anything! Of course, if you do want to support the team who thought of this wonderful app, there are plenty of extra little bits and pieces that come with the premium version that can really make your art piece pop. Overall, I love Pigment and will probably continue using it for a very long time!

Great but…. This is a great game I love it so much it’s just that all of the drawings that I like and I want to do but I need to pay for them and I don’t wanna waste my money on all of that so the drawings I feel like you should make them free you should make the most of them free so that people who play this game this drawing game have more drawings to choose from so they don’t have to pay and overall it is a great game and in my opinion if people want their drawing skill skills to be better than they should have this drawing app because it helped me. So when i’d draw on real paper my drawing skills look more realistic, but I just think you should make more of the drawings free and other than that it’s a great game I like it.

Great game, just a few things to fix. Okay, so I have been playing this game for…. I don’t even know! But this game is very very fun and is perfect for a long trip. There is just a few thing that would make this game perfection. One is that there is a bug of when I use the oil tool then try to errase it it just keeps moving the drawing which is very annoying and I had to abandon the picture. So it’s either the eraser or the oil tool that’s broken. Second is that I just think that there is just way too many things that need the premium thing and the only thing I spend money on is Minecraft so I think that they should let non premium people have a lot more pictures. But besides those things, amazing game!!

Pricey but.... I used to spend money every month buying coloring supplies...pencils, books, and of course they were expensive ones because I like coloring on the better paper, and then finding the right sharpener took time and money...it’s expensive too and there’s no interaction with people. YES I would rather pay less...I think $7.99 would even be better! Also...I definitely do not like that animated color thing! Too slow. And one more thing...why does it keep syncing, it kills my phone! It just syncs and syncs, never stops. I’ve tried all the different settings in my phone and I think that are available on the app.

Love it! But...... I love he app and I enjoy the free features but I think there should be a way for those of us who can’t/won’t pay costs can still be able to get the VIP pictures. Like when we watch an add it gives us 5 coins and it costs 20 coins to unlock a picture. I think that would be fair. And you can do like every day the newest picture is free and the next day you have to pay for it. And every day a new picture comes out. Also that is a sure fire way to get people to get on get on the app daily. That way it’s a bit more fair. Please make an update soon and read this review. That would be much appreciated from those who can’t/won’t pay. Thank you!

I love it, but…. I absolutely love this app! (My user is WisePototo513) This is such an amazing app and it is so fun! One little thing that I would have to add, is that I wish that there were some more free coloring pages. I love it, but I can’t afford premium, and I see so many pages that I wish I could color. Also, I wish that there were some more free brushes and fills. I understand that this is so that people will buy premium, but it is really annoying. Lastly, I don’t like how every time you open the app, it gives you the premium prices list. I have really bad internet, and it would help to not have to exit out of that page and therefore create much more lag. Other than those tiny things, this app is great. I make so many cool things and it is just so so fun. Thanks!

Wonderful but far too pricey. For 40 bucks a *year*, this lovely app is far too expensive for a casual user like me. I can make do with the free version happily enough. It is a pity, because their pricing model seems to be feast or famine. While I would happily give them money for functionality, even a one shot 40 bucks would be pricey but I might be willing to part with. A subscription model for what to me is a coloring book? Not so much. The free version is great on its own, so I recommend this app highly, especially if you just want the occasional fun. Hopefully the clever developers can come up with a better pricing models to better lure folks to part with their cash, as the extras are tempting. :)

You have changed. About a year ago, I downloaded this and loved it so much. Back then, at least three from each pack were available and five brushes were also available. There were no exclusive color palettes and it was a lot of fun. I started to run out of room on my device and I hadn’t played it for a while so I deleted it. About a day ago, I downloaded it again cause I wanted to do more art but was surprised to see the changes. You now only have one brush, have to pay for color palettes, have a picture in each pack, and also constant reminders to pay each month. Now I don’t like this app anymore. It isn’t fun, and you can’t shade or blend or anything like that anymore. The art just turns out flat and 2D unless you buy something that you pay for per month. I don’t have time to use this app every single day to get my moneys worth so 2 stars.

The Best App I’ve found. I have downloaded several apps in the past and Pigment is the only app I’ve continued to use. I’m drawing daily with this app. Not just coloring but drawing my own things to color. Pigment allows you all the utilities and pallets to let your imagination go wild. It’s really the best out there, for beginners and experts alike. There are many tutorials to learn from and a daily page to color. You never will run out of pictures to color and you can always re color those you like the best. You can download your own photo’s to color or you can start with a blank page and draw your own. I started learning better shading and details and have seen an improvement in my own work, since I first came to Pigment. It’s really a great app. Yes, there is an option to buy but the price is considerably low for what it brings. I won’t be leaving Pigment as long as the developers keep up with this amazing app and keep their modest pricing. Thank You, Pigment developers, for giving such an amazing app!

Totally worth it for me. I downloaded this app yesterday. This morning I used as my mindfulness practice along with Portal and it was great. I signed up for the yearly sub. I really appreciate that it isn’t bloated with too many choices. There’s ample color pallets (and a picker) and ample tools. If you use your imagination, the options are more than enough. If you will actually use the app, I’d recommend paying for the year. If you aren’t sure, try the monthly option first. I look at it this way, if you go to the movie theater twice you pay the same amount as you would for this app for a year. However, you only get 5-6 hrs of entertainment at the theater.

So. Many. Things. To. Be. Fixed. GOSH.. I love how there are some many things, but the people who don’t have premium are on limited... Let me get started on what’s wrong. First of all, there are barely anything for brushes to color with. How very annoying. The look of “Hah, you must pay to unlock everything” look is just... out of my mind. Plus paying as I try to buy, neared to 70 bucks no way!! This is horrible! I love the game but still! What’s good about the game: You can decorate beautiful pictures with the “premium” thing. Overall, it is very nice but still, I don’t have anything good about he game other than it’s relaxing. Just because I’m giving a bad rating isn’t because it’s bad, there’s just things you really need to fix. For instance, in the coloring, give all brushes and fill-things available! That would make us our max limit which it’d be awesome! Maybe add a few ads to get some stuff! I’m just saying, there’s So. Many. Things. That. Need. To. Get. Fixed. Period.

Weird Glitch.... All in all the game is amazing!!! But I have some things to say about it. First off, I don’t really like how you have to pay to be a ‘member’. It is very expensive. I know there is a ‘free membership’ for a week, but I read in the fine print, that after you get the free week, they automatically make you pay for the whole month!! Another thing is that there is a weird glitch in the activity tab, where if someone does not have a profile pic, it uses someone else’s picture and it really confuses me. These are pretty minor things but yeah. The game is amazing and I recommend it to you all! -WolfGirlMimi

Definitely an interesting coloring app. This app is different from other coloring apps. It’s not like the rest. I like that you can actually color and it’s not just filled in by tapping a section of the picture. I would like to let the creators know that there seems to be some sort of bug. I can color but if I switch apps or even have to close this one out for a little while in order to go back into it later on I have to restart my entire phone. That part is a little frustrating but I’m gonna hang around in hopes of the bug being sorted out!

Great app, just one suggestion. I would love to be able to have the option to once a day be able to watch an ad or two to gat one of the premium objects, like a brush, page, pallet, or import. For the brushes and pallets, only access for like 24 hours until you watch another ad or to use just for the page you are working on. I think many more people would be on this app and many more would prefer it to paying, like if you didn’t have spare change or are too young to pay. Ads can also be profitable! Other than this suggestion, I love the dailies and all the unique pages for all to enjoy!! It’s a very well put together app

Fun & Addictive coloring & drawing App is must have!. Awesome painting App suitable for all ages with simple and fun backgrounds for the novice individuals who are just starting out and getting in the painting hobby up to very intricate and very detailed mosaics or just a blank background to create your own creative work and style. With every color and texture at your disposal the Pigment App has a very simple and intuitive interface that allows the user to create and customize their art with ease. One of the best Art & Drawing Apps I’ve ever used & highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional ,yet fun coloring & doodle app for the Apple iPad devices.

GOAT. Hands down this app is miles ahead of the rest. It offers you the click-n-color experience for the beginner and allows you to play with shading inside of that. For the more experienced they offer grayscales. But your creativity is really the limit on this app. The community is friendly, helpful, encouraging, and supportive. If you’re looking for an adult coloring book experience rather than just a digital coloring book, look no further. Just download. *Note: I use this app on my iPad. I have it also for my phone, but the experience is better in my opinion on a larger screen with room to move.

Best Coloring App. Love this app! I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t so expensive. Lots of variety. The pictures are amazing! I love the creative choices from brushes, textures, and colors. It seems it’s become somewhat of a art competition/ popularity contest, which is a little disheartening. It’s still the best coloring app if you can afford it. Pigment should consider lowering the cost due to the continuing pandemic. For example: Wouldn’t it be better to have a million subscribers @ $39, than a thousand @ $59? Plus the baby boomers are now senior citizens living on a limited budget. I am one of those. My subscription expires soon, and I don’t think I will renew it as it’s gotten too costly. Makes me sad as I truly love this app!

Cost. So I’m going to be one of those whiny people that cry because the devs need some money so they make a bunch of things need the free trial. However, I can only do ONE drawing per artist, so I spend a lot of time searching through the lists to find one I might enjoy. I’m one of those people who don’t like coloring anything but people, so I’m limited to very few drawings. The constant anger when I see something I want to color but can’t makes it really hard to call it a ‘stress relieving’ app. Maybe you could add a ‘free section’ so people who aren’t willing to pay to color could quickly access all of the free things without having to continually scroll past the blocked. I saw comments about being able to watch ads instead of paying, so maybe you could go back to that? Just a few suggestions to fix this disappointing app. :(

Awesome App. I have very little natural artistic talent. Creating from scratch is often disconcerting to me as my hands shake. This app has given me more confidence just by coloring. It’s fun, it helps my mental space immensely as well as my confidence. But the real benefit of this app is the community of artists. People engage, give tons of props and mostly make you welcome regardless of your skill level. The staying inside the lines is a perk that cannot be exaggerated; I wouldn’t be on the app without that. Not a flawless app but close. I have suggestions but I want to familiarize myself with the app. The gift of an Apple pen got me here, and I couldn’t be happier.

Please read this if you’re looking to get this game!. Okay so, let’s make this fast. Pigment is such an awesome game! if you like subscribtions……) please do not let the pictures of the game trick you! You can litterly only have ONE drawing per section. That’s it! Everything else is a subscription, (meaning you have to pay for it?) I was like you, SO innocent and excited to get pigment, because I kept seeing ads about this! Man, I don’t know how others are not really talking about this! Again, would not recommend this game if you don’t like subscriptions, or can’t afford it. Although, if you don’t care about them, go ahead! It will be so great for you! But if you know you can’t get the subscription, but you are still willing to get only ONE DRAWING per section, go right ahead, you will be a mini me! Cus I did that. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GET THIS! 🚨

Great stuff! Just ONE tiny problem…. I LOVE this app!! I love the coloring pages, and how cute they are. One small problem… you kind of… maybe… over do it with the premium? I mean, I am trying not to sound rude or anything, but it’s kind of unfair. We only get one page out of all the coloring books. I am grateful that we at least get one, but I wish we could get a little more. Same thing with the art tools. I know, I know, that’s how you get us to buy it. But, maybe you could give us non-premium people a bit more coloring experience. Otherwise, it’s great! I love using this app! Thanks!

Great app, terrible gallery. This app is spectacular for coloring. The brushes are wonderful for colorists who want to do more than tap to color. The color picking system is good. You can import art you purchase or draw your own. The in-art selection, while vast, varies greatly in quality. If you’re looking for a good app for solitary coloring, this is it. That said, the gallery is a dreadful place. Most of what’s published in the gallery is tapped coloring that doesn’t even make use of the brilliance of the app. Lots of attention seekers, both old and (way too) young, who will do anything — and I mean anything — to climb the ranks of followers and likes. It’s like the worst Facebook feed you’ve ever seen. The management of the app does very little to help monitor it or make it a better experience. They do, however, like to remove art based on a whim versus a clear set of guidelines. App is A, Gallery is D-.

Good and bad. I absolutely love the app!!! It’s great for when your laying in bed at night, when your on a car ride, and for when your just bored. It’s easy to use. Perfect for iPad Pro. Just overall great app, but… I hate how you have to pay to use everything. Especially how much it costs. I tried using the 1 week free trial to see if it was worth the cost, (by the way it was) and then I forgot to cancel the subscription. So when I found out I forgot about it I canceled the subscription in my settings app but when I tried to go in and restore purchases I couldn’t find anyplace to do it. Now I’ve been charged $3.99. I also don’t like how there is barely anything in the app settings. Overall I think it’s okay, -ish

I really love this 👍👍👍👍 but...... I definitely think you should buy this. It’s really awesome! I love how you can publish your art if you want to, it makes it more fun. And SO MANY PALETTES!!!!!! Unlimited color fun!!!!! But the “VIP” mode takes over all. What I mean is, most of the things I want to color are for VIP. I mean, there’s still a lot to color. But you would have more freedom if you have VIP. I’m not saying let’s us (not VIPers) have everything, but maybe some more pages. I don’t know. The sad thing for me is, in most of the coloring “books”, there’s only one picture I can color that’s not VIP. It’s ok tho there’s a lot of stuff to color so I’m set! Overall this is an amazing app you should totally buy it and I am having lots of fun with Pigment!

First a Basic user, just became a Premium user. I started using Pigment app several years ago and it is really the best, including the customer service as well as the kind spirited community of artists. Whether you just like to fill in the many provided coloring pages, or want to test your creative skills by using all the many tools available, there are many to choose from. You can create your own art as well as post black and white photos and color them. I am overwhelmed by the creative possibilities by using this app. This app is truly my meditation . . .

Hate the new “texture “ added. In the last update, they added a texture, which is a series of little lines that filled in with every color! I find it very annoying! It makes the entire picture looked extremely fuzzy! I cannot find a way to illuminate this feature! If they are going to have it, they should make it so you can turn it on and off as a desired two different sections of the picture you are coloring! Otherwise I would rate this a three I cannot find a way to illuminate this feature! If they are going to have it, they should make it so you can turn it on and off as desired to different sections of the picture you are coloring! Otherwise I would rate this a 3 star, because most of the time they give you oversimplified drawings and want you to pay for the more complicated pictures to color. They really should split there free drawings more evenly between complicated and oversimplified.

Page/Image Offerings Mediocre at Best. First let me say I adore the interface and features of this app more so than any other adult coloring app out there. Although I do wish they would introduce the advanced mode for imported images. Why? Because at nearly $70 for an annual subscription, the native image selections are seriously lacking in sophistication. Many, in fact, are bordering on juvenile. I have been a subscriber of this app for a couple years now, but the cost to benefit ratio has become totally disproportionate with this last price hike and I will not be renewing. I wish ColorTherapy and Pigment would join together, as ColorTherapy totally gets the image selection right but fails in features. But with no hope of an arranged marriage, I’m jumping ship on both at the end of my subscription term and jumping on board with ProCreate. The honeymoon is over.

Why I love pigment!!. Pigment gives people the ability to see what they are made out of and how it affects their life choices and how their mind can relax and feel good about themselves .as they take a step forward they can feel good about themselves and when they feel depressed or upset they are able to control their emotions and thoughts so if you ever feel bad or feel sad just remember that you will feel better if you just feel inside you .can be or do what makes you happy or comfortable in life but you can also meat people that are feeling like how you are feeling but the most important part of your life is that you need to be yourself.
