Best fashion, clothing, sneaker reselling app. Grailed has been my main source of sneaker resell and clothing resell that I’ve used to flip sneakers, sell unwanted clothing, and buy new jackets from trusted users that list items at prices you simply can’t find anywhere else. Finding items that are lightly used has given me an opportunity to buy items I’ve been looking to purchase for a fraction of the cost, and allows me to return the favor as a seller also. With an international community and an app that’s incredibly well designed, there’s absolutely zero complaints about Grailed. They’ve made a tremendous amount of updates within the past year alone, and always listen to their users for input and always try to make the buying experience better.

Grailed froze my account after having owned it for several years. So my mom has been wanting to get rid of some of her chanel and goyard purses she had bought throughout the years. I posted them on my account and the listings were quickly removed. After a couple days, I checked grailed to see if I had received any offers when I noticed that my account was logged out only to find out it was frozen. I emailed them and after a week they told me that I was banned because of fraudulent activities. I don’t have any idea what I did wrong and they won’t explain why either. The only theory that came to mind would be that the purses might be fake, but the thing is that my mom bought them through grailed. They don’t seem fake to me but if this is true, not only did we buy fake luxury items on grailed, they banned me for trying to sell an item I bought in their app. That’s a big double whammy and goes to show that they don’t care about their users. Sad

Used to be Amazing…Not Anymore. Grailed cannot stop getting in their own way. This platform used to be my go to for everything fashion and it was great to be able to quickly and easily sell items that you didn’t use anymore. Unfortunately they have completely lost touch with their customer base over the past 4 or so years and have created a horrible user experience. Selling fees have grown absolutely astronomical and now you have to wait 3 days after delivery for payment to go through which opens sellers up to limitless scam possibilities and forcing sellers to refuse international sales. No reason to use this app anymore as there are better options out there, I went from someone selling multiple items weekly to barely using the app anymore because of these changes. Hey anything to nickel and dime your loyal customers who have been using the app since it’s inception.

Good for Buyer. Bad for Sellers.. Being linked with PayPal for every transaction, means any buyer has protection for buying. Which also comes with them being able to charge back on anything they want, and win about half the time. Meaning the seller losing the sale, and the item, even with proof of purchase, shipping, and messages between each other. Grailed “Authenticates” every item that is posted, and it’s about 50/50. I had nearly 90 sales on my account, all 5 star ratings. Receipts for everything I had listed. Yet Grailed deems things inauthentic, even with pictures of the receipt, order numbers, and anything to prove it’s legitimacy. My account was deleted after they took down a t-shirt I posted, with the receipt to it. App itself is great. Easy to use, good for buyers. But Grailed authentication and support team is terrible for sellers. Update: I have reached out to the grailed team for help. Asked what was inauthentic about my items and they wouldn’t answer the question, only saying I’m frozen for good. Even had a sale pending on grailed from earlier that day and asked for the Grailed label to ship it and they didn’t answer at all. I’ve reached out multiple times and they have stopped answering me. Saying I am permanently banned. With 0 proof that anything is inauthentic. Even with receipts for my items.

BEWARE! Seller Protection not guaranteed.. I’ve sold a lot of small items on here and bought some items without a problem. Up until recently I sold a pair of very expensive Tom Ford sunglasses and got burned for them. What happened to me was that the customer was unhappy and reported me through PayPal and without even consulting me or getting my side of the story PayPal has “Permanently Restricted” my account forever. It goes against PayPal’s policy for anyone to deal with sunglasses I should have known this but more importantly Grailed should have known this before allowing a category through their app for selling glasses. I have not been able to reach Grailed and they are not doing anything about this. They are not the ones guaranteeing buyer and seller protection as they do not have any power with PayPal. I lost a very expensive pair of sunglasses and I’m out all the money I had in my PayPal account for this very careless app. BEWARE YOU WILL GET BURNED. Thanks a lot for nothing Grailed. Please give a little more effort with trying to solve problems instead of just posting weekly outfits. Unacceptable.

Horrible experience on my 1st purchase... On July 31st 2021 I purchased something from grailed that “shipped” out on august 2021, today is September 11th and now the tracking isn’t showing anymore, while it didn’t update since august 2021. I can’t even request a refund if i wanted to due to the 180 day refund period, but Ofcourse i have been trying & trying to get my refund from them way before the period, but their team hasn’t been understanding my inital purchase wasn’t from a PayPal account just my card, and they seem to have a hard time understanding everybody… so the fact that it’s my first purchase from grailed and I didn’t even get the item I ordered… Questions if i’ll be getting anything else from them. They should make it a top priority to make sure any customers are satisfied with any issues that persist but it seems to me as if they swept my situation under the rug & didn’t take me seriously. It’s sickening, i’d advise any one who has future purchases under grailed to proceed with caution.

This app is great to use its very organized and very hard to get scammed on Grailed at least from my experience but if you are willing to sell and make money off this app i wouldn’t even bother downloading. For the past few months there’s been a lot of people that have used Grailed and have gone on their social media’s commenting on the 9% sellers fee. Which in my opinion is complete BS and is very greedy, the fact that makes ur worse is that they continue to not listen to there community and to some people selling and making money off their account really helps them but unfortunately Grailed is just another greedy company that could care less about their community.

1 single flaw. Been using the app for a few years now I love it I only have one single complaint. The offer system is ignorant, it used to be where you could simply make an offer and the seller would choose to accept or decline, it’s still like that except now sellers can choose to put their items up for offer only which is super disappointing if you find something you like and don’t have the option to just buy it straight up. This isn’t eBay no one wants to go bid for bid with someone over an item. There’s nothing wrong with having the option of offer only but put a filter where us buyers can choose to view items that only have a buy or offer option not just exclusively offer only. Other than that love the app.

OG Grailed user since 2016. App has gone down hill. Let me first preface this by saying I’m not a seller. I use Grailed almost exclusively for purchasing pieces. The filters used to work great. The overall look of the app has changed drastically and all though I don’t like it, wouldn’t validate a bad rating just based on that preface. This is what really grinds my gears about Grailed. Say I search “yeezys” my results are all mixed timeline wise. It may start with a post from a year ago, two from this week, one from 3 hours, then one from 8 months. This was not always a problem and has been going on for about at least a year now. First of all in addition to filters would not be hard to implement a way to sort listings (price high to low, low to high, most recently posted etc etc). Also why are posts from inactive sellers from years ago not deleted ? Would it be hard to implement a certain amount of time an item can be listed ?? All you would have to do is put it in the terms saying “if said item isn’t sold in ___ days (or months) your item will be deleted as well as a message to your account indicating we did so. Then if the seller was still active he could just re upload, but if the seller was not, would remove a lot of unnecessary data the app has to store. Overall no better place to get such a variety of pieces, but I feel as if the Devs have been lackadaisical after their initial success.

Great app, made me great money and great clothes. I've had this app for 2 years now and it's honestly one of the best places to buy and sell. decent time where your items can sell, and negotiating is always great when buying and selling to reach a middle ground. Great curation of pieces from vintage rare pieces to the latest hyped items. And the Grailed created; articles are always enjoyable and informative. As well as great way to educate yourself on the menswear/ streetwear scene. It has its flaws such as glitches in the interface or the like/ save system but it's always quickly resolved. And apps like these always have their issues of people trying to buy (lowballs, procrastinators, scammers) but it's handled very well by the app admins. The community is also great, comments have become a personal favorite to read, helpful people, and humor at times as well (if you know you know). So overall this app is a great buy/ sell app for me when it comes to rare/ hard to acquire pieces as well as a good way to come up with quick cash. 👌

Waited 6 months to get paid $80. I sold a StockX verified FOG essentials t shirt with tags bags and stockX receipt. I sold the item snd shipped it and then the buyer chose to not let Grailed know thrush did receive the item so I couldn’t get my money until he actually confirmed he received the item even though I had proof that the item was delivered and signed for. I contacted Grailed and they pointed the finger at PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they pointed the finger back at Grailed. Lol so long story short PayPal first off is the worst and can’t believe ALL these apps and streetwear/high end sneaker stores and apps use them. Because the customer service is awful. Sadly Grailed is even worse. They didn’t do anything until 6 months later when I got my invoice for the year. And they then realized that I sent a $100 shirt and he got his shirt, Grailed got there $25 cut. But I was the only one who didn’t get paid. The buyer played the loop whole in the system, and basically got to wear a shirt for 6 months before even paying a dollar for it. Grailed is terrible I can’t believed people actually leave good reviews and believe that there clothes are authenticated when they only go off the pictures that the seller post. They have no professionals that authenticate any yeezys jordans designer clothes or designer shoes. Grailed is a complete joke.

Buyer Friendly//No protection for sellers. I used Grailed for two years and had over 40 items sold and ran into almost 0 issues until recently. A buyer made a purchase internationally from the US to the UK. English clearly wasn’t his first language and after the purchase there was some misunderstandings about what “shortening the body” meant on a blazer. Long story short the buyer demanded a full refund because he didn’t want to pay for the tailoring(fabric was left inside the jacket). After submitting all the messages we exchanged to Grailed they still sided with the buyer. Emails were then exchanged where the buyer was able to pull my social security information and W2 and still Grailed proceeded to quietly block my account. While blocking me however they let another buyer’s purchase I never sent go into the void. His money is still in my paypal, so “buyer-friendly” was the wrong word... so long as Grailed gets their cut at the end of the day you can bet you’re on your own.

false bans/ignored by support. I’ve sold on Grailed on and off for well over five years now. I didn’t really have much interaction with their support because everything was smooth for the most part. After a long break, I finally got back to selling and ended up selling a few items. Shortly after I get an email saying my account is frozen for “offensive behavior”. This caught me off guard because I am the last person to say something rude towards someone else on grailed, or even their support. My brothers account also got banned for the same reason, except he hasn’t used Grailed in years. So I’m assuming they just IP banned his account falsely because it shared the same IP as mine. Anyway, I message their support simply asking what I did that was “offensive”. It wasn’t rude or passive aggressive or anything, I was genuinely curious. It’s been over a week with no answer from them at all. Grailed really helped keep my afloat financially as a side hustle, and I wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize that. I really hope my case is re-looked at over because I’m confident I didn’t go out of pocket with anyone. But currently, I remain banned with 0 explanation or assistance regarding it :( UPDATE - my user is “thequeezy”, please look back into it because I really do miss using the platform

Just plain awful nowadays.. Grailed has fallen so far. First off, the moderators of Grailed have no clue what they are doing. This piece is authenticated, this exact same piece isn’t. This piece with tags pictured is not authenticated, this piece with zero in-hand pictures is authenticated. What an easy job it is to look at photos, and yet they can’t even be close to consistent about it. The most recent update has the worst UI I have ever seen. Ruined the Profile page by pushing everything up. Why would you make the profile information as small as possible on the PROFILE PAGE. Terribly ugly black rectangle buttons with massive grey and rounded drop shadows? What the heck is that? And of course, the app never loads anything. Regardless of my service or WiFi connection, “My Feed” only loads 4 rows of 2, and then infinitely loads if I scroll past the 4th row. I have never once seen more than 8 items on “My Feed.” My “Favorites” also rarely loads regardless of service or Wifi. Just infinitely refreshes. Garbage app, garbage Grailed team, garbage developers and designers.

🚨Terrible for sellers, stay away🚨. Some positives before I ripped them a part, Grailed is [great for buyers] and the app is easy to use. Having said that, if you’re an Average Joe trying to trying to make a quick buck I suggest another platform before you lose your head and your money. Grailed has little to no seller protection, partnered with PayPal, you have the ability to add the tracking numbers, picture evidence on a sold item on Grailed and PayPal. You’d think these features alone would be OK for them to release your money but no, you can make phone call after phone call, listen to prerecorded messages, or listen to prerecorded excuses for the unusual high traffic of callers but never an actual human willing to help or understand. Buyers have the ability to dispute item’s delivered, not only will they have the sold item but also the money refunded 95% of the time. This has been my personal experience as an honest seller, I’d be less annoyed with Grailed fees if they actually protected sellers. Queue the Grailed response🤡

Discrimination. Because I post items that are truly deadstock, aka still in the bag, Grailed refuses to allow my items to be sold on their platform. It’s ironic for a reselling app but the main reason for my review is the fact that it’s pure discrimination. Why? Thousands of listings are made under the supposed branding of “Supreme” and yet when you search for Supreme you’ll find that almost 90% of what you’ll see is nothing but vintage garbage being posted as products of Supreme when they are not. This violates their policies blatantly and yet because i’m a high end seller i’m discriminated against for not providing wash tags. Not like I can’t really recommend the app for general resell purchasing/selling purposes but for high end streetwear sellers i’d definitely steer clear if you actually sell deadstock items. Thumbs down as well for the worst possible and generic responses from their support to who flat out refuse to acknowledge my issues. As of 2024, this is still their practice.

Questionable app. where do I even begin. the amount of issues I’ve had that have continuously been unresolved is uncountable. Here’s just a few for example. First off, early in my Grailed experience I was scammed. However that’s not the problem. The problem was the companies unresponsiveness and complete lack of regard for this matter. I never received a single message back, not even guidance for who I should get into contact with to resolve it. Secondly, the staffs inexperience and unwillingness to communicate. I’ve been dealing with high end sneakers for almost 10 years and with every purchase I always get second sometimes even third authentication checks. I purchased a pair of 1.0 OffWhite Vapormax from a local resell store, got it double checked, even had it in writing that these shoes were “1000% legit” from the store. Grailed called them fake and flagged my account even after sending them an additional third CheckCheck validation. Brainless. Grailed support can’t even use 2 eyes. Lastly for now and my favorite is this apps god awful and finicky settings. I can’t even change my email without being sent in loopholes. I mean seriously why are such simple things so difficult? never had any of these problems with ANY other app on ios and it’s sad. I’ve given this app so many tries. I come back to it every year or so just to try again and it lets me down every single time. the ONLY good thing about this app is lowballing every 12 year old that uses it.

Grailed App. When first using grailed I was skeptical at first, a market place where negotiations could be made to sell items to consumers with the app initially allowing almost anyone to sell. What could go wrong ? Well besides the answer almost anything I decided to play around with grailed purchase a few items and negotiate prices with sellers to make confident purchases that I was satisfied with. Grailed became the used car of sneaker marketplaces, and a reliable one at that. Of course there was a few issues that had to be repaired by their compliant support team, but once passing these and getting more familiar with the app you would have a smooth road ahead easily being able to avoid potholes. Grailed became more efficient as time went on and allowed consumers and sellers to benefit from either selling or purchasing goods at conservative prices or sell to make considerable profit. With this being said, grailed has been one of my favorite sneaker market places for some time now and like that used car needed a few minor repairs but once fixed was able to run smoothly and get the job done. Shop with confidence, I know I do now !

Shipping nightmare for sellers using thermal printer. I’ve been selling on Grailed for over 6 years, along with countless other apps, the new update with grailed labels to print being the only option is absolutely terrible, aside from the higher shipping cost for the buyer if you are using a thermal printer it is not possible to format to a 4 x 6 label without getting the grailed label, downloading it and then putting it through photoshop or a similar app to crop, rotate and then resize to fit the label printer. I’ve shipped multiple thousands of orders across all platforms and have never had as much trouble shipping orders. I’ve spent hours trying to resize a few labels today and couldn’t figure it out so I had to go find my old printer hook it up and then go out to the store to buy tape to manually tape the label to the packages. Please fix the pre made grailed labels to give a 4 x 6 option or allow us to print our own labels and cover shipping like before.

Terrible moderation, enables scammers and losses. I’ve been a buyer and seller for years with about 100 transactions. I bought a 80$ item a year ago and never received it. Seller stopped replying (CLWS) and never refunded me. I just noticed the seller has reposted the item 22 days ago and after having reporting this account various times, it’s still up and able to scam more people. Because of this experience I have never used grailed again and have been preaching against it to a wide network of people on blogs and pages for the better part of a year. *for moderators, my account is “RealWyld”. Stop letting people get robbed with no recourse. **UPDATE. I have now been getting emailed from this same person who scammed me from the purchase information that he received from Grailed. User is threatening me with knowing where I live. I dont know what to do. I also have been banned because I had cursed him off in our chats, BECAUSE HE ROBBED ME. I dont care that I have been banned as I lost all credibility in Grailed after this experience anyway but something has to come to fruition after literally getting threatened through email that grailed gave him.

Full Time Seller’s Review. As a full time seller I’ve come to rely on Grailed a decent amount. I care about it for a variety of reasons. There are some issues that are worth addressing. -That 9%, absolutely absurd, should go back to what it was before. It really made me and others recoil a lot when seeing it. Especially with the fact that it can kill deals, for either side. - The app. Dear god the app. I have a 12 pro Max IPhone, absolutely no reason this app should run so horrendously. Can sometimes take a couple minutes just to LOAD the thing. Frustrating when leaving the app and then coming back. As it has to RELOAD the whole thing AGAIN. Can’t even begin to describe how silly this is. -The community is relatively good, few bad apples and annoying tire kickers every once in a while. 60/40 split. -Customer support is lack luster at best. Long wait times and poor responses with issues have left me frustrated on a number of occasions. The overall experience is good, probably one of my favorites when it comes to a clothing buying experience. But it’s riddle with flaws that need to be addressed. But sadly knowing Grailed, they’ll likely ignore issues or wait years to fix these issues.

Let’s see!. New to Grail and I really hope this isn’t one of those platforms where the buyer has a one up due to PayPal and can easily screw over the seller. So far, reviews point to that’s it’s exactly that. Also customer service looks like it’s awful too, but I’m not there yet to judge it all. What I will advise for the app programmers is two things: one enable a better editing tool for photos (PoshMark is a good example). I just need to be able to crop the photos in the app. It’s annoying taking photos, using an app to edit them and then having to go into my camera roll just to crop them. Also, once I initially add photos from my phone to the Grailed “album” for selection and I realize I want to go back to the listing and add more or maybe forgot to select a photo to add from my phone photos, it WILL NOT allow me to add more photos from my phone than the ones I selected already. I have to exit the whole app, restart, go to edit the listing, add more photos and then it will display the prompt to add more photos from camera. This is SUPER time consuming.

New “Binding” feature is the dumbest thing this app has added. Makes casual offers and negotiating pointless. You can no longer offer someone to see what they are set on/ looking for. Maybe I wanna offer someone a low price to see what they’re think of or see if they’re desperate enough to sell it to me for that cheap. Even then if they accept you would normally be able to think about your purchase. Now they basically make the purchase for you if you offer and the seller accepts. You can’t decide if yo actually want to go through with it after they accept. Really bad way of negotiating and has decreased my amount of sales and engagement. Very annoying to have to be set on buying something even before knowing it’s available for that specific price. Basically eBay now, and lost its unique feature. Hopefully this gets turned back. Don’t fix something that isn’t broke! The app was fine how it was, fine something else to do during your job rather than tool around with peoples sales. Disgusting

Putting out an item for sale is horrible. I have two items in which I cannot put out for sell even though they are legit items bought at super known stores such as flight club and I really don’t understand why my items get removed from my “put out to sell list” when I do everything you guys ask me to do for authentications, you guys really need send us messages of more info you need on the sneaker I feel that this mostly happens with used sneakers as they don’t look like how they did before, but how do I know you guys aren’t selling any fakes either if you don’t even recognize the real . I have put out a listing for a ASSC hoodie which are the easiest to Authenticate especially if you have the tags which I do because it’s brand new and I showed that notification of authentication in photos which came from the ( ASSC APP) it’s truly frustrating not being able to sell items and just having to keep adding more and more pictures just for those items to be taken out without even notifying us!

Grailed is by far the least user friendly app. Iv bought many items in Grailed and the process is great. But there are a lot of Fakes and replica items on Grailed so you have to be careful about what you buy. Selling on Grailed is horrible. About two monthsI sold a $500 pair of shoes on Grailed and they never released payment to my account. They then proceed to permanently freeze my account so no only did I never receive payment I wasn’t able to contact support through the app. After I found the support email I send the Grailed team an email which they never responded to. I proceeded to send another email which they did respond to this time but the response was not helpful at all. So I sent another email, that was a month ago and I still havent received a response. The customer service at Grailed is less than dissatisfying. So it’s 2 months now that iv been waiting on my money but I’ll probably never get it. Take my advice, don’t use Grailed for anything but purchasing items. If you want to sell you items use Poshmark, the seller is much better protected.

Horrible policy update. I rarely write reviews, but I truly feel a need to provide one for this horrible policy update. The hold on seller funds after 3 days of the arrival to the buyer is possibly one of the worst implemented changes Grailed has done. I’ve sold for years using Grailed as an alternative revenue stream and this truly has made the seller experience horrible. Everyone I know, from big to small sellers have had issues with this as it takes forever to be paid, especially with the implementation of GrailedPay. So on top of waiting days for the package to deliver, and waiting the 3 days for funds to clear, we now have to wait 3-5 days on top of that to be paid… and this isn’t even taking international sales into account. It can literally be months before you’re paid now and it’s actually insane why this is the case. I’m legitimately debating on moving to Depop or other platforms because of this change. Grailed mag have a decent user base of buyers but even they’re disappearing slowly seemingly. I knew the GOAT buyout would have horrible repercussions, but this is truly becoming absurd now. Until something is done to remedy this, my review will stay as it is. It’s not much but hopefully it can at the very least prove my point. If you are a seller I really cannot recommend Grailed right now.

Was great for a while. I’ve been using Grailed for years and honestly loved the overall experience. Then recently I purchased an item that was verified authentic on the app. I got bored of the item and decided to relist it to get some money back. As I resisted it, it got taken down for being inauthentic. I was very confused with this, being I had bought it with Grailed claiming it was authentic. So I thought it might have been a glitch, and tried to list it again. It was taken down immediately and my account was frozen. I asked for an appeal explaining my situation, to no avail. Customer support was useless. I decided to cut my losses and just make a new account. When I tried to purchase my first item on this new account, as soon as I sent a binding offer with my address, name, and PayPal linked, this second account was frozen. I emailed support yet again, and they just kept sending auto generated messages that weren’t helpful to me whatsoever. Honestly the app is fine, but the people behind it are horrible. A small mistake/misunderstanding can prevent you from using it as a buyer or seller ever again.

Great app!. I never wrote a review for an app before but this one is needed, Grailed is the best app I ever used, you are able to talk to the sellers, negotiate a price and easy to purchase once you put your info in the first time all you do is tap the button to buy or to offer. All the sellers that I have came across are nice so nothing but good with me. You also get an option to follow the sellers if you like the stuff that they are selling. One feature I like for this app is that often when you confirm a purchase from a seller most the time a tracking number is immediately sent in the message because that seller is using a Grailed label, so no having to wait for stuff to get shipped to a warehouse then to you, its straight from them to you. So often you will get items in the same week you ordered which I think is pretty cool. Also shout out to Grailed for being such an easy app to navigate, I could go on about more stuff but this is all I can think of for now. I highly recommend this app! (Not a bot btw)

Should’ve quit when I was ahead. I used Grailed a few times in the past year to purchase t-shirts and other small pieces and was always pretty satisfied. My most recent purchase was a Maharishi jacket that I continued to ask the seller for tracking information on, until, months later and after several lies and excuses I discovered was still at their house and hadn’t been shipped because they were waiting to mend a hole in it. I canceled my order as none of this was part of my original expectation for the product (the hole was not listed in the description) and left a negative review because the seller had behaved in an unprofessional fashion. The seller then responded to me by insisting that I take down my negative review before they would refund me. I took a screenshot of this message and sent it to Grailed with a detailed explanation of my complaint. I never heard back from anyone at Grailed regarding this. A few days later, I DID get a refund notification from PayPal, however today I was informed that the refund was not completed. I still don’t have my product, I don’t have my money, and nobody at Grailed has spoken to me regarding this issue. If you’re looking for quality streetwear and want a hassle free experience with fast shipping it’s probably safer to stick with StockX or End Clothing.

Truly dismal customer ‘service’. Since the buyout Grailed’s customer service has become down right awful. If you contact them for an issue they state response time is up to 48hrs. If you’re lucky you’ll get a response in three days, more often than not no response whatsoever. Their new 3-day after receipt payment is only as good as the tracking service. If the item is left at a doorstep tracking never confirms it as received and your funds are held indefinitely even after receiving positive feedback, long after 3 days. In the meantime one must waste their time contacting their totally non-responsive customer service. Grailed is now as bad as Vestiaire Collective, both operating in this mysterious Kafka-esque world of non-transparency and complete inefficiency. Grailed’s only care is the shipping margin they take advantage of via UPS as they now provide their own shipping labels. If you’re a seller good luck because you’re on your own. If something goes wrong the burden is on your shoulders IF they even bother to respond.

Horrible customer service!. I sold supreme vans for $88 and I never received my money! I sent Grailed’s customer support an email as they don’t have a phone number which is odd for an online store as large as they are. They told me that there was nothing to worry about as paypal holds onto the money for sometime and to contact paypal because it’s out of their control. So I waited patiently for 3 weeks and said okay that’s long enough. So I called paypal and they told me there was no indication of $88 from grailed, therefore can’t give me much assistance. So I contacted grailed again, and explained what paypal said to me. Grailed also asked for the name, time, and date of the discussion with paypal just to make things more complicated. I was able to do so in hope that they would take action once I did, but I haven’t heard back from them. It’s been over a month now since I sold the shoes and I still haven’t received my money and I feel foolish for giving away shoes I paid $140 for! It’s mind blowing to me that there’s markets as popular as grailed with no listing ID numbers or any way to revise cases like this. Whether it was intentional or not this is unacceptable in 2019. I would not have sold sold these shoes if I didn’t desperately need the money.

Helps a lot.. Before I downloaded this app I’d only go to thrift stores & maybe try eBay for most items but Grailed is exactly what the name is a lot of items that most see as grails & their all available here on this app easily accessible it’s sorta like a community for rare items & there are always steals going around I’ve purchased two items so far & they were both for very reasonable prices although one thing I bought a pair of shoes was a half size off I didn’t mind because I still was able to wear them sorta & after a few months I was able to sell that same pair for more than I bought it for in the first place so guess it worked out lol. Will be using this app for almost all my selling & the list of grails I have are on the top of my list, I’m gonna end up going broke on all the options I’ve added.

Worst customer service ever. I shipped my product out to the buyer initially after they paid. Found out the money was put on hold through Paypal, so I waited patiently until the item was confirmed delivered to receive the money. A week had passed by, no money. I called Paypal around 4 times by this time and they told me I needed to message the buyer to confirm our transaction in order to receive my money. Sent the buyer a friendly message asking if she could kindly just confirm the transaction and even sent a step by step on how to do so. She ignored my message and went straight to giving me 2 stars because she failed to read the description of the item. At this point I’d messaged her 3 times or so and I’d gotten no cooperation or reply. I finally decided to email Grailed hoping they’d be able to at least contact the buyer and tell her I hadn’t fully received my money yet, but all they told me was that I needed to settle it with the buyer. How tf can I when she won’t respond?? I send an email back expressing how I literally can’t, and all they say is to call Paypal. Now keep in mind, I’ve gone back and forth between Paypal and Grailed CS and it’s been around 2-3 weeks. Finally Paypal manually releases the money into my account, and they tell me that this never happens and is probably because of the buyer/Grailed. Worst first selling experience ever!

Lack of customer support. This application has lack of customer support, if Grailed even has customer support? This would then fall in the category of having the worst customer support. I don’t think anyone appreciates automated emails or waiting 3 to 4 business days to get a response via email. Nor is a customer support line provided to call. When the consumer has any issue it is very important customer service is quick to respond, and resolve any issues. I choose to pass on this application and don’t recommend downloading or using it from this pint forward. There is no legit customer service. Please understand supporting applications who don’t care about the consumer only make online shopping worse. We all know the consumer eventually run in to issues with different applications, stores, food etc...and the most important factor is to then reach out and receive costumer service. In this app there is none. Thanks

What more can I say?. Probably my favorite place to buy clothes on the entirety of the internet realm, very secure (paid with PayPal). Guaranteed protection from scams and fake items. Haven't tried to sell anything yet but it's a pretty secure process regardless. Only reason I gave them four instead of five stars is because they are a lil too overly secure and they flagged me randomly for no reason CLAIMING I was making offsite transactions when I never did. I emailed them and talked to them and they realized I actually wasn't either so they were able to clear it up BUT that whole process did prevent me from buying anything for like week, God forbid the item I wanted ended up getting bought in that amount of time I would have been SOL all due to their mistake but their communication was still good. 4 stars. Great site.

Payout sent 3 days AFTER delivery.. There is now a 3 day wait time for funds to be released which is horrible for sellers, this feature only benefits the customer. So you're telling me that after I ship out an item and the customer gets it, they can walk around and wear it for 3 whole days while I have to sit and wait to get paid? So by that guideline, if I decide to sell to someone in a different country, I have to wait the 2-3 week wait time for it to be delivered and on top of that wait another 3 days for MY money? Even eBay allows the option to request our funds after 2 days of a CONFIRMED ORDER, so at least I don't have to wait days for the item to get delivered to the customer's house. If you guys are trying to follow the Mercari route that has sellers wait for the customer to receive the item and review it, AT LEAST the payment gets released after the customer checks the item and leaves a review, not like Grailed that lets customers keep the item for a whole 3 days and the seller doesn't get paid regardless if the customer likes their stuff or not. I am a 5 star rated seller on Grailed and this new change doesn't help me or any seller for that matter, this new change is ridiculous. This doesn't make sense and I hope Grailed fixes this because it is a huge slap in the face to sellers, especially those who have been selling on the platform for a long time.

Great App, If you’re careful.. I’ve now bought three pairs of shoes off grailed from two different sellers, both of which were polite and professional and cared about getting the shoes to me punctually and without hassle, however these sellers aren’t always what you come by and it’s always good to ask questions before purchasing and make sure it’s through PayPal. I did try to buy a pair of snoopy van that a guy had up for a steal and I paid and he said they were shipped and two months had gone by and they still weren’t shipped so long story short he tried to get more money out of me after I paid and it was a scam so I made a claim to grailed and they refunded me the money fair and square so be careful, but as long as you use PayPal, grailed will have your back in most cases.

Persistent bugs after years of use. Update: original review below, just updating for more recent issues with the platform. Still extremely buggy, still zero protection for sellers and buyers alike. No real “Grailed protection” just redirects users to PayPal for a claim they may never resolve. On top of all this they now increased their fees to almost 10% ! They offer nothing and expect 10% of all of your sales. They are also blanketing their reviews with paid / bot reviews to keep it at 5 stars (source: have a friend who still works there, hence why I knew about their sneaky non-refunding of returned item fees. Thank you ROD.” OG review: For several years I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall / sign in again after a few weeks because it slowly begins not loading items. You’ll be scrolling through a search or your favorites and suddenly nothing will load. No pictures, missing details. Cannot believe this hasn’t been fixed yet considering the amount of money they’re making on unclaimed canceled / returned item fees that never get reimbursed unless you file a claim with their CC.

Go-to apparel marketplace though scammed once, search could be improved. I discovered Grailed less than a year ago, and have since been using it to find gently-used secondhand technical apparel and accessories at decent prices. So far I have sold one item on Grailed and purchased a few items. A few months ago I was scammed by a “seller” who would post items priced really low and then (I realized) repost the same item after it sold. “Seller” was responsive prior to my payment but then ghosted me after I remitted payment. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund from Paypal. Grailed should figure out a way to flag suspicious sellers (machine learning, anyone?). This scammer in particular had fake positive feedback, presumedly from friends or other fake/scam accounts. My other suggestion is to improve the search feature. It is not intuitive when it comes to saving searches and querying saved searches. (eBay iOS app does a good job at this.) It would also be really nice to receive a notification when one of my saved searches has a new match. (Surprise, eBay does this as well.)

Frustrating. I’ve been selling and buying on Grailed for over 2 years now and I’ve had a score of 185 which took a lot of hardwork to build up my reputation and previously I sold one of my items that I was under the assumption was real as I bought it from my local consignment shop however it was unauthentic which I’m sure happens every now and then but it was my first time and it honestly was a mistake. So Grailed froze my account which I understood and I emailed them regarding what had happened to which I was informed my item that I sold was fake as I was told the steps of what to do in order to make up everything and get my account back so it took about a week for me to withdraw my funds from my bank account as I put it into my PayPal to refund the buyer which I did as after I contacted the Grailed team they decided that they should freeze my account which is extremely petty and frustrating when I’ve put in countless hours on building up my reputation which has always been 5 stars and it was a simple misunderstanding that I’ve been punished for virtually forever as I can’t do anything to get my account back and it kills me to write this but I’m very upset and don’t believe their support team treats the clients right in all their scenarios.

Used grailed for 5+ years, worst reseller app!. I have used this platform for a long time and can confidently express that its a waste of time. The “authentication” process is a joke as they relay on images/photos of a product tag which could easily be faked. They are known for selling fake products and leaving customers hanging because of poor consumer service which can’t reply professionally or with valid answers. They are also notorious for writing fake reviews to save face. And to top it all off have the worse fees for resellers causing then to up there prices on items. As a reseller you get zero support, neck deep in photo requirements, Grailed employees who sit behind a screen and have no clue what they are looking at calling themselves authenticators. Who can remove your listing at their discretion causing you to waste your time posting, highly recommended sending your valuable posting time on better apps!

*SCAMMER APP BE AWARE*. Alot of fake “replicated” items pass through grailed “authentication” team and are sold heavily throughout the app watch out for items that may look real or have been authenticated by grailed they may sell you a fake item and you wont be able to get your money back because grailed protects the seller. To get a refund you have to request for their team to review the purchase and they decide whether they deem your purchase refundable or you have to contact the person that scammed you and ask them if they can “please give the money back” they purposely stole using fake items that grailed deems as “authentic” i used this app for literally 2 weeks and sold 2 items but when i tried to sell an item back that i had originally bought off grailed they told me it was inauthentic and indefinitely froze my account so i cant even get my money back for the item that was sold to me that may or may not be fake. Still waiting on a response from their “team” its been two months now since i heard anything

Appalling customer service.. With the amount of negative reviews you’d think Grailed would change something up. In my few years on grailed I've lost a lot of money due to the lack of care from the grailed team. I’ve read copious reviews about how awful customer service is at responding and I can fully say I agree. I was scammed out of a Supreme Quarter Zip hoodie, which I take responsibility for. However there weren’t any actions taken to follow up with the scammer, they just banned his account after he stole my item. Next, I bought a bunch of stickers. I paid around $50 USD for them and they never came. The seller was apparently banned which meant I was SOL. And now I’m in a situation where the seller hasn’t provided me with tracking information. The seller also has multiple one star reviews because they’ve sold multiple items that never arrived at their destinations. In short, grailed only cares about the fee they get from any sale or purchase and it’s criminal. Don’t use this app, you’re better off anywhere far from here.

HAVEN’T RECIEVED MONEY. I’ve sold my pair of Travis Scott Jordan 1 highs for 1000 dollars on depop. It has been 2 months of this bs and I still haven’t got paid. There customer service is quite possibly THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They won’t help you and they don’t have a phone number. All of there emails are automated bots. It took them 3 weeks just to get back to me and it was another automated response. They are holding my money from me and it is not fair. Also not to mention, the app is FULL of scammers. Another thing is that when you first start the app they literally expect you to go through all of their rules of how to sell rather than telling you upfront in the app. This is THE WORST APP TO SELL ON. I will never be selling on this app again. AVIOD IT LIKE IT’S COVID-19!!!! If there was a option to give this app 0 stars, that still wouldn’t be low enough.

What a scam... don’t waste your time. So I signed up and bought a sweet leather jacket from a guy. Paid right away and everything, then as the days passed as I was eagerly awaiting my sweet new jacket I began to wonder when it would arrive and began digging... apparently I was supposed to get tracking from the guy but never did so after about a week and several messages to the seller I finally gave up and requested a refund, which I am still working on, then tried to at least give the seller a poor review so that others might avoid the same issue, but trailed wouldn’t allow the review. Even reached out to their customer service with no response... definitely pretty sketchy especially for all of the high end stuff they are selling through this... perhaps I just got unlucky but I certainly wouldn’t trust doing business through this site again. Hopefully I get my money back without contesting my credit card and PayPal... what a huge waste of time. Cheers!

If you’re a reseller don’t waste your time. Been on this app for at least a couple years, listed hundreds of items, barely sold anything even though I’ve sold hundred of items on other apps, and have had multiple customers input the wrong address. The app doesn’t charge sales tax so you will be responsible for that. The app puts the burden on the seller really, let’s customers leave unjustified bad ratings for something that’s their mistake I.e., a customer leaving a 1 star rating as “item not delivered” but due to customer inputting the wrong address, even when there was full communication about it with the buyer, and doesn’t let the seller rate the customer or respond to the negative feedback. They’ll only take the low rating down when you’ve refunded the money, which is difficult to do when the package is still in transit 😆. This is a horribly bad app and I don’t see it surviving with all the other more useful apps out there. If you’re a reseller just don’t even waste your time with this app, I wish I hadn’t.

Not Pleased. I was a seller on Grailed. I obtained a five star review selling multiple products. I mostly sold Supreme. My team and I would go to mass trades and receive very hyped items. We have sold box logos in the past and received 100% satisfaction and the buyer stating hey are clearly authentic. Today, I listed an item i got my hands on a while back. This was 100% authentic for I have the receipts from Supreme. As I went in, someone had commented “fake” at the bottom. Now this is quite common for those who like to troll. To my surprise, I was banned within seconds. Grailed did not take the time to review the order nor take time to look at the pictures to verify that this is indeed real. I am frustrated with the customer service as well. I have emailed them in the past with concerns and it took them a whole 2 months after sending then emails. This is no way to run a business. I have thousands of dollars worth of merchandise which I have to sell through hand because of the lack of attention Grailed gives its customers and sellers. If you want to become a seller, Id advise you not to. Not only is it a waste of time. It might also cost you sales in the future.

Not Scam Proof But a Good App. Back a couple months ago, I had used the app regularly, and bought quite a few items off of the market place when I had run into what didn’t seem to be a scam at the time, no bad reviews, several transactions and some shoes for an unbeatable price. I had messaged the seller and all was good until he told me he only took cash app which is doesn’t have scam protection. I had already paid for the item, and when the time came, seller didn’t ship, grailed had learned the transaction, sent it to PayPal and basically neither PayPal or grailed did anything to help me. Grailed just kept saying that since they had sent the money to the sellers PayPal, I had to go through PayPal to get it back. I tried for weeks to get my money back and PayPal literally told me they couldn’t do anything. So I got screwed out of my money from both businesses. Do better on anti-scam grailed.

Buyers are sketchy and customer support is comically bad. Half the buyers on the app are trying to scam you with the oldest “I never received my item” trick in the book. It’s not really Graileds fault but annoying that they just kind of let it happen. More importantly the customer support is horrible. They won’t let me sell foam runners on the app because I don’t have a picture of the interior tag. I don’t have a picture of the interior tag because they DONT have interior tags. When I sent this to customer support they asked me for detailed pictures of my item with a handwritten note to “appeal my rejection” instead of taking the 5 seconds it would take to verify my claim. Makes me wonder how much you can trust any of their “verifications”. They’re completely hostile to anyone that reaches out. It’s frustrating that I can’t even get an item listed without jumping though hoops but people can just lie and say they never got the item. Without sellers Grailed has nothing so it’s weird how they seem to be the ones targeted. Also be prepared to have someone lowball you with a $30 offer for your $120 listed item

Awful customer support. I bought a Supreme beanie over a week ago. I have sent multiple refund requests and have not been responded to for any of them. The seller said that he had already sold the item after I bought it. So because of that he cannot send me the item. So obviously I want my money back. I waited the 5 days to request a refund and I did. Then I waited the 2 days to hear back from Grailed about if my refund will be accepted. I didn't hear back so I requested again and waited another 2 days. I have yet to hear back from Grailed. I have tried DMing them on instagram and no response. The seller is constantly like "when are you gonna request a refund." And I'm constantly like "I already did like 5 days ago." And Ive been sick of emails and getting emails from bots, and there is not support number. It it impossible for me to talk to a real person and get my problem solved. This is absolutely obnoxious and I will never use Grailed again. As of writing this I have still not gotten my money back.

Scam central. I tried Grailed and someone attempted to fraudulent purchase an item from me for 1120 usd The then claimed my Paypal wasn’t allowing them to proceed with payment. They asked for my Paypal I’d. I received suspicious messages on Grailed from them then received a very convincing payment notification from Paypal saying this person had made payment. I contacted Grailed help immediately and asked if my Paypal was connected and told them I had contacted Paypal to verify the authenticity of that email. It was not generated by Paypal but was extremely convincing. What does Grailed do BAN ME Absolutely pathetic . I made it clear I was a first time seller, reached out for assistance and they ban me. Stay away unless you like giving your gear away to scammers for free

Buyer Protection not provided. Grailed states: "If Paypal Purchase Protection is unable to resolve your claim or if you’re outside the 180 day new claim period, Grailed Protection will take over. It never expires. No dispute goes unresolved." In reality, you can be sold a falsely described item and the support team will ignore your compensation claim. My dispute remains unresolved even though the seller sent me an item that wasn’t even menswear. Way too risky.

Poor moderation and customer support.. Grailed removes legitimate items you have for sale even with receipts and tags provided, after their ‘moderators’ decide the item is inauthentic (not sure how they decide this, probably some bot). They then proceed to tell you not to upload the item again or you will be banned. Poorly run site, with a greedy slice of your sale kept for their pockets.

Good, but. Generally great app but 50% of the time just tells me that there is an issue reaching grailed despite perfect connection and the app fully updated

So many fakes. Received 5 fakes in last month other orders haven’t even shipped. When contacted customer support, they don’t deal with refunds, tell you to go to Your payment provider for a refund. Be so careful buying on this app. Seems there’s no repercussions for scammers, there everywhere on here.

Cool app but... This is a great app, I’ve just started selling some stuff and it’s going nicely except there’s an error that doesn’t let me raise the price of my items, I accidentally lowered a shirt price way too low and I had to delete it so it wasn’t sold at that price.. also once you put a number on the shipping it glitches and you can never edit it.. please fix these guys I can’t really use the app anymore!

Good app. Really great app but is a bit annoying that all of the prices are in usd and there is no way to change them if you are outside of the US.

Not very responsive I suppose. I’ve been using this app quite a lot for the past couple of years and they have helped me out to be fair. The problem is that they act quick and just fine when it comes to taking 6% of whatever you sell, which is a big number, but when it comes to improving the app not so much. The latest update for instance, makes it literally, and I mean literally impossible for you to search for a specific brand through their filters. And they don’t respond to my complaints either so that’s unfortunate.

Best way to find clothes. So good, can literally find any piece if clothing you want in here, good way to keep the fashion community together, this app is a life saver, I wouldn’t have half the clothes in my wardrobe if it weren’t for this app

Good service, annoying notifications. Service works well, seeing clothes in selected brands and only at the correct sizing is great. Getting frustrated about marketing notifications every day despite turning all non-essential notifications off in settings. This shouldn’t occur.

No longer good value. I’ve had a few issues while purchasing dodgy items. Every time I’ve contacted grailed support I have never received a reply and have relied on PayPal solving my issues. Given that the platform was great at connecting sellers and buyers this was not too much of a concern. However the company has recently increased their fees with no apparent increase in value for the consumer.

Brought an different size Gucci. Unresponsive management, brought a different size of Gucci shoe and without the box which seller promise, waiting for the management reply for more than one week and get response. Won’t buy anything in grailed anymore

The best. Grailed is just the best platform out there. Love this app.

Grailed used to be good, not anymore. 1. You never had to pay a fee on items but now you you lose more than 10% through taxes and grailed fees. Lower your fees. 2. You spend 2 weeks negotiating a deal to finally come to an agreement. Then you pay immediately, and for whatever reason they don’t end up sending it. You wait 3-5 days (even extend shipping time) just to get a refund (never in full because you had to pay a fee which you don’t get back). Introduce a 3 strike option, where on the third strike, they lose their account. (Will never happened because they want as much money they can get their hands on). 3. Why is there no option to pay in other currencies? On top of the ridiculous fees if you’re not in the US you have to pay currency conversion fees on top of that, which through PayPal is absolutely ridiculous and is always way higher than the current exchange rate… way too $$$

beware !. there is so many old listings on this site, that are no longer available ! they are kept there for no reason but to deceive buyers from thinking there are heap of items for sale also there is no system in place that you can see if your messages to sellers has been read , this app needs a massive overhaul or should be deleted by apple .

Lost everything. This newest update has deleted all of my messages. Was in the middle of a transaction too. And is coming up with error when I try to contact app.

Phishing attempts commonplace. Not a fan at all. 1. I’ve had multiple messages through Grailed that are phishing scams, where a ‘buyer’ sends a message pretending to have purchased my item (along with a hyperlink to trip you up with). I’ve reported these messages to Grailed and never once received a reply — they know it’s going on through their platform and are doing NOTHING about it. 2. This app, on the Australian App Store is in USD. I hate to think about many Australian buyers are paying USD prices instead of AUD! Sneaky-af Very, very disappointed.

Hopeless app. This is a hopeless, frustrating app. It never fully loads and you’re just sitting there, waiting for items up upload. It’s better and easier to go to the Grailed website.

Customer service. Absolutely terrible app, customer service is total garbage and sometimes never even get back to you, the ios app was not working and was not giving me an option to add a tracking number and i sent multiple emails to their customer service address and i never got a reply, 1/5 rating for their whole system absolutely a joke

No inclusivity?. I loved using Heroin (the female version of Grailed) , but unfortunately it has been discontinued, because they’ve decided to merge the two apps. But on Grailed there are no options to refine your search for specifically women’s clothes, sizes, or categories??

Epic. Dude the amount of good, thrifted clothes I’ve gotten on here is insane. Highly recommend if you are looking for older pieces and even newer ones. Very nice and easy to use and sorting by low to high is good for people who (like me) are usually broke 😅

Bring back for you page. For the love of god please bring back the for you page, the layout was absolutely perfect and it was easier to browse through things. Why remove something that genuinely made the app easier to use?????

Purchased item. It has been my experience that this online app is a huge scammer. I have purchased an item here, but I haven't been notified by the seller yet and the online support is horrible. If you intend to buy something from this online app, think a lot before you make your payment because you don't have any assurance that the seller will refund your money. Please Change This!!!!. I use grailed a lot, an unhealthy amount. I’ve come to enjoy the app but also realise some of the key problems and voids that it presents. i’ve bought plenty of things and also sold. Firstly, I feel that the 6% commission rule is outdated and a more complex, fitting base rate should replace it. Secondly, buyers should be able to SEARCH their grails, making comparing similar items easy to decide on one. It feels as though i have millions of grails so this would be amazing. Furthermore, there should be a button which allows users to ‘superlike’ an item - a form of shortlisting the items which a buyer has their eye closely on. As a devout user, I’m sure these changes would be key in improving purchases, cash flow and satisfaction, as from time to time the site can seem jumbled, confusing and disorganised. P.S: Thé app also needs a note official/ efficient way of bundling items. So that if you’re buying multiple things from one seller in a combo deal, it’s recognised as that and not just paying more for one item

Broken UI. There's no back button for me on iPhone 6s... kinda pointless using the app when you have to restart it to return to your search results. I reported the issue but it's still broken in the most recent update. Come on guys...

Great community, terrible staff.. The only thing going for Grailed is it’s large and diverse community, however those that run the site do nothing but take a huge fee (double PayPals, which is actually who provides protection) while pushing no site updates, for example after all these years there isn’t even a dark mode, the most basic QOL feature. Their online authentication is a joke too, often passing fake items while deleting real ones. If you’re interested in fashion it’s an essential app, unfortunately.

worst experience i’ve ever had. First time australian user. Downloaded the app as I am more confident making purchases off an app. No where on the app did it say USD. VERY unclear, only if you SEARCH the terms can you find the prices are in USD. I was misled to make an order, unaware that I was paying almost double what i thought it was (believed it was $450AUD, paid $810AUD). Desperately trying to cancel my order as I do not want my item for this price, and receiving zero support. Incredibly unhappy.

Grailed. Really good website would recommend

Scam. Would give no stars if I could. Buyer protection from Grailed is an absolute scam. Purchased an expensive jacket which turned out to be counterfeit according to Grailed. PayPal failed to provide a refund and Grailed provided no extra service or support let alone compensation. Grailed has even resorted to ignoring my emails regarding the matter. Appalling. Do not download.

Dishonest - USD only. Nowhere on the app does it say that you are shopping in USD. You make offers and purchases, there are no prompts or disclaimers anywhere. I recently purchased sunglasses for $280 which would have been a reasonable price if in AUD. When the invoice was emailed to me, it came to be $403. Incredibly dishonest practice. The glasses I bought once converted are $20 AUD extra brand new from the supplier…

Grouse. I love the app, so easy to use and so versatile. It’s awesome for selling items and also for purchasing your grails that you can’t find anywhere! Only issue is that i’ve had so many people not reply and have had people not ship items i’ve bought, nothing against grailed, it’s just the people who use it! Amazing app, and website! EVERYONE should recommend this to people who are looking for street wear, luxury wear or vintage wear, it’s all there! Thanks for making it real!

Favourites page disappeared, currency misleading. Since the latest update the favourites page disappeared and there’s no way to find it. Please fix. Even worse is the misleading currency that only shows US$ and not AU$ Airbnb was fined in Australia for the same misleading behaviour overcharging their customers. This also needs to be fixed before the courts will decide it.

Good app. Easier to find grails

Great App. But buyers ? ... Not so much. Great app and concept for sales but the buyers are time wasters that low ball, offer and don't pay or offer ridiculous prices that would cost you out of your own pocket to ship. Back to eBay for me. Sorry guys.

Fell off. Used to be a good app with a nice mod team. Now they just decline your posts for no reason thinking items aren’t legit.. don’t reply when you ask for reasons and have implemented even more taxes for the seller to pay. UI Listing Problem. When choosing photos to use for a listing. It doesn’t allow you to click ‘done’ - disappears once photos have been chosen. How is a seller expected to sell via the application? Fix ASAP!

Place for Scammers. While there are no doubt some honest sellers in here it’s ruined by the Scammers and Grailed don’t actually help when you get ripped off. Multiple tales of payments made and goods not received with no help to resolve things.

Worst selling app ever. I’ve had items on Grailed they’ve been posted for days yet I have zero traffic, zero likes zero everything yet on any other app lots of interest for the same pieces. Everything is labelled properly. MY ADS DONT SHOW UP WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR THEM It’s like they don’t exist. Also sent many pics and tag pics of an Off-white authentic coat which was turned away for some reason as fake. When I asked customer service no response. Sent another email. No response. Don’t waste your time if you are a real seller. The app sucks. WASTE OF TIME STAY AWAY

Love & Hate. Great application. Love it. One issue I have run into around five times over my 7 years of usage. SELLERS ARE ABLE TO REFUND ANY PURCHASE. Works great but... There’s a recurring issue when viewing a listings photos and not being able to zoom back out and exit full screen veiwing, pretty much frozen. The app has to be relaunched. Super frustrating

Banned seller with 5 star feedback. The business model here is to monetize on teenagers crave for brand names knowing full well they are unable to protect themselves from scammers. Too often parents have to be involved. Grailed way of dealing with issues is to simply ban an account and claw money back through PayPal. Fads like these is a generational disease. They know it, so it’s grab and run model, effectively.

Avoid this App. Support is spotty and they dont support buyer claims. Pawn it off to Paypal and look for reasons to avoid resolving real complaints. They claim “Money back Guarantee”...but it is not true.

Favourite App. There seems to be a glitch that doesn’t allow you to delete your searches. Please, fix this.

DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!. If you buy an item from this app and the seller doesn't ship it forget about ever seeing your money again! Grailed support will just keep messing around with you and taking forever to respond until the refund period (20 days) has passed and you will not be able to get your money back. Also their customer service # leads to nowhere so that's just sketchy in itself.

Issues with filters and payment page. Sometimes there are issues with not being able to adjust search filters and same issue with payment page. The app often doesn't show me the options for search filters. Same with paying, all it will show is the pay with paypal button that doesn't work, you don't see the thing you're paying for so you just can't pay. Rest of the app is fine

Banned despite regular 5-star Feedback, terrible customer service. Had a great experience with Grailed up until my account was randomly and unfairly banned. This was due to another seller not liking how I was selling the same merchandise as him but at a fraction of the price. I was gaining more customers, so he claimed that I was using his photos, resulting in my account getting banned. Grailed customer service would not listen to anything I had to say about the matter and were unsympathetic towards the unfairness of the situation. Grailed support told me that I was permanently banned for something I did not even do. It’s saddening to see legitimate and honest accounts like mine get taken down for no reason while inauthentic accounts still run amok on Grailed. I’m incredibly disappointed with how my case was handled. If you still want to sell stuff on this flawed platform, great — but don’t expect any help from customer service when something goes wrong.

App/platform has become terrible. Use eBay/depop.. Painful as a seller/painful as a buyer this used to be the go to app for years but unfortunately with mandatory shipping labels/slow pay out times it makes it not worth it to even use anymore (I am a seller with 400+ sales)

Grailed removed my previous review. Grailed raised their fees from 6% to 9% without offering any added benefits. I see fake stuff being sold or mass produced stuff from aliexpress being sold as “one of a kind items”. Grailed also removed items I’ve listed for no reason like jewelry or pants, I’m a trusted seller with over 80 sales and 30 reviews. Grailed is terrible now and went from the best to the worst and they refuse to acknowledge it!! Update: I spoke with Grailed customer service and they’re useless they took down my listings such as bundled pants and claimed bundled items aren’t allowed on Grailed. Yet there are thousands of bundled listings it’s unfair. Same thing with the jewelry I tried listing. Save your money use eBay or Depop Grailed is garbage and unfair to both buyers and sellers! They’ve also clearly bought fake reviews just scroll down.

Hidding price. I cannot see pricing when using your ipad app. Why do i need to click on every listing to see the price. Incredibly idiotic UI. Bad app

Selling for years. This new get paid 3 days after the item has landed is a joke 300+ buys and sells 5/5 stars there is no benefit for being with grailed this long. 2016-17

Horrible customer service. Posted clothing, got “banned” they claimed clothing was fake, then 1 year later randomly unbanned and approved the clothing and let it be sold ?

Almost a scam for sellers. Carefull if you’re a sellers. Grailed only protect the buyers. If you have any problem Paypal will also protect only the buyers. Grailed will refer you to Paypal and Paypal don’t care the proofs you have in the Grailed app. So you can very easily lost your money and you will never get back your item. Moreover, Grailed ask Paypal to give to sellers the money only 3 days after delivery! So you must pay the delivery for all your customers before receiving any money. Grailed is broken!

Grailed has changed. As of August 12 2020 you will see a sharpie drop off of sellers on Grailed. They decided to change the fees they charge sellers from 6% to 9% this is in addition to fees charged by PayPal. As a seller you often are sent offers that do not consider the cost to ship with tracking. This make the profit margins that were slim next to nothing. The other issue with a percent based commission is the more the item sells more the more profit being taken. This will force sellers to platforms like Shopify/ Instagram/ depop. Why did Grailed fail? Greed built on poor infrastructure - they created a monster their code is dirty and stacked. This is the start of their end. Well it was a good run...

Great app for buying and selling!. Been using it for a couple of years now and havent had a problem yet.

Authentication process. Absolutely love the app, but the only thing I would love to see is a part of the app where you can authentic your item without having to just try and list an item and it end up being fake and your account gets banned. I’m sure lots of people who thrift and aren’t totally sure on the authenticity would love this feature without the worry of having there account terminated!

Banned for no reason !. Grailed was pretty good before it started banning people randomly for fun. i’ve had my account for 2-3 years on my computer when all of a sudden, i’ve been completely blacklisted and i’ve gotten a lifetime ban for no reason. Please fix this grailed this is awful

Full of scammers. This site is absolute garbage. I spend more time writing information about cases than I do selling/buying. There’s so many scammers that this is a complete waste of time

Poor Update. having the shipping fee added after the offer price is brutal. it used to be shipping included in the offer, now you must offer 60% of the listing price minimum and add shipping, which if you’re buying tees can be like half the listing price.. binding offers are a joke

Scammers. I was scammed on this app and the Grailed support did nothing to support me. I bought product and it just never arrived. They did not respond to my message when I first reported it and blames me for reporting the issue too late. Keep your money and avoid this app before you’re scammed like I was.

Bad first experience. Seller getting in a long chat with, calling me dude. Lost the item, cancelled the buy, found the item, asking me to buy again, then getting it off again, chatting with me putting it back, then too much shipping and cancel again. This took days and the exchange rate cost me a couple $ and time for nothing. Second buyer never answered back. Well that’s 0/2

Don't use this item. Fake and scammer in there

Banned because of sharing posts. Horrible company that contradicts itself constantly, was banned for sharing posts to generate sales (WHICH GETS GRAILED PAID) and support has been ignoring me for years, but default they made it so I had no communication with the buyers who were waiting for items prior to ban so I had a nightmare of a time rectifying several buyers assuming foul play. Grailed is a bunch of 20 something narcissistic daddy’s kids with a touch me I’ll sue attitude.

Shipping Options. I now have to click purchase just to see if a seller offers shipping to my country. Completely unnecessary change. You’ve ruined the buying experience for anyone out side of The States.

Make sellers wait for payment. Completely turned off from using this marketplace again. Make sellers wait weeks for payment. Good way to loose the people who make grailed grailed.

Trash. Doesnt work. Asks me if i was menswear womenswear or both then when i click one it just says something went wrong please try again. None of the options work. Cant skip this page to get into the app. Garbage. Nice design

To bad its getting full of knock off Products that are being sold for ridiculous amounts of money for instance there off-white shoe section is getting full of knock off brand off-white shoes and the sellers are asking thousands of dollars and yet this site doesn’t do anything about it and nor does the buyers. 💔sad☹️

Horrible. Horrible shopping experience, the worst ever. I purchased two pairs of shoes on Grailed, I didn't receive either shoes. I managed to get the refund from my first transaction, and I am still trying to get my second refund back. There was no seller protection on this app, I will never use Grailed again.

9% commission. I don’t know why they won’t listen to their sellers. You see it all over social media we aren’t happy about the fees yet they turn their back on us. How expensive is it to run a website that you need to increase commission. Selfish and greedy move

Don’t listen to these 1 star reviews. Grailed is pretty good for the buyer and seller. Getting scammed is very unlikely, and if it happens, Grailed support has gotten a lot better since these 1 star reviews have been made. It’s quite easy to make money on here selling coveted items, and it’s very easy to get good deals on items.

Annoying. Installed the app only the delete my account (you can only on IOS devices 🤡) literally impossible to log in my old account despite changing my password. Stuck in an infinite loading page.

It’s okay if you’re trying to find something specific. Grailed sucks now, there’s so many people self promoting their own garbage and using Grailed’s platform and Grailed does nothing about these self promotions. Most of the time you’re scrolling on the app, you’ll see the same listing posted again. It gets really annoying

Fees. 9% fees is ridiculous I’ve been selling on grailed for 3 years with over 500 transactions. At least implement a loyalty program. Won’t be selling on this platform anymore

Very disappointed. Ive been selling on grailed for years with no issues. Recently they added a feature to automatically charge and print a shipping label. I was okay with it at first, until i got to the post office and had to pay for another label because the package was too heavy for the grailed label provided. Heres where it gets bad.... for over 3 weeks i tried contacting grailed through the help button on the app and through the website submitting my email. No response.... I will never buy/sell on grailed again. The customer service and support is ABSOLUTELY NO-EXISTANT. Please domt waste your time on this app, any issue and you will never be able to speak with anyone rom the company/support . I wish i could rate this 0 stars because it does not deserve 1/5

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A S S. So everything about the app was what I expected it to be up until I had an issue. Someone sent me a shirt that “ arrived “ and I never got. I sent out a request for a return about two weeks ago and I have yet to get an email or anything. Like a dummy I kept using the app and yesterday I tried to get some items, when I went to check out through paypal everything went through fine up until the end. Now when I look In my purchased items tab it shows that I bought the item like 5 times which is IMPOSSIBLE on grailed. So now im negative in my account, down about 1200 bucks and with no one to talk to. Im going to have to dispute this with my bank just to get my money back. Idk if its corona virus thats messing things up but im all set on grailed for a while.

Worst selling experience. I sold a supreme Jacket on Grailed, the item pass the authentication. Waited for couple days still haven’t got my money. Then I messaged the buyer, the buyer said it’s fake. I trying explain to the buyer is not fake but the buyer wouldn’t listen, (buyer did not provide any evidences of my item is fake.) then we had an agreement that the buyer send my item back then I’ll refund the money. No argument and hard feeling or anything. Then the buyer filed a claim on PayPal and stop replying my message and did not provide me any tracking number of my item. Then the buyer got a full refund and he did not ship my item back, he did not reply any of my messages. So I contact Grailed customer what they basically told me is that they can not do anything and tell him to go contact PayPal. I feel like people can easily getting stuff on Grailed for free if they doing things this way. Disappointed.

Unwarranted Feature. Been in grailed for as long as 7 years but a lot of these updates are making it so hard to navigate through this app. The similar listings feature is so counterintuitive; I always click them thinking it’s additional photos of the listing I’m looking at when it’s not and it takes me to a whole different post. Also why does the “similar listings” area even exist when we already were on similar listings after already searching for an item??? Very redundant add on and it’s frustrating.

Great HypeBeast App. This app is amazing for people trying to resell or people trying to find anything hype. There are only a few minor problems and one major. The minor problems are only bugs, and the paypal system is slightly glitchy and sometimes doesn't work so you have to use the online website. The major issue is that there are a lot of fake shoes, accessories, bags, and clothing that are posted. It's fairly easy to pick out what is real and fake, but if you are new to purchasing designer brands and don't know what to look out for you may get scammed. There are ways around this by using a similar system to Goat or Stock X as an example, but all around amazing application.

Goober custys. All the good reviews are from buyers on this app not sellers. As a seller this app is a nightmare, charging insane fees and shipping and taking down your listings claiming I need to show their ‘authentication team’ (fakes are sold on here all the time their digital ‘authentication’ is bull ish) the original receipt in order to be able sell stuff on here. They advertise themselves as an eco friendly community that gives new life to old clothes, but this is bull ish. They are greedy and will keep raising the percents of their ‘seller fees’ which is a shake down fee they charge you after you’ve made a sale just to remind you whose website you’re selling your clothes on, and if you don’t play by their rules your account/listings are getting wacked. Grailed is the mob for hypebeasts.

This app used to be great…. Grailed used to be the best place to sell mens clothing/accessories hands down, but leadership has made some questionable choices and decided to make it basically like a higher end mercari, where sellers have to wait 3 days after a product is delivered to even get paid out, and then another 1-2 business days to transfer the money. It was enough that they raised the fees to match everyone else, but now they want to embolden scammers just like everyone else too who will chargeback before you even receive the money. You want your product back? Too bad they already have it, haha. Cmon man. Its a great app to shop designer/streetwear second hand, but its just not a great app to be a seller anymore

Buyer beware! Read fine print.. I decided to give this app a try after my son found a jersey he wanted. My first purchase and the seller never shipped my item. Grailed states they have a buyer protection guarantee, HOWEVER they still have not refunded my money after several attempts of contacting them and submitting the refund form. The seller has been of no help, and the company does not respond to my requests. They flat out stole my money and have no intention of protecting me, the buyer. So I started reading all their fine print, please people pay attention... if you check out as a ‘guest’ on PayPal and not sign on to your account then you do NOT have the buyer protection guarantee that they claim to have. This app isn’t worth the risk of weeding through the bad sellers if the company doesn’t guarantee my money back if the seller doesn’t ship. Very disappointed and will not be using again.

Awful customer service + big fees. This business model is great but the operations are terrible. No real customer service. If you get scammed they force you to take to PayPal. It’s not their problem. Meanwhile they take a cut and PayPal takes a cut and they even take a cut of the money allotted to actually shipping the item lol. You make a lot less than you always think you will. And as a final they dgaf you are in charge of personally estimating all shipping anywhere in the world. With shipping costs at an all time high you will get stuck with the bill if you under estimate it on a sale. Plus don’t forget the %% skimmed by them on shipping. eBay is a better option — just not as hype. But at least they have a global shopping program where global shipping is estimated and locked in upfront for both the buyer and the seller.

I use Grailed constantly. I love Grailed and how easy they make it to barter with and directly talk to sellers. You have to be smart and check out a seller. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. Grailed is perfect though for anyone into street wear and high fashion trying to get pieces at a huge discount. I’ve only bought on Grailed and never sold anything, and of all my purchases I’ve only had one issue with a scammer, which was quickly fixed through PayPal, and Grailed deleted the sellers account. I love this App! I get steals for days.

STAY FAR AWAY. They used to be a great platform for clothes etc...however nowadays they falsely ban and accuse of posting fake objects despite you proving you have the receipt directly from the company. Then their support team proceeds to never respond, if they do it’s weeks later and just a generic cookie cutter answer without allowing you to defend your case. The person that usually responds to Grailed support emails is named Sam and he/she will never hear you out. They take a huge cut when you sell something but yet their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I’m not just in person with a bad experience too. Ask around and people will tell you the same thing too.. they falsely ban and are never of any help. Please stay away from this platform and save your time/money.

annoying and full of scammers. i was trying to offer on two items but when I checked my phone again, i got an email saying my account was frozen, and then later it said i was banned. May I have a reason why? And will you guys allow me to offer again? will i be able to get all of my “favorite”items back? my offers were only $20-$30 lower than the price that was posted. Do you have any proof of me violating the terms and conditions? is it my paypal account? I have enough money to buy if they accept the offer. Im fully verified. I tried to make another account and buy the items but you guys banned that EXTREMELY FAST and I want an explanation because i dont have anymore emails to sign up with and im not making a new one just for grailed. maybe yall should look into giving your customers more transparency rather than shadowbanning people.

App is a joke - banned accounts for no reason. Banned account for no reason. Then don’t communicate as to why. eBay is better to sell and buy on. They have false advertising for “Grailed protection” which means nothing at all. Purchased two separate items and both turned out to be fake. Their supposed “Grailed protection” did nothing - just some customer service idiot that directed me to go through PayPal anyway to resolve which they claim to restrict going off site to PayPal directly anyway 😂😂😂. Absolutely joke customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Grailed takes too much of your money!. This platform is a joke, it is too expensive. As an example, I recently sold an item for 40$ and Grailed kept 7$, which is around 16% of the sale. They even charge the buyer an additional fee. Even though my item was listed and sold for 40$, they charged the buyer 43$. On top of that I have to pay for my own shipping cost. So, for a sale worth over 43$ total, the seller (me) only received 34$. Is this fair? I don't think it is. It is not always worth it in the end. Companies and platforms like this should be supporting the second hand market and making it easy for us to buy and sell used fashion that is in great condition. Grailed should not be squeezing its users with hidden fees.

Use other apps. Poor customer service.. I heard about this app and decided to use it to sell some of my shoe collection. I tried listing a pair of shoes but they took it down and got two emails. One email said I was being warned for selling fake shoes and that they are taking it down. Then got another email saying my listing was being taken down due to not enough pictures. THE SHOES ARE LEGIT AND HAVE THE RECEIPT WHERE I BOUGHT THEM FROM. I emailed support and asked them what deal was because I got two emails and didn’t know what was going on. Told them I got two emails and send them my listing. Got a reply back 6 days later saying the moderator decided to take down my listing because of my photos and info provided. THAT WAS IT OF THE RESPONSE. If you want to sell shoes use Goat, Stockx, or something else. Don’t waist your time with this app.

Unbelievable. Beware! This is super unprofessional. Over a month ago I purchased some shoes on this app and I never received the. The app says that if the merchant doesn’t drop the item off in 7 days then it’s automatically refunded..didn’t happen. Then I made a dispute which is pretty much impossible you just have to email them there is a customer service number that just says, “you reached trailed, email us, goodbye.” So after many emails I got one response asking a little bit more about the purchase then no response. I’ve made several emails now and still nothing. Grailed has completely allowed someone one the site to scam me and they did not live up to their money back garuntee or buyer protection. I’ll never use this app again. Beware! People can take your money on here

If you get trolled or scammed the customer service will not help you one bit. I posted an authentic supreme bogo the other day and of course there are trolls out there that do this sort of stuff like comment “fake” etc. Grailed staff sees that and immediately assumes its fake, it got taken down so i tried again and it immediately got taken down for no reason. I contacted the support team but it has been 3 weeks and no respond. I tried a couple days later and it got taken down again and my account was “frozen” meaning banned. I contacted there support team for help AGAIN and still no response to this day. Just know that the customer service on this app is one of the worst in my opinion. It is basically a free for all with Grailed siding with trolls so just watch out and be safe using grailed.

I really dig the concept, but the App still needs help.. No way to go back without losing preferences. Same problem everytime I open the app. 50% of the time at checkout, the app freezes up before I can pay and move forward to PayPal. Please streamline this thing because your concept is brilliant and could be MASSIVE, but these little tweaks are killing you. I have two friends that deleted the app and went back to Ebay and Gilt, specifically because of the wonky/poor platform. If it were me, I’d like to know if my customers are going awol. Cheers Tyler

BE CAREFUL - THEY’LL DELETE YOUR STORE NO WARNING. I sold on grailed since 2016- never had an issue - never had a less than 5 star review. Randomly they delete my account. It then takes them multiple days to email me to clarify what happened. All they clarified in the email was that they found something they considered fraudulent. I have no idea what they’re talking about, and they won’t respond. Here I am trying to be professional and run a legitimate business, and an app says i’m being ‘fraudulent’. Super funny because I was literally emailing the grailed authentication team at the same time checking on a pair of rick owens pants that I had already authenticated through grailed twice. That’s another thing. If people are mad about your pricing they will report your item and the automatic system will flag and pull the item. I had a pair of pants authenticated 3 times by your grailed team and then taken down because people were mad I didn’t want to sell them cheap. to sum up- WASTE OF TIME because GRAILED DOESNT CARE AND WILL IGNORE YOU YOU ARE GARBAGE AND NOT HUMAN IF YOU RECEIVE A BAN FOR ANY REASON THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU YOU CAN WASTE HOURS AND DAYS OF YOUR LIFE TO HAVE IT DELETED THEY WILL IGNORE YOU FOR WEEKS LIKE YOU'RE AN UGLY EX I DID NOTHING WRONG - THEY CANT EVEN GIVE ME A SPECIFIC REASON

Unauthentic and Poor Customer Service. Grailed advertises as a marketplace for legit sellers with higher standards, trust, and “protection”. However, when I purchased a sweatshirt, it came 2 months late, the seller deleted their account in the meantime - and I had no way of contacting them. Customer service did not respond about tracking information until the sweatshirt came in the mail. The sweatshirt itself was an atrocity two sizes too small with vinyl hanging off the front and made out of the cheapest polyester with no brand or tags. Grailed Customer service said you can try to resell it to someone else on the app but there’s nothing they can do to help me further. Basically, one of the biggest scams I’ve fallen into, would have more trust working with Mercari honestly.

Buyer Guarantee is bogus! No help when I got scammed for $200!. I bought a $200 sweater on Grailed. The seller’s account was frozen the next day and they put an obviously fake tracking number and never sent the item. I emailed Grailed immediately and put in a claim with PayPal. PayPal denied my claim because of the fake tracking number (which said the item had been delivered the day BEFORE I even ordered it!). Despite their “Buyer guarantee” Grailed did very little to help me and just stopped responding completely. I finally had to spend an hour on the phone with my bank and another hour chatting with PayPal to finally get the charge reversed. Do NOT buy anything expensive on Grailed. It’s sooooo incredibly easy to perpetrate a scam and once PayPal (unfairly) decided against my case, Grailed stopped helping me altogether.

Does not help seller if there’s a problem. I had sold many items here. 5 star rating on all sales and buys. Then on one sale, post office would not accept the shipping label grailed provided. I had to pay for shipping out of pocket, gave buyer the tracking number via messages with explanation. P.O. Briefly lost package before delivering so it took a while. Buyer reported me for non shipment. Grailed suspended my account then deleted it. And took the money back for sale a refunded buyer. So not only did I lose the money for a brand new Tom Ford item, but the buyer got his money back AND RECIEVED THE ITEM. Grailed would not listen or acknowledge that I had given buyer the tracking number. They wouldn’t check the messages to verify. Customer service was so unprofessional and difficult. Especially when I had perfect rating and had never had a problem with any sale

Got Scammed by multiple sellers. I downloaded this app to buy used and vintage clothing. I made multiple purchases within a 2 day period, they allow the seller 5 days to ship before asking for a refund. I had one seller provide me with tracking number but never sent the package. I had one tell me they couldn’t find the product. I had one that never sent the package or anything just took my money. And the other 2 mislabeled their products. One guy said he was selling a supreme hat but when it got here it wasn’t supreme. They did nothing to help get my money back but direct me to PayPal which requires proof that something nefarious happened but all I had to give PayPal was me messaging the sellers and Grailed about getting a refund. I also made 1 purchase and the shoes I bought turned out to be fake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because even StockX messes up.

Seller Fees. It’s frustrating when you finally make a sale, then check PayPal to see that grailed took a pretty fat chunk out of your earnings. With your site being as popular as it is, I don’t see how it’s fair for you to take such a “generous” percentage out of your customers’ sales. The app is filled with kids who focus on making a quick steal rather than people who can pay the respected price. It’s hard to get a fair deal out of top grade designer items from this app as is, taking out 9 percent after finally making a sale makes it that much worse.

Size filter and Shipping. Specifically for pants. It only allows you to save waist size for filtering, and not inseam. Even when you search for your size inseam, the VAST majority of the search results are not the right length, and the only way to see the size most of the time is to click into the item. VERY frustrating. If they would fix the size filters, this would be a 5-star app. Also, be wary of shipping. Found several items that were over $25 shipping. It is a way for the seller to “sell you the item for $5,” but still get $20 out of you because shipping is really only costing the seller less that $10 in the US. It’s a bait-and-switch to an extent. Prices listed should show total cost, not $5 when you really pay more than $30 at times.

Awful app, awful service. I’ve ordered a pair of shoes from a seller who was reasonable with price and everything else. After I ordered the shoes, I checked 2 days later for a shipping confirmation and a tracking # and nothing was there. I messaged the dude asking why haven’t my shoes shipped and he said because he has to wait 21 days for the money to come through. I asked if I have to wait 21 days for my shoes and he said yes. Now I’m trying to get a refund because he hasn’t shipped the shoes, nor has he even received my money. The company running this business is no help either with their auto replies. This app is complete and utter trash and don’t trust this type of app. It’s a “safer ad better” eBay for hypebeasts and collectors.” I’m done and just sticking to stock x and goat. Goodbye

Authentication system is busted. I have sold a few items before on this platform and made a decent profit until a scammer robbed me of about $1k worth of shoes. Realizing it was my own fault, I decided to take a break from Grailed. I just recently started to try listing some items again until they removed my listing for a pair of shoes, calling them “fake” and threatened to ban my account. They’re definitely not fake, as I’ve had them vetted by StockX and consignment shops prior. As a result, I will no longer be using the services of “Grailed” for selling shoes, or any good for that matter, until they explain to me how my shoes were fake and until they get a better authentication system.

Banned for selling “Fakes”. Grailed is a great app to sell from hands down one of my favorite selling apps to sell clothing off of . But recently my account was banned for selling “counterfeit” items which was bs because the shoes we’re not even fake I have all great reviews but I’m accused of selling fake items which isn’t true. I matched them up with shoes that came from Nike and everything checked out. But of course Grailed has a zero tolerance for “counterfeit items” . On top of that the shoes were “staff picked” as well . Which is even more bs because my account shouldn’t be banned.

Bought an item that looks nothing like the picture and Grailed’s solution is I have to resell it. So I bought an item off Grailed and upon receiving it, the item looks nothing like the pictures the seller had posted (completely different color, different fading, different level of worn out). When I brought this up to Grailed and even attached photos for proof, one of their agents (Emily) reached out after a day and basically did nothing. Her solution was that I could re-list the item and hope to sell it to someone else. In this way, they keep you on their platform while not taking any action against the seller, thereby encouraging and validating a toxic and dishonest selling environment. Whatever “purchase protection guarantee” they say you have is a lie!

Best place to buy or sell hyped items. Grailed is way better than any other site I’ve used to resell or buy hyped items. Everything feels better and there’s a smaller chance to get scammed. Everyone is understanding, buyers and sellers, sometimes you will find people who want an over exaggerated price for an item, but with time and patience you can for sure find an item for the right price. It’s a little complicated to get a hang of everything but you learn quick. Overall it’s a great site, and to me in some instances better than other options like eBay.

NO SUPPORT/BEWARE OF FAKES. Grailed is a great app for vintage used designer deals but they will leave you hanging after they get your money, HORRIBLE SUPPORT and TRICKY verification process of items, mostly nonexistent support, they respond with automated messages and never follow up on most support issues. NEVER. I bought about 20 items costing thousands $$. When I tried to resell them by clicking RELIST, grailed removed the half of the listings saying they were fake replicas. Some items I paid $900 so I lost literally thousands of dollars and magically grailed knew they were fake only after I bought them on grailed and tried to resell them on grailed. I’ve contacted support numerous times for various issues and they NEVER respond always automated messages. Only spend money on this app if you can afford to lose it or go thru PayPal for issues.

Mixed Review??. I love grailed. it’s been my favorite hub for streetwear and staying in touch with trends for 5 years now. i’ve had problems in the past with past accounts. When i would list an item & if i were reported by other users; grailed permanently banned those accounts. i’ve had to make different emails and paypal’s for a few years now, just to buy clothes. i’ve also reached out to grailed support and have received 0 support and no possible way to unlock those accounts? i’d love to have better communication with the platform, but i love the service, nonetheless.

Great app. Not too great community.. Honestly I do love this app and the idea behind it to sell and buy all fashion hype and some under rated pieces. But man so many scammers, 12 year olds that don’t know how to use PayPal and make business. I know this is more of a personal experience but I do feel for sure a better check should be done, had too many people wanna “buy” my stuff outside the app, which would get me in massive trouble. Another little minor thing imo, I think the shipping function could be improved, ie more calculated shipping for certain items and shipping items international so I don’t end up paying more shipping than I got covered by the app. I do understand this is still an evolving app so I do have hope these changes might come overtime.

Beware of Chinese Sellers selling Fakes. I am absolutely disappointed with the grailed team for letting these type of sellers continue to sell on this website after providing a huge amount of evidence that they’ve sold fakes. How do you let these sellers remove the reviews of the fake items they have sold. These should not be allowed to be removed so that other buyers would know to be careful of these sellers. Fix your protection standards. PayPal protection is useless you still have to send the item back to the seller if you want a refund. This can be expensive when the seller sets up a return address in China and you have to pay international shipping costs and customs fees. Never trusting grailed again after this.

Better than other clothing apps. A wonderful app for buying and selling clothes, however not what it used to be. The app could make some changes to engage more consumers; leading to more sales. One idea that could help is a range from days, weeks, and month(s) that could be integrated into a filter for trending and most popular. The downfall of looking at most popular is going through accounts that haven’t been used in years. Perhaps, if implemented we can see what’s actually trending in a closer time frame and could lead to capital for both parties.

BEWARE OF GRAILED!!!. So I used to love grailed until I realized they’re running a buisness that doesn’t value their consumers. For buyers- beware as they mark thing as authentic which isn’t always true. A few years ago I bought some shoes off of this website for $425 with graileds “authentication guarantee” stamp on the listing. A year later I go back to post the same listing, with the same pictures bio and everything and it got flagged as inauthentic. How is it inauthentic when I’m selling it but not when I bought it. For sellers-beware as their fees are crazy I haven’t sold in atleast 8 months so I can’t give the most up to date information but when I did I vividly remember them taking almost 45%. Like how does a $22 sale come out to $12 I get it some fees but I’ve heard of them taking hundreds from bigger orders.

Buyer/Seller Protection Doesn't Work!. I used Grailed for about a year both buying and selling perfectly fine until a buyer attempted to refund an item they claimed was fraudulent. I fought the buyer in the PayPal case, presented my evidence, and won the case outright. I was then informed that even though I had won my PayPal case proving that my item was legitimate, the buyer's account would be unsuspended and my account would remain permanently banned. After emailing, DM'ing, and in many ways trying to contact Grailed support as I do like this platform, I was only ever given copy and pasted responses about how my item was not legitimate. Never once do I believe I was contacted by any actual member of support staff, just a bot who looked up my account information and responded accordingly. There's no point in using the platform if any user can claim the item is fake and quite literally get you banned for it! On top of that Grailed support made NO effort to solve any of these problems in the slightest. Disappointed more than anything but frustrated that my main means of acquiring pieces is now gone. Use at your own risk and be aware that at the drop of a hat your account could be terminated on false grounds even after proving your innocence!

Just A Suggestion. Hello, I just wanted to say that I do love Grailed and many of my friends do as well. For many if my friends that are into style and fashion, we view Grailed as another social media platform. If I could pitch in a request to make this app more user friendly would be a group messaging feature where we can send each other listings and engage as a community! Maybe you will read this, maybe not, but I just wanted to take the time to express this. Thank you!

Great app for snagging high end clothes. I’ve only just made my second purchase via Grailed. I haven’t received my latest purchase yet so, I can’t comment on that transaction until I receive it but my first transaction was perfect. Seller communicated very well and had good and accurate photos/descriptions of the item. Transaction went off without a hitch. So far in my limited use I like the rating system for sellers as with other selling sites, it gives you confidence when dealing online. Let’s hope my second transaction goes as well as my first.

Used to be Good, Terrible for Sellers. Used to be a great app. Besides the fact they constantly raise the commission fees, they have absolutely de incentivized selling. First, they changed to to waiting to get paid THREE days after your items delivered. Insane. Why, as a seller, should a customer get my item for three days before I’m paid out? Now, they changed it so after three days it’s released to your bank and you wait an additional 3-5 days to get paid. This means, that in total you have to wait about a week to get paid AFTER DELIVERY. Mind you this doesn’t include delivery time. International shipping? Forget about it. You’ll be waiting for weeks or a month to get paid. They offer no insurance on their grailed labels and to make matters worse, the labels they provide don’t even cover poly packs. So let’s cover 1) they take huge commission 2) your item will take a week to pay out AFTER delivery 3) even though they provide you with a label, you’ll have to pay for poly packaging or boxes 4) they offer literally zero customer support 5) if someone international wants your item and you don’t want to wait 6 weeks to get paid and try doing it offline they threaten to ban you. They are only in biz bc they have no competitors.

Very flawed all together. The entire app is all over the place. Have spent about 2 months listing there now after selling 4000+ items on other platforms and only got my first “offer” last night and no sales at all. They hide shipping costs in the offers so that the seller has to pay for it in the end. The automatic pricing system brings pricing down way too fast and makes it appear that all you have to offer is suspiciously cheap junk. I don’t understand how this is a popular platform for resale. It seems like they created it initially 3-4 years ago and haven’t done anything to play on the same field as superior resale platforms. It’s not sustainable in my professional opinion and will be removing all my listings. Don’t waste your time

App review not company review. Grailed offers a nice service to buy and sell clothes with all the pros and cons you’d expect from that type of website. The iPhone app however has some bugs and glitches that can be quite annoying. After a bit of browsing listing will stop loading and only show white pictures. The app also crashes fairly often especially when filtering through items. Just small glitches but can be frustrating when you open a listing and the app crashes leaving you unable to find the listing when you reopen the app.

Disrespectful to loyal sellers and buyers. To anyone who even uses grailed anymore; I have been a member of grailed the last 5 years (5 star rated seller with 100+ sales) and I have slowly seen its demise take place over the last 2-3 years. Grailed hires moderators who "authenticate" items MOST OFTEN INCORRECTLY, and the site is riddled with fakes that their ill-trained moderators can not even point out. Now, on the other hand, moderators actually prevent legit items from being posted because they're trying to overcompensate for allowing fakes being sold on the site. Absolutely terrible support staff on this app. After continuous fee increases and a strong loss of overall monthly users, this app is about ready for the garbage bin on my phone.

Great for the most part. All is good and i’ve made a bunch of money except for the money needed for shipping. When you list a item with your amount you want, below it is the shipping policy and says how much money it costs for each country (not completely accurate). This is fine for the most part but it doesn’t say anywhere that the money for shipping will be included in your amount you want. So for example: If you listed a pair of shoes for $150 and your from the US and somebody from across the ocean buys it, they will NOT pay for shipping. You have to use the 150 you made to ship this and there is no extra payment the customer makes. I’m saying this just to let you guys know in advance

Customer service access // anti-Semitic. It’s been made impossible on the app to contact customer service. It’s also not appreciated receiving products in my feed from a publicly outspoken and well known anti-Semitic in the Grailed app. I stopped showing interest in (Kenya West) products and it’s a complete insult that Grailed would normalize and offer to sell a publicly outspoken anti-Semitic’s clothing to me even after I showed no interest towards this particular anti-Semitic. The app user should be allowed to block certain names and brands from there shopping feed to allow the user to have the best experiences possible. Grailed app makes money off of brands who promote hate speech towards Jews, but that doesn’t mean the user should be forced to support it all the same.

Great system but app still needs work. I’ve been using Grailed since its beta, and I continue to use it presently as both a buyer and seller. It’s an amazing platform that’s brought together a community for a seemingly niche hobby. Since the newly updated UI, however, I’ve noticed a couple issues that I haven’t been able to personally find solutions to: - After clicking on an item on any section (feed and “me”), I haven’t seen a back button to go back. I’ve also tried scrolling to the right and re-tapping the desired section with no luck. This is highly inconvenient since I have to restart my app just to continue browsing - I can’t seem to save any filters. When I try, my app crashes. Normally, I’d go on the computer, but on both Windows and OS X; and Firefox or Chrome (vanilla), my screen slightly fades with no pop up box to save my filters now While I still continue to browse the platform, it’s much harder with the UI update. It also physically prevents me from checking as much as I did, which is especially cumbersome when I have a free minute to browse at work. If there’s any solution I don’t know about or fix to these problems, I definitely look forward to hearing/seeing it.

Very stupid design. App tells you that you’re on a new device when you haven’t changed anything, then tells you to verify your email when their email bot doesn’t even work so you never get an email and can’t make an offer. Also someone thought it was a great idea to not make a cart that’s separate from favorites. So now every time I want to come back to the page of the item (which I’m forced to do because your system doesn’t work right) I’m forced to scroll through my list of favorites to get back to the item I want. Yeah, pretty sure I’m going to subtly ask every seller if they’re selling on another platform to make sure you guys don’t get another dime for your time wasting, lazy, useless abysmal app.

Grailed will Steal Your Money. Grailed customer service is useless. I had an item purchased from me in which their system did not charge the buyer for shipping - so, naturally, I email customer service when I catch the error. They tell me to refund the buyer and ask them to buy it again with shipping figured into the item’s price because GRAILED’s system didn’t work properly. The thing is, I’ve already shipped the item (I like to send things within 24 hours as a seller - most buyers would appreciate this). I tell customer service this and ask to be credited for the $8 shipping, since they take commission on every sale and I’ve done everything by the book. They refuse and tell me to refund the buyer again. Sellers beware - customer service very much DOES NOT have your back.

Worst selling platform. I'm primarily a seller. 5-star rated on my other selling apps and wanted to try Grailed. Grailed is definitely my slowest one. But that’s not really my issue with App. I’ve had such a bad experience with this app! I sold a brand new with tags Zara coat on Grailed, when the buyer received the item and leaving a 1 star rating as "the item is used and item not describe" I can’t believe what the buyer said! Being linked with PayPal for transaction, means the buyer has protection for buying. Which also comes with them being able to charge back on anytime they want, even it’s been over 10days. Meaning the seller losing the sale, and the item, even with proof of pictures. even with pictures of the receipt, order numbers, and anything to prove it's legitimacy.

Customer support is not good at all. Oh where do I begin. I tried to purchase Birkenstocks about a month ago and I got frozen. I made an appeal and didnt hear from them. I made another account and just tried shopping in general and I got frozen AGAIN FOR NO REASON. I made another appeal and still nothing. And now, I have two orders placed, 5 binding offers made and I tried to buy a shirt and my account got FROZEN AGAIN. I made an appeal since I really want the items i sent an offer to and I have two orders placed, but knowing their customer support and can kiss all those items goodbye. I do not recommend this app and I will not recommend it to my friends or anyone that asks. I literally am trying to spend money on the app but it simply is not letting me and falsely freezing my account with no excuse whatsoever.
