Invaluable Tool. The Mercy medical system as a whole along with this excellent personal information and connection tool My Mercy are a patient / consumers delight. It provides you with all pertinent medical information from your visits, tests, appointments, staff, locations, etc.; and very importantly it provides message communications to and from your specific providers without playing phone tag. This service would cost dearly in the cable tv and media world. I can’t say thank you enough to the brilliance of the Mercy system. I am just a grateful patient with lots of years under other medical systems… I am not an employee!

Everything I need to manage my healthcare.. I don’t often write a review, but after using this app for a while I had to. Having access to my medical records with a touch of a button has been very helpful. I can see all my labs and I don’t have to wait around for the nurse to call with results. I can schedule appointments on here too. I have even been able to email back and forth with my doctor, nurses and office staff in this app. This seems to be a very effective way to communicate, possibly better. I can reach out, go about my day and get notified through the app when they get back to me. No more waiting on hold with the office only for them to tell me a nurse will call me later.

What happened to my app cannot use it.. I have had this app since you put it on Apple to download. Now all of the sudden when I’m trying to use My Mercy app I am asked if I want to stay or continue now I can’t USE My Mercy app because when you click stay nothing happens for my MERCY APP! If you click continue it goes directly to CVS my chart app which has never had my MERCY information shared with their app With nothing in it No Updates No information transferred over. Not only that but I have been going to CVS for 2 years it hasn’t updated showing my visits my medication my test results my shots for the flu and the list goes on. I stopped using CVS My Chart app because it doesn’t work. Not only do I have to report this to Mercy my DR but I also have to let you know what has happened. I noticed the new app you guys updated was just like CVS my chart so I was pleased. I also don’t see CVS my chart app having Mercy on the list that use to be on there. So if you parted your ways with CVS please give me back my app to use here.

It Saves Time; You Can Keep Your Records At Your Fingertips. Sometimes you save a little time; sometimes you save a lot of time by using this app to check in before you arrive. It’s also great to be able to e-mail your doctors and nurses to ask small questions. Having your medical records close at hand is a great thing, too. I wish someone would fix a glitch in the app, though: in the e-check-in, there are a few questions that you always have to answer (about Medicare and whether your doctor’s appointment is because of an injury and so forth— you have to answer these EVERY time you check in). But the app will NEVER take your answer choices until you’ve tried to submit your answer about a dozen times. It is maddening. You choose the answer you want, then you submit the page, and the answer shows blank again. It happens over and over until something magical convinces the app to keep the answer you want, and you can move on to the NEXT answer the app has refused to record. Would someone please fix this problem?

Messaging service is a joke. I had this app on my phone for a while I recently went to go in Mercy Health urgent care when I needed a Covid test for travel. The plus side was the results were loaded to my app no problem but when I was double billed for the testAre used the messaging portion of this app to try to reach out to the billing department when submitting a message on November 26 the app tells you it will take up to 48 hours on December 1 I still have not been responded to a message again to which I have still never been responded to on December 4 does he have does have some aspects that I like I have to give it a poor review because being able to manage problems in billing he would think would be another large part of the app platform otherwise just remove it from the app if it doesn’t work. or am I just being avoided hoping that I’ll just give up and pay the bill.

Room for improvement. So I got a call today to schedule an MRI. The caller seemed disinterested and just reading from a script. I was determined not to carry the dialogue so there were several moments of uncomfortable silence. A personality on her part would have been appreciated. She has the answers, take the lead in the conversation. I must tell you that I sense too many disconnects in the Mercy System. For example, when was your last Colonoscopy? Shouldn’t you have that info pulled up? I can’t remember exactly. Are you allergic to blah, blah, Again shouldn’t you have my info pulled up? I may remember and I may not…I’m old and forgetful, but you have access to my info given when my memory was much better. I have an excellent Doctor in the Mercy system…info is all there. Something seems to be lost when you’re passed from Doctor to Doctor without thorough study of medical records. I know it’s not easy, but it’s important.

A great hospital system with a good app that goes with it. Mercy Hospital, is a great hospital system that is very up-to-date, and modern. I have been dealing with the staff at the hospital and the doctors and their clinics for the last probably 30 years. With that being said in 2012 I had some health issues that they were great with helping me to be healed. Also in 2017 I had some more health issues with deals with a very terrible word, that I don’t like it’s that word you know the C word cancer is a very scary disease and Mercy was very helpful to me when they found the tumor that I had. Furthermore they have been very helpful with billing issues, and financial issues. That I have struggled with with that being said I give them a AAA+++++ plus Rating and highly recommend this hospital system to anybody looking for good doctors nurses and staff very friendly and courteous people. Thank you all the doctors nurses and staff for all your help.

Mercy Health Care. I am not enjoying answering the same questions over and over. You need to add options to your app! Three times I’ve told you I don’t want to change my appointment. stop offering me new times. Give me the option to say don’t contact me again I’m keeping my existing appointment. I shouldn’t have to do that. Once I say, keep the appointment you should be able to figure that out that I don’t want to change it. Especially when I said it with a live person. You can also stop sending me reminders through the app, plus calling me and sending me letters about test that I’m not going to have. Remember it’s my choice because it’s my body. There are limits you should honor. It’s not about your revenue streams. It’s about me living my life to the fullest without as much medication as I can

Doesn’t work anymore. Ever since the last update FOUR MONTHS ago, I can’t login. Keeps saying unexpected error. Thought it was just me but nearly every review since has the same problem. Fix please, I explicitly wanted the app so I don’t have to fuss with logging in on the web (because trying to use web on mobile interface - not the app - is a nightmare) on my computer every time I need to check something. Also, I keep getting notifications for the same dang thing. It keeps sending me messages and clogging up my email with emails about how they updated the website. STOP. I know! In fact, I’m mad you did! I don’t need 2 emails a week telling me how excited you are for this new interface that doesn’t work!!!!

Love the app. I love the app it’s doctor Bumberry I have the problem with. It’s the fact that one of the side effects of Flexeril is death and that flexeril doesn’t effect the area where the pain starts that makes me want xanaflex that I had experience with years ago that I want. I received a letter from Bumberry online that said I’m out of her care but she would continue to supply one more month of medicine so I’m within that month asking for one prescription for Xanaflex 6mg two tablets by mouth every 8hours as needed not to exceed 36 mg in 24 hours

She Cares and I thank you. I am a patient of Stephanie Vogel via Dr. Hardy-Huff. I love Stephanie because she hear me. I have multiple physical complaints and she’s able to help me even for complaints that may not be in her area. She makes suggestions as to what I may need to do or who I may need to see and she does not realize how much I appreciate her care. Thank you Stephanie and Dr. Hardy because I do realize they work as a team to help me to get better.

Nice to be able to check appointment times, etc.. I’m 73 and scatterbrained. It’s been a year since my last wellness check. My appointment card has been lost for Heaven knows how long. It was nice to be able to look up appointment information online (I did remember it was sometime in April) without bothering a busy receptionist with a phone call. It was also helpful to be able to fill out some information needed for the appointment.

My Mercy. This app is a godsend . At one time I missed appointments, or arrived late because I was forever lost but now I share this app with my husband. The maps give us reliable directions so between the two of us, I am usually at the correct place, on time. I like having access to lab and test results. I thinks it’s really important for people to keep track of the trends in their labs. Positive results are like rewards for a person’s hard work

Much Improved Website. Two years ago I voiced complaints regarding the navigation of the Mercy website. Since then (not because of me as the only measure) the website has improved so that I no longer have re-enter my credit card info every time I made a payment. What’s more it is very easy to contact my physician through messaging or to request refills. I rarely have to “drill down” more than twice to reach the info I need. Nice work folks: you have set the bar high.

ER and More. Unfortunately I had 3 visits to the ER (2 in Springdale and 1 in Rogers) and 3 days in the Rogers hospital. As one issue was addressed, another appeared. The ER nurses explained what they were doing and what was likely to happen next . The ER Dr. explained what needed to be done to address the 3rd issue and when I was admitted to the hospital the Hospitalist and her team were attentive to all of my needs, answered all my questions and were very thorough in explaining the situation. I do not recommend kidney stones or a blood infection, but I highly recommend these facilities.

Mercy People that Really Care for You. It seems the only way I can get to Mercy Hospital is in the ambulance. Next stop is with the ER people and they have been fantastic. I’m lucky I’ve never been in a life threatening situation in Arkansas. In 2005 I was on vacation in San Diego and I had a heart attack ending with me getting aTriple bypass. I returned a week later and a Mercy heart doctor took me in and kept me healthy. On each occasion I have been treated with professional care by all to ensure I was comfortable. The EMTs in the Ambulances 🚑 and doctors and nurses in ER all rushed to my side to do whatever to keep alive. These people are priceless and God Bless Them.🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

My PA, Destiny &Physcian, Dr Kennedy (female). I can’t express my gratitude for their care! Destiny is amazing!! I feel calm and reassured every time I see her! She actually KNOWS me! (Or at least I feel like this!) I never feel she is in a rush, she discusses everything I have questions concerning and ensures I have understood what the plan involves! I’ve moved about every 2-3 years so I’ve had to change doctors. This type of care is not something you have available everywhere and I truly feel they’re a great team & extremely supportive. I’m blessed to have them working with me!!

You need better options. A little disappointed in the way app operates. Had a long detailed message to my Doctor & it disappeared! I did not close anything out. I tried unsuccessfully to find it, even backtracking. I didn’t delete it. And nothing. The pop up screen still shows it’s there, asking me if I want to delete my message. No, I don’t want to delete so I click no but it doesn’t show me where my almost written message is. There needs to be an easier solution. Not enough flexibility on this app to make more choices. Meanwhile, my unfinished message is somewhere in MyMercy.

MyMercy. I LOVE this app! I love I can leave a message for my doctor, order refills or new scripts for meds with no refills, look at results myself of tests done, keep my meds list up to date, let my doctor know if there is an error in my record, make an appointment, keep track of all my appointments with differentMercy doctors in one place, find info I need available on my phone or copy of a test result for a non-Mercy dr. while seeing them, keep track of inoculations… makes the medical side of life so much easier! Thank you!

Needs much improvement. Great concept but more attention should go into testing before it’s released. Tons of bugs!!! Drugs have dropped off my list MULTIPLE times, can’t request refills on 1/2 my meds, get notified about new test results that I’ve already reviewed 1/2 dozen times or that I have a test pending that was completed a year ago. I get more accomplished with my paper records and it’s at least accurate. I do like being able to see my test results and talk to my doctor in between appointments, but it’s limited to the short amount of time the doctor has to offer and whether they are capable of communicating well. And out of a dozen doctors, that’s 2. Nice to have, but it’s not reliable enough for me.

Good app, but confusing some times. So I love the app, being able to check on upcoming appointments, deal with billing statements and payment, having phone numbers and addresses with suite numbers, all of it. Only really have one problem, and one suggestion. Problem: I often get notifications that I have a new message/billing letter. I open the app, click on the alerts and see an old (but not yet due) statement amount and a line saying the other message is only viewable on the website. Seems silly I can’t check it on the app, but whatever. Go to the website, check message, and only message listed is regarding the bill due a week from “now.” If the notification is truly just a payment reminder, just say “payment reminder: bill due in 7 days.” Would save concern that some important note is being missed. Unrelated suggestion: my app icon lives on my home screen. If there should be an emergency, it would be handy if the app would either list primary doctor and/or favored hospital on the app welcome screen without needing to log in. Also, if there is any way to add that info to the the phone lock screen that’d also be handy. Tricky to do, but handy if possible.

No FaceID. So with this new update they took away Face ID. I love that feature because I have too many passwords! Now I’m going to have to figure out which password I put on this account. It’s dumb. You had it before, why not keep it? I also don’t like how you can’t schedule appointments on the app anymore. That is so much easier than having to call and schedule. I work retail. It was nice to be able to make an appointment at 8:00 PM. Now I have to remember to call on my day off, assuming it’s not the weekend, and change/make appointments. I wish it was easier to see who my doctors are too. I have to go through several hoops to try to find the phone number of a particular doctor, or even their full name.

New Design Filled with Fluff. The new design of the app is horrible and filled with “fluff” that takes up too much real estate resulting in having to scroll for what seems like forever to get to more important components such as billing. Not everyone needs to see “Register for my delivery” as not everyone is expecting a baby. How does this affect those who are unable to have children or recently lost a little one? Who were your end to end test users?! Roll this back and carefully consider ALL possible end users of this app. Modify the Menu component to have collapsible groups with a collapsed state being default. Add a separate Billing component to the landing page with the Visits, Messages, Medications, etc. Remove the news feed. This is not a social media app and doesn’t need a news feed. Remember that simple is better.

Mercy’s App is almost good. First the app works alright for the most part. However the pre checkin feature does not carry over to some of their Epic system, so if your doctor uses the Epic system and you pre checkin you will still need to do the whole process again. The other annoying that is that not all there billing goes through this app. Most of your bills will, but then you will get a paper bill in the mail. It is hard to know if you need to pay this bill or not. That means calling them which is a crap shoot, if you call them 3 times you will get 3 different answers. What I do like is that I can see all my future and past visits. I also really like that I can see all of my tests.

Billing is a mess. For the SECOND time: I get a “mystery bill” from Mercy threatening collections! $114 bill, I pay $35, insurance pays $79, balance is… $126?!? In the first instance (2022) they said I owed $201 and while they “reviewed” (30-days) the bill, they went ahead and sent it to collections. To keep it from impacting my credit I went ahead and paid the bill. It STILL showed up on my credit score! 6-months later they refunded me $131 + $70 but made no error statement to the credit companies. Now, same exact scenario with a $126 of unknown origin. Another 30-day review, another threat for collections. I’m getting pretty tired of “loaning” the hospital money for six-months!!!

MyMercy app is amazing!. I’ve had a couple of healthcare provider/records apps from other systems in the past. The experience was mediocre so my expectations were modest despite people I knew telling me it was great when I changed systems and got the MyMercy app. To say the app has far exceeded is a vast understatement! They app is easy to navigate and use, the systems for referrals and appointment setting very easy to use. The entire interface is intuitive and logical. Thank you, MyMercy!

My Mercy App. I do enjoy the My Mercy App, but I think when test results are sent by My Mercy, They need to be followed up with a call from the nurse, not a message on my Mercy from the MA, so many time you do not understand the test results you are reading or the message the doctor sends. The MA may send a message telling you where to go for your next step, but When they send a message, the do not tell you the results of the test. You can ask a question and still not get an answer, you are just ignored. I never had this problem with a nurse. I just think MAs just don’t know the answer. The one time I did get an answer from an MA, she said hold on while she googled the answer. I’m not against MAs. They do have a place in the medical field, but a nurse should always be available to call with test results and answer questions. To send a message and not answer questions is not fair to the patient.

I wonder why. I can’t see my drs notes and the exit paperwork or the words on this review here I will take a screenshot to show you it’s like I don’t exist I have been a long time patient with mercy they have saved me from cancer and saved me from five brain aneurysms and now all of a sudden after being seen by doctor Eddy and I don’t know what he put in my chart but all of my doctors have started treating me differently. I wonder what the ceo would have to say if he could read this … aEric ? I hope you can read this at least I am hoping to make it to my baptism soon but I can’t seem to get into to see my doctor to get better to be baptized on the second of January I pray for all my 23 doctors and all their nurses in this pandemic and I pray their families are safe and their are safe I pray this in Jesus precious name Amen thank you for all you have done

Great app. Generally easy to use. I love seeing my test results as soon as they’re available. I also love the fact that if I need to talk to a doctor that I can message them directly, saving us both time. Great for remembering appointments too. I’d recommend this to anyone that gets their care through mercy, it’s a game changer. Especially for those who have chronic health conditions and need that feeling of a little bit extra support. This is perfect for you.

I am stuck in a white void.. So, I can’t really say I’ve used the app as much as other people, but I have used the online portal more. I got a notification recently, something ambiguous about ‘your statement’, and tapped on it. It opened up the app, sending me to a white void, and gave me an alert to ask if I wanted to see this online/out of app. I said yes, but after coming back to the app, I was still in the white void, with only copyright information to keep me company. I tried restarting the app (double click home). No dice. I went to the extreme, reinstalling. It went to the extreme, and sent me back. (I have never seen this behavior from other apps, and for good reason.) Now my only hope is for a stray notification asking if I want to leave, or maybe a cache expires.

It’s good but one thing... Love all I’m able to do on the app. But there’s been twice now, 1 eye exam report (document not supported) and 1 procedure report (network error) I can’t open them to read. When I contacted the pertinent office I was told they had no control over the app and pointed me where to call to get these reports. Which I thoroughly appreciate. I love my doctors and all of their staff. I’m wondering if whoever has “control” over the app could fix these things. Why even bother the staff with uploading these things if it won’t open for the patient?

ER complaint. PA Tammy Miller was awful and provided no help. I have a growing ovarian cyst that is 4 cm and she read the report wrong and told the gynecologist and myself it was tiny with being 4mm. This cyst is rapidly growing and I begged to stay in the hospital to be admitted to get it removed. She dismissed me and would talk to me. I was given loads of pain meds that didn’t help the pain. The first PA Derfelt, I think, said he believed this cyst is what was causing the major pain and should be removed. I can not walk, I can’t stand I can’t do anything. Working is painful, I hurt and I begged for help and I got nothing. What I got was a kiss off and a medicine for anxiety. Seriously I need help and no one helped me. This is going to burst and I could die from poison. Im so disappointed and this PA should be reprimanded. Read my file it’s pretty obvious it’s growing very fast. I feel like I’m being stabbed. Can’t go to an ER can’t get help. She referred to another Dr that said they can’t see me until April! Seriously I can not walk! Im not a deadbeat I needed help! You gave me nothing but a hard time and treated me like a lowlife.

Absolute train wreck!!. Obnoxious to the hilt and completely worthless. Whoever the hillbilly was who developed this didn’t know what they were doing and should have asked someone who did, for help instead of trying to bs their way through it. Won’t install. If, after about 30 minutes you finally get it to do that it won’t let you sign in-keeps telling you your info is wrong but won’t tell you whether it’s your user name or password that’s supposedly wrong and has no way at all to report that you forgot your login ID and request to change it!! This app is straight out of ‘’Deliverance’’ and when you’re trying to figure out a way to make it work you can almost hear the banjo music in the background.

MyMercy App. Benefits for me on this app is significant tool for memory. If an issue middle of the night can message accordingly instead of forgetting by the time of next visit. Much easier than writing down and trying to find what I wrote down. All Mercy staff quick to respond. I like being able to communicate through the app as well as get referrals when needed and set up appointments. I’m sure it has many other benefits I haven’t even stumbled across yet but I find it easy to use and I’m almost 72.

Mercy Staff. I unfortunately have been having to visit Mercy several times this year, I’m sure due to my age being in my 80’s, I can’t even imagine going to any other medical facility except Mercy. In my age group conversations always seem to go to subjects about Dr’s or hospitals. We all get into our experiences about what goes on and I unfortunately hear some stories that sometimes are a little unfavorable from my friends. I tell them try Mercy, you won’t regret it. The Dr’s and the hospital staff are of excellent quality. We have been members for generations. Our Mother had all three of her children when it was St John’s. We have been patients there ever since

Check in feature doesn’t work. After coming in for simple lab work that typically takes all of ten minutes including waiting, I found out the check in feature “doesn’t work”. I typically check in at the front desk, but figured I would make use of the feature and also free up check in space for others. The app instructed me I was all checked in and to sit down. I arrived 15 minutes early, but 15 minutes after my scheduled lab work, one of the receptionists called me up and let me know checking in online doesn’t work. Would have been nice to know as I am now sitting in the waiting room going on an hour just for blood drawing. Why is this even a feature if it “doesn’t work”? My office is normally so quick, but this has now caused me to miss DOUBLE the time at work and I’m still waiting. Please fix this issue or remove it entirely to save others their time.

Last Maintenance. Since the last maintenance this app went down hill. Logging in became an issue, things they decided to consolidate either went missing or are things from 10 years ago that isnt relevant now. Biggest down fall to me now is the insurance portion. It has old insurance inform but won’t let me add my new one, and billing summery or estimate doesn’t even work. It keeps crashing the app. So those that like to stay on top of paying things you can’t even look to see if you are being billed, you can’t see what the break down is that you are paying for and what the insurance is covering. Very frustrating! Please fix

Peace of mind. I live in Florida and my mom lives in OKC. Over the years she’s had some serious health concerns which required specific tests and even surgeries. She gave me access to her MyMercy app and it has been absolutely amazing. Having the ability to see test results so quickly, access to hospital stay information as it’s entered, being able to help her manage her healthcare from afar has been made possible by this app. Her MyMercy account and the peace of mind it has given me has far exceeded my hopes and expectations.

Excellent. I love that I can view test results whenever they’re available. Being able to pull up the Covid-19 vaccinations info is very helpful. I also like the improved message system that allows for an ongoing “conversation” regarding the initial message sent. I would like to see one more improvement to the message system. I would really like to be able to unsend a message provided it hasn’t had a response yet.

My Chart. I’m enjoying using My Chart and being able to access my tests and other vital health information, however, I still feel my doctor or his asst. should be calling with the test information results to say everything is okay, or to explain what the results actually mean or if further testing is required, it certainly would be nice to know, coming from your doctor or his asst, a kind gesture explaining or assuring your patient who is sometimes nervously awaiting these important test results! Thank you for listening. Susan C. Vidra

My Mercy. I love this app! You don’t have to wait for the doctor to have time to call with results, you can see them as soon as they’re available. You can look back on any visit yo read notes in case you forgot something or were sick or overwhelmed and not comprehending everything at the time. You can see any upcoming labs or appointments that are scheduled. You can also compare old tests with new results if you have an ongoing condition. It’s just full of information that you can’t get just by going to the doctor and leaving. Everything is at your fingertips.

Mercy app. I think the mercy app is the greatest. I have used it many times. I message my provider with medical questions and advice. This saves time and money in place of a office visit. They are always very prompt to reply and set your mind at ease. If you have any questions after leaving office visit, you can go on and look at your visit summary notes. If your not sure about what they told you about your medication changes-go on My Mercy check your visit notes. Thank you, My Mercy for going the extra mile. Brenda

Convenient & Easy To Navigate. I’ve been using the app for a couple years now and I absolutely love it! I just paid my bill from the app! I made an appointment with my doctor from the app last month. I had my appointment with my doctor through the app. It’s so nice and convenient to have everything At the touch of my finger with the app. And I just realized today that my vaccination card is loaded on the app. So if I ever forget it, it’s on the app if I need it when going places. Can’t say enough great things about this fancy app I love it!

Lost functionality. I use to really like this app but it’s lost some important functionality recently. I use to be able to track my kids’ upcoming appointments and pay their bills through the app but for some reason I can’t anymore. I can still see my future appointments but not my kids’. I use to get bill notifications in the app but bills for one of my kids no long show up. These were the 2 features I used the most which is why I’m only giving the app 3 stars. I tried looking for a way to contact the developer for help but I couldn’t find anything beyond login help.

Makes my life easier. I am severely hard of hearing and absolutely hate (lol) using the phone for calls. This apps allows me to do everything I need without having to be holding a phone to my ear trying to understand someone on the other end. It’s convenient in my busy life to check my labs make appointments and even to communicate with my health team. I absolutely love this app! It’s pretty simple to navigate too which is a big plus for me. I can be technically incompetent at times lol.

All information available. After our experience with COX Hospital and Clinics in Branson, Mercy has been working very well for me and my wife. Seems the culture is completely different in a good way. We are in the process of changing all our providers to Mercy from COX and so far the experience has been better than we imagined it could possibly be. Using the patient portal has been easier than I expected and well organized. Finding everything quickly and able to communicate and get answers fast too.

Very helpful A+. I love this app because all my Mercy Drs have access to everything I had done (like my many surgeries, Drs visits, etc.). They can get on here and see how the surgery or Drs appointment went and the treatment plan and can schedule my appointments according to what I already have scheduled! I also love that I don’t have to get out and go to the Drs office or get my kids out if we are sick and take the chance of getting someone else sick! If you are hesitating about getting this app don’t because you won’t be disappointed! 😊

Good app but there are some quirks. I agree with others who have said the app can be confusing. There seems to be some issues with the integration of video visits. I tired using my iPad for my visit and when I clicked the join button at the recommended time of 30 minutes before my appointment (stated on screen) a pop-up came up telling me that I could not join more than 15 minutes before my appointment start time. Confusing. So I waited until 15 minutes before and it still kept giving me the message, even 7 minutes before my appointment. I moved over to my computer and it let me in. Also I tried to echeckin multiple time for a recent appointment there are a couple of issues. First, if you have already signed the consent forms it won’t let you review, accept, and continue. You have to touch the esignature line like you are signing again just to get the app to allow the button to activate so you can continue. Second, once you figure that out, pay your copay and continue the screen is blank. The only way out of the screen is to hard close the app which means you have to start all over again. The only step that remained was the copay payment. It’s a good app and anything to make the healthcare experience is better than nothing. I do appreciate the ability to avoid the clipboard at the doctors office. Thank you Mercy for holding yourselves accountable to leverage the data you already have to make the patient intake process better. You just need to fix a couple of these issues.

Spine surgery and hospital staff. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at mercy hospital! My nurses Belinda and Jordan were very caring and helpful throughout my stay! The nurse techs Maria and lakita were very helpful and very supportive!! I will continue to go to mercy hospital for any medical needs in my life! Doctor Stetson was great and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs spinal surgery!! I believe that “CARE” is the most important word in the English language and the mercy hospital system cares about people who need help getting back on their feet!!!

It’s good but has some flaws. I love the app. It’s easy and I know what I’m doing when I get on, nothing to complicated. However the app always asks me if I want to remember this device, I click yes, enter in my security questions to secure the devices, but then it never works. Every time it tells me this device will be remembered, and then the very next time I have to still entire in all of my information as if I never clicked to remember this device. My family also has this same issue with their log ins so I know it’s not just mine. Not a super bad thing, just super annoying to deal with. Besides that I love the app itself

A couple of bugs. Face ID doesn’t work for login. I consistently get the message that the app has encountered a problem and do I want to try again. It never works for me with MyMercy, but Face ID on other apps works fine. Also, my blood tests from earlier this month also showed up on my son’s profile. His tests from yesterday did not show up on my profile. It seems like these should consistently be specific to one profile.

Makes me a team member. MyMercy allows me control over a lot of my healthcare. I can see appointments, review test results, be proactive regarding med schedules, pay balances and see history archives. I can communicate with my doctor I appreciate that I am able to see my pharmaceutical information from a major chain. I feel that it’s a win-win for my med team and me.

Excellent timely service. I enjoy my appointments at the Mercy Clinic for three reasons. 1) The service is excellent from the time I enter the clinic I am greeted and given personal attention. My nurse, doctor, and lab personnel give me great care. 2) My appointment starts on-time and each step of my examination is done efficiently and effectively. 3) I am encouraged to improve my wellness. I appreciate this kind of compassionate treatment.

Blessing!. This app is such a blessing for me. I care for my elderly mother and this is so convenient to check all her Drs information, appointments, medications, and such in one location. I can message any of her Drs or make appointments without fussing with the phone calls and being put on hold for long periods of time. I wish many other places went with this set up! It’s been a blessing to have!

Updates requests. Why does the website go to an error message if I look at the same appointment twice in one visit to the website? Would like to have the ability to print my medication list easily. The list that comes with a doctor summary after a visit would be great to have on hand and have quick reference for all medications.

Love MyMercy. This app is wonderful! I use it all the time to find directions to my Dr’s offices, to communicate via messenger with my various health care providers, request/make appointments, check myself in for an appointment via e-checkin, let the provider know when I am at the office even in the parking lot and so much more!! The most useful app I have other than my financial apps!

Wonderful Doctor visit. Jackie was who I saw today. Everything was wonderful from the minute I walked in , even the lady at the front desk was so very kind, and then Jackie was so sweet and listened to me ,and I just really like her a lot. So glad that I scheduled with her my other PCP is not coming back after maternity leave so this was the first time I needed to establish new patient. And I’m glad I did .

Care. I have a great team for my medical care. They are thorough, caring and listen to what I have to say. Then they prescribe things that I need. They do thorough examinations and do what is necessary for me to get better. I would like to thank my care team for their care and support. From Primary care, Physc care, specialist. Thank you all. Juliet BROUGHTON- Couvillion

ER. This is the most pathetic emergency room operation I have ever seen. It is better than before, but no one should ever have to wait for more than two hours MAX. We have been here three hours and have talked to people waiting that have been her as long as 7 hours, waiting to be seen by a medical professional/doctor/RN, anybody other that a vitals nurse. As long as Mercy Hospital has been around, you would think that it would be better. I suppose not. Do Better Mercy. Bobby Ogden US Army Retired Willard Missouri

Great App - too bad nobody uses it.. We use the app for all the appointments and test results but lots of facilities seem to prefer paper anyway. It is such a waste of technology. The app works well and lets you do everything online only to fill out paperwork when you arrive at your destination.

App continues to get better handling family needs work. Overall the app is very good and well laid out. Still having some resources only available through the web should have been resolved by now. My largest issue is having a child that is 17 and constant pain of her info not available to her parents. She has added us from her own account still can’t see her appointments. Very disappointed in how difficult this is.

Works good. It’s really handy to have my medical information available everywhere I go. I like the log in using facial recognition, it’s faster and I don’t have to look up my log in information. I’m still learning what all I can do it it. I get my rest results back a lot faster.

Test Results. I like that the test results are posted immediately sometimes the physicians can’t contact you immediately also by the time the physicians contact me I have read the results and can ask questions if I need further clarification!! Can check all scheduled appointments if I need to do that as well! Love this app!

Pain. Pain is a hard thing to understand, it is a hard thing to explain to someone else, but I have had some good Drs. that have helped me tremendously, and listened to me. And I am so thankful for them understanding how l have not known how to explain all of my problems, and yet they have helped me so much, and I thank them all🙏

You and I need help. I need help just to reschedule a lab work draw appointment on this platform, I looked everywhere but it is not there. You need help to let me reschedule lab draw. You need help with fixing why my last appointment for labs was a failure. I showed up early , about 930 for 945 appt. I watched as the fellow took folks who arrived after me, at 10 I asked the staff to check I left at 1006 for another appointment, that staff was nowhere to be seen. In the past I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. You can do better.

MyMercy. One of the best things I ever did was to get on My Mercy. Appointments are posted almost immediately for reference with test results coming in fast and so much more info. It’s good to have all info in one place for doctors, medications, billing, phone numbers, etc. Makes my medical care so much easier.

Why are Mercy referrals so complicated?. So next week I will start my third week to try and get a referral from my primary care physician for an eye exam. Each person I have spoken with has given me multitudes of reasons as to why they have five days to fulfill the referral. 3 people “having five days” is 15 days. I have spoken to a total of five people and now I finally get to the Mercy referral office....and I have to wait until the middle of next week before I can call back and check? Your system has gotten so big....and your phone bank so defensive.....the gap between your patients and actual medical care....is wider than the Grand Canyon. Not only am I fighting for my life.....I have to fight my primary care physicians staff.....for services. “We have five days” is an excuse for ineptitude. How many humans should it take to create a referral? The answer is.....one.

My mercy patient portal. The portal does NOT inform you of the TIME your colonoscopy procedure! I get multiple reminders on the portal about the date of the procedure but NOTHING about what time to show up. This is rather important to all parties involved. It’s Sunday and I have a colonoscopy supposedly scheduled for tomorrow but not what time I should show up. Who do I contact on a Sunday to find out what TIME to show up? I guess I will have to call Monday morning to find out when to show up. Hope I’m not late!

Please help me.. I find ordering my refills so easy that I really wish I could have that same delight when ordering them for my husband. Alas, but we are both in our eighties and both have forgotten his password and no matter how many times I try to hit it lucky, I do not get the query ‘forget your password?’ Can we please correct this somehow? Thank you. JoAnn

App issues. App on my IPad won’t work, blank screen, tried rebooting device, deleting app and reinstalling, which worked a few times after restarting device. But logging out of the app brought back the blank screen. Now restarting device doesn’t “fix” app as only blank screen will appear. Asked for help via website but don’t hear anything from customer service. I’d like using app in past, preferred over Website. There should be a customer service phone for hep.

Review. Mercy has made going to the doctor very easy. I can message any provider if I have a question. I can see my primary care from the comfort of my own home. They do quick referrals. Now that I am established Mercy patient I have no idea what took me so long to switch. Thank you Mercy care team!

MyMercy is so helpful. I would give MyMercy about an 8/10. There are some doctors or RNs that are hard to find a way to leave them a message. I am sure that it’s intentionally because they don’t have time to have costumers messaging them all day. Overall though, it is very convenient Thank you!

Is there a server or app problem?. Everything I tried to access came back with the message that it could not be found. On previous occasions when I’ve tried to add medical conditions, I could not add some specific and serious psychiatric conditions e.g. PTSD. It seems like Mercy is trying very hard to make this system work and, having been a database manager, I understand that one cannot wave a magic wand to connect relative databases. One thing I would like to see in medical conditions is more flexibility.

Great Update to an Already Good App. Not sure what I’d do without this app. It keeps me reminded and organized, which is especially helpful taking care of my family, including my aging dad. Video Visits are an awesome solution to our pandemic and very easy to use right from my mobile device. Love the new look and feel. It make everything easier to find, including adding more features.

Works great. I’ve been using MyMercy since it was made available and it sure beats being on hold waiting to talk to someone. The only drawback is since Quest took over labs either results aren’t posted or the format greatly differs from what I’m used to seeing and the results take longer for those that are posted. Jerry

E-Check in process. I have multiple appointments with the same Mercy doctors at least once every three to six months. And I have chemotherapy every two months. Isn’t there a way to retain my previous E-Check In information to reduce the time answering the same questions for each individual appointment?

Joseph Schicker. From the front desk to parking I don’t know what to say other than thank you. I feel like I’m at the doctors office and I get the care and friendliness I had when I was young. I am so happy to be seen by Dr King and the whole staff, your the best. If my doctor is out of the office one of the other doctors steps in and takes care of me, thank you Joseph Schicker

Changing Website has some hiccups. As I am viewing appointments or adding to the appointment scheduling, the main page from the older on line page for My Mercy. I recently replaced my old iPhone with an iPhone 15 pro max. It uses face identification. Woykd these features cause confusion in your algorithm? Other than that glitch I do feel this app helps with organizing appointments and communicating with the care team.

Responsiveness. The app is good to a point. It is not responsive to my responses. It has said I need a mammogram since last fall. I reported the one I had elsewhere but the message still remains. It says I need to update preferences and information. I have done so, but the alerts are still there. I do appreciate being able to message my doctor and usually get quick responses. That is a huge convenience and alleviates phone call messages.

Helpful but with flaws. It’s good if you are a Mercy patient, as far as access to appointment information, scheduling appointments and communicating with your care team. It’s awful at showing results of anything but lab work. The app will not open after visit summaries, and/or any results that are in written form. You still have to go through a web browser and the website which makes having the app pointless for that matter.

Mercy App. I love using the Mercy App it is so user friendly and love being able to communicate with my team of Physicians. I see quite a few Dr as chronic illness so the ability to be able to look up and show other Physicians my results is very helpful becau I can’t remeber anything .

Wonderful App. I love that I can see my test results as soon as they are in. Also, this is a great way to send a message to my doctor’s office if I’m not in a hurry to get an answer. Typically, I have an answer within a day. There are also appointment reminders here. I think this is an app you’ll use over and over.

Great app with easy to use features!. I appreciate having access to my medical information from anywhere at any time. My providers respond quickly to messages and I’m able to schedule an appointment easily. The app is easy to use and helps my providers stay up to date on my medical history.

Why I like using MyMercy. I love using MyMercy it give me the ability to contact my doctor, submit questions, make an appointment and request prescriptions refills and much more. I just wish we could print the appointment section for mileage to be used for tax information. MyMercy always sends pertinent information for me to review and check all while in the comfort of home and while traveling. I love using the app. Diana

Fix this issue please. I was very happy at first using this App until last year starting having trouble. Now I can’t read most of my visits summary and can’t schedule my appointments online either. Messaging still works supposedly I don’t know how long that will last. Every time I open the home page and I want to do something it always says “error can’t load messages from the server” so please fix this problem Thanks.

Mercy Clinic in Greenwood. I’ve started seeing Christina Metcalf after years of health conditions not being identified by my past doctor. Dr. Metcalf listens and helps in every way she can. She gets you in and out within an hour with a plan leading to what to do next. She is a Nurse Practitioner and I will never see a primary care doctor again. My Nurse Practitioners actually cares about her patients.

Outstanding App!!!. Myself myself, and my family have all used this app for years and it really is well developed, intuitive, and super easy to use. My only wish is if I could use it when I have other appointments, outside of the Mercy health system because it’s just that good; I’ve yet to find others that compare.

Confusing and hard to use. This app is so confusing and difficult to use. I receive alerts that I have a new message waiting but upon opening the app I can’t locate it. I am told to “check in” for appointment when arriving at my office appointment but there is no option to “check-in” on the app. There is also no option to message my physician or care team. Additionally, I can’t locate my test results from blood work, urine, X-rays, etc. at the very least I would expect to see the lab work’s results as well as the X-ray summary from the radiologist. I stumble through just clicking on various links trying to find any information. It’s particularly disappointing that it has not been updated in 11 months!! Yes, I did confirm I have the latest version. Many apps of this nature are updated weekly. It appears this app was designed to look nice, but functionality is non-existent and information is not readily available.

Useing app for check in at appointment time.. Simple! The app doesn’t work for checking in at appointment time . The app tells you …you are all checking in so have a seat. Two different appointments I decide to just see if it worked . Sat for awhile. No contact from check in station. If you are going to have a app get the dang thing working right ! The nurses at the check in station said it doesn’t work.

Help from Mary Daniel, and the rest of the people at the Centerton clinic Clinic. I really appreciate all that is done for me as a patient at Dr. faddis’s office is in Centerton from Mary Daniel. She cares for you as a patient provider. She helped me get an MRI done on my foot. They really care about their patients and their well-being for my mom to my grandchildren. We all use them and can count on them to care for all our medical needs. Thank you.

Fix the “add to calendar”. Whatever was recently changed, either the app or something with iOS 17?? made it that I have to give the app complete access to my calendar. It will not allow me to leave it on “add events only”. Please fix this, it was such a helpful feature, the receptionist didn’t have to write out a card etc etc etc.

I Turpin. This format is very confusing to me. The Covid part is i posible to navigate. Where did the shor info come from it all was confusing. I’ve had 2 ck i shot. With the latest data realeced it will be my last Covid shot I’ll ever take until the poweaabay can prove with outa shadowl that the info regarding the mass gilling of 700 million americons buy 2028 using the Covid shot to reduce the burdon on USSSA. Is a lie. I’m never taking any shot fir any pulls it Covid relates issu again. For our country to put the blame on China when we as a chemical war fare. back in 1967 as a aaa dweapon Weapon of mass destruction.

Please... eating disorder friendly mode!!!. App is great aside from the video visit thing being super buggy. however, as a patient in recovery from anorexia, I wish my weight & BMI did not display on the screen with no warning! I implore your dev team to allow patients the option to mark this data as sensitive or something. Require a double passcode to see certain fields. Idk, I’m not a developer... but please I’m begging you.

MyMercy App for iPhone. I really appreciate having an app to use. It is a work in progress and does need several improvements. I just learned today that it is possible to attach a PDF file by using the web browser version but it is impossible to attach one using the app. Only allows images. Hopefully this will be one of the next updates provided to the app. It is very inconvenient to have to go to the web browser to upload a file for a doctor. I also learned today that the logout symbol on the browser Version is a square box with a right arrow. Seems it would’ve been simpler to have just used a small image with the word “logout” on it. Hoping to see many continued improvements to this very convenient app.

Multiple accounts needed in one app. I am the primary caregiver for my wife. We both have MyMercy accounts. We have given each other permission to obtain medical information, in accordance with HIPAA rules. Currently, the app on my iPhone (with PIN) can only be used for one of us, and I have to go to a browser to access the other account (with password). Is there any way for the mobile app to accommodate both of us?

Convenient. I appreciate being able to read a review of my visit. If I feel anything is missing on my part, I am able to make a note to ask my doctor a particular question. Thank you for this way of communication. The lab lady was great. I never felt 8 veals.

Great App to Have For MyMercy. I highly recommend having this app on your iPhone because it’s very helpful to have. You can get on your MyMercy account quick then just Googling for the MyMercy website. You can check on your emails, check for any upcoming appointments, make an appointment, pay the statements and etc etc.. It has been very easy and helpful to me!

Ms. Annie H. I’m loving the MY MERCY account! Anytime I can leave a note to my Dr nurse, about a problem I’m having or a note to my Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner and they respond within a reasonable timeframe, that makes me very happy! All of these take time with me while in their office, then through My Mercy they go through what they had already told me, which is great, because I normally forget…

Review of MyChart. I received an email saying I had test results. So I logged in to MyChart there was test results from my doctor so I open it. However it said you may see this before it is reviewed by a team so it may be hard to understand or sound worse then what it is. That it would not allow me to see the results. Very poor service and confusing. Should I panic and call my doctor to get the results?

Love it!. I like and love this app! I’m able to schedule appointments and more with this app! I like the fact that I can have a one on one with my Dr anytime of the day and he with me. It’s easy to sign up and it keeps up with all your records here and far. Highly recommended and I wish they had done this years ago. Absolutely worth having this app.
