Notification of on sale tickets would be great.. Awaiting tickets to go on sale for the rest of the family but with no notifications of them being on sale, it’s a crap shoot. Reward those of us who downloaded the app. ( This is being typed from a husband who is trying to get his wife to stop nagging about tickets. Thank you for your service gofan.)

Poor Customer Support. I purchased an all sport season pass for my son. After transferring the ticket to him it disappeared from my account and he cannot access it. It is associated with his student ID. The app should be able to see that the pass has never been used. I reached out through email and provided requested information. No one has returned my emails after several attempts and I am having to pay each time my son attends a football game. Basically I have lost $60 and continue to pay for tickets because costumer service will not assist me in resolving my issue. What a waste

Hate this app!. The app never works. If I could give it negative stars I could. My log in never works. I set up an account with a school preferences. Every single time I have to search for the school again. It usually says No Events when I know there is at least one event. I buy tickets but they don’t show up in my tickets so I have had to re-purchase tickets multiple times. The app is a total hassle. By the time I get to the game I’m agitated from trying to get the app to work, re-searching for the school and trying (in vain) to find my tickets. I really wish our high school would stop using the app! Hate, hate, hate using it. Did I mention I hate the app?!?!

Extremely easy to use. Fantastic product, made attending my kids games extremely easy. Was surprised to learn we also had the ability to use the app for prom too which was equally as someone and easy

Professional Fan Experience for High School Athletics. GoFan is setting the standard for high easy it should be to access any live events. It’s easy to search for my school’s events (home and away), access my tickets and easily text them to friends and family without the traditional barriers with pro sports ticketing apps. Highly recommend for any high school sports parent or fan.

Great service. We have had to use go fan for most of our kids sports this year. Fine with me if that’s how we keep doing it! Super easy to order, so glad uses Apple Pay! I accidentally double ordered not long ago when WiFi glitched and they responded and refunded my error in super short period of time!

RIGID UNNECESSARY UNHELPFUL RULES TO SEE YOUR CHILD AT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. So far, seems effective but annoyingly unhelpful. To go to our child’s first State championship in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar organization, you can’t have back up printouts and you can’t use anything but an iPhone. Unbelievable to me how such a non-customer focused organization could be used by public schools. Come on, what’s the problem with just allowing people to print it out? It just seems unbelievably rigid , unnecessary and just plain dumb! I will certainly do my best to avoid this whenever I’m not forced to by the school system

Great customer service. I used this service to buy tickets to an away game for my son’s baseball team. The service was fast and easy to use. What I didn’t notice when I purchased the tickets is that there was a softball game scheduled at the same time between the same two schools and I accidentally bought tickets to the softball game. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel my purchase the following day. After I purchased the correct tickets, the baseball game ended up being canceled because of field conditions and the school issued a refund without issue. I prefer the ease of use of this service over the system that our school athletic program uses.

Great way to buy tickets!!. I didn’t realize the school was only selling tickets online. I was told I could either buy through the website or the app so decided to download the app. Super easy to create an account and search the school. Once I bought the tickets they were saved in my account and easy to access when I got to the gate! I even “❤️” the school so I can search events faster!! Told all my family members to download and use moving forward!

Hot mess!. Tried to find my kids game for the last three days - nothing was available. When the school finally posted something, there were filters in place (not filters I had turned on) and while all the help sites say that you can turn them off by “toggling” them that didn’t work for me. Finally found the game by logging off my account and searching repeatedly for the game in 10 different windows. I had to create a whole different account with a different email address just to be able to purchase tickets - I mean, come on! We all have better things to do with our time than this - just to be able to see our kids play sports. Ridiculous!

City pre-Lim’s @ Brimming Ham High school. I purchased a ticket for $14 at Birmingham High School to watch my daughter’s event, her next race will be after hours, I went to my car to grab a bottle of water when I came back they have not allowed me to go in they wanted me to buy another ticket, they are saying that’s their policy, I don’t understand what kind of a policy is that there are parents who earn minimum wage and they can’t pay twice and they have to get to work and come back for the next race. There is no one is there to solve the problem?

Wrong date and time on tickets!. So bought tickets for my son’s game. Game time 5:15pm. The app thought game time was the following day at 12:15 am. Thankfully I could access my ticket through the email link I had been sent but what is the point of the app if it doesn’t save my info and thinks I am somewhere in Asia instead of California? Tried clicking the app support button in the App Store and it only linked me to their purchasing website with no way to contact developer.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. App was still selling tickets after the game was “sold out” so my child and at least 20 others were unable to access the tickets at the gate. The tickets were visible on their phones but the app refreshed and had no record of the tickets. Left the students embarrassed and confused. No customer service response a week later. My husband had a similar experience with the tickets disappearing at a game 2 weeks earlier. Shameful con artists own this app. Wish I could rate it zero.

Horrible app. Don't even know why I gave it two stars? I’m running the app on an iPhone e 13 Pro with the latest OS. The app constantly crashes or logs you out, that’s if you can even log into it. Using their website works better I was able to buy my tickets there. The app doesn’t allow me to save my favorite school and doesn’t show my ticket purchases. I have to rely on the email confirmation to show my tickets.

Needs another update. After the last update, Only half the events listed for my school have shown up in my app. To get the tickets, I have to find someone who can see the event listed on their app and have them send me the link. This was never an issue before, but now it’s a huge inconvenience, especially with limit ticket sales. ***I have updated. Refreshed. Tried the website. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Everything. I’ve called the schools directly to make sure they are available on the app when I don’t see them. There’s currently a game available now with tickets that I can’t see through this app, but someone sent me the purchase link to from their phone.

Loathe using the app. I find it ridiculous that schools are using this and in turn charging parents/fans even more money through the apps fees - charging an additional 15-20%. Parents have to pay for the kids to play school sports, then they have to dish out even more money for all the extra things they need, then they have to pay to watch their kids play the sport, then get it up the backside in the ridiculously high app fees. I also find it crazy that you can’t save a credit card to your account and have to plug it in Every. Single. Game. Schools should offer the option to accept cash and GoFan needs to charge WAY less on the fees - it’s a rip off!

👎🏻one transfer!. Not all of my children have phones… therefore only allowing one transfer really complicates who has the pass, and greatly reduced the opportunity to attend games with family friends or grandparents. I am not always able to attend, neither is my husband, so my kids sometimes go with grandparents. I can’t transfer the pass to them, because then that child would have to exclusively attend with them. My 9 year old doesn’t need a phone! Why can’t you transfer the pass multiple times????

Fantastic customer service. I purchased tickets for my son’s baseball game. Later in the day, I inadvertently deleted the e-mail with the ticket links. Panic set in as we neared game time. I sent an e-mail to GoFan customer service for assistance and they responded within 20 minutes with the ticket link — crisis averted! This app makes ticket-purchasing very efficient. SO appreciate the ease in using GoFan and the quick response from the customer service team!!

Outrageous convenience fee!!!. I can’t believe that in the midst of this pandemic that a company would take advantage of high schools having to find a hands free, no contact approach to accommodate state guidelines for allowing fans (mostly parents) to watch the games. They are charging a 25% “convenience fee”. They should ashamed to charge that rate in any scenario, but in a time like this it’s just a money grab to gouge a captive audience. Maybe they should refer to the way “Zoom” handled this opportunity and provide this service free to schools. Now they are the verb used to describe video conferencing.

Sadly forced to give this app more money !!. Hate having to use this app but have no choice if I want to go to my kids games. Purchased tickets and the other team cancelled the game 2 hours after I HAD to purchase through this app. This app charges convenience fees for EVERY ticket purchased then won’t refund nor give u a credit even due to cancelled games because of Covid. During the pandemic this app will be making a crap load of money taking advantage of people who want to go to their kids games and forced to use this app to do so and even when their games are cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and really hate that I have to use it myself.

I love not waiting in a long line for tickets!. I have always been the kind of person to plan ahead, because if I can plan to cut down some wait time then I am all in. That is what this app is. It is very easy to use, and it lets me plan ahead by buying tickets in advance. Boom! I don’t have to wait in line to see my little cousins play basketball!

When tickets go on sale. New user here. I understand tickets not going on sale until 12pm the day before a game, now! But list the events and say when they WILL go on sale instead of saying no events scheduled. Otherwise, a great experience 😋

Poor customer service. The only way to communicate with them if you have a problem is email. I have asked twice now for someone to call me and they have not. To pull up the passes my son used his student email and we paid for 2 all sports passes for over $150 only then did the app prompt you to create a login and my son typed an invalid email address. I have been emailing back and forth with them. After numerous attempts they sent me the “incorrect email” and told me this is the only way to login to see my sports passes. They are not able to resolve the problem on their end. I do not understand how an app can not fix the problem on their end.

Rip off to Parents and Slow. Better show up to work your kids games early and be ready to pay an extra dollar—PER PERSON—for the inconvenience of using this app. Lines are long because of the delay of using this app. If internet is down and your school doesn’t take cash, just turn around and go home. Go Fan wouldn’t be bad if they just charged a reasonable fee; instead they prey on parents who just want to support their children’s sports.

Clunky app. If you buy a season pass you are unable to transfer separate game tickets. Found this out the hard way. I transferred what I thought was one ticket to my son who was in town. Turns out it transferred one of my season passes I paid $150 for. Hopefully he can send me the link back so I can use it. No where did it say this would happen. Thanks

Charged but never got tickets. I tried to purchase a ticket and GO-FAN said that the numbers i typed in were incorrect and there were no charges made and so i typed it in again and it said my card was expired, which it’s not. Then they proceeded to charge my account two times after saying that no charges were made. I did not receive tickets but was still charged twice. This happened back in October as well, I was charged but never received the tickets. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.

Texting tickets. Do not give them you phone number for texting tickets. I signed up two weeks ago for text your tickets, got a confirmation text I was signed up but have yet to receive any. I texted back “Help” as it said to do on the website and that just sent a reply with their e-mail. Also the admin for our school is obviously confused as to how it works as their is no way to easily use passes for other sporting events on the same day close together in time.

No Cash No Probs. I never carry cash and decided last minute for my family to go watch my nephew play soccer. I downloaded the app, stored my info, favored the team and in we went. Super easy and have used at a few other schools since then.

When the app works it’s ok. When the app works it’s ok. However, I have now twice had the situation where I’ve purchased the ticket a few hrs before the event and everything is good (including payment taken from my CC) but when I then go pull it up to show, I get a message saying that I have no tickets. Deleting and reinstalling the app hasn’t helped. So I’ve had to buy a new ticket. Not happy! I’m all for supporting HS sports but not like this. From now on I will not buy a ticket until I’m at the venue.

I like it but wish..... I like the app but wish it would do a few things differently. I used it to buy 2 season passes for high school football. Sometimes we only need one of the passes. There's not a way to separate them to give one away without them needing my login and password. This would be a great feature. Thanks.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed an app before. This one is so bad I had to. It’s completely useless. I made an account. I logged in. I bought a ticket. Left it there and when I came back later it had kicked me out. I tried logging back in. It said my password that I just made was incorrect. I tried “forgot password” the link it sent me to recover password didn’t work. I tried setting up the account again. It wouldn’t let me because there was already an account with that email. This wasn’t just me. My wife has tried using this on two other phones and has had similar issues every time she tried to use it. She bought an all sport pass for my daughter and it has never shown up in the app for her. She’s also bought single game tickets that have disappeared when she got kicked out of the app. It WILL NOT keep anyone logged in or ever let you access previous purchases. I hope against hope our school district will find some other way to manage tickets because this one is abysmal.

Easy to use. I found this app very easy and convenient to use. We also had a situation where our son missed a game due to illness a few hours before kickoff. GoFan refunded our tickets within about 30min of my request. They responded quickly and were very gracious. Thank you!

Double Order. When I followed the steps to order the next screen that appeared stated my school couldn’t be found so I started the whole process over. This time it went through except I had two orders which I was charged. I emailed you and in short order you approved a refund for the tickets that weren’t needed. I would rate the initial issue 3 Stars but 5 stars for how you resolved it so fast

Bought useless tickets…. We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!

It works at a cost. School forced all ticket sales over to this one company's app. Not only do the tickets now have a 20% price increase to use the app, but the app constantly pesters the user into providing location information EVERY time it opens. Ask once then stop asking for goodness sakes. It is bad enough that we now have a 20% price increase and this is the only way to pay for tickets to our games, but constantly asking for location info makes me highly suspiscious the company does more with location data than just "help" you find your school.

Useless. Hate the fact that I have been forced to use this app in the first place. The problem is that some schools do not use this platform so they are not in the database. If an opposing school forces you to use this method of payment, you still may not be able to access the game via the app. Spent hours trying to find a game with no luck because I was using the name of our school, their school, city names etc etc. Was told it depends on how the game is entered into the system. If it is a divisional playoff, it could be under the division name instead of the school name which is confusing. App should work if a school gives no other option to attend. In addition, there seems to no longer be an option to purchase tickets as a guest. I do not want to open an account and spread my cc info further across the www.

Digital passes - huge blessing!. Super easy to use! I’m a parent of 2 student athletes and being able to buy digital passes and share them to my family is super convenient. My sons would constantly misplace or lose their pass - now they can’t!

Customer service. As a 57 years old man it’s hard to use an app where I have always paid cash. BUT I can say that the GO Fan app works well and when you have a problem the customer service is prompt to respond and resolve an issue. Richard

Highway robbery. I cannot believe junk to come from this pandemic. This app has been sold to high schools as a safe way to manage entry fees. While slowly robbing the poor parents. It’s already bad enough that the schools charge an arm and a leg for entry to every game in an attempt to fund their programs. Now thus app takes its slice as well. The app doesn’t work great, then on top of everything you can’t leave the building once you’re there because, I don’t know someone might not get their cut. I wish we could just say no but you have the perfect storm. Cant very well tell my kids I’m not going to watch them can I. I hope the high schools will smarten up and put GoFan in the trash!

Works well, but could be better. I’ve been using the app to buy middle school football and basketball game tickets since the COVID-19 precautions have forced a cashless gate requirement.I have found the app to be very stable and 100% successful in my ticket buying experience. But, the one thing I will say could make this better is to be able to use Apple Pay. It gets old having to re-enter the credit card info over and over again.

Where has this been all my life!?. I wish GoFan existed back in my day! I now use it for my baby cousin’s football games. Their school uses GoFan exclusively. It’s so easy to use. I save so much time not waiting in a long line of people digging in their purses and wallets for cash. Make your child’s school aware of the app if they aren’t already. It makes the experience much more enjoyable getting into the game on time, especially rushing from work!

Great App!. Awesome interface, easy to use and so many features that you just can't get with an old school paper ticket. For those giving it a poor rating due to the location prompt, that a phone setting for the app not the app itself. You can disable it in the settings on the phone. Hope this helps!

Gouging Youth Sports & Poor Platform Performance. Schools have seemingly adopted this platform in a response to the pandemic but it highlights a culture of profits over parents. Firstly, the platform does not always function properly and typically needs to be refreshed several times to find the desired event. Secondly, EACH ticket purchased incurs an extremely high ‘convenience’ fee of $1. I don’t consider it convenient when forced to pay this cost when no other options are available. Sometimes this convenience fee equals as much as 20% of the ticket value. For youth athletics, this platform should reconsider their fees and make the interface more user friendly.

VERRRY Difficult Purchase Experience. Using my iPad I purchased 2 tickets for two venues, added them to my cart. Then when I tried to add 2 more tickets for a third venue it didn’t show my cart, plus the page wouldn’t allow me to scroll down far enough to see the ‘Add to Cart’ option. Eventually I had to purchase tickets for the first two venues, then go back in and buy tickets to the third venue separately. PATHETIC APP!! I can’t believe Huddle would be behind it’s development. Apparently they ran out of funding and weren’t able to finish it in a manner honoring to the Huddle name.

Glitchy and not thrilled with their new app Icon. The tool has been glitchy from day one and we have been forced to use it for 4 years now as often the ONLY way to buy tickets to sporting events for our high schoolers. Additionally this latest update pushed a new rainbow app icon. Please stay out of politics and just provide tickets. I have deleted the app and will be emailing my school. It is fine to support whatever and whomever you like in your personal lives but please stop pushing the agenda on kids and through your app- that is NOT what I signed up for…

Fast,simple access to games!. Our daughter’s school recently switched to using GoFan and I really love how easy and simple it is to be able to get into the stadium There used to be long annoying lines, where now we are in our seats with time for snacks!

Terrible. I got the app and paid with Apple Pay for some tickets. Not once did it ask for a login or email. Paid and waited for something to happen or prompt for an email. Nothing. Checked the apple wallet. Nothing. Checked my bank. Charged for the tickets. Go back to the app and it wants me to buys tickets again. All the reviews that say great customer service must be old because I can not find any contact info to get customer service. I tried Facebook and the automated message is says they are away. Looked for refund options and how convenient, no refunds allowed. What a terribly designed app and non existent customer service. Absolutely avoid this if possible.

Deplorable scam. They charge a service fee for each ticket even if it’s one transaction. Deplorable scam. They charge a $1 service fee for each ticket even if it’s purchased in one transaction. So even if the ticket is $4, the service fee will be $1 added for each ticket. Shame on the school and the app. Purposely refusing cash that kids carry and making whoever has Apple Pay carry the burden of paying for it and then collecting from everyone.

GoFan is a rip-off. You should not have to pay a dollar service fee for every ticket sold. If I buy 5 tickets, I have to pay 5 dollars on service fees? What is this fee for? I’m doing all the work! Seminole county public schools should not be using this service. It’s terrible! Also, not convenient because EVERY TIME I buy tickets, I have to enter my credit card information. Not easy if you have a student in sports.

Best ticketing app. This app is great and allows me to easily find and purchase tickets to events and it’s great to help avoid standing in lines. I never carry cash so this has been a game changer.

Double charged. My purchase attempts were never going through. Before trying to run a new card, I triple checked to make sure I didn’t have a ticket confirmation in my email or under the ticket tab on the app. Nothing. Run a new order with a different card and it goes through. Check my email and see that my first attempt actually did go through, just delayed. Now I have extra tickets I don’t need.

Prompt response. Made an error buying tix. I emailed and was contacted quickly and issue resolved. Only other issue was finding the game. Wasn’t listed when searching the school name.

Wish everyone had this!. What an incredible tool for our schools! The amount of time and labor this saves is unreal. Easy to purchase, easy entry, easy for our people. Wish everyone had GoFan!

Charges an extra $1 per ticket. Doesn’t save CC info. The app charges an extra dollar per ticket, not per transaction and it also does not save your credit card information so you are having to enter it every time to purchase tickets

No refund after event full. I bought tickets to park at a high school football game. The parking lot was full when I arrived. I immediately contacted GoFan and was told they don’t give refunds under any circumstance. This an absurd policy. No refund even when the event is canceled or sold out. No telling how many people are ripped off on this app since no one monitors whether the event is sold out or canceled while they continue to sell tickets.

So easy to use. Very user friendly and makes the checkout process so easy at the gate. Every high school should be using it to be honest.

It’s okay but.... Good grief having to enter my credit card every time. So much functionality on an iPhone and yet won’t used my card saved on my phone, doesn’t take Apple Pay, and can’t use a photo option either. How about using some of that 20% fee to add a very useful function?

Terrible APP... I would stay away from this app if it all possible. The convenience fee they charge is ridiculous and there’s absolutely no way to get a refund if for some reason you can’t use a ticket. There is also no way to transfer the ticket after the fact to someone else or even for a later date. I would rate them zero stars if it all possible.

Horrible, please do not waste your money. I bought tickets to a livestream event for my best-friends musical. The app didn’t send me any information to where to go and when I redeemed it, there was nothing that showed up like it was supposed to. I bought a second ticket and it did the same thing. It was a waste of money and their customer service wasn’t any help at all.

Very easy and convenient. The app is very easy and convenient. Purchase tickets ahead of time and not have to worry about buy tickets at the game. No hassle. You only have to do a two clicks to redeem the tickets. EASY!!

Tickets go missing!. Buyer beware, it says when you buy tickets they’ll show up in the app which is not what happened at all. Showed up at the event and couldn’t figure out where the tickets were. almost had to buy new tickets until the ticket counter figured out how to look them up online. Frustrating experience and would avoid using this app at all costs in the future.

App is unusable in current staye. App is unusable in current state. When newly installed it states an update is required and doesn’t allow you to use it. No update is available on the app store. Also, before the update issue you were unable to locate games to purchase tickets in the app despite the website showing and allowing purchase.

Way to make it more complex than it needs to be. Entire process of buying and using tickets is a pain, especially if you are buying tickets for grandparents. It is so easy to use they have to include a link to a video to show you how to do it. So many more platforms out there that are simpler and allow tickets to be used without the app. Oh ya no way to use the tickets unless you have the app.

C’mon, no way to save info?. It’s fairly easy to get your high school tickets but the $1/ticket fee on top of the fact that none of our info can be saved is a complete hassle. Ticket Spicket is another service that our local high schools use and it is seamless in that way. Both price gouge per ticket, but this should be more user friendly and we should be able to update our user profiles.

Crooks! Dont support robbers. I completely support high school sports and dont mind paying for events. But when a service suce as GoFan charges 15% service fee… are you out of your mind? This is fraudulent. I will go to the gate, purchase there and tip 20% extra so it goes to the sport not some opportunistic shark to fill their pockets… development cost? Yes… 15% of ticket prices? Pure greed! Adding more: cant event see past purchased tickets, cant add to calendar… junk!

Technical malfunction, Bad App. There is no real customer support, just via email and that support never fixed their login issue. I spent $50 on a season pass that I could not access all games, I asked them to fix access and I was told to do basic things that did nothing to correct their faulty app. I asked for a refund and was ignored via email. Save your money and don’t use this site/app, Pay cash at the games.

Works smoothly. Fast and easy to use! Any issues I might have and customer service is there to help out!

Frustration. I have purchased tickets 3 times using this app. The first time I had screenshotted the ticket so I had proof and was able to use. The second time my had to purchase a new ticket. This last time - my son’s Sr. Recognition Night, I couldn’t get the app to work at all. I have deleted it now and wonder if I have had the wrong app the whole time. There is another GoFan Box Office - maybe that is what I should have had all along. Not sure I want to try again.

5 star customer service. Excellent customer service. The email with my event tickets “disappeared”. I contacted Customer Service and they quickly resent tickets. Very impressed!

Easy to use and reliable - much better than cash. Such a big fan of this app. No fiddling with cash or a card and makes the process to get into the stadium simpler too.

Frustrating. I find it extremely frustrating that I can’t find a ticket on the mobile app; but the ticket is available on the website. You would think it would be available on both platforms. I got the app so that I wouldn’t have to access the website.

NOT User-friendly. App only works if you delete it and redownload; and then it only works once, leaving you to do it all over again the next time you need tickets. It appears the app only works well if you search and purchase tickets on a desktop and then they’ll show up on the app. This app is everything but, convenient and user-friendly.

Sleek and Professional App. GoFan is an impressive machine. An incredibly user friendly interface and a fantastic validation setup to make entry easy at any sporting event. Great for summer camp sign ups too, allowing a one stop instead of multiple forms plus purchases.

Bought wrong tickets. My daughter accidentally purchased the incorrect tickets for the wrong show. After a simple email inquiry, I was immediately contacted & a refund was made. Awesome customer service! Will highly recommend this group! Thank you so much!

Very convenient and efficient. This app is very convenient. When I arrive to the stadium and check with the person working the gate. It’s a quick scan of my ticket on this app and I’m walking into the game!

Incorrect game address. The address to the Tupelo game was incorrect. The game was at the high school, not the aquatic center. Depending on time, you can cause family and friends to miss kick-off. That’s not good!

Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS APP FOR ANY HIGH SCHOOL FUNCTION. They have the worst customer service. They tell you if you bought the wrong tickets to go ahead and buy the ones you need and then reach out to them and they can take care of the issue. A TOTAL LIE. They won’t do anything. Luckily I was able to sell my tickets to someone else to get my money back. Now I see why they have 3 Stars. If I could give them 0, I would.

Awful ticketing method. Trying to buy a whole season worth of basketball tickets and card will not process - have used two separate cards and get same “cannot process” for both which is incorrect. Both accounts have available credit. Brittany in Customer service will not return call - replied “they prefer email”?! Too much trouble to get my money! There has to be another way to order tickets!

So Easy To Use!!. GoFan makes it so easy to buy games to not only home and away games but also during playoffs. All our schools sports are available on GoFan! Easiest way to get tickets to a sporting event.

Really helpful app!. As a mom, the GoFan app makes it so easy for us to get into games and to transfer the tickets to my kids. I highly suggest downloading if you are tired of searching through emails for your tickets.

No internet connection = no tickets. We were at a game last night and the check in area didn’t have good cellular reception. The line was huge to get in. The staff had to go with people and walk about 200 yards to get better reception to pull up the tickets. Until this is fixed, it’s a deal breaker for this app.

GoFan Best. I have had nothing but positive experiences with GoFan app. Easy to buy tickets, love avoiding ticket lines. When I needed to make an adjustment to my purchase they got back to me quickly and graciously helped me through it. I highly recommend GoFan.

Love. Love GoFan but just some Questions do I need to be on Wifi to access the tickets that I purchased or should I transfer them and put them in my wallet when I need to access them

Great for skipping lines. The popular games always have super long lines at the beginning so being able to buy tickets beforehand and skip to the ticket scanner directly is very nice

25% surcharge ??. How can you set up a service for a HS sporting event and charge a 25% surcharge fee? That’s is usury and should be reported to the CFPB. Paying $5 to get into the game for a kid is fine but GOFan charges $1.25 on top of that - it’s literally taking advantage of people that don’t know any better - I think regulators would be really interested in investigating this kind of excessive fee because a Debit or credit transaction costs Pennies not dollars for this size transaction . Be better GoFan.
