Director. We are implementing this for our company and could not be happier. The app is elegant and simple and just what we need. The pricing is phenomenal and the support has been great so far.

Rating. Easy to use and access

Employer spyware. No thank you. Another way for your employer to track employees on their personal phones. Unnecessary to keep in contact with fellow employees if you don’t normally keep in contact with in the first place. I downloaded it and the next day got rid of it.

Game changer.. Totally transformed communications and engagement with our frontline. The feedback has been nothing short of amazing!

Notifications So Annoying. There’s no way to completely turn off Notifications which is annoying.

Enjoyable. I enjoy keeping up with what’s going on among employees!

Exceptional Method of Communication… and so much more!. Use this every day. Engage with my colleagues in or out of the office. Share important updates. Have access to all of the information I could possibly need. It gets better every day!

Not Ready / Poor Quality / Very Buggy. I strongly encourage the software developers and quality assurance team to test even the basic use cases. The user experience is horrible. Basic user interface features such as Do Not Disturb are broken. Touch ID support doesn't work. This application is simply unusable and should be pulled until the basic use cases are addressed. Very annoying and frustrating.

Ms. Mason. Blink is easy to navigate. You can find up to date information as well as professionally socialize. Comparable to the most commonly used social media apps.

Landscape mode. Why the hell isn't there landscape mode? Especially for the iPad.

Nurse. Notifications stopped working

Regarding the upcoming update. My (real estate) broker purchased this app to use for all of us and we love it! It is a fabulous tool to stay in touch and allows us to communicate per select group as well as by subject. The app also allows us to have easy access to a large selection of documents critical to our business. I don’t know whether or not the update will make the app even better, but I am dreading it because of the “update” the icon will get! The current icon looks professional, and it stands out well. The new one that y’all are proposing is ugly. I hope I’m not hurting anyone’s feelings by saying that, but it’s true! The green is garish and looks almost childlike! Blink.. It’s a really good app. It’s we have our own community, where we can talk, text, & get info. For what we do, I recommend anyone to get this app. Great job guys!

Not so hot. Our group uses this occasionally but each time we chat there is no sound when someone responds! What the point if you have to constantly see if theirs a response? Or when a member posts something. No notification. There are better apps. Q

Great. Have to use it take time to load but that depends on your Wi-Fi come to find out.

Amazing app to manage a global organisation.. We use Blink across our international organisation and have been doing so for almost 2 years now. It’s been such a useful tool, so much better than Slack, Telegram and a few other platforms that we had tried previously to enable communication. I highly recommend using it.
