Fantastic!. 1Weather is still my favorite weather app. It is reliable and accurate. What more is needed or required? Recommended without hesitation. Old review: 1Weather might just be the best all around weather app that I’ve tried. From my user experience 1Weather is quite accurate with both short term and extended forecasts. Your mileage may differ in your location, I do not know. The app is not updated very often and it has been a good while since the last update. I hope that the developer does not lose interest in this app because it is one of the better ones.

Byeeeee!. I've had the 1Weather app since 2017 and updated manually on rare occasions - I've never had any issues and recommended 1Weather to several friends over the years, and posting radar screenshots, as it's concise simplicity provided necessary info at a glance... well, last week I apparently made the mistake of updating the app, and what a mistake that was!... Big mistake! HUGE! When it comes to data information, design is important -but fancy embellishments detract and distract. I suggest involving volunteers for User Experience -cuz the razzle dazzle or whatever happen has lost me as a fan, and by the looks of the reviews many others arent happy either - I suspect the '5' star bravados are internal people, their wording reads like a promo ad - nice try though, and that should be a clue if a company has to stoop to that level to counter negative User feedback/ratings... With that said, how do I get the Old Version back on my iPhone 6???

First app I downloaded on my phone. This is my favorite weather app and for a while one of my very favorite apps. In my experience this is the most accurate weather app compared to others I have used and compared to googling the weather. For about 1.5 years we lived in the road in an RV and I used this app every day to know the weather. Now I use it less frequently but I love it. I also really like the feature for saving multiple cities to view at a glance. I have saved a bunch of cities where family members live.

Not loading. I’ve been using this app for few years now and I think is the best weather app out here. But lately I’ve been having problems with it. Unfortunately it stop loading data, I tried refreshing it, deleting it and downloading it again and nothing is happening. I think that is time to look for another weather app.

Pretty, but buggy. The app LOOKS good. But it often freezes. It often fails to update the weather to the current hour. It often defaults to a location other than the one where you are located and/or last searched for the weather. The weather map overlays often fails to fill in. To the developers: Pay more attention to technical performance. Do you need more servers to improve performance?

You are preferred!. I have downloaded several weather apps and I guess we can tell who the super greedy apps are. Accuweather fills 80% of their screen with ads unless you want to pay. Thank you for having minimal ads on your free app. I can get a very quick forecast without having to weed through a ridiculous amount of advertising. Thank you! You are greatly appreciated!

Where’s NWS discussion/Lezak LRC?. It’s a major disappointment that there’s no link to the forecast discussion (most important for me) and the long range has been removed. Also, I thought the old version displayed the % chance of rain as the day progressed in the hourly view. That doesn’t seem to be available anymore. The app is saying to “buy now” the premium version but I’ve already paid for this app. I selected restore purchases and it went away temporarily but is back today

Notifications. I like this app, but I can get the same notifications every minute for 20 minutes sometimes, and I’ve tried opening the app in the middle and the notifications still roll in. I don’t want to turn notifications off because it’s good to know when there are severe weather conditions, but this needs to be sorted out. Other than that, it’s nice to be able to have several cities on there and easily see/switch to see the current weather and forecast for each of those areas. Some of the navigation is a little clunky, but it’s a good app and seems to be pretty accurate.

Perfect Balance of Info without Clutter. The IOS default weather app is fine, but very minimal. Other free weather apps like to clog everything into one screen, and also have very intrusive ads that pop up or are very hard to avoid tapping. This app is the perfect mix. Lots of information if you want it, seperated by tabs to reduce clutter. Radar is great. Ads are only one 1 page, and it’s not intrusive.

Best weather app I’ve used!. Thanks for a great app! Maryland is the land of weird weather at best - snow in April, high temps in February. This app keeps up with all the changes. One suggestion, and I see others asking as well - we need the ability to save as a widget. I have another weather app on the scroll right screen but we need to have yours. That’s all I can think of; the votes are in, can we have this ASAP? Many thanks!

Recently switched to 1Weather and loving it. While I liked my previous weather program, it was updating to a format I didn’t like, so I went in search of a new program. I chose 1Weather and have been very satisfied. It gives me all the options I want without anything I don’t want—it doesn’t get better than that.

The daily forecast needs work.. I just got the app and I think the daily forecast needs work. I am visually impaired and I use voiceover to read the forecast. I have to turn the voiceover off just to get to the next day. Also the forecast needs to be more detailed and written just like you hear the forecast on weather radio. The weather channel app does that and you need to do this too for example tonight. Partly cloudy with lows around the upper 30’s. Northwest winds at 5 to 10 mph. Tomorrow mostly sunny with highs around the lower 70’s. South winds at 10 to 15 mph. That’s what makes a great weather app. Also the current weather conditions should be more specific. Especially with the wind speeds. For example wind northwest at 20 mph gusting up to 36 mph. I would appreciate it if you do these things to make the app better for me. Thank you.

Degraded weather app. I’ve been using 1Weather for the last 4-5 years. It used to be a fantastic app, the only weather app I needed & the draw was that it would display the local temp on the widget without even having to open the app! The real-time radar was easy to use, well laid out. This app functioned well until the recent ‘updates’ within the past year. Widget has lost temp display, radar would leave squares/blocks of local areas out. Currently experiencing severe weather & the radar loop isn’t displaying anything other than locations, no rain severity levels, past/current/future path *time. Sad to say that it seems it’s time to move to another app with radar/weather functionality that works reliably when needed.

Radar is broken. The radar has lately been blocking out the display. It will show pretty much the entire region’s radar except for exactly the location you want it to display. I have used this for years and had been happy for a long time. Lately, it was still giving me notifications for locations long ago visited and long ago deleted. I don’t need to know every winter storm hitting Wyoming every five minutes when I am no longer there. The radar was the last straw and now it is deleted.

mostly good. This app looks and functions great, providing more information than most apps in a relatively easy to use (though it’s confusing at first) UI. The issue I have with 1Weather is the highly questionable accuracy of the extended forecasts—compared to other apps and websites, there’s typically a 20-30° difference in temperatures a week from the present. So, for extended forecasts, I’m more apt to look at my built-in iPhone weather app, who sources their numbers from weather(.)com. I’m not sure where Weather1’s information comes from (but I also didn’t do much to find it).

Best in notifications, First to notify. Ah...Texas weather... constantly changing and can be dangerous with tornadoes, hail storms, flooding, ozone,100+ degrees, black ice...etc. A great weather app is as important as the great iMessage. I never ever mind paying for an excellent weather app that notifies ASAP and has the information I need right there and easily accessible. I have paid for the big five weather apps in the past, turned them all on and this app beats them all. The only negative is that the app does not have its own distinctive notification sound or a choice of sound. I have two other apps that have no choice in alert sounds and have the exact same sound. Needs its own sound(s) please.

Not the best like it once was. I have used 1Weather for years (paid version) only to see it become worse and worse as a weather app. Be sure to read the latest reviews, especially if you’re considering the paid version, and notice the low review ratings. It used to be my “go to weather app”, but no longer. The owners need to wake up and fix the app, otherwise they’ve seen the last dollar they’ll ever see from me.

From best to worst with one click. The new version is terrible. The old version was peerless. To give just one example of what is deplorable about this UI, when you look at hourly data, the temperature, rainfall probability, and wind prediction scroll independently and take up so much unnecessary screen real estate that you can’t see the time of day field. So if you are interested in knowing, when will it rain and when will the temperature peak today, you have to go back and forth between the two displays. As other reviewers have said, the prior version was thoughtful and honed, while this version is careless.

Better than 7dam weather app. It way more better like I just got it the other day bc it was coming a flood in Mississippi the 27th I asked my dad what is the weather going to be like and he said check your radar and I told him I didn’t have one so he showed me this app and it’s been giving me updates after update of telling me how’s the weather going to be and yea so I like it it’s better

Mostly doesn’t work. When the app WeatherLine was discontinued I tried to find something that was as elegant and as reliable. This looked ok, but lacks any customization for what you want to see, and worse, just doesn’t work. The widget has never once loaded data. Even with the app open and good connection various parts will simply never load. I paid the $9.99 subscription for an app that doesn’t even work. Super bummed. I wish apple stood by the apps in their ecosystem better. I at least expect an app to work -especially if I’ve paid money. There are lots of other apps out there. Don’t lose your money with this one!!

Loads fast on an iPad. This app works well and works quickly on my iPad Air. Other weather apps I’ve tried take a substantially long time and/or hang. Sometimes other apps are filled with ads to the point of harming functionality. Thankfully this app does not have that problem.

Accurate short term, poor long range. This app is better than most weather apps as far as predicting the chance of precipitation and 3-day forecast. Radar and forecast are easy to access. The extended forecast is laughable. We are having highs in the 90s with heat warnings and the long range forecast for this week says a “cool start to July”. The high for this week, the first week of July in Ohio, is 0° according to the app. Obviously, somebody is not doing his or her job. If you don’t care about a 12 week forecast, this app is really good.

Weird photos. The app just had a major update. Parts of it are great — it’s easier to see the forecast for the next several days. But there are photos of places front and center in the main page that look nothing like the place you’re checking weather for. The one for my town in Maryland looks like California, maybe San Francisco? The one for a town in Massachusetts I check looks like rural Sweden or something. I keep thinking I’m looking at weather for the wrong area. But once I triple check that I’m on the right location the app works well.

Finally!. After my go to weather app had deteriorated to sometimes totally inaccurate predictions (68 degrees day and night for a week and/or update lags for several days), I began trying other apps. This no nonsense, minimal ad app is the clear choice. Weather I can expect for days to come.

Great layout- too many notifications. I loved this app, but the notifications became way to many. This morning alone, I received 15 notifications for flood warning in my area in 30 minutes. Some came in every 30 seconds, other times it was every couple minutes. Otherwise, the app is great. Great layout, easy to read and navigate. Change how you manage notifications and I’ll come back to it.

Better than most. There is a new issue with alert notifications - I received 89, one for every minute, during a 90 minute period. Been using the app for 9 months. Thanks for fixing the title case issue in discussion text, but readability is still a problem on both iPad and iPhone. The font is incredibly tiny, waaaay too small. I really can’t bear it. Hopefully this will change in the next update. It would be greater to reverse the white on black background, too — it is terrible for the eyes. Otherwise there is a lot to like. The fact that there is good discussion is a huge advantage over the other, shallow weather apps out there. The map features are ok although I wish it would display more than one overlay at a time. Switching between clouds and precipitation and wind speed is a pain. I’d like to see all. The forecast graphics are hokey and not all that useful, especially “precipitation.” Little beakers that slowly fill to display a likelihood percentage of snow/rain per day? Grade-school level. I think the developers are on the right track, though, and this app is the best since STORM, which I’m still broken-hearted about. I use the NOAA enhanced radar app along with 1weather to get everything I need, especially lightning strikes.

New Update Has Potential but. There’s a lot of redundancy between the “TODAY” and “FORECAST” sections. For a major release, the app does not feel polished or user tested. Guess that’s the day and age we’re in 😜. Put me in the beta fam 🙏🏻 The placeholder images for different locations gave me a good laugh. Hope to see those implemented more completely (maybe seasonal photos?), it’s a nice touch. BTW your error message for too many locations is bugged.

Broken unsupported app will not add locations. This developers newest version is over a year old they are definitely not supporting the app! Do not download or try to use and it definitely do not pay for the ad free app!!!!!!!! Adding locations is no longer connected to a database I can see from reading recent reviews and it’s happening all the way back to October 2020 and this is December 23, 2020 so the developer is no longer supporting the app I have the paid version and it used to be very good but the developer is no longer supporting it otherwise you want to see reviews back to October 2020 when the problem seems to first started! I try to even look for Houston Texas and it could not even find that city or any other city in the entire United States! I am sick of these paid apps that they no longer want to support anymore they went down the road of “Weather Bug” who used to have a paid appuntil they discontinued supporting it after less than one year after I paid for the app!

Used to be my favorite weather app. This used to be my favorite weather app. It was always pretty accurate, and I loved the ease of the radar feature. However, in the last couple of months (honestly maybe even year) it has stopped being that easy to use, go to weather app. The radar hardly ever works, and it's no longer as accurate. I know weather changes by the second so there's never a way to be 100% accurate, but I can't keep overlooking that when the radar map is so busted. Will probably be looking for a new app, hopefully the team for 1Weather can figure out how to fix the radar, and get this app back to where it was

Widgets don’t display anything. Used the app for years, paid for the premium, but now the widget doesn’t display anything. Just blank boxes that don’t show any numbers or temperature or anything. I have emailed about once a month asking for a fix, they used to respond but now it seems the the developer doesn’t care or just cannot fix it. Don’t give me some “Thanks for your feedback” generic response to this post, please just tell us- are you going to fix the fact the widgets don’t display anything or not?

Great app no longer works. I’ve used this for years it was my favorite weather app. In the past month or so all of the sudden it has these little cutesy comments that sound like a fortune cookie written by somebody who does not really speak English. They say things like your confusion is now visible due to low pollution or the latitude and longitude are visible today in the clear sky. That was just kind of funny but the app still worked. Now today,November 10, I note that it has weather for October 31. I have tried refreshing it, closing and reopening. I restarted my phone. I finally deleted it and then download it again from the App Store with the same result.

Easy to read with complete info. Finally found a weather app that looks good and clean **and** has complete info at a glance - temp, wind, humidity. Perfect balance of info, giving morning, afternoon, evening temp estimates, but you can also drill down to detailed hourly info and longer forecasts too. My new main weather app.

My new go to Weather App. Just came across this App. Love the look and feel. The home screen icon looks great. The UI is easy to navigate and understand. All the weather info you need at your fingertips. Only been using a little bit will update after awhile. I like weather alerts so will wait to see how they are. But so far I am loving this App!

Good App. I need a good weather app that I can glance at in the morning before I leave for work as I have a long commute and the weather may be different at my work location, this app full fills this. I can quickly see what the day’s weather will be like. I can also quickly see how the weather is at other cities as well. I had the Storm app which was doing an excellent job but the developers decided to fix something that was not broken and ruin the app. I am happy i found this app and hope the developers don’t screw it up.

Now the best!. If you liked the old Storm app by Weather Underground before the Weather Channel bought it and ruined it and are looking for a replacement, this app is the next best thing. Definitely the best design and layout of any weather app I’ve ever used. Access to all the data and features is very intuitive. This may end up being my favorite weather app, even above the older version of Storm.

Best weather app out there. Since storm changed hands and was redone I have been looking for a new weather app. Tried many and 1Weather is the best available. Accurate, long range forecast and radar with current and upcoming path animations. Simple to use and easy to find what your looking for. Hope this app is around for a long time.

Deceptive. The small cloud on the app. Cover does not invite a weather enthusiast to take the app seriously IE ( me ) . However I could not find anything in my App Store that was new to me so I said what the heck I’ll take a look . Tons of articulate weather information, and much more ; I love this app / I have dark sky , Accuweather , weatherbug , Saildrone Etc. This is my current go to app. Awesome !!!

What a shame. 1Weather has been my ONLY weather app for the better part of a decade. It always gave me the info I wanted and needed in a timely manner and easy-to-read format. The neatest feature, by far, was the local National Weather Service discussion accompanying each AM and PM forecast. I've learned so much about the nuts and bolts of weather prediction because of those discussions. Sadly, all of the wonderful details I loved about the app for years are now gone. Poof. Vanished. I won't uninstall (yet), but I also will not be opening or using again, either. I really hope this is a case of new ownership making bad decisions. It happens all the time in the real world. I can't imagine the original developers signing off on just destroying what they put a lot of effort into. It was awfully close to perfect less than a month ago. It's now awfully close to unusable.

This wouldn’t be a 1 star review if. The app worked the way it’s supposed to. Right now, it’s not possible to add locations. I reached out to support via the app, let them know their online instructions didn’t work, and they replied back with a copy/paste of the instructions online. So I replied back again - with screenshots showing the app doesn’t work as they say it should - and I haven’t heard back since. Since I paid for the full app, I’d expect it to work as advertised. Really disappointed with this product and support. I’ll be sticking with Dark Sky.

Good App Gone Bad. I’ve had this app for 6 years. The older version was wonderful. The widget showed up, the icons allowed for true total dark mode and severe weather notifications used to send an emergency tone. I hate this version and have for the last 2 years. But now urgent notifications properly turned on fail. The radar seems unreliable. As of today Aug 2nd, I deleted it. I really depended on emergency notifications for severe weather, especially when trees are being snapped off and blown down my road!!!

Worse every update. This app has only gotten worse since I originally bought it about a year ago. It has become harder to read, less intuitive, slower, and more buggy every time it is updated. The current radar is unusable on an iPhone 7. It just doesn’t bother loading or playing. It sits there with 1/10th of the first frame of the map loaded and that’s it. The hourly forecast, if it loads, is more clicks away than it has ever been. All information is in its own oversized container which forces scrolling to the left and right just to see the days’ weather. So trying to get the hourly rain forecast for the afternoon requires clicking “forecast,” then “hourly,” then scrolling down, then scrolling right! That’s 5 clicks away from my phone’s Home Screen just to find out if it’s going to rain this afternoon. All the little rain icons and “xx%” icons in the world don’t tell me whether the rains starts in the morning or at 11pm. It matters. A lot. The app gets worse every time they update it and I’m giving up. I just assume the original owners sold it off and no longer care about producing a slick weather app. It gets 2 stars because, when it does work, it seems to be more accurate than my wife’s app.

Used to like it. I have used this app for years but since it has been updated I have been trying others so I can switch. I liked the way the data was presented before. It was straightforward and quickly digested. It would make more sense if the days of the week were at the top of the weather data, ABOVE the clouds. I don’t see the point of the two lines. They just take up space. The day of the week could be line one in nice large font and the date just below on line two. At any rate the old app was much more user friendly in my humble opinion.

Does work anymore. I have been using this app for a good many year. And now lately it doesn’t work like it should. I cannot add cities with message not found. On top of that. Whenever I open the app I keep getting a notification “Error registering for push notifications. We’ll try again later.” Plus I have tried getting in contact with the developer on the issue but when in the setting. I cannot send an email because that link is either turned off or disabled. I love this app and have even recommended it to friends, family, coworkers and even strangers. I do not to have to delete it.. would be nice if this issue can be fixed.

Jimski. I give up on your useless app. Your app updates are worthless and take way too long to address the problems we bring to your attention!!!! You obviously don’t even care what we’re telling you, because your App Store star rating is still only 4.3 ( I don’t know why it isn’t worse, should be 2.5 at best) and nothing has changed in the last year or more. It’s a shame, because this app was really good, several years ago, but now it’s so useless and bad, that I’m deleting this piece of crap and going to rely on some apps that are 100% better than this app. Weather Mate Pro, Weather Bug (free version) and there are others available also. You people should be ashamed of this app and really want to fix and improve it, but month after month, year after year, nothing has, or does change. Do yourself and us a favor and just get rid of this piece of crap!!!!!!!

Glitch. I've been using this app for a very long time. Unfortunately it won't work anymore. It was malfunctioning earlier this week and kept telling me Thursdays weather instead of the actual dau which was Sunday. So I uninstalled and redownloaded it and it now no longer shows me anything. No temperature, no precipitation percentage. All I can see is the weather alert at the top of the screen. Even the radar doesn't work properly. Can someone help me fix it? I do really love this app and would prefer to continue using it over another one.

LEZAK (OR WHATEVER) PREDICTIONS GONE!. This app used to have a long-term forecast contained within it which would use past weather models to predict future trends. Apparently it didn’t make the cut on this upgrade! Pity! I can choose from umpteen apps for various uses, and it’s a shame when some of the extras go away, and those “diamonds in the rough” become just a carbon-copy app! Storm was one such app! Now this!

Reasonable app, but model is bad. The weather model(s) used by this app has a pretty bad problem. For next week, there is a 10 degree or more difference between this app and the others I use. This one is calling for 124 degrees, higher than our all time record, and out of line for the time of year. I cannot trust the forecasts now. On the upside, it’s a lot faster to load radar than other apps, but so far it isn’t impressing me as being better overall.

Lots of Problems. Moon shows instead of sun on current conditions page at 11AM. Daily & hourly forecast data hit and miss between locations in USA. Wind direction chevrons point to wrong direction. Ridiculous weather now pictures (in Arizona, shows me Washington DC cherry blossom picture). I subscribe to get weather information not novelty pictures of scenery. Weather alerts dialogue opens to show all alerts for all locations you have not just the location you have selected very difficult to manage. Deleting after 3+ years paid subscription.

One fatal flaw. This is an ideal weather app for me -- great layout, shows just enough info (but not too much), is well designed and easy to read. But unfortunately it has a problem where the data never updates, and there is no manual "force refresh" or "pull to refresh" like most apps have. So when I'm about to go outside and need to see what the weather is going to be for the day, I'm stuck looking at the weather from 1 or 2 days ago with no way to see updated info except uninstalling and reinstalling the app! Bummer.

Complete more than most. I like to do my own amateur forecast based on instrument readings. This has wind direction and wind speed. It also has barometer readings and barometer trend (falling or rising). Most of the weather apps just do temp and is it raining. This is also one of the few apps that has National Weather Service advisories with an alarm tone. Very valuable! It gives me what I want without being weighted down. *Update: Taking one star off. The problem with the app is when there is a flash flood warning, it goes off every 5 minutes. I have to manually turn the notifications off.

Not accurate. On the Gulf coast of Mississippi it says it us 100% chance of rain. Sorry not even close. Weather network at 30% much more accurate. Wasted my money

Was working great for years.. The radar section is now disjointed with areas not showing, and areas not matching time wise. Very out of sync for months now.

What happen with the radar display????. Recently I noticed that the radar images are not adjusting to the view on screen. When you zoom out the radar image looks “good”, but when you initially click on the radar for the city you want the radar image is pathetic. It’s blocks of color, and doesn’t adjust for the resolution. Please fix.

Disappointing. This only gets two stars only because the discussion is gone! I used to love this only because of the weather discussion. What happened to it? Can you guys bring that back? I would actually buy this app, if I could get the weather discussion back. Please consider adding it back. Thank you

Good Layout With Useful Features. I enjoy this weather app more than any other. The layout is easy to use and navigate. Feature rich, useful for planning, solid performer in a crowded field.

New UI has broken the app. Since the updated UI, the app has had numerous issues and features removed. The daily forecast once gave us 10+ days and is now only 5. The hourly forecast refuses to load, still, after a bug report was submitted long ago. Was once my favorite weather app. Now using AccuWeather and searching for something better.

App won’t let me delete locations. Nice weather app but there is no way to remove locations. And once you add too many you just get an error message and can’t see details for different cities. Fix that and I’ll up my review

Buggy, not updating. When first installed a week ago I loved this app. All details arranged nicely. Radar loaded fast. Since then the weather details don’t update. Current temperature seems stuck. Daily forecast shows the last week, not the upcoming week. Was hoping for an alternative to the weather channel, doesn’t look like this is it.

New version a major downgrade. 1Weather was my go to weather app for years. Its interface was basic, but it contained all the essential info. The new colorized version is far inferior to what was. I don’t know what the red and blue lines stand for in the daily or hourly forecasts. They are unmarked and have no scale. The sunrise/sunset times have disappeared from the display. In an apparent effort to improve the display, the developer has destroyed it instead.

Doesn't always work. I have used this app where I live in Ohio, as well as all up and down the New England area while traveling, but since I've been in Texas, it says "location not found" any time I search for a city in Texas. Not sure what the issue is, but I've had to use google since being here.

Good Radar But That's It. The current temperature and next week's forecast is a total joke but radar is great. Local temp is usually off by +-20° and this is the only weather info that constantly forecasts rain for next week when no one else does. There doesn't seem to be an app that comes close to the sadly now defunct Storm App.

Best Weather App Around. This is the most accurate, smooth weather app out there. I would definitely recommend it more than the one preloaded on iPhone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Love the forecast, hate the radar. The forecast is great, usually very accurate. However the radar is terrible for my location. I have to use a different app (that doesn't get the forecast right as much) just to see the current conditions

Louder than before!!!!. As an identifier of one louder/one weather performance to make the device better on my end, could use info in circumstances to get motivated in the right track along meta platforms data! 😎😎😎 GOD SPEED

Clean and simple design. I like the new UI. I’m also happy that the app has been getting updates. Complaints? Missing widget, app for Apple Watch and blocky radar. Overall, nice update to an app that used to be the top weather app.

New update. The new update is not good, this app was a go to for me when it came to the perfect weather app to recommend to the normal phone user. The new interface is much worse than the old, don’t update if you still have the old version and don’t download if you want a new weather app, it’s still probably better than the weather channels app but compared to the old app it if very subpar

Where are the Sunrise and Sunset times?!?!. Why aren’t the times given for the Sunrise and Sunset of each location??? This information is far more significant than the moonrise and moon set times! This is a big reason that I do not approve of this app. Please include the times of Sunrise and Sunset for each location.

Will not purchase. Have a free trial of this app, but will not purchase. I just want a weather app without all the completely unnecessary sayings. I don’t even understand most of them, and by the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one. These sayings distract from what should be the main goal of the app - give weather reports. Unsubscribing from my free trial now - so glad I did not purchase this before checking it out.

Quick response. I contacted app developers through their email about loud music playing when app opened. They were quick in their response and the problem is gone.

New update is bad. Why did you delete the detailed forecast option that you could read? If you made this a premium option, then I am deeply disappointed. I will be deleting this weather app and using the standard built in one that I have until you bring the detailed forecasts back (the long and short term discussions)

Update issues:. First update on this app in a while. Description of app states millions of locations. I guess that doesn’t include mine. This app has been pretty good in the past. Now, all of a sudden, it’s harder to read and inaccurate. Hope it get fixed soon, but good weather apps are a dime a dozen. When you have something good, works like it’s supposed to, what exactly is it you are attemoting to fix?

So disappointed. What happened the the extended weather out weeks? I’ve used this app since it’s start because of that feature it made your app special now it’s just like all the rest the same and many are even better then yours now. It’s really sad. 95 out of 100 you were correct about the weather. I’m going to have to look for another app now that has the 12 weeks out.

Goodbye. Weather 1 was once the best weather app. They not only had what you see on the front page but had in depth information printed so you could really understand and learn. Two and half years ago it started to go down hill. The printed weather left and now the radar hasn’t worked in a few months. It doesn’t seem to have been updated since 2021z

Nice app, widget needs work. I really like the app itself and the data provided. However when I add a widget to my screen it keeps defaulting to the Cupertino location. I tried to make my location services always on but that isn’t an option. Any advice?

Love the app but I get millions of the same notifications of alerts. I know I could just turn off notifications but I like having them on except when I get the same exact notification millions of times

Hope you don’t want weather quickly. I got this app and really liked it. So I bought it on there yearly subscription. It’s not bad priced. It got rid of the adds woo boo. But when I tried to add a widget to my Home Screen it would just show empty tile blocks and a line for temps. I tried several of the widgets. Not just one. I reached out in there in app support and didn’t get a response. Would be a five star if they would just make the app work.

Love the new format, but..... I'm missing the discussion regarding the short term and long term weather. As a weather geek, I really like knowing what's impacting my weather. Is this coming back with the update, or are you doing away with it?

Nice experience but broken features. Was very close to purchasing a subscription, but 2 things seemed broken or missing: 1. Hourly forecasts were not loading for any of the screens 2. Lack of customization for the home page

Used to be good. I used to use this app and it was by far my favorite weather source as I appreciated the simple interface. Unfortunately while the forecast still works well it seems like the radar function has become useless. It has difficulty loading and when it does the radar is often clearly wrong.

Widgets do not work!. Developers will not address the broken widgets. The attitude toward both the app and the customer is beyond poor. Why does Apple permit this? Stay away from app. Previous review: How can the developers not get this?!?!?! The latest update still has not addressed the widgets. They simply do not work. The widgets display nothing whatsoever. Has gone down in quality. What was once a great app has now become less than average. It used to be simple, intuitive, quick and easy to use. Now it is convoluted, slow and hard to navigate. Look elsewhere

Used to be a great ap.... This used to be the best ap around until the update. Now I need to find another ap. The hourly doesn’t tell me anything and radar is inaccurate. Doesn’t pinpoint my location. Used to love this for motorcycle rides but now I’m getting wet and my radar shows rain a hour away and only 10% chance of rain here. News flash it’s 100% chance!!!!

GREAT weather app!. I like the graphics, I like the various weather features, it loads fast, and it’s more accurate than all of the other weather apps that come standard on iPhones. It’s a keeper!

Meh. I got this app because it had the moon phases on it. The radar part was glitchy, but that didn’t bother me much. With the last major update the radar was fixed, but the moon phases are gone. (At least they didn’t move the sunset times clear to the bottom like the last app I got rid of did.) So, it’s okay now, but it was better.

Won’t add locations. Have used it for years but recently I have been unable to update locations. I have removed it and waited a week and reinstalled and it is worse. Some how it interfaces with my gmail address list. Yet it cannot locate the most common cities. Have sent frequent requests to support address with no success. Still a great app for current location but no longer helpful for travel planning.

Awesome. This is an excellent weather app. I check the weather several times a day year around. I have found this app to be very easy to navigate as well as accurate. Great product.

Hate new interface. I really liked this app but they just completely changed it spring 2021 so you can no longer read the forecast. All pictures now with no idea what they mean. Will have to find another weather app now that looks like this one used to. I used to really like the hourly forecast feature. Not useful now.

Needs two more things. Wind speed is mentioned but not the direction. Should have both. Alerts include dates but should also include the day by name. Standard fare in weather reporting and wind direction can be an important data point, especially I areas prone to fires or in the vicinity of smoke. Thanks.

I love it!. This is by far the best weather app that I have used thus far. I have installed on all my devices. Gives you you everything you need and for free version is not, you are not bombarded by ads.

Notifications. Please stop sending back to back weather warnings of the same thing. In one hour I get 40 notifications for the same thing and hasn’t changed. One would be sufficient. Please fix this, blowing my phone up with it.

Been through MANY!. I have had many weather apps. They all seem to have flaws. I really like this one the best so far. As a Roofer I rely on knowing the rain a week out and this seems to deliver.

I’m happy. I wanted a weather app that was accurate but also had a nice appearance. This app does both. It’s worth the $1.99 to get rid of the adds, which I did not do until I was sure I was keeping the pop on my phone. It’s compatible with IOS 12 too.

5.0.1 Update and Radar Fix. Thanks to the Developer for the quick response on the radar. The new layout is VERY nice, with a lot of new information available. I especially like the dark theme.

Not to bad, but!. Not a bad app easy to use and understand. But lately there seems to be a glitch when you zoom out on the radar you lose whatever storm you are trying to track a completely disappears hope they have a fix for this soon

Radar Function has not worked for months.. I used to love this app before I moved. Once I moved to the mountains, the Radar stopped working altogether. It will literally show every area’s weather but mine. And then it chooses what portion of the map to display the radar. Extremely frustrating when you need to help your family stay aware of major storms.(Happening as I type.) I’m ditching this app for that reason. May go back one day, but not soon.

Love it. This app is pretty slick and one of the few I paid for (for ad removal). I’m curious though I set it up for weather alerts and we are having a tornado tonight..yet no alerts. I’ll ensure if ya not Hh t in m end but otherwise this is a great app I highly recommend.

Such a great app. This app is great for me since I travel for work and always keeps me updated. I wish there was an app that also worked on the Apple watch as that would make it much better.

Good radar but........ Great radar, forecast is hit and miss. The big issue is receiving endless notifications for places I have previously visited. Even when you delete those locations still get constant notifications. I will delete and reinstall and see if that helps.

Grammar. Great app. Bad grammar. For instance “forecasted” is not used properly. One would never say or write that the weather is forecasted. Instead one would say “ Here is the weather that is forecast for the next ten days. “ it is an irregular verb.

Used to be. This used to be my favorite weather app, especially for the hourly forecast. Now after the update the whole app is awkward to navigate, and there is no way to easily see the full hourly forecast, you have to individually scroll through the temps and the precipitation which makes no sense.

1 of 3 necessary for travel planning.. I used to drive professionally and had the best weather apps/websites I could find 1-Weather was in that very small class of three. While I no longer drive for a living, I still prefer having the best apps available.
