DO SOMETHING!!!. I absolutely love QT. Their food is always great and that’s the only place I get my gasoline. That being said, this app has some pretty serious issues for usability and accuracy. For one, it says the fuel prices near me are 2.75 when they are actually 2.25 which is hard to understand how that’s even possible to be so far off. I also have to log in to my account EVERY time I want to use the app. Absolutely none of my restaurant or any other apps are that way unless you want extra security. I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please do something about the accuracy and usability of the app.

Need to change the time they clean the restroom.. I work 10 hour shifts at night. I drive a patrol car so I don’t work in a building nor do I have a restroom available to me for 10 hours work which includes a lot of coffee drinking. I utilize QT for my restroom stops . All night the restrooms are available. There kept clean and I have no issues with them whatsoever. But for some every QT I go to closed the men’s restroom for cleaning, at my last pit stop around 5-6 am. I don’t know if that’s QT policy or just my bad luck that 5-6 QT’s I goto all have there rest rooms closed at the same time

Better communication. I’m a big fan of this app. However there needs to be better communication between the app and the employees. I have placed orders numerous times at different locations and arrived to pick up my order. Only to arrive and it’s not ready. This is extremely irritating because I only have so much time for my lunch break. I find that I end up spending 10 minutes or more of it waiting on a order I placed hours in advance. The quality of the food is great for the price. Having only 10 minutes to wolf it down before I go back to work makes it hard for me to enjoy in though.

Just put in a search bar. I hate having to click on 5 different things just to get something to drink especially when the interface is so laggy and freezes up sometimes. Every other store app has a search function, also inconvenient that you have to start an order to see items in the store, but the app has no connection to the store’s inventory so most of the time I order something they tell me that don’t have it as I’m already pulling in when I placed the order 30 minutes ahead of time.

Terrible app. I’ve tried creating an account through the app at least 10 times over several weeks and constantly get an error code…so I haven’t been using the account but then this morning it tells me before I even select a location that they aren’t taking orders at this location… for all locations.. I call the location to order by phone and they direct me to order on the app… which I can’t… very disappointed as I’m 1 week post partum and can’t get the breakfast pizza that I crave.

Unable to retrieve my profile?. After recently updating the app, I received a notification that my profile could not be found, therefore unable to retrieve any offers or rewards. I made sure that I haven’t missed a recent update. I haven’t tried to delete the app and download it again, because I’m concerned that I might lose my previous transactions. Until recently, I would say that I have really enjoyed the app. Because of my previous experiences, I am giving the app 4 stars, and if someone can help me rectify this issue, I would be happy to update my review!

Best One Stop Spot Ever!!!. I work in a busy industry as a service advisor for Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet, when the team needs a pick me up or quick bite to eat while maintaining customer service, QT service team always delivers great quality service and prompt food orders! Service Managers always on point with customer satisfaction and never go any where else but QT on Crowley and Altamesa

Cannot create account. No matter how hard I’ve tried, I’m unable to make an account. I haven’t been able to in the last year. Every time I put in all my information it sends me to the screen that says “I confirm and verify that the information provided is true and accurate”, there’s nowhere or no button for me to click in order to verify. I’ve tried this on various different phones and brands(family members). I don’t know what to do.

App good overall. Repeat order option needs improvement.. The app is overall solid. Would really like to see the option for in-store or on lot pick up moved to the end of the order process, rather than the beginning. Currently if you use the re-order or favorite order option it is impossible to tell whether it is set for in-store or own lot pickup. It appears to default to in-store with no way to change. A very frequently order the same thing, but change my pick up preference constantly depending on whether or not I need to go inside for something else.

Best place ever. Great place to purchase gas & food. My company uses the Fleet card for all our vehicles and the people who work there are super, can’t say enough about them. I travel thru out Georgia, South and North Carolina on a weekly basis and I can probably tell you where every QT is located, I love the food they serve and am always greeted warmly. Thank you for being there for me, you have a customer for life.

Constant Errors. Idk if the new version of the app bugged things out, but it’s not operable now. Unable to put in an order, receives an error regarding adding coupons but there aren’t any coupons attached to the order. Unable to create an account to be able to place the order and pay in store, more error messages that never get past the birthday screen. No problems with network connectivity or issue with any other app. This app used to work great but now I can’t even order anything, what happened? This isn’t happening on just one device either, it’s my roommates phones, too. All updated versions of the app.

Shawnee mission parkway store number 264. This is the best QTrip I’ve been to. I’ve been to many. I always get an iced coffee everyday. I sometimes get them twice a day. This store 264 is the best. They are so friendly. I can always tell a floaters from the stationeries, yes because I come here everyday for years, but also because of politeness.

New version is harder to use. Love the app and use it weekly. Deals are great, coupons are not bad and finding stores is easy. My only problem is it is now harder to order food and now there is no favored stores on the home page. Why change it when it worked so well?? Ordering food takes longer and I have had freezes but it’s no deal breaker. I don’t use it that much to begin with, only when I am on a time crunch. My main beef is with your 3 favored stores not on the start up/home screen. You can still save them, but you have to search for all stores in order to see them and what the gas prices are. Why even offer favored stores if you are going to have to search all stores to see them anyway?? Just makes no sense at all. I wish I could have the previous version back... Update: they have received my review and sent feedback as well. Said they were taking it into future considerations since I wasn’t the only one not pleased with the favorites being omitted on the home screen. 2 new updates later.... still no change. No change on their part, no rating change on my part. Only thing holding it back... Final update: they have FINALLY put favorites on the home screen. It’s took long enough. Now it’s back to being a useful app again.

I’m not sure why this app is rated high. This app is a good idea but the execution is not all the way there. There are no meatless options on the app so I can not use it for when I forego lunch on my break. The options for customization are extremely limited and there is no option for the hot and ready? The idea is good but the execution is not. It would be nice to bring the flexibility of the in store experience to this app to make it truly convenient. Maybe qt should add an instore shopper with accurate inventory variety reflecting for each store. Idk but I do actually wish I could use this app.

App errs too often. Nothing worse than punching in your mobile order, filling out the payment details, and then getting an error after hitting submit. This is not the first time I’ve encountered the app failing. While waiting for my order that I had to place when I got to the store, I decided to set up my account. Another error after entering my information. Waste of time. I like QT, and the app handles store location well, but too many bugs for orders and setting up accounts.

It’s got everything!. I am enjoying using this app you guys honestly got everything that should make a gas station/deli app good and also showing us the coupons and when they expire is a bonus keep it up. My only downer is that on the app you guys have it when your open and when you close but when I went into the store they told me it was a 24 hr deli if u can fix that to the correct time on the app that would be grateful

I LOVE this app but there are a few things they could make better. I love the convince of this app as I’m the person who is always running late and this totally saves me so much time if I need to grab something really quick on a time crunch! The feature that they can bring it out to your car is a lifesaver when you have kids in the car and I love all the money saving deals and freebies, especially the fun freebies they give during the holidays just for ordering! I wish they would add a notes/ special request feature when ordering food! I’m now pregnant and wanted to order a sandwich and grab it really quick on my 15 minute break but I wanted to be able to tell them to heat the meat up as well for safe pregnancy consumption as well as to add a sauce to dip it in on the side! Or maybe that be an option on the ordering details. Also there aren’t any of the sugar free monster options available to order ahead which is a total bummer! Just some things I hope you’ll be able to add to the app later on! 😁

Poorly thought out redesign. The UI is much less intuitive. While the previous design was not perfect, this is MUCH worse. However the dealbreaker for us was the removal of Apple Pay. We were using this app at least 2-3 times a week. Now we don’t use it at all. I can’t even find a mention of the move in the change noted, so I have no idea why they did this. Before this, QT was often our go to for grabbing a quick bite for the whole family. The loss from our family alone is going to be a couple of hundred a month.

New revision is painful. I am a huge QT fanboy. We have about 20-30 in our area. The new app is almost unusable. Maybe it’s my fault for having a tiny iphone SE and the text bumped up a few sizes higher than default. But, the new deal and coupon icons don’t show enough text to make sense of what they are (web and UI designers seem to think icons over a readable list is smart these days???), so I have to click each one to understand them. And worst of all, the store locator is just a mess. First, you can’t see both the list and the map. Second, you can’t sort by prices. Third, the entire map is a sea of black bars on top of each other with the distance, not the price... which you wouldn’t be able to read anyways... because they all overlap. Fourth, the store list is now half a screen of white space per store, so I have to scroll and scroll. Fifth the jump back between the list and map seems to jump and re-sort things on me. It’s just confusing and frustrating now. So, basically, the two things which drove me to use the app and to go extra to QT, are now worse. I can’t find the cheapest gas on my commute, and finding deals and coupons to entice me into the store is no longer a quick glance. Oh, and I had an old email in the system, never used on the app, and it gave me a graceless in app error message when my already used email was attempted for signing up new.

Needs Another Update?. I just tried signing up and creating an account and it won’t work at all. It keeps saying there is an error. I see that they say they updated the app recently. But that is not true. I tried creating an account about three weeks ago and it was doing the same thing. The app is updated on my phone and still nothing has changed. They really need to get this fixed if they want customers. I’ve been trying my best but I might as well just take my business elsewhere.

Love the App except ordering. I love the ease and convenience of the app as well as the coupons and deals it offers! However I wish there was more options for customization on kitchen orders. For example, I use the app to order almost everything except for pizza and maybe one other thing because there is not an option for certain customizations. Example, on my pizza I only like light sauce but for other people even extra sauce. For those types of orders I have to go into the store and place the order and then even tell the employee working in the kitchen that I would like light sauce on my pizza Since even the kiosk in store doesn’t give you that option. so it’s not just an app disappointment. Over all I love the app and QT!

Opening an account fail. I’ve tried everything to open an account with no luck. I get to the account verification and it throws out an error Qt3000i. I went in through FB and it tells me, unable to complete. Please help, I’d really like to give the app a chance and change my review.. I apologize I wasn’t able to call you back. I wanted to let you know that the app didn’t like my primary email account. I was able to open an account with my secondary email. I will improve my star review because I believe this is a fantastic app, lots of options... however I think if you’re going to make it possible to purchase store items like a loaf of bread there should be more than 6 items. I’m seeing that as maybe something you are working on? I would like to add there is no option for ordering your fantastic fresh brewed Iced tea (my absolute favorite thing to drink) if I have my young kids with me while I gas, there is no way I’m going inside to grab a tea or sandwich. I would love to see the entire store in the app along with your huge candy and snack options! I would definitely buy more if I’m not standing in there telling my kids to hurry up and pick! Thank you for listening!

Change back. Love the great friendly service at QT Also the clean, bright store. This year I’m disappointed you aren’t offering the free items for the holiday season. That way you are getting more people in the store because not everyone is ordering food on the app like me. They can still come in the store to order food. Please change back in 2020. If I came in the store for my free drink I might get a sandwich also. I’m sure you are turning a profit and give your loyal customers a free item once in awhile.

Restart App…. If your objective is to restart the app after making every selection or menu tap you have achieved success! This app is absolutely abysmal and deserves negative stars! It was updated 2 weeks ago and it is still faster for me to drive the 3 miles to get to the store than it does for me to click on a single thing! I have provided the necessary settings to “unlock” all the features! Still can’t even check the local store for anything! Never mind checking the local store how about you just fix finding a store on the app! Let’s start there, then work your way up to adding other things!

The new app. I eat QT Kitchen regularly. I always order on the app. I loved the old QT app but with the new update I can’t order my favorite items the sandwich bread choices always shows as “unavailable” no matter what location. I always call to confirm and i called store #96 today and they said they have all the bread but my app is showing that they do not have any so i have to drive to the qt and wait for my food. It is just pointless to have the app when i only use it for good and that isn’t working correctly

Why is there no option to modify your food like in the store?. Just added the app and was excited to use, but when I went to make my favorite sandwich, there is absolutely no feature for modification of QT Kitchen menu items. For example, I wanted a BLT with egg, but there’s no option to add anything besides more cheese or a sauce. Cool, I’ll just get a breakfast sandwich and add lettuce and tomato, oh wait, I can’t do that either. I’d have to go into the store to do that, and that’s discouraged right now. Also was intrigued by the tv commercial that said the app offered grocery items for pick up, but when I went to add a couple of grocery items, the items were random and limited and a gallon of sweet tea wasn’t an option. Want chips? Sorry, you only get 2 Cheeto choices. So far, not impressed for a company that keeps touting the amazingness of their app.

Disappointed. The main thing I used my app for was finding the cheapest station on my route to my destination. I loved the arrows that could toggle for showing the cheapest or most expensive prices no matter the distance from my current location. Now it only shows the closest locations in order, with no toggle option, so now I have to scroll through the list to find the cheapest station. Then I have to check the map to see if that station is on my route. Way more work than I’m willing to put up with. This is seriously making me want to delete the app all together.

NO Gas Prices Shown Dev Team???. I really like QT but why aren’t the gas prices shown for each location? It doesn’t make sense that this is a gas station app but don’t show the prices at each location? Some locations are more pricey than others! They could even be less than a mile and one charges more than the other. There’s no reason to waist more gas looking for the cheapest locations. Dev’s Please update the app to show this?

Used to be great.... The find a location is now worthless while on the go. It starts you out with so much screen clutter at the altitude of an SR-71 that you can see the next state but not the highways on the map. Then it refreshes at the slightest movement or zoom, so frequently and with so much useless detail that if you’re trying to see if there’s a store 1 or 2 exits away you have no chance. It will be pulling down data as you drive past the exit and see the store in your rear view

Poor UX. I’ve only used the app for mobile order and pickup. You have to press soo many buttons to place simple orders. There’s an awkward delay between transitions and sometimes I have to press the same button twice. It remember my order, but only for walk-in pickup (even if I selected on-lot before). This forces me to make the selection every time I want to order. Also does not remember the car you have selected before. It’s a very high bar to place an online order (especially as compared to competitor apps like Chikfila that make it sooo easy)

Won’t work. After 5 times of trying, the app won’t allow me to place an online order. It keeps saying I need to confirm my email to pay in store, even though I’m paying Apple Pay. The Apple Pay even processes, then it declines because of this message. It also keeps crashing even I would add an item to the cart. I’m not sure how this app has 4.9 stars, I decided to give up and not make a trip to qt because of this. My email is confirmed and has been for a long time, I have placed many orders in the past.

Extreme connection problems. I’m sorry, but a few weeks ago, I haven’t been able to use the app at all because every time I try, I get hit with a loading screen that won’t go away no matter how long I wait. I really like the app, but I am physically incapable of using it. I’ve switched off of my WiFi, tried using cellular data, gone to other places to use their WiFi, and nothing has helped. It has nothing to do with connection and I’m using a new iPhone 8, so it shouldn’t be that either. I tried reinstalling the app too, and nothing changed. I’m kinda stuck.

Outstanding Customer Service. I don’t know what QT puts in their drinking water during employee training, but it works! Always impressed with how quickly and efficiently the QT team works together, and not just this location, but every location that I have ever been to. Store is always clean, stocked, and organized! Friendly folks! Thank you, QT!

Broken constantly. I use the app at least once a week and never had issues however the last seven times I have tried to use it it’s error after error after error. I usually use it to order from the kitchen but once I start getting errors that make it impossible for me to order I just order from somewhere else. I have updated to the latest version, I have completely deleted the app and re download it and I still get errors. It used to be a good app but now is clearly broken.

Fantastic staff!. My family and I cannot be more pleased with the quality of our new QT store. The store manager and his team truly have customer-centric service down to a science. We have needed this quality establishment for years as the area convenience stores pale in comparison. Thank you Dustin and staff - we welcome you and your team to Central Texas! App is horrible, love QT though. The app is so frustrating. I get notifications for deals which is great until I go to the app and it will not work. It logs me out every time then gives me errors when I try to login or reset password. I never get a password reset email but know that the email is linked to my email account because I can’t create a new account with it. My app is up to date, I’m not sure what else to do. I just want to enjoy QT to the fullest extent. It’s my favorite gas station :(

Apple Pay for gas capability?. This is the best app that I’ve used. Not many gas stations app allow the payment option of “Apple Pay”to pay for goods. Very glad that it was added to this latest update. Now to tie it all off is to have the capability to pay for gas at the pump. Much like Exxon mobile. If the next update brings the capability to pay for gas at the pump and have the payment option Apple Pay I’ll never use anything else.

update ruined app. The app worked perfectly when I first got and since the update I can’t order certain things, my wife likes 2 flavors with her cold brew and it now gives me an error message when I try to check out. Also it seems to close for no reason, something that never happened before Edit: specialty drinks Cold brew Sweet cream Flavor: hazelnut Extra flavor: vanilla Add to bag As soon as I go to check out it says overflow alert. It worked ordering this specific drink before on the app and now doesn’t. Still able to order in store though The force close would happen when o tried to edit the above mentioned iced drink

Awesome app awesome service. Are use this app on a daily basis to get food quickly while working on the road. I also love that Quiktrip offers several foods that fit my low-carb lifestyle but I must say it would be great if there were more consistency in the heating of the scrambles. It seems about 50% of the time my eggs are still slightly frozen. But there are worse things in life!

Enough frustration to bail. The new app has lost me. It’s already tough because they didn’t use biometric features for logging in. As it was an overnight forced update my stop to make a quick order resulted in me abandoning the visit because I had no time to go through a setup. Now that I have gone through a password reset I have found that my payment data is also cleared out. Now i’m just frustrated enough that I’m not sure I want to pursue setting up payment again. I wish I could recommend not updating, but to not update is to delete the app. Whoever did this overhaul did a disservice to the really important clients, the ones that pay QuikTrip.

Always open! Always friendly!. Nearly always the same. (Older QTs are spoilers) I love the new GEN 3 stores. I really love that all of the products are in the exact same place in the store so it truly is a quick trip for me to walk into any of them get exactly what I want and be out the door super fast. It would be great if there was more promotion about customers can use both sides of the register at the same time. Some people don’t know that and I feel awkward stepping in front of them to prove the point. • My one and only suggestion is when I try to re-order food it puts the food you want into the cart but it also attaches it to the exact QT you were shopping at last time. I drive for a living and so are use multiple QTs in the KC metro area. But I always order the same food. Could you possibly make a choice that allows ordering the same food and allows selecting nearest QT?

Love the company, hate the app. 5 stars for most of your stores and employees. 1 star for the app. It logs me out almost every time I open it. The last update seems to have made it worse. I was using one of the deals and had it queued on my phone so I’d be ready at the counter. It logged me out in the time it took to enter the store and grab the item. It’s kind of embarrassing to have to login while the employee and customers are waiting on me. Please fix the app.

Apple Pay Does Not Work. Apple Pay never works when placing a QT Kitchens order via the app. I’ve tried multiple different QT stores and multiple cards. Apple Pay will sit there and show processing for several seconds before erroring out and stating that the payment was not completed. I regularly use Apple Pay in person, in other apps, and on websites designed to accept Apple Pay. I doubt it’s user error. Also, if I’m going to place an order via the app to pay in store, why should I bother using the app? Instead of generating a barcode receipt (like when using an order kiosk in store) that a cashier can quickly scan, a cashier needs to stand there and ring up each item and customization manually after searching the register for the right item for my pay-in-store order (errors have already happened in this manual process).

App done mostly right.. There are only two things I can think of to improve. First, when placing a mobile order, having that store’s actual number. Once I accidentally placed it with the wrong store. When trying to pay, the cashier noticed and corrected it, but didn’t cancel the wrong order, neither her, nor the national hotline number listed on the confirmation messages could get me in touch with that store. About an hour later, that store called me, and asked why I didn’t cancel, even though I had tried to through every ability that I could think of. Second. Showing price changes for adding extras, like how the in store kiosk does. 49 cents more for that, free for that, etc. right now I tend order more on the kiosk to see what additions I can choose for free, without having to edit or cancel my mobile orders.

Pile of Crap. Not sure if you can call it a fully functioning app when it’s impossible to create an account. Without said account it’s just a way for me to look at QTs offerings before going to the store. Maybe create a better account creation process? One that tells you what the error is instead of posting an error number that means nothing. I’ve reinstalled the app several times now to no avail. Guess I’ll take my business to RaceTrac instead. They actually have an app that works.

App won’t open. The app used to work perfectly. I’ve always enjoyed the coupons and deals and used them all the time. However, last week, the app started acting weird. It will not open. I tried deleting it and downloading, even signed up with a new account. It just won’t open! Please fix! Thank you!! App is working again!! Thanks so much!! Keep em offers and deals coming!!

Don’t use Apple Pay, pay at the store. App glitches out and took my money but didn’t submit the order to the QT i selected. Instead it sent it to a different QT that was 10 miles away. (The app is supposed to recommend the closest, but let’s you pick the restaurant. It did neither.) Tried calling the QT where my order was placed, no answers. No way to ask for any sort of reimbursement through the app either for their failure. Out $6 and i sure as heck am not driving 10 miles, in the opposite direction of my work to make me late, to pickup food that will be sitting for 15-20 minutes. Thanks for nothing. Never will be selecting Apple Pay again and will make sure next time the QT app fails it’s their loss, not mine.

Great until... This app is amazing! The offers are great and I love QT stores! All was well until I was checking my profile and offers and there were errors. I just deleted and reinstalled the app and logged back in. That worked but all of my deals and offers are long expired and I’m not getting any new ones. I’m not sure what to do. No Fuel Rewards/Discounts. I love QT, it is my go -to gas station because it always seems to have the cheapest gas around Atlanta. The app is nice food food deals and discounts when you order through the app, but it is lacking on one main thing. QT is a gas station and the app has no fuel rewards, that is what really will make me a loyal customer. Being an Uber driver it is so important that I can save on gas any way possible, and it’s so disappointing to have heard about this app so much but downloaded it and realized there is no way to get discounts or coupons on fuel. Compared to the RaceTrac fuel rewards app this app almost fails to compare.

Payment option won’t recognize my valid card. I love this store, but I download the app and I’m unable to pay for pick up because the app continuously tells me that my credit card is not recognized. The card is valid and when they run it in the store it’s not a problem. I asked if they could help, and they explained that this is some thing that has been a problem for people and they have no control over it. I hope it can be fixed, because I would likely use it almost daily, as it’s just down the street from my work.

The app revision is annoying. Can you fix the UI on the order checkout? I couldn’t scroll up and had to re-enter my info several times. (The UI probably wasn’t built for my tiny little iPhone SE lol) Finding a QT on the map was painful. Every time you move the map at all, the screen freezes and loads for a little bit. Makes finding the right store annoying.

Email Verification Issue. I actually work for QT and I figured I could get the app to make ordering food easier and cheaper; however I’m having issues verifying my email. No matter which one I use, there is no verification email. Useful app, definitely worth the download, but I would definitely like to verify my email and get the offers that are available.

Will not let me log in or create a new account. I think I had an account many years ago, but who knows. It won’t allow me to log in with that old email address, so I used my current email to create a new account. Says it is unable to create a new account for me, I’m assuming because I’m using the same telephone number. Also won’t let me reset my password for my old account. So I guess I just won’t be using this dumb app.

Inconsistent coupons. Today, 2/21, I went to my favorite QT location to take advantage of the free BioSteel coupon I had. I was told the coupon has been used already, which is impossible. Either my account is compromised or the coupon redemption system is bugged.

Need gas payment option. I downloaded this app several years ago since QT is one of my go to places for gas when traveling. I don’t buy much from the “deli”, so haven’t used it much. If it provided a way to pay for gas with a possible reward system I would use it. So for now, I’ll stick to BP or Shell.

Why did you screw a good think up. I brag about and love QT gas stations. I can buy the best two tier gasoline, easily get a drink and snack, buy my lotto tickets and grab a dog or pretzel or slice of pizza. This new update I can barely see the price of gas, to change the grade is an effort but it is no problem to order a pizza. Guys, the main business is fuel. I will still buy gas, get a drink and grab some food but your new and improved app is a bad joke.

Why?!. In a world where simplicity is desired, why must your app be so difficult to use. Every update clears a users info. You must recreate your account along permissions. After creating said account (again) you need to validate. Halfway thru all of this I was at the store and just ordered from the kiosk. This app used to be better. This can be the difference in user using the app or going inside. If the app isn’t used then you know who will be let go. Rethink this app and try again.

Payment process issue. This has processed payments in the past using ApplePay or a credit card. It’s not right now, which means that you have to walk inside to pay. That defeats the Curbside option and makes it annoying to pay ahead.

App team letting QT down. QT is a great company, but their app development team is a weak spot. More often than not the app is very unstable after an update, and this recent update is no different. It just spins and tells me it can’t load right now. When it is working, then it is great, but it is the regular problems after an update that warrant the poor review. UPDATE 8/8/23: It is giving me an error message, and it won’t let me order - AGAIN.

QT app needs an upgrade (why no gas purchases yet?!?!). The current app is ONLY good for in-store purchases. Still no ability to pay for gas from the app at the pump. This is why I’ve gone less and less to Quick Trip. Stories of people’s cards being skimmed at the pump only reinforce the need to use another gas company and their app instead of coming back for hotdogs. It’s almost 2020; how much longer will we wait while QT continues to lose business?

Option without apple pay. Bring back the option to type in a debit card number instead of using Apple Pay. I used to use this app every day, but now that it doesn’t allow me to use my debit card in forces me to use Apple Pay I can no longer use the app.

Awesome app!. I love the coupons I get from here, I save a lot of money. I have no problem using the coupon at the counter, and the employees are very knowledgeable about the coupons. Don’t believe what you read about the coupons not working, that is what we call in my business operator error.

Mostly good. Every now and then it acts up and doesn’t let me order through the app. I go to QT BECAUSE I can use the app so on the days it won’t let me, it’s infuriating. It’s been 48 hours now with a message “this item is currently off the menu” but no identification of which item so I can’t adjust. Payments mess up every few weeks, won’t let me pay with the app.

Always something. Every time I use this app it’s always something wrong. Now every time I got to checkout it says my card isn’t working but I’ll put in the exact same card and then it processes just fine. Every single time I use this app I have to put the exact same card info in. Ridiculous.

Big Mel. It’s awesome but parking lot pick up requires more than checking in on app, you’ll likely have to call them to let them know your waiting outside. But still great set up thank you quick trip. And a quick shout out to the homeless always asking for money at qt, especially at 15th and Denver except during the day when the lady guard is working. She does her job!

Let us locate no ethanol gas pumps and pay for gas on app. I waste time going to Quick Trip stores that don’t offer “no ethanol” gas. Wish the app would let me easily search for those pumps that offer no ethanol gas. Also want capacity to pay for and track mileage on the app. Would make it worthwhile.

What the heck. You guys have been responding to poor reviews of the app for over 2 months, saying “you’re working on fixing the issue.” How is that true when the app hasn’t worked the whole 2 months you guys have been saying “you’re working on it?” Doesn’t make sense. Really used to enjoy this app & using the coupons. Can’t even see gas station prices near me since I can’t even log in any longer. Just error, error, error. QT has lost my business.

Updated App stinks. I am very disappointed in the new update to the QT App. I used to use my app several times a week to order food, but now it’s just easier to go in store and order. The old version kept you signed in, this new version makes you log in every time you use it, which is a huge hassle! They also took away Apple Pay, which was so much easier to use!

Always an issue with this app. I use this app occasionally when I need a quick meal before getting back to work. 2/3rds of the time however, there is always an issue ranging from the app crashing to “kitchen not available at this time”. I ended up deleting it because it’s so inconsistent.

Map Zooming - Why?. When you zoom in to see stations in your area, then click on one for details, the view zooms back out when you close the details. Very annoying. Suggest making this a toggle in settings to either zoom back out or keep the same view.

Payment Screen Faulty. Ever since the update I have been unable to place an order by paying ahead. The option scrolls up beyond reach when the payment screen appears and I am unable to scroll up to it on my iPhone SE.

Horrible and useless app. I tried to give this a chance, but it is a huge waste of time. Takes more time to actual complete anything on here, other canceling an order before you submit it(???), that you might as well as just order in person. I have yet to be able to place an order before I get to QT. This only helps them track what people order and collect your information (hard stop). I sadly like QT but am about to delete this app. Just go to Trader Joe’s and get a salad everybody...(is there a way to give negative stars..???)

Very slow. If you want to use this app while you are at the store be sure to kick on the app about 10 minutes before you get there. It’s so slow I have stood just waiting for over 5 minutes for it to actually work to give up and just pay full price. Great deals if your app actually decides to work

Jan 31,2023 latest update bad!. The latest update didn’t fix bugs, it added them. They keep updating and going backwards! Bring back favorite stores and favorites! I love QT and am on the road a lot for work. I hate now that I cannot even access my offers or rewards. Just get the spinning wheel of death. Guess I’ll just have to start going to Casey’s or Loves while I’m on the road.

New Verification With Phone#. The new way you have to verify your account with your phone number to get deals and coupons is so ridiculous for people who do not have phone numbers it makes it impossible for us to use the app, why can’t we use our emails to verify our account just doesn’t make no since to me

Lack of Full Customization Options. When attempting to order pizza through the app, I can't add extra sauce and take off the cheese. There's also a lack of dairy alternatives for people who are allergic to dairy products. I also can't order customized fountain drinks, and not everything QT has in the store is available to order in the app. Please fix these things.

Not reliable and read last 6 months reviews. Between myself and friends there’s always someone’s that’s not working. Showing error codes even when deleted and reloaded. Wont let people sign in, freezes up. I enjoy it when it works. Issue is the last 6 months or more if you read reviews they are all negative. They can’t seem to get it together.

ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I’ve been trying for 30 minutes and I still can’t create an account. Apparently, on my first attempt, I mistype my phone number so when the app tried to send me a text for verification, I didn’t receive it. When I tried to correct the phone number, I received an error saying “can’t update”. I tried starting over by reentering all my information and I still get errors. I don’t think I need this app after all. It’s just too much trouble.

Make sure to screenshot deals cuz. App runs like garbage half the time. Just went to use a free pretzel coupon and when I get to the store it won’t load..ok no big bad reception walk all around the parking lot like an idiot still won’t load double check I have service yup not my fault so I go in tell them apps not working they say too bad and send me home. So now I walked all the way to qt and back in blistering Phoenix heat for nothing all cuz the app doesn’t work. Shouldn’t HAVE to screenshot...

Confused. My husband uses the app all the time and has no problems. However, I downloaded the app and every time I try to create an account, I get an error message and am unable to create an account. I’ve tried for about two weeks now and have had no luck. I tried deleting and redownloading also.

Great store, not great app. Along with many others who mentioned in their reviews, having to log in every time I open the app makes me not want to open the app. This seems like an easy fix and would resolve many people’s frustration. And also agreed with others on Apple Pay. Why would you limit ways people can give you money? Otherwise the app seems to function fine.

Cannot create account Error for FOUR months!!. I have tried EVERYTHING to get this app on my iPhone11Pro, to no avail! I have even asked for help at my local QT, and I STILL have not been able to create an account. I am soooo frustrated, because now I have even missed any gifts I could've gotten for my birthday on 8/27. I would FOR SURE frequent QT a LOT more if I was able to take advantage of the app, and was up to date on the deals/specials. PLEASE HELP!!

Great look, too bad it doesn’t work. Recently downloaded the app yesterday and tried to create an account and kept getting an error message. Tried again today and decided to try logging in via my Facebook account and no go. It pulls up the screen to fill in my phone number and DOB. Once you fill that in the create button is grayed out even though all the info is filled in. Was looking forward to a pizza from you guys. Luckily Dominos is right next door to you.

Good Start. The app itself works great and is easy to navigate. I am disappointed in the options available to order. Example: For Red Bull, you have the “Limited Editions” available to order, but not the Red or Blue. There is also no way to write in instructions like “substitute Red Watermelon if available “

Special case.. Maybe I’m a special case but never received an email to verify. Walk in the store to take advantage of the deal that’s been on the door for months to get turned away because it’s “app only”. So not only do I now have to carry my phone inside and use it to shop, I have to pay double without the deal, because I can’t pull it up on an app that I need to be verified to see deals that you literally plaster on the door. It’s asinine. But maybe I’m a special case.

I’ve tried ordering food without being logged in. It still won’t work.

Love the App!. We love to place an order from our office and be able to run over and pick it up! It’s always right and no waiting when we get there! Oh, and we love the employees and the smiles behind the masks! Thanks QT for making our “working lunches” easy and stress free!

Unable to log in via Facebook, previous email address or create new account. I attempted to open my QT app today and it didn’t want to log me in. I tried connecting via Facebook, Apple, using a previous email address and creating a new account - none of these options worked ever after deleting the app and adding it back on. I kept getting errors such as QT2000i and QT3000i. Can someone help me log in? After successful log in I will update my review and rating!

Best discovery of 2021 so far!!!!. This app is so handy!!! It tells you where the closest QT is, how much your preferred gas is there, and will even let you order hot or cold food and drinks!!! Then... they bring it to your car!!! They will even bring it to the gas pump if that is where you are!!!

Thought they would have mobile pay by now.. I thought they’d allow you to pay for gas at the pump with your smartphone by now but I guess that’s not important to them, even though Shell, Exxon Mobil and Chevron all offer mobile pay at the pump. I guess the mobile food ordering is cool but it’s a gas station, why can’t I just buy my gas the same way? I love QT but they need to catch up, until then, I’ll buy my gas elsewhere.

Love QT but the update is frustrating. I have been using the app since it first came out but this latest update leaves me frustrated. It requires me to log in every time and there is no one to save the log in info so I have to go through all the steps each time just to check the app out. Please do something to fix this!

enjoyed the app with apple pay. i wish apple pay worked now its asking me to put my card info in when they had it would’ve also been nice when the Apple Pay was available it didn’t let me use my Apple Pay cash card like I can use in the store very disappointing....

QT4002i everytime. I’ll make 1 order in the morning for breakfast and anytime I try making another order throughout the day, the app decides not to work. Infinite loading screens and errors for days. Let me spend my money on you. I wanted to use the jolly town but it looks more like a scam since I can’t even get it to work. Do better. Let me make orders. (Yes, I restarted my phone, logged out, closed the app, redownloaded the app)

Update stinks. Your application update stinks. You’ve change the map completely it’s difficult to figure out where the stores are and what corner they’re located the old map was much better

Hasn’t worked in a long time now. Used to use this app to order food almost daily when we were renovating our house. Hasn’t been usable for many months now so I’m deleting the app for good. Update: app still doesn’t work, hasn’t worked in over a year now. There’s no way this app legitimately has 4.8 stars when it doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the good ones are fake. Worst app in existence.

QT Has The Best Gas-Station Snacks. I like the food choices available (although I could wish for a bit more robust vegetarian options). The pricing is more than fair. It’s convenient to pre order and any convenient location.

Love it. Quick and easy! Why not use it order ahead walk in and walk out, or w walk out at all and they bring it right to you :) simple and useful period.!

Good but why can’t I enter QT gift card?. So I really like most of the options available in the app especially to order online and just pickup. However, I received a QT gift card and there is no way to link it to my account. ????? Doesn’t make any sense! At least there’s an option to pay when you arrive.

Gift Cards not supported. I got a gift card for Christmas and was hoping to add it to my Apple Wallet. I downloaded the app and created an account… and not only does it not support Apple Wallet as it says in the App Store listing, but it doesn’t appear to support gift cards at all. It does support Apple Pay for ordering food… I wish Apple would force apps to list that as a separate feature. Wallet support to me means a digital pass in the actual Wallet app.

Great but….. Would be nice if you didn’t have to put the make model and color of your vehicle every time when you’re always driving the same vehicle.
