Touch ID does not work. 19 out of 20 times Touch ID does not work... I’m currently not able to login in to my account will keep trying but next time I log in i will have to disable this option... Do not enable Touch ID and get away from this problem

Mrs.. I’m not sure why the app switches to the German language - due to contractual reasons. If there is ONE bank in a Germany which is supposed to operate globally, then this is Deutsche Bank, no?! So I am more than confused why the Deutsche Bank online banking platform is not made for the international user, and offers the option to communicate in English?!? Best regards, Sabine Dworak. (Still) no landscape support on iPad. Among the more than 30 Deutsche Bank Apps in the AppStore, this is the by far most relevant and popular: mobile banking for the ordinary client. On my iPhone I might actually give it 4-5 stars, but in the iPad it is such an annoyance and disruption that it doesn‘t support landscape orientation.

Slow German Banking. This app makes you launch a second app to verify all transfers. You also need to scan a physical piece of paper to log in…and you need that same piece of paper if you get a new phone. Last century technology.

Auslandüberweisung in USA nicht möglich. Auslandüberweisungen in die USA sind im Gegensatz zur alten APP immer noch nicht möglich. Die APP ist für iPhone und weniger für iPad geeignet und ist leider nur im Hochformat zu nutzen. Es gibt noch viel zu tun.

Spracheinstellung in der Apo. Hallo Deutsche Bank IT Support, ist es Möglich unabhängig von der Grund Spracheinstellung des Smartphones, die Sprache nur in der App zu ändern...?

Photo Tan does not work for me. I have online Banking in the US and Great Britain. I never have any problems. I spend 2 days on the phone to get help. When i am part to the explanation nothing happens and I am disconnect4ed. Th videos have not been helpful

Touch ID doesn’t work. The Touch ID doesn’t work and there is no alternate method of logging in. You have to uninstall and reinstall... not exactly a ringing vote of confidence on the technology capabilities of your bank...

Easy to use, intuitive and English language option. Grateful to Deutsche Bank for providing and English language banking option while we immerse ourselves in work and language learning. The app is basic but is fairly intuitive and provides what I need.

Stating PSD2 but just pure incompetence. When I want to add my company‘s DB account to my private DB account for a better overview, it says they cannot accept other institutions due to PSD2. I have multiple deutsche bank accounts that i want in one overview..

Photo tan. Zu generieren Hat nicht funktioniert! Musste immer mit 2tem Handy scannen um Code zu bekommen. Wenn man nur ein Gerät hat würde es nicht funktionieren

TOO MANY STEPS. Too many steps. Make it simpler. Suggestion, when paying ah, never mind.

Missing many features. I’m a US expat. System is safe and reliable just has so few features. Cannot see pending monthly payments for one. Perhaps its my US banks offer so much lore detail.

Certificate Check Failure, App is Bricked.. App will completely not start. Returned Certificate Failures. Catastrophic error that needs to be corrected immediately.

Bank from Middle Ages. I am sure that the Bank in 21st century shouldn’t look like this. 1. I need to remember 15 numbers just to log in!!!!!! You are definitely trying to irritate me as much as possible. 2. How can I contact support team besides phone???? I was scrolling my app up and down to find any contact information. But you want me to contact you only if I am happy!!! I am a Marketing Manager so I know this trick. For you to know in Modern banks you can contact them via messenger bot along with email and hundreds of other methods. 3. Next. You make me enter 15 numbers to identify me by Telephone. Really? Have you heard about voice recognition?!?! 4. Next. Your app can perform just one function - money transfer?! So for you to know, in modern bank your can transfer money by phone number, tax ID or other stuff of beneficiary not only IBAN. Honestly that is the time in my life I have to add 16 numbers of IBAN for transaction. And I could open more accounts just via the app. And hundreds of other functions a bank app can do, but not yours!!! 4. Any good bank app allows to change daily transactions limits. Where can I do it in your app??? So I totally disappointed. You guys are totally outdated. And of course I will attract Apple Review Team to your manipulation with reviews!

Pretty good banking app. So easy, fast, love it

Can’t get the app to load. The old app doesn’t work any longer. It sent me to this new app and now it doesn’t load onto my phone.

Missing capabilities. I would like be able to make deposits, view other banks from the US such as Bank of America, Deutsche bank mortgage balance, Deutsche bank credit card charges and payments integrated into the app.

Easy banking. It’s pretty, and everything works the way it should. I can do all the things I usually do online.

Better customization. I like the app but am missing the ability to change the language.

Can’t even make a basic transfer. Repeatedly get errors like “A technical error occurred” or “An error occurred. Please try again later”. Absolutely useless!

Poor App. Often transactions cannot be viewed and the interface is non- intuitive. Needs some major overhauls!

Terrible. The interface is missing key features, often won’t load and he information can be delayed by over a week.

Gut aber mit Macken. Die App Funktionen (Überweisung, Tan Generator usw) sind gut bedienbar, aber bisher konnte ich immer alles AUßER meine Kontoübersicht sehen. Blöd!!!

Error message. Fails to show the one simple thing I want to see - my transactions. Click ‘show’ on the first page, & Im met with: ‘...your request can not be processed..’

Got a lot better but basics need to work. It’s great to scan an invoice and have the app prefill the transfer form. And yet, why am I getting an error for the list of transactions 80% of the time I’m trying to use it?

Veraltet wie in 1984. Man kann nicht sehen was man grade bezahlt hat. Es dauert ein paar tage bis Transaktionen gezeigt werden. Wenn man mehr ausgibt als hat berechnet DB eine Strafgebühr. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen das DB absichtlich die Transaktionen verzögert. Warum sind echtzeit computer Transaktionen verzögert? Niemand kann es erklären. Ich habe darauf hin mein DB Konto gekündigt und bin bei einer Anderen bank und oh wunder, transaktionen werden sofort gezeigt. (Fidor) Komisch ist auch das DB eine schriftliche Kündigung verlangt, man aber das Konto online abschließen kann. Ich will mit DB nicht mehr zu tun haben.

Bei niemandem, noch nicht einmal dem Finanzamt in Flensburg!, brauchte ich so viel einreichen und Einscannen wie bei “meiner Bank Filiale in Elmshorn.

Photo von Rechnung. Das hat tatsächlich fast funktioniert. Kontonummer, Empfänger alles richtig. Rechnungsbetrag allerdings falsch. Lässt sich aber leicht korrigieren immerhin.

ATM Search only in Germany. Description says app can be used to find ATMs and branches, but when try says only works in Germany.

Gorgeous design. So much better than the old app, though the pie graph on the landing page is a bit misleading at first.

Not really up to date. Some transactions take too long to be registered so that the balance you see is up to date. That will not change until the retailers move to PIN or tap and go systems exclusively. No more signatures. Until then the system is less than ideal.

Touch ID does not work. Do not use with Touch ID. Says there was an error and to try back later.
