Consistency & a Plan Matters. Results is the only self directed workout app I have ever used consistently. I love the guided workouts, variety and accountability. After I finish my workout I take a selfie in app and send my results to my accountability partner via text and receive instant feedback. I am on week 83 and look forward to doing this workout four times a week. I pay the premium account and love the integration with Runtastic to track my cardio too! Cheaper than a real life personal trainer.

Frustrated. Be careful when you make a purchase I misunderstood and when I seen that it was .90 something cents a week for 12 months I assumed it was going to be billed that way and didn’t realize that it was going to take the total of what that equals for the 12 months all at once and charge me $50. I tried to cancel my subscription but it had already went through and when I went to Apple for a refund they refused me and I am now out $50 for an app that I probably won’t use for an entire year. The app it’s self is good and I would still very much use it but had I known that they were taking that amount all at once I would have made a different subscription choice.

Fails without Working Apple TV App. I think this app is pretty darn good, but it won't work as a training solution for me because the companion Apple TV app doesn't work at all. For some reason the TV app needs to connect to your phone in order to sync training routines, but no amount of fiddling will get them connected. I have followed everything on the Adidas Runtastic support site and have corresponded with customer support people who do little more than copy and paste what's already on the website. Nothing works. Someone must've made it work, because there exist screenshots online of a working TV app, but I am giving up and will seek another training program.

Smart. I’m reserving a star to see how I feel after my 12 week plan is completed. So far, I have appreciated the interesting and engaging newsletter articles which have been building my motivation to start the program. I have never felt so out of shape and depleted of motivation; it took a few weeks of considering doing the 7 minute fitness test before i finally got around to it. I credit the articles in my inbox with encouraging me to do it. Also, 7 minutes is a small, attainable goal. So, now that I’ve done the fitness test, it looks like I’m in it. So, here we go...

Great app. This app was great to get me into a regular fitness routine. It takes away all the excuses. No need for equipment, what you look like or to drive anywhere...just open it up and go! It is a great way to get your body and heart conditioned to a regular routine! I especially like that it has you do a warmup and cool down stretching which is important so you don’t feel too sore for the next session. I started this in my late 30s and used it consistently for over a year. If you eat properly and do this 3-5 times a week you WILL see results! The app has you take progress pictures so you can see your results (which you do not have to share if don’t want, I didn’t). After a year and half, I was ready to switch up to free weights and training with a trainer but still use this app for when I want to do a timed workout.

Best workout routine for all levels!!. I’m 38 years old and in my 27th week. I’ve always been an avid runner but lacked the type of lean muscular body I’ve always wanted. This app helped me reach my goals and then some! I’ve leaned up and am in the best physical shape I’ve ever been in. Well worth the money!!! I’m currently training for another 1/2 Marathon and have found I don’t have near the knee and hamstring pains I would go through before. Whether your a beginner or an athlete this app starts where it’s comfortable but challenging. Do yourself a favor, start now!!

Great App! One request.. I love this app! Just started using it seriously about 2 weeks ago and I am finally getting into a good routine. The workouts are short so I can fit them into my busy schedule but I still get a great burn and I’m definitely sweating throughout. Keeps me motivated and they’re simple to follow so far. Great design and looks sleek and professional. ONE REQUEST: I wish there was a way to turn on a tone/sound rather than the voice for the timed portions of the stretches and exercises (20 sec plank, 30 sec child’s pose, etc) because I’m not great at counting and I don’t want to have to look at my phone constantly to know when the time is up. Especially for stretches so I can focus on winding down/enjoying the stretch and addressing my body rather than being worried about time. The voice is okay but takes away from the music I play on my phone while I’m working out.

Stopped support for a better Runtastic app. They stopped supporting, pretty much bricking the app, when everyone is stuck at home. I paid for the premium Runtastic 6-pad app, and the workouts for the core in this app are super badly designed. 1. You can’t work out with out staring at your phone, in the Runtastic app, the trainer counted aloud so you know how long to hold each flexing motion. Here your on your own, your pace has to be good from your own experience. 2. They give you a 30 second break, and then immodestly you have to get into position before the work out starts, the next work out only shows when the break is over. With the previous app, you can set the breaks to be shorter, and then it switches to the next workout. Then It tells you “get ready” and allows you to set up for 5 seconds. The issues is exacerbated when you have to get up and skip the 30 second break and re position yourself to get to the next exercise. 3. No customisation in workouts. In the previous app, you get to change the order of some things; Like doing one exercise on my left, then the next will be the same exercise on my right. Here you do one workout on your left side, and 4 workouts later you do it on tour right side. Remember also you get no set up time. Im really disappointed with how Adidas did Runtastic and it’s users. I’ve used the app since 2014 and had amazing progress with my core.

Great fitness app. I like the look of the app, HD videos, and how it generates workouts depending on your fitness level. But i wish if i can cancel some exercises from my sets, because for ex. i have some issues with my knees! So i can’t do some workouts like walking lunges and wall sit. Even when i do workouts, i skip these exercises but it counts and the app thinks that i did it, But i’m not, because there is no “skip” option. Please add skip or delete option to cancel the exercises i don’t wanna do.

Problem with app for Apple TV. I installed the app in my iPhone and all is good, installed the app in Apple TV and it shows me an error when I put my password, I double checked so I closed my session in the iPhone , used same password and it works fine, went back to Apple TV place the password very carefully and still get error about invalid password, checked my email is fine as well, seems the Apple TV app doesn’t work with the password, my password is super simple and has exclamation mark as special character, is there any chance that someone could look into it ? -sorry I put one star review, needed to get attention as I didn’t find a way to put a review in the app from the Apple TV either, I want to get the subscription but want to wait I can log in from the app in Apple TV, thanks a lot !

Too fast of a progression. I tried it a few months ago and input all of the test results. The first workout was great, I was able to complete it, but it still let me feeling like I did something. Then it got very hard on the second and third workout. I couldn’t complete either of those. I put it aside for a few months and reset the training plan. This time it just asked a few questions instead of having me test. I had the same problem, first workout was great, but I couldn’t do the next one. I tried to reset the plan to the easiest level, but could tell from the plan that i would have no more luck with that. It is the same plan, but with lower reps for the push ups. Runtastic, if someone is starting a workout plan from ground zero, the aren’t going to make progression after 1 workout. This plan probably works ok if you are regularly working out, but if you are a beginner, you should look elsewhere.

This app is changing my life. I planned to go back to the gym but have put it off from laziness, so I searched for tools to help me start up again to stay consistent. When I stumbled on his app I got really excited! Working out with Results is the best thing I’ve done for myself. After my first workout my body felt more energized and invigorated. I love the warm ups and how the timer tells you the length of time to workout and when to pause. I always had issues timing my workouts and I never took breaks in between. I love that when my workouts are going, I only have to listen to the timer rather than watch a video which is super distracting for me. Results gives me the best workouts at my pace!

This app rocks!. I really like this app. I have yet to purchase anything through it. There are routines or work out plans that cost money but there are also free ones. There is also a community section to connect to others with similar goals. And there are good articles that are food, workout, and health related. I’ve also been using the addidas runtastic app to track my run/jog. I would recommend that app as well!

Favorite Fitness App. I've been using Results for two years now and couldn't be happier. I tried so many programs before and none of them really held my interest or matched my fitness progression. The Results mix keeps it fresh and I can really feel the muscles I've trained when I'm running. I recommend it to everyone I meet who wants an app to fill in their training gaps or need a great fitness option when they are traveling. I travel a few months out of every year and these circuits are great for hotel gyms or even just the room.

Customized workouts!!. I love how I am able to choose a work out plan that suits my needs and goals. Not only does it design a plan based off my weight and height but also my experience with working out and exercise. It also programs a work out schedule based on how many days I want to work and for how long. Each morning my workout routine is different so I know I’m getting a full body, complete workout by the end of the week! I’ve tried other programs but they haven’t been able to meet my needs the way the Addias training app has.

Love this app!. I’ve spent years trying to find a workout app that I look forward to using. After each workout it asks you whether the workout was too easy, tough (in a good way), or too hard. It then used this info to modify the upcoming workouts in whatever plan you’re using. The workouts are easy to do at home and without equipment. The plans are formatted to fit your skill level and gradually get harder. Apart from a few glitches here and there I would absolutely recommend this app. After just a few weeks I already feel stronger and look forward to the next workout!

Love the app but one comment. I like to listen to my own music or podcast during the workout and after the last update or 2 updates ago, I was unable to play my own media due to the app pausing my content when the next exercise demonstration would start. I get around this by playing what I want to listen to on a different device but it’s an annoying issue to deal with.

Still learning the app. I just finished my first day of a 4 week program. I have a few questions, hopefully someone knows the answer to. Am I supposed to do the same workout each day for a week? In my plan it only shows workouts 1-4, so today I did workout 1. Am I supposed to do the same one everyday until next week? Also, after the 40 seconds of each move there is a 20 second break, but before it gets to that break it shows a (+) with a count going up...what is that? It’s not the break 20 second break because it doesn’t stop after 20 seconds. Help?

Best cardio based body weight training app. I like Adidas Training App because it is simple to use and very effective even if you are only using the free version. I decided however to purchase the premium version because I want to explore more of its benefits. For example, I’m currently using the 12 week body transformation which is tailored to my specific level of fitness. As I eluded to earlier, I enjoy this app because it is fool proof. Upon selecting a workout, the app shows you each exercise and tells you how long you have to complete it and then automatically moves to the next one for you or it tells you how many reps you must do (you must count out the reps yourself) and when you are done you flip up to the next exercise. Adding warmups and stretches to your workouts are optional. I always choose to do them however. I believe all of the exercises are cardio based body weight exercises. By far this is the best cardio based body weight exercise app.

Still figuring out the app. First of all, thank you! I had no idea that period cycle workout is a thing, but last cycle it was hitting me hard, I could barely lift a finger (metaphorically) for a workout. Your app and knowledge it provided helped me to relax, recover and not beat myself up. After the “reset” was done I was back and ready to go hard! Secondly, here’s where 4 stars come in. I set my account to advance training and I keep on getting beginner stuff… hello? Didn’t you ask me what level I want to work out at! With that said, there’s still a lot to browse and learn in the app. But I can see that most of the available workouts are not gonna replace my current (competitor) app, which doesn’t make me want to pay for another fitness app where I get less of what I’m already getting. (That’s your cue to step it up 🤭). Love you guys, bye.

Worth looking into.. It's a good thing when you have yourself to rely on. Sharing your progress... Some say it's narcissistic. But others see it as motivation. I'm ending week thirteen and feeling great. Got three people to sign up from showing progress alone. Anyone can achieve their goals. It's up to you to get up and do something. I don't want to compete with anyone. I want everyone to succeed! And Runtastic is helping me get there. If Runtastic would make the warm-ups and cool-downs more diverse and random, like the workouts themselves, that would make Results PERFECT!

Great Workouts; Great App Support. I’m writing this review specifically because I was really impressed this week with my first email exchange with Runtastic’s app support team. A few things first though: First of all, the app makes it easy to get started on a training plan. I love most the fact that I don’t need any special workout equipment, because if I did, I wouldn’t be morivated enough to make a habit out of it! Second, I love the questionnaire at the beginning and end of the plan, each week, and each day’s exercise. And the fact that the training plans are customized for you and tweaked along the way to deliver achievable, measurable results. I’m halfway into my second training plan, and I ran into a bug that wouldn’t allow me to “finish my week” and start the next week’s exercises. After emailing back and forth a couple times with Runtastic customer support, they opened up a ticket with their QA engineers. Within 1-2 days (including time zone differences) I received an email letting me know that they had pushed an update to their app that should fix that bug for me. That’s pretty great support, and a fast turnaround to boot! So I thought it deserving of a review to share my good experiences so far with the Results app. :) Thanks gents/ladies, Jordan

Stick with it and it works.. This app has helped me build a new habit of daily exercise. The videos are useful to show the proper form for each exercise and I like that it includes warm up and cool down exercises. I have the subscription and am using the 12 week custom plan. Now on week 7 and it’s going well. A few improvements I would like to see (and the first two are why I only give 4 stars): - if I can’t complete reps for an exercise allow me to record how many I did do. - after sets are complete, take me straight into stretching. It’s annoying to have to navigate back to that screen to start the stretches. Move the how do I feel questions after stretching. - mix up the post workout stretching a bit. Are there other options to put more variety into that segment? - provide ability to edit comments on a workout. If it’s there I haven’t figured out how. - possible to build automatic rep counters on some exercises using proximity or motion sensors? I sometimes get distracted and lose count!

Dynamic Suggested Pace for plans/Adidas train and run hybrid PLEASE!!. Love the app, ran 350 mile and lost 50lbs over 365 days in 2020. This app helped me reach my fitness goals for 2020 and I don’t plan on stopping in 2021. I used Adidas Train and Run before it was retired a few years back. Please use that model with the modern design and this will be a for sure 5star app. Currently it’s a weak 4 star app and that is due to the lack of a personal feel. For instance, if I modify the interval paces manually to match my fitness level you know something like “normal” effort pace of 10-11 miles min, when I start the shape up plan the “suggested” pace for a slow run “suggest” 8:35 min/mile as a slow pace (blank face).. so the suggested pace is not reflected in what I manually adjusted in the interval pace selector. Adidas train and run did that. Why not runtastic take some features for the old and add to current? I will tell you I bet all the users will be extremely satisfied with that additional functionality and personal feel. But all in all this is a good app none the less. Please keep making useful changes and I’m a user for the rest of this apps life span.

Liked the old runtastic apps in addition to this.. This review is 1 star because I had previously purchased a few years ago all of the pro versions of the runtastic apps. I just got a new phone and was hoping like with every other app available to simply download the ones I had previously purchased. However they are not available? Now I need to make more purchases it seems in the new adidas versions in addition to what I already paid or previously. I would be happy to do so if the other apps were available they are good supplements to these workouts but when I set a goal for push-ups or squats or whatever, in the old apps it was great and the program built you up to that goal. I now don’t have access. What a shame, and waste of my money, time, and resources. If adidas runtastic can’t respect that then I don’t see why it would be reasonable to purchase anything on the newer platforms.

I’m frustrated with the app. I love the workout plan but what I’m so tired of is that it keeps stopping and saying that I need to subscribe again. Every time I try to subscribe, it says I’m already subscribed but I can’t use it because the app itself says that I need to subscribe. I’ve contacted Liz four different times in less than 6 months about this problem, and it is happening again just now. I am truly frustrated! I want to keep going with my work out plan and not start all over again and again because of the app’s problem. I’m disappointed because it’s one of my favorite work out apps that I use frequently. I’ve tried to reset the app as well, nothing!! Please can you help me not going through this again!! Please! Also, Liz only emails once a day in the middle of the night and that is frustrating as well because it’d take a whole week to fix the problem, which means I’d miss a full one week of work out.

Best incentive for consistent workouts!. I’ve always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out: I travel a lot and often loose track when I’ve been away from the gym for a while. Since getting this app, my husband and I have both gotten so much more consistent with our workout, all we need to do is pull out our phone and have a hotel room with enough room for our yoga mat and we’re set. It’s been a great incentive— that and how much fitter we are. :) Thanks Runtastic for helping us get there!

The Right Replacement. I stopped working out awhile ago, then when I tried to get back into it the original app I used, they changed the features: It wasn’t free, personalized workout plans were removed, and even looking at the paid part of the app it just didn’t compare to its previous version. So I spent a good amount of time trying other apps to see if they had a similar feel, but alas they didn’t. That is—until I came across this app! This app, in a way, reminds me of the old version of the pervious app I used and adored. It’s safe to say that I’ll be using this app from-now-on, and maybe in the future I’ll buy into the membership! Although, it would be nice if there was a way we could play music through the app, or they had a part of the app with pre-made playlists that could be connected through Apple Music. Other than that, it’s perfect for me!

Pretty Awesome (updated). I really like all the exercises it has, the advice you get access to via the links, great opportunities to meet up with a runners’ community and learn about your body. Even though I didn’t have a tracking device that was compatible it was still a good way to get back into health. Don’t do all the reps the person demonstrating are doing, keep your own pace because they’re pros. I highly recommend buying the year pass if you’re gonna be getting back into shape, no waits or fancy equipment needed.

Great app, missing cross-app integration with strava and training. I love the runtastic app series - well designed and work great across all the devices (I use watch for running and iPad for training). However, there are two features I found lacking. Most of my team at work are runners and they use strava to share their achievements. I like adidas more for its features, but it doesn’t integrate into strava well (I.e. no route map and stats, just overall time and heart rate that my watch report). Second, I am mainly looking for overall fitness and I’d love to have a cross-app planning enabled (like on what day to do what) without having to look at the adidas training and running separate schedules(and maybe allowing to log non-Adidas class like hiit to complete plans). I think this is probably a common goal so maybe worth adding a dedicated cross-app plan for?

Weak MiCoach/Train & Run replacement. The greatest disappointment here is the complete lack of real heart rate-based training support and programs. Sure, you can use an HRM, but there is no zone coaching or capability to build your own heart-rate-based workouts. This app is really much more of a social media app than a genuine, fitness focused app such as Polar Flow, or Garmin Connect. While the running-centric focus is understandable given Adidas’ product profile, it’s just sad to see the woeful content of the Runtastic app, as compared to the amazing capabilities of MiCoach (later Train & Run) that were so user friendly - and worked. Perhaps someday Adidas will bring some of the Train & Run capabilities back in the Runtastic/Adidas Training app. I hope so...

The best one I’ve tried. My friend recommended me to try Adidas app. She’s been using it for more than a year and really happy with the results. I have started using this app a few days ago and omg I love it. I’m not super easily motivated and getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again. Here there are so many of them and they are so different that it will definitely take me awhile to get bored or maybe I never will :) Thank you very much Adidas team for such a great app!!!!!!

Very very very good app, but beware. I was in the worst shape of my life, and this app was the perfect way to reintroduce me to work out, the free workout plan I was using was fantastic and saw results, and felt better, I could even feel myself getting better at works I did a week prior, but by week 4 of the 6 week plan got out of hand….. I kept pushing myself and found myself not being able to do some of the workouts which became heavily demoralizing and then last week, leading to an injury to my hamstrings, I’m very disappointed and what was once an app that gave me so much confidence has reduced me to a sense of failure that has left me with a sour taste in my mouth

Very good workout app. One if the better ones. I cant say its the best as i have not tried other workout apps but my mom is a trainer and the workouts on this app are pretty much the exact workouts she would give me based on my weight, age, hight, and how fit i am. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is new to workouts as it has videos of the workouts to show you exactly what to do and it has good warmups and gives you plenty of breaks, and if the workout is too hard it asks if it was to hard and will adjust the next workout to make it easier or harder.

Amazing Motivation!. I had tried other fitness apps but this one is definitely for me! Having gone through intense hardcore training HIIT workouts for time, this one is so convenient for time and overall time management. Anyone who lives and breathes can make time for these exercises. And not having to fuss with equipment and mats you can workout literally anywhere, I do it in the comfort of my living room and it’s become a wonderful habit. And being a bit competitive to beat my time helps significantly. So if you enjoy working out for time and trying to beat your time, will really help push you to the max. I’m in week 11 and have seen some nice ab carving and I have a two pack and almost can see a four pack forming! Who said abs are made in the kitchen, clearly has never tried this app?! So pumped!

Great app. With 2 children, and commuting to work...ended with little time to go to the gym. This in-home exercise program helps. I have my personal couch pushes me. I like that it stores my progressive pictures. It also has some interesting articles to read...understand nutrition and how to lose weight properly. I don’t mind that the app asked how I felt after each workout. It is like real personal trainer concerns of my wellbeing. And it made me see how hard of the exercise I can do. I like how it plans my exercise base on what level I’m in. As each week progresses, the level gets tougher. The toughest that I did, 75 burpees. I really pushed myself and I did it. It was hard but felt great afterward. Glad I found this program. Week 5 day 1 Feb 5th ‘18. However, I don’t like how it wouldn’t record my workout if I had to quit at mid of the program. It will be great if they put that feature in, instead of having to restart the day or fast forward that really didn’t help me track my progress.

Excellent App Overall but needs fine tuning. Overall I find this app to be great and helpful with my regular running. Several weeks ago I started the half marathon training plan which has really helped inspire me and motivate me and keep me accountable to achieving my goal. I would like to see some improvements, however. I would like to see the app keep track of my pace during individual intervals rather than just mile by mile. Also on interval days the music automatic shut off appears to be very wonky necessitating that I hold my phone to stop and restart music with each interval. I’ve also noticed that on some interval days there is absolutely no voice prompts to end and start individual intervals.

Great App!. I haven’t even had this app for week and I find it so handy and helpful! I’m so so so glad this app is mainly free and the free parts are just what I was looking for! Since wrestling has ended and the gyms have closed I’ve been trying to find a workout plan without any equipment but I haven’t had any luck with it, and then I stumbled across this app. I love that you can “create” your own workout for a specific body part and that they recommend workouts based on the little quiz you take when first opening the app! I do both the recommended workout which I find to be harder than the designed workout but that’s also probably because I said I wanted to build muscle. My wrestling coach wants me to build muscle but I don’t have any weights at home and I can’t find an HIIT workout that doesn’t have any weights involved or lasts 6 days. Your app has reallyyyyy helped with this so thank you for creating such an amazing, free app!

Perseverance Pays Off!!!. I'm in my 43rd week and loving it! Sure it's hard. But man, is it worth it!! Along with my diet and tips from Runtastic, I went from 222lbs and a size 36" waist down to 174lbs and a 32" waist! I'm now at 180lbs and the gain has been all muscle. I feel fantastic and I no longer have chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc. My neurosurgeon told me to start exercising before he would consider putting me under the knife to see if my body could improve itself. Well, it worked. As I push myself daily through each exercise I feel my strength, stamina and posture improve. I look better than I did when I was in the Army years ago! Go for it! Do it! Feel better than you think you can.

Awesome. Not big into reviewing. ..... Okay, so I’ll be up front and this will sound like such a glowing review it sounds like I’m being paid to write it! Hehe.... I can’t say enough about this app. I have some suggestions and I will send to developer but in terms of workout, it’s fantastic. // sooooo easy to swipe up to next exercise and the workouts depending on ability take about 12 mins (for me). It’s like Crossfit without the weight lifting. Oops I think Crossfit® is a trademark. Hehe.... anyway. Just a great app. I’m actually using it, and in week 5 now. Burpees, push ups, jumping jacks. Reminds me of basic Royal Canadian Air Force workouts from the 70’s, but it works. And it doesn’t need any gadgets or anything other than body weight exercises. So far, so good. Awesome.

Good, but broken. I bought this app last year to help me stay in shape during the shutdown. I really like the variety of exercises included, and used it regularly. It could use some fresher content, but for the price it was a fantastic deal. I say “was” because about a month ago I found I was unable to log into the TV app. The iOS app still worked fine, so I was able to continue using it… sort of. I contacted tech support, and was told: “After a thorough investigation, we have to inform you that our developers won’t be able to fix the problem in the near future.” I like the app and will keep using it in its hobbled form, but be aware that there’s a potential login issue that the developers don’t plan to fix. Two stars off for that. Buyer beware.

Simple quirk. Hi, first of all, I love this app! I use it all the time and im finally getting in shape because of it💪🏼 The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5-⭐️s, was because of a small quirk that really bugs me during a workout. I just did the “burn fat” workout, and EVERY TIME it went from skier jumps to crossing punches, the sounds would cut out until I paused and then played it. It interrupts my workout and is annoying because the voice coach is muted until I pause it. Then, of course i have on my record that I took 4 extra breaks! When I’m trying to break my record every time, that really bugs me🙁 Please fix and you will for sure have a 5-⭐️ from me! Thanks😊 *Update* I did the same workout the day after I got feedback from the app, and the sound never cut out —-until the last round! Getting there!😉

Well designed app, NOT for BEGINNERS. I use to be a gym-daily kinda person but stopped for years on end. Wanting to get back at it I've used this app now for somewhere around 2 months. This app is GREAT for those who are intermediate to expert level for exercising and have already built up muscles, but for the BEGINNER this app is a no-go. The biggest PROBLEM with this app is that there is almost NO BUILDUP to the “suggested workouts”. You will do relatively tame workouts, that may be three to four different exercises repeated by 3 or 4 sets, but then it goes 0-60 really fast. The next workouts the app will “suggest” will be DRAMATIC in more difficulty. Too the point of causing injury or soreness that’ll cause most beginners to most likely have to stop working out for a few days. Remembering back to some of my fitness instructors from the past they would not recommend this kind of app to a beginner, it advices to go way too hard immediately which is nothing more than a recipe for injury/soreness. Especially to those who have had no experience with some of the exercises. Would be great for an intermediate/expert level person though

5stars because it works. Update: I've come back to results for my third full 12 week plan. I'm now 181 lbs and 23% body fat. Prior post: I'm 30yo and prior to starting I was 198lbs (at 5'11") and 30% body fat as measured by Fitbit's Aria scale. I'm through 8weeks of training (10 weeks actual time) and I'm currently 191lbs and 25% body fat. I've seen improvements in my athletics, feel healthier, and even received compliments from others about improved physic. Note: I did run a half marathon and complete the Savage Race in the time I was doing the premium workout plan. I also have been using MyFitnessPal to monitor nutrition.

This has changed my life!. I just needed to start moving again. The weight was adding on and I was not able to move the way I was used to. So the work outs I had done before were not working for me now. When I started my 12 week program it started me at a level that was right for me. It didn’t seem overwhelming but it challenged me. Now I look at my workout and think there is no way I can do this, but I get threw it. I clearly am getting stronger and I am now 44 lbs lighter. With a workout plan and dietary changes I am back to a healthy weight. Thank you!

Good in concept but..... Using AI to try to make workouts closer to personalized without paying a human trainor is a great concept. However, the execution leaves some significant issues, exacerbated by no ability to contact a human to ask questions, even via email. For example, it appears that if you manage to complete your weekly goal earlier than expected, you have to wait until the next week to do the next step in the plan. You could just keep changing the “goal”, but then that’s not an actual goal, that’s just a filter. How silly. Perhaps there is a way of advancing the program, but it’s not covered in the prewritten questions available and, again, there’s apparently absolutely no customer service. There are much better apps out there that are considerably more practical and functional (eg nike, skimble’s workout trainer, fitbit’s coach).

Quick and Simple. Workouts a brief but get a good sweat rolling. With a regular running routine, this workout will produce good results. As a Navy Officer, I arrive in my office early and knock out these workouts in under 20 minutes 3 days a week and run 4 miles twice a week. It keeps the pounds off and my strength up even with a very busy schedule. I can work out in the time it used to take me to get in the car and travel to the gym. The app provides excellent videos for those who are new to these exercises. $50 is well worth the annual subscription.

Just What We Needed. My husband and I needed to find a new exercise routine... well, a routine at all, really. We have a small home with zero extra space, so equipment becomes a problem. We discovered Results, and the program has been jus what we needed. Neither of us is exactly athletic, but we love the challenges of the workouts, and we’ve been successfully using the app on our AppleTV for nearly 8 months. It’s really made a difference. Best part is no equipment is needed for the program to be effective and for you to see, well... results. 👍🏻👍🏻

Apple Watch move calories. This is a great app that I’ve been using for workouts and for recording my workout statistics with Apple Watch. However, after each workout, only the exercise minutes are sync’ed with apple’s activity, but not the calories. For example, in the activity app, it shows I burned 240 calories while working out with the Adidas training app, but in my daily movement ring, it only shows 80 calories (mostly likely from other minor activities). It means the calories burned with the Adidas training app do not get recorded by the activity app. Can you please help me look into this? I’d really like my workouts being recognized by my Apple watch and the Apple activity app. Thanks!

Pretty good body weight training. Things I love about this app. Great tutorials that help me do the exercises properly. Customized work out based on my fitness level. A nice system for tracking my fitness. I have been looking for a body weight-based workout routine because I hate gyms and I don't want to buy a bunch of gear. This does that well! Things I don't love about this app. The app itself is huge. Then it caches a bunch of video that cannot be deleted from your phone. This thing will seriously eat up space on your device. It's a bit slow and requires tons of button clicks to get even basic things done. This app could be streamlined and made so much more efficient. For example, when I am done with a work out let me go right to stretching. Don't make me go all the way through three tabs and start stretching from a totally new page. Finally, make all the buttons work. The only reason I am writing this review today is because I absolutely could not click no in the app. Shame on you and 3 stars instead of 4.

Results. I’m fit and healthy already

No AppleTV support. Worked fine for my first workout, tried to login a day later and can’t login. Reset my password, still no luck. Contacted support, after 3 weeks they came back to me to advise they cannot offer support for their own app on AppleTV and suggested I use it on my iPhone or iPad. Very poor customer service I have the latest 4K AppleTV running the latest version of the app.

Great app! Highly recommend!. I’ve been using this app for quite a while and I just love it! I’m 53 and whilst I’ve always been relatively fit, I let things slide for a number of years and I never thought I would feel as good as what I did in my 30’s. Well perseverance and great choices to vary the exercises make it a great choice for those who get bored easily. I’ve completed all the longer challenges which is really good for me to stay committed. I love all the great data that is kept so you can see your progress. I also use the Adidas running app to add cardio to each weekly workout. Highly motivating to see how far you walk/run/cycle each week. Highly recommend.😊 🏃🏻‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️ 🧘‍♀️

Taking me to another level. I don’t like to go to the gym anymore and this app is getting me fit again. I’m feeling good about myself and my body, one step at a time, no rush like the other app I used before. If you’re looking to get fit in a good pace, this is it!

Great experience so far!. I downloaded with a 3 months premium subscription. One week in and really enjoying it! Highly recommended

Great app. I really love this app. It makes exercising so much easier, it's cheaper than a personal trainer, so many different exercises and they are all body weight based so no real need to go to the gym and it had a really good progression from start to finish. Only thing I would like to see added is a calorie counter just for convenience but other than that I can't fault it. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Great app. Great app I’ve just started. My struggle is always the motivation to get to the gym so this app is a PT in your home easier to fit into your daily routine

Amazing!. I may be pretty young! But wow! This is honestly an amazing app! It offers suggestions and gives u a lot of options! Amazing amazing amazing!

Unimpressed. The app requires that you do burpees. I asked for an alternative, because I don’t do burpees. I think they are really unsafe and absolutely horrible to do. The developers refused to offer an alternative. Really inflexible and arrogant attitude. Clearly these app developers have no interest in the well-being of their users.

Great app! but some areas for improvement. I highly recommend using this app. Even the free features are easy to use and relevant to my needs. The design of this app and the program like competition, this app offers challenges me to keep going with my training and stay committed. I look forward to paid features too yet I haven’t used them yet. However I find some operational issues on this app. 1. When I have the background music playing on another app and runs a training program session on the app, the timer and video lags whenever I switch to music app to change the music (even by just scrolling the shortcut navigator down and coming back to this app) 2. The planned programs on the phone and my apple is not syncing precisely. When I play warming up button from the phone and when from the apple watch, the program consist of entirely different lists of workouts. 3. Skipping to next list of the workout is easily done but going back (especially after I swipe accidentally during a session) to the workout previous is a pain. It’s literally fifty fifty chance for it to work or not work

It’s just what I do now.. I have done 34 weeks of Results and I’ve enjoyed the changes they made along the way, rather than just doing the program I’m now focussed on my core and doing heavy weights as well. Here’s something else, just training with Runtastic, the fitness enabled me to run 17km without doing any running training. It’s good how this app toughens you up. Now I’ve done well over 50 weeks. I keep doing the 6 weeks to six pack to improve my core strength, which then allows to do every other part of my body. Go core!! Go Runtastic!!

Great app. I lost a lot of fat from this app, leanest I have been

Programs. Very well conceived , professionally designed for actual results

Fantastic app. This is a fantastic app for getting fit. I have one request. Please add an option to toggle off the automatic lowering of music volume when workouts are active as three volume drop is very annoying.

Privacy Concerns. So I install the app, then run it, and then Apple IOS asks if I want to grant permission wherein your app wants to access the news app from the clipboard. It just so happens that I had copied an article from the news app previously. It looks like your app tries to access whatever is in the clipboard when first run and I see no legitimate reason for this. Consequently I have uninstalled your app.

Thanks. I am very happy seeing the improvements I had suggested implemented today. Thank you very much. Making the exercises now is more fluid, without stops that required our click to continue.

Wow!. The adidas app has provided me with all the necessary workouts for the particular areas I want to improve!

Fail right on the first try. Continue with Facebook = Registration failed Signup manually = this email already existed Login by email/password = You’ve entered incorrect email or password (by the way, I can login on your website using the same email and password) Trying to forgot password, then login with my email and that new password = You’ve entered incorrect email or password (by the way, I can login on your website using the same email and password) I’m done trying! Wish I can rate zero star!

Omg wow. Who is by far the best app four last time never used and it's free so I totally recommend good luck

Great app if you can commit. Takes a lot of self drive, if that’s you then great app for loosing weight and toning

Motivating program, varied exercises. As this is my first time using an app to generate workouts - I’m impressed at the variety and feel motivated to complete my workouts.

Handy to Have. I purchased this app as encouragement to workout outside of my gym sessions. Soon enough I was only using the app. The only thing I don’t like about it though is that when you say a workout is too easy, it adds reps and rounds onto the next workout to make it ‘harder’. I’m the type of person that gets bored very easy with high reps and long workouts. I recommend options to personalise it further so that instead of making the entire workout longer, there’s an option to keep it the same length or shorter but more intense to accommodate for people like me.

Loving it. I’ve used the app for almost a year now and love the flexibility to be able to workout anywhere. Combined with the running app I have everything I need and no membership to a sleazy gym. Looking forward to an iPhone X update.

Gets me motivated. Waking up at 5 in the mornings is pretty difficult but this app makes it that much easier! Great workouts for free, a really well developed app. It just makes me start my day on a positive and active note!

Very buggy. Kept crashing at login. Failed gmail login and when trying to logging in via Facebook, the app would crash when switching to get the 2 factor auth. Then, once logged in by creating an account, the Apple Watch app wouldn’t work or recognize that it’s installed on the phone. Tried rebooting both devices, manually closing the app and reinstalling. Yikes. Not a great first experience.

Amazing! Because it works. I’ve done HIIT with a trainer, large classes at a gym, and using the other 7 minute workout apps - but this is truly something else. You’ll slash your expenses on gyms and get a full body workout for a fraction of the price. With hundreds of exercises, it never gets boring.

Amazing. I am completely surprised with results look like this will swap real trainer in person soon .. easy to understand and really effective

Very flexible. I travel a lot for work and the beauty of this App is that I can maintain my fitness no matter where I am.

Great fitness app. I love the automatic program that adjusts to my fitness level. Also love the on-the-fly instructional videos to demonstrate the correct posture for each exercise.

AMAZING!!. Definitely one of the best apps, for fitness, and improvement for health,

impossible to possible. I never used be as consistent as adidas training has made me. Biceps n six pack were never used be my target but after joining the 12-week challenge I observed a great change in my muscle growth. Thanks to adidas training it’s making my impossible dreams possible.

Recommended. This is a great app I recommend it to people that want to lose weight

Premium is a scam. “Cancellation of the current subscription period is not allowed” - that’s exactly how these companies make all their profits! By not reminding past users their subscription is due and charging their account! No better than your average Nigerian scammer.

So far so good. Two days in and I like it. Lots of options for fitness levels. I’m 59yrs old so something for everyone

As of now, 10/10. Just don’t ruin it.

What happened to the free trials?. Downloaded this app on the recommendation of my partner who swears by it. Far too cardio focused. No free trials on the premium workouts - guess COVID-19 is making businesses greedy. Cancel subscription, cancel account, move on.

5 stars. Awesome workout options. Fantastic if you don’t have much time, gets your heart rate racing without the need for equipment!

Fantastic app. I started to use Runtastic 3 years ago and I am in my best form. I am 40 years old and never felt better about my body. I am very happy with this app, constant improvements, updates to keep us motivated and more important I can choose according to my time when I do my exercise. My friends are paying enormous money for boot camps and after while they loose motivation cos they can not balance family life. Thanks the team to keep me healthier. Monika From Sydney

Really bad UX.. If you are a beginner then try another app that it’s not a mess right from the start. There’s a bunch of things on the home screen and when you move to the other sections there’s more stuff in there. It’s like they ran out of space on the home screen so they just started to categorize everything. So all the sections look as messy as the home screen. It’s a pity because once you play the workout, the process is fine. But it’s just a mess to get there.

How to:. I live this app so much there are great workouts but, the workouts I’m given isn’t my level. It’s too much for a beginner. (They gave me push up (I chose the easier one which was NO KNEE push up) and push up narrow-to-wide) Please add a skip button or something. Thanks

Great App. I’m glad that I’ve downloaded this app, it’s really helpful to tone yourself.

Fun workouts & nice update. Nice update unlocking all the workouts. Great variety in choosing different lengths of time.

Fantastic job. Recommended

I recommend to my patients as a Chiro. Highly recommended with lots of structures programs

It really worked, made me stronger. It really worked, made me stronger

The only thing that made me work out!. I’m 33, and for the first time in my life, I’ve held a work out regime for more than 3 months. This is an excellent app that works around your goals and preferences. And the free offering is enough to last you six months, after which the paid exercise will be worth it! Can see myself using this for a while.

Best for a free abs training course. I’ve picked the app for doing an abs program and so far it’s been great. A bit annoying to have to download every session.

Amazing. An amazing app that has many plans for free. If you want you up your game then I recommend this app. This is a fantastic app that trains your body and gives you knowledge about nutrition as well.

Lots of variety - addictive. Love this app. Seeing results so far and it’s very varied. It’s a yes from me

So much opportunity for improvement. Negatives Frustrating app to use on iOS 1. Airplay is unusable to project to your smart TV doesn’t work very well. keeps flicking in an out of Apple TV. Not fit for purpose. So use screen mirror instead (a work around I know) 2. The exercises loop in such a jerky fashion obviously rushed it to market. Presentation of content needs improvement. 3. Demonstrations in the exercise are in full screen mode which is great. The actual exercise workout is not. Poor use of realestate. 4. Forget connecting to calendar after you say no the first time. Impossible following the adidas instructions. Positives Workout content is pretty good. It will keep you coming back. It’s like having your own personal trainer at home. Obviously a work in progress app. Give it some time, ignore the negatives (that frustrate the hell out of you) start your day angry. Haven’t heard back from Adidas on any of these items as yet.

Audio integration sucks. Overall a good app. Something changed in a recent update and now very few of the moves have automation videos so if you have to click on how to see the move is performed it cancels your music playlist. From that point forward you’re f*%!cked. Constantly having to switch between your playlist and the app isn’t worth the hassle. It’s a total demotivation. Please fix now! It worked fine before the upgrade to the app. Keep the videos playing for each move. It is helpful it see the moves and follow along. Not so you have to stop to watch the video. Stupid update.

Good app. Love using the app but since last week, the points for a training workout don’t show up. Very disappointed.

Continuing to stay motivated. I don’t usually review apps, but I have to give this one a huge applause. The free (unpaid) features are already so helpful to get anyone started and continue working out. However, with the first year at discount and further years at a maximum price of $60/70 in comparison to gym memberships this totally makes sense and worth to pay. When you do purchase the full subscription you get access to almost a virtual personal trainer that curates the perfect workouts based on your shape and size. There is so much flexibility here it’s actually incredible. Adidas knows that not everyone should have to pay to get fit and healthy. That’s why I’d say 80-90% of features are completely free so you can still get in shape, but it will take some more dedication on your side to curate your own plan. Even simple and nice touches like progress photos built in (no hogging up in your personal camera roll either) or the integration of the Adidas running app makes it a full ecosystem. With Apple Health, it integrates these reports and calories burned right into the health app. Taking it a step further with the LifeSum app, it takes these calories burned and deducts it from the calories you’ve eaten too! I get to understand exactly how my eating and physical exercise is over days to weeks, to months. This all in one integration is better than any other.

Good app. Good app, love the workouts.

Great!. I got a free trial and then pay the membership because it worked for me. I love the 12 week workout plans they have. No app is going to do the magic for you. You gotta put the effort. I like how the app has videos were the exercise are demonstrated with a white background, no distractions. The only thing you need for these workouts: you body weight.

Perfect in every way. Great workouts with easy to follow and interactive tutorials. Great community and with lot of fun!

I switched to Adidas from Nike’s training app. I was so frustrated that Nike’s training app switched it’s focus from programs and exercise prompts to workout videos with annoying personalities that I had to find a new app. I got the recommendation for the Adidas app from so many people complaining about the NTC update in the app’s reviews. The Adidas app has workout programs, exercise prompts and tells you when to start and stop and that’s all I want from my exercise app. Thank you.

Make you stick to the plan. The app doesn’t have any pesky reminders and emails that just make you lose motivation. It have both free and premium plans that are good. Before I went to the gym for 2 years hoping to get a 6 pack but it didn’t really work, I feel muscles in my stomach but not as defined. Following the app’s 6 weeks to 6 packs, while I’m only at week 3, I feel a marked improvement. And the exercises at first glance looked ridiculously easy, but will leave you wheezing for breath and feeling refreshed afterward. Only thing I don’t really like is the push for warmups and stretches pre and post workout. The warmups make you tired before the workout while I don’t feel like the stretches worked.

Give the ability to save workouts we have created with the workout creator. Give the ability to save workouts we have created with the workout creator. This is such a glaring omission I can’t believe it

Amazing!!. I am in love with this app! So easy to use, supportive and I can do it in the comfort of my home. I’ve been using this app while I’ve been laid off due to covid and I’m sure my coworkers will see a difference when I get back lol! Fit and in shape in 3 weeks has been a great tool as it gradually gets tougher and tougher. Love the warm up and post workout stretches, along with the videos that show proper form and the timer that you don’t have to fuss with. Thanks for changing my lifestyle and making my confidence soar! ❤️

Fantastic App.. I’ve been using the app for about a month now, trying to get through one of the free plans before I upgrade to the full version. It’s fantastic. I love that the workouts are easily doable at home and so far, NO GYM equipment has been necessary. This has been a major plus during COVID-19. If I could recommend one change, it’s this: when the user finishes a workout, please announce the next workout in the series. I.e,. “Rest, 20 seconds. Up next: Low Plank.” This would eliminate the need to keep looking at my phone during my workout. Keep up the good work!

NO EXCUSES. Honestly one of the best apps for getting your daily dose of exercise. Don’t have time? I just did a 7 minute workout. A short workout is better than no workout. A little bit at a time and slowly increase intensity and time. No excuses!

It’s great!. Exactly what I was looking for in a free app!! Please don’t shut this app down xoxo

Best. I can’t stop working I love this app amazing

Annoyed. Annoyed with this app and the company. I got the free 7 day trial last Sunday and before my 7 days were up I was charged the full one year membership! Not happy with the app, and I am upset enough not to ever used their apps again.

Super disappointed. Super disappointed I am not able to log into the AppleTV app with my account information. Not sure what the issue but I was told it does work by support.

Awesome !. It’s so convenience,I can do my personalized, planned workout in home anytime I want!

I was so ready to start a new workout plan until…. I installed it on my Apple Watch and the watch app says “Please use your phone to log in or register.” Whatever I do, restart, soft reset, install/uninstall, I get the same error. I *am* logged in on my iPhone app. The Apple TV app also won’t let me log in either, asking me to check my email and password combination every time. 🙄 I use iCloud Keychain to save my credentials and have passwords generated for me. The Apple TV will also autofill them for me whenever I sign in on an app, so this is definitely not an error on my end

Would recommend!. I had done training with a personal trainer, but because of COVID-19 I haven’t been able to do that. This app has been great for keeping in shape, and it is convenient to use too! I have been able to fit the workouts in during lunch, and they get me energized and in shape!

Hmmm. Great app, but where’s the yoga?!?

Ate through data. Downloaded the app last night, went to the gym for 40 minutes today and somehow used 2.8GB of data. I don’t know how that’s possible, but it’s the last time I use the app.

The same problem with some good apps. Start off free then take away features workouts and demand $$$$$ every year Not fair. Don’t offer something for free without stating that it’s trial or limited time offer then take it away. Basically misleading policy.

Great app. I love how the app incorporates warmups and cool downs. Doesn’t seem to sync with the Apple health app though. Would love to see that and better synchronization

Took something simple and useful and ruined it. Tried to log in and use the app to track a jog. They took the app I enjoyed crowded it with crap and made the most unpleasant thing to use. About as user friendly as a Canadian goose with a pet me sign.

Runtastic. Where’s runtastic pushups app? I bought it and I still have it in my phone .. it stopped working because you guys bought it and ruined a perfectly good app. On top of that the support staff wants me to pay $13.99 for this new app which doesn’t even have push-up counter.

Needs GIFs. They seriously need to include GIFs of each exercise rather than have still pics and assuming we all know what they’re talking about.

Love it. Absolutely love this app, especially the longer-term plans on premium. However, at the time of writing (Jan 7 2021), Apple Fitness is not reporting calories from workouts from this app under Move Calories. It’s a bit annoying.

Amazing!. Awesome workout app

Garbage. Canceled it three days before the end of the 7 days but it charged me anyway and now it’s not letting me cancel. It’s trash

Love the app. There is a lot of different exercises and for some of the variations are available. I like the fact that we can create our own workout. You won’t be annoyed even if you train every single day. You can listen to your own music while training . There is only one type of stretching and this is the only thing that I don’t like because I wish they have added more

All you need. Great app simply wish I could follow more than one work out (mind you I’m using the free ver 🤣)

6 week to abs. For real take the free plan called 6 week to abs it’s such a great plan I loved it I’m at my 6th week and I now have abs all the time it’s really cool thanks adidas!!!

Nightmarish Maze to Unsubscribe. I rarely review apps but feel the need to advertise the convoluted, labyrinthine and deliberately deceptive journey that I had to endure in order to unsubscribe from this application. Although the service they offer is solid, this app needs to revise the protocol for members to unsubscribe - and quickly. It dulls the polish of this useful product and makes the service feel EXTREMELY shady and borderline criminal. I should be able to unsubscribe easily from the application itself versus crawl through a series of poorly marked web pages. This is not a good business practice and should be remedied ASAP.

👋 bravo Motivant. Tres bon supplément d’entraînement quotidien Merci Adidas

Wonderful app!!. Great for anyone would highly recommend if your looking for something that makes you feel rewarded! Thanks Adidas!

Glitches in connection to Apple Watch. It’s a pity but connection is really unstable these days. As I am writing this review, I cannot see what I am writing since the font color is white (without my doing). Not the best Start guys...

Super app.

Great app. With premium I’ve been able to feel more pushed to do workouts, I also love how you can do them easily at home!!!

10/10. Amazing app and so great that I don’t have to pay for the plans

Love the idea, hate the app. I am a big fan of the Runtastic results idea and program. The exercises are great and I am always tired after a workout. BUT the app is just disappointing. I installed the app on my Apple Watch series 3 and it has never worked properly. I finished my workout hours ago, but the app on the watch still thinks I am in the exercise program. I can’t cancel it, I can’t quit. The only thing I am left to do is turn the watch off, close the app entirely on my phone and then cross my fingers and hope that it will not restart the app when the watch turns back on. It is so frustrating, I am probably going to remove the app from my watch entirely, it’s just not worth the hassle.

Melissa. Since I’ve found this app , I feel better about myself and I’m starting to build a healthier lifestyle.☺️

Awesome. The best app I ever try

This app is a part of my life. 10 yers with this up is big period. I just can’t find something similar in other apps. Best of all I like running programs with voice guidance. They bring some sense in your running. The missing part is heart rate Monitor. Original monitor has too bed reviews on amazon that is why I ordered Garmine dual strap . Hope it will work. I was dreaming to add some kind of monitor since this app was “mecoach” but didn’t find any reliable solution for the right money. 10 years waiting for technology. Still not too many options. Simple idea control your zones with heart rate monitor but so many problems behind. I think “mecoach” was a break through . I was very upset when it moved to the simple app like runtastic. Hope you’re planning to do something more meaningful and more professional. But still you don’t have any competition. All the rest of apps is just for fun.

Calories on apple watch doesnt sync correctly. Calories on apple watch doesnt sync correctly Health doesnt have the same calories burned , act weird. I prefer nike training

Great app!. Tremendous app! Guided and customized workouts for every level of fitness from basic to advanced. Videos showing how to perform all excercises with proper form

Extremely unfriendly to music players and doesn’t ever load video demonstrations. Writing this during my workout as the music cuts out for the tenth time in two minutes.

I love it. The app is amazing! The voice inspires me to keep going even if I feel otherwise. It shows the right way to do each exercise and you can personalize for how long you want to train and which body parts.

Tough. In a good way.. I have used several training schedules and customised my own training, however, this app has exactly everything that I need to maintain and increase my fitness and power levels during lockdown (writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic). I have been enjoying it for almost a month and half now and I am loving it. The only thing I would incorporate is a 30-90 second break between each set. Some of the preset exercises, Alpha to Zulu, have breaks, but not all. I believe there should be breaks from an athletic point of view.

Detailed preview. I like that Each workout is Demonstrated. For me this allows me to preview each exercise and determine if I can do it with my condition: back surgery, kidney transplant. November 2022

App good on phone but apple tv doesn't work. Runtastic needs to get their s$&t together. Impossible to log into the TV app. Phone app doesn't stream. What's the point of having home workouts that you can't make use of on a TV. Annoyed to find this out after purchasing the premium membership.

FANTASTIC. I just downloaded the app a couple weeks ago and i just now started to get into the app, my first week using the app and it’s fantastic! has such a great selection of workouts, now they do have a premium package which you have to pay for and even the free version they have still a good variety of workouts! Huge fan of the Adidas app and Adidas in general!

Really, really solid. Great app for anyone who likes the P90X and Insanity style workouts. No equipment necessary and the workouts typically take me between 25-40 minutes to complete. The workouts vary nicely. My only critique of the app is that the warm up/down routines hardly change at all. Not a huge deal. Overall it is well worth the money. You also get access to the running, cycling and other apps they develop, and they all communicate with one another.

Great Workout App. I have been using this app for working out for some time now. I initially got the app because AdidasMi went away and I was given a free subscription to Runtastic in its place. The length of the stretching, workout, and cool-down are perfect for my schedule. I like that an initial fitness test was the basis for the workouts. I wish that the cool-down stretches were more customized to which body parts were worked that day.

Best Bodyweight Workout App. It interfaces well with my fitsmart watch. The app offers a tremendous amount of variety from a quick workout to squeeze in while you're traveling up to 90 minutes of heart racing and muscle burning. I have also used the create your own workout and the fitness plan. All are designed well and very user friendly which is key!

Sensors?!. I have been using runtastic push and sit ups , and I changed my phone lastly and when I tried to download it again I surprised that they merge it with adidas that made me surprised and excited because I paid for runtastic pro before , but unfortunately you guys remove the best part I liked THE COUNTING SENSOR while workout moves it was made me going ahead over and over and I reached the six pack abs , so if there is a way you can make it back that will be good, I will make only 2 stars for respecting the adidas mark.

I got so frustrated that I deleted it. The workouts presented are great and I’m glad that the personal workouts give you a new set of exercises to do every day. The problem with this is that after I finish the workout and answer the questions at the end, it will say I didn’t finish it and will make me redo it. On top of that, I have read some reviews that state problems from 2-3 years ago. These reviews have gotten a pasted response from and employee, and the problems still exist!!!

Such a lifesaver!. This is an excellent app that upon accessing for the first time, recommended me workouts without the hassle of getting the premium version/signing up for premium/essentially making me purchase items I don’t know anything about (like some other apps/sites). What I am wondering is that if it’ll stop doing what it’s doing and ask me to pay for more content?

Worth a premium purchase. First day use, at first I was going to jump right In and buy the premium to get the 12 week transformation workout but I figured let me try the 3 week plan first. Enjoyed the first workout! It’s not too hard but def got me sweatin and helping me point out my weak areas. Will be upgrading shortly! Been trying everything to lose weight, hopin with this one!

Keep the changes coming!. This is my second plus year using Results. I have to say, after the first year I was impressed with my ‘results’ and a little bored. I took a few months break and when I came back I was happy to see variations and new exercises and warm ups. This app is perfect for a daily workout. Everyone should find a half hour a day to gift themselves this workout to find strength and keep strength.

Good App, Needs a little more Variety. 2 stars to get the developers to look at my feedback... Warm up is always the same.. high knees, reverse lounges, squats, etc... could change it up so user doesnt get bored. Photos are a bit lazy, they don’t distinguish between Left and Right.. basic user will probably just do the same exercise twice... After you complete the 12 week program, there is some bug that prevents you from following your stretching routine for the last one. Other than that, workouts are always challenging and more motivating and cost effective than going to a gym/and/or with a personal trainer. I cancelled my gym memberships (24/equinox) and my personal trainer (2x a week)... and have seen more results just sticking to their workout 12 week plans. One improvement would be to shorten the 24 hour window between workouts (one way to circumvent this is to change the date/time forward on your iphone)...

This is excellent app for workout. I started using this app since 1 week, I can’t start my day without completing 30 min workout. This is awesome app for helping individuals to motivate exercise at home during COVID-19, once started using 21 days it will become your daily habit like drinking coffee in the morning. It is important to stay healthy and boost immune system.

Needs a Health At Every Size Update. I like that I can customize exercises for myself and think the variety of movements is great. However, there is so much body-shaming language and photos throughout the app that I need to find a new option. I especially hate that even when I select my own workout that has nothing to do with weight, I’m always prompted to take a “progress pic” and it shows an example of a guy who lost 50 lbs. I exercise for health and wellness, not weight, and wish there was at the very least a Health At Every Size setting.

Runtastic was Great, Now…. Used Runtastic Results and their other Pro apps for years, then Adidas acquired them, and it has been a steady decline. No Pro apps, and now Training has been more inundated with Adidas merchandising. And now it appears Adidas doesn’t know what a woman is. My workout app asks if I’m male or female, to guide my program based on science. If the parent company doesn’t know the difference, only a matter of time for it to come into the app. I just want an exercise app that gives me a good exercise program. I don’t need politics at the same time. Unsubscribed and deleted.

Change. This app is a good support to start for a healthy life it has information, great body workouts, consistency goals , and a provides the user to measure and see the results, in the end it starts with u and u will get the results but this app has a five stars because it has support for a better you. I weight 198 down to 172 and have healthy body and a better life style heart rate of an athlete thank you for who ever made this app KEEP IMPROVING it changing life’s

Need more time info. I’ve been using this app for free due to COVID and I absolutely love it since I have little to no gym equipment. I love the create your own workouts. I wish you could switch out one or two exercises though. Also, when you do the plans it doesn’t tell you how long your workout is. I don’t want to get ready and start a routine to find it’s only 20 minutes. Other than that, I love it and hope they extend the free premium.

Great app. I subscribed to the app two years ago while barely doing the workouts. I finally started a couple weeks ago, and I am actually seeing results. Why did I wait? The app has a subscription to really get use out of it. The rate is very low compared to similar app-based, fitness subscriptions. I’m really happy that I committed to doing the 12 week program. The workouts are challenging but not overwhelming.

For kids as well. I want to get ripped and right now I’m just a kid at the age of 12 and both my parents workout and i really want to be like my dad and I’m on the second day I did 2 15 minute workouts the first day and 1 the second I’m really proud of my results so far so when I hit day thirty I’m going to look jacked!! Thanks this app is amazing!!!

No time for gym. I came across this app, tried and loved it. I'm a mom and employee, I don't have time to workout at a gym and I'm too tired at the end of the day to drive or go one more inch away from home. As a mom of an asperger child, it's hard to workout, and this app gave me what I need at home. Have dinner, put my child in bed and work out at the comfort of my home.

Fantastic EXCEPT. You can’t play music while doing the workouts, like the videos, I try to mute the videos but just cannot play music during my workouts. It’s very difficult to do workouts without music in my opinion. Everything else is really good on this app. Very recommended if you need help getting started getting fit. I just hoped I would be able to mute the videos but still watch them.

Great Ap!. Don’t like gyms and not a weight guy. Love this AP for just using body weight. Couple suggestions. 1. Would be nice to have equipment options. For example if I had a pull up bar and wanted to incorporate that, I could check that I have one in the AP and incorporate it into the routine. Still body weight. 2. Refer a friend through the AP and get a credit or something. If that feature is there it’s not easy to find.

Great app. I’ve been a runner for years, and I’ve worked out at the gym with weights on and off for years too. Honestly, these exercises are so effective. They can be short workouts, but I’m usually pouring sweat. I haven’t lost weight, but I wasn’t really overweight to begin with. However, I’ve seen a huge increase in my muscle tone and definition

Runtastic Results. Great app that builds a personalized workout plan for you. I love the exercise preview video clips so you know exactly how to correctly preform each exercise. I really enjoy that it mixes up the exercises so you’re not doing the same thing over and over. The variety helps me from getting bored with it. I have just completed week 9 of my 12 week plan and still loving it! Curious if the app offers a next 12 week plan after completing this one.

Terrible UX experience and customer care. I created an account with my apple ID and signed up for the yearly membership. I tried to login on my TV and the TV app won’t recognize my login info, so I tried to login via Facebook. The app then created ANOTHER account with the SAME e-mail provided. I tried to contact Customer Care and got what felt like an automatic response through e-mail, they don’t even read what we write. The app is not user friendly and it’s just impossible to try to edit/reset your password if you’re logged in.

Thanks for making it easy to work out. How do I report a bug? Date of birth is displayed incorrectly in all 2/3 Adidas apps I have (running & training; shopping app is ok). It’s also displayed correctly on the website. When I try to change it in these 2 apps, the date picker wheel is off by one day (e.g. I choose 25 > 24 is displayed when saved). I have a video!

Fantastic!. This app is nothing but a savior for people like me, who have been athletes in the past and want to gain back the stamina in Mid-30's. The regime helped me work out on things which I didn't like to work on (legs). These are simple 'Do at home' exercise which can be done anywhere. Started feeling better in my 5th week. Then I skipped Many weeks due to work. Starting again. Love the stretching. Thanks again.

Great workout. This app makes you underestimate you abilities. You think that the workout look easy, yet when you do them, they turn out to be really hard. It gives you that good pain that when after your done, you feel more alive. I definitely recommend this app to people who are starting to workout.

Simply the best Body Weight Workout App. I started with a trial and quickly purchased the premier version because I have hurt my lower back weeks ago and was avoiding heavy lifting. This app quickly turned into my go-to app. I set my own goal, the number of workouts per week and boy... It seems as though the app tailors my routines to target particular muscle groups daily all the while improving my cardio aero or anaerobic! Simply the best!!!

Results: An anywhere gym. I am used to a traditional gym, but as life gets more demanding finding 2 to 3 hours to carve out of a day is challenging. Results equips me to create my own workouts based off of the time that I have, stay motivated and reminded about the plan I am on, and even have focused exercises where I can specifically improve different muscle groups. I especially like that it integrates and syncs with Runtastic so I can get my cardio in and counted toward my weekly plan. I wish it had a heart rate integration with my Apple Watch so it would pull my actual HR as a part of my results. Then I’d be able to see how my cardiovascular health is going based off of max HR, calories burned (especially during Results workouts) and recovery time. Love the App!

Saves me during this pandemic. I have been using the training and the running apps from Adidas and they have been such great fitness pals. I have used the running app much longer, however, during the last months I came to appreciate the training app - so many great workouts for all levels. Easy to use and to navigate.

Really hard, but great. I would really recommend this app to anyone who seriously wants to stay fit. When you first sign up, choose “very easy” as the option, because I chose one that was to hard for me and it made me stop working out for a while, but then I eventually came back to it. Also, developers, please make it so that you can always adjust your goals so that you’re not stuck trying to make it easier.

Love it!. This is exactly what I wanted in a workout program! 5 minutes of warmup followed by a simple, but focused, step by step 10-20 minute workout that gets right to the point using nothing but your body weight as resistance. One complaint is that I have to buy separate subscriptions for everyone in my family and it doesn’t look like there is any discount for multiple users on the same account.

Best workout app!. I love this app, it’s the best workout app out there. It comes up with personal workouts based on your level of fitness and has such a wide variety of different workouts you can do. Only thing I wish is if their running app was in the same app. I’d like to track my running and workouts on the same app.

Focused fitness in a constrained environment. This is great, personalized training program for people with limited exercise resources (i.e., no weights or equipment). There is limited back focus, so would recommend tailoring the app to account for minimum equipment (e.g., dumbbells, pull up bar/tree limb, etc.). I used this while traveling across Europe and the US, and it is great for a hotel work out, exercise in the park, or fitness at home!

Great app. I’m not a gym rat so this app/program works well for me. Workout time is 25-45 minutes and I always get a good sweat. After doing the first 12-weeks, I won’t look at body weight exercises the same. As you gain strength, reps increase. My last workout I totaled 400 jumping jacks - certainly not for the faint of heart. I highly recommend this program/app - if you are faithful to the workouts, I can only see you being successful. Good luck and get healthy!

This app helps me cross train. Very good app! As a decades-long runner, I started to encounter injuries. After I finished 16 weeks of physical therapy, I started this app. I really believe it is helping me to strengthen key areas and hopefully, avoid future injuries. The instructional videos are much-appreciated. Sometimes, a crazy-hard workout pops up! Yet, for the most part, it has been reasonable. Fortunately, the app accepts my feedback so it can recalibrate to something manageable again.

Thorough and confident. Been utilizing this app daily for 3 weeks. For a design so thorough and covering so many bases of clarity, I still get hung up on exercise example videos that are only shown for one side of the body when the exercise requires a “left side” and the “right side”. I highly recommend this app for the variety of routines and customization available.

Great app. I think this app is great! It is perfect for those people that want to learn and push themselves into a routine. I like that you can incorporate both the active app with the running version of this app. Really recommend it! It’s great for beginners and those who want to challenge themselves. I would like it if I could use my Apple Watch without my phone but other than that it’s great!

Requires establishing account. IDK, maybe I’m old fashioned or just concerned about my privacy, but perhaps, just perhaps, the app description should mention that you can’t even open the app without establishing an account with Runtastic / adidas. If you’re not concerned with that then go ahead and download the app and check it out. But if you do have concerns about needing to establish yet another account - or login with your Facebook or Google info - then don’t waste your time downloading the app because you can’t see ANYTHING without providing that info.

No Equipment and Low Impact. I have been using the paid version of Runtastic for several years. As a holistic health coach, I typically refer all my clients to this app, as the exercise programs can be tailored to each individual, and there is no equipment to purchase aside from the app. In addition, body weight exercises are less stressful on joints and typically yield great results for the average person looking to improve their health.

Great app, but there are bugs in this version. I love the Runtastic fitness series, and Results is a great program that keeps me challenged and engaged. But I’m only giving the app three stars because I’m encountering a lot of bugs in this app version. I’ve had to delete and reload the app four times because it gets stuck. I’ve stopped looking at the instructional videos because they always get stuck. And the social media function always hoses me up too. If a new version of the app comes out that fixes the bugs, I’ll be happy to up my star score.

Discipline enabler. This app allowed me to really become disciplined and really achieve visible results and get comments about it. I cancelled gym membership since I was able to stick to a increasingly challenging routine without the excuse of time, needing equipment or feeling tired. I have used it for several years religiously adjusting my level on the go. Strength and endurance show when I run, bike and everyday life. Highly recommended.

AMAZING. This app is an amazing app for training and at home exercises! There are loads of free options and even more with the premium version. This app is generated to suit your needs and not just give you a workout that only the elite can do. A great way to get moving and get off the couch during this quarantine!

Outstanding rating from a fellow gym rat. Ive been looking for more workout apps and I absolutely fell in love with this app. Theres no hidden fees they create amazing workouts that encourage you to get into shape! Everytime i finish a workout i always feel energized and ready to take on more. I definitely recommend this app when their wanting to do workouts anywhere. GREAT JOB!!!

Middle-aged butt-kicking workout plan. I’m a middle-aged former college athlete who (finally) crossed the line into overweight last year. After college I kept fit running, cycling, playing soccer, practicing karate and jujitsu, and lifting, but this app requires only 45 minutes 3 times a week, dedication and discipline, but no equipment or other people. And it’s kicking my tail into the best fitness in years!

Fantastic fitness app!. I’ve been tinkering around with fitness apps from the beginning g of this pandemic. This adidas one keeps me motivated through a variety of workouts. Great features to track your progress and target different needs. So far I’ve lost about 5 lbs in the last few months. I highly recommend.

Great workout app. The only improvement would be the ability to specify specific workouts that might have been more difficult each day, rather than just a lump answer regarding the whole daily workout together at the end of each session. i.e.The pushups were too easy, and the burpees were too hard, but the sit-ups were hard in a good way.

Great app!. I've been using it for about 4 months, and it's definitively worth the money. I love the fact that a single subscription gives you access to more apps. I only give it 4 stars because the warmup and the cool down are always the same, which kind of makes it boring (warmup and stretch, not the actual workout). If it had different warmups and cool downs, i would give it 5 stars without a doubt!!!

Worth it!. I love this app. I love how you can literally see your progress. That’s one of the most motivating factors. Especially doing it at home. The workouts are challenging but they don’t make you give up. Consistency is key. You’ll be amazed at how many burpees you can do as the weeks progress. This literally yields results. It’s time efficient and you need no equipment. No excuses!

The subscription seems like a scam.. The website is designed to make it impossible to contact anybody or follow up with questions about subscription services. I have been trying to no avail. Itunes crashes, while canceling...come on. Extremely frustrated with the selection of 1-month for 9.99 and have found numerous months of charges like a subscription and no way to cancel easily. I have the 1-month option selected! I just wish someone would cancel it on their end...geez. At least have a live chat or a phone number.
