Love the game- few things annoy the heck outta me though. I love this game very much however few things that make me want to stop playing quick I wish they could fix. First, while your playing if you run out of lives and don’t get your goal done to move on they allow you to watch a short clip to get an extra three lives... now he’s the terrible part, they will not EVER give you that option at all if you are just about to win, the only way to get another 5 lives is by using too much coins.. Another annoying thing is whenever you win a round you get a boost. You can get a lot of boosts if you win a lot of them without loosing a single round. I hate when I get to the top and have all the boosts... if you loose just ONE round you start the next round at ZERO BOOSTS STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN. And last most frustrating of all thing is that when you loose a round, pretty often you will loose it over and over and get stuck on that round for way too long and I just end up not playing anymore. If those things would be fixed this game would get 5 Star from me.

Fun game, but glitchy. The game is colorful, plays wells, and is entertaining. It's a great choice if you like puzzles and desire something mindless that can be played without paying too much attention to it. However.....the game has many bugs that the developers don't seem to want to fix despite contact. When you win free lives, they are used immediately, even if you don't claim them. The timer is glitchy when all lives are used up and the countdown doesn't always work correctly. You can have 10 minutes left on the countdown timer and come back half hour later to find that it has just switched over. I've given up on the kitchen aspect of the game as I never receive ingredients despite being near level 500. It's not a necessary element in order to play, but again....it's a bug in the game.

Cookie jam blast. This game is incredibly awesome! This is the first time I downloaded this game now I can't stop playing. I'm enjoying this game so much I keep playing even though I get frustrated at times! Very challenging. I can't believe how much I am enjoying this game. Its super!whoever created this game was a genius! Can't stop playing! Amazing game I'm playing everyday! Incredible but also difficult however, I love this game!! Thank the. Creators of this game it's great. I get frustrated but that's what the game is all about. What a great game I got to level 300 and I quit . I just can't continue to spend money! Thank you for providing me with hours of fun. I think I'm addicted to this game! I love it so much. I won't give up! How many times I have said this but, this game is remarkable! I love it!!! Greatest game on the iPad! I love this game. Totally awesome!! I love this game! The only thing I get upset about is the fact that in order to get ahead I have to spend money which I surely don't have much!

Makers actually listen!. Super fun, match three pieces puzzles with different trials for each level in a candy themed setting. The game was changed for a week or two and for me it became unplayable, I sent in a message detailing which changes were awful and why and they actually changed it back to the way it was previously! I’m sure there were others who spoke up as well, but it’s nice knowing there’s a team of people behind this who do actually want players to enjoy their game and not just money grab. If you like this style of puzzle game you really can’t go wrong with this one

Annoying. I love this game but it’s glitchy. Like another reviewer, I too am a top player. I have been forced to do the rainbow run side quests like 8 times. I can live with starting off at level 1 of rainbow run over and over again. I successfully completed level 1620 and was forced back into rainbow run yesterday, again fine. But now I’ve successfully completed rainbow run level 10 but my airship is stuck on level 10. I wish I could screen shot the level with the stars and the airship above it. Also please stop being cheap with the baking rewards. I hate to level up with the baking and get rewarded 8 lives only to then be told I’ve exceed the maximum limit. I have probably lost an upwards of 1000 lives this way. How about those are banked for the player? Please fix this issue. Please fix these problems because this is my favorite game. I’m trying to stick with you as you develop more levels but I’m not gonna hang around rainbow run forever. Especially being stuck there.

Changes ruining game. I enjoy this game. Decent amount of game play to make it entertaining. Did not mind spending some money to support the game because I enjoyed it. Recent changes to make the game more difficult and shorten game play sessions have changed all that. Don’t see myself contributing to this game in its present configuration. May hang around awhile to see if the developers remove some current changes to make game play more like it used to. Right now, just another annoying game trying to force you into spending a lot to get any decent amount of game play. Enjoyed the game for a long time, so thanks for that. Can’t see myself continuing in this present format.

Disappointed. This has been my favorite game for a long time. I’m over 3000 levels. I was away for awhile and when I returned all was the same, until about a week ago. That was when the store disappeared. At the begging game of a level I would determine how much I needed the ingredients I would win and decide if one of my bonuses was needed to get what I needed for a particular recipe. If not I would just play out the level until I beat it. Lives are more expensive than other games and bonuses don’t reset for 24 hours. With the elimination of the store I don’t know what I will get. The objective then becomes just beating the level. It’s taken away a huge piece of the game that I’m sure many people enjoyed. Please bring back the Country Store option.

Fun but need to fix issues. This game is fun but there are a few items that need to be fixed. 1- the game should start by allowing you to spin the daily wheel. It doesn’t and you have to click so many pop ups to get back to the wheel. 2- freezes up a lot 3- the family feud is annoying. There is no way to quit once it pops up. All you can do is continue then it takes you to the rules. I don’t want to enter the sweepstakes or play. Then you can’t get back to the actual game. You are in an endless loop of family feud continue then back to the rule page. Seriously? Stop with the annoying pop ups that you can’t get out of. At this point I can’t play the game cause of the loop family feud has me in.

Awesome & Enjoyable. Love this game. It's addicting. Do be prepared to spend some money as you get to higher levels, but you aren't required too, especially if you have patience, lol. I love the variety of levels, and the many opportunities to earn free power ups and assistance tools throughout the game. A daily free spin wheel, baking recipes, and daily events help you earn free stuff as well. Give aways are more generous than other games, and best of all, levels don't become "impossible" (without spending money) as you move forward in the game, although it's challenging as you proceed. Every few levels you will see one labeled "HARD LEVEL" which allows you to choose if you want to use a power up to assist you before you start. If you run out of lives, you can choose (or not) to refill your lives meter for a measly 20 coins, far less than most games. Seems like the creators of the game really do want people to play, not JUST PAY!!!!! Thanks Cookie Jam Creators 😄😄😄

Love game with a couple of negatives. I’ve been playing this game for a while now which means I really enjoy it. It’s pretty predictable when they’ll give you free moves or not... if you’re close to winning the level you most likely won’t get 5 free moves offered. I also wish that they weren’t so picky about giving you 3 stars for each level...if the blue bar doesn’t touch the end then you only get 2 stars for the level which I think is not fair. You can be very near the end and only get 2 stars. I like that you periodically get surprised with unlimited play but I wish you could start it and not have it begin without notice. Other than those annoying features this is a good game. I also like that you can play and not have to spend money to play unless you want to. I play Cookie Jam as well and love that too!

It’s ok to kill time. If your looking for a game to kill some time this would fit that bill. It’s like a slot machine and you win when it decides you win no skill involved. Also I noticed that after I use all my lives and I have to wait for a new life I always seem to come back just as the new life becomes available. I thought this was odd so I set a timer for 12 minutes when there was 10 minutes until a new life and sure enough after 12 minutes the life timer had just reset. So even though the timer says 15 minutes it could be more until your next life. It’s nice that the cost of continuing a game is reduced at times to 16 coins. However it’s impossible to take advantage of because as soon as you have 16 or more coins it goes up to 25 coins. Time to delete this app. It’s becoming bloated and takes forever to load. There is too much emphasis on trying to get your money with special offers and even a challenge that you complete but then have to pay to collect your rewards.

Unpleased. I downloaded this app about a week ago. I had this app before but I uninstalled it but I didn’t remember why until I started playing the game. Some levels take hours and days to complete and sometimes you have only one more move to complete and you are out of moves. Then you get the option to purchase more moves which I believe is a setup. You don’t get a good return on your purchase because throughout the app you only win 3 tokens every now and then which is a terrible accumulation. I’ve spoken with family and friends that have the app and complain about the very same thing. I uninstalled this app over almost 10 years ago and still the same issue. The creators should make it reasonable to earn moves and not require so many to make purchases. But I know you want to make a profit but let’s be reasonable. That’s why I give 2 stars, other than those issues, it’s a fun app.

Addicted. I’m probably the most ridiculous person I know. I like the match 3 games but most of them can get boring and impossible when you get to the higher levels. I tried the first version of this game and it seemed to be pretty much like most others so I thought I would look at the next version because sometimes the second one is better. I got addicted very quickly. You can earn bonuses a lot more than other games, the higher levels are challenging but not impossible and the characters are so cute that I don’t mind playing the same level a few times until I pass it. I got addicted to this game based on cuteness alone! I still play it every chance I get. I’m into the 500 levels now and I haven’t got tired of it yet. The cuteness factor is a 15 out of 10 and it doesn’t get old, lol.

The most bugged app ever. I can’t watch ads for the 5 extra moves or extra lives. I can’t make purchases due to it saying purchase failed before I can even press buy. There’s no cookies to collect, just a never ending tournament that keeps repeating items to collect. It seems like the game’s stuck on a loop and it seems every update just introduces a new bug. I had an issue with my fair tickets and customer service was great and said all the tickets I collected would be there after the latest update but that never happened, the fair ticket issue was fixed but I lost out on hundreds if not a thousand tickets. Not a big deal but with all the other issues it makes this game an absolute nightmare to play. Their other game Cookie jam has no issues whatsoever but there isn’t 2x speed as an option so I can’t play it because it’s so SLOW. Please address these major issues and update the game ASAP. Can’t you do a hot fix like video games do? Also the rewards for leveling up your recipes should be more than just unlimited life or 2x score. Unlimited power ups should be a reward as well.

Attn developers. Love your game but I get so frustrated with all the celebrations tying up my game that I close it. Example when you finish a level it goes on & on with moves to get your points, would be nice if we could tap the screen(like other games) and just get the points without having to watch and wait. Also, to use power up or hot air balloons...the wait is 3 days why in the world is the wait so long? You have to earn the balloons which is a long process of baking and getting stars then after you get all that done and use it 3 more days, that’s extreme! I hope some changes can be made since I enjoy the game. I appreciate your time with reading my response!

I love this game...BUT. This is one of my favorite games, but why all of a sudden we can’t turn off the sound for the ads??!!! Sometimes I am in a meeting or waiting room and want to pass my time playing, but this prevents it!! Yes, I can turn my phone sound off, but again, sometimes that’s not an option for personal reasons or work. I will push on the sound icon to turn it off and it instantaneously turns right back on....and this can go on for eternity!! And why is the daily wheel rigged?? I will land on a spoon or coins....the ONLY worthwhile items on there...and it just sits there for several seconds...then all of a sudden moves off the tile onto a totally worthless item next to it. What is that?? Don’t offer it if you have it rigged and even if we happen to land on it, you automatically take it away????

Addicting!. Finally. A matching game that is fair. I’ve tried others that already bring too much of a tedious challenge within the first levels. I don’t know how that keeps someone wanting to play, honestly. But Cookie Jam is the perfect mix between challenge and fun. I’ve played through 80 levels so far and it’s only been days. It’s a compliment—because I had deleted another app because I was only on level 6 and dealt with more stress than fun. If you were to pay for the in-app purchases it’s worth it because of its fairness. Its a gamble and I don’t know how these matching games work, but I recommend this game 100%!!!!! 💗💗🍪🍪🍰

Great app! Why?. The game is enjoyable and interesting enough to play for a long time if wanted. The one thing I am not pleased with is the limited lives and sometimes it will allow one to watch a video to continue and sometimes a video can give +5 moves HOWEVER sometimes and too often the videos are not available. Now for the extra moves; fine, but lives? Why would I be playing this game if I wanted to play another? Stop offering me another game and allow me to play the one I am currently playing! Why would you want me to stop playing? And it makes it so I can not go on!!! Why would any game developers ever do that? Seems counter to the goal. I have paid for items and unless I do it time and time again I have to wait for WHAT to play more? Fun game idiot developers and managers! Like I said I am willing to watch the video if need be, sooo with adverts(yes I have purchased from these type of offerings before) wouldn’t it be best to allow me to watch them and NOT try to get me to another since I am playing one of your games NOW! Allow the video to be watched and allow me to continue on with what I prefer to play. Thanks

Best thing I’ve ever downloaded.. I have never written a review, in all my 11 years of being an iPhone user, and aaaaaallll the hundreds of apps I’ve downloaded, SEVERAL of which I used daily and loved very much. But I have to write a review here. This game is fun, addictive, challenging, and visually stunning. Very beautiful game. I’m a Libra; aesthetics can make or break almost anything for me. ;P You don’t have to spend money to beat levels. The game is multifaceted, having little side “jobs” for you to do, and also a little bakery where you can make treats with the ingredients you get from collecting stars, and the treats you make are used to upgrade your little airship that you ride around the worlds in, which also give you boosters for the levels. The music is not annoying at all (huge plus). I think it’s super unique that the game has a French twist to it via the music and the baking (idk why baking just reminds me of French people/France..) and the voice in the game is a man with a French accent and sometimes he even speaks French. I would give this ten stars if I could! I am just in love with Cookie Jam. It is perfectly done in my opinion. Bravo! ;)

Big glitches need to be fixed. For the last few weeks, there have been bugs that need your attention. Dozens of times the lighting goes very dim. I can hardly see the screen. When this happens, it freezes the power ups also; for example, I can’t use the rolling pin or any of the others. I end up getting out of the game and I lose the extra aids I have earned to start the game and have to start all over. Nothing like this happens with any other game I play. When are you going to have an update that fixes bugs like all the other games have? This game is one of my favorites. However, if you are not going to make the game work correctly, then I am going to have to stop playing it!

Never Gets Boring. I usually do not review games. This game has kept me entertained for close to two years and has NOT once made me want to delete the app. Well, maybe a hundred times only because I’m in the 2,000 levels and sometimes it takes me quite a few attempts to win. Lol. That’s what makes it fun! The creators of this game deserve a million high fives for this game! The only complaint I have is that you took away the 8 hours of unlimited lives when you completed a week (I think that’s where it was.) It would be nice to see more than 30 minutes. I’m on day 112 of consistent playing and I do feel like there should be bigger rewards than 5 minutes of a helper bee. Other than that, it’s a really good game!

Love this Game but.... I have been playing this game for a long time and I love it! The “but” is because lately I will beat a level but it gets stuck, when I reset the game it will show that I have played that level, my stars are there, but it will not let me continue without playing that same level, and beating it, again! It is especially frustrating when I have used some of the helpers that I have purchased to win. Also it woulld be greatly appreciated it if you gave rewards in the form of coins, when someone is as loyal as someone like me. I have not missed a day in more than a year. When I hit 365 I expected to get something really good but it did not happen😢

I love everything but the extra turns. This game is beautiful and fun to play! I like it way more than any of its direct competition both aesthetically and functionally. But I do have one major issue. I noticed that at times, when you fail a level, the game will allow you to either pay coins or watch a video ad for 5 extra turns. However, the video isn’t always an option. In my observation after playing this game A LOT, they only offer the video (essentially free extra turns) if there’s no chance those five turns will help you win. If there’s a realistic chance you could win in five more turns, the video ad is never an option. That means that if you don’t have coins and you don’t want to restart the level, your required to pay real money. I know micro transactions make these apps profitable, but this situation is really frustrating for me. I want to give this app five stars for its aesthetics and smooth, satisfying gameplay; I want to give it one star for what feels like an unfairly rigged extra turn system. So I’m splitting the difference and giving it 3.

How many more times?. I have played this game for some time. Level 1313 currently. Ever since they did a massive upgrade I have had serious glitches within the game. In fact whenever I won extra lives through daily roulette wheel or baking upgrades it would not give extra lives to me. I contacted customer support but they just told me they would work on it and gave me 10 extra lives. Which was only really 7 for some weird reason. I continued to play because they told me that the extra lives would work but go directly to my mail box. Which was a bunch of lies. It didn’t. I contacted them again and now they said that the game will work with my extra lives earned. Which sort of sounds like they tamper with the game. Which is a no no. I wonder how many others they have done this to. No apologies with this last email from them. Nothing!!! What was a great game that I would invest money into is no longer the case. Watch your hearts/lives during daily roulette or wins. And if you don’t get them, remember what I mentioned. Stupid company. Do they really think I’m here just to get free hearts? Why would I go through the trouble? I just want a fun game to play whenever I’m bored without and hassles or weird glitches. Take my money where it’s deserved.

Hello!. This game is fun. I’ll definitely give you that. I personally like the first one better. See, this one just has a bit too much going on. So much it’s almost confusing and over stimulating. Regular cookie jam I can play for hours, whereas this game I may I have to put down in about ten minutes because I’m getting a headache. The colors are beautiful and the sounds are so cute. But there are so many different boosts and things jumping around. It’s like I move one piece and all of a sudden my screen is exploding in a million different directions. I think my opinion is just that...MY opinion. So it’s not really a criticism. I’m guessing by the wonderful reviews you have gotten most everyone enjoys that about this game. I for one will be sticking to just regular Cookie Jam. (Which I LOVE btw).

Love it, but there are problems. I have loved playing this game but some things have started getting on my nerves. 1. My biggest pet peeve is if they are way, way, wayyyyyy too stingy with the bananas and pumpkins. I play a ton when I see them but it’s pretty much impossible to play enough to make a difference with those airships. 2.The prize wheel is nice, but instead of making it every 24 hours let us be able to click on it once a day at any time and spin. Also some of the prizes are just crappy and it seems like I land on those too much. 3. It would be nice if after any time I’m about to lose a level, I can get the option to watch a video for five bonus moves. Not just on rare occasions. 4. Also, the prizes we get for completing enough recipes have gotten lamer too. Be nice if we could get more useful boosters. I hardly ever bother completing recipes anymore unless it’s for bananas or pumpkins. The only good thing offered for that anymore are the bonus bees.

The Newest levels require boosters to win. I have been playing this game for a few years after I quit candy crush bc it was a money guzzler. I appreciated the fact that cookie jam was more fair; I loved how the row and column breakers would activate the other direction when they hit another row breaker, everything was reasonably priced - especially the extra 5 moves, the bees used to always go to the most needed areas. Now they often activate my rainbow cakes, go for the bee popsicle or water reducers/ increasers instead of where I need them - when I have one move left! I don’t mind paying for boosters, I have actually paid quite a bit over the years. But I never felt like I “had” to use them to pass a level. Also the prices have gone up. And now at level 1514 with only 21 total moves and NO extra five move option even available (mean) - I can’t even get CLOSE to finishing - a booster won’t even help bc so much of the area is uncleared. The whole thing is like 5 layers thick with chocolate pretzels! Obviously its not as fun as before and I won’t keep playing if they don’t improve the playability of the game. I can’t even pass this level so looks like I won’t even be able to play until my Airship boosters renew, which by the way increased to THREE DAYS when it used to be ONE. Not everyone likes puzzles that are crazy hard! It’s stressful - not fun!

Frustrated player!. Upper levels are TOO difficult. You are almost certain of buying extra lives, coins etc to get through on every single level. Make them challenging but not near impossible. It would also be nice after three or four challenging levels to have a fairly simple one thrown in to keep you motivated. IF you end up spending coins for extra turns and meet the challenge after only one or two more tries, why aren’t those extra turns put in a bank for you? We’ve paid for them, they belong to us. Also, the amount of moves given to you at the beginning of each game is more often than not a fraction of the moves it will take to get through the round. Again, you just know you’re going to be spending extra money at almost every level. Lighten up.....we'll stick around longer and make you richer in the long run. After many months of spinning the wheel, I’ve NEVER one single time won the large coin prize. Seems a little rigged to me.

Fun game but to many tournaments. This game started out fun, however, it has too many tournaments in it. You work really hard to get all the way to the platinum league, and then if you can’t play for a few days you find yourself at the bottom league again. This is extremely frustrating. I can’t play this game every single day, and play tournament every single waking hour of the day. You should have an option to decline entry into these tournaments, or the game should at least give you a break once in a while. It’s constant need to shove you in the tournament is extremely annoying and really makes the game less fun to play. It’s supposed to be a relaxing game, but all these tournaments make it way too stressful. There are much better games out there that don’t pressure you so much. (I edited my original review, and which I originally gave them four stars. However, with all this tournament crap and the constant deemotions, it’s really made me rethink my rating)

Breakneck speed. I’m basically adding to my previous review seen below, which was resolved. But this time, the gameplay is so fast it’s hard to figure out what to do. And it’s not just the game; the Ginny chef is stirring that bowl so quickly I’m surprised the spoon doesn’t break! Lol. But seriously, what the bleep is going on?!? 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀 This is easily one of the best match three games I have played, and the developers should be commended for the new facets they have introduced recently. However, the rainbow run, which is a great addition, has sadly gone away. There is almost no way now to earn more stars and keep up progress in the side tournaments. It went away in the middle of day, and I’ve tried rebooting my phone, reinstalling the game and even just restarting the game to get it back. Where did it go? 😿 Now that that issue was fixed I can return to glowing remarks for this game. I’ve been playing it almost since it came out and enjoy it immensely! Thanks to whoever came up with all the ways to get bonuses! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fun and addictive!. I don’t usually write reviews on apps, I’m doing it today because I’m hopping the creators of this game will actually read this review !! I’m quite addicted to the game, it’s perfect for my busy life, traveling all over. Unfortunately I’m not very disciplined and I “buy” points and extra moves etc... my husband was a little chocked, 14$ each time to refill doesn’t take you very far, but that’s life, the thing that really annoys me is that at the end of the game, most of the time, just one extra move would be enough, but I have to get 5 extras and lose 4 for nothing, I wish there was a way, using just 2 or 3 coins, to get the 1 extra move that would allow to complete the game with out using 25 or 50 for the really difficult ones ! Voila, thank you ! I hope someone does something about this !!

Trying too hard. The game is overall very enjoyable. It helps me relieve stress and I feel like the game also helps with giving my brain some exercise. Recently, I feel like the creators of this game have been giving too much free stuff - you used to have to really work at the game in order to receive extras and it was truly rewarding when you did. Now, you get extras left and right from not doing too much. I just updated my version of the game today and the most annoying feature that has changed is the computer helping you with moves not even a millisecond later. I want to play the game - not having a computer play it for me. I would have given 4 stars but that latest change is way too annoying it actually makes me upset. I am debating on just never updating again or just deleting app. I am hoping more people speak up about that feature so the creators can make some accommodation.

Very disappointed. I have enjoyed playing this game for a very long time. I have achieved the top level of the newly released weekly additional levels and am at level 7940 on the rainbow road. I have earned top level on all airship powers. When I earned top level, the reward included the levels renewing every 24 hours. Suddenly, the renewal time has jumped to every 2-3 days. I worked countless hours and spent a good deal of cash to achieve the levels I have reached and am extremely upset that my rewards have been greatly diminished. I have been in contact with the support team who have been in contact with the development team and have hit a brick wall. They offered me a small amount of token freebies but that in no way makes up for the changes in my rewards. TODAY IS MY LAST DAY PLAYING THIS GAME. I am not going to continue with a brand that goes back on its word

Oh my whoa, I didn’t know Cookie Jam could get better!. So I saw the ad for this game in the first edition of Cookie Jam and I downloaded it because I thought it would be like Toon Blast, where you tap groups of color and they disappear. When I saw it was still a match-3, I was a little disappointed because I was super interested in Cookie Jam’s take on a blasting game. For the first few levels, I was like, “Why did they make this game? It’s like a slightly amped up version of their original game...” And I wasn’t sure I liked it as much as the original. But I’ve played through several levels now and this game is DEFINITELY an improvement on the original! Super fun boosters, more things to do (i.e. recipes to make things to eventually unlock airships), and the visuals and sounds are just as yummy as in the original. I don’t feel this game will replace the original for me, but it is definitely a ton of fun and now I’m addicted to TWO Cookie Jams. 😂

I’m hooked!!. I love this game. I have it on my iPad and my cell phone. It’s a great way to pass the time while waiting. It is just an amazingly fun game. If you love Cookie Jam, you’ll definitely love Cookie Jam Blast. If you don’t believe me, download and see for yourself. Njoy 😉 In addition to the before mentioned comment I’d like to add that I really don’t like the overtime. I’d rather watch a short video to get the extra 5 moves versus having to use up all my coins paying for the overtime. But on a good note, I really like the new and improved wheel, especially the 99 coins 🙂. I’m currently on level 225 of the extra levels because I’ve completed all the levels on the regular game. I’m glad I have an alternative while I wait for the new levels instead of just waiting until the new levels are available. Thanks for that option. I truly love this game ❤️

Customer Service. I love this game and did not mind paying for coins; but when I recently bought some coins the game froze and I did not receive the coins I purchased. I was charged and sent an email to their customer service; at first I got a response asking for my gamer ID and a description of the issue. I sent all the information over and received another email stating they now needed screenshots of my receipt to prove I was charged. No problem sent that over and waited. Afterwords the asked for a screenshot of my gamer ID; which I sent at the beginning. I sent it over again & received a response stating they needed my Facebook ID; which in the screenshot I sent you could clearly see I did not have it linked. Since I no longer use Facebook and had them respond stating unless I had one they could not help me get the coins I never received but paid for. I was done after that and feel it's crazy I need to create and link Facebook just to get the coins I never got. It should have been stated from the beginning instead of the back & forth just to be dismissed.

Fun but Frustrating. The game is pretty to look at and fun to play. It is pretty heavily weighted toward getting players to spend money as are most games of this type. The frustrating part is how spending tickets is implemented. You never know if they will have good deals or not because the deals available are all random. It is like the developers are trying their best to screw with you and keep you from planning ahead or making good decisions. There should be a schedule that players can plan for. Why did you offer the great deals at the beginning of the ticket period when no one had tickets and not at the end of the period when we do? It is obviously a play to make players spend $$. I get this is a for-profit game but your manipulative tactics go way too far.

it wants you to win best game ever. This app is so so fun. I was playing Candy a Crush Jelly and the levels seriously became impossible to beat unless you'd use power up after power up, and i'm not cheater so i'm not about to play like that. This game has never been so difficult that i've been stuck for weeks on end. i've had this game for half of the time i've had candy crush, and am already over double the levels on this game. The little bees actually almost always go in the most helpful spot. The pop circles and worms help you, unlike Jelly's pufflers. This game also mixes up the goals of the levels so you don't just get fried on one thing over and over, like with Candy Crush. The layout is ridiculously cute and eye pleasing. I also love how you can play this game completely free. With using the baking area you make yourself free coins and power ups. The daily spin has never been too repetitive or outright rigged. I'm so glad my grandma showed me this game it is my favorite time passer.

Stephie play this game. Played the original Cookie Jam, then played Juice Jam, then now Cookie Jam Blast here. Somehow Jam City got their ducks in order. They just keep getting better. The final straw that got me hooked on Jam City is Mahjong City Travels. I don’t know what else they have planned however it seems Jam City knows no limits. The game that really got me into smartphone games really is Angry Birds though. Then I finished until level 2900 their Match Three classic Fruit Nibblers. From there, one of their ads got me into Cookie Jam. And now Cookie Jam Blast. I went further into Cookie Jam Blast once before however lost my place because of a cell phone destruction 🤣🤣. I’m back better than ever, as Mike Greenberg of ESPN would say.

Cookie Jam Blast. I love playing this game! I'm up to levels in the 1300s and am playing the Rainbow Run for my third time. But there is a TERRIBLE glitch on level 14 and the same board is also on level 126. I've been stuck on those boards for hours or days until I can use special airships again and on three different times when the rainbow come out of the volcanoes and there is an explosion of pieces when the board settles down there are lots of blank spaces with NOTHING in them and the game becomes frozen! I've tried everything to get it to work again but my only option has always been to quit that game. And it always has happened during a competition to move up to the bronze or silver level. I have screenshots of all three of these and just went to look at all and realized it's the same board. PLEASE FIX THIS! I'm feeling frustrated! Thanks!

CHEATERS!!!!!. I’ve been playing this game since the first day it came out. This is my first time reviewing. It used to be better. NOW it’s riddled with CHEATERS!!! I’m past level 1000 so I have been in various events they have. This past one, I finally was able to bust ppl cheating. I was in first place since I had over 9hours of unlimited lives. Then the two players ahead of me stopped playing for over 3hrs. When the first player came back, he/she jumped in first place in front of me in a matter of minutes. I wasn’t able to catch them previously, but this time I paid close attention. The developers or whomever monitors this app cheats for their culture counterparts. I will NOT BE PLAYING EVENTS EVER AGAIN!!!! Also I’ve NEVER SPENT MONEY SO MY POINTS ARE HARD EARNED AND I NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO PLAY HONESTLY AND WORK HARD DESERVE THIS TYPE OF CHEATING!!! My spouse Also can attest to this AND HE DOESN’T PLAY THESE GAMES. SO I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS DEVELOPER CHEATS ITS PLAYERS!!!!

Better than Candy Crush. After completing over 4600 levels in candy crush I started looking for a replacement game. It took a while, but I found it in Cookie Jam Blast. There’s so many things I like about it more: superior graphics, New lives come quicker and easier to get (no begging friends!), lots more bonuses and contests, fewer obstacles designed just to frustrate you. I’ve played over 500 levels with Cookie Jam Blast and love it. The only drawbacks are that it can be slow and occasionally glitchy. I would have given it 4.5 stars for that, but they’re not that annoying that it significantly impacts gameplay.

Latest update broke the game –issue resolved. Update: I had already followed the s steps suggested by the developer (including “contact us” which elicited the same response) but nothing I did on my end had any effect. Later that day the game resumed normal response, so whatever was broken during the update, must have been walked back. It’s now behaving as originally designed. —————— Ever since the game updated (yesterday), when it gets to the point where you watch a video to add extra moves, it locks up and I have to force close/reopen to continue playing. Of course it starts all over again, but it wasn’t broke before they “fixed” it.

Get rid of Unlimited Airships. CJB was a fun game until it introduced unlimited airships. They are not the same as the how the previous power ups worked and are counter productive to use, compared to legacy Airships. It wasn’t so aggravating when it was a 24 hour forces option, I could just not play for the day and wait till this annoying option went away. Now they have it for 30 days and in my opinion it should be removed all together. Hopefully the creators will do just that or I’ll have to delete the app. Which would sad to do, as I’ve had fun with it as I worked my way up to level 973. But alas, it looks like it might be time for me to move onto another game to play in my spare time. I hope they correct this flawed new way of play before too many people decide to ditch the app for something more fun that doesn’t drastically restrict you in your progress in the game.

GREAT GAME BUT HAS STICKING POINTS. This is one of my favorite games I use to pass my time. Being on level 1300 I can now confidently share just a few consistent frustrations. First is the daily wheel. This wheel has a visual glitch that prevents you from landing on anything meaningful. It seems preset to land on useless tickets. (See below) Yes, I actually did a bit of an experiment and kept track of what item I would hit the button on and 9/10 times regardless it would land on tickets. This wheel is the ONLY way to gain coins or boosters. The useless tickets: The photo of what you can purchase with said tickets includes a pastry bag, a useful booster. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Never once has there been an option to buy anything that helps with direct game play like a spoon, or pastry bag etc. The only options are baking items. Now, I don’t do the whole baking aspect bc I don’t see the benefit to my game play. So the tickets are pointless unless you want to partake of the baking portion. I understand I can earn hot air type balloons from ‘baking’ but outside that it is pointless. I appreciate this is clearly a built in function to force ppl to buy boosters and coins & boost the developers revenues. But If you are going to provide a daily wheel make it fair and random not fixed.

Some nice updates, but. I like the fact you now don't have to open bag after bag to get baking supplies. I like once you have enough to bake the command appears on screen and take you right to the kitchen. What I don't like is the overtime directive. I preferred the option for 5 free moves rather than just play in overtime whether you want to or not snd then have to pay for those moves. If you don't have enough coins (and they aren't easy to come by if you don't buy them) when you could clear the level with 5 or fewer moves. Take the game back to the 5 free moves choice if you don't beat the level with the initial number of moves and you get 5 stars. In the regular game I'm waiting for the next 20 level update and I agree that when you have to shift to the rainbow run while you wait you should be able to resume where you left off rather than go back to level 1. Seems I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Great game, but. I have been playing this game for close to 4 years. I am in the thousands, I never pay for anything and rely on my balloon perks and free videos. I cannot afford to pay for perks. I do not do the food videos for the same reason I have issues with the free video for 5 extra moves. When there is a possibility that I can complete the puzzle in 5 moves it does not offer it almost 80 percent of the time. When it does lately it either brings the video up and it goes to black or white screen or it just goes to black or white screen. This necessitates getting out of the game and waiting the full "3-4 minutes it takes for it to load. It's starting to get frustrating. I do not block any adds in any of my apps so that's not the issue. I have tried for 3 days to do the latest update. The system finally told me my IPad is no longer compatible. I have been forced to delete this game as I cannot afford a new IPad. Thanks for nothing.

Updated Review. Continued playing every now and again when bored and FINALLY the issue I’d been having has been resolved! Am now enjoying the game again on a regular basis. ORIGINAL REVIEW Sept 2018: Disappointing due to recent issues🙁 Love this game; on level 691 and loving the challenge of higher levels. Unfortunately, can’t create new recipes; stuck at level 28 with 3 recipes done but can’t do anymore. Kind of a waste of some bonuses since shortening completion time does me no good when can’t complete any anyway and gaining/winning new ingredients does me no good since have nowhere to use them. Follow up Review to Crash Often. Ok this is my follow up review, since the developers took the time to respond I feel I could at least do the same. I had to delete the game and then reinstall, after doing that i have’n had a single problem, that is except one, it erased all my game plan. I was up to something like level 286 after reinstalling i had to start from level one. Well now I’m on level 515 and have not so much as a blink from the game. Now if you would give me back my 286 levels I would give you 5 stars. At any rate thanks for fixing my favorite game. To tell the truth I really do love playing this game. The only problem is the thing crashes every day. It happens almost every time I get like 1:30 hours of unlimited life. By the time I’m able to play again it is unusually after the clock has run out. It is border line about to be deleted I’ve grown quite tired of this crap.

One problem for kids without a Facebook account. It’s great for kids with out the Facebook account they can’t login pleas make it that can you login without using Facebook.

Changes for the worse. Agree with delude the flashing is very annoying. Also you have taken away the extra 5 moves and swapped it for the bees yet when you win a special you still get the free +5 moves. Why when you can’t use them. It’s great you make changes but the changes are not making the game better or enjoyable it is making them worse. I do not enjoy this anymore.

Love the game- hate the freezes. Normally, this would be a 4-5star game, but recently it is regularly freezing. It doesn’t turn on again. I have to give up and open it again after some time. Jan 21. This is continuing. For a while all was well, but last night and this morning, I get to 223 and I’m in a constant loop of trying to make me buy lives, but games and freezing everything else. What is going on!? I love this game, but if rebooting doesn’t work, what am I meant to do?!

Long term player. I love this game but the recent update has spoilt it, now it takes ages to get to bake and the instant bake you win on your daily spin is mostly wasted, also you now only get one or maybe two goes at the spin not like before when you had a few spins per day. A Favourite. I may be slightly addicted to this game. It's good fun to slowly work through the levels (I don't cheat and buy boosts). The only negative things I can say is for a time it was a bit buggy and I never received boosts when I'd earned then, but that seems to have been ironed out. I also don't see the point in having the "watch to earn" thing when you watch the ads but never receive those boosts either. Overall though, playing this game makes me happy, and especially so when I beat an extreme level.

COINS. I feel like the spinning wheel never stops on the 99 coins and there are not enough coins given out during gift times.

Seriously good game.. Have been playing this game for some time. It is my favourite by a long way. The gameplay is varied and interesting and you are constantly being rewarded with free lives and power ups. Totally addictive. I have finished the regular levels and am currently on an alternate journey; called Rainbow Run. Very kind a of the developers to feed my addiction, whenever they are busy developing new levels.

Rainbow levels great. Update to the game to include rainbow levels to complete while waiting for next official level to open is a great improvement.

Major glitch!. It’s obvious there’s a major glitch with the new update. So many people are trouble shooting to get their constantly disappearing Country Fair back. Even re-installing the game is only a temporary solution. Country Fair just disappears again! Not happy. It’s my favourite game but not worth playing if this isn’t fixed.

Unable to connect to Facebook on iPad 9th Gen. Hi Developers, I have been playing cookie jam on my old iPad for over 4 years now and have made it to level 4721. I have recently upgraded to an iPad 9th Generation, thus, I have needed to connect to Facebook to get my levels back. However, a error message saying “ there was an error connecting to Facebook, please try again later” popped up. I have tried the suggestion on your FAQ, by deleting and reconnecting to socials and reinstalling the cookie jam app. Could I please have some assistance? thank you, Pam

Not fun anymore. You've lost me after the last couple of updates. I can't stand the constant flashing of the colours, telling me what moves to make... I want to make the decision and it's very off putting. Now with the new bakery, I don't care about airships, I want to win prizes that are useful to me.. Used to be a good game but now control freaks have taken it over.

Cookie Jam. I feel it is too hard to increase the amount of coins one has, and spinning the wheel is useless to get coins, I can’t remember how long it has been since receiving any coins maybe more than a year. There are plenty of games around that make it so much easier to get rewards.

No more choices. Help! I seem to be stuck on game 117. After a few moves it seems to stall and I’m forced to make ridiculous moves because that move is the only option. This one move option happens repeatedly until I’m out of moves. I’ve managed to get this far without buying moves and I’m I’m not prepared to buy moves to move on from this particular game. I’m assuming this is only a glitch and look forward to it correcting itself soon. Except for this hiccup, Blast is definitely 5 stars.

My absolute favourite. This is a really fun game. A little bit addictive though, lol. It has plenty of ads BUT gives you the option to watch or not - eg; 5 for extra moves or extra tools. For some reason I’m happier to watch them when given a choice and I usually do but the game can be played perfectly well without watching too.

Frustrated. Used to love this game until I got to level 2313. After a week I have found it is impossible to win regardless of how many extras you throw at it. There are not enough red hearts fed into the game to meet the 120 required as well as getting the 120 yellows needed. Think this is the end of my patience and will look for another favourite. Very disappointed.

Glitching since update. Update: This app has stopped working properly since the iOS update. On finishing a level, it freezes and has to be reset, meaning progress is lost. Please fix soon! I really enjoy playing this game, but it becomes difficult to advance without paying to purchase extra moves. I would ask the developers to consider either adding more moves to each level or reducing cost of extra moves. Other than that, it’s a fun and interesting game to play. Thank you!

Super awesome game. Love this game play it everyday plenty of great rewards free lives the best match 3 game by far love it. Doesn’t take long for your lives to be full again. Probably the best out there.. This is the one match 3 game I keep coming back to. It’s easily the most polished I’ve come across and just oozes charm. I love the theme and the style. It’s regularly updated with both bug fixes and new features. Regarding micro transactions; I think it’s pretty inoffensive. You’re never forced to watch an ad. The power ups are easy to collect without spending money. I’m 400 levels in and I’ve yet to feel like I cannot beat a level without spending money. There’s plenty of progression and gameplay here without spending a single cent and plenty of rewards just for playing. Definitely worth a try!

Cookie jam blast. The 2 things I don't like about this app is that I cannot invite my cookie jam friends to this game. It only lets you select certain friends from your Facebook list. The other is that i am constantly waiting for new levels to be added- which can be between 1-2 weeks when I cannot play. Otherwise I love it

Match three games. This game is like all the other match three games. They are fun at first then it gets to the point where the only way to beat a level is by buying boosters.

Ads free!!. I love that the ads on this game are optional. You can watch an ad if you want for a Booster or a free spin! The match 3 is fun and engaging. Levels vary and you don’t get easily get bored.

Too slow of a game. Graphics are super cute but it looks way too busy. And it takes forever for anything to get going. Before you can start a game there are many things to click or ignore and each one takes too much time.

Good game.. Great way to pass the time I really enjoy this game and the time it helps me pass.

Kind of fun, but very annoying. The transitions between levels take way too long. It’s very annoying. I don’t care about the dumb animations, they’re stupidly time consuming.

I am playing this game for years, not only the option of contacting them doesn’t work any more, but also they give You hints while playing with flashing icons , if you do so, it’s aworst play and if you use the boosters, doesn’t go into the spot where you can win, goes to spot where you have to purchase to go to next level, it used to have lots of prizes for you and was a-really fun ,game simply sad but NOT ANY MORE, just pay attention if you want to play don’t buy and see what I mean,

Please fix glitch. I really love this game and everything was fine until this most recent update. All of the sudden my game is glitching! After playing the game for a while, once I beat a level it will freeze and I have to close the app completely. Once I reopen the app I see I’m right back on the same level that I just beat. It’s frustrating. I don’t get the items for the event at the time and I have another kicker. I purchase the package. I don’t get the whole package. I purchased the package just to beat a certain level and to end up back on that level is just crazy. Please fix this. So frustrated

Needs fixing. I have completed all levels on the map. I am now in a separate world just playing…which is what happens when there aren’t any more levels in the other world. I am on level 5062, and right before getting to this level it started glitching. I had to close the app tons of times. Now today when I went to play…it takes the game like 10 seconds to load then when I click play it goes to another loading screen and freezes. I literally cannot play the game. Please fix the glitches and bugs and update the game for more levels :) players should get “coins” for inconvenience as well. Thanks

Please leave the lights on. I really like this game - it’s fun and challenging but not impossible, and it helps me unwind at the end of the day. However, I hope the developers will address a change that was made a few months ago. Before your last move is even finished, the screen goes dark. Basically, they turn the lights out before the party’s actually over. You have to squint to see what your final score was. It’s maddening and so disrespectful to the people who play your game! I’d appreciate it if you would fix this in a future update.

I am really sad. I have complained about this game before and it still has the same problems. But what is really sad is I am addicted to this game. I have played City Jam games for a long time and have had no complaints until this one. The higher up you go you need to use all your boosters etc to make sure you win. I would get to the highest level on the can think what they are called but the are helpers and then I could not play it for a couple of days because I had used up my boosters and I will not spend money to play a game and when I would go back I would lose all the little extra levels I was on and had to start over. I just don't think that is right. I really do need to delete this game. Games should be entertaining and fun. Not frustrating!

One of the best match three games out there. The graphics and animations are top notch. Game play is always interesting and fun and rewards are frequent. Music and audio are cool too. Most levels can be won without pay to play although I am happy to give the developers a little something something from time to time because this game is so well done, obviously with the user satisfaction foremost rather than $$ hugging. If you enjoy this format of game I think you will find it beats any of the Candy and knockoff candy style apps.

Waste of time. I played this game when it first came out and enjoyed it! However I uninstalled it after they did an update and of course we are all forced to do updates! I lost everything! Was back at level 1! Had no airships like I was a new player! I had played for 3-4 years! Was maxed out on levels and doing the rainbow run! I had all my air ships maxed out! I spent money on this game only to have everything LOST never to get my progress back!! When I contacted support and told them what happened they compensated me very very little! They gave me one basic air ship a few boosters and called it good!! What a waste of my time!i was not guna go threw and spend all my time redoing the game to get back to where i was at! And this was all there fault!! Not cool!!

Love this game. I really enjoy this game. There are the occasional bugs but that is to be expected In any game. If I could make 1 change it would be that when you earn unlimited lives you choose when to use that rather than it beginning immediately. Sometimes I purchase things that include unlimited lives but I don’t necessarily have the next hour or two to play the game continuously. I’d like it to be like any other reward you earn and can select it whenever you choose. Just my two cents. I really do love the game though..

New airship feature. I opened to play yesterday and now we have “unlimited airships”. “No more waiting”...I hate this new feature! You have to power up your airship and you’re stuck with only one the whole game. I’ve been playing this for a while, I’m at level 2380. There have been changes to the game throughout the time I’ve been playing. Some good, some bad, but this is the worst! I didn’t mind waiting after using the airships. I could use more than one per game if needed. These new unlimited airship powers are weak compared to what they used to do! It’s to the point where I don’t want to play this game. I won’t delete, yet, I’ll walk away until they change this feature back to the way it used to be!

I’m too impressed to leave. XD. Great game play. Has multiple challenges and lives refill quickly so you can keep playing. It is very addictive and most of the time the levels are easy enough to get through and others you can be stuck on for a while. Fortunately, sometimes you have the chance for five more moves and a rainbow cake slice, after watching an ad, that is very helpful in order to beat the level. Overall, it is a fantastic game that keeps you coming back. Would highly recommend to others. :)

I wish it were like the old days. I feel like when I was maybe a baby I remember just playing this game but for just a few minutes or something and I actually remembered seeing nice cakes and a hot air balloon. I liked that the game had cakes and I randomly remembered this game! I wanted to download it but when I did it changed. I was sad that it did because if it was like it was back then it would be hapoy to remember that I was a little baby who played this game. But it change so I might as well play a little like when I was younger. But great game most of all!

Fun way to pass time. Overall this is fun for me since I spend a lot of time in airports. I never spend money and I’ve done thousands of levels. My main complaint is how boring the waffle levels are. Also on the phone there is not enough color contrast to be able to see the layers behind the waffles. Sometimes I have to stare at the screen because it’s really hard to figure out if the space is open or not. I got fed up with Candy Crush a couple of years ago and vowed never to spend another cent. I have kept that vow and still mostly enjoy this game. Also when I’ve had problems they do get back to me.

And I LOVE playing this game. I think I started playing cookie jam & jam mania on day 1. Checked in 105 days in a row. Have beaten all level. I’m addicted to this game. ButSTOP CHEATING! The higher up I go, the more I accidentally purchase recipes with coins, even though I have the tickets. Please move that button. I just lost over 100 coins again. Again, the cheating (I say cheating because it has never been in my favor and has happened over 100 separate games) isn’t fair😂. I feel like a little kid finally telling Mommy! Let me get extra points & redo rainbow run? I’d love to be able to revisit some levels. Awesome if possible. This game is my stress reliever & constant source of amusement. Please fix or tell me how...TAKES WAY TOO MUCH STORAGE!!!!!🙏. Do I restart everything & how? Please be kinder & stop the obvious cheating (the wheel is hilarious—goes 4-5 spaces after “stopping.” Be nice. It took me almost a year to say something. At least throw a loyalty bone😉. Thx!!

What's Happening?. I haven't got this game to load for two days. It gets to the "play" screen and then crashes. I really like this game. You have to actually think about singe levels, which is different than most "match thtee" games. I do wish that some bonuses-- the timed infinity ones (30 minutes, 60 minutes etc) -- could be saved and used when I want. It seems I usually get one just when I have to do something else. I wasted a 4-hour infinity because it was already 11 pm. However, that's not going to matter, if I can't play any more.

Too many hints. With the latest update, the game automatically gives you hints to the next move as soon as you play. I personally don’t enjoy playing a game where it’s constantly giving you hints and highlighting which moves you should do before you even swipe away anything. And it doesn’t stop if you’re playing fast or playing slow, the game continues to annoyingly highlight which moves it wants you to do. It also doesn’t allow you an option to turn off the hints and enjoy the game without it flashing to you. It would be one thing to make hints an option but it’s constantly going without it stopping!! Otherwise game is very fun.

Ugh!!! Terrible baking update!!!. I always give you 5 stars! You’re my favorite game. But the new baking marathon is AWFUL!!! We have to TAP TAP TAP for 1, I SAY ONE, thing to take!!! Tap to pick what you want to bake, then tap again and again AND HOPE IT TAKES.... USUALLY ANOTHER TIME, then wait for baking then all over again.... !! I just said screw it! No time for the BS!! Go back to the way it was!!! There’s no need to complicate things. Like my momma always said, “Keep it simple, stupid”!!! Ugh!! And the rewards in baking have gotten terrible! Also, where’s the end??? I thought I was working on the 6th ship but I’m almost at 300 NOW!!! Ugh. Y’ll are starting to get aggravating!!

It’s my Jam!. Love the updates, being able to see all your recipes at once is nice. I also like the addition of the balloon bonus- one of my main time killers- #sorrynotsorry! The only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is that it seems like the free boost video doesn’t work half the time: either it just won’t load or it loads, you watch the video but don’t get the boost. I am cheap and don’t buy coins so it is a bummer when the freebies don’t work. Otherwise it is a great sister game to regular Cookie Jam ( actually wish they would add the bee feature to the original) .

Too much freezing. I’ve been playing this game since around the time it was first released. I’ve never truly had a problem with it until now. It’s been a week since this game started freezing. At first it was no big deal but after a few days of it freezing in the middle of a level then having to close out of the app and having to start the level over became flat out ridiculous especially on a level where you’ve used an airship, level freezes, and you lose your airship. Fix the freaking glitches and or whatever else is causing the game issues. I usually spend money on this game but I refuse to spend another penny of the issues are not fixed sooner rather than later

Love Blast. Blast is a very delightful game. I Love the Booster Ships and Leveling them up with baking. IRL I hate to cook...go figure. The only complaint I have is that to save your game you have to go through Facebook, which I will never do! I am currently on 317 of the Rainbow Run, having just passed level 3260. So I am a little worried that I have never saved my game. But that is the way it works so I will live with it if my phone decides not to cooperate. But to the team that works on this app, I will say you are doing a great job.

I need more. I have literally been playing this game daily for over 2 years. My daily check in proves it. I love it that much. My only problem is that I’m running out of levels and things to bake. I think I’m on level 4400 something and over 5000 on the rainbow run side. When it says to bake, or level up a mastery rank I literally have baked everything except the pumpkin and banana that is limited to seasonal. I only have a few more recipes to have all of them done. I guess that means the game is addicting and fun. But developers need to catch up with me. 😂❤️

So disappointed.. I want to say that I used to love this game as well as many others by Jam City. I play enough and spend enough money that I’m part of the Jam City Insiders program. Starting about a month ago the app stopped crediting me for in app purchases. The amount of coins is just stuck. I have been trying to work with the support team on this for weeks. I’m getting very few responses if any at all. So I’m out about $50 and dealing with an issue that has been going on since May 7th without a resolution or refund. I’m sure this type of issue doesn’t happen often and I do enjoy playing the game. The reason I gave them 1 star is for their poor response and customer service.

Cookie Jam Blast - GAME CHANGE 🤨😡. I had this Game as my ALL TIME FAVORITE!!! Unfortunately, then I got an iPhone, which Updates all Apps Automatically. You have recently implemented the Airships as Boosters, and I've Lost every Game since then!!! I purposed to NOT install Updates around the middle of 2018 because they can SO DRAMATICALLY alter Game play until it makes it a different Game altogether!!! I'm 69 yrs old, and after playing for 2 1/2 yrs, I'm gonna have to Uninstall it, simply because NO GAME IS FUN IF YOU NEVER WIN. If User input is considered when you make your decisions to alter Gameplay, please take notice of your Senior Players who have supported you, and DON'T keep complicating what once was relaxing and enjoyable 🙏😔

Cookie jam blast. I love this game and play it every day!!!! But here lately if I get an extra spin or a chance to play on it acts like everything is fine but then it freezes up and I can’t continue to play!!!!!! I have to wait till the next day and start over or cut my phone off and then start over!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t know what is going on but I’m not happy with this issue!!!!! Fluff & Stuff - Forced to Watch. Love the game! It’s all of the extra fluff that drives me bonkers! Ex: watching the rocket blast off to your bonus EVERY time, starting the level up in the sky to see a move (that you already know WELL), the County Fair opening when it feels like it... I could go on. What puts the icing on top of this annoying cake is that you can’t “tap to skip” like other games I play (and love) regularly, and if the game is doing the “float down from the sky” or sliding your name up in rank, you can’t exit out of the app during that time. It makes you go through those things EVERY FREAKING TIME. Enough, already! Just let me play the game. PLEASE!!!!

Addictive. Once you start you can’t stop! I’ve started a game and the next thing I know 4 hours have past! Don’t play this if you have a life cuz you’ll find all your friends have moved on and you’re still on level 1189!! Absolutely love this game. My only negative is not being able to stop the clock when you have unlimited lives for a certain amount of time. This always seems to happen at 2:00 am when I can barely continue to keep my eyes open. I’ve lost more unlimited lives because of that. Other than that, I love this game!!

Good but glitchy. I play this game regularly and I enjoy it thoroughly. I haven’t spent a dollar on it and I’m all caught up on the levels. They’re always challenging, but never impossible to beat. The only issue I ever have is freezing when switching between apps and odd speed changes. I appreciated the game speed setting, but it seemed to change on its own at random. It used to be an easy fix but now it’s on the lowest speed again and the setting is missing. I would appreciate if these things were fixed, but a worthwhile game nonetheless.

The very best. In my opinion this company is the best in gaming. Just the art work alone can make it so. It’s bright, colorful and intriguing. I like that it tells you the level of hardness too. The games are hard but you can at least see how to win. Some of the other games you have no clue as to what their trying to do. Here you can see it, you may not win that particular game but you can understand what their trying to do. I will say that sometimes the “free” bonus ads don’t work. You watch the ads and then don’t receive the bonus. They should work on that.

Too many software glitches. Cookie jam has been working on their sw glitches for years and nothing changes. The biggest problem is there is no rhyme or reason to the way points are award. Quite often during each event their is one player that is awarded hundreds or more points while every one else is awarded a tenth or less of that amount. Sometimes you can play several games in a row and are awarded no points. Then there is the problem when you swipe your intended swipe results in something you did not intend. Looking at the all the five stars I can’t believe that many other players except all the glitches. There are too many sw problems to mention

Game is back to its fun state!. Well I am so happy I decided to give this game one last try because they reverted out all the changes I disliked and now back to the fun & challenging game I loved!! Cute characters, challenging levels, and the option to use a booster airship (or not)! And the power of the airships is back! One of my complaints was the caramel being Nerfed and now it’s back to full power! Go to the bakery & level up, you won’t regret it! I’m on level 2000-something so obviously I have really enjoyed this game!

I love this game - UPDATED 3/6/18. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, I’m on level 954 actually, and I absolutely love the play of this game. I especially love how the rockets change directions when fired if they intersect with another so you have full coverage when using those power ups. My only complaint (that has since been resolved) was that the last update seemed to like speed up the entire game play. But after looking through all of the settings I noticed we were given the option to speed up or slow down the game play. I definitely appreciate that option!!

I’m hooked!!!. I used to play the other, more simple, Cookie Jam game, but this one is by far my favorite to play! I am addicted to this game honestly! The graphics are impressive & the puzzles are quite challenging at times, which is great because it gets the gears turning in my brain! I love to play in the morning while I sip my coffee & in the evening when I’m winding down & it helps relax me with the music and cute little voices from the little characters. The developer team did a fantastic job with this game! Thanks for being my entertainment when I need to escape this chaotic world & fill it with a colorful & magical sweet desert-inspired world! 💖😍🍦🥧🍨🍧🧁🍰🍮🍫🍩🍪😍💜

Love it! Favorite game app ever!. I love this game! Really enjoy the added creating recipes to win extra lives and coins over regular Cookie Jam. I don’t completely get the logic of the bees when selecting a target, most of the time they select a very helpful spot however in some puzzles it almost hurts the players chances by using a turn when the bee selects a target that doesn’t seem to make sense. Also level 565 should be labeled hard in my opinion. Thanks for the game, it’s my favorite!

Cookie blast......it is not?. Wha is going on with Cookie Jam, and Cookie Blast? Their is way to much pictures, getting to play extras, such! The game you tap on a level and it sits their then tap again, again and instead of going to the level the screen goes to extra feature, and then tap on game level and it doesn't open, tap again, tap again and it opens then it it flashes back to imagines that you your suppose to get and then ....OPENS people don't have all day to play the game and all this moves so so so slowly at least on candy crush you tap the X goes away quickly everything and your at least their to play the game. Also so if you win the level the game shuts you out. And if your not exhausted trying to play a level from this you may top on to play this game if you have time. Fix all this mess!!,

Too expensive. I’m currently on level 2339, and when you get up to this point, almost every level is impossible to win unless you throw money at it. I’ve spent almost $60 in one week, which is embarrassing. I just get too determined not to get stuck, but it’s impossible without lots of boosts and coins etc… I stop playing this game for months at a time because of this, but I always come back to torture myself and throw money away. Because it’s addictive. With that said, it is kinda fun and I don’t experience any glitches really. I can’t say that I haven’t enjoyed it, especially when I first started playing.

USE to love. I have played this game a long time…years. Since the last update, game has been running extremely slow to open. By the time it opens I am ready to move to something else. It was a short time killer. Also the forced ads are really annoying. I watch many ads for extras already. I chose this game over many other match 3 games because of the lack of ads after every level. It also is very difficult to get the premium ingredients. Either watch an ad or use tickets. It wasn’t this way before. Please give us our game back :(

Good game, a little to easy. Cookie Jam is a very good game and I love it, but it's to easy. I could play the whole game in two days at most. I definitely think that they should make it a little bit harder. And if you get the app, don't turn the notifications on even if you like to know what's happening. I sleep with my iPad in my room and they sent me a notification at 2:47 AM. Anyways, if you want a hard game, then don't get this. Another thing that makes it to easy is that they give you a lot of free boosters and Airships. In this game, you can bake desserts but there are no recipes. You just click bake and it's done. A long time candy crush player. I’ve been playing candy crush for years and have become disgusted with the way King has gotten so greedy and has made the game impossible and just unenjoyable anymore....but.....this is about COOKIE JAM which I’m thrilled to have found. It’s so much fun ! It plays quite similar to candy crush except that Cookie Jam is FUN ! My only complaint is that it’s difficult to understand the different ways you can power up. I’ve only been playing for a few weeks so I’m hoping at some point I’ll be able to figure it out. However, it would be helpful if the developers made the different ways you can gain power ups, etc. easier to understand.

It worth it. I’ve played this game for quite some time. I’m actually on 2784. There is no way to earn coins without buying them and I’m noticing that at the end of a game it will offer you extra moves if you watch an ad but only if those extra moves won’t actually help you win that level. I needed one move and when my game was over I looked for the option to watch and ad for extra moves it wasn’t there. I’ve made moves that should have worked but didn’t and used BEES that should have worked but they went to a completely different spot of the outcome would have had me win the level. So basically it cheats you unless you’re willing to spend $$$ I’m done with this game. Deleting now.

Continued disappointment. Again, when offered extra spins on the free gift wheel or special gift to use in the game if you watch an ad....you watch the ad and you don’t receive the gift. This was an issue previously and it was fixed with an update and now it is back again. Also don’t care for how when winning extras with different levels reached, you don’t win things like in-game bonuses like the wooden spoon or an icing bag. It is usually some amount of unlimited life or something. I get it, they want you to spend money on these things, but still frustrating. I do keep playing and hoping this will be fixed. And I like the “Rainbow Road” that is available when waiting for new worlds to be added.

Cookie jam blast. I thoroughly love this game. I’ve been playing for a long time and I am one level I am at 4000. A sudden it’ll say I have 12 lives and when I go to get them there’s only three. I don’t know what happened I guess maybe I’m getting towards the end of the game and they just want to make it harder because they don’t answer they said they didn’t hear from me but I have been answering them and it won’t let me get through. So I do enjoy the game but if I continue to have these problems I’m definitely going to delete it I don’t need this baloney.

Won’t load. Frozen. This is the second time this has happened. I built up a lot of levels then it does some update or something and when I go to update the download it or play it whatever it just flashes off and goes to home page. And the game just stays with the blue light. If I delete it to redownload then it makes me start all over. I paid at times to continue. I can only assume they don’t have any more levels developed or something and want me to pay again. This is the second time through. Dishonest... they should say they have no more levels and quit scamming us. Hall notion to delete all games and find another set of games. Don’t know how many times I get to one move left on the board and it needs more money to play. Routine thing there.

HORRIBLE!!!!. This has been my favorite game for a long time. However, now that I'm forced to play the same Rainbow Run levels over and over again while waiting for Tuesday to roll around really stinks!!!!! Why can't you just move on to the next set of levels?!?! Honestly, I'm thinking of dumping this game. 3/2/19 I've been stuck on level 287 of Rainbow Run for two days. I have two stars so I obviously passed it, but it won't advance. I sent an email to Support and haven't heard a thing. Lousy!!!!

Addicting. It is a very addicting game seeing as I am past level 700. The only issue I have with it is that I cannot turn off the hints. I do not need them, but if I did there should be a button or something. They should not immediately start showing when I just cleared a row of 3 or more. Give ME time to find something to clear on my own. It is so annoying when I am looking on my own for a row to clear and the hint just starts flashing at me. JUST STOP! I do my best to avoid looking where the hint tells me just to prove to the game I can do it on my own. Other than that I would give 5 stars.

Hate rebooting. Absolutely love and am addicted to this game and would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the fact that EVERY TIME you get the chance to get something free by watching a 30 second ad, after you watch it, instead of it going back to where you were and giving you the free item it just freezes on a light blue screen and you can't do anything but shut it down and reboot to play again and you still don't get the item that you were supposed to. I get tired of having to shut it down and reboot it so I eventually just start playing something else.

Love this game but.... Been having fun with it, playing with friends, starts right up with no long delays waiting for the game to load, but suddenly the other day it froze in the middle of playing, and now every time I shut it down and go back the next day, goes to the same page where it shows the rewards I’ve won, but you cannot click in the continue button, it’s gray and just stuck there! Very sad 😞 I’ve been wanting to play for 3 days now...please help!!! You still have my 5 stars for now unless I cannot get back in...

A LOT OF ISSUES SINCE LAST 2 UPDATES. I love this game and a daily player but have become extremely frustrated with it recently. Since the past 2 updates or so it has not worked correctly at all. The updates actually have been making it worse in my opinion. The game constantly crashes losing my progress sometimes up to 5 levels that I completed AND I lose whatever booster I had. Also I do not get my daily rewards all of the time and have stopped receiving the rewards when offered after you collect a specified number of stars. I don’t want to delete the game but if this isn’t rectified I have no choice.

Took Steps Backwards. I felt the new update with the change to format of the game came with some drawbacks. It feels as tho the power ups programmed as not as helpful in beating the levels as it used to be. For example, the rainbow bees will capture random color pieces instead of possibly a pretzel or cookie when there’s “leftover” bees. For the first week, the speed of playthrough was significantly slower to a point of frustration. I enjoy the occasional opportunity to get tickets instead of a key item after beating a level. It didn’t feel as though the update improved the game, but more so traded new features for certain functions.

Glitchy free boost and extra moves videos. Very fun game. Great graphics and challenging without being impossible. One giant issue for the last several months has been, when you have to watch a short video either for a free boost pre-game or and extra five moves post game, it almost never works. You watch the video, but do not receive the boost. The option to watch the video again appears. You watch the video again...and once in awhile will get the boot but more often than not you don’t. Then the option to watch a video is gone and you’re out of luck. Would be a five star game if you could fix the glitches.

So many issues!. I’ve completed level 2300 with 3 stars then I was playing rainbow road,that I completed! The app was recently updated but there’s still a lot of room for improvements! Why do I have to replay level 2300 if I already completed it? Why does the daily wheel say 1 day when it actually takes 2 days? I’m stuck on level 2300 and have to replay that extremely hard level to advance??Why am I having issues sending and receiving buddy bees to my Facebook friends? Now I’m not receiving rewards!

Great game compromised by greed. Other reviewers have already mentioned this so I’ll just add my opinion and agree that the developers have severely reduced the power ups and rewards in this game. You used to be able to earn four hours unlimited play any time you completed a “bake” cycle. Now it’s 30 minutes every three cycles. Similar results throughout the app. A few minutes of power up where you could previously use them for hours. If the developers are so intent on discouraging loyal game play, there are plenty of other games out there to pursue. Too bad, this used to be a good one you could play at great length with minimal but worthwhile purchases.
