Not sure yet. Finding it very glitchy at the moment and the server seams slow. Hopefully it improves.

Very buggy. Mine didn’t have a visible key board and most of the buttons weren’t visible either

Constant server errors and timeouts. We haven’t had a single day where we haven’t experienced server errors and time outs. I paid for the premium package and the app doesn’t work. Great idea but poor software...

It’s a bad chore app. We had this app for a year and I bought one of the packs and it told me that I had bought it and it didn’t let me use the pack I got so that’s my opinion for why it’s bad

You should make it an Apple Watch app!. This app is very easy to use and is good for assigning chores, it would be better to make it an Apple Watch app instead of using a phone or tablet!

Very Buggy. Would be an amazing app if it stopped saying “you don’t have permission to edit this chore” every time I try and add another chore once getting out of the app. I’ve purchased a month and tried free trail. Only works until you have to get out of the app and then fails to work again.

Good for jobs, but some options do not work. This app is great and works fairly well for us. My son can choose what jobs he wishes to complete during he week, to ultimately run minutes he can use on the PS4. However, one issue I have is with the job settings. I select the 'always available' toggle, however as soon as I go back into the job, it reverts back... extremely frustrating. As I do not want to keep going in and making the job available.

An extremely flexible chore management app. I have been looking for an app to manage chores and pocket money for our 4 children. Most apps in this segment are simplistic and inflexible so won't work for every family. Homey has clearly had a lot of thought put into it and the team seem really responsive to feedback. I'm excited to be using Homey and look forward to continued refinements as the development team take on board the feedback they receive. Thanks for making a great app that really helps our busy family function!

It’s good but bad. It’s won’t even log me back in it’s not a great app because of the bugs but other than that it would be great!

Seems buggy. I can not seem to add any chores to my family after assigning them. I try to hit the done button, but nothing happens. I’ve been trying to contact the developers for help and even that is not working. Highly frustrating.

Not the best app out there. The interface is quite janky and difficult to operate.

My review. Absolutely amazing. It’s interactive it’s fun and it’s a way to get kids to do chores that’s the best part of it!!!

Buggy!!. Non intuitive and buggy

Good but sometimes buggy. It’s a good app but sometimes buggy and the server times out but usually works a bit later on.

Really Hard To Test A Product Locked Down. This app maybe could have potential, but everything I wanted to test required a premium subscription. Maybe unlock it for a 14 day trial instead of trying to get people to subscribe and purchase bolt ons for something they don’t know if it will work for their situation or not

Bait and switch subscription garbage!. Nothing like downloading an app advertised as free, only to create an account and immediately discover it is SUBSCRIPTION based. Expensive subscription, too! 😡 Bait and switch garbage! Immediately deleted. Won’t even try it now for the shady misinformation. I would give zero stars if I could!!

Constant server errors. Trying to do an in app purchase to buy a monthly subscription and keep getting a server error. Reached out to their support and never heard back.

Needs improvement. If parent wants to mark a chore done it forces you to take a photo. A bubble appears saying parents can bypass this, but there’s no way to bypass. Layout is confusing, navigation is confusing. Not a good app

Couldn’t create an account. I couldn’t even register; clicking on the button just did nothing, despite restarting the app multiple times. Broken. Their website also won’t load in Chrome or Safari...

Encourages me to get stuff done. The wife runs it, but I like knowing what needs doing. So I get the jobs done and there's a little payoff. Nice user interface. Would recommend.

What a disaster - don’t waste any time. Spent a lot of time getting our family set up. Then found out the app froze my kids’ iPads every time. Reached out through Homey’s website, Facebook, and in-app support. No response. Very disappointed.

Like the concept but..... Downloaded the app. Set some chores but when I tried to make edits or delete a chore it time out and game me a server error. Great concept but super frustrating.. deleted it and will try a different one.

Crashes all the time. I can barley get into assigning one chore and it freezes not very happy

Server error all the time. If you want to have an app that will give you server error 98% of the time, THIS APP IS FOR YOU. It’s nice and all but man... out of 10 times opening this app and trying to do something that requires their server, it will crash/server error 9 times. Holy!!! I had to update this review. I used the app today. Well I tried anyways. 8x I launched it, 8x it gave me server error. Wow!

Miss the old version. I miss being able to assign points to tasks. Hubby and I made it into a weekly competition for points on the leaderboard. It’s a bit silly for us to reward each other with allowances but the slight competitive aspect with points was really helpful.

Disappointing. This app had a lot of promise. I downloaded it to help us manage chores for our three kids - 4, 8 and 16. At first the app ran well. Loved the set up process with activities separated into responsibilities and jobs. That’s where the app’s ease of ends. As chores are added the lag time increases dramatically, to the point where my brand new iPhone can’t process he data. Using the job function will not calculate dollars earned and is clunky to use. A redesign for easier use would go far. Too bad because it looks like it could be a great app if it ran well and was intuitive to use
