App works great, your able to get notices and see when new devices access the network your on. You can even block the device. Hey, if your kids are suppose to be off line at a certain time and connect after cut off then block their wireless device when your notified they tried to get back on.

Thus shows me every device on my network. I have it setup to notify me when a new device grabs an IP address.

Just a simple little app that does what it promises. . . In less time than it takes to find the installed app (uh, yeah, I have a few more pages than the factory install!) it shows you all you need to know. I didn't think it would matter that much to me, but I was curiously relieved to see I was hacker-free! And no useless, memory-wasting "bells and whistles" to bloat it up. To address a previous review concern, I don't think the app can provide any more information than what the connected device is "pinging;" if I wasn't ...

WiFi Guard - Scan devices and protect your Wi-Fi from intruders Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Non-Functional. Keeps listing 22 Master Apple TVs, some with different icons, question marks, different ip addresses for same named device etc etc. There isn’t a delete option for individual named devices, which all have the same name. The same device keeps multiplying, re number listed and to cap it off, it only lists that one device on the network. There are 12-14 different devices on the network. I’m giving up and deleting app.

Wifi Guard. This COULD be good app, it does have potential, but… I don’t know anymore than I did because all it says is “unknown device,” well no crap! When I take the time to rename the unknown that’s fine and good when I close the app, BUT when I reopen the app again, I have to take the time and do it all over once again. THEN all of the sudden they ALL have the same name. I have been reading a few of the other reviews and it seems I am not the only one with this issue...so just WHERE IS THE DEVELOPER OF THIS APP?? What developer? No comments on problems with YOUR app? Sorry, but that shows no concern in my opinion and THAT is enough for me...DELETING this/YOUR app Mr. Developer!

Smartest, quickest and Straightforward. I have a number of security apps, this simple app does an excellent job at quickly identifying what devices are your Network and is the only App I have that has a simple button to kick off a specific device.

Imma girl. Not sure how this work currently experiencing illegal audio possibly video use in my apt downloaded this app to see if it will somehow bring me close to how this surveillance is connected. App shows unknown at time which created a problem. Using hidden camera finder I detected cctv and mouse not sure if that is associate with my WiFi app or not. I like this app just really unsure of purpose as it pertains to my situation

Icon Badge Doesn’t Match Network Dashboard. I really like this app. I have an ongoing issue on my home WiFi and my devices being compromised/hacked, which is why I purchased this app. At first, it showed me a connection that I didn’t recognize. I took screenshots as they’ve popped up. Lately though, the icon badge indicates a bunch of outside devices using my connection. When I go to the main screen of the app(dashboard) the number of devices changes, showing only my own devices. Today, the app badge showed 10 devices using my internet. I clicked on the app and the number went down to four, one of which it couldn’t identify. Even if I have all of my devices on, the most it should show is five(5). Which raises the question, can these hackers quickly modify, hide or mask the devices they use while stealing the use of my internet? Or is there an issue with the badge count itself? This issue where the number shown on the badge count- on my home screen, differing from the actual number in the app started when I first caught an intruder, because that device quickly left after I took screenshots of it. I didn’t think to take a screenshot of the 10 showing on badge count. Going forward, I guess I should. I greatly appreciate input from the developer.

Great app but 2 major flaws. Great UI, Apple TV and Apple Watch compatible BUT there are 2 major flaws that appear to be mentioned a few times in reviews: Changing names of devices, often the entire lot will change; super annoying, especially after I put the work in. 2, change my password to block a user? I should be able to block a user.

Locked me out of my router. If I could give this piece of garbage a negative rating I would. I installed this app at 7:30 tonight and sat down to watch a movie on my Apple TV. Within 25 minutes the wireless kicked me off, shut off my iPhone’s wireless connection and wouldn’t let me back in. I had to reboot my router, change the password, and wipe the network map before I finally realized it was this stupid app causing everything. I deleted the app and restarted my phone, and just like that, everything starting working again. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Can’t tell how many devices are connected. Love this app—I have had massive invasion of my privacy by husband in divorce and finally realized it has to be through WIFI, for one thing. I found this app in an obscure article. It showed seven devices and I did what was recommended. It now shows three but I can’t tell what the third is and when I turn on a computer it still shows three so it is not accurate. I hope they perfect this app. It could be a lifesaver for women.

Very Useful. We have some slick neighbors that hack into our wifi. This app allows us to see which users are legit ours and which ones aren't. It's simple and straight to the point. We like it.

I like the app but it has a few bugs. Sometimes it shows the name of the devices and then later lists those same devices as “unknown”. Whenever you try to edit the name of one device it gives all the devices in the list that name regardless of each device having it’s own static IP address.

Excellent!. In the day and age where anyone can drive down the street and login to your network, this app is comforting to have. You just check to see if you can't identify any devices that show up and take the steps necessary to knock them off. Hats off to the developer.

Almost there.... Great app for seeing what’s connected to your WiFi. However, device identification is sketchy This app allows you rename the device to what the device actually is. After defining the specific device say: iPhone, the app prompts you save. All good right? Unfortunately these device name changes will NOT save! When you close and reopen the app all devices have the same name. Unfortunate, because you can’t really manage devices and there access to WiFi if your trying to manage WiFi access or reduce the “load” on your network. Pease allow a hard save for device names. Do that and you’ll have a five star rating.

Names of devices flawed. It appears to detect devices using my wi-fi accurately but it does not “name” them accurately. I opened the app this morning and all devices were called Roku. I corrected the name for one and it renamed all of them with the same name. Tried again, same result. I don’t remember the IP addresses of all my devices so this app is useless to me if I have to pull up my computer or use another app to figure out if these are “approved” devices.

Meets My Needs. I had unknown people using my wifi. I noticed this when all of a sudden my video streaming and Sling tv got sluggish. After I changed my network settings I downloaded this app. Simple and basic, all I need to know is when something enters my wifi.

Home network. Offers a great view of devices on your home network, from AppleTV's to laptops, to chromecast, this app lets you view what device is active on your home network, very user friendly, and detailed. Great App!

WiFi Guard. WiFi Guard is good so far but it has no been on my phone that long. But as of this review I like the app. I will let you know later if it's good for my device or not but so far I give it a thumbs up!! I also give it five stars for blocking certain devices from getting on my network. I have now had this app on my phone for awhile and I am so pleased with it that I have given it a five star rating. It does what it says it’s going to do without any problems so far. Send updates when needed and keep up the awesome work.

Useful. This application does exactly what I expected. I have it on my AppleTV & iOS devices. All I do with it is occasionally launch it and browse the populated list of logged on equipment just to make sure no unauthorized devices are on my networks. It is a streamlined app, and pulls data fast. In truth, my 2.4G and 5G networks setup are advanced and it is extremely unlikely a user in my building would have knowledge, equipment or motive to break into them, but seeing is believing. It's a great addition to Apple's AirPort Utility.

Great product!. I had no idea all of these devices in my home were still connected to wifi. For instance; we don't use the AppleTV yet it is still connected. I didn't think to unplug it so it would be offline. Thanks for this really useful app.

Great Beginning. It does what it says it will as far as monitoring devices on a wireless network and sends notifications when a new device logs on. It naturally does not have Be ability to block devices since that is handled through your router. It would improve the functionality of multiple iOS devices with the app installed could shared custom names as it is each instance of the device must be manually kept in sync. Pulling information reliably would be nice as well such as MAC addresses. This would allow for blocking that MAC on the router.

Fix the labeling problem. It could be so perfect if they would fix the labeling problem. What’s the point of labeling each item if it’s going to just change everything to the same custom name the next time you open the app? Fix that problem and you’ll get five stars.

Wifi Gaurd. This is really a good app. I see some strange IP address connected to my network. I immediately changed the wifi password. I don't see That strange system anymore. Thanks to the app developers.

Wi-Fi Scanner app. I found this app extremely useful in identifying all of my networked devices. It identifies the IP address and on some hardware the MAC address. You can then custom name your network devices which makes future scanning very quick. I did find that I had a router that was broadcasting duplicate IP addresses. Rebooting the router solved that problem. Overall, I found this app useful and would suggest that future versions add bandwidth speed testing on your internal network.

Good app. I like this app. Someone seems to be connecting to my WiFi & hoping this will help me figure out where it is coming from. I would give it a better rating if it would truly save the names I give each connection. I save them each time I look at it but getting tired of doing that...

Simple and stable. Love this app, been using it for at least a couple years...i wish it did label the devices better but its not a problem for me cause i know all of our devices in the house by ip address because of all the file transferring i do for music. Good job!

Horrible. I downloaded the app and it is telling me I have 20 devices connected to my router and 18 of them have? Next to them it does not identify what is connected. It only gives you the IP address. The other two is the router and then my iPhone so I can identify what’s mine and what is not minewhat belongs on my network and what should not be on my network I thought this app was supposed to identify each item by name

Don’t believe the description. You know the app is a hoax when you go to write a review and its already filled out for you??? Drop 1 more star. This app does not provide the info it claims to, not even close. No manufacturer, no MAC address, half the connections come up as “unknown” with just a local ip. My grandma could provide more info about a device on my network and she McCann barely open her email. If you do download I hope you ha e better luck. His was on my phone for a good 5 minutes and now I’m done.

Best WiFi scanner on the market. I enjoy using this app everyday to find out if the WiFi I’m connecting to is secure or not, being on the go and using my business on my tablet is worrying that my personal and business account might be hacked but while using this app I have peace of mind.

Inconsistent. Sometimes it works great...however sometimes it gives bad nam a for devices I know what they are by the IP it is giving for them but the device name it gives is way off from what the device is. If I can see those devices I know do not have the correct descriptions how can I trust it to be telling me what the other devices are? I need an app that is trustworthy. :-(

WIFI Guard. I suspect that it is protecting from intruders I do know and appreciate that it picks up all my WiFi items within my network. Identifies by IP address, which means must go find out what item it is. TV, printer, iPhone and iPad, etc. You do have the option to edit the items name which is good. I still give five stars, product is needed and hope for many more improvements. I have found that when entering edit name it will change all previous to the last entered item. As long as protect concurs that is the main reason for this app. Again thanks

Question.... please answer. I've used this app and it looks good. Can this app detect someone hacking your wifi to steal information from all the computers using the wifi? Security reasons only, I want to make sure all my info on all my computers is safe. Please answer! Thanks!

Great product. This is a great app because of the IP number doesn't match then you know that somebody else is on your line tapped into your Internet only problem I have with it is in order to block that person I have to go and I do have to change passwords again and I can be complicated to have to keep doing that So I don't know who keeps hacking in

Works. Great app to see how many devices are on your home router. It doesn’t always tell you the device name but, it will give you an IP address which helps to narrow down devices on your network. I find it easier to use than the competitor app which rhymes with “Ring”.

WiFi Guard Review. Very basic but it works. Does not always get the device names correct, and sometimes shows every IP address that was assigned to my wireless printer making you think there is more than one printer on the network.

Great app for seeing who’s on your WiFi. This seems to be the best free app to look at your WiFi network devices. I like the ability to quickly rename each device so it’s much easier to see what all is connected next time you check. No more trying to remember those cryptic addresses for your connected devices. So far no adds popping up either.

See my devices and Unknowns. I’m not sure how many devices I have because I have a security system that runs off the Wi-Fi but I am showing that there are “?” next to unknown devices and I’m not sure how to determine what they are because all it’s giving me is an IP address

Need help changing wifi password. Okay many people find out that someone uses there wifi so i faced it too and it's annoying so if you want to change your password from your mobil device search your ip adderess in safari type your network name and wifi passwrod from there explore and you will find a place you can change your password it took me about 15min

So far very good. Doesn't always say what the device is but for at least one of the "unknown" devices, it was able to tell me what the brand vender name was and I knew based on the brand that it was my smart tv.

Very Useful App. I appreciate the accurate discovery of devices attached to my LAN. Data reported by the devices is accurately displayed. Of my 8+ devices two apparently do not have icon images and display the "?" character. Roku and Blackberry display "?" and it is a bit annoying. It would be a plus if there was a set of icon images From which I could select to replace the "question mark." I recommend this app. It is not a burden on any of my devices' cycles. And it quietly does its job. Well done!

WiFi Guard. This is a good app but sometimes it cuts off so can this issue be fixed? I do enjoy this app but it does need updates in this app. For now it’s a three star. Now that I have a new phone it works better on my new phone. Improvement is always a nice addition to the app to make it better and to protect the user from any malicious attacks on there phones. Five stars this go round. Also, sometimes the app tells me that I am not connected to WiFi and I look at my cellphone and I am clearly connected to WiFi. Something has to be done about correcting that small problem.

Please. I recently downloaded this app and I really like it because it really does say who’s connected, but there’s this bug where I name one thing and I refresh the app and the other devices are the same name as what I named one device. Please fix that bug because I really want to know my own devices without having to rename them all the time.

Great App. Great app to get really works let’s you know what I P users are on your WiFi good to track unknown or Un- wanted users on your WiFi good to know who on and who you want to block & protect your self from free loaders . I highly recommend this app works for me THX!!!!

Five stars. Well done I love it. This app protects all my wifi connections. Using it about 2 years and love it very much. This app so great and I recommend anyone who wants to protect their wifi service. This app always telling me if any new device I connect with my wifi, so I knew it before something bad happens. Thank you app developers; I love you a lot. Happy Christmas and Happy New Year. I know a little early but don't worry both will come soon. 😀😀😀

Alerts. Great to know this app alerts me to who’s using the network and when someone logs on. I like that it instantly scans my system with one touch. Just wish it would give the MAC address of the users

This app is great. This app is great. It’s true to what it says. I just wish I could use my cellular data to use it instead of having to link to the hotspot of a phone that’s possibly hacked mine... but it did answer my questions for me and now I have the proof that I needed.

Custom name changes all. Generally this is a pretty good app. It lets you see all devices connected to your wireless networks. However when you change the customer name on one device often the app will change all device names to the same name. So it makes sorting through all of the devices more difficult. If they fix this bug I would certainly give the app 4 stars... and 5 if it would let you block devices

WiFi guard. I like this app; however I am a novice. I had been showing 5-7 devices. Went on vacation and started showing 13 but teens in and out using their cells. But it is still showing 13. Better than it was before I changed my password.

Works exactly as intended. Everything about this app is great and it does alert you about new devices. Accurately pulling the MAC address of detected devices would be great for blocking the offending devices out of your network. Great app!

Potential, but not there yet.... This app tells you the total qty and IP address of all connected devices. It fails to pull MAC address 90% of the time, and does not label devices based on available information such as upnp address which would eliminate the need to get out the computer to identify which devices the ips belong to. Self labeling or at least identifying which group (screens, phones, accessories, network, etc) would double the usefulness of this app. Also, as previously mentioned by others "change name" changes the name of every device, (which is odd, and a giant PITA, also mine changes all names at will... whereas custom name option is device specific. Since the SID already contains the network name, I would suggest eliminating the name (not custom name) spot and instead placing the SID there instead.

Don’t change any device names. Don’t change any device names in the app, and you’ll be fine. If you are tempted to customize by editing the device names, you’re screwed. Delete and re-download. Also, restart your router before you start this process. Everything just will work faster. (Well, I have Spectrum, so...)

Wifi Guard. This is an app which I trust to help protect my IPad. It protects my device by constant scans on other networks who may be trying to get into my device. I highly recommend this product for all.

Naming devices an issue. Although I am very pleased wth the app overall, I’m disappointed that the ability to name the devices doesn’t work well at all. It would be of great help if this problem was addressed and fixed.

Re naming Ip addresses. I would love to give a five star review but I can’t because of the renaming issue! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to get a name attached to each address but they always go to one name! Please fix this and you will have my full support!

Hid. Kg

Names of devices. As others have commented the app works very well apart from problems concerning the naming of devices

Security. No way to get anti virus updates

Naming Convention Issues. Always seems to apply the name you label a device to all devices...becomes frustrating to use. Really buggy and disappointed to read the issues being complained about 3 years ago...obviously a project that has been long forgotten!

Super buggy. So device names always seem to merge into the same name which makes it’s really difficult to work out which device is on the network that shouldn’t be there. Also the app never sends a notification when someone joins the network. I mean this is it’s primary feature after all. Yeah good on paper, not so much in real world application. Needs some TLC. 6ys since it’s last update.

Apple OS all devices. Works best and most accurate on my Apple TV!

Excellent monitoring app. Someone was stealing my wifi. Now I can see everything connected to my router and block ant intruders

Very useful. This app is very useful because I need their MAC addresses and IP addresses to block devices on my wifi.

Excellent App 😃😎👍. Appreciatively Awesome

Nice simple app. Thanks duderoody

Comfortable. It does what it is designed for.

Great application. A major problem with this application is that all of my devices show the same mac address. Basically all 00 except for 02.This makes the functionality questionable. As this function is important in identifying devices I would be hesitating to rely on it. I really had not noticed this before so it is probably a recent development. Maybe the developer could reply to this review?

Good app. Works well but needs to allow for renaming wifi options

Naming device issue. As others have stated, each time I open the app each device is different

Good app. Does exactly what I expected

Crashes after 2 seconds.. Complete ripoff. Don't buy!!! Every time I open the app it crashes immediately.

Device name.. All my devices listed are under the same name. I change each one to what actual device they are, but they keep changing to just one. Very annoying.

Fantastic App!. In iOS 10 this app worked amazingly but with the introduction to iOS 11, the performance has dropped quite a bit. Name aren’t appearing properly and it might display the wrong icon next to the device. If you could fix this I would give a 5 star rating! -Kaister

Wifi guard useless. When I installed it all my devices that were switched on showed up but when I turned on a new device it did not show up!!!

Good. Good App for monitor

Great app. One issue.. Easy to use. Works very well. I can clearly see the many and varied devices on my 3 internet connections. Which is why I use it. But they’re named by device type and IP address so if another iPhone joins I need to remember the three in the house by IP address to know there’s a different one there. There’s a way to name the devices but the app doesn’t store the names. As you can see in all the other comments.

Problem renaming. Renaming a device causes all devices to be renamed with the same name! Not very good. Deleted app.

Mr. Interesting

Ilike!. Like

Cool App. Let's me know who and what is on my Network, Simple and easy to use, love it !

All MAC addresses are the same.. Not helpful, when I can’t isolate by MAC address.

Very Nice App. this app is lots of Fun to Check on things around the network.

App review. Really good wifi app

I Like What I See So Far. I just downloaded this app. I was amazed how fast, and accurately it scanned the network I am on. The layout is very easy to understand, and very informative. I will revisit this review after using the app for a while. Then I will upgrade the stars! Great job with designing this app. Rob Mc

Wi-Fi guard. When I edit my devices on the app the info doesn’t lock in and my devices alll end up with same edit, and I can’t distinguish which is which

Meh.. All it does is identify all connected devices and computers as ‘iPhone’, I have just one iPhone but I have a dozen other devices. It recognizes all those devices connected by ip but only labels them as iPhones. Doesn’t matter if I personalize each device through the app, it still just recognizes them as iPhones👎

Great Device. Took a little while to connect with my router, but all is good right now.

Wifi Guard. I this works wounderful

What??. I have tried repeatedly to use this app but do not find it helpful. Each time I edit the name of each device so I know what each one is, it renamed ALL of the devices with one of the names. Confusing. Frustrating. Not helpful in the end.

Excellente ‼️. Il manque l’étoile du français ⁉️

Adding custom name bug. For some reason adding a custom name to one device causes the name of all devices to be renamed.

Good. Good simple way to see who is on your network

ICONS IDENTIFY ITEMS!!. I love how the icons immediately identify the items associated with each IP!

App doesn’t retain renaming devices. Everyone is saying the same thing: the app doesn't hold renames.

Does what it says, unlike a lot of other apps. And no annoying ads so far.. Great

Very useful app. Let you see all the devices on your network, in the ability to label them.

Da best!. ….Until another one appears! Yeah, the best!

Problem. WiFi Guard is behaving funny. It doesn’t keep the name I put to each device !!! And only the same name get stuck to all devices. I have an iPhone 8 with IOS 13.5.

Great App. Allowed you to control what is going on with your Modem

Best ever for wifi. Greatest app ever

Sucks. Would only show 5 out of 9 devices. Change one name on a device and they all change to that name. This app does not work as advertised.

App question. The app seems like its going to be awesome. Although im not 100% sure on how to use it properly. How do you delete other devices or networks? I don't want to block them just remove them.

Good help to track wifi. Only wish there would be some sort of speed or volume measure for each unit. May be for a defined period ?

Accurate. Good to use as a cross reference to make sure your router/modems native app is working correctly. Minimal functions, but works if you only want to know the number of devices logged onto your network.

A great choice. I didn't know I needed this app, until I got it. It's supposed to be used for a raspberry. I like the side benefit.

Provides the information I want.... Quickly and appreciate an additional security feature to add to my arsenal. I have no complaints.

Custom names changes all. When I attempt to change the name on an unknown device, well that works, however, when I close the app and reopen fresh, every unknown device gets assigned the same name. Otherwise, the app seems to work very nice.

Tracks users without going to the router. Straightforward app makes it easy to notice new log ons

Love it. Had kill anybody who has ever known me or been on apps the discipline of the most fantastic thing I've seen since I've cubes

Servant2-3. Good app. Wish it had option for a text (alert) to go out if an unrecognized person hacked into your wifi. I can't always be checking the app or its logo. It would give me a better sense of security. Thank you.

Great. Does exactly what I want and free. I've paid for apps that do this in the past and they didn't work as well.

Almost useless. With all the negative reviews already pointing out all the labeling flaws including MAC addresses, I won’t repeat the obvious. Bear in mind that the last revision of this app was over 3 years ago; I can’t help but feel that the project has been abandoned. Good try, but not worth the frustration. It’s time for deletion.

Worthless. I spent over an hour identifying every device on my network. The point was to have this app keep track of my devices. When I launched the app again, it change every device on my network to the last one I entered. What a waste of time.

Auto alert. App has a setting to notify you when a new device joins but it doesn't work correctly. App has to be refreshed or opened to see any new device joining network

Excellent. This app is very helpful in helping me to keep an eye on the use of my wifi. I wish if there a way from the app to disconnect devices and block them.

Problems Here..... This App found 53 devices on my network. After adding a custom name to 1 of the devices, I exited the App. When I started the App again, all other device names had been changed to the same as the one I had previously changed. I like what the App attempts to do. Unfortunately, without the ability to name the devices found, WiFi Guard is useless to me!

A pretty decent app.. I just hope there's an option where i can block unwanted devices.

Doesn’t find all the devices. When I first opened the app there were 9 devices, most of which were “unknown”. I connected to my router to identify a number of the devices. It now shows 5 but doesn’t show one of my phones sitting next to the phone the app is on.

Useful to safe your internet access. Handy to identify non-allowed individuals and neighbors accessing my internet services.

Great WiFi Guard. I just tried this app today and I am so impressed how accurate it feeds the information. Awesome way to see what is going on with your network 👍💯

Outstanding App!!. Downloaded the app two weeks ago and it's been working flawless;) It's nice to know WHO is on your network.

Dark mode. Dark mode support please and UI interface tuning.

Excellent app. Works very well. Our wifi was hacked and after the mess was over i found this app. I can now monitor who exactly uses the router

Excellent. I've tried others but this is the only one that is dependable. It has caught a device that isn't mine twice. I blocked it. It's easy to use and even sees my roku.

Needs. Needs to be able to track vpn to devices that use them. Or at least be able to prevent a vpn from being used. I like to monitor my kids internet usage in any way possible. Other than this, great app.

Worth using. Nice to see your networks and devices (and not others). Definitely worth using.

Works good. Would be nice to have data usage currently or a chart comparison. Real time would be easiest and most helpful.

Good app. It's just for information and organization the network no more options to block and some things else I recommend this app to others people . No applicable solution for black spy and other foreign devices

Got crazy. I had this app installed on my iphone and ipad for months. Worked well. Then all the devices showed with the same name. Can’t find a place to contact for help and when I click on support, the app shows up in AppStore. No place for help. Therefore, its useless. I will uninstall now.

I’m being hacked on my phone does app not cover my phone? Please reply. being hacked on my phone does app not cover my phone? Please reply

Good app. I like this app because I’m inherently paranoid about people getting on to my Wi-Fi. It would just be nice if there was a button to block them from it.

Works as advertised. Works as advertised and is simple to use! What more can one ask?

Decent Interface, must address bug. Overall very nice interface. But have to report similar bug experienced by other users. When creating custom name for one device, like "HP Printer" or "Joe's iPhone," the app will rename ALL devices with this same name upon subsequent sessions. Hope developer fixes this bug.

App is not useful. I have been using this app for a few weeks now and find it not very useful and frustrating. I setup all my devices with unique names and even though I’ve changed them in the app, every time I open it it doesn’t retain them and I can’t tell unauthorized devices from mine.

Where are the icons?. Once the app scans all used addresses, if a device can be identified, it would be nice to be able to assign an appropriate icon instead of a "question mark." Other than that, I like the app and think it is useful.

Mr. Amos personal experience with this particular app. Very helpful app, does everything's that's is in the description I read & all out functionality thus far appears to perform very well. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼"Very Satisfied"

Great app!!. This app is simple but powerful. Easy way to audit your lan and see all the devices using your network.

Like the WIFI Guard- hope it does well with me & my phone 👌. I am always looking for good ways 😺

Awesome. This app is awesome. I like the fact I get to know who or what is using my network and I can disconnect them when I want.

Good but. Why must I change my password when I can't identify an unknown user? There should be a block. Who wants to change their password every time someone sneaks onto your network?

It's alright. I can't really say much about this app, I only see that it checks all the Wifi available from your devices , it does not really do much. It needs some improvement in order to be more useful to us users.

Lowe security. My internet keeps stating low security and I keep having same ip hackers come in and you can’t block them even if you change your password so I am not sure if the security is not high what this app is doing

Wifi tool. Good way to check on network and keep things flowing.

Great app. Gives a lot of info! I can control usage in my house and see what shouldn't be in board after I filed for divorce!

WiFi guard. Outstanding it’s worth getting. Just wish it had more than just to see who’s on your WiFi.

Naming doesn’t work. I wanted this to keep track of what is on my WiFi. Unfortunately when you “rename” a device to make it more identifiable it labels EVERY device with that name. It makes it impossible to tell what is on your network. App is virtually useless without that feature working.

Only one star because...... I'm only giving this app one star because when I switch the name on one device( create a custom name) the next time I get on it all the devices names are changed to that specific name. Fix and I will give you 5 stars

Device Title. I keep editing the four different devices on my WiFi such as iphone, printer, WiFi and tv streaming device. Later all read the same title such as printer. Why aren’t they staying with their edited titles?

Excellent network identifier.. Simple works right out of the box. Handy when you need to see what devices are on your network, without a bunch of clutter.

Naming your devices. I have tried to name my different devices but the app continues to change them all to the last one i put in. Any one else having this problem

Quick and thorough. This app is quick, thorough and easy to understand. Makes it easy to keep an eye on my network devices activity

Review. I have ten devices on one network including two routers. In review of the dashboard, I display ten devices. Several devices are labeled “unknown”. The majority have correct naming conventions. I edited the name of one of the unknown devices (ex. “X”) and saved the new name. This work fine at first. I closed the app and reopened the app 30 minutes later. To my surprise all previous unknown devices were named X, not just one. I am guessing this is not the function design. So the question for the developer(s), is, how does one correct this behavior? Magoo

Not What I Expected. It started off great , however once I began unplugging devices to better identify them, it lost itself. I began plugging in the devices one by one and labeling them in the app only to find that THEY all became the name of the last device I labeled. Refreshing doesn’t help. It is identifying a lot of “ unknowns” which begs to question, what is using my WiFi?

Not too good. Basically it tells you how many devices are hooked into your WiFi. That’s about it. I started to trace individual IP address and name them. However this app just named all of them the same. Without knowing what the device is how would a person know if it were theirs or not?
