Finally..the perfect PA app!. Finally...the app we have been needing and wanting is here! Navigating the app is incredibly simple, making it a convenient clinical resource on rotations. HUGE help!!. I've been using Andrews board review book and listening to his podcasts for the past 6 months. It is my favorite source for reviewing information by far!! Everything is organized, easy to understand and valuable information for clinicals and boards. This is what all PAs need. I have been waiting to get this app for a while and it is finally here. I have reviewed the cardio and ENT sections and they are perfect. I also have purchased the audio review from Andrew and I cannot tell you how many times it has helped me with my end of rotation exams, so I can only imagine how much it will help on the boards!!! Thank you for taking the time to create this much needed app!!!

Time saver!. Since I had a long commute to my college, I used to feel bad for myself that instead of investing time in studies I have to waste hours in commute. I have kids so couldn't move near to college. Long story short....I came across Andrew Reid's podcast which I started to listen during my commute and it made me more prepared. It was very precise & clear. I am sure this new app is going to be immensely helpful for EOR exams and PANCE/PANRE.

Very valuable. I am still in my didactic year and I find Andrew's review course and the PA Boards app to be very helpful to me. On the one hand we are supposed to read about and know, well, just about everything, but what we are tested on is a more limited subset. The app and the course are really good for reference and review of those succinct and indispensable aspects. I am a particular fan of the system level audio segments in the review course and the podcasts that Andrew posts regularly. The audio reinforces my reading and I can listen during my commuting time turning my commute into productive study time.

Great!!. Downloaded the app today and so far the cardiology and ENT sections have been great! I really like Andrew's succinct way of explaining things. I'm also grateful to have this in an app as there isn't much room left in my pockets on the wards! I'm a student on clinical rotations and it's nice to be able to look up topics quickly that came up during rounds that I may have forgotten about. The only thing I would add is more pictures, but I do tend to be a visual learner. Overall excellent, I expect this to be a good asset for studying for my EORs and my PANCE!

Simple and Straightforward. I really appreciate how straightforward the information is organized and presented. It highlights the important things that we absolutely need to know for both studying for our boards and applying what we've learned in the clinical setting. It is definitely a tool that I will be utilizing on a daily basis! I have been listening to the partnering podcast on my commute to and from my clinical rotation, which sparked my decision to also download the app. Having both in my arsenal of study aids makes me feel more confident about preparing for the PANCE!

Great content!. I've listened to all of Andrew's podcasts. Great content... Great presentation! They got me through my Internal Med and Community Med end of rotation exams. I am stoked to have written content so that I can mark-up, highlight, combine with diagrams, etc. I am a kinetic learner and this will be a great aid. I'm hoping that Andrew will grow the content and this app to include diagrams, key points, questions / quizzes, etc. I assume so since he has been 'spot on' so far.

A dream come true!!. I absolutely love this app for PA board review. Everything is clear, concise, and to the point. I listen to Andrew’s podcast every morning on my way to my clinical rotation sites, which has been such a wonderful review tool. It’s that much more exciting to see everything in writing, and in such a way that is organized and easy to follow and navigate. I’m so grateful for this app!

Great review tool!. I have listened to other podcasts in the past which were not helpful...this app is different! Finally a review tool that offers up to date and evidence based information AND is very simple and to the point! It gives me all the information I need without making it too long and complicated. I also appreciate how it covers the most common problems that you need to know the most about. This will come in helpful for PANRE review and for a quick review at the clinic.

Amazing!!. I've been following Andrew Reid all throughout PA school and have used his materials (podcast, e-book, audio review) for PANCE prep and it's been so helpful! His way of explaining step by step management to conditions is particularly helpful and useful while studying since this is how the PANCE asks questions. Thank you Andrew for all the effort you put in to help out us fellow/soon to be PA's! :)

Awesome study guide!!. I'm prepping for my first PANRE and I love the concise gathering of pertinent information regarding each topic in this app! The caveats and eponyms are very helpful, as those are commonly used in the questions. The format is easy and quick to maneuver through as well. In addition, contacting someone regarding this app and its associated information is very easy and quick to respond to questions! Very helpful overall, definitely recommend!

Great app to supplement an awesome podcast. This app is really a great tool to use to supplement studying and even after passing the exam will be great for review of conditions and topics. The layout is simple with a break down of each condition. I haven't noticed any major glitches yet so I am definitely pleased. Excellent study tool worth it's weight in passing the boards.

THE BEST. This is the absolute best review, as far as I've seen. During my didactic and now, my clinical year, this app with Board Review has saved me so many times, in fact every time. I've even emailed Andrew a couple times with a question, and to my surprise, he's emailed me back! He had great advice and answers. On clinicals, PAB saved me--it gets straight to the point so I can answer most "pimp" questions. The written component of the Board Review app allows me to quickly scroll and look for information in a pinch. I do not go without this before any exam, particularly the night or morning before the exam, when I get really anxious. The videos are calming to me, when I feel like my mind goes blank. Lastly, the Pharm Review is exactly the resource I needed, but never had time to create it, nor so comprehensively.

PA Boards: studying straightforward!. PA Boards with Andrew has made my studying more enjoyable and straightforward. Both the PA Boards app and for the website which contain review courses for varying prices have both made learning so much better!! Andrew is a hard working PA-C, who cares about your learning well, and puts together review courses that are informative, contain what you need to know, and are easy to navigate through. I have traveled so much during my time in PA school, as many of us do, and using the audio reviews has helped me to focus and learn- even on the road. This App is so helpful for a quick reference when you are in clinic or studying for end of rotation exams. The online reviews are great for preparing for the PANCE and clinical setting as well. I have learned so much from the information Andrew provides and will continue to use the material when I am practicing!!

Long awaited and worth it. The app is so cleanly and efficiently organized. There was no problem jumping between sections and all of the information is clearly explained. However, insertion of diagrams/images would be just that much more helpful, especially for the visually oriented learners, to get a full-minded understanding of concepts. Also had a problem with a few of the sections loading (wasn't sure if it was my internet or just because this is still new) and I received an error message. But overall this really is a great learning tool and I'm actually excited to start studying for the PANCE with this app in my pocket!

Very organized. I started following Andrew's podcasts over a year ago and like many other reviewers, listen to it to and from clinical sites. He does a very nice job of hitting the major highlights and keeping information short, sweet and to the point. Unlike many others, I am not a PA student, but a Nurse Practitioner student. I have found Andrew's information extremely helpful and have referred others to his podcast as well. The app is very organized and will be a great companion while I continue to study for my NP boards. Thank you Andrew for all that you have done to make this app available for all of us.

Amazing. I love how well organized and easy to read all of the content is! Studying for the PANCE is stressful when there are SO many resources out there - this app/website does an awesome awesome job at simplifying topics - which ultimately, for me takes a lot of angst out of “what the best resource,” “does it cover all the topics,” etc. and to top it off there’s videos for pretty much every diseases/condition w/ noted underneath the video, an audio version, and a PDF of every topic and the corresponding diseases in one place!

Self test. App is great, just wish there were self test questions...

GREAT learning tool. I am a PA student, and even though I am a year away from taking the PANCE I have been using Andrew's review book throughout my didactic year. It offers a clear cut synopsis of each disease, organized by system in a manner that is easy to understand, while cutting out extraneous info. I often use it in conjunction with class lectures to make sure I really get the info down. It has great pictures, scans, and mnemonic to reinforce your memory. I will probably be using this to review on rotations too. All in all, it's a great learning tool.

Medgeeks/ Primary Care. This has been an awesome group to be apart of and recommend it for everyone ranging from those in the trenches of their schooling, new grads and to those experienced APPs. The material can be used in addition to your curriculum to help master as well as a nice refresher to the seasoned APP. The mentors are very knowledgeable and really create a comfortable atmosphere to ask questions. The one on one mentorship they offer is such a fabulous resource that makes this so unique. Medgeeks has definitely been with its weight in CME, if not more!! I’m a practicing clinician in primary care for 21 years.

Finally here!!. I've been long awaiting this app. I would have written a review earlier but I was flying across the country for a call back day! I already love this app. It is short sweet and to the point but gives enough detail to really have a great study tool! I know this will be a necessary tool for my PANCE exam that is right around the corner. Great layout and broken down just like boards.

Awesome!. Very excited that this app is out! As a PA student I used Andrew's podcast to study during my free time and on long car rides to a rotation. I always felt comfortable going into exams because of listening to his podcasts. I successfully passed the PANCE and his work def helped greatly! Now I'm excited to be able to use this app to continue proving up to date care to my patients.

Great PANCE/PANRE resource!. I have listened to Andrew's PANCE Audio review and couldn't wait for the app to come out. Now it's finally here!!! Like the audio review, it's a great resource for the times you are out and about and have downtime to study for a quick bit. My only critique is that it is too wordy for my taste. I prefer more outline and bullet point layouts. Besides that it is a great app and with some tweaks can become "the PANCE" resource for all!

NP student. I have used this app for the last year to help me study for class and boards. It is thorough and includes great videos and descriptions. Compared to some of the other study tools available it is a great price!

Info for all providers. So I’m a Physician Assistant in Trauma and I recently decided to use my CME money in a constructive manner. I ordered the pharmacology and board review classes, though I’m not due to recertify for 7 years. Even though I bought those products, the most convenient use of this site has been podcasts (my first use of a podcast in any form). I find that it is very easy to pick a random podcast on my 11 minute drive to work. You can tell that Andrew understands how short our attention spans are and makes them short. You can tell how much effort goes into each podcast and also the review class/board review I also purchased. I would have loved to have this in PA school. My only beef with the presentations of this podcast is in pronunciation. I’m a prescriptive linguist and elocution has always been important to me. There are a few words that make my hair stand on end, especially the word “orientate” or “orientated”. While I strongly believed it wasn’t a real word, I did look online so I wouldn’t be complaining without actual data. (Aka, I Googled the word)...It does actually have a meaning, but more in a directional sense (think orientation of opals to find the best gemstone material or geological directions). It should not be used in the medical sense, however. The appropriate word is “oriented”, as in alert and oriented. Another recent word that was mispronounced was “hematuria”. (Nails on chalkboard)... There may has been more pronunciation creativity, but I wanted to add my review before I became distracted. This probably won’t bother that many people, but it is important for young students and professionals to know the correct pronunciation, especially if they will be using them to give report to other providers. Thanks!

Great App. This app is a great tool for anyone studying for their PANCE! Also it is a great quick reference for out on rotations. I wish there could be pictures or test questions. Also a review on some drugs would be wonderful. But overall a great app! I will be using this out on rotations and studying for my PANCE. Also if anyone likes audio for review, then check out Andrew's Audio review and his podcasts. I can say that they are wonderful as well!

Best review tool ever!. I have followed the provider of this app through his podcasts and e-book and was anxiously awaiting the release of this app! He has a very nice way of laying things out, with to the point explanations and associations! I am currently a PA student and will be sitting for the PANCE in the next several months and this will be the perfect tool to review on the go and at home!

Awesome Study Tool!. Excellent review tool. The Cardiology and ENT sections are brief and to the point, without all of the fluff you have to sort through with some of the other review tools. I particularly like the versatility that comes along with this app and the ability to review/study when you're on the go. Perfect vehicle for repetition, which has always worked well for me. Look forward to seeing everything the app offers.

A true must-have. Love this app which I will use everyday during clinical rotation. Easy to find what I am looking for. More importantly, it only contains what we must know to pass the board which saves me tons of time. I have to admit I am a big fan of Andrew. I have asked him a question before via email and he responded so quick and took the time to explain the question to me! Very appreciative of all his work and efforts on the app!

Review Material on Point. Andrew has consistently delivered great review materials from his online resources, to his podcasts now with this amazing new app! I highly recommend this for all current and future PA students. Pictures and quiz questions would be a great addition for the future, but thrilled the app is finally up and running! Can't wait to dive in deeper!

Nothing here. I don’t know how this app is getting these 5 star reviews. There is nothing but a podcast here. I emailed support a few weeks ago to find out what I am missing and never heard back from them. But they will sure send you multiple emails daily pushing their coaching which is an up sell. Stay away from this company. I have no clue what they are selling other than the high priced coaching.

A rip off. Don’t sign up for any of their paid courses. I did a two day clinical lab review course that was just recordings of previous online trainings. To my surprise, there is no CME offered for this. It is on me that I didn’t double check this, however I have never done an online training before that didn’t offer CME. It’s clear that their courses are a pretext to get people to sign up for their mentoring programs.

Just what I needed!. I love this app because it is so organized and so easy to use. It organizes conditions by body system, and then gives all that you need to know for each condition - very simplified and to-the-point, and minus the useless and confusing details. I will definitely be using this app as a reference and study guide as I finish my last semester of my didactic year, as I prepare for the PACKRAT, throughout my clinicals next year, and of course, to prepare for the PANCE. It's a great addition to the audio reviews, which I listen to almost every day. Thank you, Andrew!

Amazing!. I have been reading through Andrew's board review book and listening to his podcasts on my hour long commute to work as I prepare for my first PANRE, and so far this is an amazing app!!!! I went through the Cardio and ENT sections and they are precise and to the point. The only thing I would recommend is adding bullet points and some images in the cardio section. Otherwise, it's a definitely a best review app out there!!

Good addition to review books. I recently purchased the review course to start studying for my PANRE. Definitely glad I did as I am enjoying the videos and how they are broken down into short subjects so I can just watch one quick one during lunch or several on the weekend when I have more time. So far it has been a great addition to my review books. Thank you for all the work you put into putting the videos and podcasts together for other PAs. When I was in school there wasn't much available for people to use who are always on the go so I'm very thankful that there are more options now to either view or listen to the subject matter.

Great study tool!. This app has been great so far ! I absolutely love the concise layout and how easy it is to find information. It's simplified, yet very accurate and informative. I have used the podcasts as well as the exam review online, both of which have been helpful tools for studying for the pance and end of rotation exams. The BEST!. Without a doubt, this is one of the best PANCE/PANRE review apps out there. I have tried two others in the past, but they are extremely disorganized and hard to use. This app is simple and easy to use! The information is succinct, but doesn't leave out important information - it has it all! I would recommend this app for PA students in didactic and clinical year as well as practicing PAs!

Great resource. This app is a great study resource for the PANCE/PANRE and even during PA School, clinicals, and rotations. It's a great review, to the point, with easy topic search to save time. It would be nice to have an update with sample EKGs, CXRs, US images, etc. as well as a question bank type area. I've had some issues with the app not always working or logging me it. But, it usually resolves within a couple hours or a day.

Amazing!. I am currently in PA school and I can honestly say that this is my favorite method of studying. I listen to podcasts before lectures, as review after the lectures and preparing for exams. Andrew provides concise and the most imperative information necessary to pass exams and to prepare for the real world. I have recommended Physician Assistant Board reviews by Andrew to all of my classmate and they all love it as well.

Awesome. This app is great. The layout is really simple and easy to use. I love how the podcasts are right on there so I won't have to go to 2 different places now. Amazing Content.. The content is great. It has made studying for the PANCE so easy. However, I too have had issues logging in, but I emailed support and they corrected the issue immediately. No regrets downloading this app.

Do NOT upgrade. I had originally downloaded the free version, but noticed I only had access to two topics. I decided to pay the extra $40 to have access to all. Now the app does not work and continues to say loading and never loads. I have no idea how to get my money back. Definitely a waste of money!! Do not allow the in app purchase and stick to the online version.

Very useful! However..... Very useful app that is concise, but informative. However, you can get all of the paid content for free on his website. So you're basically just paying for a different layout of the same material copy/pasted. Consider it just a donation for Andrew's work. Thanks for the material you put online, but I felt a bit deceived by the app thinking I was getting something more exclusive...

I absolutely APP-rove!!. I have been waiting for this app forever. I love your podcasts and tend to listen to them to and from rotation commute. I do think it's well organized but would like to see more imaging along with the cardio cases like EKGS and the heent cases definitely. Also maybe add some Pance-like questions for each system. Other than that I feel like it is a great app! Great job!

PANRE prep. Getting ready to take my boards again- always a daunting task for those of us who work full time and don't have time/patience to really sit and study. A few colleagues really enjoy the podcast but I'm more of a visual learner. Love the essential "pearls" of info!

Concise. This app seems to be very concise and only gives what you need to pass the test. This is great for some people, but if you have to know details about topics this may not be the best app for you. Three stars today because of limited viewing privileges at this time. Another update could also be to have things separated by specialties as well and adding pictures for reference.

Great resource!. The app is very well organized and easy to navigate! Has all of the most important details for each disorder in one place. The descriptions are concise and include all of the most important information. I do wish there were some photos, sample imaging studies, or sample EKG readings with some of the descriptions. But overall, a fantastic app!

Excellent study tool. I find the app very helpful to support my learning. I'm able to pre-read the information before reviewing new diseases, and I often revisit the app to study and solidify important connections/MC symptoms and first line treatments. A great tool for any PA-S or PA-C!

Interesting. I will be attending PA school soon and I like to get a head start on my studying 😏 I've enjoy the app so far however I wish I was able to review the other systems before doing an in-app purchase (specifically neurology). It would have been great to have some visual aspect added (even though the updated version says it has images) otherwise interesting app and easy to use.

Amazing Study Tool. This has been my go-to resource, especially when I'm driving. I highly recommend this app. The content is straight forward and concise, yet thorough. Andrew has done such an amazing job.

Great app!. This app covers everything! It's concise and well organized. It gives you all the important info you need to know. The only thing I would improve is listing information in bullet points rather than mini paragraphs. It would make it quicker and easier to read. That's just a personal preference though :)

A good first start. Presently, I can't tell if the app is appropriately succinct, or lacking in needed detail, illustrations, images, and helpful links. I hope that with time the app will expand and continue to be developed. From the strength of the podcasts, I thought this app would be more polished at launch, but I'm going to continue to use it and reassess.

Complete yet concise. Andrew provides a broad review while at the same time keeping it pared down to the most important concepts. Both online and on the app he provides very helpful pearls for success both on exams and in the clinic. Just missing some practice questions in my opinion to reinforce the learning of all the information this app contains.

Awesome Reviews for Pance/Panre. I have purchased both the board review course and pharm review course. Andrew really simplifies each and every subject making it an amazing review especially with easy access- I really enjoy listening to the lectures while I'm on the road.

Great info in the palm of your hand!. Great addition to the website and podcasts! You can access this information anytime and anywhere from the palm of your hand! I just read up on the heart while sitting at the DMV! So convenient!!

Great free App - No problems so far!. I was impressed with the amount of information provided in the free version of this app and how helpful it has been. Of course, I wish I had access to more information. With the being said I believe it would be worth the money to purchase the additional study sections.

Board review. Board review with Andrew was fun, interesting, and ideal when studying for the boards. You put in loads of hours studying and after a couple hours, you are struggling to continue but with Andrew he makes you want to continue bc he is interesting and you can tell he loves to do this to help us.

Review. One of the materials I use to study for the PANCE and I'm sure I will continue using this as a resource during practice. Thank you for organizing and making these guides available for students and future health providers.

Very simple and Clear. I like the app as it is not overloaded with information and has straight and clear details about various conditions. Layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for making studying a breeze.

Amazing. Great job! I've been following PA board review for over a year and he never fails to impress. Amazing podcasts, website and app! Straight to the point of exactly what you need to know, and super convenient to carry around.

Concise and pertinent. I'm so excited to use this App! I've been following the PA boards review via podcast and website, so to now have that at the tips of my fingertips while I'm on the go or on my rotations is awesome! The material is presented clearly, concisely, and he points out the differences between similar diseases which is very helpful when studying!

Straightforward and Thorough - Great App!. I have been using this app as well as the online content to study for the boards and know that I am being well prepared! The app is thorough and covers the common diseases we expect to find on the boards - I highly recommend this and further recommend the online boards review course.

Nice review!. I think this app is a great review and outline of all the important things needed to pass the exam, and it's helpful for students. Hopefully the next step would be to add pictures/diagrams (but that may come with content purchases? I'm not sure). Looking forward to reading everything on the app for quick on the go review!
