Run, don’t walk, run away!!!. Please do not buy from this garbage company. To start, none of the sizing is accurate. The mediums fit like a small to medium on the bottom but an extra large up top. The clothes were draping off my wife up top. Second, the material is thin and cheap. The kind of material you use for children’s arts and crafts projects. Strait up garbage. Last but certainly not least, if you are looking to complain about any of the items that you purchased or are looking for a return and refund you might as well not waste your time and just count your losses. Some of the worst customer service or should I say non-existent customer service I’ve ever encountered. Run, don’t walk, run away.

What a. Mistake!. I was extremely excited for my purchases to arrive since I picked several items that where so cute to take on my trip to the Caribbean. This was such a mistake not only were the outfits nothing like what was described on the site but they were also either way over size or extremely undersized. I tried numerous ways of getting a return label so that I can return them since clearly I have no use for them and I came up with nothing. It just make you waist countless times going around in circles to bring you to the same page of contact customer service. I finally found and email address, so I sent an email. To get an auto matted response and still no solution, no return label, just plain stuck with stuff I can’t even use.

SCAM ALERT. DO NOT BUY . DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now for my packages. I ordered them thinking I’d give them time to get here for my vacation in May. Well today is May 4th & i leave May11th & my packages have not been sent out yet! Terrible customer service also! I tried accessing the chat multiple times & got no one. THEN when i finally did, they closed the chat when i asked why the packages haven’t been shipped! Now every time i try to access the chat, the page shuts down. Like literally the chat isn’t an option for me. Not even in the app which i downloaded in hopes or reaching someone. Don’t fall for them trying to assist you once you leave a bad review either THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT SPEND $ WITH THEM.

It’s a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of the clothes are horrible. I tried to return some items 4 days before their 14 day return period and instead of being able to select what items to return they make you talk to customer service, which then takes 24 hours to reply and they try to offer you a discount to keep the clothes and then you say no and they offer you a bigger discount, all while taking 24 hours to respond. So even if you try to return stuff prior to the 14 days they drag you along till the 15th day and tell you you’re past the return window. They just scammed me out of $100. There’s better apps, like SHEIN, that don’t do this with returns.

Worst experience. I ordered a dress for my grandmother’s 90th birthday party. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance and the dress arrived the day of the party (I had already left town). Luckily, I had purchased a backup dress from a local store before I left town. Got home only to see basically a yellow (not even the correct shade of yellow) frock!! The sleeves on the dress I received looked nothing like the dress from the online store and the dresses pockets stick out to the sides, do not form to the body at all!!! Truly a blessing that I had purchased a backup and that this dress did not arrive before I left town as it would have ruined my entire weekend. Refund has been requested.... we shall see how that goes

FRAUDULENT OVERSEAS COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE. I placed an order with this company and it was a very bad decision. It has been nearly 30 business days and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service and they constantly tell me to wait a few more days. By the way, you will never be able to speak to a live person because they do not have a phone number. I ask if I could be issued a refund and they told me to have a nice life. I have screenshots of the chat messages to prove it. At this point I am disgusted and feel crazy for falling prey to their tactic. Do yourself a favor and listen to this review and all of the other reviews and purchase from another company. I recommend SHEIN.

This is a scam. Horrible company stole my money and I got nothing in return please keep your money there are plenty other places to shop that aren’t scam artist! Ordered two items contacted customer service immediately when I saw how delayed shipping was. The customer agent said he or she had canceled it turn around few day they I haven’t received my refund and the company tells me oh it because we went ahead and shipped the items so now we can’t give you a refund. Apparently the items “shipped” still never received them I contact them again now it’s I have to file a claim with the shipping service because it’s their fault not chic me scammers fault. Do the claim and then they say well we can’t do a refund cause the items were shipped out and we already paid the shipping company. I wouldn’t waste my money on this hot garbage ever again. And I advise you not to either! It forces you to leave at least one star cause they don’t deserve any.

Refunds. This site is absolutely ridiculous! First off the clothing is poorly made. Very cheap looking. I measured myself and the items still didn’t fit. I have been trying to return all the clothes I ordered and that is just awful. Everyone I try to click on support the page goes blank. No actual phone number for customer service support. Nothing. I filled out a ticket. No response. I Facebook messaged. No response. I’ve tried every way to contact these people and no response. I want a full refund. I am disappointed. If I could of have it a zero. I would have. Waited almost 2 months for items that are not the same colors as pictures. Doesn’t fit. And looks awful.

This is a scam. Don’t download this app. Yes the clothes are cute but this is a scam. My order took almost two months to arrive during which I never received updates. And this was a fun surprise, by the time my package arrived I had gotten three emails that the items I wanted (and had already paid for weeks before when they were well in stock) were sold out. And not only did they not refund me for them, they just have me a $5 coupon. This company has some serious things to work on. I will not be buying from them again. The clothes are already pretty pricey so you would think that would mean great customer service and shipping. No customer service didn’t do anything to help me. All I got were automated responses.

These literally Steal Your money. I used this website a few time before and so far it was ok. Always took forever to get my items but they’d arrive at some point. Forget about returns or refunds. NOW it turns out I have more than a month waiting for an order... they said they sent a confirmation email for me to reply which I never received, and therefore they had to cancel my order. I just received the confirmation of payment email saying the amount of items, price order confirmation number and my order was in process. They supposedly refunded my money which I haven’t received and cancelled my order. When I check my email I don’t see any cancellation email, in the app the order shows as paid, and I don’t happen to receive my items or my Money. It’s been a back and forth for a month, and I still have no money or clothes in my hands. Never using this app again. They’re a scam

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FRAUDS. I placed an order OVER a month ago and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking info is incorrect and they refuse to update it and give me a valid WORKING tracking number. Not to mention I got an email from the company saying that my products were shipped to the wrong city and state and I would have to pay again to have it shipped to the right city and state. I entered the CORRECT address and paid for shipping when I ordered from them originally so I refused to do so. I have been requesting a refund and they absolutely REFUSE to give me my money back and almost two months later I STILL don’t have my $60 dollar order smh. This is an absolute FRAUDULENT company do NOT waste your time or money!!

Worst Company Ever!. Unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money, DO NOT order from this company. The clothes are cheaply made and often not even close to what you see online. If you have a return, they give you a hard time plus you have to pay for shipping. I returned a $200 order because nothing fit and everything was wrong. After I shipped the order back (the way they instructed) they refused to refund me saying they needed the package weight even though the tracking number confirmed that they had received the return order. I sent a copy of the postal receipt but they still refused to refund me! I deleted the app and I will never order from them again! 😡

As far as the jewelry I’ve ordered I expect to have to cost inner bands w/ a clear polish to avoid green finger. But they are beautiful pieces that incorporate Gandhi’s ‘Unity in Diversity), as do the necklaces I ordered. Now, as for the clothes. Aren’t they just amazing! With such a unique collection of shoes! Let’s say it wasn’t just yesterday I ordered. I tried to make a wishlist. To pace my purchases ya know. Well I went back today for even more, and restarted another wish list. We’ll see how that goes. 😂!

Scam. I have not even bought anything because I could tell right away that this entire website is a cash scam. Deleted the app. Please let me explain what I mean by “scam.” (1) When you click on a photo of something it takes you to a list of items, not the item you clicked. (2) Every single photo is edited. The models and the clothing is clearly photoshopped, so you have no way to know what you’d even be getting. (3) These EXACT items can be found on SHEIN and other websites with the REAL original photos at half the price. (4) All of the models have plastic surgery, edited out cellulite, and edited skin color, etc, which would make it impossible for you to know how any item will fit a normal person. (5) Fake 5* reviews saying how great the company is … to hide all of the real 1* reviews complaining about products and customer service. I advise people to stay away from fraudulent business practices like these. You have no way to get your money back after they screw you.

Love this website. Love this website they still is so unique and very affordable they clothes usually arrives with in 2 weeks it may take a little longer but they have express shipping for faster delivery I get the regular shopping because I never had a problem with the delivery . I recommend this website for shopping. I just to always go to the mall and buy my stuff but every store has the same or similar items on this website you will find many new and original items

Rip off. If I could go 0 stars or in the negative I would I ordered 5 pairs of shoes a sweatpants outfit and bracelet, spent over $130. I ordered this on the first of February. Their “processing” takes 10 days. I waited 10 days and emailed support for an update they said please wait a little longer I waited 5 additional days. I received an email saying that 5 of the items I had ordered were not in stock and would be an additional 10 days for them to “restock”. Which if your doing the math 10 for restock 10 for more processing time plus it’s coming from china 10+ days in shipping… absolutely not worth the time or money! I asked for a refund because I am tired of waiting, I need shoes because mine were worn out and this was a good deal . I’d rather take my $130 and spend it somewhere local and actually have the product in hand. If you are out of stock you should not even have the item available to purchase. Some stores account for their products and have “out of stock” on the item on their site. I emailed support and like a slap in the face they offered a 10% off coupon… get real! 10% off isn’t anything these days! Save your time and your money and buy local!

Love love love. I'm so in love with this app right here! The points are amazing, clothes are great and the ease of use is phenomenal. Only thing that would make it better is having the points last longer, although I get their urgency for use of them. Definitely recommend the app to anyone wanting to freshen up their Wardrobe, have a fancy date or event or just treat themselves to something new!

Please Don’t use!. App works ok but you cannot return items here! Shein is way better for price & does returns! I had a return, over 20 emails were sent where they offered $1 & then each time a little more til finally after I insisted- they agreed to take return. Did as they said & not only never got a refund for my 2 items, but then paid the $20 shipping to return it, they claimed they never received it-even after I contacted US Post office & opened an investigation case where they gave me documentation that the company did receive & signed for the items, they said they didn’t get it. So I lost money TWICE!!!! Several emails got me nowhere & this so called company doesn’t even have a phone number. I looked everywhere. They’re a complete scam-please don’t screwed out of your time & money twice, like I did!

0 stars. SCAM!!. I NEVER has written a review in my life. This website is a horrible scam. I ordered 5 items on April 19th. I JUST got 3 of the 5 items (on June 3rd) after complaining the order was not shipped on may 8th. I got my half of my order almost two months after ordering and the other 2 items haven’t even shipped yet. To make everything worse the 3 items I received looked NOTHING like the photo and did nothing match the description at all. SCAMMMM!!! I messaged the customer support (which is nearly impossible to find) and told them I would be returning the 3 and to not even bother sending the other 2. To which they quickly changed the status to shipped but when looking at the tracking it says the label was created but not shipped. This app is a horrible scam I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE.

My order. I paid for my order I didn’t get a confirmation number I didn’t get a tracking number and is saying that I don’t have an order when I reached out to customer service I sent them pictures of the payment and what I bought they still do not have nothing that shows I have a order but a bank statement do not lie

Similar to shein but misses the mark. I am reviewing this 2 stars instead of the 1 star I want to give because ChicMe has good customer service, they reply to you pretty quick and provide help. However my order took almost two months to get to me. I understand it’s coming from China but I’ve never had something I’ve ordered take that long. Also quality is a hit or miss. There was some items that I loved and some items I’m embarrassed I spent money on. If you want to buy something from one of the stores from China, I’d stick with Shein. They’re both similar but Shein has easy returns and faster shipping.

DO NOT ORDER. This website is horrible. Yes, the clothes look nice and they seem affordable. Yet, they take forever to send your items. I’ve been waiting for a month now and my delivery is still in pending status with Fed Ex to be sent. Prior to my order being sent to Fed Ex, the status of my shipment was stalled. I had to contact Chic me directly in order to get movement on my purchase, and once again it has been over a month and I still have not received anything or have any knowledge as to when my clothing will arrive. I contacted the website for a refund and they stated the clothes have to be sent back to them in order for me to receive my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS AT A REASONABLE ARRIVAL TIME.

Terrible scammer site. This is the most unreliable site that u can imagine to purchase your stuff ..a real scammer. Don’t even bother to look the good price and nice picture in this site coz u only pay for it but they gonna deliver you the cheapest items and the rest is history ... they don’t deliver everything and they will promise you to deliver again and you gonna wait for century until u can’t access to your own account when u sign in and if you will try to retrieve your password all your order history is gone as in no trace at all that you can’t access their costumer service anymore coz you don’t have records that how they stole the money of their costumer.... that’s why they don’t put contact number in their website so is much easy for them to manipulate their system. Hope this reviews will help others coz it’s not a fair what they’re doing to their costumer..

Buyer beware. Oh my. This company. Chicme, they’re in the UK, so you have to wait until late at night for any communication from them. They base all their sizes on European sizes so depending on what you order, you may be stuck with it if it doesn’t fit. (Even though I was told not to worry, they have a warehouse in the states for returns) It takes a good month to get to you. It takes about a week just to leave their warehouse once it’s been confirmed your order has been paid for. The return policy list is that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits,swimwear, jewelry, wigs, masks and accessories. The address for returns isn’t the address your package comes in. For returns you need to email them to request a return. They’ll ask you what you’re returning and go from there. Patience is a virtue with this company.

FRAUD. This app is fraud and the company is a fraud!!!! Ordered 11/22 still haven’t received order. Reached out to resolve and they tell me since December the are “looking into logistics”. No phone number to contact live person. Same person just keeps responding with no resolution. Then “chicme” started spoofing their emails and spamming my email inbox with hundreds of emails regarding “points”. Filing claim with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and poor resolution. Update: Everyone having an issue with delivery and no response for a refund other the run around, needs to Report this company to IC3. I Still have no resolution. Ordered in November and still giving me the answers in January. SCAM!!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!

Terrible Experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could rate this company as a zero I would. I never received my order after 6 months of waiting the first time (staying in contact with customer support & tracking it). They then told me that my package was lost. They asked if I wanted to re-order & told me it would take 20-30 days max. I agreed to re-order. It has now been an additional 3 months & again my package stopped in California & never made it from there. Apparently it was lost a 2nd time. Not sure how that happens. I am very frustrated & will not be ordering from this company again. I also haven’t received my refund yet, so I may just be out the money too. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Don’t buy from this website. 🚨🚨🚨I order from them December 6. Today is January 3. I still have not received my order I ask for them to track my order to see where it is and they just keep giving me the runaround‘s telling me that it’ll be here in 10 to 12 days I ordered $95 worth of stuff and I didn’t receive any of it. The tracking number that they gave me says it’s not in the system when I try to track it myself I request for my money back on several occasions and they keep telling me they can’t give me my money back and I should wait another 10 to 12 days if you do not want to lose your money, do not buy from them

THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME NO, that my order will be delivered on time. The order got delivered separately and I shipped it back for a full refund (as to what I was told by a rep). Worst app ever after over 2 month wait. I got notification that some of my items were going to be sent separately I used Klarna app as well I never received the 2nd package after I paid balance off they logged me out of acct I kept trying to log in because the 2nd package had three dresses and I wanted to know where they were then they deleted my acct Klarna didn’t do anything to help either chic me has the worst customer service I contacted them because the package that I did receive had 2 of the same dress as well as a dress the had obviously been damaged prior to shipping because the bag and garment both had damage and stains I contacted them several times with no response just got the run around I really wish I never ordered from them I truly believe they scammed me it took over 2 months to get order and there is absolutely no way to track your order

Don’t download it. I will give it two stars, but in all honesty it’s like SHEIN only more pricy , and not as good customer service. I bought a $40 dress from here and it came in a month. Shein shipping takes WAY less time. The dress was also pretty cheap looking for the price. It looked like the picture but I couldn’t get past the material. I did return it , ship it back. The return process is pretty long and not that easy. There’s no return bottom like SHEIN has on their page. You literally have to find a customer service email and email that you would like to return your item. After you ship it back, you have to take a picture of the receipt . That process also takes about a month, but it did take me about two months because I had to remind them about my return. If I didn’t remind them of the return, I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. I’ll stick to SHEIN

Don’t download they can’t be trusted. I had someone hack my account order a purse and changed my address I had ordered a pair of shoes and they also changed the address on that order luckily I caught that but it took them forever to fix it and because I didn’t catch the purse until it was already shipped they refused to refund me or give me any credit I told them about the hack and told them what my address was and that the other address was from whoever hacked me I looked back on the dates and I told them this before the purse was shipped so as soon as I get my shoes I’m deleting the app and never using it again I would recommend for anyone to not use the app and not to do any kind of business with them

3 different orders from chic... I gave chic rating a one star because of the wait.. it has been two months and I still have not received my first or second order. I am now sending in my third order, but it will be my very last. If they don’t change on how fast you can get your order, it has been in packaging mode for over two weeks now, it’s ridiculous when you want to order a product for an occasion and don’t receive it until a month after the occasion is over.. you are losing a lot of business because of delaying customers from getting their products on time.. you’re about to lose a good one right now…

Shipping. I liked the clothes I brought from here, everything came in my size and the quality was okay. The issue is with their shipping, I needed my clothes asap so I paid $12 for expedited shipping on top of an already expensive order…. the clothes didn’t arrive until a month later. I wasn’t refunded my $12, given half off on my next purchase, or even provided an explanation as to why an order I paid to have sent out immediately took a month to get here. The shipping is enough to deter me, I wouldn’t order from here again and I don’t recommend that you do either!

Do not order!!!. This place is the worse!! Clothes are too tight and not sized correctly and if you try to return you will NEVER get in contact !! Had to use a what’s up app only for them not even respond to that! So then triedAnd email only for them to tell me they would be willing to give me 30% of my refund back after I returned the merchandise noting that I’m paying to return the merchandise and they were only gonna give me 30% credit back on it I hadn’t even had it 30 days and it took them a whole month to even send me the merchandise so I ended up going through my bank to refund me my money back because they were not willing to! nor did anyone else respond to my email after I stated I was not OK with that

Disappointed. I love the dress that I got the other dress was fair, but the shoes did not fit and they kept trying to give me a discount on a refund. They would not return my money it doesn’t or didn’t cost that much, but they kept lowering the refund down, lowering it down to where it made me feel like it was my fault, nor will I ever recommend this app to anybody they can’t refund for a pair of shoes that did not fit wrong size they sent I deleted my account or not no longer be using this at all and don’t recommend it because if something doesn’t work, it doesn’t fit and they sent something it’s not their fault it’s going to be ours and it’s wrong don’t try this app

Worst company to buy clothes from EVER. I preferred clothes from this company seven weeks ahead of my planned vacation because I needed some outfits for my vacation. One of the items was out of stock. So instead of shipping the other items and sending the out of stock item separately, they messaged me on their site to let me know that I could exchange it. However, because I don’t look on their site daily, I didn’t see the message. When I found the message, two weeks after I placed my order I told them to refund me the money for the out of stock item and to ship the rest of the order totaling over $200. Instead, they sent me another message asking me if I was sure I didn’t want to exchange the out of stock item for something different, waited another two weeks, then a month after I ordered the item, shipped my order fro their warehouse in China. This order is going to take SIX WEEKS to get to me and I hope that I’ll get it in time for my trip. I’ll never order from them again. No chat, no way of getting to their customer service quickly. And when you do tell them what you want, they IGNORE your request. Don’t shop here unless you want to wait forever for your clothes order.

Takes too long.. BAD PROCESSING. If I could I would give 0 stars the orders take soooooo long to process. That is this companys biggest problem it takes 3 weeks to a month to process. DNT NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Unless u have a month of time to spare. I ordered from SHEIN on the same day. My order with shein took 1 days process had it within 7 days..Chic me is still processing until this day 3 weeks later bad enough I dnt know what kind of product I’m getting from chic me then I have to wait a month to see if it is like what’s advertised. After this I’m deleting the app.. I gotta warn my friends about this company NOT WORTH THE WAITING TIME

Confusing customer service. Every order I’ve placed so far has had an item sell out after payment. Dealing with this matter with customer service is extremely confusing. The people responding speak very broken English. They are vague, so day after day you have to go back and forth with them. Then, I picked a replacement piece, which they push you to do. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!. I paid $127 for 5 pairs of shoes wich was a good deal. After a month I received 4 out of 5 pairs of shoes. I wrote them and told them I never received the 5th pair, they asked me to send them a picture of the shoes I didn’t receive after they took my order history down off the website but luckily I had already screenshot a pic of it before hand, so I sent the pic they requested. They then asked me to send them pictures of the packages my other shoes came in, which I couldn’t because I had already threw the bags away. (Who’s going to keep scuffed up gray plastic bags????) so their resolution was to offer me a $5 cash coupon for the shoes I spent $32 USD on. Im deleting this app and I will never shop with this company ever again nor will I ever recommend this company to my friends or family. And I paid through Afterpay which has no protection for customers in situations like this so I can’t even dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back because if I do it will freeze up my Afterpay account and I use Afterpay in other stores. Smh I got the $hi**y end of the stick on this one🤦🏽‍♀️

Do not honor return policy. I’ve done business with ChicMe for other orders and they always seem to be a little late. This time, my order was very late - almost a month late putting me in a bind because I ended up wearing something else to the event I needed the clothes for. I received my order 2 days ago. Still in its original package I’ve been back and forth trying to return the merchandise and just get my money back. They are refusing to do so and are trying to “negotiate” discounts in order to not refund. If this is the case, this should be noted in the return policy. I will never do business with ChicMe again.

100% Unsatisfactory. I order couple of dresses from this website thinking that it was going to be good or at least decent material. Absolutely nothing was worth to keep. The material and the dresses were so poorly made, everything was almost see through. The worse thing is that they don’t allow you to return something before asking them. I didn’t know that until after i have return the items back to them. Apparently, if you follow the return process on the app it doesn’t count because the address there is not the correct place to send the items. The worse thing is that i had to pay to send the items back because they don’t cover that either. At this point i was so fed up with the customer service and contacted support and they were not able to help me with anything. Now i don’t know what is going to happened with my refund. All they offer was a 30% discount on the next purchase, and I don’t even want that i just want my full refund for my purchase and the return fee.

Great quality product. I was super skeptical because of all the bad reviews. I decided to take the risk regardless. I could not find another website with cute sandals like this one. I order 5 pairs of sandals I have got 3 so far they are beautiful and great quality. I still am waiting on my other 2 pair. I will order again. Terrible. I am so upset! I paid for expedited shipping so that I could get my order that I needed before the holidays. I did my order Dec1 and received it a month and half later. Not only did I no longer need the items but they looked nothing like the pictures. The quality is terrible for the cost. Now trying to return this it feels almost impossible! Can’t chat. I have to download what’s app. I have to hear from customer service to see if I am “allowed” to return the items and when you have to finally email them and then wait at least 24 hours for a response. Worst experience ever! Never again. I am so frustrated.

When I requested my order to be canceled and refunded after the third attempt I received a message that my order had been shipped and couldn’t be refunded. 🧐 I finally received my order at almost 40 days after purchase. If I could give a 0 I would. I have tried contacting this company in every way possible. I placed an order last week and received an order confirmation and a postal tracking number within 24 hours and I thought wow! Amazing service. Until I tried tracking my order number on their website…doesn’t exist… Then tried tracking the postage order number…. Doesn’t exist. I thought maybe I should give it a bit more time. I’ve now left it for a week. Only to come back to it. Still neither of these exist in my order history with this website or the app. So I tried contacting their customer service via email ( no response for all 3 emails sent), their “live customer service” (get kicked out and pushed back every time I get to “next in the queue”) tried contacting via the Facebook page (get told to contact them via email (already did that) or by phone. Try calling to phone contact provided… rings twice and then it hangs up. Try going through Afterpay for a contact number (that contact number says it’s busy no matter when you call or how many times) I have had no response and no help from this company. I have now gone through Afterpay to have this cancelled and refunded. In conclusion… save yourself a world of frustration and just don’t buy from here.

Contacting Customer Service/confirming orders. When trying to look at your past order history you can’t view it in your account. I believe I was sent the wrong suit and when I tried to contact live chat I got disconnected and went to go back in and now I can’t speak to anyone because the contact us is blacked out. There is no number to call and I only have 14 days to return and need to pay for my own postage. Ridiculous.

Terrible quality and service. It took forever for the items to get here, they were not at all, as they appeared on the website – but very cheaply made polyester substitutes. They say they have a 14 day refund policy, but will not provide a shipping address to return items to. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal so at least I have another avenue to get a refund do not get ripped off by purchasing from this awful company.

My shoe size is a size 9 Canadian but with them I am a size 8.5. Most of the clothes are pretty good quality and fit me well. I’ve had a few that turned out not as good. Need to check the pictures from the reviews. Although it says 5 stars when you see the photos it doesn’t look very nice.

Slow Shipping. I Like Chic Me they have really nice things. But shipping and processing is ridiculous. Thank goodness I ordered my summer stuff before the summer. If I had waited until the summer started I wouldn’t had been able to wear my clothes until next Summer. It took over a month to process and ship . Love their dresses. Shipping to the USA takes a long time but love their dresses. You have to read the sizes fit because some are too small and others are too big. I’m usually a small to medium and in some of their dresses had to get large since it was too tight from my breast. The casual shirts not so good as They tend to fade very quickly.

Every item I ordered (14) were either to small, to wide, to short and also with the cheapest of cheapest material. The material is thin, see through and made out of Halloween costume material that you can buy at a dollar store. I did read the reviews and still thought to give them a chance. I couldn’t me more disappointed. The good reviews are most likely paid reviews. Stay away!!!

This app is a Joke. I was so excited to get my clothing, and my order however it’s been more than a month for it to arrive. Every time I try to go into the support in the app my screen just clears out and goes completely blank. I would at least like my money back this is ridiculous. I don’t usually put reviews done much less negative ones but i spent a good amount on this app and it’s upsetting to not even be able to go to the support setting. Makes me feel like it’s a scam.

SCAMMERS. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. When you try to contact them to exchange or return any of the items they make it impossible and refuse to contact you. When you try to contact them you are put on hold for forever and they make it that way on purpose it appears to me. If I could get this company no stars I would. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charges. The merchandise was also very cheap made and not as appears in pictures. There is absolutely zero customer service. You will regret it if you purchase anything from this place

Horrible service!. The 4 items I ordered took over a month to arrive. The tracking number provided was never updated. The items were not true to size and cheaply made so I submitted a ticket to return the items and instead of them providing me the return/refund process, they are trying to negotiate a very small percentage of a refund. I have asked numerous times for the process and a full refund, yet they still have not assisted. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Ur clothes are made cheap, they look nothing like ur pictures and no one will contact me back, after I’ve tried ten times, no response. Shipping takes way too long. I have been happy with what I’ve received but it’s the stuff I have not received that’s causing all the problems. I have an order I placed October 2nd and only received part of the order. It took almost a month to receive a message that the items were no longer in stock. And it wasn’t until yesterday after messaging about a refund did I get a response saying someone would “review” the refund and it would take 48 hours. I have never had any problems with SHEIN so I agree with the other reviewer - I will definitely be sticking with SHEIN from now on.

Wont refund. Don’t purchase anything they basically make it impossible to return anything. First they try to talk you out of refunding it, then you only have a certain amount of time and they waste most of that time trying to negotiate with you. Then they tell you to mail it back but you better not use priority mail because they won’t accept it because they want you to weigh it even though you are the one paying to return it. Back to negotiation because they won’t refund you but will now exchange it. Ridiculous

Loving these clothes. I ordered 2 things at first exactly what it described I’ve lost a lot of weight and even though I’m 60 I want a new wardrobe so even though I ordered something and payed extra for shipping to get here before my trip it didn’t show up the ones I ordered after came before but I’m going to hang in there and hope I’m a lasting customer.

The sire is not user friendly. This site need to be more user friendly to customers . This is my second time ordering on this site. My first I did not get the order at all . Hope I receive it this time. Due to the facts that I didn’t receive the gist Oder I hope this one doesn’t take long to reach because I am working with a deadline.

Idk how they have stars at all. Very scammy company. They don’t do returns which is crazy because all of they merchandise is very poor quality. I will never shop here again. I spent like $200 and didn’t want to keep anything. They only offer a percentage and I kept having to reiterate that I didn’t want to keep anything. They finally gave me a return address and when I messaged back and said it cost too much to send back, they said I “missed my window”. Mind you it takes almost a month or more to get your items but you have 14 days to return it. Save your money and stick to SHEIN.

Don’t Recommend. I ordered almost $300 worth of outfits and only received one outfit after 3 weeks maybe. I have been trying to track the rest of my shipment and it was saying the same thing for a whole month. I tried contacting them and they will not send me a refund because my “product is in transit” . It’s been 2 months since i’ve been going through this and still have not gotten my product or refund.

Buy the nice stuff. I love this app but I think it could use a better taste of human funner outfits from AliExpress and better shoes and accessories like wigs and weave and add more ethnic things to build a better release of better moments that y’all can show ..Thank you im so excited to see y’all grow more

I almost put a large order on this site thank god I looked at reviews thanks to everyone who took there time to leave a review I’m sorry y’all had to go threw this horrible experience I’m definitely going to listen to the reviews and not let these worthless people scam me !! I’ll stick with shein and this site should be Ashamed of themselves how dare you treat people that way and still money hard earned money some one needs to investigate this site and shut them down or do some kind of inspection I’ll look into that I’m sure there’s places to call and report them

Horrible customer service!. Yes the app is convenient and the clothes look cute on the app and online. But when you get your order AFTER A MONTH the clothes look nothing like they do online. Poor quality, poor fit. And good luck trying to obtain customer service or trying to return your items. You will get repetitive senseless emails denying your return and you will be blown off a lot and probably never get your money back! Will never order from this site and I do not recommend them to anyone!

Fun shopping. ChicMe always has a great selection and incredible variety of ladies clothes, swimwear and intimates. Prices are low. Delivery is normally better than estimated. Sizes, well they vary but we’ll wait to try this “batch”. Sizes are usually good. I have ordered many items from ChicMe and have always been satisfied with my purchases.

Customer service is terrible. I had made a duplicate order by mistake. NO WHERE on the app did I see how I could cancel it. I used the live chat feature through customer service. I’m not sure if it’s automated or an actual person but I asked how I can cancel my order, was informed that it was too late, and before I could ask any other questions, it kicked me out of the chat. I’m hoping that when the items get here, returning won’t be as difficult. Terrible app.

DO NOT BUY. It’s a scam with cheap quality clothing. I bought $400 worth of stuff I have emails saying I am able to return. First package I got 8 items. 4 of the outfits I absolutely loved! But I had to return the other four. Absolutely no problem right? I got an order more, this time I need to return four out of the nine items that I got and they are telling me they do not do returns. They are liars and scammers and will try to take any money they can out of you. I strongly do not recommend this app and I never write bad reviews ever

Order. Wasn’t able to pay the full amount using my credit card there was an error message preventing me from moving forward forcing to pay extra for the installments but other than that website was easy to navigate just waiting to see how good the cut and quality are. Super excited to get these items!!!

Love at a glimpse. Absolutely love everything I purchase from ChicMe. I appreciate it so much the only drawback that I have with ChicMe is the time that it takes to ship but I deal with it because I love everything I purchase. Thank you so much, board and enjoy the beauty of everything you buy.

Marketing. A lot of the clothing is very beautiful but the pictures doesn’t do the item justice. Most of the pictures are the same just flipped or zoom in instead of providing a front, back and side angle. They have a “wish list” feature which is great but I would like to be able to sort the items in my wish list by item, price or availability. You get points for your purchases and I have yet to receive my points for my purchase.

Wish I could love Instead of like. I order things for myself that i did get a month and a half later. I order my mom items a week later and it just shipped last week but haven’t made it to United States yet. Back to my order the clothes were amazing 😍😍 no complaints just wish I could spend a few grand on this app and get rush delivery but that's not available 😔

Love love love ❤️❤️❤️. I absolutely love this app & the abundant supply of different clothing items to choose from & all with great prices!!! I wish I’d known about this store way sooner!!! The clothing is also of really good quality. The only downfall is that it takes entirely too long before the package is received.

CHEAP CHINA PRODUCTS, HORRIBLE CUST SVC. I ordered a 1pc short pajama jumpsuit, a 2pc silk cami set, and a waist trainer. Took 2 MONTHS to receive 2 items - never received the 3rd! The waist trainer was 2 sizes too big although I ordered by measurements on the size chart! The cami set would not fit over my hips although the pkg label showed “XL” that sticker was on top of a “M” sticker. The quality is cheap, strings hanging from the cheap labor sewing! Contacted ChicMe 11 times by email (no phone because they’re in China although they advertise they’re in Cali) and got the run around. Then they want me to pay to return these WORTHLESS items and give me 20% refund and charge a restock fee! CHEAP, WORTHLESS COMPANY!! BUY AMERICAN AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND HEADACHE!!

No dresses received. I ordered two dresses for my daughters homecoming and no dresses ever came after I paid for them. A week after order they messaged me on the app and said one dress was out of stock a week later. Wow! I was blown away about this company’s horrible customer service. They I got back on the site a they deleted my whole account as if I never purchased a dresses. Luckily I screen shot my orders because this is only proof I have because they deleted my account. I still have not received any information about my refund. I’m surprised this company is still in business.

Poor customer service. The return process is terrible. To make a return, you must contact customer service to get approved. Also, they do not provide you with a label, so you need to pay for the USPS label. After all that, you must send proof of return, and if the receipt you get at the postal office does not have all the information they want, you will not get the money. I have to go back to the postal office to ask for proof of the weight of the box. Otherwise, if I do not give them the weight, they will not provide me with the refund amount. Terrible will never repurchase anything.

SCAM ALERT 2021. DoNOTBUYFROMHERE! Thank the Lord- the most high, I only ordered ONE item. This one item I needed for a wedding will not be arriving. It’s been over two weeks and my items have not even SHIPPED. I have not received any update (s). This is completely outrageous. It’s 2021, and there’s no excuse at this point for this type of error. The company lacks customer service and for them not to even update or refund orders says a lot about their company values. Do not give them your money- if you want something similar I recommend fashion nova or just go to your local shopping mall.

Scam. I bought a dress from this site last year and plaid for fast shipping which was another $20+ or so. The order showed accepted and then sat for almost a week before I asked why it hadn’t shipped yet due to me paying for faster shipping. Long story short, they said the dress was out of stock and would refund my money. Very poorly run company which is really to bad because they do have very cute clothes. If I was given an opportunity to buy something for free from here to try it again, I would, but DO NOT spend your money on this place

Need to improve. The quality of the product and the prices are great, true to size and looks just like the picture; but misleading promotions and the worst customer service ever. Free shipping promotions are just for US and that information it’s not shown anywhere in the promo or the policies section. It took me 4 days to find out, after more than 20 messages and no one was able to tell me the reason why they were charging me for a shipping that was supposed to be free.

DONT BY FROM HERE. I had ordered me something and my stuff was supposed to been here and it’s not. They said they are located in China but so is SHEIN!!!! I ordered me something from SHEIN two weeks later and it came a week later with just standard shipping. Customers service is bad they don’t provide any information at all. And who do they go through shipping wise??? They need switch to whoever she go through because there’s no reason it should take a month for two items to get here!!!

My order. I placed an order and never received my order it said it was delivered but never got it I have done all the steps and still haven’t received anything and I have reach out to customer service could never get anyone I have checked with shipping company they said they delivered and never received.
