Conerns. It’s not showing my full schedule of times that I am available for my clients to book their appointments only partial and I have tried going through every option to get it fixed for the longest and i still yet to have it fixed he keep saying I’m booked after a certain time when I’m really not but that’s what it shows on their end and I have went through settings and all to see how it can be corrected and still no luck however it’s a good app I just been having difficulty with this issue for the longest and square assistant team is no help also I have updated my policy with more info but it’s not populating all of the info on my social media so that my clients are aware of the full information about my policy . Other than that everything is good I just been having those 2 issues that I can’t seem to get resolved

Pros are obvious with a few cons. I think this has many great, well-thought-out features and it’s great in its current form. I’m surprised by all the consideration given to this app/software. A few things I wish would be available are specific to my business as a hairstylist. (1) I wish I could see client notes on each appointment in calendar view. I know how to find it, but I have to dig and I think it could be more easily stream-lined. (2) I also wish there was a way to easily jump forward in the calendar by a specific number of weeks to easily pre-book client for their next appointments. (3) I wish I could easily click and drag appointments to a new time slot without editing the appointment itself: click & drag. (4) I wish the software would integrate with Cash App so I could accept payments via mobile transfer and still have it reflect in my reports.

Great app but I need more. This is great that square has a free booking app for single stylist!! My problem is that I used Vagaro for 3 years prior and got used to the convenience of certain things that I wish square had like... -Jumping forward or backward by weeks. That allowed me to quickly book the next appointment for my client, and look back in a quick manner to see who has not been back. -customizing colors for the app and for different appointments. This made glancing at the app so much easier to see what was happening that day. -moving appointments by sliding from place to place as a option rather than having to go in and edit the appointments. -very IMPORTANT for me personally, is on vagaro when a appointment reminder is sent, the client CONFIRMS it by pressing a button and the color changes in my app so I know they received there reminder and they have confirmed. That way I am able to check if somebody has not confirmed they might not have seen their text and I can shoot them a text myself. -also on square I had appointment request that I did not see until later because I did not receive a notification. I’m guessing there isn’t one and you have to look for the request. I’ve been using square processing for a long time and was super excited when appointments came out! I gave the app a three month try before going back to my other system. I really hope it gets better so I can give it another try!!

Could be perfect but..... You cannot check out multiple service providers on one ticket!!! This app is in need of a serious upgrade!!! I was using it as an individual stylist and it’s great for that, but if you have more than 1 employee, be prepared to ring up your customers ALOT! So ridiculous. I now have an apprentice who works with me. I was looking forward to a smooth transition by bringing her along but I literally had no choice but to change my entire booking system because square is incapable of having 2 stylist tickets at once! You see, if she helps me with a client, I have to ring up my client twice because there is no option to check out both services or add 2 tips under one transaction! Very very annoying. I really hope they correct this! I’ve read so many forums and salon owners have no choice but to go to other programs! Cmon square!

Near perfect, with one glaring omission. I’ve been using Square for payments for several years now, but have always hesitated to integrate their appointment management with the payments. A couple months ago I changed that, and started using Appointments full-time. I have to say as an all in one app for payments and appointments, it is near perfect. The one fatal flaw to it is their complete lack of support for package management. You can certainly sell a package of massage sessions, for instance, but there is no easy way to track their redemption. No way to easily tell your customer how many they’ve used or how many they have remaining. Every other scheduling service out there has this feature and it’s lack with Square Appointments is keeping it from being a major contender. Fix this omission, Square, and you have yourself a 5-Star app!

Great product. This app is so easy to navigate once it is all set up. I have been using vagaro for about 4 years and thought I would switch since I use square payments to make things easier. I really like this app but it is missing a few features. One being it doesn’t have to option to switch weeks, you have to actually go to the calendar to go to the week you want and the other being, you set a schedule and if you want to change the schedule, it is more difficult than vagaro. I love the online booking.... much easier to navigate for customers. I also love that you can set up email or text reminders for your clients... just like vagaro. I would give it 5 stars if it had those few extra features. I am happy with my switch! Makes checking out a breeze!

Worst Customer Service Ever. I’m not sure if this is the only way I’ll get an email back or a call back. Yes I know it’s a pandemic and I’ve been really patient for a month but I haven’t received help in OVER a month. All I want to do is get into my account but I can because it’s connected to an old number. I can’t even get in touch with anyone. I’ve put in 4 requests that said they’ll be in contact within 24 hours. Well that was weeks ago. The only company that’s been answering me is Squarespace! I’ll definitely delete my account and every single time someone asks me about using this company or app I will demand that they try another company because obviously they do NOT care about their customers or their business. The fact I have to use a whole different system now is beyond me. The app even changed my days off permanently. I use to be off on sundays but it switched it to Monday’s now that’s what everyone sees when they book. Only person that helped me was a Twitter help center agent. But even then they told me to go somewhere else for help. I’m truly livid and never been so disappointed with customer service my entire life because it’s something I take SERIOUSLY ! Never again. And don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t save client cards to their file. It started off wonderful because it would save my clients cards when they booked for cancellation purposes and then unexpectedly stopped saving them which I never got the update for and when I had someone cancel that was a new client I wasn’t able to charge them my cancellation fee because of it I also liked that it would save their card under their file for checkout purposes because I could just hit card on file and charge them my clients got used to not having to bring their cards in and then suddenly I had to start swiping their card every time it’s kind of inconvenient

Perfect All-In-One Appointment App. I finally found an all-in-one appointment app for my salon. East to use, sends reminders to clients, sets up recurring appointments for regular clients, not just for every week, bi-weekly or monthly, but can choose every 3 weeks or 5 weeks, etc. and keeps track of clients previous appointments, so I can look back real quick in their file within the app of the last time they got a chemical service for when they ask me how long ago they got this or that done. Can take credit card payments. The list goes on and on. Absolutely love it. The only thing I WISH was included is quarterly minutes displayed in between the hour and not just hour to hour. It would really help for scheduling at a quick glance for quarter or half hour appointments. If that was changed, I would have nothing negative to say at all. Thank you for having such an efficient app that was well thought out!

Great Support. Pretty simple and easy to use. I barely use their help guide before using any features. Square has been a very good help for my business. Right from getting a free card reader to the appointment scheduler, which most companies charge for. Two things I wish they included though, is the opportunity to charge a small deposit when clients are booking online rather than the whole amount. And also to add pictures of services offered so customers can see what they’re about to book. Apart from that, I’m always going to be loyal to their products even when my business expands! Oh! And now I even got a business square card!! I’m so chuffed. Thank you guys.

Good but a a couple more features would be good. I used Vagaro before for about 4 years. The couple I wish square had would be the ability to jump forward or back weeks. For instance I was able to hit a button that said jump and then it would have -1 through -8 wks or +1 through +8 weeks so if I had a slow week I could hit on 6wks prior and see if that week was slow also or to see if there were clients I needed to reach out to to remind them it’s been 6 wks since their last appointment. I would also like to put my finger on an existing appointment and move it up or down or to a different day during that week without having to go into the appointment and change the date and time. My clients do say that square appointments is way more user friendly on their end though so that’s a plus!

Great Scheduling App for Appt Reminders. This app works great at sending automated reminders to patients/clients. It sends the reminder 1 hour before the appt time. I wish it sent it 24 ahead and 1 hour ahead because 1 hour isn’t enough notice if someone has actually forgotten about the appt. It would also be nice to be able to change the provider name instead of it having to match the existing square account name. Sometimes, the name on the square account doesn’t match what you want to send to patients/clients because it’s missing the “Dr” or other prefix. Take note, it addresses the recipient in whatever name you have them saved in your phone as when it texts them. Thank goodness I sent a practice text to my mom and learned this before using it with patients. It would be nice to be able to make that customized name change. Hopefully these are changes that square will make to the app in the future.

It was good when everything was free for users. It was good when everything was free for individual users now there’s a subscription if you want to use the app with some of its “premium features” available. One of the biggest complaints I have is if the system is going to charge for “premium features” like for example cancelation fee, if a client were not to show up you would think you would be able to charge the card as a cancelation fee if the user had one. If there is a cancelation fee taking place then sometimes the cancelation fee would go through and sometimes it wouldn’t, which is a big problem for self employed people that get payed by appointment typically. that’s a big no no, and for square to be charging a membership fee and the system not fully working for what we are paying for I think that’s a rip off. save the troubles and find something better than this system. I’ve contacted them numerous times about this issue and they can’t find a way to relief this situation. TRUST ME look for something else! They should have some sort of Pre-Authorization we’re they check the cards to make sure when a client is going to do a no show you can still charge them worry free!

Good and will be better.. Once all the bugs are addressed, this will be an alright “app” or software to use. Here are a few annoyances: 1. The integration of the booking app and the point of sale app, just isn’t there. They make you enter all your information such as services and the items that you sell twice. 2. In the reports, the use of the booking app to check your clients out, means your reports will be missing a lot of needed data. Creating a working harder not smarter situation. 3. There is no way to edit or correct a transaction one it is complete. 4. Finding specific transactions is next to impossible because of the lack of integration of the two apps. 5. Pulling up client sales history is a serious pain in the, well you know what. It comes up, if you click on the transaction, you are taken to just that transaction. That’s fine if you don’t need to go back to the list of transactions easily. 5. They nickel and dime you for everything. Basically if you use all the components that they offer, you can find it for one price less expensive for other softwares. However, the fact that you can pay for just what your using when you use it does help. Although the other components could be priced better. 6. Gift cards, you can’t use anyone else’s gift cards and theirs are way too expensive.

The card on file/ no show protection is a joke.. This no show cancellation policy Square has is absolutely useless due to the customers are given the option by square, to take off the card that was put on file at any given time after they have made the appointment. This in no way protects us from no show clients. Placing the card on file, when the seller/ business owner request for it, shouldn’t be optional. There are two boxes that you can OPTIONALLY check off when trying to book. The client can still book the appointment without saving their card on file within this feature. Does that make sense? I pay hundreds to thousands paying your fee so that I could have this one feature. I’m researching more options now, because why should I keep paying your fees when you offer me no protection. This needs to be changed! Once you put your card on file, you should not be allowed to take it off unless you cancel that appointment under the cancellation policy provided by that business, they agreed to.

Needs Work. I want to switch to square Appointments but this app needs work.....why can’t I view in month mode? Only day, week and list available. Why do I have to go to the actual website in order to fix or change different things? And it gives a very long url for me to give to clients so they can access my scheduling site!! Why can’t I change the link to what I want? Please update these things: 1. Ability to make link what I want 2. How I am able to view(month, day, list, ect) 3. Add more functions to the app 4. Make it easy to change my schedule day by day if I want. 5. Make it more client friendly, allow me to post pics to client accounts 6. In calendar mode i should be able to tap the time and day and relate an appointment 7. There needs to be a notification tab in the app 8. Color coding for different services 9. The sellers community IS NOT HELPFUL please make more buyer and seller friendly 10. Collect Deposits for services

I’m still learning. Although I’m in the process of training myself, my associate and my clients. I don’t consider myself a semi pro let alone a pro at this on-line booking service. With that in mind, it would be best for me to not give a full 5 stars. Most of the features the app offers work great. Although my clients and I are unhappy that the app service doesn’t offer a response back to their confirmation appointment. The client and I are used to communicating with each other. So a respond feature a simple “yes or no”. would give my clients and I confidence that they are keeping their appointment or not. For now, it works, but I’m not sure if I will stay with this service. There are a few more dysfunctional details. Not worth sharing at this time. Good Luck

Good but not great...yet!. I’m a massage therapist and I just started my own business. One the biggest challenges that I’ve run into is client booking and then not showing up and me losing out on sales. This app helps with that. It can be made so clients have to put a card on file in order to book and hold a session for a reserved day and time, keeping the not so serious clients from wasting your time and charging a free for no shows with a cancellation policy. But, clients also have the option to remove their cars right after they book making the process unhelpful. I manually cancel sessions when clients remove their card from a reservation. I wish the app did that automatically. Also, the app doesn’t allow you to effective space out time between each session. Instead he had to add additional time on the back end of each session to create a time buffer between each session. That then makes the last time slot for your day unbookable but open for booking on your day bc the once 60min session that was intended to fit into your 60min slot that the client seeing the match in time but not the hidden additional time you added to the back end. So now your 90min won’t fit in the 60min slot you created for it.

Almost there. Square appointments has the potential to completely save SO much time for me and my business but there are a few obvious features I am shocked it does not have. 1. A notifications center on the backend. I would like to have a place where I can see new activity (New requested appointments waiting my approval, New messages, etc.) 2. Making the "appointment notes" section in the form clients fill out to have the ability to change from "optional" to "required". We are limited in the types of appointments we can hold and we have to have our clients tell us what their rental entails. 3. Being able to add tax onto services and not just items. 4. Allowing clients to add on items to their selected service so that they can be charged all at once when they book. (We are a photography studio and have hourly rentals as our "services", we need to be able to have clients add on additional equipment rental "items" such as paper rolls upon booking and have it pre paid because sending a separate invoice for a paper roll after they have already paid is frustrating. 5. If there was a "recently declined" page or something. If we decline an appointment by accident, It doesn't archive that appointment/customers info so that we can bring it back up and fix it. The design and so many of the features are so amazing and would be close to perfect if these super simple changes were made!

I hate to give it less then 5!. I have used square for booking my hair appointments for several years now. I have loved it every minute. Easy simple to use. However this last update I am not cool with! Square use to be free for individuals. Now they have divided it into 3 groups; free, not free, and not free extra! Now I get it I totally understand square has to make money. What I’m bummed out about is the two feature I use and rely on the most have been taken away and they now want to charge me 30$ a month for it! Two features are not worth 30$ a month! You are already taking a surcharge from every client that walks through the door of my small business. Because let’s be honest most of use who use square are small business owners. I think to do this to your solo individuals is wrong! If you want to charger for features they should be individual and customizable for your individuals.

All services don’t post on the online sight making it hard to charge customers correctly. The app was great in the beginning it was easy to input my information as a new business owner but when it came time to link my Facebook with Instagram that’s when the trouble started. I wanted to add the “book” button on my Instagram and when I tried to link the square support to the button it gave a message saying that a new Facebook manager had to be created in order for the “book” button to work. I did that, linked my accounts, put the square appointment URL in my bio on Instagram and still nothing happened. Also, going back to all services not being listed on square appointments website, I’m not understanding. On my app it lets me put services into categories and make it really easy to navigate, but when it comes to the customers reviewing my services online, they’re not able to see everything I offer and modify their services to attach to the original style. This makes it difficult for me to run a successful business. Can you please offer some help and please fix the issue!

I’ve used Square Appointments since the debut. I’m very happy with all my years utilizing Square Appointments and card processing. They’ve made continuous improvements throughout the years with their software capabilities. Square savings is a game changer for automated savings at tax time when the quarterlies are due. And for the first time in my life I have a little vacation savings too! I took advantage of the loan program once, and payback was painless with the daily draw’s coming off the top of each transaction. The fees are going up, so it’s time for price changes in the business too. I don’t choose to “add a separate card fee” to my clients bill, but I do roll it into my prices.

Awesome scheduling app! So helpful!. I love this app, it has help me with my music studio. I no longer have to worry about reminding students, the app will automatically text or email reminders depending on the settings you choose. The text settings are very limited, but the email settings have a lot of variation. It has a very clean and concise layout, and it’s so easy to see my schedule. You can Even write notes about your clients and about the appointments so that way you are always on track. If you use Square you can also charge clients with it, I honestly used it very little for charging my students, but I can still use it perfectly without charging, you don’t have to charge clients at the end. I love it, and I am so happy and grateful that it’s free!!! That’s the best part!

Disappointed. I have been using Square before square appointments for at least 7 or more years. But as a business owner I don’t feel Square really protect business owners. Especially hairstylist and such it’s a shame you can have policy’s in place and disclaimers on your page and combine with square policy’s. But the min someone dispute you it’s really like you on your own. Cause Square isn’t or doesn’t really have a say so when you are using their platform to run your business. I don’t feel protective by this company anymore. I even have got scammed out of money using CashApp and couldn’t be reimbursed which is crazy to me. When I have documentation of the situation. As a business owner to another do better with not just protecting clients, customers but especially the business owners that are using your platform to make you money.

its decent. the app is alright for business but i feel like it should remind you ahead of time just as it does to your clients. You can send out automatic reminders to them for their appointments but it dont remind you to keep you on schedule if it did id rate the app 5 stars and also you cant checkout with an item you have to add a service before you charge. Another thing Quick Deposit doesnt work with every bank i have a Bank of America Business Debit Account and it won't work i called in to customer service and they said unfortunately its not compatible with all cards so if you ever want to quick deposit it would be good to ask first if you can recieve quick deposits other tgan that your going to have to wait 2 days and longer because they don't deposit your money into your bank account on the weekend.

Love it but it could use a little help. I have been using Square for about 10 years. I love it. I love the ease of processing payments and scheduling appointments. Love the appointment confirmations and reminders. What I don’t love is how convoluted the contacts are. Every time a client uses a different card for payment, a new customer profile is created for them. Many of my clients have several profiles but only one is needed or necessary. As I try to delete these extra profiles, let’s say I’m deleting customers (speaking of customers, let’s call them clients, more professional) and I’m deleting in the “K” section of the alphabet. As I delete each customer, I am each time taken back to the beginning of the alphabet so that I am forced to scroll back to the “K”’s in order to delete the next customer profile that square created ad nauseum. Square, this should be an easy fix! Please help make your app amazing.

Love it but want a little more. I love this app for my appointments. I am a hair stylist and I was looking for something that would help me keep track of clients appointments. I like that my personal calendar blocks out time in my appointments app so I don’t have to go back and forth to make sure people don’t book that time. I also like the the option for variations so I can off the same service but with tweaked prices for slight differences. I do have an issue with no-shows. I don’t want to take complete prepayment because I believe payment comes after satisfaction, I also have people who do not want to keep their card “on file.” Many carry cash or utilize cashapp as their method of payment. What I would recommend is a deposit option that can be placed on specific services of my choosing and that I can change the amount of the deposit for each service. Then it could give me a “deposit paid” button and I can input that amount and it be subtracted from the total service amount upon their arrival. Eg. braids are $100, I ask $25 deposit. On Monday, she cashapps me $25 and I mark her deposit as paid. After I service her on Friday, appointments app will show her remaining amount due to be $75.

They broke what didn’t need to be fixed.. I use Square Appointments for periodic visits. As a small, single person business I have to watch cash flow very carefully. Missed appointments and cancellations really hurt. And I don’t charge for visits to our Alpaca ranch so there is no way I will ask someone to enter card information for a free visit with cancellation penalties. Recently Square took away the automatic confirmation from the free level. With Square’s recent change that now wants to charge me $29 a month for the one feature I really needed my rating has gone from 5⭐️to 4⭐️. I now have to take time to send personal texts/emails to my appointments the day before to get a confirmation. This means many cancel with little notice —two yesterday. And some ignore texts from unknown numbers and No-Show—one the day before. I run ALL my sales through Square do they get paid but they have gotten greedy by wanting at least a ridiculous $348 a year for something that was free! Poor choice Square!!!!!!😡😡😡

Need to switch between locations more easily. Just set this up yesterday. I’m a massage therapist and work in 2 locations. I hate that I have to sign out and then back in to change locations. Very inefficient. On the computer I just use the drop down to easily switch but not on my phone. Might be a deal breaker for me. And once people start scheduling themselves maybe it would not be as big of deal but I have a good amount of elderly clients that won’t book themselves but appreciate the text reminders. Or a lot of people just schedule again at their appointment so I want to just put it in quickly. The client part where they book gives them an option to change locations. Why shouldn’t I be able to as well? Also-why can’t I see all of my appointments regardless of the location? Maybe with a different color or something but I want those calendars to be able to merge. Otherwise it seems simple and I like it. But if I can’t toggle back and forth or quickly glance at my week with ALL appointments then it is just another unnecessary step that makes use unlikely. Please change this! I really like it otherwise!

Easy to use but would be even better if.... I’m only giving this a 4/5 star because I wish the app would allow calendar syncing directly to my iPhone’s calendar the way they have it available for Google calendar. I don’t use Google calendar because I’m able to sync my full-time work schedule onto my iPhone’s calendar (enabled through a payroll/work schedule app). Two more suggestions that I believe would totally improve the app would be a confirmation button for the client in their reminder emails so we can know to still expect them and then a “thank you, please rate your experience, etc” follow-up email to the client like other appointment apps. Other than these suggestions, I appreciate how seamless the app works with adding new appointments, importing contacts, sales reports, etc.! I hope Square can incorporate these suggestions soon!

Too Many Fees, Not Worth it. I love the concept of this app, but geez! They charge endless fees. I literally had to refund a client $800 because square would only let me instantly transfer $771… almost $30 from my profit. Once I issued the refund within the same hour of getting paid, Square charged me $28 to issue the refund! This app is definitely robbing you with all of these fees, I promise you it’s not worth it. Not to mention, my client hadn’t gotten their refund until 7 days from when I issued the refund... I know the app says it’ll take “2-7” business days, but it’s definitely 7. My client waited a little over a week to get their money back. Like I said it’s just not worth it, and I couldn’t imagine paying for the app and being charged all those fees on top of everything else… I’d rather use quickbooks! At least it’s free to make instant transfers and the only fees I’m charged are monthly business fees.

Missing a few things. Please fix.. First, for a partially free app, it does the job yet is missing a few things. 1- CANCELLED... the cancellation does not work properly. The space remains occupied or it totally denies my customers from canceling or rescheduling. 2- BOOKING PAGE... the booking page does not allow any changes. Such as, for COVID 19, the business was closed but there was no way to write, “We’re currently closed for quarantine and will reopen as it lifts by order of gov’t”. I had to call each person that booked and repeat the same line to them. 3- BULK TEXTS... if we can send a group message to all listed clients for sudden updates, that would be amazing. 4- CO-WORKERS... my coworkers have this app too. But , how can I add my link to their booking page and vice versa in case of vacations or sickness strikes? 5- MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS... I have clients that come 3+ at a time. Please make a way for them to select multiple time slots or services in one booking. 6- 15 MINUTE INTERVALS... all services do not require 30 minutes or 1 full hour. But if some one books a 15 minute service. The other 15 minutes are unavailable to the public. Please fix all of the above. You have taken 100s of my dollars monthly for the last 6 years, it’s time to see my money working harder!!! Please contact me in regard to these tasks.

Lots of ups and downs the last few weeks. I’ve been using square for the last 3 years. I loved it up until about a week or so ago. They recently added a subscription for $29mo. Now, I was confused at first because the only thing that really changed for me was that my clients weren’t getting the confirmation reminder. That was frustrating because as a small business owner with no retail or employees, I count on square to be able to at least send a confirmation reminder. What I did notice is that my clients were still able to book online, reschedule and cancel their appointment. They just weren’t getting the reminders. Which tbh made no sense to me why everything else would be free except that option. I wasn’t willing to pay the $29 just for that option. But I haven’t had too much time to do hw for another service. Fast forward to the newest update. My clients are now getting a reminder for their appointment. They can’t confirm it but they’re at least getting the reminder and still have the option to book, reschedule and cancel online. Thank you square for fixing this.

WORST EXPERIENCE. My business has been growing quiet a bit and I have been kick to open my own small shop . I been in the process of getting it together and working when I go to pay for an item I need for my shop I find out my card declines ( there are funds on my card ) I got to look for help and guess what . You get sent to all these options that are OF NO HELP !!! YOU CANT CALL, There is no strait email . Finally I found a chat and it’s run by an automated answering computer that again was NO HELP !!. It did “ understand “ my questions . Once I got into my account from a computer it said they have frozen my account because of two big ticket items . I’m a seamstress who specialized in custom wedding gowns ALL MY ITEMS ARE BIG TICKETS!! I also do alterations so I have a lot of big items their . Now I have to show “ proof of what I do exactly “ as to why I have big tickets . This is crazy . I’m now put on hold for the most part of getting my shop together . And can’t wait for this to be done. I’m so disappointed, and furious!!

This Handyman is Very Happy!. I love this app. I’ve never said that and actually meant it. This app takes care of all my appointment needs and has cool features to help notify customers and take payments and all sorts of stuff. I have the Square app, this Square Appointments app, the Square Invoices app and the Square Payroll app. I haven’t use the payroll app yet cuz I don’t have employees to manage but it looks good. I can’t say enough about the other 3 apps. I am overly pleased. They only make money on my card transactions but for a handyman, I usually take cash as payment. But to have this as an option is very helpful. I still use the card reader quite often and just let the customer know that there’s a fee for the transaction. The fees aren’t very bad. I pay the extra percent to get my money immediately. It’s pretty nice. The apps have lots of cool features. I’m very happy.

A thought..... The square is great with good features however I wish they can provide a way to give us like a reminder pop up. For example, if a client has a credit before and when they call for the next appointment to be scheduled...there should be a way where when you pull up their profile...a window pops up that says the client have a credit of such amount. I think having a pop up notification can help a lot. It’s like a red flag. I used to work at a doctors office and it works!! Because there are times we are so busy to read notifications or look for it when booking, answering phone, booking an appt, scheduling clients, checking out clients all at the same time would greatly help when their is a pop up notification.

Love it!. I operate a very small business that is just me helping clients with different technology needs. I looked at Square Appointments before, but the monthly fee was too big for me to justify it for the size of and amount of business I was doing. When I found out that Square was offering appointments for free for individuals, I jumped on the opportunity. Changed my invoicing from something else to Square and have been using the appointments. I absolutely love how I can sync my Google Calendar with appointments and can set my hours. This makes it so easy for clients to pick a time to schedule with me. I also really like how Square sends my clients reminders and allows me to easily send the receipts after they pay for services. This makes my job so much easier. Additionally, when I provide remote support, having the ability for them to pay an invoice directly through Square is really great. Yes, there are some processing fees with that, but they are well worth it considering how much easier it makes things for me! Also, I am really happy that square allows me to select multiple payment methods including options that are not credit. I can easily select cash or check if that is how my clients want to pay. Keep up the good work, Square! This app has made operating my business so much easier and it makes my operations look even more professional!

Need more features. Square Appointments would be amazing if they gave us an option to accept prepayment in full and deposits for appointments. The issue I’ve been having lately is when a client doesn’t show or cancels their appointment the card they put on file declines and I don’t receive my No Show Cancellation Protection Fee. If they paid a deposit it would guarantee that my time is not wasted if they don’t show. Also a texting featured into square would be great to communicate with customers. Also I’m a small business owner with a team of employees. I would like to hide my customers phone number and email address from my employees because if they happened to quit or get fired I don’t want them stealing my customers information. I just need them to see the customers name, service, and time of appointment. I work to hard on my business for my employees to steal my customers when they leave.

Dates and Time is not working properly. The app changes the time. I entered 11 am and it changed it to 12 am and my client just sent me a text stating it says 12 am. I also have attempted to do 30 minute appointments and it’s been changing it to whatever minutes it wants. So if I want 11:30 it changes it to 11:21 and it’s a challenge to bring it to 11:30 am. And that’s if after several tries changing it to 11:30 am and not pm as well. Because it does that too. Keeps it on pm or am even though you want the opposite. If you are not super careful it changes it to whatever day, time it wants even after I have clicked on the calendar to that specific day. I like all the other features and I did have an issue from the get go on it switching the date on me when I specifically clicked on the calendar for that date however it is pretty easy beyond all the above mentioned issues. The customer Service and marketing people are super nice and very helpful. I just wanted to report this issue because when a client texts me and states her appointment is incorrect it makes me look bad. When I know I try to fix issues on the time all the time. It never just works even once. I have to constantly fix it.

Love! Love Square!!! If you have a small business, do it!!!. Great for a small business!! Very business friendly features! I would love to see more features that would help one man bands though. Some of my services aren’t offered on certain days. Would love to be able to limit services by times and days of the week! Also would love to be able to customize the text of the confirmation requests, a lot of my clients don’t check their email so they don’t see the customized detailed email I’ve made through the communications setting. Also a feature to change the service type not just the time after they have booked online. Alot of my clients want to upgrade or downgrade their service, it confuses them when I have to cancel it and send them a whole new appointment. Hopefully these features can be taken into consideration and applied somehow. Definitely going to keep recommending!

No way to take deposits and no way to add policy info to website !. I’m super frustrated at the moment. I cannot change the settings to allow me to collect the $25 non refundable deposit that is part of my business policy. (I am a lash tech) there is the option to put a card on file or have them pay upfront- but anyone can put a card they don’t use or a cashapp card on file with no money on it and when I go to charge it- it declines. This is weird to me that there’s those options but not one to collect the deposit beforehand because asking for a deposit on cashapp or PayPal just sounds unprofessional and not put together 🤦🏼‍♀️😒 please add this feature because that’s literally all you are missing to make this app perfect! Oh and also I would like to be able to put my policies in FULL on my website. There is a character limit for the bio so it won’t let me and I am frustrated to the MAX!

Selected Services Blocks More Time. I have several locations. I have to log out of one and into another. I understand this, but need to know how to combine both calendars for scheduling purposes. When a client book online, and add several services, more time than needed is blocked for an appointment. Appointments are only for viewing or discussing options, ( which is usually takes 1 hour). Clients are asked to select at least 1 service. That makes it easy if they pay right away, but for my wedding venues they want to view the facility first. I guess I could add “Appointment View Only,” as a service but I have to put a price, and this would cause them to pass me up for charging for appointments. Some services are 4 hours, and this blocks my calendar. I have to go back and adjust the time. I only need 1 hour intervals with no charge. Did I miss this in the set up? I thoroughly enjoy using Square, and love this app. Thanks for helping me, and saving me time in appointment reminders.

It’s OK. I was so excited after I began building my website through Square for my business, but it looks like I’m going to have to use an entirely different app for what I need! Square appointments is NOT made for a group class system. I can’t figure out how to double book any of my students and it’s really frustrating for them, and myself, to not have a simple solution for this. I may be switching over to PocketSuite or even Zenplanner because I can’t seem to understand why this is so difficult, along with the fact that Square has about three different apps you have to download in order to get all the basic features of what most other apps have in one for small businesses. Ridiculous. You’re losing me, Square. If I didn’t need the group class/double booking feature, you might have kept me around, but this is madness! Maybe I’m just overlooking something, but every other app is making this a seamless process whereas yours seems more convoluted the deeper in dive in- oh, and there are features you can’t get when in your mobile apps versus your desktop. We are in ancient times.

New business and loving this application/service!. I’m a new business owner in charge of my own scheduling completely and wasn’t sure what to use to book appointments. I wanted something that offered a text service to remind clients and offer a way for clients to book online if they choose (I’m a late-night shopper so I’ve always appreciated the 24/7 aspect of doing anything online) and this app has not disappointed! My clients love the ability to click a link to add the appointment to their digital calendar, a link to set them up to GPS to my studio, AND the ability for clients to respond back to the auto-texts and me being able to respond back. LOVE IT! I’ve used SpaBiz and Setmore when I worked for a couple other salons and the online booking with Square Appointments is so much easier, straightforward, and pleasing to the eye. I’m impressed and happy I went with Square.

Love it but needs more. I love this app, especially now that it’s free for individual use. I have been using the app for years, I wanna say the same year it came out, same with using the Square readers, and I must say it helps me out with my business SOOOOO much. When my customers started to ask about using their cards I looked into a machine that was portable and I found the Square machine you attach to your phone. And when I found out about the scheduling app too with the same company I was ALL IN! My customers absolutely love it, they love getting their reminders and that they get a confirmation on their appointments too. The only thing i would love for the company to change is the recurring appointment part and add a bi-weekly & a bi-monthly and not just daily / weekly / monthly/ yearly. Plus add a background color change button for customer when booking appointment so the color behind names can help distinguish the weeks length of time between last appointment and next. Example: when booking appointments the background color behind the name is blue and the name is white. But all the customers you book are the same color, Blue. (Which is one of my favorite colors) but I would like the customers who come in after 3 weeks to be a different color to remind me that they have been out longer than 3 weeks so it can remind me to charge more or if they need a certain service. That would help greatly!

Ughhhhhhhh. I REALLY want to like this app. Up until a couple days ago I was using Gloss Genius, but I would like a few more options for the price. I thought Square was my answer. Everything was all good until I added “modifiers.” At first, I LOVED them! Until they weren’t there to love anymore! About 24 hours after I added them, they were either not visible to the customer, not visible to me, or (my favorite part 😩) gone completely! If I view Square Appointments from my laptop, I can see all the modifiers, but still can’t use them. They seem to only disappear from my cell phone app. Customer service isn’t as available as I would like it to be. Call me old fashioned but if I click contact support and a text box comes up, I like to speak/text with a human, not an automated system that can’t answer my questions but is pretty efficient in giving me the runaround.🤷‍♀️ If I could get this problem fixed (which by the way didn’t start happening until after they did an update today 🤔) I wouldn’t be reconsidering going back to Gloss Genius. Only other super small downside, it doesn’t allow you to upload your own contracts. But you can upload a file to your clients existing profile which I think is pretty awesome.

SQUARE IS TRYING TO STEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS. I am a Professional Barber with a Private Barber Shop and I and furious that Square is promoting “SQUARE GO” to my customers. Square is just supposed to be a calendar booking app for me and my customers. I pay monthly 30 dollars so I can use their booking service… not so they can go around telling my customers to download their “SQUARE GO” app and then suggest to My Customers that they can go to another Barber Shop to get their hair cut. I would never in a million years invite someone to my Barber Shop so they can tell my customers where else to go get their haircut… so why would I keep SQUARE as a service to do that against my will. These online booking services are bullies. They will steal your clients data… they will then tell your customers to go shop somewhere else. I am dropping this service. They did the same thing that “ BOOKSY “ did. They pretend to be just a booking app for a professional and then turn around and promote other businesses to your customers. So so. Having difficulty making the appointments app work with different locations. My customer reminders don’t give the appropriate location and some have gone to the wrong place. I have tried to contact square about this and the issue was still not corrected. My intention for getting this service was having some of the communication taken off my hands. But since I still have to verify location with a lot of folks I am disappointed. I don’t like that I cannot use APPOINTMENTS & POINT OF SALE for my other locations. Everything is listed under Om Shanti which isn’t accurate and also effects square capital. Ive tried logging out of the app and logging back in under those locations but the app tells me I’m not authorized. Frustrating that this is an issue. If I discover that it’s an addl fee to include my other location features I will be even more disappointed. Otherwise the app is fine. Checkout, discounts & ease of use is good. I wish I could add a picture I customer profile tho. For massage and spa services some people only come once a year. It would be nice to have a way to remember them.

Wonderful!!. I really enjoy using this app for scheduling my hair appointments is makes everything so much easier on me I can easily view when they have booked the appointment. In addition to that adding discounts and things of that nature makes it a lot easier on me because it calculates the percentage and allows me and them to know how much they will be paying. The only thing I do not like about this app when it comes to scheduling appointments is that when 1 person makes an appointment it sometimes makes it difficult for another person to make an appointment for that same day, but honestly other than that I am really enjoying this app for booking my appointments! I really recommend this app for anyone who is looking for a scheduling system and honestly its hassle free.

Highly Recommend. I signed on with another company thinking it would be simplest since it’s attached to my website. After a few days of it not going smoothly, I looked into Square. When I saw that it is free for a single user, I figured why not sign up and play around with it? It is an easy system to navigate and offers text reminders in the free membership, which was the only feature I was really looking for. The other company charged for the appointments and extra for text reminders! Now that I have been using the system I see that I can save even more money by switching my credit card processing to Square as well. I am very happy so far!

More basic expected functionality missing why?. It’s a great wee app online booking page is good. I hope I’m correct in assuming ( as I’ve just started using this) booking recurring appointments are 100% automated and the biggie is the client has to approve their appointment in e.g in 12 months time say 4 days prior to the date I’ve set ? Hope that’s the case cause that’s priceless But here’s the let down, when adding the clients address it’s not predictable e.g. you have to type in the full address, even the state etc now that’s just a given on any other app I’ve tried that you type eg 2 Jones Street and the full address comes up this app is way behind It’s a shame I’d love an explanation? Not all small businesses have a fixed address! Tradies would love this but it lacks functionality

Great app. One thing it needs is an easy switch between accounts, just so I don’t have to sign in and out between work and my business. One thing you guys don’t seem to have is like a form filling out app, I need clients to fill out a health questionnaire and sign a membership/terms of service agreement. It’d be amazing if we could build that on app and have them easily fill it out and sign it through an app.

Love it, but…. I love this system. I run a small beauty salon from home and Square works brilliantly for all my bookings. My clients love the reminders too! However, with your new update you have removed a feature that was simply fantastic - synchronising Google Calendar with Square Appointments! If I still want that feature, I have to pay $40 per month for it! This is a real shame. It’s the only feature I need from your paid plans so it’s not worth the money. Other than that, it’s great 👍

Group booking feature needed. Needs a group booking feature. I am in the fitness industry and until this app introduces this feature, my clients cannot book in for group sessions.

Not bad but does need work.. One feature I really wish it has was the ability to book group session/classes. In so many businesses this is a vital feature in a schudule management application. To be honest I’m quite shocked it’s not in this. Other than the few issue here and there it’s sort of ok. I’m still deciding if the lack of these features is a deal breaker. Edit: one issue is fixed but I now have a new problem. My business operating hours are not updating in the calendar. I originally had it set to start at 9:00am but changed it to 7:00am but in my calendar it’s still shaded out until 9:00am and on my client booking portal it shows up available hours at 7:00am but if you click on a service to make a booking I can only book after 9:00am. Please send me a link so I can report these bugs and send screenshots.

Good scheduling app. I really love square, it’s perfect for my business! Easy to use, simple and minimalistic which is what I want. Although, I’m unable to process payments with square as it ‘can’t verify’ my identity, which is frustrating as other payment processing apps have. It would be great to have bookings and payments through the one app! I’ve had no support through customer service regarding this issue.

Beauty salon user. Beauty salon user - love the appointments app, especially as it’s free! Would be even better if my services were listed in their categories when clients are booking in online. Rather than one massive list of services as it’s quite confusing, overwhelming and messy looking. Also when rebooking your client you need to be able to see the calendar. At the moment you can’t so you just have to book them in and then change it once booked when you can see the availability. Again this feature is actually very important for repeat business and it’s not professional at all as you end up sending out text messages with incorrect appointment info. I hope this changes then you will be just as good as all your competitors.

Appointment app. Such a great app and free for single sole trade small business. Couples improvements could be done i did called the appointment service and they are takin all idea and feedback on board for improvement! Highly recommend

Amazing!. I’ve been using square appointments for a few months now and love it! It’s so easy for my customers/clients to book appointments, easy to check out with my square reader.

Great app!. Overall this app works really well, love the option to have repeated bookings. The only thing I can suggest is the ability to connect to the square terminal from the appointments app. This would be great so I can check out from the app where I already have the costumes details and price ready as well as being able to print them a receipt. Not sure why you can only connect to the square with it.

DDC. I love this App and fully recommend it to anyone with a small or large business. It has so many options and keeps all my appointments up to date and reminds my customers the day before. I have also had heaps of compliments on how professional it is.

Good service. I find using the app easy to navigate and very useful although there a few options that could be added for a greater service. 1)Adding a ‘financial forecast’ in the reports. 2)Adding an option to categorise services & items rather than just rearrange the order. 3)Have a feedback email or link, very few people use community forums and this is the advised way to request a feature. App intermittently has push notifications errors.

Almost perfect!. Our service based business offers mobile and on-premise services. After comparing options, Square definitely ticks the most boxes for us. Compact readers for card payments out in the field is awesome. The apps allow for smooth communication and usability between multiple employees regarding customers, addresses, appointments and payments. Customer support is great over the phone in Australia. Highly recommend.

BRILLIANT. First software I’ve ever used that has the ability to do payments and appointment and messages and receipts in one go! Super easy to use! My clients love it and really like that it creates comfort in the software for them! Would recommend to anybody!

Great app for freelance makeup artist and spray tanner. This app is really useful for bookings for a sole makeup artist and spray tanner. Great to be able to have certain things set up online for booking but also add things in manually. Also great you can check straight out with square reader in this app. Few improvements could be made but hoping they will come in the future.

Should’ve option to prepaid services. I am very happy the appointment booking. But square should have option to sell prepaid multiple treatments. Now when my client prepaid 4-6 skin or beauty Services it is very hard to add the sale and record of purchases. If square have option to tick prepaid and deduct the prepaid as they use the services will be way better. Now i have to make so many notes for the sales. In long term have to see other app for POS if square didn’t change it.

Square POS and online booking system. This has saved me so much time, completely organised my bookings, clients and appointments! I highly recommend this to any small business! The square POS reader is fantastic! Easy to travel with, connects to phone, is quick to process payments again I highly recommend!

Square appointments so easy to use. I’ve recently switched to Square and find it simple to learn and use. It’s really well thought through and there are links to everything you might need. Highly recommend it.

NOT HAIRDRESSING FRIENDLY. I’ve been using this free square calendars for clients to book their appointments however behind the scene this calendar is not suitable for business owners in hairdressing… too many clicks to get from A to B… and too complex just to do a simple tasks… compare this to other hairdressing booking system this is very complex! Do I recommend this to my other fellow business owners in hairdressing NO!

Best scheduling system. Been running business for many years on a third party booking system in the amount of fees and inconveniences that I encountered switched over to square appointments and it has made my life and my business run like a well oiled machine

Very handy all in one app. It’s great that this app includes payment options with the appointment calendar. I have been using this app now for about a year and have had very little trouble. Over this time they have changed the way that you pick dates for appointments which was annoying at first but I have adjusted to the new system. Still could be a bit quicker and more efficient. But overall works well and is reliable.

So impressed. I use this booking system for my holistic therapy business and I am so impressed. I love that it does everything for me. Bookings, payments, reminder texts, reporting.... I could go on. Very happy with this program.

New Hairdressing Business Appointments. Urembo Hair and Beauty is a start-up Salon with a full range of services. We committed to the Square products and have so far been very happy with the ease and automation of functionality for bookings and payments. Highly recommend having a look :)

Expensive, limited features and not even built for the Australian market. My biggest complaint is that there is not Australia post shipping option to create a label. Or not even a plug-in that will allow it The other issue is that when customers fill out their address, they often do it in the wrong format. There needs to be an address plug-in which automatically completes a customers address

Easy to navigate. Very easy to use the app and efficient having everything linked

Easy Peasy Booking System. Simply love the simplicity of the Square Appointments System. Clients can easily request an appointment, I approve it and confirm if it’s ok. If they need to change or cancel it’s easy for them. So client friendly. Text message reminders to my clients are a lifesaver 💕

Feel conned after price changes. Adopted this from square as it complemented the square payments. This was offered free of charge with no mention that this would be a short term deal. Now all of a sudden they want to charge and boy do they want to charge. There plan goes from a basic free to $40 being the next level!! All I need is integration with my Google Calendar, but they want $40pm for this! I probably only get 5 to 10 appointments per month using this system so $40 is just ridiculous. Looked at SimplyBook and their next level plan is only $10pm a much more acceptable figure. Can’t believe that as an existing Sqaure user and as an early adopter that they didn’t offer the ability to stay Free of charge or at least at a discounted rate. Poor form Square very poor form :(

Appointments for Mobile Business. Square is great, only shortcoming is that appointments display customer name, & service. To know where my next appointment is, I need to stop & open the appointment in full. Also some customers have multiple addresses. Square Appointments doesn’t cater for that either. If calendar display field could be customised, that would be great. Otherwise I will be adding bookings as a private event.

Love this- I’ve tried 20+ different booking softwares. Take it from me, I’ve tried 20+ different softwares and each lack something I need, but this is the closest to perfect I’ve found. PLUS it’s a super easy layout & apps work in conjunction with eachother perfectly (square appointments <-> square invoices) HOWEVER - I would like to see the following features incorporated into updated please: 1. The ability to take deposits (through appointments & website online bookings) 2. Customisable text messages. 3. Booking clash alerts (so we don’t double book someone)

Become expensive. I wrote that before and unfortunately as this software become paid its far behind competitors. If you small business you can still easily use free version as you not gonna much need anything from paid options except… google calendar-what a simple move to push you pay $40/month. And as square appointments are just sea of the blue appointments without any option of notification on mobile or widgets for quick orientation you decide to pay. It missing also categorised treatments for customers as now it’s basically just list of services without even option to highlight your best seller on top of others. It’s still can’t work with prepaid services as lost of Beaty salons selling packages for treatments. and many others Fees are quite high as well 1.9% and 2.2% for manual payment is almost double to competitors

Best app ever. I use the free function as I have no need for any more. I still can’t believe it’s free! It syncs to my google calendar. It send notifications. It literally does everything I can think of. I loveeeeeee square!

How did I ever operate without this. This app has transformed the way I do business, and manage my many bookings each day. As a tradesmen offering repair services I often make 5-7 appointments per day. Square has enabled me to manage all of those bookings, and manage my invoicing right there on site, which has made debtor days a thing of the past. The booking process is smooth and simple, and customers always praise the fact they receive booking confirmations. The invoicing is seamless and the square reader is faultless. I run it all from an iPad and customers love the modern interaction. I would rate this app 10 stars if I could - absolutely love it!

Love it. Just one little bit of feedback. There’s the option for recurring appointments on a timeline. Say every week, every four weeks, once a month and so forth. But... for example. I have a client that gets massages on the second Saturday of every month. I have to put them all in manually. Because sometimes it’s 4 weeks apart and sometimes it’s 5 weeks apart and if I were try and put it in for repeats every month it will repeat on the same date of every month which obviously lands on different days of the week/month. If that makes sense. So what would be super handy. Would be an option to select repeat dates rather than just a timeframe. Otherwise it’s sensational, I really can’t fault it. Square have created a sensational system! Thank you. 😊

Weird notifications. I have notification, but I can’t open them up as I don’t have access because I am a user and the administrator can’t open it separate from other security access.

Not working well for booking multiple days. Trying to use this for booking cottage rentals and I find it’s not meant to do multiple day rentals, just appointments. Should make it user friendly for all types of businesses

Cannot touch and drag appointments. I find this super frustrating. It would save so much time if we could touch and drag appointments when customers reschedule. Payroll is also not offered in Canada which is frustrating as well. Other than that, I do believe square Is daw better than any other appointment system. Please change that.

Great For Studio Stylist!. I just opened my new hair studio and I have been using this app for a few months. Its super easy to use! There are defiantly some improvements like split payments. However, I’m sure there will be more improvements. There are always great updates i get excited about..like Afterpay for my square site available now.

.7% on interact payments. I have to say it's a convenient platform but they raised interact fees to .7% when every other payment processing company charges a flat fee of 5-10 cents! With high volume of sales, this small percentage, is a high monthly fee

Good but still need improvement. I use square appointement for 2 months now Soo far pretty easy to use ! but the text messaging system has a bug and after 7 days it’s still not fixed and we don’t know when it will be fixed. There’s not alot of different colors for the staff and most of the different shade look’s the same. I would also make it faster for computer use. And being able to report an appointement with all the note information and services

More Payments!!!!. The amount of money that I pay Square throughout the year is a lot already (cheaper then other debit machines) but should this and the website not be all included in what you pay for the fees you are charged by using the "Square" as it is. I pay a percentage on sales, then I pay that plus some more for my clients to use Credit cards, then I am charged more if I don't want to wait for 3-5 days for money to hit my account there are so many fees that comes up and now you want us to pay even more to use the calendar (which I almost did until I looked at reviews) I will definitely be looking through other apps. It just seems to be greedy on manufacturers part after some of us pay upwards of and over 60-100 a month at times of our busiest season. Small businesses are having a hard time as it is, 35.00 a month pays for a case of paper for some of us.

Amazing booking. new update messed up square reader. continually says it needs update and no option to do so. even support does not know. ridiculous and stuck unable to take payments. where is the QA?

Awful. I’ve never used such a horrible app. I can barely use it for work it doesn’t load anything. The app crashes. It’s never an updated schedule. Looking at a picture I’ve taken of my schedule from my iPhone saves me more time than trying to open Square.

Incredibly slow to load the calendar. The app takes approx 90 seconds to load the calendar, also the same for all of my colleagues. Frustrating and embarrassing when the customer is in front of you. This problem has always existed in the 3 years I’ve worked here but it is slowly getting worse as the company expands

Need to more features. There are lots of missing features with the app. Et works okay but here are some missing features that could help: - deposits/partial prepayment to prevent no show no call - weekly and monthly sale preview (so far you have to manually count the amount of services and their prices to get a estimate - push notifications for all staff and notifications tap for appointments in the app version - no pictures for clients to choose services before booking Some other apps have the options to these features so I’m no very impressed coming from a big company such as Square. Hopefully they update soon

Important features now only in paid versions. I have been using Square for my solo practitioner business for a couple years now. They just made many of the important features only available under the paid subscriptions. Simple things like calendar syncing. Ridiculous. They already take 2.65% of most transactions. Time to find a new software.

Reader problems. Been loving the apps until recently I have been encountering all sorts of problems with the reader not connecting back up if I switch apps during the day. I have to close the app and restart it and then wait for the connection again. On top of that I have to do almost every transaction twice as the reader is having problems communicating with the iPad. This all started happening after I paid for the app to get the waitlist option. Not sure what I’m paying for at this point. Squire is looking like a better option for me and my barbershop

Disappointed. I am unable to attach customer name and information directly to receipts resulting in my clients not being able to claim services through their insurance. I called square support and was hung up on. So i will need to switch software.

Good app, could use some small touches to be more user friendly. Works well for the most part . Find it frustrating you can’t drag and drop to move appointments around . Also after the last update , when clicking on a booking notification , it just opens calendar but not to the date of the notification that was booked so you now have to manually find where the person is in your schedule . When editing the schedule for time off etc it has also changed to be less user friendly with choosing from a scrolling list rather than having a visible calendar view to select dates. I think these could easily be tweeked so overall a reliable app.

Review for small business. I love the app so far it’s made such a stress free process for my clients to both book me and pay in one place with the square acuity. Both I go the swipe machine and ordered my chip/tap machine and am waiting for its arrival. Definitely time friendly for editing options and convenient that there is a app I can make edits from my phone on.

Love it but it needs at least one more feature.. I love this app and I also love that you have made it free. I am still using my iCal calendar alongside this one because the square app seems to not have a find or lookup feature. So many times I have to check back to when they were here last or see when their future appointments are. The other thing that would be nice is to have the ability to drop and drag an appointment to a new spot without having to open all the dialog. Thank you for an extremely well thought out scheduling system for all of us independent contractors.

Highly recommend. I absolutely love it!!! I have not been taking appointments for 15 years because it’s too much of a pain in the neck to answer the phone and I always said that if there was a way to do it without spending a half hour on the phone with someone who’s not sure when they can make it. I have only been using it for about two weeks and already my business is running smoother with less people waiting and they are able to make an appointment anytime of day or night my customers are really excited about it also...fantastic!

Good app so far. I switch over to appointments from another online booking platform. It’s much faster and easy for my clients to use. Still playing with it and fine tuning. I would like to set a time window for the same day appointments, example: if it’s 10 o’clock and a client wants to book online I want them to be able to see 11:30. That way if I have to run an errand or return phone calls I have time to get ready for them. Also I would like my services to be color coded. I do like that if I need to reschedule an appointment with multiple services it reschedules all of them the same time. Much easier than the other platform. Thank you.

Esthetician. I love the app for one person scheduling but why do things appear then disappear? I wish if someone no shows they don’t disappear from schedule. I wish I could flag clients that are problem clients or habitual no show. I wish I could make some prepay only but not everyone. Why when it is set for CC no show protection are some people still able to book without a CC? Or a CC that doesn’t work? Why if you use fake it filter are appointments shown to clients all over the day and not grouped together? There are some things that I have noticed over the many many years I have been using that I would like to see fixed to improve for better flow. I have seen other apps from competitors with much more professionalism.

Salon owner. So far so good. Square appointments is the first booking site I’ve ever used for my salon. It’s user friendly and set up was easy. I only wish there was a place on the side bar menu for requested pending appointments right now my only notification is through text and e mail but I’d Also love a notification on the app. I also wish there was a way to send out personalized text messages from the app, not just the appointment reminders. Also wish there was a way to block certain clients in the contact list from booking, I know Vigaro has this feature. Overall it’s a great app hope more changes are coming.

Great app for mental health providers.. It’s a great app and makes my life so much easier! However, if a couple things could be added, it would be even better. First, I’d like to be able to alter my work schedule on the app. Second, I would like to make “office” appointments and “virtual” appointments. COVID-19 has created so much telehealth movement in mental health. Having this feature would be so helpful. Ideally, I would like to lock my appointments as virtual or office and have appointments where the client can choose virtual or office. This would be a great feature! Lastly, I’d like to be able to set my calendar with details like every other Saturday, etc. Rather than having to set the off week as unavailable.

Pretty basic. I appreciate that Square continues to branch out and provide the opportunity to accomplish 95% of the tasks needed to run my business. The schedule thus far is pretty limited and cumbersome. Some thoughts: - more ability to set preferences that are business specific. I.e., rather than just being able to assign business hours, actually limiting the calendar view to those hours, or at the very least not having to view and scroll through 24 hours would be preferable. This would also change how cramped the information is on the screen in calendar view. - adding a button that takes you to “today” without having to navigate. This should also include a monthly calendar on the perimeter so you can easily book months out if needed. - a more robust interface to service and inventory system Overall improve the feel and aesthetics to simplify through intuitive actions and results. Color would help a lot. Bolder/larger fonts, headlines. Using color blocks to easily delineate navigation from tasks. Make it fluid, beautiful and reduce the steps required to accomplish something as simple as scheduling and checking out.

Square listens to feedback buuuut. I’ve been using Square for my small business grooming shop for 2 years now. I’ve slowly asked for different things and they’ve always made small accommodations and listened to how the app would better serve my type of business. I asked for colors to differentiate between services on the calendar so at a glance you can tell if say someone is a large dog or just a bath/brush out etc. To my surprise they did it! I edited my services to reflect the colors to differentiate. Awesome…just wonder when it will come over to Mobil? I rarely use a computer for my business. All Mobil and iPad. For convenience. I look forward to the colors coming to Mobil💗

Used to love it. But then they became greedy. I have been using this for years. They’ve made it so in order to use functions that used to be included in the free app, you now have to pay for a subscription for. Generally speaking I wouldn’t have an issue with this if there were extras or added things that were more beneficial. But I am a very small business, I use the reminder texts with the client confirmations and that’s it. This is the only feature I use in the next bracket for subscriptions. The confirmations is now in the 30$/month subscription. That’s 360$/year. For something that I’ve already been using and Square still send the texts they’ve just removed the ability to confirm. I used to recommend this app to every person I knew that could use it or upgrade from another app they were using. I won’t do that anymore.

Great easy to use app! 💚. So far I’m loving this app, not only is it free to use as advertised. But it’s also simple and easy to use for myself and my clients. I gave this app a 4 star only because I wish that I could set certain days of availability, sometimes I’ll open up a Thursday for a certain week but I’m not available the next Thursday. So it’s very annoying that I have to constantly turn availability on and off to keep clients from booking dates that I’m not available for. Also the profile could look more customized maybe with being able to change the profile or font colors or something, also it would be great if I could add some pictures of my work for new clients to browse. Other than that it is 100% APPROVED BY ME! 😊

The Best. By far the best! I am enjoying this appointment app better than all the others I've tried. It would be nice for when they book an appointment they pay a deposit right then. For now I have to manually charge the booking fee by sending an invoice. It would also be nice to have a "special hours" option on or off. This would trump my regular hours for a specific day one time. Im closed on Saturday, but sometimes I can open up. So instead of changing my regular hours, I can turn on "Special hours" and it trumps the regular hours for that specific date and not every Saturday

Accessible with voiceover very useful for blind business people. I like this app. I am a blind massage therapist. Since I cannot see, I use an iPhone with the accessibility application called “voiceover“. I use the online scheduler. My clients love it also. It gives them full access to my calendar; and, frees up my time, to do other things. I use the chip reader in my office, it works like a charm. Creating financial reports, looking up transactions, sending out invoices, it’s all fabulous. Square does collect about 3% of all my card transactions; they make money off of me; makes it possible for me to be in business as well. It is a win, win situation!

Love / hate. Self employed, nail tech here ! And I love the concept of everything, love that I have a lot of options to charge or edit my services; I like the customer address book ; I kinda like the online booking; amongst other things but what I do want to specify is what I hate about it: What I dislike is that through online booking I cannot specifically state what times i have open for an appointment. Also, there is no simple deposit option. & When checking out a client there is no tipping option through my phone! Like whaaat?! I also cannot make note to specify what other form of payment was done nor am i able to adjust the pricing! It would be awesome if these problems were fixed….

Great integration for me but not user friendly for client. I have been using StyleSeat for years and while I would like to keep square appointments because it is free, some clients have complained that it is hard to get to and we all know about out of sight out of mind. I have noticed an instant decline of appt booking. People using style seat with their client have an app button that is always on their phone screen which provokes booking. Square kinda causes them to have to search for the last text or link. I’m honestly thinking about going back to StyleSeat for this reason. If I don’t have any bookings I don’t have any money for you to process. Just a thought! Thank you for years of service!

Horrible app when comes to your money so disappointed on them. I’m really desapointed on them they not protect your business or money , I will tell you this I’m hairstylist and been using their booking app for over a year now , I had clients no showing on their appointments I charged the fee that is clearly described on my website the policy cancelation and well a client call the bank and said she did not approve it and I ended up paying the fee what did square did for me nothing do not used this app if you are hairstylist clients can call their bank and say things like this and you can’t win a dispute and square do nothing

Pretty Good. I’ve be been a barber for 20 years. I’ve been using square products for past 8 yrs. I have never had one complaint. So I decided to try their appointment app. It works great but customers cannot book qtr appointments. For example if you have a 9:45 open the customer is only going to see 10:00. You can lose a lot of money through out the day if the app doesn’t show any of your qtr appointments open or it’s s going to show no available. Trust me I have experienced this already,. Something so basic I don’t know why square hasn’t already implemented this.

No way to mark completed appointments. Square appointments is great. I even integrated my website with FB to make the appointments work together seemlessly! But, why did nobody think of marking completed appointments as done! I’m tired of seeing every singe old appointment in list mode! I want to see my upcoming appointments in list mosde so I can actually find them! The iOS app is kinda lacking you updated it twice and still no way to mark them done? What are they doing? Only making adjustments for compatibility? Why would I want to see old appointments they are completed and need to go away! I don’t want to click delete or new appointments I want it gone…. You This makes no sense! I can’t be the only one with these thoughts that it should let me tell it that my appointments are done. They are really good at screwing up the whole experience. It’s great right up to the point when you realize the one thing it should have doesn’t exist! Kinda ruins the whole thing! It’s like my car is great! …. Until you realize that you can’t put the car in Park without killing car after you stop!

Square will no longer be free for individual use. Square is going to start charging based on tier system starting end of april 2022. I’m a little sad about it as the free service doesn’t include important features like no show protections/creditcard. Speaking of no show protection- I realized customers can remove their credit card after making an appointment… and if they don’t show up, you won’t be able to charge them a no show fee. This is important because of this feature is being charged and there’s no protection…. Why are we paying?

Appointments ap for square. I’m struggling a bit with navigating this app. I am a therapist and am only able to check clients out on my phone or device. I also would like it if the app had a way to allow clients to book certain types of appointments on their own, while I manage and have control over the other appointments. I also dislike the appointment reminders automation. I have no way of confirming they are sent. Lastly, what I really dislike about square appointments is the website integration. My clients would have to click a link to click another link to pull up a page full of redundant info to book an appointment. This app and integration can not be modified for branding and is difficult to navigate. I hope for a lot of significant changes, in the update, so that I and other therapists can find it integrates well with our business.

Pretty great for free!. So I really love that this app has a free version. The Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because for me it is really annoying that when I make an appointment by starting with the date and time rather than the clients name, it randomly changes the date and time to whatever it feels like… sometimes a date that has already passed. Making me have to fix it, which sends my clients wrong appointment confirmation then the corrected one. Even though I know this, I still, out if habit, start by selecting the date. Wish they could fix this little detail!

Salon Schedule. I used another phone app for scheduling about 5 years, when they took the site down for upgrading. My business had no warning of the shut down & couldn’t wait a full month. I found square scheduling at that point. Transferring was very easy! I especially love the recurring scheduling feature and adding photos to my client files!! It connects to payment, accepting several forms of payment! I can keep track of detailed business, such as services, sales, expenses and tips! This has made the business end of my hair salon fun!!!!

Was Great but Becoming Dissatisfied. I own a tattoo studio and have used this for a year. However, one of my favorite things was that I could merge my square calendar with my google calendar. Specifically, because I could see my upcoming schedule and appointments on my Apple Watch due to my hands being busy all day. Now, I suddenly need to upgrade to a $30 membership to continue merging my calendar. Isn’t taking a chunk out of our transactions enough to pay for that? $30 isn’t a big deal and it wouldn’t bother me so much, but it’s obvious they strategically chose the one thing that made things super convenient for the members that didn’t need all the extras just to push them into a paid membership.

This is exactly what I needed!. I have been searching for an app to send automatic text reminders to my clients, to keep me organized & that was easy to use. I looked at this app before & the only thing that was keeping me from getting it was the monthly cost.. but when my husband told me that Square was now offering it free for a single user, I immediately downloaded it. I REALLY love this app, it does exactly what I need, it’s well constructed & it’s so convenient that you can make transactions from it as well. That being said, the things I would like to see changed is to give the option of a completely custom reminder text & the ability to reorganize the order of sale items.

Love it...would be perfect with a few minor adjustments. Really love that I was able to import my clients from another calendar, update the schedule from the office computer or on the go on my phone. One thing I miss about my old scheduling app was the ability to distinguish type of service by color...that way I knew at a glance what my day/week looked like. It would also be nice to be able to click through an appointment to adjust customer info (on the computer) instead of having to go back to the customers field, search for the customer change info and then back to calendar. It’s a bit clunky. Other than those 2 things I love it:)

Squareup solid booking app. It works for our aesthetic business. It looks rudimentary but works well enough if you don’t know what you are missing. With this app people are booking like crazy at all hours. Definitely eases customer resistance to getting started. It updates calendar on whoever calendar you point to. One or several. I wish it had more integrated messaging to customer . I wish it had questionnaires for customers at time of booking. New customer or regular customer? Are you bringing friends? Are you getting service 1 or service 1&2 or do not know ?

FED UP. I’ve been using square for years now for basic card processing no issues. However, since I started appointments a couple years back I’ve had nothing but problems. No show fees not going through, clients will try to book but say times are u available when They are. I even checked and triples checked to make sure my settings were correct. Call or email square and no help what so ever. Now they want to charge. Let me tell you I have ZERO problems paying for something I use, but I do have a problem with me paying for something that doesn’t even work half the time!! Not to mention that two of my coworkers have been hacked. I’m fed up, I’m done. Currently about to switch back to Vagaro or look into gloss genius.

Little flaws here and there. I was originally using the regular square credit card app. Then they came out with appointments. I do enjoy the app however, it has minor flaws here and there. The most recent I ran into is that my clients will schedule months or even for the entire next year. I did a price increase at the first of the year this year and it did not change the price for any of the services schedule prior to the new prices. I will have to go in for the entire year to redo this. Thank goodness I don’t require a prepayment, they told me I would have to refund, cancel, rebook and recharge all of my client if I did. So now I have to cancel all the appointments and rebook them all … this confuses my older clients a lot.

Client/Appointment grouping. Need to implement a way to group multiple customers into one transaction in order to close out multiple appointments instead of processing each appointment individually. This is especially important for incidences involving families or couples who receive services together but also keeping their profile and notes separate from each other. Add the option to include multiple customers/appointments to the checkout screen so they’re on one transaction. Right now Square shows multiple appointments but there isn’t an option to select more than one appointment to be included on one transaction. Need to have that function added.

Decent but needs more features. Please allow deposits! It’s been years and still no sign of deposits. The only way to do it is “prepayment” but then that shows the appointment total balance as completed and you can’t add a balance to the appt after they’ve paid, or you can manually send invoices for deposits but there’s extra steps for that are unnecessary. Most other booking platforms offer this I’m not sure why Square still doesn’t. It’s a great app for the most part but it lacks a lot of features that make it almost outdated compared to others. And we’d love the ability to block certain clients from booking!!

Not for me. It doesn’t give you the option to hide client’s name on the appointment calendar. So if I’m trying to book a follow up appointment with a client and I want them to see what is available, they also see who all has made appointments with me. I’d also like the option to “hold” a time slot without marking as personal (which doesn’t block out anyway) or entering a customer. The price variability option isn’t great. My prices may vary and I wish there was an option to take the price out of online booking all together. If they want to know prices, they can call or view my website. This just opens me up to price shoppers. Also, when I book out personal time, even though I select it to show me as “busy” it doesn’t fill in the time right away. All these make me uneasy using this app, especially when I don’t know what mess the client sees on their end.

Very upset with square. I have used square appointments for years. Appreciate that there is no additional cost but also understand they get paid on every transaction I make. Well I woke up this morning to see an email saying my “Square Appointments Free Subscription has started”. Confused as I’ve had it for years. I go to my calendar for the day and NONE of my square appointments are on my Google calendar! I have a virtual buisness and in person visit and use different systems to book both. They both link to Google calendar so that I don’t have any double booking. Well not anymore!! With no notice whatsoever they took away the free Google calendar connection! When I went to my account I see that I have to now upgrade to have that feature. They have now lost my business and I will have to find a new system and processing company to give my money to.

Happy Hairstylist. Super easy to use and really love the details I can apply to my schedule. The only thing I wish the calendar had on it is Holidays. Obviously bigger holidays I’m aware of specific dates but I would love to see something showed that it was a holiday. I find myself booking clients on holidays that are changing dates and not realizing until a week or two before. Maybe having the day a different color or some kind of indication that it is a holiday to promo or me to look at a different calendar. It would make it absolutely perfect, otherwise it is great!!! Love Square and love referring people!

The app is excellent... when it decides to actually work.. I use this app for a mobile dog grooming business and it is very important that the app is functional. However, at least every other week my app will consistently crash every time I open it. I googled how to fix it and a lot of people have the same issue. I have to delete the app and put my info in again to sign in. It is a hassle, and if I’m on the way to the clients house and my app crashes it delays my whole day. I’ve gotten to the point where I keep the addresses in my notes because that’s how often the app crashes... it’s a fantastic app whenever it decides to actually work.

Tier pricing mistake. I am a single person provider who has used this service for 5+ years and me and my clients enjoyed this service until recently. They no longer offer confirmation/reminders to my clients unless I switch to a $30/m service that also includes a litany of other services I will not utilize. With a company this large I expected better market research before rolling out changes to pricing and services. MANY other apps offer everything square used to for FREE and I will be moving into them along with many other providers like me. Maybe they don’t want single providers such as myself.

No Good For Multiple Locations. My business recently opened a second location and we realized when trying to set up appointments that although Square itself allows us to set up two separate locations for pricing and transactions, it doesn’t allow us to have two separate calendars so that each location has their own appointments. It’s too confusing for employees and customers to use at this point, not knowing which location they’re supposed to be going to. It makes it even more confusing when we have customers that frequent both locations. We would love to see this updated and changed so that both locations can use Square Appointments!

Really like, hope for differentiations between cliental. I really enjoy this app for my event venue business! I had some issues logging in but finally was able to log in. I do hope that in the future they add a way to differentiate between clients. It would be super useful if you were able to put different colors for clients. For example, I do tours, booking appointments and appointments for clients! It would be awesome if I could put new clients as one color and then clients that have actually booked with us as another. This would make it easy to see who is a client and who just took a tour!!

Love the scheduler. The square has been the best app. I’ve tried others and there’s been too many small issues. It’s really easy to use once I got it figured out. I can link my phone contacts to the appointments made, and edit them if needed. Love that. One bug is that it will allow me to double book myself and doesn’t warn me of the problem. I do a lot of scheduling out, and prefer to be able to set it up for every 3weeks or 8 weeks, but it won’t show if I’m already booked or it’s a holiday. Overall I do believe that will be fixed at some point, so it is a great combination app.

Crash Chaos. I’ve been using Appointments since 2019. They were great and intuitive with updates, app improvements and functionality. Come 2022 til present and it’s been chaotic with server crashes that impeded VITAL access to client info needed per visit and functionality that was flawless to now does not work and the techs don’t seem to even understand functions they created that now don’t. It’s a real shame. Customer service is mediocre now than initially when our company started working with them. I hope you improve because we have invested much and rely much on this app. To migrate to another system is a MAJOR overhaul but still an option. Let’s get it together guys, aside from this your system worked amazingly before

BARBER!!!. Wow!! I never new it could all be so simple. Instead of tryin to be my own secretary, or virtual assistant - this app has made my job as a Barber so much easier! I never double book anymore. I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to answer a call or text about making an appointment. At first I was reluctant to use it. But the reaction from my customers was great!!! Everyone preferred being able to make their own appointment instead of having to wait for me to get back to them!!! I’ve gain more clients!!!! Give it a try and see for yourself!!! As for me I’m booked for the next two weeks !!! Lol

Love it. Except for 1 thing…. I love this app for booking my clients for my hair salon appointments. It’s easy to use and works like a charm. My only complaint would be is the way the client asked a book, it makes them think that they have to set up a card every single time they book an appointment. Which results in several files and several cards for one client. Same thing if they change their phone number or something. Instead of having an account that they can log into and then book the appointment, they have to re-book it like they’re a new client every time. It’s hard to keep track of their past appointments when they have several different files for one client.

Too expensive for individuals!. The app and features are good but I can’t give it more than 2 stars because of their price and their lack of transparency in advertising the “free for individuals” perk. It is actually $30 a month for an individual but the booking site is included so they call it free... imagine if everything you bought called the inclusions free. Hey I bought a car it came with a free steering wheel! Like, come on. You’d gain far more subscribers if you dropped the individual pricing to $10 per month. I’ve read reviews all over screaming the same thing so if your greedy corporate execs don’t want to listen then they’re just turning down revenue. As a shareholder I personally find discern in a company that limits their profitability by cutting off their nose to spite their face. Lastly beware, they are using verifiable fake reviews to promote their services.

Please for the love of Geezus!. I love square appointments but I really wish by now they could let you check out multiple appointments at once instead of having to do each individual ticket. This has been an issue for over the 4 years I’ve used square. I don’t understand how there’s so many of us complaining about this but it has yet to be addressed. I also wish there was an easy way to update my items in square or quick books and it synced. If there’s a way I haven’t figured it out and it’s just a hassle having to make sure you update that item in both square and quickbooks individually.

Love this app for my salon!. The one thing that I wish they would fix is the fact that each time a client logs in to make their own appointment; it creates a new client. I wish each client would keep a specific link for them and then they wouldn’t have to enter all of their info each time. For example, Suzy has an appt, she can click her link that is her name specific and it keeps all of her info in one spot. Currently Suzy has to re enter each time and it looks like I have 10 or more of the exact same Suzy’s- it’s annoying! Other than that hiccup- the app is amazing!!!! My clients love the reminders and I love the fact that I don’t have accidental no-shows anymore!

HELP FIX BUG! SCROLLING ISSUE. Been using this app for almost 3 years and suddenly encountering a very annoying issue. When I check client out, then go to “BOOK NEXT”, select new date...then scroll to edit the new time...the SCROLL keeps changing every time I stop at my desired time. So basically if the current time is 3:00 and client wants next appt to be at 3:30....I would scroll the minutes form “00” to “30” and then stop BUT then the scroll will automatically move to a random number like “48” mins and then I would have to scroll the 48 back to “30”. This will repeat about 3-4 files before it stays at 3:30. I have called Square for help, deleted and reinstalled app couple times, rebooted phone, update phone etc. nothing helps. I have a screen recording if anyone needs to see it. TIA

Needs Monthly View. This has been a super switch for me from a calendar that doesn’t confirm to me not having to think about it. My biggest, major complaint is there isn’t a month view. I can’t look at all 30ish days in one shot, I have to go by day or week. That monthly view is super important for me when I’m scheduling appts on site, so I still find myself going back to my old scheduler where I already have appts booked out just so I can get a better view of my month. ****PLEEEASE**** develop an option to look at the entire month in one screen!! That’s the only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars.

GREEDY. Jumping from FREE to $30 a month for basic services that were included in the free version for YEARS (like confirmation texts) is a punishment to faithful customers everywhere. That’s $360 a year. What a joke. Yet another company trying to dip their greedy little fingers into our INCOME. I’m a full time independent nail tech, booked back to back all day. I don’t use online booking so a vast majority of this app is not useful to me. However, my business relies HEAVILY on confirmation texts. It’s about the only reason I got this app to begin with. One day, with zero notice, I was no longer receiving confirmations anymore. Talk about a slap in the face! Most of us are running our business entirely alone. During these times a lot of self employed people are barely getting by. What about all the money you get from us for processing fees? And you have the nerve to want more?

LOVE THIS APP!!!. What I love the most about this app is the ability to be able to send my calendar to customers, take payments, plus I have my calendar link on social media and website. My only suggestion will be to give user not the client the ability to choose reminders and receive them. My clients are notified 30 min before meeting but like Google I like being able to receive notifications and it would be cool it would send notifications across platforms like my Apple Watch, Google mini, and my computer.

Useful but buggy. This app has helped my small business immensely. There are, however, some bugs that I hope get fixed soon. For example, if you need to leave the app in the middle of a checkout, when you come back it seems to have closed out the checkout and it’s not evident a receipt was sent to the customer or not. It should just remain at the spot where you left the app, so that you can pick up where you left off. The app also sets the appointment duration to the length of the last service added instead of the longest service added, and doesn’t offer a choice of whether services added should be concurrent or consecutive.

Can Take a Hairstylist to the next level. I downloaded it once before and found it inconvenient and confusing. So I continued using square for card payments only... i saw a colleague of mine using square to book appointments through her Instagram and i was amazed at how easy it looked. (Your clients don’t even have to download an app)so i figured I’ll try it again. I finally took my time and i slowly fell in love. I love how professional the text message reminders are. My clients love it because it keeps them on point as well. It eliminated so many calls and text. Clients can book at their own Convenience

Impressed. I’m happy that this app gives you the experience to feel like a business person even if you’re just starting out. It even sends them notifications if you cancel or they made an appointment. Also you don’t have to set up paying online and you can check that they paid in cash and you can do your own deposits separately. But they even send receipts to your client and let’s you edit the appointment after if your client missed adding on a service. I will definitely be continuing to use plus it’s all free.
