💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Works!. Crappy at&t spam spoofed numbers daily waking me up early daily. Looked for a solution and found at&t offering a paid app to stop it. Disgusting! Allow spoofed spam to harass your paying customer and charge you to block it? Shortly we are changing family and business from their crap cable that goes out several times a day and now spam calls. I decided to download RoboKiller as I could not stand it one more day. No way I could stomach paying for an AT&T extortion app. RK has blocked every daily spoofed call. No more waking me up as it does not ring at all when it is suspected spam call! Tells the caller they are being blocked and to leave a message. None do as they are spam and you can listen to them, if legit would leave a message. Then you can pick to keep blocked or allow it. Thus far RK has only blocked spam calls. I just am jealous I do not get other telemarketing spam as I would love to her the bot conversation with one as the RK live listen option of other users recordings submitted. I listened to some for a while on this app and are funny. This is a great app for a few dollars a month well worth it to block just one from waking me up! TY RoboKiller!

Blocked only 2/14 numbers in first week. I downloaded this app because daily spam was ruining my life. The reviews were promising, but so far it doesn't seem to work at all. During the week long free trial, only 2 calls were blocked while I had to add 11 numbers to the blocked list! Then there was an unknown caller that I couldn't add to the block list at all! I have an iPhone, so I can't block unknown callers in my settings (Even my old windows phone could at least do that. One of infinite reasons not to buy an iPhone!!!!!) so I was really hoping this app would help. Update: since I thought adding all those numbers to the blocked list may improve the app, I kept the app past the free trial to see the results. . . The only call blocked so far was one I needed to hear from Verizon, while I'm still bombarded by Student loan forgiveness scammers daily. Ugh! Update 2: still have several unwanted calls a day. I'll get an unwanted call that has made it past RoboKiller and ignore or dismiss the call until I get the chance to manually add it to Robo's block list, but the app still sends me a notification claiming it blocked the call for me. Not true. The phone rang and I declined the call myself without your help. This kept happening from the same few numbers so I manually added them to the list and still the calls came through.

Needs a setting to allow us to block ALL calls if wanted.... It would be Nice if there was an option to set the call blocking up to where it blocks ALL calls not in our contact list. Lately a lot of the spammers have been getting past the auto blocking from just simply putting a plus (+) sign in front of the phone number. I have literally seen where the spammer will first try and call from a spoofed neighbor number where RoboKiller blocked it, and then they immediately try again right after but just simply putting a + sign in front of that exact same phone number and it gets past the call blocking. It would just be nice if we could opt to block ALL phone numbers that are not in our contact list! It is very unfortunate that the spammers have made this one of the only options to eliminate their harassment calls. Because there are times where I legitimately get calls from unknown numbers that are important such as from my daughter when she needs to use somebody else’s phone to call me. So that is why it would be nice to continue to get instant alerts for any voicemails that are left so that we know that it may have been an important phone call. Please fix this and make it an update and then it would be a five star app!

Not true. On your ad on you say this is a free app when in fact, it’s not you have to pay a monthly subscription. I don’t have a problem with the monthly subscription, but you already lied, and I will not do business with a company who lies if you would’ve said during your ad, try it freefor a week or 30 days and then only pay your monthly plan that would’ve been different but that’s not what you said you said it was free, and I do not trust any app or company who starts off by line I own a business and if I lied to my hoping to be new customers, I wouldn’t be in business long one thing I have learned in life and in business is to have a successful business put God first and be honest to your customers and you will have a successful business and a customer for life I was really looking forward to this app but I have a roll if someone lies to me that I will not do business I wish your business nothing but well but I will pass. I know you probably don’t care but at least I got to let you know how I feel sincerely, Mr Carl, owner of Miss RooterPlumbing llc. 🛑🛑 remember at the first of their ad which cut your attention it said no one should have to pay for Robo calls please do better that’s the only reason I won’t do business with this company is because they lied🤯🤯

Deactivation Is Impossible. I downloaded this app because I was receiving so many spam calls. And it did help with the spam calls..... but blocked every single call that wasn’t on my contact list. Even numbers I’ve recently called, they blocked call backs from the same number. After missing many important medical calls, I decided to delete the app and cancel the subscription. Also, be mindful that if you call 911 and get disconnected, if the operator tries to call you back, Robokiller will block them. That’s dangerous! I tried calling my phone after deleting the app and canceling the subscription, but my calls were still being blocked. I went to their technical support and followed the instructions for deactivating but that just caused further issues. The only thing the deactivation did was stop the Robokiller voicemail response. All of my calls are still being sent directly to voicemail. I don’t even get the notification of an incoming call, or have the option to accept or deny a call. So I’m having to contact my phone carrier, AT&T, to try and fix the issue. Or worst case scenario I’ll have to get a new phone number. Spam calls are annoying, but this app is awful and needs major improvement! Difficulty canceling subscription, deactivating app, and they have no phone number to call for support; they just have an option to email and then have an automated chat.

Not Free, Who Knew?. I don’t normally write reviews for the apps I download, just the ones that have NO functionality without purchasing or if they have some sort of inherent flaw otherwise. I think this app could have been great. I’m just not willing to spend 30$ on something like this. IMO, it’s shady that any company doesn’t warn a consumer of their application’s complete inability to work without a payment. All I see before downloading this app (and giving out my phone number to a company I know nothing of besides what they themselves tell me) is that it has in-app purchases. Neither apple nor the company’s own advertising materials states that this app is not actually free. Indeed, when you open the application it tells you to input a phone number. This is to “confirm” your number. Only after this are you taken to a screen where you can purchase an annual plan for 30$. None of the functions work without a plan and instead of offering a “lite” version like many apps do, this just brings you straight to a subscription screen. I have now deleted this app - since I don’t have 30$ to waste on an app like this. But I wanted to warn anyone who may be considering downloading this. This application does not work AT ALL unless you give them 30$. I’m not going to comment on anything else, simply because I did not get a chance to use it.

Loveeeee!!. This app has brought back sanity into my life. After 2 months it's blocked 145 robocalls! These stupid disturbances used to annoy me throughout the day, now I look forward to logging in to the app at the end of the day to laugh at these idiots talking to robots. 😂 I turned the notifications off so my phone had gone back to only ringing when real people without an agenda call me. Im dropping one star because lately, it’s not blocking calls anymore or it will say it blocked calls when it didn’t. My phone will ring multiple times a day with the same numbers that were blocked before and after I send them to voicemail RoboKiller says “hey, we blocked a call!” Umm..no you didn’t. My settings are also set to not notify me of missed/blocked calls and lately they have been popping up on my phone. Was there a new update that messed with how perfectly this app was working before? Since this is a monthly fee app I need it to work. Please fix this so my life can go back to humming show tunes and enjoying the sound of silence. Now if only we could come up with an app for blocking calls from family members asking to borrow money, amirite? 😉

This is awesome!. A couple weeks ago I went online to look at different Health insurance plans. My information pre-filled into the information boxes with my phone number. I was under the impression I was on my way to viewing comparisons. Second after this information what was entered, I started receiving solicitation calls from The health Registration Center. These people will drive you nuts. They called me every day, 20 times per today, sometimes minutes apart and sometimes at the same time. The first day I answered 5 or 6 times and asked them not to call me anymore. Each person I talk to said they would update their records. The calls never stopped. They would start just before 8 o’clock in the morning and go on until 8 o’clock at night. I just kept my ringer off and thought I was going to have to change my phone number. Since downloading this App I have been able to turn my ringer back on. Such a relief! My phone doesn’t even ring anymore when they call. No more voicemails from the robot named Emily or Angie. I get a notification on my screen to open and hear them talking to my answer bot (which has been quite entertaining) and get the option to continue blocking that number. This is the best App ever!

On the fence. When I first downloaded this app about 2 months ago I was ecstatic! I did the week trial to make sure the app was something I wanted to pay for. This app was great and did exactly what it said it would do. I paid the yearly subscription for a product I believed did what I needed it too. And was perfect. Then the dreaded Verizon voice mail bug hit. Now, I know it was unexpected and not the fault of the app developers but I lost many voice mails. The only ones to get texted to me were from my husband. All the others just poof - disappeared. Once the fix was put in place there were many voicemails that showed up. I had 28 voice mails that were never texted to me. Some from my employer and even more from my husband which I thought were being sent by text. Now the “fix” is in place I have to go into the app to hear my voicemails, AND trust I’m getting every one. It’s frustrating that the app isn’t the same when I made the decision to pay the yearly subscription. Had I known in advance I would have done month to month and canceled. As it is I am debating deleting the app as I shouldn’t have to go into the app to hear my voice mails. And while I know they did what they could to fix it, and it’s still a great robo killer it’s just not what I paid for.

Blocking to Screening to...more Updates?!. This app drastically cut down on the # of spam, spoof, & telemarketing calls AND text messages I was getting EVERY DAY! I started out w/ my phone carrier’s free spam blocking service then moved to their monthly paid version, and while that helped with the phone calls, it did nothing for text messages. I heard about RoboKiller on the news, and when viewing it in the App Store, saw that it was 1 of the highest ranked spam call blockers available AND the price wasn’t too bad either! I decided to give the trial period a go - which is a great offer since it’s long enough to allow the app to “settle in” & learn your phone before you commit to purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription. The answer bots are entertaining, though I’ve yet to come across a call where someone actually has a conversation with one...but I keep waiting! 😉 The recent call screening update just ranks it higher as a #1 app, especially for those that don’t like to answer calls from #s they don’t know! I didn’t give it 5 stars because they is 1 feature I would love for it to have to make it a truly perfect app to me...the ability to block/filter out spam email before hitting your inbox (for any email domain)! ☺️😉

2 Star App, NOT 5.... ...Now that I’ve got your attention— When I first purchased this app, it worked 90% of the time, which was awesome. About 2 months ago it stopped blocking as many calls every week. More than 3/4 of them. Spam numbers that are similar to mine, which is most of them, and other numbers just started ringing straight through. I got an alert from the app stating that an extension or attachment (something on those lines) had disconnected. I took a screenshot and emailed it to Customer Service. I explained what was going on and let them know I tried to fix it with no luck. I’ve emailed 3 times, but no one will reply. Very frustrating! When I first started using the app, I had questions (and a suggestion) and wrote a couple of emails. I didn’t hear back, but didn’t think anything of it. Recently I wrote a 2 star review similar to this one. I posted it, but it’s nowhere to be found in these reviews. As for the app, seems like once they have your money— they’re finished with you. I see that I’m not alone in other reviews. READ the 1-3 star reviews! I didn’t. And if you get this app, hope that the technical gods are on your side... Because customer service won’t be.

New Feature Pretty Scammy. The new option to remove one’s personal data from various data collection sites is presented as a new feature, but after entering your personal data, doing the scan, and requesting the data to be removed you are then presented with a $60 charge to move forward. I wouldn’t expect this to be free but I’m already paying for service so by presenting it as a new feature to a paying customer then asking for more money to move forward it’s, we’ll, scammy; especially when you ask for more money for this one “feature” then an entire year of the premium service. Just be upfront with your paying customers that this is an add on feature and include the price before they enter a bunch of personal information .But you didn’t do that because you know at $60 bucks no one would push the button and you hope to scare people into paying that price when you show them their data all over the internet. So it’s scammy. But I guess down the road you can always sell the information you gathered, particularly the ones that don’t pay the 60, but you super duper swear you won’t do that so no worries right? I mean a little dishonest bait and switch between customers is one thing but selling data? No way, pinky swear, cause you’re honest, right? I should have known better.

Did much more harm than good. I was getting a lot of spam texts and felt pretty desperate to get rid of them, so I downloaded a free trial of this. I would prefer something that just blocks texts, since I don’t care about or answer spam calls— I figure that’s what voicemail is for? It’s helped a little with my spam texts, so I added a star for that, but it’s only blocking some of them. I wouldn’t mind that if it weren’t blocking every single person who calls me and playing them this awful faux-nice message that tells them I’ve blocked their number. I’m doing volunteer calls from my phone, and it automatically blocked numbers who have tried to call me back. That makes me look really cruel to people I’m trying to help, and I hate that this app doesn’t at all consider the potential that some phone calls coming in from random numbers might be important. Outside of leaving no room for politeness, this app has completely destroyed my voicemail. I hate not knowing if I’ve missed anything important, or having any influence over what people hear when they try to call me, and I regret spending money on this. If I could turn off the call function entirely and just keep the spam text blocker, I would, but this is way, way too aggressive for me to recommend to anyone.

Criminally bad. I have missed countless voicemails because of this horrendous app. I guess the carrier or the iPhone doesn’t want to allow it to do its function so you have to use some kind of get a workaround calling some number and getting a confirmation. That failed to work many times, not to mention that their default trolling message will have you troll people who are legitimate colors because the filter is not great. It was even filtering numbers that were saved in my contacts! I change that to a less offensive greeting and told people they were marked as potential spam at least. Then when I unsubscribed and deleted it because it was consistently not working and hiding my voicemails in the void somewhere he steal my voicemails for another month until I googled it in dial*73 to deactivate it. It should absolutely tell you this is necessary when canceling or deleting the app. Then when I unsubscribed and deleted it because it was consistently not working and hiding my voicemails in the void somewhere he continue to steal my voicemails for another month until I googled it and dialed*73 to deactivate it. It should absolutely tell you this is necessary when canceling or deleting the app months of Lost voicemails including important business ones. Inexcusable! Take them off the app store

An absolute Godsend!!. 10 stars plus!! I was at my wits end! I have been receiving numerous harassing spam phone calls from thieves who identify themselves as Apple Support Services. They leave robo messages saying my account has been compromised. These calls are a scam! They have called continuously every waking hour for several days and each call is from a different number. Literally within minutes of installing this app, I got another call followed by many more. To my extreme delight, RoboKiller caught these calls! Initially I used one of the pre-set recordings that RoboKiller offers. It was hilarious listening to these idiots trying to interact with the Russian dude recording I selected. The calls were blocked, but I needed to make a recording specific to these thieves in order for them to cease calling altogether, which is what I did. I deafeningly advised them to stop calling my number, threatened a lawsuit and told them they have been reported to the FTC. I ended with a few choice words in Italian LOL. It seems this did the trick because I haven’t had a call in almost 24 hours and it has been heaven! I cannot thank RoboKiller enough for restoring my peace of mind!! Highly recommend!!

Review. I love having this on my phone. However I had a hilarious message and a little naughty and I received a call from a credit union and it was blocked and they heard that. The only problem with blocking all the calls even in the neighborhood is that if I don’t know the number it blocks it and I might have missed a call from someone who I had given my phone number out to. Is there anyway of being able to see the number that’s coming in and if it has a name attached to it I could block it right at that moment and it could get a message that I have created? Otherwise this is the best thing since peanut butter and jelly sandwiches have been invented LOL. I tell everybody that they should have this on their phone!!!! The number of spam calls I have gotten has been reduced significantly!!!! Thank you for having such a wonderful system available in today’s technology where it’s bittersweet to have an iPhone. Meaning that it has a lot of pluses but there is a lot of junk that goes along with it that you don’t wanna deal with. Again thank you for offering such a great system I am a happy happy customer

Ineffective. I really wanted this app to work for me. I get up to a dozen automated calls everyday, so when I came across RoboKiller and I read all these amazing reviews (which after trying the product I'm really wondering if they weren't mostly written by the company themselves trying to get people to use their crappy app) I thought my life was about to change. It did say that Robokiller learns over time, so I didn't expect it to block every spam call right from the get go. But after several months now of paying for a subscription, well over half of my spam calls still come through! I rarely answer the calls anymore because usually it's just a machine, so you can't even get the satisfaction of bullying the jerk on the other end of the line (another reason this app isn't that 'funny' to me like it's intended to be; you can't really prank a machine with a stupid answering machine). I notice that many of the unknown calls that still come through will pop up in the RoboKiller notifications after I let the phone stop ringing like they're taking credit for a call they didn't even block! Try the free trial if you want, but don't be dumb like me and pay months for a subscription that feels more like a scam than a service intended to block scams.

Incredible, works as advertised. When I was researching this app I saw mixed reviews about if this app is legit or if it is a scam or something. Let me just tell you, this is the real deal. I had been suffering through at least 10 spam phone calls per day, and Robokiller has completely saved me. For one thing, most of the spammers disappeared after a few days. I think a combination of the call blocking and the Answer Bots made them give up. Secondly, the Call Screening has been a huge lifesaver. I love how people in my contacts list bypass Robokiller completely, so people I know don't know any difference. The only thing I dislike is the spam text filtering, but this is more of an Apple problem than Robokiller. The problem is that filtered spam texts still show a "badge" unread count, so if you're OCD about that sort of thing like me, it doesn't really help. The app does do a good job of separating out spam texts, but I turned it off since you can't hide or automatically delete these. All in all, this app is fantastic and well worth the investment! Highly recommended if you're struggling with spam phone calls like I was.

If You Like Apps That .... If you like apps that take your money and do not work, if you have hours to spend gathering and sending detailed information, screen shots, screen videos of your app not opening and waiting for almost a year for an engineer with whom you you are forbidden to communicate, (all the time being billed for the subscription), to fix the problem then this is the piece of cr@p for you! Unlike 99% of all of the other apps on my iPhone, this one will only continue to work if I never power my phone off. If I do power my phone off at night, it will not open and load the next day. Robokiller Tech-support has been working on this since last September 2018 but has not been able to fix this problem. (ok, they TELL me they will have an engineer work on the problem, I doubt they are working on the problem or have the technical savvy to fix any problem), Almost every day I need to re-download and re-reinstall this app. This App is Cr@p and TelTec the disorganization who markets it should be sued. DO NOT even consider using this app, there are others on the App store that actually work. DL MOONITZ

DOES NOT WORK WITH SPRINT!!!. UPDATE — After I cancelled my subscription customer service admitted that with Sprint the app does not work. They also asked that positive reviews be posted on social media but negative reviews be emailed only to them. Um... no. People need to know that problems exist with this app. Original post: I heard about this app from and friend and was SO excited to try it out. Unfortunately, it’s been a headache for a month. All calls, including spam, are still ringing off the hook at all hours of the day. Also, my actual contacts are all being redirected to a RoboKiller voicemail instead of my personal voicemail on my phone. I have been in contact with customer service several times and they keep giving me new phone numbers to try to correctly install they app but none of them worked. Nor have they directly answered my question, “is this app supposed to filter calls so automated calls and spammers never or rarely actually ring through AND can the app allow my saved contacts and numbers I don’t have saved but are real people who need to reach me ring through and be directed to my personal voicemail if I can’t answer. I’ve been dealing with “Frank” and he seems nice but was utterly unhelpful. He did not respond to my latest inquiry. So to sum up, this app seemed like it would be just what I needed and wanted, but in the end it fell so short I would give it zero stars if I could, and it is not worth $5 to even try it out for a month.

Very happy with Robokiller. I’ve been using Robokiller for about a year, or a little over a year, and I’m very impressed by it. Before I got it, I was getting spam calls and texts left and right, and it was really annoying. I found Robokiller in the store and did the free trial. I set up everything the app needed so it could do its purpose. To my amazement, during the free trial, my phone was quiet from spammers, and it was a relief. Sure, there were times it didn’t work, but that’s because my phone kept forgetting that I have Robokiller installed, so I had to go to my phone settings to remind it. I know it works because I’ve had people call me and tell me that it would send them to the voicemail I setup with Robokiller. Without me telling them about it. Is it pricey? Yeah, sure, but is it worth it? Absolutely. If you own a business that’s a different story, and hopefully you’re using a company phone. This is more for your personal day-to-day phone. I do, however, wish that Robokiller can separate voicemails from known numbers to my phone instead of sending them to Robokiller. If someone I love passes away and leaves a voicemail, once I uninstall the app, that voicemail is gone. So find a way to separate them, known number voicemails to phone and spam voicemails to Robokiller. Other than that Robokiller is great, and I can’t live without it. Until developers somehow manage to jeopardize it, then it’s bye-bye.

Great app, a few simple fixes could make it greater. My phone got to the point where I got 15-20 calls per day of spam, scam and spoofing. I don’t need to go into detail of what they were because by now we all know them. THIS APP WORKS!!! In two weeks I’ve gotten only 3 calls that have come through. One of them was marked “unknown” and there’s nothing any app can do about that. It says it blocks a few a day but I’m sure it’s much more since many spams just hang up and don't interact with the bot. There are however two issues. The first is the default bot message. It says you are using robocall and invites the caller to leave a message if they choose. It also says the message may not be heard. First, the caller ca talk and be recorded while the bot is talking. That makes no sense. I wish it could be a customized voicemail so in those rare occasions were a legit call gets through someone can leave a real message and doesn’t need to know they’re talking to an app. This would be huge especially for someone applying to jobs if they were to miss a call from a hiring company. Also, I missed two calls from capital one and Amex. Since much of this is crowdsourced I’m wondering if people are reporting legitimate phone numbers as spam because those numbers are calling them for legitimately unpaid bills. It’s wrong for people to report numbers as spam because they want to avoid valid calls.

THE must have app! Totes!. Without a doubt, Robokiller is the most invaluable, user-friendly and entertaining app available today. I was inundated with daily calls me from companies I ordered something from a decade ago. I couldn’t block them because they always called from a different number. Now, thanks to Robokiller, not only am I not bothered by these calls, I get a taste of sweet revenge. Unsolicited calls are automatically answered by any one of the 43 (and growing) “people” you select to take the call; from someone hard of hearing to someone in the midst of a crisis. All the pre-recorded performances are spot on and truly funny. Every time a solicitor tries, hopelessly, to communicate with one of the recordings, you can play it back, save it, even share it with friends. You can also record your self answering the phone, and, after years of hearing the same sales pitch, I’ve made recordings of myself so in synch with their pitch, I can have them going in circles for five minutes and thinking they’re talking to someone. Really, I cannot say enough about this brilliantly conceived and well designed app. For all you ‘Spinal Tap’ fans (and who isn’t?) this app goes up to 11.

Not satisfied.. and unable to remove. I downloaded this app as I own a couple businesses and from doing several ads , receive regular telemarketers or robotic calls that interfere with my daily phone usage. Someone how I went to try it out for a couple days and for some reason the yearly amount was deducted from my bank account. Issue 1. After using for a couple days I realized this was nothing that was going to work for me as it blocked the right calls and several potential new customer calls as they weren’t saved in my contacts yet. Issue 2. Upon trying to see if my money could be refunded realized that was probably not going to happen so I tried to get used to the app again. This time was no different and actually I lost a lot of money missing new customers calls. I did the next thing I could think of and remove/uninstalled the app and chop the yearly amount up as a loss. But it didn’t end there, now barely any of my calls came through even ones that were programmed in my contacts giving the caller an “ unreachable/ unavailable at this time “ message and for me I would see in a text that “ ******* number tried reaching Robokiller without success “ . I went through all my apps and couldn’t find where Robokiller was still on my phone. I had to download it again and try to go into settings. Months later and I’m still dealing with this issue with no resolve. Please help

Absolute best phone app you can have.. I have been using RoboKiller for over 4 years now. Believe me when I tell you that it’s worth every single penny of the $4.99 a month. The ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️that I give this app is only my opinion. It doesn’t just block 99% or Scam calls but it also protects your text messages, your email accounts, but a added bonus that I have realized that this app also does. It also protects your phone from devices infected with Malware if your trying to do a money transfer using Cashapp. If the other person’s phone is infected the RoboKiller app will automatically block the transaction and deny it no matter how many times or how many different accounts are attached to the infected device. That’s a added benefit that’s not advertised in the app. I have always recommended the RoboKiller app to everyone and I just tell them to give it a try. If it’s not absolutely everything I told them about then just delete the app. Luckily so far everyone who has tried the app is still using it to this day just like me.

Could be better.. I am not an app developer or anything, so maybe it is much more complicated than website development, but this app could use a few improvements. I installed it on my work phone because my number gets out there a lot. I have not had any problem with the app blocking calls, but once they get blocked I only get one chance to view the number. Sometimes it will let me tap the notification and call the number back, other times it just takes me to the apps Home Screen. I wish there was a call history on the app. Also I have not yet been able to access any voicemails that are left “through” the app. I contacted customer service and they said to upgrade the version to fix this. That did absolutely nothing. As someone else mentioned, my spam calls have increased dramatically, and ironically they have increased exponentially on my personal phone that does not have the app. I got 21 spam calls on my personal phone yesterday alone. Before downloading the app I would get 1-5 a day. Unfortunately this is my work phone so I get a lot of calls from clients who’s number I do not have saved. My only solution now is to turn RoboKiller off, but it will still silence or block calls, then I can not go back and access that phone number. Therefore I have to also go into my phone settings to deny the app permissions. It is mildly infuriating and I hope someday they add a call log to the app.

Great app, ok options. When my boss told me about this app, I was apprehensive at first, thinking it seems a little invasive. However, after having use the app now for almost 2 years, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The number of spam calls/texts that I have received has dropped to almost nothing compared to what it was before, and RoboKiller is nice enough to record the callers that still try for you to listen to later and have a little laugh. They even invite you to feel included in the process of “catching the bad guys” by asking you for feedback on the call you received (what was the nature of the call, what was the caller trying to sell you/convince you of, offer you, who did the caller say they were, etc) and let’s you choose whether to allow or block a certain caller, just in case they got it wrong (so far, that’s only happened once, but it was my bank calling, and they’ve had a lot of fraudsters spoofing their number...). My only two issues with the app right now and the call screening feature (I like the feature, but it doesn’t seem fully developed quite yet) and that you can’t separate the caller’s voice from the automated response voice on the recorded calls. I feel that implementing this last option would help the user to be able to provide more accurate feedback on the nature of the caller.

Do Not Get This App!. Got this app about a year ago and boy it worked great did everything I needed it to do for my business and gave me relief from all the scammers and Robo calls out there! So I renewed it for another year's subscription and about two months in to that subscription they totally change the app in an update without me knowing. It totally sucked, what they did was pre-screened all my calls I had to leave my microphone on and customers, doctors, hospital appointments all had to leave messages with Robokiller.I ask RoboKiller what does listening to my phone calls have to do with blocking unwanted scam calls? Answer want to make sure your experience with us is a good one and we want to earn your trust by listening to your personal phone calls! (remember RoboKiller does not have any phone number you must contact them by email only you are totally at their mercy.) (tried there 24 hour chat helpline said it was a real person they lied it's a robot!) So what happened at the end here was Apple refused to refund my money or prorate my subscription and I had to go to my carrier to totally rid this app in my phone because they had turned on some things that I did not know about! What ever you do do not buy this app especially from Apple! (go to the Internet and look up why does Robokiller need to turn on microphone?) You Will be shocked!

Thank you Robokiller. You have stopped almost all crazy calls to my phone number you allow me to review who is calling and what they are about before I accept or reject their calls. I appreciate you Robokiller Way more than I can ever say you have saved me from bogus calls and those I do not want to receive a call from as well 😜 you are well worth the small amount I’m charged each month to save me from unsolicited calls and messages from people I have no idea who they are or why they’re calling. Unsolicited calls Usually never leave a message and rarely can you call back and get a real person. Thank you Robokiller For all you do and a minimal price All I can say in the negative is that some of these numbers people call with are bogus Numbers and you cannot get anyone when you call them back they leave no message either I appreciate the funny voicemail greetings but I think sometimes it in Inhibits people from leaving a message and sometimes a message would be wonderful therefore I am using my own greeting and let them know If they do not leave a message they will be blocked or deleted from my phone

This problems and trying to get help to fix are not worth the money paid foru it. This program was best under the original developers. Yes that is what I said. Now I cannot get in touch with a real live human being about an issue that makes or breaks the deal of paying $26. something a year. When I first signed up I think it was like three dollars. Now I can write a lengthy email explaining VERY SPECIFICALLY the problem and the resppnse I get back is like trying to write to a stupid computer, or, some foreign support who doesn’t “get it” what my problem is! This is the problem. I signed up with True talk USA ( about a 50% savings of what I paid Verizon ) so I could save myself some money because bills are hard to pay with job losses etc. The problem is: I am given a phone number already programmed into instructions for robokiller set up, AND ITS THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER to use with Pure Talk! My email ends with verizon, so someone probably thinks I am a nut case! So they send me a list of numbers to use when I find out from PURE TALK USA WHAT TRANSFER WIRES THEY USE. Ok I am told its AT&T. Good luck trying to put the correct number in... the one given cannot seem to be changed! So why did I bother to find out the company wires they use when in fact I cannot change it? Furthermore, why bother when the company is so reliant on computers and foreigners, that I cannot get any satisfaction regarding my issue? Apple, I want my 26 dollars back. Now.

Rarely write app reviews. This one’s changed my life.. I’m a small business owner and because of that, my number has been listed in publicly accessible documents. Over the past two and a half years, the spam calls have been relentless — dozens per day of small business lenders trying to capitalize on gullible and naive entrepreneurs. It’s incredibly disruptive to the important workflow I have to have on my phone. I came across this app when browsing the App Store randomly about a month ago. Before I had been using Mr. Number and another SMS shielding app, which kind of worked, but didn’t actually prevent the calls. I need an iOS cell phone for certain apps but for a while I genuinely considered a Pixel because of Google’s own call screening/blocking technology. Robokiller has replicated a lot of that technology in spades. I sometimes will lose a call because of their system but it’s rare. It blocks dozens of phone calls for me daily and if someone who actually needs me — say a doctors office or a bank — will usually just go through the screener and be fine. Great app. Will recommend to others.

WHOOPS! not funny. I’ve had this app for months now and have enjoyed not having tons of Robo calls. I didn’t even mind paying for the subscription. As of the past couple of days though ... my app has suddenly started giving me the “Whoops failed to get accounts phone number” screen message and is blocking my entrance into the app ... even though I have messages going to said app that I can NOW not access. One of these was from the hospital and I have no way to find out what is in that message. I’ve heard it is a Sprint compatibility problem, but one that only started 2 days ago??? And if that was the case why didn’t someone credit my account with the now unworkable subscription? I’ve seen others complaining here of the same error message from the past couple of days, but yet the problem still exists. Customer Service has also proved unhelpful! Is it time for your loyal and caring subscribers to cancel??? At least let people know what is going on before you cause them to lose the service they have already paid you for!!!

Reduction in spam calls. I had been receiving 2-8 telemarketer or robocalls a day. The Do Not Call Registry is pretty much useless, and just trying to duck these scammers and spammers is like walking through a minefield, thanks to their ability to use “neighbor spoofing.” As careful as I had been, I had called a couple contractors and was expecting a local call - and in came a couple calls that got me on their list - and the deluge began. So I signed up for RoboKiller. It has blocked some calls, has let some pass through, and is okay... I do think there was a “magic bullet” that a caller made, and RoboKiller played the “number disconnected” recording. When that one caller heard that, it sounded like he was saying, “what? Hm, uhh...” and next thing I knew, my call volume dropped dramatically - so, to be honest, it seemed like there was a database that a bunch of scammer-spammers were sharing, and once one of them got that message, my number was removed from the database, and all the callers accessing it stopped calling. Good! But since all that, I am still receiving several calls a week that slip through, about as many as RoboKiller blocks. I don’t think it’s RoboKiller’s weakness, nearly so much as the sophistication the scammer-spammers use to spoof a number that looks legit. Still, it’s not blocking the calls, and I am exploring for a better solution.

Convenient. Thanks for a little something to help detour the I’m appropriate and unnecessary calls. However. I do feel there are some other things that could be done. For one, instead of just a recording of sounds to trick telemarketers, how about an AI that would potentially be able to engage in actually answer questions from the caller that are relevant to what they are asking but yet responding in a way that drags the conversation out yet never even giving the caller any type of satisfaction of having anything answer. Basically the AI has the ability to creat “spin” as we see in our MSM. Just an idea. Waste and frustrate the time of these individuals even further by selling them on the idea that they are actually having a conversation. Until they get frustrated and themselves give up. Also. Please fix the issue that it doesn’t work w duel SIM card devices. This is imperative for its all I used and unfortunately didn’t find out if it’s ineffectiveness until after purchase. Would make any difference if the application was purchase for each number on duel? Just curious. Answers would be appreciated. Thanks

Hasn’t worked right since new phone. RoboKiller used to work perfectly on my old iPhone 7, but since upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro Max it has consistently been a massive headache. I don’t know if it’s the new phone or the latest version of iOS. I have given RoboKiller months to get things worked out and I just canceled my subscription. First of all the app constantly resets. Second, the setup number for my carrier will occasionally disappear forcing me to use the generic setup number. Third of all occasionally the setup will fail even though everything is turned on in my phones settings properly, this will then block all calls and prevent me from even seeing that there was an incoming call. Fourth sometimes the app will have wiped itself and I won’t know it which will also block all incoming calls and prevents me from seeing that there was an incoming call. On those last two points, RoboKiller has caused me to miss several important calls that I had assumed were never made. I am sure there is some other issues that I can’t even think of, but those are the major ones. Basically my only recourse was to deactivate, unsubscribe, and delete. I’d rather deal with the spam and other unwanted calls. Also this has its own voicemail box which supersedes the native iOS voicemail box. So if you save voicemails for whatever reason deleting and unsubscribing from this app will wipe those voicemails out.

Still needs tweaks but a heckuva lot better than nothing!. As a CEO, i started my business using my personal cellphone to conduct business. Over the years, i realized that after data breach after data breach, i shouldn't have nonchalantly given out my number freely. Up until a month ago i wanted to throw my phone against a wall as i was getting between 70-90 spam calls a day. Even from out of country codes (romania in fact)! This app has reduced my already hectic and stressed out schedule and allows me to take a breath without a ****’n robot or scammer calling my phone. They even rang two times in 5 seconds to knock it out of do not disturb. I now may have 1 to 2 stray illegit calls getting through but i prefer that to 90. Thank you robo-killer! You removed the toxic air that suffocated me and i no longer answer the phone with what sounds like the demons of heck calling out for rebuke when i get called. Also i started noticing my balding hair spot growing back. Coincidence? Im only 33. No baldness genes run in my family and even though gray hair does, i only saw one and no more after robokiller. Totally worth it!

Not Able To Activate!. I have been trying off & on for about 6 weeks or so to activate this app to no avail. Every time I click on the activate button, it goes through the call process then shows that it’s attempting to activate then I finally get a message that “RoboKiller couldn’t be activated at this time.” It gives you the option to try again or to get help. Well the try again just takes me through the same nowhere process and the get help option opens up a blank screen with no options for anything. So, I have to go back and click “Try Again”. There is a support option in the top right corner of the screen, and when I click on that I get another window that gives me a chat box to click on. That opens up to something that looks like it’s opening up a page then finally get the message that says “Could Not Connect - Sorry we cant connect you right now. Please try again later.” One of the notes on the bottom of the page says to “make sure WiFi is turned off when activating.” I’ve done all of these things and am still not getting connected. I got my “free” trial period and now I’m a paying customer, but am NOT getting the service I’m paying for. I am NOT satisfied and unless the people or BOTS behind this app can help me, I DO NOT recommend it. There are a lot of good reviews, but unless something changes for me, I will not change how I feel about this app. This has been more than frustrating.

Waste of money. Don’t buy.. App claims to work, but you could get the same results with Apple’s built-in Silence Unknown Callers feature. 1: if using Standard Mode you get calls that are likely spam calls, so you hit decline and RoboKiller counts that as the app blocking the call. 2: if using Advanced Mode it requires Silence Unknown callers to be turned on, so you just never see any calls that aren’t in your contacts. No banner pop up show incoming calls, and call screening doesn’t work. Following a missed call that you actually wanted you‘ll just get a text that says Call Screening was unavailable. But hey, if you never get any calls, RoboKiller can just count that as blocking spam calls, even if you wanted them. 3: support is non existent. You send in a ticket and they just tell you to set the app back up. Basically they just tell you to run the Troubleshooting function. They also want you to turn off your carriers spam blocking functions, which fixes nothing. After you’ve gone through their steps that you coulda done just from the app or website, they’ve got nothing else and just ask you to do the same thing over and over. They eventually just stop replying to emails because that’s the only way to contact them. 4: even tho the app doesn’t work and they won’t help you, they don’t offer refunds.

Aaah yes, Silence!. Perfect app for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet. RoboKiller works quietly behind the scenes to give you that. At first I was worried I might miss important calls from people that aren’t in my contacts, but so far this hasn’t been an issue in the entire 2 years I’ve had the app. Most people who are legitimately trying to call me and reach Robokiller’s screening, will leave a message. I call them right back as I choose. This barely happens since I try to be diligent about adding people or businesses I’m expecting a call from to my contact list. When I first got the app, RoboKiller was screening about twenty to thirty unwanted calls from scammers a day, even though my number was registered for years on the government Do Not Call List. Two years after downloading this app, I barely get a notification that a scammer or telemarketer has called. There are three or four day stretches without one unwanted call. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve gotten a “car warranty”, or “interested in your property” call… I do believe this app has worn them down! The silence is pure gold.

RoboKiller is a game changer!. I have waited a few years to review this app to see if the app was consistently worth the cost. Bottom line is that RoboKiller is worth every penny! Full Review: A couple of years ago I started seeing a huge spike in daily spoof/spam calls and text messages. This made life hard because these fraudulent calls and texts were happening in between perfectly legitimate calls. I found myself either accidentally answering the calls or constantly silencing them. I dreaded the sound of my phone and would send all calls to voicemail. I was ready to change my number until I found Robokiller! The app was easy to install and I saw an immediate reduction in spam calls and texts. What’s even better is that I get to hear the hilarious recordings of the scammers experiencing a range of emotions as they waste their time with a bot. I love RoboKiller and I think the Radar feature is an awesome way to help identify & stop local scammers. I hope that Robokiller makes more trilogy bots. I think having a variety of trilogies with varied pauses after the bot says hello will keep scammers fooled.

This app does what it says.. sort of. I purchased this app because I was inundated with robo-calls 20 to 40 times a day. Robokiller stopped those calls rather quickly. I would get a few calls per day but nothing like it was before installing Robokiller. The calls kept coming so I decided to answer a few of them. There was never anyone on the other side of the call. You know that a typical robo-call will transfer to a person to try to scam you one way or another. But the answered calls never had a live person or a recording. Just dead air. I pondered this for a while answering the calls, and nothing changed. So I did not renew Robokiller and removed it from my phone. One thing I noticed was that I was not getting ANY robo-calls at all. I would think that without an app intercepting the robo-calls. There be some getting through. I stopped getting ANY robo-calls for about 2 to 3 weeks. They gradually started again. My point is that Robokiller did stop the calls. But I wonder if the dead air calls were actually part of the Robokiller app? You know, so it appears that the app is still working after it succeeded killing the other robo-calls. So yes, I believe the app works as advertised. But does the app ‘create’ calls to boost the appearance that it is still working?

No longer useful. I deleted RoboKiller today because of an over-zealous approach to managing calls. When I first got the app, known spam calls were blocked, calls from my contacts rang through with ID, and unknown numbers rang through so I could choose to answer or not. Recently this changed, so that all unknown numbers went to RoboKiller voicemail automatically, not even ringing once to alert me. This is a huge problem, because all businesses have a published number for customers, but outgoing calls are from unpublished numbers. I’m having surgery soon and every call from the hospital went to RoboKiller voicemail without ringing. I could call the hospital back, but when I left a message, the return call would go to voicemail. I tried to solve the issue first by making sure all the setting on my phone were correct (they were). Next I double-checked the settings on RoboKiller and ran their troubleshooting program. I read through their help pages. Then I looked for a support email or phone number and could not find one. I finally filled out their ‘report a bug’ page. It’s been a week and no one has contacted me. So goodbye RoboKiller. Time for a new app.

What a nightmare 😡. For the first year and a little more this app was wonderful. Completely stopped the spam calls. In recent months my friends and family we’re having problems getting their calls through to me. At first I thought it must be a problem with my phone but could not find any reason for the phone to be blocking the calls. Additionally I recently got a notification from RoboKiller of ability to analyze all incoming calls. I thought this might be a handy tool and so I activate it. Then I could not get any calls. All the calls were being blocked or sent straight to voicemail. this was not good. I tried to change back to the way it was working before this update and it could not be done I also finally connected the dots and realized it was Robo killer interfering with my other calls all along so since I could not fix it and I did not get very good assistance from the RoboKiller team I have deactivated the app however it just keeps going on screening calls blocking them sending them to voicemail I don’t know what I’m going to do I am hoping since I canceled the subscription which you can only cancel it based on the date that it renews so I am stuck with it until July 20 and I am hoping at that point it will finally die and go away. I don’t know what happened to this app I don’t know why it started performing like it did but it’s like an insidious virus that has infected my phone and there is no cure😤

PLEASE fix this app, VERY buggy and works half the time. Before you read please know I really think this app is wonderful and has A LOT of potential; however, MANY things need to be fixed. This summer, I been getting literally 5-10 spam calls a day. Blocking didn’t work and I was desperate for a solution. This app seemed more than perfect and had many unique features to get pay back on the scammers. However, the app keep uninstalling itself (not off my phone) when it’s hooked to blocking in settings. It doesn’t block calls when it unhooks itself from my phone blocking and I have to constantly check it it’s still hooked up, or else NOTHING gets blocked. Even when it is all hooked up and running, it blocks only 2-3 of the 10+ spam calls I get in a day. This is with blocking over 30 numbers + blocking ranges, how many more numbers and rangers do I have to block for RoboKiller to process “these similar numbers are scammers, block them.” Then, to put the cherry on top, it keeps telling me “RoboKiller has stopped working, please uninstall the app from you phone and re-install.” I had to go through the process of setting up Robo killer all over again more than 5 times now. I also have texting options set and it hasn’t blocked one text in 3 weeks; I keep getting spam. With updating my phone the app still hasn’t improved. Please, find a way to fix these issues.

Must Have App for Those Getting Harrassed. I was getting up to twenty calls a day (from 10 different numbers, changing daily, so there was no way to block them on my phone) from scammers, telemarketers, and robocallers. I am on the National Do Not Call registry, and reported the numbers, but that just made it worse. I was dreading my phone ringing and was at my wit’s end. I had tried another app that did not work at all. But this app had really high reviews and I figured if it didn’t work the first couple of days, I’d cancel it before the free 1-week trial was over. It worked IMMEDIATELY. Since purchasing this app and service I’ve gotten, at most, two spam numbers ringing through, and I’ve gone days without any at all, which is a heck of a lot better than twenty spam calls a day. When they do ring through, all I have to do is add the number to my block list after the first call and it never rings through again. The only suggestion I’d make is to create a way to add a number to the block list as the call is ringing through. As the app is currently, I have to copy and paste the number manually into the block list. Still, though, awesome app!

Scammers just Spoof now. App is useless. The app may be good for certain callers that use established numbers. But it is useless when Scammers are spoofing on every call. Robokiller will have you set your phone to not accept unknown callers. It then intercepts those calls with a pre recorded conversation. Your phone is blocking the call due to the phone setting anyone can do without Robokiller. On top of that I now get scammer calls marked as “Robokiller Safe Call” coming through. The scammers are outsmarting Robokiller. Robokiller needs to up their game. This was a great app a few years ago. Not so much anymore. Update: Robo Killer is good if you want to screw with the telemarketers. In exchange, you are going to get a lot more calls from the scammers. Unfortunately if you want or need to turn off the app, your phone is going to blow up with spoofed calls. In my case, I have AT&T. AT&T has its own app that can be d/l on the App Store called “Active Armour”. It is free to AT&T users and will straight up stop all of the scam calls including ones that are spoofed. I can assume that the other carriers have similar apps. AT&T has a way of knowing which calls are spoofed right off the bat and will block it. I don’t think Robo Killer has that ability. So, if you want to screw with the scammers, use Robo Killer. If you just want to stop the scam calls, use the free app provided by your carrier.

Works fairly well, but calls have increased. The app works pretty well. I purchased RoboKiller after I was constantly getting two calls a day from a fake alarm company. The app instantly managed to block those calls despite the phone numbers always changing. Setting up the app was pretty easy. Although, when reporting spam calls from the recent call list on my iPhone XS I’m not able to scroll through the list of option descriptions to report to RoboKiller the type of spam call (other than the first 4 or 5 choices). What’s troubling me is the number of spam calls I’m receiving has drastically risen since I’ve installed the application. About a week after installing RoboKiller the number of spam calls I received on average went up to 4 a day and they’re more complex such as IRS spoofing calls, fake collection calls, health insurance calls, and more. I feel like signing up for this service has either added my number to a list that attracts more spam calls, or something the application does when handling these calls has spread my number to more fake calling systems. Either way, it’s now made it impossible for me to not pay for the RoboKiller service since if I stopped paying for it I’d be getting spam calls four or more times a day. The application is also not catching all of these calls with usually one of the four making it through daily. If I get any more fake calls I’ll be back to the two a day I was at before installing RoboKiller.

Use to be awesome - NOW a Junk App. Ever since the recent update all calls are now delivered to your phone via data using VOIP. The call quality is horrible, and the call screening is not working properly. Every single call comes through VoIP via the App including the contacts that are in my phone book. This means I’m no longer getting notifications on my Apple Watch or other Apple devices for phone calls that I’m receiving. After each phone call the app is asks for you to complete a survey on the call quality. Obviously if they’re asking for feedback after every call they know that the quality is rancid. This recent upgrade is absolutely horrible. Only reason I can think of why they would push this junk update out to consumers is because it’s saving them money by delivering calls over data and not cellular. I wish I could get a refund on the year subscription that I paid for. This is not the original service that I paid for. This App received a ton of five star reviews when it first came out and would forward the calls to your phone via cellular service. I noticed that since this update most reviews are now only one star. It’s a shame that they had such an awesome app but now this is just another soon to be deleted app from my phone. I hope they consider bringing back the original service or at least give customers the option to receive calls over cellular service as a premium option.

HORRIBLE VoIP inbound call quality. They are now forcing all inbound calls through their VoIP provider rather than through your own cell provider which in my case is Verizon. Terrible voice quality, delays, echoes, call drops, calls even from contacts going to VM which can be very dangerous like when my wife (yes, both in contacts and whitelisted) called me in an emergency and kept going to their terrible voicemail system. I understand the reason and in theory it’s good but they are killing the patient with the medication. Also your voice mails are now on their system not your cell provider. If you drop their service you lose any important saved VMs plus we won’t even go into the privacy issues. I’ve been with them since inception but had to give up my 1yr sub because the service has become horrible. Sometimes it pays to leave well enough alone. Sadly I have switched to another, not as good, option. Maybe if they get away from their horrible voip provider I’ll try again. Now I see they are advertising on TV and they will get even bigger and even worse. I find it’s better to have nothing than this. They really have gone bad over the years. Oh, and forget their support. Some guy called me to try and help (it didn’t) and gave me his return phone number which always goes to voicemail and messages never get returned. You win Robokiller, you got my $30 subscription and I get nothing. Too late to cancel.

I don’t like RoboKiller. I need to know how to cancel my subscription or who to call. I do not want to be charged for a service that is answering important calls with the message I chose because I trusted it to work for all spam calls. Some spam calls are coming through. It does not appear to be able to always know who is spam & who is not. I see where I am supposed to be renewed April 2019 . I don’t want renewed at all. I don’t have any clear information on how to keep from being charged again. Updated: This blocked my moving company from contacting me Oct 2018, plus another business where a friend of mine works. Neither were able to contact me nor did they appreciate the message. It put stress on my move & had I not called the moving company, my move would have been cancelled that day. This caught a few spam calls, but RoboKiller really can’t tell when it is true spam or an important call much of the time. I hate the fact there is no customer service to contact by phone & you’re subscription will be automatically updated if you can’t unsubscribe or contact them to cancel it. I can’t delete it off my phone or following the instructions via computer because the program gives me messages that it did not work. I want my subscription cancelled I want this off of my phone with no error messages of how it is unable to uninstall

SCAMMERS and buggy app. Garbage app. Can’t even log in as I don’t get the sms verification code. Had it on my old phone which was helpful when it worked but changed phone and can’t use it anymore. Got charged for the subscription so now I’m having to go back Apple to get my money back. Update to your response : I did reach out to your support email and you never replied. It’s been a week.

Don’t waste your money!!. These so-called spam call blockers are in fact spams!! They don’t work! Period!! Why should they?? You’d think spammers with all their talents sit and watch how their only source of income gets blocked?!! I usually get 2 or 3 spam calls. I thought pay for this app and see how it works! It does not! Just feel sorry for my stupidity wasting my money for 1 year subscription! It’s passed 30 days so no way I can ask for refund! Yes, I am patient to wait and hope this app would work after missing few spam calls but it failed blocking any of these spam calls which look like legit local numbers!! Be smarter than me, take advantage of my experience (which cost me $25+) and don’t even bother installing this app!!

Be careful. You will be charged, a lot, and get zero benefit.. I received a fat phone bill for the month that I used robokiller. They forwarded my calls to a number at my expense. I guess I should have read the fine print. On top of all that, it doesn't work. Actual people who call you cannot reach you. A better option is turning off your phone. You don't receive any calls (scam or regular) exactly like what happens with robokiller but without the monthly subscription and extra charges on your phone.

Works in Canada with Fido. Not sure why so many said it doesn’t work in Canada. It works just fine for me with Fido. After coming back to iOS after a year using the Google Pixel, I miss the call screen feature so much. And this app actually works beautifully. I love listening to the scammers get trolled by bots lol. Now I wonder if some of the negative comments are from scammers themselves trying to bury this app. You get one week free trial so why not test it yourself. I did and decided to buy their annual subscription.

DON’T INSTALL. This app is like a virus, once you set it up, I becomes next to impossible to remove. Redirects important calls, and will mess up your life until you do a phone restore.

RoboKiller: you’re doing false/fraudulent promotion. In Google Search, you show up as being a “FREE” app. However, scratch surface, carefully check reviews here...& see fine print: “7 day free trial, then autorenews at your regular rate. Google should de-list Robokiller—-as well as permanent “Buyer Beware” tag attached

Cancellation. The steps to cancel your subscription are not straight forward or easy. You have made it complicated with instructions that don’t work. That is unethical marketing practices.

Worst app I used. I used to download and register for this app over a month ago for a free trial, but I do feel not good with this app, so I cancelled my subscription right away during my free trial period, but they still charged me 4.99USD this month

Scam app. I installed this app thinking it was free. When I saw it required a subscription I deleted it. Unfortunately, one week later my iTunes account was charged $40.99 for a full year! I even did not use the app and will never use it! I do not know now how to be refund ! This app is a scam that earns money more easily than spam calls! I wished I could give 0 star!!! Too disgusted to get trapped!

I was just scammed out of all my money!!. I wish I’d have read the last review! I did try to cancel, I thought it worked as the subscription did not appear on my Apple subscriptions or on PayPal. Then this morning they took $51.86 CAD from my PayPal it was the last of our grocery money for the month of July!! I tried to email and I called every contact phone number this company has and they are ALL OUT OF SERVICE!! I doubt very much that PayPal will be able to resolve this as Robokiller does not offer confirmation that you cancelled!! Do NOT download this app!! To the people who made and run this app: how can you do this to people? How do you live with yourselves after you scam them when you know full well what the world is going through right now?

SCAM. Stealing my money

Stay away from this app.. The app only works to screw up your device. It does forward the spam calls but also captures legitimate calls. Then if you try to remove it it will trash your voicemail completely. It is NOT ready to be used with Canadian carriers.

Scam..... Be aware for this people , they are taking your phone number. This is against the piracy policy of canada . They don’t have to do anything with your phone number.

Works well, should be more flexible for business. May 11, 2023 (User from Canada) I’ve been using RoboKiller for just over a year now and I’m happy with the performance. I use this for work, as I started receiving a lot unsolicited, spam type calls. A couple of issues I would like to resolved: > an option to record a personalized message for the call screening message, instead of having to use the prerecorded ones (female & male option’s current available). Several of my customers don’t leave contact info because they don’t know if they have the right number because it doesn’t identify me as the recipient. > allow an option to flag text messages as “not junk” that have ended up in the Junk Messages folder, without having to create a contact. In some cases the text message are from auto-generated notifications and not necessarily a contact. > there is no “badge” notification on the app when someone leaves a voice message. I’ve turned this option in in settings and my apps are up to date, but still no badge notifications. Aside from these issues, the app has made nuisance calls a thing of the past.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work! Still receiving scam calls from the same area, give my money back!

Scam. First of all the app doesn’t work in Ontario Also it doesn’t say it’s a Subscription app It says free free usually means you don’t subscribe and there’s no cost involved don’t even bother trying this program the company is a scam

Stops working and leads to extra carrier charges. After about a week and a half it simply stopped working. No change to settings, nothing. It just stopped screening calls. I also must have missed the small print about additional carrier charges. The app “forwards” calls in order to screen them. I was surprised when I received my phone bill and had been charged a flat fee for each call I received that was forwarded by the app. So in addition to the subscription fee for the app, your carrier may charge for the call forwarding. Bottom line: it cost a whole lot of money for absolutely nothing in return.

Not for Canada!. You really should not let Canadian users download and go all the way to payment, if this app is NOT usable with Canadian providers!! I don’t know how to get my money back now.

Takes all your info BEFORE paywall. I gave it all my information and verified my account, then it reveals that it costs money to do anything.

Does not work in Canada. Funny they want to become the scammers now. This app does not work in Canada. It’s pointless. I don’t see why they don’t admit that in their review replies. When you reply to a scammer they add you to a list of gullible people. So by RoboKiller responding to all these calls they are adding you to every list for gullible people in India and Africa. So they create a dependance on the app or you’ll see way more spam calls. Stay away from this app, waste of money in Canada, has not blocked a single a call.

Does not work. Do install this app does not work at all. I have iPhone 14 pro and tried calling from different numbers not in my contact did nothing and it active. Also did not block any spam caller. Also I end up paying $25 to my cell phone company for forwarded calls . I don’t know which those call were

Needs major improvement. Used for approximately 6 weeks, and have just deleted from iPhone. All of my incoming calls were forwarded to a U.S. #. I’m in Canada. My cell bill costs increased due each of these forwarded calls attracted a charge. If the caller is not already in your contact list, calls forward to the RoboKiller voicemail. App “rebooted” itself at least 3 times, and each time, would require you to sign in again. Before you can access your account, you have to enter a verification code. First time app “rebooted”, it was about 10 days before I was able to get a code. There is an option to call for the code, however, the call gets intercepted by RoboKiller. I requested, and received, a full refund from Apple.

Destroys your voicemail. I cannot stress it enough to stay away from this app. Even if you try it out and don’t like it you can never get rid of it and it still forwards your calls and you have to get your phone company involved and it still doesn’t fix the problem.

Call forwarding charges!!!😡😡😡😡. Omg I’m so mad. I live in Vancouver Canada and when calls come in they are forwarded by RoboKiller to Fort St John where their call screening is located and Telus charged me long distance for EVERY call forwarded!! I emailed RoboKiller support but they took 4 weeks to get back to me even after multiple emails! They told me to dial ##004# on my cell phone to stop the call forwarding so I did and that worked but it basically stops RoboKiller from doing its job that I PAID FOR. Do NOT use this app in Canada.😡

Garbage app. Deleted app and it’s still on my phone taking my voicemail

Canadian Users Beware. This app has been an expensive irritation. It was unclear to me when I purchased it that it relied on call forwarding - and that call forwarding was not included in my cell plan. So I got charged a call forwarding fee for every spam call. All calls (even allowed callers) go to RoboKiller’s voice mail, not my provider’s voice mail. Theoretically you should be able to record your own outgoing message on RoboKiller, but it won’t let me do that. So people who are used to my voicemail are confused. And many times it sends known callers directly to that voicemail without letting me answer my phone. The support site has some helpful articles that suggest why this app won’t work with my carrier - but that is only clearly a problem after you pay your approx $50/yr for the app. There is no live support and the support page suggests that you will wait a week for a reply to emails. I cannot wait a week. The problems are too serious. I have to eat the $50, pay for my carrier’s call forwarding fee and now presumably will be tormented when I try to remove this invasive app from my phone. There is some script that you have to run to actually remove the components from your phone. And you have to select your carrier for that to work and since the app does not work well with my carrier, I anticipate the torment will continue. Worst app I have ever got suckered by. It is worse than a waste of money - it is actively making life worse. The 7 day trial was simply not long enough to recognize the defects of this app and its problematic interface with my carrier. I doubt that this App should be permitted on the Canadian App Store.

Doesn’t work. I bought 1 yr. and have since cancelled my subscription so it can’t be renewed. I’ve had this software on my phone for a month now. Since I installed it I’ve been experiencing AN INCREASE in the number of scam calls. Today alone I received 3 foreign calls.

Costly trial - awful experience. This app was recommended as one of the best. My experience was the opposite. I’m in Canada and after 5 days realized that the app was not doing anything for me. So I deleted it within the free trial period. What I didn’t know - here’s the sneaky part - was that the app was dialling a US phone multiple times a day. And I was being charged for each call. At the end of November I got a bill for $40 of these calls. It shows up as ‘call forward’ on the bill. The calls continue every day even into December. I am being billed for these calls. There is no way to stop them. No way to contact the company. No instructions on what to do to stop these bills. This is simply atrocious. Unless I cancel my phone I will be paying for these calls in perpetuity. A very bad way of trying to win customers when your app makes sneaky long distance calls which can’t be stopped even after removing the app. Just terrible.

Don’t Download. 7 days free trial. Then $25 /year. I didn’t even try it. Figured billed right after the 7 days, not worth the hassle. Don’t download this just use the block caller on your phone. You can do what this app. does. Plus you must forward your spam calls to the US and pay long distance fees. Total rip off!!!

Call forward will cost you big $$$. Calls get forwarded to a long distance number. Got a shock of $200 bill on what I thought was my unlimited plan. Turns out call forward cost me both minutes and long distance. When someone called me was actually routed long distance and I was paying big!!!

Not worth it. This app did nothing to stop scammers and spam calls. When it did work it blocked the calls I wanted. Don’t waste your money in getting this app.

Love it but.... It blocks all of my calls. I misplaced my phone in the house one day. So I called my number from the home phone to listen for the ring tone. RoboKiller blocked the call even though my home phone is in my contacts list. I wonder how many legitimate calls it blocked. P.S. I did eventually find my phone.

It works but.... It was fun listening to a marketer talking to Samuel L Jackson for a full 1 minute but the app didn't work me. I live in Canada and some of these calls would get forwarded to an US number - these 2 features (call forwarding and long distance) are not included in my plan. I ended up paying and extra $30 for my last month's bill. Doing this every month just to zap telemarketers is not worth it to me. I have contacted apple for a refund.

Stealing program, don’t download. I have unsubscribed from it but they charged me. I contacted them to cancel it they told me it’s canceled but for three months I received call forwarding charges on my phone bill and I can’t cancel it in this app. They don’t allow you to cancel it. Such a terrible app

Waste of time. It only blocks it if you put the number in yourself, which you don’t need an app for as your phone is already equipped to do that .

App is a scam. App is a scam, forces you to enter your phone number before telling you that the app is not free and the cost is ridiculous. Deleted.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM. I downloaded this then I canceled after a day as it was blocking non spam calls. Despite canceling it is still blocking all types of incoming calls! This is a nightmare, I am missing work calls. Essentially anything not in your address book is blocked.

Do not download. This app completely integrates into your phone and is impossible to remove. They forward your calls so if you have a carrier that charges for that, expect a monthly bill on top of the charge for this app. Stay away!!

A waste of space.. How in f••k do I get rid of this POS?!?!

Bad App. Robokiller can’t be deleted due to call forwarding function. To delete app, you must contact your carrier to ask them to reset your call forwarding. Who wants to do that in order to delete an app? The worst ever.

Don’t waste your time. DONT waste your money.. This app is either something useful that is entirely overpriced, or something useless that is STAGGERINGLY overpriced, or simply a scam. I’m not sure which because I never made it through the activation - the privacy concerns are just too worrisome to justify using this at all. The app wants full access to your contacts, phone call metadata, voice mail, greetings, and SMS system - all of this with a privacy and data usage statement that is somewhere between useless and actually scary. And on top of all of that, the price is laughably outrageous - more than 20 dollars a month in a shady subscription system that looks to hoodwink users into paying and paying repeatedly. Three strikes and you’re out - don’t waste your time or (especially) your money.

Don’t install from Canada!. If you’re in Canada, do NOT install this. I’m at almost $100 in call forwarding charges, just to avoid spam calls. Some of the robot responses are funny, but if I knew it was going to cost extra I would never have installed it!

What happened???. As of the last app update, recent calls won’t even show: I just see an empty list. With every update, you’ve made this app slower and more webpage-like. It used to be solid. If things don’t improve, I’m cancelling my subscription and moving on.

Doesn’t work in Canada!. Apple should kick this app off the store! Absolutely criminal! They keep referring you to their website for help. And everything is related to American cell phone carriers. Absolute garbage. You should be ashamed you criminals!

Beware if in Canada. It changes your greeting and seems impossible to deactivate. The support, email and chat supposed to be there but you will not get any answers there.

Doesn’t work! No answer Bot!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! SCAM ALERT!! I deleted the app and went to the website but there’s no other option to cancel and a week later they charged me $46.32 Canadian!!!!! I originally wanted this app because of IRLRosie, love her lots, she said she was one of the answer bots and I really need an answer bot, but this app only allows me to add a number to a block list which my phone already does. Sadly these ROBOKILLER developers scammed me out of $46 and I still have to deal with the same scammers calling me with their burner numbers everyday. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Best App Ever !. Robo koller is the best security app to protect you from spam call and messages in North America! Give piece of mind. I am using almost 3 years and feel protected

Why Bother?. No Canadian carriers, so no Canadian customers. Now I have to find out how to ditch this waste of my time!

No support for Canadian carriers. None of the support articles mention Canadian carriers or how to get past setup. Don’t waste your time.

App sucks doesn’t do what it says. this app doesn’t do what it claims to do and it’s way too expensive for an app being developed as it’s being used by customers. Can’t talk to a real person to complain or get problems resolved. I’m dumping the app. Don’t bother downloading. Not worth it at half the price. They send spam calls to your phone to make it look like they’re blocking spam. AI all the way. Maybe if they turn it into a real app with customer service and real live support 24/7. I want a refund and or an apology from the developer. I think I feel like you man! I’m right with you here. I’m still standing behind my original post and am in fact not going to renew the license after this. I’ve actually heard that they send robocalls to your number just to show that the app is working. Problem is it still has a lot of bugs and human interaction is not a priority with these developers. Should give me a full refund and a clean break.

Eh.. This app was great when I first started using it so I bought into the yearly subscription. Then they updated the app a while ago with the call screening. I started to notice that the only calls that would get through were numbers that are in my contacts. I had missed a few calls from my Vet (sometimes they call from different numbers other than the main). Then when I had to try and get ahold of unemployment in March I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting the on hold call back that some places now do. I remembered that this has happened with a few places but never thought about it and just called back. This time I checked everything and when I opened the app it hit me. I saw an odd 800 number and called it back. It was unemployment. I checked the help section and it mentioned something about the screening so I turned it off. Once I did that, I started getting the spam calls again. I tried to contact their support and I I got were two automated responses suggesting I try the FAQ section or their Help page. Yeah, I’m done. Not at all happy and I’ve canceled my subscription. If the app makers read this how about a refund?

Works great…but…. I had two robocall screening apps installed (may seem like overkill, but one wasn’t catching everything — two did). I use Nomorobo and, briefly, RoboKiller. Nomorobo is great at identifying spam and neighbor spoofing, and I can choose whether to let them ring through and I screen the call or send them directly to voicemail. RoboKiller has a similar feature plus one of the hat I love which is the text screening, BUT — and here’s why the one star review — you have NO option but to also use their own hosted voicemail. Period. I do not want my voicemails sent to another server. I want them handled by my carrier. I do not want to have to open an app to see if I have any messages. I want to be able to look at my phone icons and tell immediately if I have missed calls and if I have voicemails. I get the missed calls, but not the voicemails. I use my phone for business and their mandatory voicemail requirement has cost me jobs because I didn’t open their app and have to click on the tab for voicemails. Oh, it also deleted my custom greeting. Not okay. RoboKiller went bye-bye. Perhaps when the programmers change this to optional, I’ll give it another try.

Absolutely hilarious. Around the time I started using RoboKiller I got to the point where I didn’t answer phone calls form unknown caller ID’s. I definitely dodged a lot of IRS, debt, or health insurance-type spoofs, but I also missed some important calls: appointment confirmations and the like. It was frustrating and I desperately tried to find a solution to my problem. After being a subscriber for a few months I am continuously 100% satisfied with this app for two reasons: 1. It identifies caller ID’s which means even if I didn’t save my pharmacy’s or massage therapist’s number at least I will know that it’s them calling and not some fake IRS call. 2. The pre-recorded answer bots. Oh, my god. Those are absolutely hilarious. RoboKiller would answer some of the notorious fake calls and play these pre-recorded answering machines to whomever might be on the other end of the line. I would listen to these poor operators trying to make sense of the chaos and carry on with the conversation, not realizing they are talking to a scripted recording, not an actual person. So, so hilarious. And so rewarding. Oh, how the tables have turned!

App Stopped ALL My Incoming Calls!!!. I was a loyal RoboKiller user and used to tell everyone how great the app was at blocking spam calls, but ever since they updated the app to include ads and call forwarding it totally RUINED my phone! At first all my incoming calls would run thru Robokiller and people would sound distorted. Then it got to a point where ALL my incoming calls stopped! Despite me turning off call forwarding on the app it still happened. Robokiller also would tell people to leave a voicemail despite the fact that I’ve NEVER bad my voicemail turned on. So, where did all those messages people left go? I even reached out to support (who takes forever to respond) and I followed their steps to properly uninstall the app and STILL no incoming calls and people being sent to a voicemail that isn’t mine! After 2 weeks of no incoming calls and the app being uninstalled I FINALLY get a text from Robokiller saying to press *73 if I want to disable call forwarding. Something their support candidate failed to tell me. This finally fixed the issue of me not receiving any of my calls. I’m very disappointed in how Robokiller ruined a perfectly functioning app, a loyal customer has now become their biggest disapproval.

INCREDIBLE. I made the fatal mistake of putting my real phone number on a form on a Facebook ad (yes I know how stupid that was). The next day, I’d received 12+ spam calls in a span of about 10 hours from people claiming to work for the government. I didn’t know what to do, but a quick Google search helped me quickly find out that this app was the solution!! Oh my goodness, I can’t praise it enough! That same night I started my free trial and the following day, robo killer blocked like 20 of around 22 or so calls I received from unwanted numbers. Amazing! I was skeptical of it before I tried it, but the product speaks for itself. It’s let a small few through still, but I simply block those myself and we’re all good. My phone doesn’t even ring when the spam comes, that’s the best part! And you can allow certain area codes so there’s no confusion. I don’t really care about the answer bots, but they are relatively amusing, and you get to hear what the spammers want from you. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!

Getting worse with every update. I started my subscription two years ago. I liked it at the beginning. I have a handyman business and get unknown calls every day. RoboKiller is ruining my business. If the number isn’t in my contacts, it thinks the calls are spam. But yet “Spam Call” and “Unknown Caller” calls come thru quite regularly. I am now forced to cancel my subscription and delete the app. I got tested for Covid. I was sent a text telling me I was positive but RoboKiller sent it to my junk file. I later missed a call from the health dept trying to reach me about the results and again RoboKiller silenced the call not allowing it to go through. If any call was considered important, this was the call and RoboKiller stopped it!!! I just updated the app yesterday and set it to the low setting. This setting is supposed to be more relaxed in allowing calls to come thru. RoboKiller is simply blocking almost every number not found in my contacts. Bye bye RoboKiller!!! Oh, I forgot. The health dept finally reached me. During the whole conversation our connection kept breaking up. It was bad. We finally managed to finish. When I hung up, RoboKiller sent a survey asking how the conversation was thru the app. I didn’t know my calls started to go thru the app. Well, it was horrible. Yet another reason to avoid the app.

This is an awesome app!. So nice to let RoboKiller screen my calls and messages for me. Had received so many spam calls that it was frustrating and wasted so much of my time dealing with them, that I decided to try RoboKiller out. I learned a few things in the process, like the bigger companies have multiple phone numbers. So if u blocked one number, they would just call on another phone line. Now RoboKiller deals with it for me. We can report to RoboKiller whether it was a good number or if it was indeed a scam call, if someone hadn’t reported that number to RoboKiller yet. Pretty soon RoboKiller was aware of most of the scam callers and block them. I was even able to set up answer bots that wastes the callers time. I can play back that conversation an it can b quite entertaining! My calls are fewer now and I’m not wasting my time dealing with them. Would give RoboKiller 10 stars because it’s a great app that works very well! Great job developing this app! Recommend to everyone that gets spam calls. I do wish they offered a family plan. lol

Does not work well; hijacks your phone. I do not understand how Robokiller has this many users or a rating this high, other than younger people installing it on their grandparents’ phones to try to protect them from scams. I went through the installation, setup a subscription and configured through the app. It immediately blocked my sister (who is in my contacts) and the doctor’s office (from which it did not recognize, but certainly is not a spam number.) I tried reconfiguring to have it work for me, but it seems clear this company is more about hijacking your phone to keep you as a subscriber than it is about offering a truly beneficial service. When I determined it was not for me, I did not find where their instructions say to turn off call forwarding within the app, nor did the extra steps on the Apple app support website take care of it. (Which Apple does not control, but merely shares based on app developer description.) Also, even though I canceled during the free trial and removed the app, the subscription will not remove from my Apple account (literally no way to do it) and calls are still forwarding. Robokiller seems like a catchy title to ensnare people that are tired of spam, but it is overwhelmingly detrimental to the user.

UNABLE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying for a couple months to get a hold of somebody and haven’t had any luck whatsoever! I only have the option to chat with a robot! but I did the free trial and then canceled the subscription and it still charged me for a full year!Which I am not very happy with! At first the app did great at blocking the scam calls and allowing the good calls to come through however that lasted a few days and then it started to block good calls from coming through and there is no option to completely delete it off my phone I can disable it for 24 hours,But I cannot get rid of the app completely which is really annoying because when I get a very important phone call and it is not disabled then I missed that call and some of the calls I can’t call back or it’s from professional individuals who are very very busy and when I call them I always have to leave a message and have to wait until they call me back and when they do it gets marked as a scam call and then it’s back to calling them back leaving a message again and it’s just really frustrating so somebody and customer service or some thing needs to contact me ASAP about getting my refund and getting this app off of my phone! Thanks!

Awful Color Choices. Let me first say that I do truly enjoy using this app. For a while it was busted and I had to re-set it up, but other than that I’ve had very few issues. Now onto the 3 stars. This is regarding the new rebrand of the app and the overhaul of the user interface. I’m a UX designer myself, and by all means I am not trying to hate on anyones creative voice. The new style and direction is awesome! But the contrast on the chosen colors is absolutely horrific. The light mint green is constantly used as a text color on white backgrounds, and the dark text is used on top of darker gradients. Both of these instances makes it very hard to read, even for me, someone who isn’t color blind. Nothing against the art direction at all. The new illustrations are great and modern, and I like the new more minimal and light interface in general. But the contrast with the chosen colors is just soooo bad, to the point where it bugged me personally enough to complain. I could go on about personal taste but in the end that’s subjective, but being unable to read the text portrayed is not.

Scam’s. This man asked to be my friend on Instagram I excepted like I do everybody as a friend but I did not know that in your personal Instagram you can put your name your number and your address I was crazy enough to do it because I did not know that it showed up so he got my phone number begin to call me we were friends and then all the sudden in Canada is where he’s working at on a rig that broke he needed $45,000 to have it fixed and the police came and seized his computer and his passport because he had it fixed thinking I was gonna pay the amount due supposedly and it went from there to his daughter staying with his cousin supposedly and she fell hit her head I need a brain surgery so they need to take her out of the states to have this done he needed $12,000 but I sent her home makes no sense thank you RoboKiller for helping me I recommend this app 100% they are always doing test runs to make sure it’s working appropriately. And I have to say yes again. Get and try it for yourself. It’s worth the money!

Works like Magic. This is the first time I’ve actually opted to write a review because I’ve never had an app work this well. I watched a news report that mentioned robotkiller and it sounded like it should work because it makes sense. There’s a database that constantly collects spam numbers and YOU have the ability to add more numbers within the app. So the data base is constantly growing. I’m normally real skeptical when an app wants this much money but I have 3-8 spam calls everyday and the majority come on Monday and Friday. I didn’t have to do anything and ALL the calls immediately stopped. When I got the app it said that it would track calls and provided with its database it would guess which ones were fake and ask me which ones I would like to block. I’ve had to do that ONLY TWICE. It already knows all these numbers that have been calling me and already knew to block them all. I do a lot of online shopping so I’m sure my number has been passed around to everyone. So if that sounds like you I can’t advise you enough to get this.

RoboKiller. It’s so great not having to have the calls ring and ring. Thank you. They only ring on my end until they are blocked. I will continue to block them if they can’t leave a message or at least talk some to you. Thanks again for doing a great job I don’t know how long ago I wrote the above review, but let me say it is even better than I could have imagined. Why didn’t we have this years ago Thanks RoboKiller Not being paid to say any of this. 2018 It is now 2018 and I’m still as pleased as I ever was if no more. I no longer have to say “I’m not interested” or “I don’t own that auto any longer, or “I’m 75 years old and as I’ve said before I’m not going back to college, and the best one is the one that says “this is the IRS and if we don’t received your back debt the police will be at your door in the morning to put you in jail”. I finally told them before I got RoboKiller that was ok my husband was chief of police. He isn’t but he hung up anyway. Thanks again RoboKiller You are number one in my book.

Watch out it’s a scam! They will take your money and waste your time.. I have never experienced such disrespect. First off I couldn’t get this app to stop blocking my most important calls. And yet when I was trying to end the free trial. It didn’t work, you have to go through hoops to get this app uninstalled and call a number. Yet my money was taken out on Christmas Eve. When I couldn’t get in contact with them until after Christmas. Even apple couldn’t help me with the process. After the holidays I get wrist back. Sorry for the inconvenience and explain to me how to uninstall it and say they will give me a refund. Yet here I am Into the new year no refund. Says it only takes two days and I had to wait three days just for an answer. I try to chat through the app or contact someone and I get no where. It’s been such a headache dealing with this issue. Almost feel like I’m being robbed and played with. If I could give you no stars I would. I suggest not even trying to go with the free trial. Totally a waste of time and money. It’s a shame to be treated this way on Christmas Eve. Thanks for showing me the least amount of respect. Trust me what I’m saying don’t even bother trying to download, they just want to rob you and hide. It’s alright what goes around comes back around ♾

Great App for blocking scam calls. But wish it had a whitelist calls only Feature.. I like the Robokiller app. It’s done a pretty decent job of blocking most scam and spam calls that I used to get. It doesn’t block them all. But it gets most of them so I recommend it on those merits alone. That said however... Why... why hasn't anyone created an app that blocks every number that calls your phone except what’s on your contact list. I know the iPhone has a do not disturb mode feature. And while I used to use that before the RoboKiller App. Do Not Disturb has one MAJOR flaw. It doesn’t beep when people text you. Every time my friends would chat in the group text I would never know that I had received a text message when I would leave my do not disturb mode on. Being able to just Whitelist your contacts and block everything else. Without silencing your contacts texts or calls would be extremely useful for almost entirely eliminating Scam call. And I just don’t understand why no one has this feature.

Woohoo. I was very disappointed when telemarketers won the right no (privilege) to call cellular phones randomly! This hasn’t been any good for those of us who only have a cell phone as our only phone option! When I would try to block them well that is time consuming and ridiculous. Because just as I block that caller or that number they are calling again on yet another random number! Now telemarketer are getting sneaky but getting numbers that are disguised as the local ones from the next town up! Hundreds of these calls a day! It has begun to become harassment! Now with RoboKiller my life has gone back to a manageable stress level and no more calls waking me out of a dead sleep to get me to switch to there car warranty! The funny thing about it is! I do not own a car! So with shock and awww I ask them “I have a car”? Where is this cat if mine? Then I hang up! Now RoboKiller has my sleep in stride! Thank you

Uhhh. This almost is comical.. I get about 20 to 30 “Robo calls“ per day and that’s not an exaggeration. So when I saw this app, I decided to give it a whirl, as these calls are getting very frustrating. So got the app, opened it to explore the features abd bene’s etc, And not kidding, the moment I stopped exploring the app, I get a phone call… you guessed it- it was a good ‘ol “Robo-call” about final expenses blah blah blah “can you hear me OK” -which by the way, if you’re a REAL sales person, don’t ever say that. Anyway, yes, the settings for the app were all activated and set for what I thought to be blocking these types of calls; so call #1 = FAIL. The app interface UI/UX isn’t bad. It’s kind of cool that there are some various and “funny” options to use as greeting recordings when you get these calls… Assuming it works correctly, of course. If I didn’t do my own payback retaliating live, if I decide to spend time and take the call, I’d certainly use those pre-recorded options. The app probably does work for the most part and possibly this one call just happened to slip through. We shall see. Well, enjoy, Happy App-ing

Another stupid tech company who think they should be political. I dropping them like flies I will be Silicon Valley free in another month or two!!!, I guess robokiller does have the right to choose who they block, like wise they have every right to be as stupid as they want to be. If they think that it’s wise to unnecessarily push a certain political candidate, that’s their choice, well rather their investors. All I can say it’s pretty stupid on their part. I mean how ignorant do you have to be to decide one day that you want to demonize half of your customers base for new reason what so ever. In addition, I still got spam, however I think it’s impossible to stop spam completely. But the most aggravating thing to me is that I would get Biden text messages while apparently Trump was blocked. I turned it off and started to receive Trump messages. I didn’t think anything of it, but I saw on the radar tab in the app that Trump messages were be identified as spam. These are mot fraudulent, these were from Republican Party. Anyways I’m out, and the idiots running this company will find themselves before they know it. Already a lot of competition out there for them. They would be better off to grow up, and realize they live in a bubble.

The Only Thing That Works. This app is not 100% perfect, I don’t expect it to be. But 9 times out of 10, it does what I want it to do. Yes, sometimes customer service from online retailers like Chewy or your medical office gets sent to RoboKiller, but the app is set up in such a way that if this happens, the caller can state the purpose of their call. Callers who just hang up during screening do not get placed on my allow list. Callers that state their purpose do (well, only if I’m sure it’s not a bill collector). You have to actively check the log on this app to make sure that your grandma isn’t getting blocked. I also have it setup so that private numbers are blocked. My doctors office tends to use a private number, but I’ve noticed now that isn’t so. Maybe because they couldn’t get through? Not my problem, really. So many spammers use private numbers that I don’t see the point of disabling this setting. This is well worth the money.

Like paying money for voicemail service you already own. WATCH OUT! They will auto bill you after 4 days. I was lucky not to get caught in that scam. Don’t waste your money. I really wanted this to work. I get 20 robo calls a week. The problem is for all of these robocalls, RoboKiller did not catch any in a funny loop which you see on tv. So In other words I still got a bunch or robo calls that were “silenced” by the app … but I can also silence unknown calls anyway for free in my phone. There were a few real callers I needed to talk to which became a hassle. I tried to answer a few calls I was expecting which were not in my contacts list and I got a weird “connecting to robo killer…” … I had trouble answering my phone a few times. I spent a few minutes playing phone tag with someone I needed to talk to who kept calling and it was a vicious RoboKiller cycle of hassling that person. This app is a gimmick. If it were smarter I’d pay. I’m sure they could use AI to actually engage with robo calls and texts but it’s not that smart. The text feature is also not very smart and just buckets unknown texts. I missed some important bank and medical appointment texts

It feels like a parent. I have had RoboKiller since sometime in 2021. It started out great. It would screen all calls, texts, and emails. It would ask you if it wasn’t sure if a certain number or email was allowed. I didn’t mind that. I thought it was just trying to understand why was trying to contact me. What I DO mind is, if someone leaves you a voicemail it goes to the RoboKiller app, not your phone. You have to scroll over to where you put the app to see if you have a missed call from let’s say your child’s school or the veterinarian when both numbers are in your contact list. So these people who you have to deal with may call you and have to hear the annoying noise you choose as the answering pickup. Why not allow numbers that are in our contacts go to our phone voicemail? At first the RoboKiller was sending the unwanted emails to spam. Now it’s like it doesn’t even bother anymore. I’m back to doing it. What am I paying for? I can just keep my phone on silent and keep my $5.00 a month and have no headache!

This company should be held liable!!. UPDATE: they did email me and tell me how to unsubscribe and cancel call forwarding… I have done that! I have done absolutely everything! I cannot seem to get all of RoboKiller deleted it seems like they are deep rooted in my phone! When I click on contacts, I have yahoo, Gmail, all, and family… There is also RoboKiller added to that groups list… If you are deleted, and unsubscribed, why are you still in my contacts? If I uncheck RoboKiller from that groups in the contacts, I lose yahoo and Gmail contacts… I have to keep the RoboKiller contacts checked or I can only have friends as contacts… Please! I am begging you, there are so many complaints with other people it’s ridiculous… I thought I would give this a try… First of all I was having so much trouble with calls coming through important calls that I needed… I did do it correctly, so I just unsubscribed, deleted the app and have done everything properly… Well let me tell you something, I still have Robo killer in my phone it will not go away I cannot delete anything I have done absolutely everything except just throw the phone out yes, I stopped the call forwarding also!!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD BECAUSE IT IS STUCK forever!!

Absolutely crap app. Do not download this app that messed up my iPhone SE it down loaded into it and now it acts like it is part of the wound like it was made into it when it was assembled it has became part of its software and I tried and tried and tried for four days trying to remove it and I finally got it disable to where it is not working because it was blocking all of my calls you’re better off blocking every called comes in then downloading this app and paying the monthly subscription it is not worth it my phone freezes up now I’ve got to go to the phone store it is crap do not do it the only thing I liked about it was Ice-T telling somebody hey why are you calling me man stop dissing me what you calling me for if you didn’t need to call me that was the only thing that I thought was funny it’s not worth it I think it’s a scam somebody put out there just to make money they didn’t care if they screwed up your phone if you wanna buy a new phone go ahead I’m probably fixing to have to buy a new one because it’s infiltrated every one of my settings and has printed its name in there fair warning! I don’t even want to give it one star but I have to to post this

Nope! (How has everyone fallen for this scam?!). A few months ago I started to get maybe 2-3 spam calls a week - this after getting none for the first six months I had my new phone. I decided to give this app a whirl, and immediately after I installed it (as in within the first few hours), it said it had blocked four spam calls! What?! I had never received that many before, and it almost seemed as if by downloading and subscribing to the app, my number had been thrown out there into a database for spammers. I had the app on my phone for a few days, and it was telling me that it was blocking, on average, 5-6 calls a day, when before getting the app, I was not receiving that many a week! Not only that, some spam calls were not even being blocked! I immediately unsubscribed and deleted the app. Know how many spam calls I get a week now? Maybe 2. It appears this app either (a) deliberately gives your number to spammers so it can tell you how great it is in blocking spam calls you were never getting before installing the app, or (b) is just making up numbers, so you feel that you cannot live without it. Of course, this is just my experience. I am but one person. I cannot say that it doesn’t work for others, because again, I’m just me.

Best ever. If you are having trouble with spam calls then download this app and your troubles are over. I was getting 10 plus calls a day from spammers but now i get zero!!! This app is the killer of spam callers. If you don't get this app then keep on complaining. No more spammers for me. Great work robokiller im yours for life. Ive had this app for a while now and i give it 100*stars plus. This app gives me piece of mind and less daily stress cuz the a holes that use to call and bother me can no longer get through. Plus you can even leave your own message to those who call and give them a bit of their own crap. Trust me, get this app and you will never be sorry. Best app ever. However after reading about the sms blocker, i have decided to change my view. Why does this spp dev have to have access to our entire conversations just to block a txt? I dont like this and that seems too close to 1933 nazi Germany. I dont trust my closest friends with my bank info so why should i trust a total stranger? The calling app is good but i will never ever use the SMS. ive used this app for years and maybe its time to look elsewhere.

Could what others have said be true?. I realize that stopping spam texts is almost impossible, but I decided to try with ROBOKILLER anyway. I also downloaded TextKiller which is powered by ROBOKILLER. Almost immediately , the number of spam texts increased dramatically. After about a week, I deleted both apps and I only received 2 spam texts today, one of them actually being from Robokiller stating that they detected a call from an unknown number but couldn’t identify it, etc... and to open the app to see what’s up. Hmmmm...., So #1, even though I deleted the app, they’re still able to detect activity on my phone? (The # they stated in the text did in fact call me.) #2, their text pretty much resembles a sales/spam text to try and get me to either reinstall the app or pay for the upgraded service. And #3, did Robokiller in fact cause an increase in spam through nefarious methods? I suppose I will never know for sure but I definitely feel better now that I have deleted the app. Kind of scary that they’re still monitoring my phone though. I did find out that I had to reinstall the app and then go into its settings to actually disable it on my phone, even though I had deleted the app. Then deleted the app again.

Beware. I had tried a few of the free spam, unwanted call apps before I purchased this one and they all SUCKED. This one gets a few of the spam calls but misses many too. But here is my issue, and a warning to everyone else. My spam/robocall/scam call had been consistent for quite a long time. One every couple of days, sometimes I would go several days with none and sometimes I might get two in one day from different numbers. But AFTER I got this app the calls started to increase. Slowly at first, but then as the weeks and months went by I’m getting more and more and the app is now only getting about 50% of them. I seriously suspect that the makers of this app are giving out my number to more people or have someone that spams/scams you themselves so you will feel like you can’t do without the app and will keep paying for it and not e just delete it. I am a Detective in law enforcement and trained in spotting patterns. Something stinks here. And I seriously expect that if you were to quit using this app they would flood you with unwanted calls to make you come back. I should have just changed my number.

To give or not to give.... I never use my home phone; in fact, I’m trying to get my husband to get rid of it but he says he rarely gives out his cell number so he always refuses. I can see his point. If I don’t recognize the number I don't answer. Pretty simple because I have voicemail. If a message isn’t left you can be relatively certain you were wise not to answer. Telemarketers have gotten better at not shutting up. I don’t want to be rude but if they don’t stop talking when asked I don’t feel rude hanging up on them. It’s hard to hang up on some charities but I tithe to a children’s hospital faithfully without guilt to my church because there’s a huge beautiful floral arrangement every time I’m there and some paid church individuals live a much higher life than we do. I know in my heart God would prefer children whose families cannot afford their child’s cancer treatment will be provided whether they can pay or not. I also donate once per year to families of fallen soldiers and police. My conscience is good!

As much of a scam as the robocalls. You pay for a yearly subscription only for this app to do nothing you want it to. It doesn’t outright block robocalls any better than using your iDevice’s blocking, and if you enable their awkward pre-screening recording that actually promotes robocalls to add you to more lists if it uses a call engagement metric (the recording counts as engagement & marks your number for further calls). Your day will still be repeatedly interrupted by calls from unknown numbers or robocalls that go straight to voicemail because RoboKiller is a poor predictive service. The service also has too many false positives unless you whitelist or create a contact for every number that you think will ever call you. As I found out when trying to get bids from contractors for home improvements recently. The only good thing it offers is robotext filtering, which I’d rather pay less for on its own, but again, too many false positives blocking legitimate texts from new numbers. UPDATE: since posting my original review, there’s been a new wave of spam texts that RoboKiller is failing to filter despite them all having pretty obvious message structure. This app is now completely out of date and worthless compared to other offerings. Goodbye.

Great.... but..... Each time someone calls who are known callers, the app will still block that call in ways that cause the call to not connect. 95% of the time I will have to hang up on the caller and call them back. This “feature” is annoying and makes me want to stop the service. If I am expecting a call, I must “pause” the service just to be able to receive a call. Often times, the spam text messages get thru, and there is no option to report these as such. I still have to delete them. It’s a great app, I just don’t like how it takes away from my phone and inserts it into my calls.... such as when my daughter or husband call.... their pictures are not shown, and the call must go thru the app first, then if they leave a message, I don’t see the message unless I cycle thru the app to look. Also , if you don’t answer a call, the app gets “stuck” and my phone will continue to ring and ring.... annoying AF, and drains my battery especially if I am away from my phone. This feature has left my phone ringing for over 3 hours until I notice my phone is almost drained of battery. Fix these bugs and perhaps I will raise the stars.

The idea is cool but.... I subscribed to this app and thought the idea was really cool since I get a lot of spam calls. After a month or two of all the callers just not falling for it I decided to cancel my account. After a few more months I realize I’m not receiving any voicemails. I know I have drs offices and insurance companies calling me because I was recently injured at work but I always let the phone numbers I don’t know go to voicemail. I’ve been getting a lot of calls lately but no voicemails. I tried to fix the voicemail settings on my phone but everything seemed alright. I googled about voicemail problems after using robokiller and found out I had to go to a website called deactivate my phone to get my voicemails re routed back to my phone. I guess robokiller routs your voicemails to their server and when you cancel your account it doesn’t automatically rout it back to your phone. When canceling I received no instructions how or that I had to do this. So now I have no access to my voicemails for the last three months which contain important information. I’m not sure that if I pay for another month of service to get on the app, if they are stored there or not. But I don’t want to give them more money to find out. This should not be legal.

0/5 if I could.. App is terrible. Unless you’re one of the big cell phone customers, this app won’t work. At first it wouldn’t block calls. And I was told by support it was because my carrier isn’t supported. Finally it kinda worked. But had everyone even contacts have to dial a number to have the call connect. So much for hands free. Finally that stopped somehow, and now it’s not allowing ANY calls. Phone will ring. I’ll hit answer. It’ll transfer over to the RoboKiller app and then fail to connect. The other person doesn’t even get a dial tone. I’ve asked for a refund. And I also have noticed more spam calls coming through when getting this app. I barely had any before, just two or three a day. Now it’s dozens. I’m trying to uninstall the app and even to do this it’s failing. You have to do the disabling of call forwarding through the app and it’s giving me error messages about even trying to turn it off. Oh and support is a robot until you ask it for a representative. Then you submit your issue and they email you back. I get we’re all overworked but at least let me uninstall this. But it won’t because the app fails. 🙄

I expected more.. It's now been a week and I have noticed fewer calls. However, calls that may be getting blocked are not showing up in the app, so I can't really tell what it's doing (worrisome). About 50% of spam calls still get through, AND the app blocked a legitimate call that I really needed to pick up. That's a significant problem. What would be helpful: Add a toggle on the incoming call screen that allows me to flag the call as spam and automatically activate the app. I got a snippy response from a developer in which I was told that I missed the point in my original review about the answer bots (I wrote "epic fail on the answer bots. I am suspicious of all these glowing reviews as most of them sound a little silly to me.") I still maintain that they are disappointing. All the voices sound like variations on a white guy being goofy. If the bots are only supposed to waste a robocaller's time, yes, they succeed. If they are supposed to trick a robocaller into thinking they've actually hooked a live human, I don't think they go far enough. Also, why is there only one female bot out of over 20 options? And why on earth does she have to sound so fake and frivolous? ("Southern Belle"? No stereotyping there...) Really, people?! What year is this? Come *on.*

Too aggressive. I have had RoboKiller in the past, and it did greatly reduce the daily multitude of unwanted calls. After discontinuing it, gradually these increased again to multiple unwanted calls per day. I tried another app by my cellphone carrier, which was absolutely worthless, so I decided to reactivate RoboKiller. It immediately reduced unwanted calls, but it blocked calls that should have been allowed. One caller today that was in my call history, as I called them first, was blocked. So I unblocked them on the RoboKiller app. Next call was blocked, as well. So I added them to my contact list, and their next call was blocked, too! This is absolutely unacceptable, so I’m done with RoboKiller. I’m not fond of their cheesy AnswerBots. They are mildly entertaining and represent what I would like to say to the sleaze ball scammers who call, but the fact is that most of those calls are recordings, themselves, so there goes the entertainment value of listening to the recordings of their responses. This begs my next question, as to why the phone companies allow this crap in the first place? If the technology exists to allow phone scammers to hijack local phone numbers as if they are my neighbors, does the same technology not exist to prevent this activity in the first place? Get with it ATT, Sprint and others! Congress, Trump, DOJ???

Actually blocks texts. Bad customer support.. The app works better than others I’ve tried. It was the only one that stopped the 10 political texts a day and all the other regular spam I get. I can’t keep my phone on DND due to the nature of my work. The downside is the log won’t accurately reflect your calls coming in, and some still slip through. Then there’s my recent customer service experience. I signed up for the trial before paying the full price. Within hours I was sent a Black Friday promo for half off. I went to apply it and it wouldn’t work. I immediately emailed them requesting help honoring their offer on Nov. 27th. Well, no reply until December 9th. There wasn’t even an acknowledgement of my request. I wrote back again asking if they could credit or submit a refund for $20. Their response on Dec 14th? “Unfortunately, some discounts on the app are limited time offers, we are sorry for the inconvenience. If there’s anything further I can assist with, please let me know. Have an awesome day!” Yeah, nah. You fake offered something and then didn’t honor it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The damage this app has caused is so upsetting. I’m constantly missing job interview phone calls, therefore losing out on chances for a job all because phone calls never show up anymore. Not matter what I do in settings the calls don’t come up, but once I check the app...there’s like 50 missed calls by people I have in my contact list. So I have to shamefully call back begging for another chance at an interview all because I can’t get rid of this stupid app on my phone. That brings me to the second part...good luck getting rid of this thing. It’s like trying to get rid of bed bugs. You think it’s gone, but then it’s back. You can’t just delete it, you have to unregister your number and even then it might still be taking over your calls. There’s numbers you can call to unregister your phone but even after doing that my friends and family were still getting sent to RoboKiller’s weird auto message. I’m trying a handful of things tonight to try and get rid of it for good, including calling my carrier. This app makes every first impression with future employers mortifying, and good luck hearing from your friends or family. I would rather manually go through and block spam calls on my own everyday than deal with this app.

Full of bugs and possibly detrimental. Since installing this app, nothing has worked correctly. The app is full of bugs that don’t let certain functions work, like changing from standard to advanced. Deactivating the app is an exercise in patience since it will not deactivate in the app. You have search for a number to call since the in app deactivation function doesn’t work at all. Then, you have go back to your phone settings and remove all the Robokiller permissions. When it was activated, no calls came through and I missed an important call from my doctor’s nurse. Then, there was no way to see what calls had been blocked in the app. There was only the red notification indicator on the app, but no notifications showed up under notifications in the app to let me know what calls were blocked. Even after deactivating using the number for my carrier (which wasn’t listed) and removing all permissions in settings, calls are still failing to come through. That’s detrimental to my well being as I’m in constant contact with my doctor’s office from health issues. Now I regret ever having tried Robokiller. Wish I could give zero stars and I never ever write negative reviews. Felt like I needed to warn others.

GREAT BUT NEW UI BAD!. I loved using this app and happily paid for premium subscription because it worked stopping all my time wasting spam calls. The user interface was fantastic and easy to see missed calls and choose your own bot reply’s which are ingenious and hilarious. Then like so many other apps they break a great app with an entire new app that is so confusing to use that it takes more time trying to find missed calls, bot recordings to see who you missed, and a weird settings menu that makes no sense. You should still be able to see your picked answer bot recordings- now you can’t, try and find screen calls in old menu- gone. Now pop ups bombard you wanting feedback and written reports. How do i turm these off? You can’t. I will not renew once my subscription expires. I am hoping they will update app back to the more simpler UX instead of trying to throw the whole kitchen sink Swiss army knife of new features. Robocall provided the best solution to stop spam calls and gave you options to have answer bots to force spammers to waste their time. Now they seem to pile on all these other features and looses the elegance they had before. Ill change my rating back to five stars if it updates.

Great concept there are MAJOR glitches. When I first started using this app I thought it was great. However there are two MAJOR PROBLEMS: 1) If you are expecting an important call Robo Killer may block it. At first your response may be to pause the blocking ( this is supposed to be an option) however it didn’t work and I missed 5 service support calls because the app blocked them even though it was supposedly paused for 24 hours. In this case my phone never rang and all the calls were immediately sent to voicemail. This is after I told Robo Killer to allow those numbers! So I ended up with a bunch of voicemails saying they would try again, only to be silently blocked again! 2) the tech support for this app is abysmal! They use an answer bot which has limited responses and basically sends you in circles trying the same unsuccessful “ solution.” Eventually I had I resorted to the last and final solution- I canceled my subscription and deactivated my phone with their service. Since my subscription wasn’t due to expire until August 2020, I guess I’m out some $$. An expensive lesson. It’s sad that something that could have been great failed due to these glitches! Obviously the developers don’t care enough about their customers to provide any actual support. I’d give this ZERO STARTS if I could. 😡

I didn’t think it would work. My mentally unstable neice Heather Ludwig, from E Palestine, OH, whose phone number is 33O-83l-69l5 got mad at me for blocking her from my 93 yr old grandmothers “GrandPad” (a safe tablet for the elderly), because she was posting pictures that upset my mother and fighting with relatives in the comments under other pictures. She first called my police department on me (she lives in another state) and said I was harassing her because I removed her from my moms tablet as well as blocked her phone number on my phone. So when the police told her they don’t handle social media spats, she began signing me up for information on time share sites, for-profit colleges, etc… I really didn’t think this would work, but after about three hours it caught on. The answer bot is great, I know they will take me off of their lists after that. I’ll probably get put on a “do not ever call this number” list. It is well worth the money to deal effectively when a 41 year old has an emotional meltdown over social media.

Not worth it!. The app has successfully blocked a grand total of four Robo calls in five or six weeks. Prior to getting the app, I did allow my carrier, AT&T, to function in the background on my phone blocking certain unwanted calls. I thought the RoboKiller would be the answer for the rest as the Robo calls are disruptive of my time with my patients. After installing the app, I learned that only numbers someone has previously identified as a Robo call are blocked. Meaning, for me, if I receive a Robo call and want to then block that number in the future, I have to stop what I’m doing, go into the app, manually enter that number etc. Frankly, that is just as disruptive of my day as the Robo call it self. The other problem that I have is that the RoboKiller interferes with the normal functions of my phone in regard to voicemail and missed call notifications. Some calls pass-through normally and people are able to leave a voicemail, and some calls get pulled into the RoboKiller app and the messages are then located in an entirely different place on my phone, meaning I have missed some very important messages. After researching the issue a little further, it appears this is a problem that has been identified by many, many users of the app and there appears not to be a solution at the moment. Unfortunately, I waited longer than 14 days to request a refund, and therefore I am stuck paying for the app for an entire year. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Didn’t work with my ATT iphone, no vms!. I have AT&T service with an iphone. I was excited to start using this app as I get spam calls/vms twice a day. As soon as I installed this app, the spam phone calls and spam voicemails stopped. Great, I thought. Nope. Two weeks go by and I realized I haven’t gotten any spam voicemails or other voicemails from other people. It wasn't until a very important and angry client emailed me asking why I wasn't returning her phone calls after she had tried to leave voicemails? This app deleted ALL my voicemails. I called AT&T, explained the problem, and they immediately asked if I was using “Robokiller” or some other anti-spam bot app on my phone. Apparently, she said this app messes with the service’s voicemails and to immediately stop and delete the app if I want to receive any voicemails. They receive tons of complaints about this a day. She had to reset my account. I hadn’t realized but I missed two weeks of clients voicemails and important doctor voicemails and even missed a last minute change of work meeting due to this app screwing up with my vms. I don’t recommend this app until they figure out the kinks. I gave 1 star as they refunded me my money and I do like the idea of the app but not it’s execution!!

It also blocks important calls. I downloaded this app to try out during the election season with the robocalls intensively increasing. It worked and released some stress for about 2 days. Then I noticed a trend where it was sending the spam audio to people that were calling me for medical reasons, if I tried to circumvent the app and answer the call that I know wasn’t spam it would answer in the app and I couldn’t hear them and there was a delay in our conversation making it very confusing. I had to hang up on several calls and call them back. This was extremely stressful because it was all local calls for my family’s medical needs. I was expecting a call earlier this week and decided to follow up 5 days later and was told they tried calling me twice but it kept ringing and ringing and they couldn’t leave a voicemail. Thankfully I remembered, now I’m wondering what calls or important information I may have missed though. I also deleted and removed the app during a highly stressful day in which I was going back and forth with medical offices and doctors/pharmacies and the app was still taking over my phone. I’ve looked through my settings and I still can’t figure out what to do to make it stop. I’m impatiently waiting for the trial to end so my phone will go back to normal.

Beware. I wanted this app to work and have friends who have used it successfully, but upon installation it began filtering my family and friends calls (all numbers saved in my contacts). After multiple exchanges with customer service that were frustratingly unhelpful due to the initial inability to diagnose, I was instructed to call my carrier directly and give them instructions of how to change my settings on their end for this app to work. This was far beyond acceptable to require a customer to complete this, therefore I uninstalled and requested a refund. Unfortunately, it was even more frustrating dealing with Apple as they refused my refund request despite explaining the technical issues with the app’s compatibility. The request denial was instant and therefore not actually read or reviewed by a person. Apple needs to treat customers better, or the app itself needs to be able to issue a refund (which they currently aren’t able to) in the case were verifiable proof can be seen that technical issues are the cause and not human factor. So, in short, beware that if you subscribe and it presents issues, don’t delay in making customer service fix it as it seems you’re out of luck once you pay. It’s disgraceful.

Hopeful this works. UPDATE: After a week or so of using RoboKiller I would love to give this app 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this app has saved me 8 months worth of migraines from unwanted calls from people I did not know. Now my phone doesn't ring hardly at all and I'm happy with that😄😄😄😄 the support staff is AMAZING as well!!! I also especially love the messages you can let the unwanted caller listen to, HILARIOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have mine set on random!!! I have been getting 6-10 calls a day for either school loans, car warranty and my favorite FBI calling because I have not paid my back taxes and he demands my social security number to verify who I am and when I refuse he starts screaming at me and saying I know where you live. I have done everything possible to stop these calls except change my number. I was told to download ATT app but it only had 2 ⭐️⭐️ so I went with the best reviews and support so far is amazing and knowledgeable and helpful. I had a tiny issue but all good now. So have a free week to try and I'm happy so far!!!

It works for me.. I usually don't leave reviews... But thought I'd leave one for this app because it has given me quite a bit of peace of mind. I've been so sick of getting fake calls claiming the fbi was after me and I needed to pay them in gift cards, or whatever scam they thought up to call me about. One morning in particular I got like 10 calls one right after another and I got so aggravated I looked around at some apps to see what there was. This one had like a 7 day free trial period. I tried it and loved it. I decided to keep it because it's really super inexpensive especially compared to the peace of mind you get! If you're like me and get tons of those annoying calls, just try their free trial and go from there. It also has some pretty funny prerecordings you can use to mess with the scammers or telemarketers. I finally just ended up opting for the silent one without a prerecordings (just silence). I have mine set to send me a notification any time it blocks a call. It makes me smile everytime. Lol

Peace of mind for half the cost of a Starbucks coffee each month.. I’ve had RoboKiller on my phone, now, for several years. WAAAAY in its early days, I became a subscriber. It gives me peace of mind, and also peace and quiet. I am CONSTANTLY telling people I meet, who don’t already have it, that they need to subscribe to it and eliminate all of their spam calls AND text messages. The ONE THING I wish I could change was where my voicemails were stored. I wish that they were stored/saved in my “Apple voicemail box,” instead of in the RoboKiller app. If something were to happen to the app on my phone, I lose those messages, and on my phone, I “own” them, which I should; they’re mine. At least give subscribers a choice as to where they want their messages stored. Other than that, I love the app. I don’t use any of the so-called “humorous” (annoying, in my mind) answer bots on my phone, but to each his own. You’ll love the app and wonder how you ever lived without out it, and why you waited so long to get it. Trust me!

MCD. When I cared for a parent, my phone had to be on 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The ringer was also at high volume because I dare not miss a call, and all the family living out of town relied on that. The spam and scam nearly drove me out of my mind, in addition to the stressful life I was already living! The Federal Do Not Call Registry was somewhat helpful, but it was ROBOKILLER that truly saved my sanity and restored my sleep life! There is an immediate improvement with the use of Robokiller. Incredibly, this continues to improve with continued usage. As I became more adept at controlling information, I learned to control who had limited access to my phone. It could not be any easier. Robokiller literally walks you through the steps needed for access in your phone’s settings. You are also offered troubleshooting, should it be necessary after buying a new phone- for example…or you may contact help directly. It is definitely worth considering: it changed my life for the better!!!

Update June 2023: This thing still doesn’t let call through that are in my contacts. Ugh.. Updated May 2022: It’s still not working much of the time. We do the routine below over and over, still it doesn’t catch calls & never catches texts. Today I missed a call and it doesn’t even show it on the call log. What? Oh and hey, it brags to me that it’s blocked x amount of calls in California. Well, I don’t live there anymore, ever heard of the Portability Act for phone numbers? There’s no way to tell it to allow calls from certain (now) local area codes either. This app needs work. Original review: For an app like this to regularly say “whoops, it looks like you need to fix me” when nothing has changed is pretty ridiculous. It says to do the same things like check to see if unknown callers are silenced ( they are every single time) and to do the “practice call” etc. all to have to do it again in a week or two. It certainly doesn’t slow down the torrent of spam texts at all either. Yeah it kicks them into the “unknown filter” side, but doesn’t block them. I have to do that still. Not sure this is worth it.

App Doesn’t Load Even After Updates and Troubleshooting. The app will not get past the loading stage on my phone so I can get into it to manage it. I updated my phone, the app itself, and I cannot get to an email address or phone number to speak to an actual person at the developer to troubleshoot the app. The AI in the support page couldn’t help me and didn’t even register the loading problem continued after I tried the steps it suggested. If a customer cannot get to a real person to speak to regarding a service they are paying for, then I walk away as a customer. Customer service is everything to me when I deal with a product. It’s a great app. But I’m canceling my subscription. No one should have to point out to any company today that they need a real person who speaks understandable English to be on hand to help customers and not solely lean on AI. I cousins even get to an email address on the developer website. Work on it.
