New update is much harder to navigate.... Pros of the most recent update: we can make profiles and set different notification settings for each artist. The new artist widgets are handy, the statistics in info are interesting. However, there are so many cons: first of all, video progress is no longer recorded. I watch a video now, and the bar (now purple) does not go up. Videos I watched before the update have a purple bar, but ones after the update don’t. Please fix this. A smaller inconvenience: the pause/play button used to be in the bottom left corner, but it’s in the middle of the screen now. Second, it’s too difficult to find and view an artist’s videos. It used to be another tab, now it’s hidden in another menu. The artist’s page itself has way too much space for fan posts. The video thumbnails themselves are too big, don’t record watch progress, and can not be sorted by most viewed/most liked/oldest anymore. PLEASE FIX THIS!! I’ve seen overwhelmingly negative reviews for this update. People prefer the app as it was before. PLEASE take our critiques into account, thank you.

Fanship Problem ☹️. V live is great, but I recently purchased Ch+ and I can view the content just fine on PC, but when it comes to my phone or tablet, then no. I thought it was because there’s a new updated version for V live, but I checked and the app is up to date on both my phone and tablet. The problem is that when I tap the button to view Ch+ content, it takes me to the “About Ch+”, which is frustrating because I already purchased it. I tried logging out and logging back in and that didn’t work neither. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it again and that also didn’t work. Please help me with my problem 😭

new UI makes zero sense. I don't normally leave negative reviews on anything but this update is just absolutely terrible. The new UI is not user-friendly AT ALL and I had to actually ask a friend how I could find an artist's videos, which should be the first thing you see when you click on their channel considering videos are the ENTIRE POINT of vlive, but it isn't. I don't visit an artist's channel to see what other fans are saying, I'm sorry. I'm just not interested in that. I don't want to see that front and center, nor am I interested in writing my own post. I don't visit vlive for a social media experience. That's not the point. Honestly, if the artist I like didn't use vlive to do livestreams, then I would delete this app immediately. The previous UI was EONS better and easier to use.

Good! Just one little problem.... This app is overall pretty nice. However, the thing is, I just wish that there was a way to have a translating feature for when you join the actual live. It deeply pains me that I can’t understand the idols during the actual lives. I want to be able to join a live in real time, and be able to at least read subtitles so I can know what they are saying. I understand this may be a personal issue (me not knowing the languages) but I just want to be able to support and join in on connecting with the idols. Waiting until the recorded version of the lives are out, just so I can get subtitles is not enough for me. I deeply apologize for sounding selfish, but I just wish things could be different.

Love it so much, but one problem. This app is so convenient to use for kpop fans as we can see what our idols are doing that the time. I really appreciate this app because I'm able to see that they're doing, any upcoming events, New albums, and so much more. But there is one problem, that all international fans face. As this app is great with all its abilities, one of the most biggest problems are the subtitles. All the fans that live in the US, or basically any other state o country that isn't really familiar with understanding Korean pop, it’s pretty frustrating. If they’re doing a live, I suppose that you can’t add subtitles, but when you post a video, we can’t understand. So plz plz update this app with subtitles. It will make communicating with or idols easier.

There is only one thing.... It’s a really great feature in V Fansub that when uploading fansubs it’ll put RTL languages in order which I’ve found missing in a lot of applications. However it would be even better to make the text box where we put the translation also localized correctly. Though It will display properly later on the video but in that case we can see what we’re actually typing and do not have to worry about missing a single thing. Thank you.

Where to start.... First of all, the new chubby retro looking icon is just plain ugly, if you compare it to the previous design, this one looks like an outdated version. Then the format of the app itself has also gone downhill. Instead of making it more user friendly, it's now cluttered and complex. If it aint broke don't fix it. The only improvement is the video play feature of 10 second rewind and fast forward. Another complaint is that the heart button can't be minimized, it's an eyesore, distracting, and takes up more room than it should. At least make it transparent in the next update. The v app icon being always present on the screen has a valid purpose, but when i want to take screenshots or just in general, the heart icon is just plain in the way. I used to love this app, but now I get salty each time I open it.

Pretty Good But. The app is pretty good but is there a way to have the notifications for the fan board but not have them show up in the middle of the screen because it can be quite annoying not being able to move from a screen because the notifications keep popping up. I know that it would be best to remove the notifications but also having them on is the best way to know if there’s a live because sometimes (all the time) the notifications of lives don’t show up and having the fan board notifications help to know what is going on in the board. The app is pretty great but I would honestly want for that to be fixed or improved if it can be done. Thanks

A Major Problem. I’d give this 5 stars but the problem i’m having is pretty big, the problem is that there is no option for captions. I did have it the first time I downloaded the app, but I took a break and when I came back there was no caption button. Ik many ppl had this problem b4 yet it doesn’t seem that it’ll be solved soon. I know that it takes awhile for captions to be available but it seems like every vid/live has no captions. I tried going to that help thing but that was rlly no help. So yeah, overall the app is good. It’s just that problem is rlly nagging me.

Subtitles No Longer Working. I just updated the app a few minutes ago because it prompted me to do so. I was excited because I hoped the update may have fix some errors I had been noticing. So, I open the app to look at videos and stuff of course, and lo and behold, the subtitles don’t work anymore. I checked I subtitles of other languages and also other artist’s channels to make sure it wasn’t just the ones I was watching. And none of them work. What the heck happened? I was glad to be finally catching up on things because I’m behind and I also haven’t been feeling well so I wanted to watch something that made me happy. And now I can’t. I’m only a beginner in Korean, so I still definitely need the subtitles. *disappointed sigh* 😞

Finally!. I personally am really happy with the redesign esp for the heart button! I can’t stress how irritating it was to wait for it to reload only to send 5 at a time! I like the overall look too because it’s essentially the same just with a fresher feel. The only “complaint” that I have is I did prefer the side menu that showed what channels you were subscribed to, to get to your list of channels now seems kind of like jumping through a load of hoops. But I mean other than that, love it all!

It doesn’t work anymore. Vlive won’t work if I try to use it with cellular data. I’ve had this app since the beginning of June and i’ve never had that sort of issue, but while I was watching the end of Hard Carry 2, it bugged out and stopped working. I tried using someone’s mobile hotspot to use it, and it worked fine. I’ve signed out and signed back in and put the settings the way they were, I reinstalled, and nothing. I’ve also contacted VLive’s help line, but they have not gotten back to me. Update: VLive started working again, after 4 weeks and 2 emails. But, as I decided to stop using it for a few hours, it stopped working when I tried to use it again. I don’t know if this app needs to work on being able to play on cellular data or just needs to completely change, but I know it’s not my device now. Please fix this. p.s. I’m not going to send another email because it always takes 2+ weeks to get a response, and they never actually help.

Love this app so much. Honestly, this is one if the best kpop related apps I have, it notifies you when there’s going to a a live, but I do have suggestions. They are not problems but suggestions, idk if it’s the fans that do the subtitles but if it’s possible to have subtitles faster, I normally wait a week or 2 for English subtitles, it’s not a problem tho, also idk if I’m being to pressuring, but wouldn’t it be a good idea if there was an option for the idols to go live with fans/viewers. Idk but that seems like a great idea to me. Overall I love this app so much, there is all I need in it, i really recommend this app, and please consider my suggestions❤️❤️🙏

Issues I’m having. Okay so I have recently downloaded vlive in the past week and I created an account. But I’ve been having issues with some of the apps features. The first one being that when I go to join(follow) different stars channels and create a profile for communicating in that channel it is saying “an unknown error has occurred”. The second one is when I go to edit my account information it says something along the lines of “account edits cannot be saved due to errors”. This is very frustrating because I even deleted the app and reinstalled it again but it just keeps saying the same thing as I previously stated. Vlive please please please fix this because I’m not sure if it’s just me experiencing these issues but it’s taking away from my good experience with the app. Otherwise I think the app is great besides these issues. Thank you for your time!

V Live is a great app but I’d like to point something out. Even though this app is a great app there’s one thing that bothers me a lot. There are no auto subtitles/translators. Because of this, when someone goes live, I can’t understand most of what the person/people are saying because there aren’t any auto subtitles. It would be nice to see an update on this app providing auto subtitles for the V Live users when someone is live. It would make me and many users of the app happier to see this update. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to see an update soon.

HORRIBLE UPDATE !!!. I usually refrain from writing these sorts of reviews, but in this case as a consumer and long time user of this app, I feel it is necessary to bring this issue into light. The recent update of your app is horrifying to use. Its dramatically different from the original format of this app. It’s confusing, slow, and frustrating to use. This updated version of the app makes me dread when idols go live because I have to deal with the horrid condition of your app. It’s extremely difficult to find the content I want to see, and it has completely lost the simplistic and fast aspect this app used to excel in. Also, it’s super bothersome to have to manually turn off the comments every time we want to go full screen on our mobile. I urge you to revert the app to its previous form or improve the app to be less complicated.

The interface is too confusing. great app since it’s the main one many idols use to live stream but the user interface is trash. personally i don’t want to see the chatroom first and that takes up a majority of the idols’ home page. only the most recent live is shown which is super inconvenient if i wanna go back and rewatch old ones. there isn’t a way to search by year anymore, you literally have to keep scrolling until you find it. please change the interface back to the old one bc it was so much more easier to navigate. this new interface just makes me frustrated and makes me want to delete the app.

Love this app but.... I really like this app because you can interact with people and you can watch the vlive’s live and also when they are not live. Another thing that’s great about it is that it has subtitles so that you know what they are saying if you don’t understand. The reason I gave this four stars is because it takes a while to load, it keeps asking me to join a membership, and whenever I close the app the video continues playing unless I pause it. Other than that, it’s really good. I haven’t got the update yet, so I don’t know about what others have gotten with it, but overall great app.

Nice upgrade... or not?. I really liked the redesigning you guys did on the visual aspects of it. I also liked that now I can turn my phone on either side and having the tiny heart button on the right corner. I thought that was a really nice change. Maybe in the future do think about user's being able to change the background color as the white is too harsh on the eyes especially at night. I gave this a 3-star because, although i liked most of the changes you guys' made with the visual, the app crashes almost always every time I open it. And I know its not because of my wifi connectivity because the app ran well on the last update. It also glitches when clicking on certain settings. I had to close the app and open it again WHICH caused another ling wait time. Please fix the lagging problem, glitching, and loading better.

VLive Channel+. I love this app to bits and it gives me some excitement throughout the day with all the BTS episodes you have. The thing that really stumps me though, is when I purchased a $2.99 subscription to the Channel+ thing and from what I read on the app, the purchases take affect as soon as it's confirmed. However, this isn't the case for me. I bought the subscription yesterday, so it should've taken affect yesterday. But here I am now and I'm unable to watch Channel+ videos. Can you help fix this? Thank you. Update: cancelled subscription because I was STILL unable to watch ANY VLive+ video even though my bank account was charged. I want a refund. You're the first app I ever trusted with purchases and now I can't trust you. Give me my refund please, or tell me how I can. This is ridiculous.

Hate tapping and pressing. It not really a problem but it too much tapping and pressing when you want to give heart to your idol on vlive and not get annoyed by it. I see that if you long press the heart it will grow bigger. 1 tap= 1 heart 1 long press = 10 heart that good but it still a lot of tapping and pressing and it kinda annoying when you really want to just focus on your favorite idol and still give them heart without getting annoyed by the tapping and pressing so I was wondering in next update if vlive can change the tapping and pressing to holding. For example I am watching my favorite idol live and just holding on the hearts so I don’t have to tap or press and I can just hold on the heart. Hold = Heart nonstop Long press = 100 hearts.

One little Problem.... This app seems to work just well, but there are some real problems. First of all, when I join a live, I’m desperate to know what the idols are saying. For example, I joined a BTS v-live and I sadly couldn’t understand anything they said. Also, I don’t know if it’s actually a glitch on my iPad or a problem with the app, but every time I watch an episode and click the home button, I could still hear it. Yes I know that you need to pause it, but it is kind of annoying. I hope you could fix these problems, and overall, the app is just great!

Only one complaint. I've never experienced any major issues with this app, I've had it downloaded for a while but my one complaint is that I'be recently purchased a fanship for a channel and I get the stickers for the artist but i can't even use them! Whenever I try I get a prompt that tells me the fanship has expired. I have to delete the stickers and re download them any time I want to use them but I'm currently writing this because that is no longer working. I'm paying for stickers in the fanship, I want to be able to use them without having to go through a bunch of frustrating methods to get them to work.

Vlive and chromecast. I’ve recently noticed that whenever I try to chromecast vlive onto my tv the captions don’t show up ?? It says on my device the captions are on but they don’t show up . I’ve tried this on two other devices and they each have the same problem. Other apps and websites work fine with their captions . I was wondering if it was something to do with the app or a me problem .... I’ve checked that both apps are up to date and the website gives me the same problem too . I’d really like so feedback on this :,)

Love it but having a few problems. I really love this app. It allows you to watch any video, play it on a tv, etc. And it basically has any group you can think of. However, lately I haven’t been receiving notifications for any of the lives. And the worst part is I was awake at the time they went live but I wasn’t aware of the fact that they were live. I already have my notifications on and have received them before, but lately, it hasn’t been working anymore. This is really disappointing, as I rarely get to watch lives anymore because of the time difference. I don’t know if it is just a problem on my side, but I hope this is fixed if it is a glitch. I recently updated the app but that didn’t seem to fix it. I hope this is fixed. Thank you.😁

International Fan Struggles. As in the title, us international fans with different time zones often miss the lives because we’re sleeping, working, doing something. So, I’d like to have the option to have an alarm go off when my favs go live. It might sound crazy, but hear me out. I don’t get up early and bts usually go live at 4 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. (in my time zone.) So I usually sleep through them. But, I’ve talked with another friend of mine and we both agree that if we had an alarm we’d wake up to watch them live. Rewatching a live isn’t the same. So please, give us the option to have an alarm go off when they go live. But other than that, I really do enjoy this app. I can rewatch whatever I want, and I can play it on my tv. This truly is a good app, but please take my request into consideration.

Great!! but.... i’ve had this app for about a year and a half now on my ipad and it’s been amazing. recently i switched phones and because my new phone is faster, i decided to finally downalod vlive on my phone. i downloaded it and logged into my account. a few hours later i checked the app and i saw two groups went live and i never got the notifications!! i checked my phone settings and in app settings. i even reset the in app settings and i still don’t receive notifications ☹️ everything was fine on my ipad but for some reason it doesn’t want to give notifications on my phone.

Good - One Suggestion. I love VLIVE, I love being able to see my favorite idols do lives & other things. There’s one thing missing from VLIVE that I wish was implemented but doesn’t really detract from the overall use of the app. I really wish you could download videos or replays for offline viewing — especially WITH subtitles. There’s a lot of k-pop fans that probably travel or have poor cellular data and would use this feature a lot. I know it would cost a lot to implement, and also it would cost you money because if no data is on you can’t load advertisements. However — I thought of a solution for this. You can make a purchase on VLIVE necessary if you want to download more than X videos or X hours of video. I think this way you would still be able to make money from this feature & also would make the feature still usable for VLIVE users. I think good limits would be 2-3 videos and/or ≈6 hours of video.

Great app with flaws. This is my first review of V-LIVE so here goes nothing. Overall, I like the app a lot. I like how it’s set up and I like how we can watch our fave idols and interact with them. I like to be able to see the livestreams. But here’s the downside: Every time there’s an “event” like a fan meeting or an online concert (coming from a STAY’s POV), they tell us we would be able to rewatch the concert/fan meeting and we would be able to relive those moments through video-on-demand. I don’t know how many people have these same problems, but it is really annoying to not actually have access to the VODs, even though they promise the VODs will be done soon. One other thing I run into (I’ve reinstalled this app multiple times and it’s the same thing), I don’t actually get notifications when idols are going live. I only find out that an idol went live through my friends, and it’s really upsetting. I’ve tried turning notifications off and back on and nothing. Those are the reasons why I gave this app a three-star rating.

Really good and fun but. Overall, I think the app is amazing! It’s so much fun to see my favorite idols. This app makes the idols closer to their fans, which is great for all parties. The one and only complaint I have about this app is the notifications. Since I’m living in America, our time zones are different. Thus, it’s harder to actually see a live. However, I’m usually a night owl that somehow wakes up early. I wish that when receiving notifications, my phone could vibrate and make a sound. If the notification is silent and only pops up on screen, then it makes it harder for me to know when my idol is streaming. In the end, I would check my phone only to realize I missed a live when I was clearly awake. Overall, besides this I love the app! <3

Continues to allow perverts to stay.. The FAQ says when someone gets reported multiple times that person will be blocked from posting for 24 hours but that appears to not be true or the person has multiple accounts with the same name, besides that, they have done absolutely nothing about the pervert going around to the different forums posting inappropriate pictures. He/she continues to post porn pictures on a app filled with minors and besides removing the picture each time we report it, VLive has done nothing else. If they continue to allow this they should change the age rating for this app to 18+ because no minor should be forced to see such a thing. This is suppose to be a fun place to connect with fellow fans not hiding from perverts posting porn every day.

I love it but one thing. I always wanted to have vlive for such a long time but, I couldn’t because I don’t have Facebook or line . Finally ! They add a sign up/ log in with google and I was so happy! As I was watching some videos I noticed that the captions were a little to small to see , I mean I like they have captions and all but I wish they were a little bigger or had a customizable option for size for captions. Overall I love the app but it still needs a little improvement thank you so much 😊

Confused & Laggyness. I like the look of the app now it look so nice, but it’s confusing for us fans to get around and find for example, all the old videos for Run BTS or Kids Room. And when I was in a Stray Kids Vlive, the comments were VERY laggy and when I get out of the app to do other business, it would stop and I would have to play it and when I go back it’ll glitch up then I would have to refresh the app. Can you try to troubleshoot these so maybe new people to the app won’t be so confusing to them or any other problem that could come to other fans?

We Need A Better Pause Button !!. I love this app because i get to watch videos of all the groups i love , whether they are live videos or shows or specials. The one main issue i have with vlive is the HORRIBLE pause button. If i want to pause the video it takes me about 10 tries because of how small it is and it’s in the corner so i end up not tapping it and have to keep retrying. It’s annoying especially if i have to pause the video to respond to a text or because i need to leave the app. A bigger pause button or perhaps a button that appears in the middle would be sooo much more useful. Another issue i have is that with the new update , i can no longer bring down a video to look for more because there is only an x out button. Please fix these two main issues, i’m sure other vlive users feel the same.

A suggestion that is really needed. I love the app its really helpful in connecting fans with their idols. I’d really like to suggest that you make the app match the devices time zone, so us international fans can know the time according to our time zone, or put an alarm in the app that alerts when the time for a vlive has come. Another thing is can you please make the app rotate when the iPad is in landscape mode, yes it does rotate when I play a video put not when I’m looking at the channels or searching for a video. Again + suggestion. Hi VLIVE. Your app is good. As a new MY I've noticed how pretty and organized Aespa board is. Thank you!! And, it would be so so so amazing if other boards also had the same features, such as "schedule" and rules/notice/news/event/participation on the idols board. It would make the app so enjoyable! (Also, we fans could edit the schedule too like we do on other apps, if the idol's staff can't do it.) Maybe it is asking for too much, but it would make the app really amazing, if it's too difficult to do it, you could do it with the most subscribed channels first. The board does need a set of rules in my opinion~ Channels with more korean fans than international fans are normal but channels with more international fans are chaotic and crazy things are posted on the fanboard, so rules would be nice. It was a great idea to make rules! Anyways... Thank you for your hardwork always, I love the vlive. Thank you creating the app! And Aespa board looks beautiful, I love it and I'm so happy, thank you ^^ If VLIVE was always like this it would be this best app on the universe!

Give me captions 😢. I’ve been using vlive 4 some time now but where are the captions they used to be there and now there gone I’m not Korean nor understand the language idc if the captions are inaccurate I just need them the app is okay it’s just the fact that there are a lot of foreigners that don’t understand Korean I’ve been learning Korean for a while and it’s not a language I can just pick up I understand some stuff but not all and I don’t know what’s going on which ruins the experience of the lives and videos which is is almost the whole point of this app please fix it back to how it used to be 😭😭😭

V live+ channel?. I actually enjoy the V LIVE app and the way it consolidates everything for the two groups that I follow specifically. All their shows and specials are together.I am just totally confused when it comes to the idols using the V LIVE plus live stream. I have a premium membership to one particular group yet I still cannot find a way to get the live plus. It is not shown as being offered. I understand things were transferred over to Weverse but it is unavailable there as well. I would greatly appreciate someone helping as I have emailed Naver several times not having any luck. By chance, is it just something that is not offered in the US?

Don’t update the newest version. I absolutely hate this new update. You have to swipe through every video to get to the video you want to watch. Videos are “displayed” above the fan posts, but you don’t have the infinite scroll like the previous update. Fan posts are not needed and should not be the main page of the artist page. The videos are what people download the app for and should be the first thing people see when going to the artist fan page. It should not take me 10 minutes to find the videos and then finally see them at the top of the page and mistaking them for an ad. If I don’t know what a title of a video is called, how would I know what to search? Bring back the full page of videos and I would be much happier.

Save playlist?. So I really love VLive! I have zero problems with it and I love all the content, but when I save videos to my playlist it’s all in the same one, but it would be nice to keep the channels I watch separate. For example: I could save a bunch of BTS videos, but then TXT will come out with something new and I would put it in the same playlist. So when I want to look for a video later, it feels like I shouldn’t even save them in the first place. If someone loves multiple groups (let’s say five or six) then there wouldn’t be a point in saving anything because we would have so much. My suggestion would be to let us create playlists and keep videos separate.

Don’t understand the update. Ok the app was perfect and great before, but now that it was updated. It’s terrible I don’t know where anything is. Like the other day I was watching a TOO vlive and it somehow kicked me out. Then I couldn’t get back to the video, and it was live. So I’m over trying to find how to get to the videos and I found it luckily after 5 minutes of searching. But I don’t know how I did, so please make it easier to find the videos on the channels. I’m about to go watch a tutorial or something cause I still don’t know. Also I saw another review about an alarm for when your favs go live, and honestly that would be very nice because us international fans are usually doing something like sleeping or working. Cause they all go live when I’m sleeping and that’s not fun 😕

Love the design,just a few problems. Honestly this is a great app! But I just have one problem. My internet is perfectly fine but when I go onto vlive to watch something it takes forever to load or it just doesn’t play the video and when it does play the video it stops multiple times and every time I have to click the screen and press the pause and unpause button and it does it almost every 5 seconds and it’s kinda of annoying and my wifi is fine I don’t know what the problem is but please fix and also fix the subtitles please

icon issue should be solved. I am using the iphone app on my ipad for convenience of watching and it was quite satisfying. However, after the iOS 11 update, the icon of iphone apps installed on my ipad went strange. It just looks as if the download is not finished, the icon with white background and gray grid lines. But while the icon of other apps like kakaotalk got fixed, v app still displays unrecognizable, confusing icon with those grids. Please fix this problem and also please consider developing ipad version of the app.

It’s great. Pretty great if your a multi Stan like me. The app is great, but there usually aren’t much subtitles on lives.. until a couple weeks after. (Unless it’s Bts lives, there are subs after a couple of days) And there are many spamming bots. I’m here on vlive for mainly Mamamoo and stray kids, because I can use Weverse for bts and txt. I like that there is a schedule for your group/artist. But overall this app is great, not much to say, but if your here for only Bts, maybe check out Weverse because the run episodes are on there, and you could just use Yt for the lives, because if your like me, I’m international so the groups I Stan don’t go live because it’s night time for me when they go live. But not their fault. 4 stars for this app ✨👌🏼

Can I adjust subtitle font size?. I’ve been watching V Live content through a web browser for about 1.5 years on my iPad. Finally decided today to download the app so I can get notifications and bookmark videos. I only follow one artist, but the app seems easy enough to navigate. I appreciate the search feature within their star board. But I was extremely disappointed to find that the font size is TEEN TINY! It was way too small to read at a comfortable distance, especially when they are speaking fast. It doesn’t seem to go by my system settings like many video apps and the web browser (tried increasing system caption font but no change within app). I tried googling it without success and ended up just watching through the web browser. Will likely delete if I can’t increase font size.

I love this app but.... My ONLY complaint is I can never open the app from the actual icon. If I try to open Vlive from the icon it pulls up the blue screen with the logo and nothing will happen. It will sit on that screen for hours (I know because out of curiosity I tested it one day). I have to go to my App Store and from my list of downloaded app I have to find Vlive to be able to open it. This is fine because I am still able to access the app, but it is quite annoying. It adds like three extra steps just to open the app. So if I’m trying to log on quick to catch a live stream in my eyes those seconds matter 😂 I guess there is another small thing, but it seems related. Sometimes the app force closes or I find I have to restart it. I feel these are connected. Just general “bugs” that need to be addressed. I have updated several times and I expected them to go away and they haven’t. So here I am leaving a not so good review. Please fix this so I can send the love this app deserves!

I can’t log in help me T.T. So I have been using my Vlive on my phone for one to two weeks. All of the sudden I go in the app yesterday and it has me logged out. I try to log back in with the only email I would have used, and the only couple passwords I have. Nothing worked. I even tried my other gmail account that is for professional stuff. Nothing. I sent a reset password request to both emails multiple times and haven’t seen anything yet. I don’t know why this happened, and I can’t find anyplace where I can simply make a new account either. It’s just all logging in. So I can barely use the app now.

Dont get the updated version. It ruins the ENTIRE APP.. The app seems to work just fine on my iPad however when I try to get the updated version of the app, which Im forced to do, I dont have the ability to view my favorite episodes---and it really irks me that I cant see my favorite channels as well as know what my favorite idols were doing in past episodes. I would have to scroll-----all the way down so that ai can find find the right channel and the right episodes which would take me sooooo long to manage; just because my favorite channel doesnt seem to appear in the searxh bar. And subscriptions last a full 30 days, which doesnt seem like a long time for me since I watch a Vlive once and every few weeks and I dont have time to start viewing ALL of my subscribed channels in one sitting. Which I want to do so terribly however I dont have enough time to watch all channels. Im a busy woman! And these channels cost about what $35 dollars to subscribe and Im wasting all this money for shows that cut short when Im watching them.

freezing and cutoffs. i just watched a sf9 vlive and it froze about 30 times. i kept having to leave and reclick the video on their page. it keeps saying to enable “secure connection” but it has been enabled from the moment i downloaded this app (which was years ago) and yet it still keeps freezing. i thought it was because i kept clicking the hearts or commenting too much, but it still happens even if i don’t. i have a stable WiFi connection as well, and this doesn’t happen with any other live-streams. this consistently happens with scheduled sf9 live streams, and i have experienced problems since two weeks ago with this issue. please fix this. i bought fanship through you guys, the least you can do is not have the lives freeze every other minute. thanks

Confusing. Many people are unhappy with the layout, especially finding where the videos are. The “From Star” is also a little confusing because at first I was like, who’s star??? Having the fanship content over the regular channel content is confusing as well, especially if the fanship content is not regular. Since the main reason people use vlive is to watch videos, making them very visible as soon as someone clicks on a channel makes sense. Also, it’s nice to see a couple of videos at once, instead of the carousel feature. The inconsistent labeling of fanship content as “fanclub” or “special” adds to confusion. There have been many complaints about how the comments show up during live videos. There is a lot of lagging as well. Overall, I think this design has the potential to work if it addressed the main concerns of the users.

Please change it!. I’m just here to complain that I can’t watch a BTS FULL Episode of ‘Run! BTS+ Behind The Scene’ without a membership card. I can’t pay that! I’m broke as flip! I know you’re only doing this to get enough pay, but this is unfair! A lot of other people has membership cards to watch something on full episode while some or maybe a little amount of them don’t. I have this on my iPad as well. I can watch the FULL episode of ‘Run! BTS’ but that’s different to the one for Behind The Scenes version of Run. I can watch it but I also want to watch behind the scenes version. Can you please change it? If you can’t I’ll understand. I’ll just watch the ones that’s not Behind The Scenes.

Vlive. I would recommend this app because it is very good and you get to see you KPop star live when ever you want to!!🙂🙂

Annoying bug. Dear Vlive, Vlive is great for streaming and interacting with idols, but the only issue I have is that the app keeps logging me out of my account when I’m watching a live and it takes ages for me to log back in. FIX BUG. So I’ve updated the app with the newest update and ever since I have been logged out of my account and whenever I try to log back in it goes into twitter and does nothing, then I had to delete the app and re-download it and it let me login but now it keeps having connection issues despite the fact that my wifi works fine on other apps

Perfect, except for CC size!. I love V LIVE! Vapp’s content and livestreams are very enjoyable 💜💜 The only recommendations I have for improvements are: - Allowing the option to adjust caption size/type (or even allowing the Apple system preferences to override Vapp’s). The current small-sized captions make content very difficult to watch and I often find myself switching to phone/desktop to view more comfortably. - Updating the app to fit the new 11” IPad screen dimensions. - And creating a horizontal view app home screen.

Really good. This app is very good. I use it often but don’t like the fan post and chatroom feature. Can there please be an option to hide the chatroom and fan posts because they are distracting and not of use for me. I used to use it but don’t anymore for reasons and would like to hide it/to be hidden. Thank you, please put this into consideration.

Subtitles. For the last month whenever I cast Vlive to my chromecast device the subtitles disappear. This was never an issue before and I can’t fix it.

I am a fan of Astro. I love how that it can see the idol we want to see LIVE! I love how there are dramas and English subtitles so I can understand the words I don’t know in Korean. The bad thing is that you have to pay for the idol to see your message. Example:like for me the idol can’t read my chat I sent because I didn’t pay for it. Also there is a separate chat for the people who bought the fanship for their idol! I hope VLIVE sees this and changes so the comment we send will be seen to the idol we love! App is so close to being perfect. The addition of the tap function to forward/go back 5seconds as well as the save function make the app near-perfect. However, not sure why there is no option to turn off auto-play, I really don’t like how videos will auto-play after I have finished watching a video.

timing of subtitles are out of whack. idk why no one has pointed this out yet but the captions for some videos are so out of time in relation to the actual audio? It’s always 7-10 to seconds faster than the audio and it really irks me. Please fix this.

There is only one thing i can think of that i want to change.. the app is so spectacular but you cant turn the screen horizontally (the home page i mean) and it makes things harder (for me personally, im not sure about others). Bigger subs and give us playlists. The subs are too small to read. I wish there was an option for sub size when using the app. The desktop version subtitles is more friendly for the eyes but I can’t use that on my iPad, as only the HD version plays on the app. Also, it is very hard to search for videos on the app. There should be a playlist option, so that videos can be categorized. Very frustrating finding multiple parts of a series just by scrolling through the whole history of videos posted. Honestly, these are two basic functions that can easily improve the apps usage.

one improvement. The vlive app is very good, i just have one improvement i wish they would make: with ios 14, using picture in picture with the livestream in the corner of the screen while i can use my phone to do other stuff. this would greatly improve the user experience. aside from that, the app is very well made.

Recent app updates make the app slower?. I feel like with all of the recent updates, the app has got more problems? Every time I log into the app it always logs me out of my account and tell me to sign in again and now the app will not even load for me, it just shows the vlive icon and that’s it. love this app but.... I love the Vlive app but I do have to things I would change. First thing is for the app to remember where I was up to on watching a video. Say if I’m trying to watch run bts and I only finish half an episode and want to finish the rest later, it doesn’t remember where I was up to so I have to fast forward and find it again. I think you could change the app so that it would remember. It would be much easier. Also bigger subtitles would be nice. The subtitles on the videos are really small and are hard to read when your trying to watch the video and read the subs at the same time. To read the subtitles I have to go a bit closer to my screen but then I can’t really see the video. I think it would be nice if the subtitles were bigger. Other than these two things I really love the app and enjoy supporting my favourite artists! Just a couple things to think about. I hope you take these suggestions into consideration.

new update. vlive is a great app, it works well ; but one thing i hate about it is the new update. it’s good: because it’s sorted out a bit better. but also not good at all because you can’t see previous videos since it goes to a notice board (?). anyways, it’s no use for there being a ‘more’ button there if it doesn’t even work how it’s supposed to.

V Live Fix This. I love the app, but the new update but with the heart not disappearing, it’s really distracting and takes up too much space. The way the videos would play with the comments and the heart disappearing was much better and less distracting.

It’s great and all but... So basically this app is great you can chat with idols and fans together but it has a slight problem. Actually a few minutes ago I tried to join a live and it didn’t work, i could see the live chat and it didn’t work for many fans. I couldn’t see the idol on his birthday live. I think vlive should make some changes so many fans don’t get errors and can see idols.

Private data. I’m a new user to V live and I like to keep my data private, but I can’t sign without giving you access to my private data. Is there a way to sign in without giving you my data? On my phone it says that giving my private data is optional and that I can request that data to be deleted, but here on my iPad, it doesn’t give that option. Otherwise, amazing app.

Hard to see old vlives. Great app but after the update having to find old vlives by scrolling across the new viewer one video at a time is insanely slow and time consuming compared to the old long list. Please bring the old one back ❤️

IT’S DRIVING ME INSANE. I’ve recently updated and the app, but unfortunately have been logged out. I was signed in with a twitter account that I don’t use much but tried to log back in anyway. Does not support older ios version. I understand that app sometimes needs to be update...but i ipad that i used cannot update anymore....and the newest version does not support ios10 So lame

lost money cuz of the update. vlive app told me to update or it wouldn't let me in. i tried but my device only goes to iOS 9.0 and this new update requires higher than 11.0 i buy things from there, so i still had some coins left in it. i have deleted vlive since it is now useless to me. i'll be watching the re-uploads from other sites. i recommend not wasting your money, in case they do another update and lose it all, like i have.

New interface so bad... Like I go into an artist channel to watch the artist’s content and I just see a bunch of the fans comments and uploads. Literally NO. So bad and scrolling around and going to another subsection just to see their list of uploads UGHHHHH

Logging in. I dont know what happened but it always wants me to log in everytime i open the app when i already logged in so many times. Please fix it☺️☺️

bring back the old format. the update was so unnecessary its harder to access videos and i really dont care for comment/discussion pages the only good thing about the app is the artists videos but now theres just unnecessary additions also the update made app laggy

Great 😊. Good app, but please make the notifications a little louder, people keep on missing vlives or important events because of different time zones. Other than that great app.

new update is terrible. the new update is terrible our history is gone and it’s so much harder to navigate !! if u wanna watch run bts watch it on weverse so bts get their money rightfully
