NEVER RECEIVED MISSING ITEM. I will not be buying anything from Boo Hoo. I ordered some boots and never received them. They said they sent them but I did not receive them. And when I told them I NEVER received them, they told me that 3 people reviewed the packaging and that they will not send me the boots nor refund me for them. I will NEVER shop with them ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOO HOO BECAUSE IF YOU ATE MISSING AN ITEM, THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE ITEM NOR REFUND YOU FOR THE ITEM. They have VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel like I have been robbed by them. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT FSIR TO ME AS A TRUES CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM GOR YEARS AND I THINKS THIS IS DISGRACEFUL….

Horrible Customer Service Experience. This weekend I will be the first in my family to graduate from college. It’s a huge milestone for us. Due to the current situation I started looking for e-commerce stores and came across boohoo. Although they had bad reviews I decided to give the company a chance. My first two orders came in great and proceeded to order the dress I would be wearing this weekend. However, after making the order and tracking the information I noticed that it was sent to the home where I lived 3 years ago and have since moved twice. I don’t know how that happened as I don’t even use that address for my debit card and hadn’t changed the address at the time of check out. I contacted customer service telling them about the issue at hand they were very unhelpful. The address is all the way in Berkeley and I live in Pomona. They decided to not give any solutions and rather told me to “collect the dress from the address”. I said I really think it was a glitch in the app as I haven’t used the address in years and got a new phone that doesn’t have the address automatically saved. It’s a huge disappointment they provided no tangible solutions given the special occasion even if it would have required an additional cost. I recommend people to look at other online stores.

Get your money worth boo. I ordered my stuff and everything came and was SUPER cute I love it & my tanning stuff I order spilled but it didn’t get on any of the clothes because they took extra precaution so I do appreciate that. The only thing is I went to buy one of the cardigans I had bought that I got for 12$ since they had 60% off I went to go buy another one since I loved it so much! They up’d the price to 20$ and their site was still 60% off... so they had taken the original price from 30 and made it 50 so dissatisfied with that I understand it’s 8 dollars more but their shipping is 10$ by its self .... and sis I was over half way to buy another cardigan with that 8 dollars

vamp🧛🏻. I heard about boohoo-man from a you tuber. I remember thinking that I wouldn’t be able to afford their clothes because the quality is so good but that’s not the case. boohoo-man does really good deals all the time so you can get great quality for great prices. I wish to model for them one day because they are my favorite brand and i’ve spent so much on clothing from them. I would recommend getting the app and trying out their products, I promise you won’t regret it. there are also other good brands with the same quality but not as affordable.

Great selection of dresses. App could use improvement.. Love the selection of dresses and sizes. The cost of shipping and returning is rough. I’m paying 10 to ship it and another 7 or 8 if I have to return. I pay nothing for this on most other sites. It will eventually stop me from ordering. I fall between sizes and often need to order a few to get the fit right. The app/site does not allow you to see what sizes are available until you push an item through to your cart. It’s only another click but a weird annoying design flaw. The lack of reviews and most importantly lack of buyer photos wearing the dress makes it harder to order the correct size therefore costing me more in shipping and returning.

Never shopping here again.. While looking at dresses for a school dance I kept the ones I liked in my cart. I had previously saved my billing information so it would all be easier for me in the end. I wake up the next day to find that an order was placed and charged to my account. I cancelled it once which I assumed would be successful, yet the next day the order was pending again. I cancel it a second time, outcome is the same. I thought it stopped there. Although I was already bummed about being out money and up a product I didn’t even want, i soon became even more bummed. The item I didn’t even order was supposed to arrive yesterday so that I could return it for my money back, yet nothing. Today I noticed that I was charged the whole 50 twice resulting in me not only paying once, but twice for an order I did not place. I have never had a situation like this occur on any other website. I have spoken to 7+ representatives and not one has been able to help me. Never shopping with them again.

App Makes Me Boohoo! 😔. It's a problem when you're pleased with the clothing from a company but their app is so buggy and difficult to use that it makes you not want to shop there, bargain or not. It doesn't feel secure and thus far it's gotten worse instead of better with each update. I really cannot stand spending my valuable time filling a shopping cart, then putting my phone down for a moment, and returning to find an empty cart. That combined with a favorites list that shows an error message each time I try to use it, as well as random error messages while just flicking through the app. The item descriptions don't tell anything about the item you're looking at and at least knowing the fabric type and percentages would've kept me from purchasing 3 dresses made of metallic sink "scrubbie" material! True story! Boohoo, I do love most of your clothing but I'm sooooo frustrated with your app! In fact, I'm only writing this review tonight because your app either won't open or closes every few moments I go to use it. The bottom line, I could've been spending money with your company but your app is a problem. Fix it.

Problem with shipping and tracking. Usually I don’t have issues with my order but this last order there is an issue with my package and it is frustrating to not be about to contact the company and not speak to a representative. That’s unprofessional in my opinion and makes me reevaluate purchasing items from them because they don’t have a effective and efficient way to contact their company. I had to find out through fedex that there was and issue. I’m still trying to contact Boohoo. Hopefully, they still send the item. And credit me something for the inconvenience.

One of the worst costumer services. Great clothing for great prices, bad app system with bad costumer service! Company need to change their policy when it comes to their communication with their costumers! I recently purchased $330 worth of products and my parcel was split into two packages. I only received one tracking number and one package. Due to address issue the other package went back to the UK. I wouldve been able to claim it at the post office if i have known it EXISTED! I freaked out upon opening my package thinking boohoo employees forgot 9 of my items and i was worried they would think i was lying when i disputed the order! I mean who forgets to ship NINE ITEMS right? So until i opened i dispute with them, they informed me they sent two packages because the order was large! If they have given me two tracking numbers none of this wouldve happened! Mind you now, i have to wait 28 days for my refund, because they policy "refuses to simply reship the package once it returns". Now i have to reorder my items after i receive my refund within a month! And yes it does take a month, because this is not the first time they messed up my order!

Worst service!. I bought $550+ worth of clothes, after three days of confirmed receipt they cancelled the whole order saying there was unavailable items and the second mail says that there has been an over weight issue !!! Seriously! They could have shipped it in two different packages instead of cancelling the whole order and now I have to wait for my refund. Anyhow I couldn’t wait any longer so I tried to purchase in small quantity. First order went through perfectly but the second order when I clicked through payment process button I got a pop up message saying there has been a transaction issue try again. So I was about to try it again but then I received the text message from bank saying the transaction has gone through, I checked my account online and it shows the transaction payment so to make sure I called the bank and they confirmed it too. I don’t know how many emails I have sent them. There was no reply... Iam still waiting !!!! I would say this site would have been the best online retail store if there wasn’t issues like this. Cancelling the whole order. Cmon we can only add 20 pieces per cart! I can’t trust this site boohooo

The app its self. This app could be so much better. 1- make it easy for your customers by having suggested items under the selected item. So i can easily add other half of matching set . 2. Why do you not have a space for item reviews ? You should enable that with pictures so people can make better decisions about the purchase. But you would rather have people PAY for returns I'm sure. 3. This is a big one. STOP DELETING MY CART. Idk if anyone else can relate but i will build a cart for weeks before i purchase. And if something goes out of stock boohoo deletes entire cart instead of marking item sold out. I had to restart my cart so many times before i could buy it. That’s horrible. Hopefully thats a bug that has been fixed in the update i just did. 4. Search engine is kind of weak, if you dont search exact name its hard to find it. Must add everything to wish list ladies!! K thats all. Clothes are pretty good. I order here alot. Size22/24 rn

Scam Site. I heard a lot of good things about Boohoo only to find out they are a scam. I was excited to order things from this site and paid express shipping. I was told and expected I would receive my package is 6 business days. It has been 4 weeks since purchase date. For the last 3 weeks my package has been sitting in Memphis TN, I spoke to Boohoo Support and they told me to sit tight and wait for it to deliver. I wanted a refund for my express shipping they ignored the request and told me to continue waiting. I call FedEX to ask about the package they tell me my package is now being held undeliverable because it arrived in Memphis EMPTY.... Boohoo support refuses to refund me for my scam so I have cases with FedEx support and my bank. So disappointed! DON NOT PUT YOUR FAITH IN BOOHOO!!

Paid for service I didn’t get. Recently I purchased 2 items and paid for express shipping. Items never came and when I inquired about them I was told that after the fact that there where delays in shipping. I was also told I would not receive any money back and or credit. So in other words this business allowed me to pay for a service that they knew where delays in. And This business should not offer a service such as express shipping when they know there are delays. They seem to not care about the customer experience and easily put all blame on you reciting notifications on delayed shipping and policies that are not really noticeable in the first place. They don’t take into account the hundreds of dollars you already spent on previous orders .. Not a good way to treat a customer let alone A veteran.

I am loving it 🧡. I was looking for a knee high boots size 5. I usually shop in Forever 21 & H&M, but they only have 5.5. But then I came across to this app on instagram. I googled Boohoo US. Clicked the link and it led me to this app @ Apple store. Downloaded it, and boom! They have size 5. I was thrilled. So I ordered two things, when I get the confirmation that it’s on my way. I realized that it’s shipped from London. It was a surprised 😱 as I don’t shop stores outside of United States. But I waited anyway, and no worries cuz they have tracking #. So I received my package more than a week, and I was pleased with the products. They look great! And I love my knee high boots. 😍😱 And just last night I re-ordered again, and this morning I received an email that my stuff is on the way. 😊✈️ I am excited to receive my new shoesssss!!!!👢💕 This review is based on my experience, with the company.😊💕

YAAAS BOOHOO!!. FIN👏AL👏LY... A place that sells big-girl clothes at a decent price that is well-made!! I can honestly say I've bought 8 different items from the shop/store...I placed 3 different orders..I just received my first one with 4 of the items that I purchased and I am so pleased, I am ecstatic. these clothes are highly well-made, the sizing is beautiful and I will be buying more. Now granted, I did buy all of my items during their big sale that they're having at the moment but even still, it's a fantastic sale, and if I can buy more, I am going to. I'm waiting on 2 of my packages but with these being my first orders, I was hesitant when I first got my package but I am no longer scared and I am absolutely in love with every single thing I've bought. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and purchase from them because I know as long as they keep this up with the stylish clothes and fantastic prices I will continue to buy from them in the future not even to mention the shipping was actually very quick

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. So I order some clothing items from boohoo on April 4,2020 and I was suppose to receive it by April 9,2020 (that’s a red flag right there) so I waited and waited and never received my order or any type of message saying that something with wrong with my order. They said my order was is Memphis TN and it never said anything after that. So I downloaded whats app and decided to contact them. They said I’m sorry to hear that and we’ll give you a refund on 5-7 business days. So I waited again for another week and still no refund so I contacted them again and ask them Is there anyway to get another form of refund and they said no we’ll contact you if there is anything wrong with ur refund I still haven’t received my refund or anything. PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. ITS FOR SURE A SCAM .

a total scam. Conclusion: Overpriced cheap looking clothes with a fake "tall" section. Then they have the audacity to charge you to return their misleading junk. I was so excited to find a place selling cute stuff for tall women. I SPECIFICALLY placed an order because they had tall women blouses. (otherwise they're just like crop tops) so I get my order in and there's NO WAY it's for a tall woman! They completely misled me because on the model on the tall listing it looks just right and cute. The material irl is cheap costume store looking. There's no way there's any difference between their tall and reg sizes. So I go to return it and find out Ill be charged a return fee. So angry I've just wasted my money on cheap looking clothes.

SCAM CLOTHING COMPANY. I bought clothes from this company because I saw the everything half off promo sale. The clothes arrived with no problems but I returned several items ($130+) because the clothes didn’t fit me well. They sent me an email stating they received it & my refund was on its way. Well, 2 months later & several emails between myself & their customer service rep(s) & STILL NO REFUND from them. They don’t have a contact number so everything is via email & it takes days to get a response from them. I’ve contacted my bank & they requested a tracking number from Boohoo for the refund that was supposedly deposited back to me. I’ve been requesting them via email for the tracking number and no one seems to know what the tracking number is, nor will the give it to me. The last email I received from a “Diane” stated that the refund was supposedly deposited already & she can’t help me any further, not to mention she still won’t give me the tracking number so I can give to my bank to confirm/find the deposit was ever made. I don’t suggest buying clothes from this company. The customer service is beyond terrible. I’ve never been so frustrated, angry, and disappointed!!! They won’t return my emails & i still haven’t received a refund. STAY AWAY from this clothing company!!! They’re a SCAM!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

READ THIS! SO YOU WONT WASTE MONEY!. It was some bull from the time I submitted the order. First off, the tracking number was provided and had the package getting there the next day, which is impossible coming from another country. So here’s when it gets crazy, so due to the Covid 19 I had the mindset that it wouldn’t arrive on time. So after 2 weeks of my package sitting at its first US location (Memphis, TN) I decided to contact the shipper (FedEx) and Booboo. So upon speaking with FedEx they followed up the tracking and configured that the reason that the package stopped was because it arrived in Memphis EMPTY! So they have to start an investigation in order to change the status of the package which is understandable so they won’t be held accountable. (The customer service rep relayed to me that they have a lot of issue from this company!) Ok so I reached back out to Boohoo via Whatzapp convo I was told by Booboo customer service to get the shipper to update the tracking status in order to process a refund. So now I’m in the middle of a whole investigation just to change the status in order to get back to BooBOO. I just feel like I’m not gonna get my bread back, so I’ve already accepted the loss. Nothing about this gives me customer first vibes! So unless you got it to throw way. Spend your hard on dollars with more efficient companies ppl! Because this is some unnecessary BS! *** I wish I could’ve rated this app with 0 Stars!!!!

Horrible experience. I tried to place an order for multiple items and the website limits you to get only 20 items not only that actually I had a horrible experience placing an order every time I try to place an order it says change the payment method I change payment method I change devices it did not let me do it ! I messaged Customer Service they just told me to do everything that I did and they couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t place an order ! the last thing i thought about I just tried To place an order with only couple items with $200 however I wanted like 20 items the payment was about $600 and there’s a charge for shipping fee every time. So I deleted most of my items from my cart I placed an order for only like four items which I wanted way more that’s where it accepted my payment and my order went through because the website forces you to do small orders so they can charge you fees ,this is horrible customer experience!

Head Over Heels in Love!. Boohoo is hands down the best and my personal favorite place to shop period. Forget Forever21 and their “deals” or Charlotte Russe and their not-so-great quality. Booboo offers amazing deals, amazing quality, and an amazing selection. Boohoo caters to everyone’s personal style at an affordable price. In addition to their selection and sales, shipping is fast, customer service is helpful, they even have free returns now (not that I’d return anything I bought here). Boohoo is the best clothing store there is online or otherwise. 10/10 would always recommend! ❤️

Plus size. I have just recently downloaded boohoo, just to look and see what’s going on, and if they have the clothing I’m looking for. Weirder styles that people would question, overalls, bib shorts, overall dresses (pinafores) and anything that screams, “I’m a five year old.” So I look through, and there’s a wide selection of bib shorts/ dresses for smaller sizes, and then there’s only two things that come up for their plus section. This is extremely frustrating considering, I want the same clothing that a skinnier person would, and it feels like the company is telling me what I can/ cannot wear as a plus sized person. MAKE MORE PLUS SIZE OVERALLS/PINAFORES/BIB SHORTS!!!!

Women’s clothing. I’m a size 14 this site has nice and stylish clothes For women like me. Order from this site two more times. The first I was watching my daughter wear a sharp sweater from boo boo ! Then I immediately went to boohoo and order the icon dress with the hoodie and feel in love! Then I ordered the apricot V-back sweater the croppedCrisscross back top. Now I’m waiting for 10 more items to come any day. LOVE the site the clothes fit and wear very well can’t wait to get all my items and I will send some pics. Thank you boo for clothing in a size 14 , for woman like me.❤️❤️❤️

App is so crashy and returns are impossible along with help feature. This app crashes all the time especially if you’re trying to do a return or need “help”. I have a faulty item and wanted “help” because that’s where they instruct you to go if you receive a faulty item. I typed out all of the details and clicked on send and it doesn’t give me a confirmation of it was sent or anything. It just takes me back to the blank screen to start over again. So I don’t know if it sent or not. It’s so incredibly frustrating that such a huge company doesn’t invest in bettering their website and app. 🤯 If you’re clothes don’t fit right you have to pay to ship it back to them and then have to pay to get the new size or replacement product shipped to you. This company is such a scam company and if regular stores sold similar clothes I would never deal with these online scam stores again. 😱

No problem from start to finish. Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot and I ordered 3 items from this website that I truly liked and for a great deal. I didn't have high expectations on quality and material, etc. From the time I placed My order I received prompt confirmation and regular updates on the tracking of my package via 3rd party app. My purchased items were delivered in good condition and within the specify time frame of 7-11 business days, (got mine in 10 days). The clothes I purchased are as described, quality of material is good and the fitting was perfect. I’m satisfied with my purchase and the delivery of goods. I will buy from them again in the future.

Plus size opinion. Honestly their sizes are way off I’m a plus size (11) and I had order four pair of jeans, only one pair fit me and the rest fit me so big and two of the jeans I order looked exactly the same but with different sku on them. So I was kinda confused about that! I also order a few black blouses and none them fit! And I had order a size 12! The shirts didn’t even fit my sister and she’s a size XS in the US. So I was bumped. I don’t like to return items so I’m going to keep them & hopefully I can give it away to someone that can actually fit into them.. so sad though none of my items worked out 😭😭😭

Not satisfied. What bothers me the most is that I can’t find an email or number to talk to somebody about what is going on. I’m giving two stars because I’m hoping that maybe my package will come through within the next day or two. I paid for EXPRESS shipping and I’ve never had this issue before with boohoo but I figured it’s due to covid 19. I ordered on the 27th, was told that it’d be here on or before the 29th and I knew that it would not get here in one day (USA) from the UK. So I at least wanted to track the shipping to see if my order was sent out or being processed at the least. Mind you it’s been three days. When I go on the app it says it’s dispatched, meaning my order was sent to fedex and should be processed for shipment. When I check fedex, nothing has been put out. All fed ex has is a shipping label and the date of delivery has changed. I’m giving this review because it’s about the principle of telling a customer one thing and it turning complete left. It’s disappointing. If I were told that it would get here by May 1-4 then okay, I’d understand. If I were told something reasonable then, I’d understand. But to allow the company to let people think that everything is fine during these times, when it’s not is annoying. Especially if your expecting it for a gift. Pro tip: people ACTUALLY want to hear the truth.

literal ✨perfection✨. I’m just now really finding my style as a freshman in high school and i LOVE this app. It’s perfect for all style types and the prices are really affordable. I definitely recommend this shopping app to anyone with an empty closet or anyone that doesn’t know there style yet. The only critique I have is that i wish we could leave reviews as pictures on the individual clothes. Sometimes it is easier to tell you size by comparing on other people but other than that this app is AMAZING 👍🏾

No more stackable promo codes. Before the whole update, customers were able to stack on coupons and that was my personal reason that boohoo was worthwhile to shop at since u can mitigate paying less for the super expensive shipping ($9) that was worth more than some of the clothes there. Now, there are 60% discounts on clothes but it’s basically still reg price with tax and the shipping costs-buying just one piece of clothing is $25+ which is ridiculous 😪. If you even try to stack on other promo codes it just gets subtracted from the 60% promo going on and if ur not careful u might actually pay more. Please bring back the stackable coupon feature. I’m sure that many customers loved shopping at boohoo because of this and would agree that they’ve turned to other shopping outlets instead of boohoo now.

Frustrated.... I recently downloaded the app, but always used to use the website through safari on my phone. Which didn’t have the information about what size the model wore. Now they do on the app. In September I purchased some beautiful denim in a size 4 petite because I am 5’1 and 89 llbs. But even a size 4 which is a 0 in US was way too small and there is no way to review the product on the app. Like the jeans are literally suffocating and I didn’t receive my receipt in my package therefore will never be able to return them or exchange them. Please make a way to review what we purchase in the app. AND show our previous orders. Thank you.

Dark Mode Added.. I always judge a companies awareness by if they include a dark mode to their app. Boohoo added this recently and it always makes shopping more pleasurable since its a lot easier on the eyes. I do most of my shopping at night during my down time before I go to sleep, so a dark mode is a huge quality of life improvement for me. Now the important part: The clothing is super affordable. The quality sometimes depends on the item, but that’s true for every major retailer in this day and age where leggings from Victoria Secret are just glorified panty hose. The key difference being spending $60 on them at VS or like $10 at boohoo. P.S: Give the genius who added a dark mode a raise for saving me from having recurrent migraines from staring at a stark white screen before bed. 👏👏👏👏👏

Happy US shopper. I bought a dress for my nieces wedding I am petite but on the heavy side I received my dress, first time I have ever put a dress on and it fits me perfect I am very happy with my purchase. I also purchased a pair shoes I wear a size 4 1/2 but can buy a size 5 I checked the shoe on zoom the shoe was a ankle strap but I did not take notice it didn't have a buckle on the strap unfortunately they didn't fit so I had to send them back. The return was very easy. The prices are great and the Quality was not disappointing. Happy boohoo shopper

😍🥰😍. I have to admit I was skeptical after reading a few reviews. I went ahead and ordered anyway, the dresses were too cute not to. I am more than happy with my order. I purchased 4 dresses and a pair of sandals. I ordered a US size 6 for the dresses and a 9 for my shoes. Everything fits PERFECT!!! I could not believe how quick the shipping was. I ordered on a Friday and package arrived the following Tuesday. I also have to add the quality of everything was above what I had expected. Super adorable and I LOvE everything!!! It’s okay. If there’s one thing that truly made me not want to continue shopping on the app, I would have to say that it was the models and how they were posing in every photo that annoyed me most!! It seemed as though every shot was in an angle with the models posing in a way that did not even show what they were wearing! I had to scroll through 2-3 views just to see what the entire front of a dress looked like on some occasions. I started to feel my eyes straining after 5 min on the app. So I would suggest for the photographer to change up the shoot style and perhaps choose better models. Terrible, lots of glitches. So I get a lot of system errors that won’t let me purchase when I try, and I was trying for 12 hours….. I have constant issues with addresses not being accepted. “Uh-oh system error” . Hey boohoo you need better developers!!!!!! I got an iPhone 12 Pro, and it’s completely updated. The app is glitchy and doesn’t update my personal info , your website is slow and still doesn’t update addresses correctly. I had to delete all the addresses and leave only one. You would think with a crappy website that they would have better Customer service but noooooo…. NOOOO help at all. You gotta jump through hoops and answer a million questions just for them to say “oh well, your gonna have to just deal with our system errors , and we do NOTHING to help fix the issues or make our loyal customers happy” Who wants to be on the phone with customer service at 1am? After work? When you have to be out the door by 8 again? My event is in a week. I don’t have the patience for crappy service like this. I won’t be purchasing from here again. Everyone should just go to pretty little thing or missguided. They have way better service

No reviews. When buying clothes online, I rely on reviews to get the right size. I am a 6 sometimes 4 depending on the clothing. I ordered size 6 petite pants and they were too tight and they were too long. It was like they threw in regular sized pants. I wish they had reviews because I am seeing their sizes are not consistent. So you have to pay for shipping and to pay to return the items. That is terrible. They need to add reviews and work on their shipping. I really feel like I was duped. The clothes that did fit me varied is size. The dresses I ordered were a little big. I love the material though. The romper was really nice though. Will update when they get reviews in the app. UPDATE: I didn’t get all my items in my order.

I like this APP, But it still has annoying errors!. BooHoo, online website is wayyyyy better. I can click the different color icons under a item and it would change colors on the website. On the app I have to constantly open up the item (and then get a weird error message which freezes the page). Then they have the nerve to do a 80% sale on the first of the month like normal people don't have to pay rent. 🙄 Throw the whole store away, At this point! Make your extreme sales in the middle of the month. (Clothes money going to the rental office right now😡) This company geeking for real, smh.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a super cute jumpsuit that “shipped” on April 14 for my birthday which is May 21. It is now May 23 and I still have not received the jumpsuit. There is no way to get in contact with customer service. When you go on the website it just takes you to FAQ and an order tracker. The tracker tells me my packages has been in the US since April 29th and should be arriving in 7-8 business days, that’s it. No further information. No way to get a refund without sending the item back (which is impossible since I never received it). Overall really frustrating experience and I had to scramble to get an outfit for my birthday after waiting for that package for over a month. Complete waste of $16

These reviews must be paid sponsorships bc…. I was so excited to be shopping w/ Boohoo again. I loved their clothes before they started gaining their popularity. I was happy to see that they started offering clothes for plus sized women! I bought two or three pairs of jeans but only one of them fit. I stopped after that bc I was so frustrated w/ paying $20+ for jeans then them not fitting and having to pay for returns! I decided to give them another try and even got the same jeans that I absolutely love! Once again, bought three pairs (all size US 12, my usual size) and two of them barely fits… they’re all suppose to be the same thing and I’m seeing that Boohoo not only has a problem w/ consistency in sizing but also plus sizing in general. They cater to the skinny group of women (size 8/10 and under). I honestly felt so terrible after trying on jeans that are suppose to be personally for me and my size. Hopefully they and others will get on board w/ creating realistic plus size clothing that does not only fit like 3XL+ or size 8/10 and under.

Very disappointed. This is my second order that I had to return because they keep sending me the wrong sizes. I don’t even understand how that keeps happening. They’re not even close to the sizes that I’ve ordered. I ordered a size 10 shoe they gave me a size 8 I ordered at 18or20 they’re giving me 22s and 24s. I am very disappointed I’m going on vacation this is my second time sending the order back. I don’t wanna order from anywhere else because I like the products on here I have ordered less products before and they’ve come in fine, but maybe you can’t order 10 items at one time you’re overwhelmed and you can’t get that order out right I don’t know, but it needs to be fixed.

Use to Love, but customer service is extremely poor. I have shopped with BooHoo for a long time and their items are gorgeous, but when it comes to customer service they are terrible. Theirs automated system can send you an email everyday about the deals they have, but I have been having an issue for 3 months. I’ve sent several emails and have only received one half response every month from a different rep that doesn’t help me. I hate to make bad reviews and complain, but I have been more than understanding. I have even contacted the customer service team on FB several times and each time a different rep gave me a different response that never answered the questions I asked. Because of this, I have decided to no longer purchase from Boohoo. It’s too much trouble to fix small issues.

I love BooHoo but I have 1 suggestion. I love Boo Hoo. Don’t get me wrong. They have a lot of cute stuff for affordable prices and they almost always have a sale on stuff so why not, right ? But I have 1 suggestion. Boo Hoo can really use a segment on the website and app where you can leave reviews on clothes to make sure you get the right size, if it’s something you really want and etc. instead of having to order it, get it shipped and end up returning it which is a PROCESS !

Disappointed af 😐😐. Really i should give this a lower rating, but i managed to make this work some how. For starters, the shipping info they give you is false. They told me the order would arrive in 8 days when in reality its more like 3 weeks. But thats not the kicker. The packaging is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I order some chains from the website and received pure dissatisfaction. Im pretty sure whoever packaged those necklaces had a crappy pay because they literally just threw them in the bare bag as a tangled mess. They package the shirts in individual bags but not the things that would actually get tangled together. The pictures are pretty deceiving also. I would recommend getting jewelry in person.

Terrible clothing. A few months ago I ordered a moto jacket because I liked that it had a belt. When it arrived the belt wasn’t even on the jacket. I told customer service and they were 0 help. Bought my mom a few dresses during the summer, she HAND-WASHED a few of them and they still shrunk! I don’t know what compelled me to order from this place again but I made another purchase for a few jeans & bodysuit. All the pants fit TERRIBLE and the material is so cheap, rough... just feels like poor quality. The clothes looks good on the models but once you get it, it’s a whole different story. Don’t waste your money buying cheap fast fashion clothing. Save your coin for quality garments that lasts long no matter how many times you wear it.

Boohoo!. Ok so I love their clothes and the quality isn’t bad either for the prices you’re paying. My only flaw and it’s serious enough for me to shop elsewhere..I ordered my things and paid extra for them to come rushed! I ordered size 14 for my bottoms and a large or extra large tops depending how I want them to fit. I was overall pleased with the clothes by far and love all my items BUT it took over two weeks to come and half the time I didn’t have a schedule date for pickup and drop offs! Ugh! Then to really annoy me after waiting so eagerly to get the items I did purchase, they send me size 18!!! Now I can’t return these items bcuz one it will take two weeks for them to show up as I already waited for these items after paying more for faster shipping! Then to send me sizes way too large for me? I want to scream bcuz I love the pieces I ordered but I will not be buying from boohoo again! More like booboo! It would take a month for me to see either the money back or to return the items and buy new! They do not do exchange! So personally the clothes are great but the whole not sending the size ordered for one and waiting two weeks for my package after paying for fast service, I still didn’t get that money back for the rushed order either. DONT BUY FROM HERE. So I’m actually a brand new shopper and while I was in florida for vacation I decided to quickly browse for some back to school clothes. I got a huge haul and was ready to check out. I got an email saying my order was being processed and that it’s “in the bag” then about 10 minutes later I get an email saying that they are canceling my order because “it was out of stock” which it actually wasn’t, everything was in stock so I spoke with support and they told me to wait for an email. I was disappointed and frustrated because school starts very soon so I just wait for my dang refund and decide to give it a second shot which was yesterday and surprise surprise it gets canceled again, I get an email saying they processed my order at the wrong site since I live in us, so now I missed out on two articles of clothing because they’re sold out and I have to wait for my refund. 1/5 stars easily, hopefully I get my SECOND refund soon I’ll be sure to steer all my friends away from shopping here

DONT SHOP BOOHOO. I have yet to receive my money and this is an update. I’ve been trying to get my money since March & they can’t find packages that they sent confirmation emails saying it was received by them. I made sure to screen shot all of our WhatsApp messages for proof. Afterpay is considering dropping them after all the bs customers are going through. I can’t wait to see it, shipping is NOT ACCURATE. Won’t come expedited, you pay to return items. They let you pay for items and then send emails saying it’s not in stock minutes later. Well why is it on the website then? They didn’t refund any items that they never sent but sent emails saying it’s not in stock. They are fraud and they advised me to wait 30 days before reaching back out about my money. They think it will be indisputable with my bank. Jokes on them I’ve started the dispute. I’m out of $857 because of them. I wouldn’t support the fraud life.

Makes shopping extremely agitating. I love boohoo and have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of clothes from here. The only thing I hate about it is that the app is retardedly annoying to use. If you scroll too long it crashes, and half of the images on the page don’t even load while you’re scrolling. ALSO, the most annoying thing is if you’ve had something in your shopping cart for a while, when you go to check out, it only tells you if one or more of your items are unavailable AFTER you’ve entered your shipping address and credit card information!! SO ANNOYING!!! Please fix these bugs!!! The app is so slow and agitating to use!

Great Improvements. I’ve had the boohoo app downloaded on my phone for a couple of years now but always resorted to using the full website because of how slow and mediocre the app was. That all changed a few months ago when I received the latest update for the app. The app now syncs my account activity seamlessly so I can continue shopping from one medium to the next instead of emptying out my cart and wishlist every time whether I was logged in or not like it did in the past. The improvements made to the usability of the wishlist and cart features specifically have exponentially improved and has now made boohoo one of my favorite shopping apps!

App keeps crashing. The app is very unpredictable; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It constantly closes down and takes me back to my home screen and then my shopping bag is empty and I have to start all over again. But it crashes again after that unfortunately. When the app is working, if I go to use a different app and then come back to the boohoo app, my bag is empty again. Other shopping apps allow you to go out of the app and back in again. I would like for this function to be available to the boohoo app. I also do not like how the bar at the top is so wide and affects my scrolling up and down so much. I really think the creators of this app need to have a look at other shopping apps and see why they are appealing and apply it to their app. I will go to Boohoo’s website and shop through there for now until the app is updated and working better.

Love it.. Love the app, simple to use. I would like to see more plus sized models in your curves section though. As a plus size woman I’d like to see the clothes modelled on a woman of a similar size/structure and as beautiful as these woman are, then do not fit the “plus size” criteria. It would be nice to see a woman model the size 18/20 and even the 22/24 so we get a better idea of the fit on the different body types. Other than that, great!

Horrible communication. I have been waiting on a refund to come through for over a month now as they received the items back on the 3rd of January but still I have not seen my money this has been a very disappointing experience, and trying to get back in contact with them about it has been nearly impossible as the app just redirects you to questions with no way to contact them other then writing a review, horrible customer service

Very hit and miss (more on the miss side). The app always crashes and I can never add or view my Wishlist due to errors on their site/app which basically stops me from shopping and tend to just hop over to ASOS which is so up to date and offers Videos on all their clothes! Value for clothes is very hit and miss and a lot of their stock is very tacky not trendy at all.

Best online shopping. Love Boohoo! Can be a little hit and miss with sizing, especially if you’re body shape isn’t an 8. However I do find that that’s obviously the risk with online shopping, plus Boohoo is very affordable and ultimately you do pay for what you get. Good quality products though and a great range to choose from!

Unfortunate crashing. I absolutely love boohoo, the clothing is fantastic and love it when there’s a sale but I find it to be very difficult for the app to stay working once you’re logged in. For example, if I’ve been scrolling down the page for more than 2 minutes it crashes and takes you back your mobile home screen and second, 8/10 when you’re logged in but it tells you there’s an error adding stuff to your wish list then go to go into the wish list that all the items you’ve added to it has vanished, it’s quite stressful. Apart from that, boohoo is the best online shopping site but it’s problems really change the way we all use it as it’s just frustrating and quite upsetting.

Afterpay on app. I just found out boohoo now have Afterpay which is great! But I tried to complete my order on the app with the intention of using Afterpay but unfortunately it wasn’t available. I was however able to Afterpay my items on the website, I think the app should be updated with the option also.

Amazing. Absolute love it, everything came as expected, kinda wishing one item was a bigger fit but all good. Haven’t tried the others on but they came 2 days earlier than expected and I haven’t even been due to pay the first instalment on my items yet which is rad.

App is ok, but mobile site is easier. This app is ok, but at present the mobile site has more features and is slightly easier to use. For instance, when I’m checking on my order tracking the app requests I get my order number from the confirmation email. However, on the mobile site it already has my order number (which I believe is a fairly vital feature).

Excellent quality. It was my first time making an order through the boohoo website for women tracksuits & winter dresses. I ordered 6 tracksuits (as gifts & 2 dresses).I received the order within 10 days. They were truely amazing, size guide was very good & material was soft & higher quality than average. Would highly recommend to try👌🏻 & definitely will shop again at Boohoo . Thank you

Awful customer service. I have had an awful experience with this brand. There customer service is the worst where they do not listen and is extremely difficult to communicate with. I’d definitely not recommend bothering with this brand, you can definitely get better quality items elsewhere where you get treated as a customer. Where you get great customer service which is unfortunately extremely disappointing with this brand. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother downloading the app.

Greedy. Boohoo women’s is ok quality nothing great sizing is a hit and miss however I would not recommend shopping the men’s section, the image and product descriptions don’t even come close to what you’ll receive. They offer your selection for shoes as Aus but it gets converted to US so that just makes it a horrible process. I’ve had to return multiple shoe orders back and they don’t even honour their arrangements. Promised they’d reimburse me by paying me back for the postage boxes I had to buy only to retract their word. They do not care about customer service and they’re nothing but greedy especially during a pandemic. Oh and don’t be fooled by their bs sales , half the time they actually up their prices and slap a “sale” on an item that is more expensive than days prior ago. Boohoo has gone down hill and I won’t be buying off them again , defiantly recommend Fashion Nova instead their prices and quality is bomb as.

Quality products. I love that you have large sizes and realistic models for both males and females. The products I have bought have been of good quality for the price, real to size and the printing on my sons shirts is also of good quality, can go through washer and dryer. Fix bug. Overall I really love boohoo and the styles offered, the shipping is reliable and relatively on time as well. However, currently, I cannot seem to view my wish list. Quite annoying since I usually pick out items to put into my cart from there. Please fix.

Needs more!. I personally love the app, the clothing is beautiful however I have broad shoulders that fit in to a size 18, I find it difficult to find edgy shirts specifically ones that I can wear on a night out. Most tops only go up to a size 14 - 16! Which is quite frustrating!! There are heaps of your typical t shirts available but barely any cute tops for women that would make someone of a larger figure feel confident and comfortable. Other than that I can’t fault boo hoo! 😊 Would absolutely love to see a bigger range for bigger women!

DOUBLED THE POSTAGE COST TO AUSTRALIA!!!. Why do this right now??? We are all struggling through Covid-19, with losses of income ...they should be glad we even choose to part with a bit at this time when every cent counts ...And instead of trying to encourage a sale, these greedy shonksters increased their postage cost (to Australia, you'll have to check it for your own country) to DOUBLE WHAT THEY USED TO CHARGE.. all in one hit!! Such greedy behaviour!!! Ive also noticed the quality has dropped drastically.. And, you can't return an item, unless you pay for the return postage, even if it's their fault for the return.. This company I'd beginning to circle the drain, I think.. what a DISSAPPOINTMENT

Hit and miss. The Boohoo app is hit and miss! Sometimes it works for you and the process is easy......and other times it crashes, exits without warning or decides not to show you what you want to see. With regards to the clothes, sometimes they aren't what they seem on the website ie. I once bought a bunch of tops - all size 10 and one of them was easily a children's size. It was so tiny didn't even fit my head! Despite that the clothes are cheap and Boohoo is generally really reliable with shipping and the overall quality of the clothes. Even with the bad eggs that come up now and then, you can always return and get your money back. I keep shopping there and out of average 15 times shopping with Boohoo I have had 3 clothing mishaps which isn't too bad in my opinion. My suggestion to Boohoo is having each piece of clothing having their individual blurb about the type of clothing, fabric, whether it runs tight, small, big etc like most online clothing stores do.

Disappointed! Will never suggest this one. Completely disappointed I order few items from boohoo for the first time it mentioned that it ships in 6-8 days it’s been more than 18days but i dint receive my parcel yet when i contacted customer care through chat instead of solving my issue they told me to wait for another 10days to know wether i will receive my parcel or not. Now i have no idea wether i will get my parcel or not and about refund also

Bugs needed to be fixed. My app has not been working properly for the past two weeks, in the sense that the same error “The operation couldn’t be completed. (Failed to fetch Favourites error 0.). I was hoping this would work itself out but to no avail. I think it is quite obvious that basically, I cannot save clothes to my Wishlist or look into past clothes that were on my Wishlist. One other issue I have is with the login where, when my details are entered the login button remains blank and I will have to click ‘Create Account’ then exit the pop up which will allow the login button to pop up. Otherwise, I enjoy the clothes and prices. When these annoyances are fixed up, I have no issue with a 5 star rating because the general performance is good.

Hm... The app is fantastic easy and everything but I used the size charts I’m usually a size 10 and the size chart was right but When I got my new body suit I felt like I was trying to fit into a size 6 i couldn’t button it up the turtle neck bit was so difficult felt like I was being strangled and the sleeves didn’t even reach my wrists 🙁 I order two body con dresses (same dress just in two different colours) and one was way shorter than the other and one dresses sleeves were so short and tight it was uncomfortable 😣

LOVING the new app. Finally!. So glad that Boohoo have upped their game and are keeping up with ASOS and the iconic. Being able to see the different colours of each item without clicking on it is such a great feature, saving lots of time! The alerts in the wishlist are great too, as well as the new layout and website design. Well done, Boohoo.

Disappointed. So in the past, I rated the app as 1 star because it wasn’t usable. I now give it 2 stars because I can at least browse, which is an improvement from the past. The reason it doesn’t get more is because when I log in to my Wishlist online, the things I have saved from the app are out of stock or don’t exist. So I can be looking at the same shirt on the app and online, online says my size/colour is out of stock, the app will say it is in stock. Also Wishlist doesn’t load it says there’s an internal server. So I won’t be using the app anymore, I’ll continue to use the browser.

Love Boohoo, but the app 🤦‍♀️. I love shopping with boohoo, never had a fault in an order. And the clothes are great for their price. The apps pretty easy when it comes to navigating and using it. But it continuously crashes, for a couple months now. When ever I’m browsing and scrolling through, the app will completely crash and lose where I was scrolling, which means I have to re-scroll alllll the way down again. This is too much of a pain. I love boohoo but when it crashes every 5 minutes, it’s enough for me not to shop on it at all. Hoping it can be fixed soon.

Bugs need to be fixed.. I’m not one to ever write a review about an app, game etc. but I refuse to use the boohoo app. I’ve shopped with boohoo a fair few times and I’ve never had a problem before, but for a few months now, it is completely IMPOSSIBLE to use the app. My Wishlist won’t ever load and says I have 0 things saved. Every time I choose an item to view and then try to return to shopping, it just crashes. If I scroll “too fast”, the app then crashes. Honestly, will not be shopping with boohoo until these issues can be fixed. I know could easily find a computer to use but I don’t know why I should have to. The convenience of having the app was what I liked the most about using boohoo.

Losing faith. I’ve never had an issue with the app per se, although it could definitely have somewhere that customers could leave reviews. Like “ the skirt that I bought is not the size that it claims to be and the zipper doesn’t work properly” Losing faith in you Boohoo

Love this app!. For a first time online shopper this app was so easy to use and my clothes came in about 1 week to Australia! I’m amazed with how easy the process was and the wide array of clothes available for a reasonable price! The quality of the clothes are so nice. Will definitely be shopping here again!

App keeps deleting saved items and shopping cart. The app in general is pretty good for its layout and easy use. HOWEVER there always seems to be some type glitch that in some ways makes it unusable. Currently every time I add items to my favourites or shopping bag to go back and look at, they either aren’t there or it just says $0.00 with no item picture? And therefore I cannot use the app, I am a regular shopper with boohoo and HATE their online website, but I can’t use the app. A little bit disappointed.

Please bring back this item. I have ordered the pocket front crepe skater midi skirt 2 of every colour in 2 different sizes and they have become my staples. I have lipedema and I wear these skirts to the gym due to functionality and perfect length and easy to absorb and dry material but also the POCKETS, OMG the POCKETS!!! I have in total, 20 of these skirts and am extremely sad I’m unable to top up my supply as no one else sells these skirts. They are my life. I get compliments on them all the time and keep referring ladies I meet to your website to buy these skirts. Please please please bring them back they are so popular, please keep them as one of your staples, you will not regret this I promise. I will buy them all out if you restock them. Thank you!!!

Very average. First time using this app and it crashed within first 10mins of browsing products, not exactly convenient for the customer... but more importantly for boohoo, we (wannabe buyers of ur products) gotta be able to purchase them for u guys to make the $$$... can't imagine how many potential sales u have lost simply by ppl not being bothered enough to reload the app a second time after it glitches, come on guys.....🗣 !!

Needs to step up. They have some nice clothes but be prepared to buy whatever you put in your cart when you put it there, because if you exit the app it will delete everything that was in it when you decide to go back later on. Or it will glitch and exit the app, and again delete all of the content you had in your cart🙄 Never been so frustrated! looking for clothes for agggges, an then for no reason it exits and deletes all my stuff!!! Grr!

Great but not the best. Its a great app that has great quality, yet cheap clothes but the quality needs improving. The pictures aren't very clear without clicking on them and opening them up and the writing is so tiny. Whenever you add an item to your favourites it then takes you there and you have to go back. A lot of the times i click on an item only for it to say its sold out. Also there needs to be more photos of the items in the other available colours too. But i love it. Wish shipping was cheaper.

Great update. Before the revamp the app was practically useless for anything but a catalogue; crashing, logging out randomly, not saving Wishlist ect. But now it’s absolutely spot on. Only thing I would like is for them to re add the size option before you add to Wishlist. Otherwise, great job!

App crashes & freezes. App quality isn’t the greatest. Logged in and saved a bunch of items to my shopping cart only for it to freeze; so I refreshed the page...all items were gone...30 mins spent shopping were gone. Honestly with the quality of apps coming out for cheaper websites/products it’s a great contrast to the quality of the app used for boohoo even with the volume of ‘goods’ they sell

Worst customer service. This is really disappointing from a company that runs a business like this. I’ve ordered a dress from them since 30th of April for an event this week and I still don’t have it. I do understand and I get it with COVID and all that delivery issues. But the worst part about this my tracking says it’s been delivered into the country and our postal facility says there is nothing they can do unless the sender chases this with their postal facility. And they are telling me to wait till a certain time so they refund me or let me know? How hard is it for you to track a parcel?? If it hasn’t been shipped you need to be honest and let you’re customers know so they an be organised with things. Very very very bad customer services and I rate you guys very low with dealing with your clients.

Boohoo app. Generally I like shopping on the Boohoo app but sometimes I would appreciate knowing before buying if a top is really sheer and other reviews from customers who have purchased on here before. The app was working good a few weeks ago but now when I want to check my wishlist it is not showing anything and seems like there is a glitch. Hopefully it can be fixed. Thanks

Buggiest App on my phone by far. The amount of times I’ve given this app a go and it constantly fails me. Constantly crashing when I want to heart something, login, add something else to my cart? Come on guys, I’m a customer WANTING TO SPEND MY MONEY WITH YOU but you can’t get the app basics right. The constant crashing alone causes enough frustration by the time I refill my cart a third or fourth time I just give up and go to ASOS or Fashion Nova. If you fixed this app I’d 100% be a regular customer.

Product feedback - please add. I recently purchased some dresses online and would love to be able to provide some feedback, however there is no feedback option for products. It would be great if this feature was added to the app!

Why aren’t things just easier.??. I’ve been buying from boo hoo for years now no problems at all really but then, I need to give new card details and now it seems, the site won’t allow me to use this card or, PayPal no legit reason why. So, the only way I can buy from boo hoo now is afterpay. Ridiculous! Not happy about that at all.

👎. I'm never one to EVER leave a review, but omg. The newest update on the app is so bad. Every time I add to cart, and continue shopping everything gets removed and I have to start fresh. Also when I'm scrolling threw the pages it crashes and shuts down the app completely. Today I tried to place a order worth over $400 (first time committing to a big spend) I got very excited but every time I tried to add my Paypal or credit card details a note up the top of my screen kept saying "product items are required" not letting me check out and finalise my order. I tried this about 30 times. A couple hours later I thought I would give it one more shot but the app had logged me out and wasn't letting me back in. I even had to try resetting my password and it still would not let me in. I'm really not impressed. I've never had a problem with the old app but me and all my friends are really hating shopping on boohoo now that the app just doesn't like to work.

Alright but basic errors make it harder than it should be to use.. While I do really like the new look of the app, it does have glitches. For example, even when I try to stay logged in and save my details, it never dies either. It also keeps trying to revert me back to my UK location( I live in Australia now). Small grievances I know, but they do make it harder than necessary to work the app. Having said that, Boohoo is still a grea place to get wardrobe staples for a good price. Quality is usually alright, I'm never expecting it to be too high for the price. Good value most of the time.

Plus size?. Scrolling through looking through the plus size and curved. It saddens me that I haven’t been able to find much that would suit my body type. Not one of those models are to me classed as “plus size” woman. Sure they are curvy in some aspect but if I have a few bumps, thick legs.. it doesn’t show that. It doesn’t show what plus size really looks like. How are we to compare what would look good on us if we can’t physically see it. Are you worried you will loose money? Are you worried to put real plus size models on your website that promotes what plus sized woman can really wear instead of having to skip half of the clothing because it wouldn’t look right majority of the time? I want to wear all these things but how do I know what it really looks like if I can’t see it physically with an actual plus size woman?

The Worst App - The Worst Shop. If I could give this app negative 5 stars I would. I have never had a worse experience with a shopping app and that’s saying something. Pick up your game BooHoo. You’ve lost a customer in me and my advice to others is to shop elsewhere. Plenty of cute, inexpensive clothes online. You can’t afford to be so backward in your trading practices and you need to get a little more tech savvy with the app in general. Two thumbs down!

Love the clothes , WHEN the app isn’t crashing!!. So frustrating , the app always crashes and takes me back to home screen , never saves what I have in my cart so I have to start all over again. I’m currently trying to put in an order but don’t know if I will as I keep getting cut of after a couple of minutes!! Please fix the app!. I love boohoo and place an order regularly but PLEASE work on the app. Every time I go to put something in my wish list it crashes. This has been going on for more than 6 months! I would rather use the app than the website (as a lot of people do) but without this feature it’s impossible! Please update it!

Clothing/website. When I ordered my clothes I was using the website so I haven’t tried the app yet. From the sounds of it, the website is better so I might stick to the website. My clothes came today and omg they are so cute!!! Just like the pictures. Thank you boohoo!!

Late orders. I ordered stuff from boohoo and paid for express delivery it’s been ten days now I am trying to chase where my order is which was meant to be with me in four days with the same status of tracking and this customer service person Ansa was rude to me while I ask for the updated status Very poor customer service by Ansa Boohoo good luck with u guys if u have people like these working for u

Store great app not so much. I love boohoo and their clothes, sizing is a little off sometimes but no biggy. However their app isn’t the best, like the previous review it’s hit and miss. The app tends to crash ALOT and I find even being on it my phone gets hot aswell. Sometimes there’s no problem and other times my phone will overheat and just exit out of it and crash. It never loads my wishlist and I find I have to go onto safari and use their website rather than the app. Having said that boohoo is a good clothing store and I’ll continue to buy from there.

Wishlist blank. Not having any problems apart from my wishlist showing up blank. No matter what I put into my wishlist, it ALWAYS shows up blank with the product price at $0.00. Works fine on the computer, but always happens on my app. Really frustrating as I can’t pull out my computer every time I want to make a purchase. I’ve even tried deleting and re-installing the app- never works. Please get this fixed asap

I ordered two maternity dresses from boohoo paying with my Visa card to be shipped to Ghana for me till now I still haven’t gotten my items and when I tried reporting to them I got no better reply. Great store app needs help. I love boohoo and shop on the website a lot but the app continuously logs u out and I just thought that because it's on my phone that I would stay logged in like I would want to the the product info isn't any help and when u search a item it usually isn't what u searched for or sizing is off and I get all excited that it's in my size to find out it's not that hurts lol but I still love boohoo great clothes and great prices

Horrible Customer Service. I will never order from this website ever again, the automated emails aren’t enough to make you feel comfortable that they taking care of things accordingly. I order my clothes early Sept was dispatched and out for delivery, it’s currently Oct 2nd and I have yet received my package nor any new information . I have emailed boohoo time after time and all you get in response are lies after lies. They take forever to response. Now I won’t be able to enjoy clothing I purchased for my vacation. Something needs to be done ASAP. But this will be my last time ever buying from boohoo. Very disappointed

Based on experience (not the app). Very professional company . I would prefer the actual website over the app though. They have great deals and quality. Although I have to pay shipping to the U.S , Returns are free which is a big PLUS. Shopping online can be tricky so I like that. Once I shipped out some of the items to be returned I was refunded literally the next morning. Very quick and easy process. Definitely will be ordering more.

Gone down hill. So incredibly disappointed on my latest order. Not only was BOTH the swim suits I order UNFLATTERING, the swimsuits themself made little to no sense on any body type. Being plus size woman and offering plus size swim wear I was excited. But I received swimsuits that are made from extremely low quality material that was NOT in ANYWAY made for plus size women. I also don’t understand why you can’t leave reviews on any products? I’ve maybe over 5 orders over $100 with Boohoo and the last two/three orders have been extremely cheap, low quality, not true to size merchandise. PLEASE GIVE THE OPTION TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS LEAVE REVIEWS ON PRODUCTS.

Love it. But app is so buggy. I love their clothes don’t get me wrong, especially that being 6foot they have tall clothes for a Decent price. However the app is so buggy it’s aggravating. From the shopping cart deleting my items after a few minutes to my wishlist is a constant error page. Even the Mobile website won’t let me save items to my wishlist. I really want to be able to shop with them but every update seems to make it worse. It’s driving me crazy please fix boohoo!

So very disappointed. I spent 2 days filling my cart making sure I didn’t miss anything 50% off hell yeah I am there!!! So I made my purchase did the 7 day shipping because I ordered over 2 weeks in advance before my trip. Tracking my package watching updates & it completely flew over my city to Colorado & has been in transit to the next destination for 6 days now with no further update. First time I contacted customer service super friendly & helpful second time made me wish I never even looked at their site! He told me there’s basically nothing that can be done till package is sent back to them & takes up to 15 days AFTER receiving it to process & I should “please try to get your outfits from elsewhere for this occasion” Well if I would’ve shopped somewhere else I wouldn’t need these items! I have never had an issue ordering from the UK before this is my first time with this website & unfortunately my last!!!!!!!

Camo pants. I wouldn’t recommend boohoo they said return postage was free in the United States but they deducted $8.00 from my return amount 😫Terrible company very hard to get in touch with They have no phone number and the quality of the pants that they sent me were terrible they were not what they appear to be online they were like stretch rubber they look really cute online but the feel was awful so I say stay away from this app I am not going to order anything more from them I think there a scam they say your postage is refundable but so far they haven’t refund it

Unprofessional & Don’t Value Customers. Usually don’t leave reviews but here we go... I’ve ordered from boohoo about 3 times. 1st time was a great experience around the time BOOHOO was reaching a wider audience. Which lead me to the 2nd purchase. The 2nd time I’ve ordered the shipping took at least 3 weeks for ONE item that was promised to be delivered with 7 business days.(Should’ve ran away then & washed my hands right?) The 3rd time was me not wanting to give up on a company bc of ONE mistake. I ordered 15 items & paid for express shipping, the said they pride themselves in shipping out orders same day but the other half of my order has yet to be shipped out. The communication is HORRIBLE. I wish they had a custom service representative to answer any questions or concerns in between certain times. MORAL OF THE STORY; Don’t let the affordable prices get you. DO NOT shop here.

First time shopping on boohoo. Love your option for tall girls!!! Seriously I can probably speak for all girls over 5’7, it is awesome that you guys offer longer clothes. It is a huge struggle finding rompers, dresses, or pants that can fit properly and are long enough. You guys have a lot to choose from which I love, but possibly expanding the tall section to more styles and options would be awesome! Can’t wait to get my items!

No cancellations and poor customer service. Ordered here to get plus size clothing but accidentally submitted my order before using my address. A few mins later I found out they can’t cancel orders or change addresses. Their customer service is a bot and gives pretyped message replies. The app itself is clunky to navigate (must scroll to the top to edit out of a detailed view for an item, cant filter search results without seeing multiple duplicates in different colors.... will not be shopping here again.

Worst customer service. This review has nothing to do with the clothing, however the reason behind my complain is me wanting to return an unsuitable outfit which cost $70. I have been emailing the customer service for more than a week for an airway bill so I could return the item for free as it is mentioned in their site. Not only they have been ignoring my request but they also kept answering back with not useful information. I don't think its hard to understand that I want an airway bill, as I am not willing to pay $90 to return a package that I have paid $20 dollars less.

mistake but made up for it!. They accidentally sent me the wrong color shoe from what I ordered. I contacted them to find out if I could get the correct color, but wanted to keep the incorrect color too because I love the shoes! They gave me a gift card to cover the price of shipping so I could get both and make up for the mistake. Their business texting costumer service is great!

Review. Really cute clothes super inexpensive so affordable only thing is I wish it was better organized like into different sections depending on style of clothing not just a general topic like “tops” or “jeans” because there is so much options and verity I feel like I’m missing out on good things because it’s so much scrolling that I get tired of just looking and looking. Horrible app, horrible customer service- MAJOR SCAM. Received my $200 order and only 2 out of the 8 items were sent. They told me they reviewed my “packaging footage” and that my whole order was packed. Tried talking with customer service and they are no help at all with either refunding or replacing these items. I don’t understand how you manage to not package 6 out 8 items and accuse me YOUR customer of being wrong. Very disappointed and will be filing legal action against this company with my lawyer. Do not shop here, SHEIN is more trust worthy and reliable than this garbage of a shop.

Satisfied customer. After I submitted my order on boohoo I was feeling a lil skeptical. I started browsing through their IG account and found a lot of negative feedback. But I was proven wrong. Boohoo delivered my order in less than 2 weeks. Everything i ordered fit perfect! All my DM’s on IG were responded to within minutes. Thank for such a great shopping experience. Definitely a returning customer.

Late Delivery and Bad Customer Service. I placed my order on November 26 and the expected delivery is 8-9 December. But I have not receive my items yet and it’s already December 11. I tried contacting their customer service on WhatsApp and Facebook (cause they don’t have email or a phone number 🙄) and I got no reply for over 24 hrs. They did mention that they are busy and it can take up to 24 hrs for them to reply but it’s already been 2 days. I do not recommend using this app or buying from them. I don’t even know if my delivery is just slow or gone. What makes it worst is that their customer service is nonexistent.

Buggy app. I’ve never had an issue with the company themselves. Clothes are great quality for the price. Good deals always. However, the app is horrible. Constantly crashes in the middle of scrolling through. And when you have a huge catalog, like Boohoo does, it’s extremely frustrating to have to start all over. I wish the app was better because I do a lot of “bored shopping”. They’d get more of my money if I had the convenience of the app.

I want to love you, I do.. But your app keeps kicking me out, only when I get halfway down the page. Then it completely kicks me out and I have to scroll all the way through again to get back to my spot, only for it to kick me out again. I’m trying to place my order but I can’t!! It’s really frustrating! Other than that, it looks like nice stuff on the app. I haven’t gotten to order yet, so I’m not sure about the quality of items. Good I think. So I have yet to buy anything but it seems good. The down side is when I try to buy pants that aren’t jeans I can’t go to a direct “pant” category. I have one option to select which are “harem” which only had 4 options that I’m not fond of. I know there are more options because I’ve seen some when scrolling for other things but I want a whole overview of the options.

Frustrated. I got the app this summer and at first I had no problems with it. However, since then, my wishlist has completely disappeared and every time I try to access it at all on the app, an error message shows up. It’s extremely agitating and makes me not even want to use the app anymore. I had to resort to going on the website to even see what I would possibly want to buy. And what makes it even worse is that by the looks of the reviews, I can see that this has been happening for over a year! This needs to be fixed as so many people are frustrated with it.

Love the clothes, HATE Customer service. This is a late review but I had order a pair of boots from them and when I receive them , I was so excited, now when I was gonna wear them this is probably like 2 weeks later, I open them and I got 2 boots of the SAME LEG 😤😤 I contact customer service and no response through email or their communication page 😤 I still have them tucked away because they were wrong and never been used due to the mistake they made in the handling and shipping. I love there shoes and clothes but getting in contact with them is HORRIBLE. PLEASE IMPROVE!!!

Do you want my money or naw?. I can never order with ease on this site. I will fill a bag up and my cards which have plenty of money NEVER go thru. I try different fones, the internet, the app and multiple cards. The site always says 50% off for months now and I think there is an issue with the site updating itself or something. The only time my transactions were successful was after harassing the help desk who insisted it was the banks connected to the cards. I love shopping here despite shipping taking forever. But now I can’t even purchase ANYTHING.

Horrible customer service!! Don’t shop. I’ve tried to make large purchases multiple times. When I add my items to the cart I see all promotional sale items, then when I go to pay you charge me full price. I contacted boohoo twice, the first time nobody responded. the second time I was tossed around from 5 different people who were no help. I was told that I would have to pay $300+ for sale items that came to a total of 165 and when I receive my package they will refund me the money. I’ve never heard of such bs in my life. They clearly don’t care about the customers or try to come up with some type of resolution.

Horrible customer service. Ordered something for the first time n some how during checkout another address was placed where I don’t reside. Reached out to customer service and basically they told me it was nothing they can do to change the delivery address I would have to go to that address and receive my package. Like how can I go to someone else’s apartment mailbox and retrieve my mail. What’s so hard with correcting my right address so now I’m stuck with paying for something I won’t receive. Won’t order from here again and it’s 2021 how y’all don’t have a number to call.

App Adjustments..... Most of the time when I use the app, it runs really slow and I think app needs more upgrades to make that not happen anymore because I know it nots my phone. I never have problems with any other clothing app but this one. Just some input I thought I would like to share and hopefully be useful.

Boohoo Review. Boohoo is the best place to get nice quality clothes for a low price. I recommend you convert the sizes on their website to the sizing in your country. They always have deals on their website and there customers service is outstanding honestly a 10/10. I highly recommend Boohoo to everyone who is shopping on a budget.

“Operation couldn’t be completed”. When I first got the app, I loved it and I still love the app and the clothes and searching for items I want BUT it won’t let me add anything to my wishlist and everything I press on a clothing picture to see the full thing, it says that the “operation couldn’t be completed”. It’s kind of annoying to see this all the time and it’s been like this for weeks. Please get this fixed so I can enjoy the app more. Thanks

Glitch. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue with boohoo. Last night I decided to use the app to make a large purchase, walked away from my phone for no more than 10 seconds to get my card, just to come back to a deleted cart. Yes the app deleted my whole cart and it cannot be retrieved through various attempts! Sooo no not happy with the app. What a waste of time. There were 20 items in the cart too! So fyi God forbid you walk away from your phone during the transaction, all hell will break loose.

Boohoo cancelling ordered item. I am disappointed in boohoo for two reasons. The first being not able to view my favorites; you can only view items in your cart. Now instead of using the app, I have to go online and login to view my saved items. The second thing boohoo disappointed me with is saying an item is in stock and then later emailing me it isn’t AFTER I’ve ordered the item. They refund you, but there is still taxes and shipping that doesn’t get refunded. However, cute clothes & big sales!

I love this app. I ordered a few pairs of jeans here for the first time a few weeks ago and everything i bought fit and looked amazing, it only took a week for them to come which was very surprising to me since it gave a a different and longer shipping date. Definitely ordering here again

Great Sales But.... BooHoo has Great clothes for Great Prices, but I have yet to figure out how to delete items from my bag once they're in there! Very Frustrating! I have to shut it down wait a long while & go back maybe in a week & start all over again. I would shop more often on the App if it wasn't for this Problem! Everyone should have a chance to change their mind before final checkout. Is anyone else having this problem or is it me??? I Love the Great Sales but might have to shop somewhere else until they fix this kink!

This app is a nightmare. Great user interface for shopping, browsing, looking at items- terrible check out process which is especially annoying as they push the app so much, only for it not to work. I have tried 3x times to check out, approved the bank withdrawal each time, and gotten frozen on the loading screen each time I try to check out. It’s a shame, because I want these items but don’t want to commit hours to ordering them.

App keeps crashing :(. I absolutely LOVE Boohoo because of the cute clothing, affordable prices, and fast shipping. However, I’ve been having issues with it. Last week there was an error with my wishlist loading and it has since then been fixed. Now every time I use the app for more than two minutes it goes blank then crashes. I hope this gets fixed soon because this is ruining a great shopping experience.

Hmmmm. I used to love ordering from Boohoo! But I started to notice they don’t have updated clothes. It’s the SAME clothes from when I first started ordering from Booboo TWO YEARS AGO!! Absolutely nothing changed including the shoes, bags, and accessories!! When I did use the site, customer service was awesome. Shipping time was okay. GET SOME NEW PRODUCTS!! Until than I won’t be back. Update: A year later. Clothes/style is still the same! Leaving a review should be an option. PLEASE GET SOME UPDATES CLOTHES!! SHEIN ALWAYS have updated clothes!!

Customer service needs an upgrade. Customer service really needs an upgrade. Their is no phone number to call when you have a problem with your order. I really like the company and clothes but good customer service is a must. Especially if they send out wrong sizes.

App issues. I use to love the app but now I always get this error message. I can’t add stuff to my cart or even to my favorites. I mean I can always go to the actual site but at one point the app was easier for me to access at anytime. Now sure if it needs to be updated again or what but can you please fix this as soon as possible. I even deleted the app and added it back to my phone but still the same issue.

Issue at checkout. I attempted to process and order and it took me 45 minutes due to me consistently getting an error message because something in the cart needed to be removed. The problem is, there wasn’t a clear indication on which item needed to be removed. I would have spent much more money had I not continuously had to go back and forth trying to figure out which item was no longer available.

pretty good service. So i was scared to purchase from here cause i was reading the reviews. But then i went on tiktok and i saw ppl did hauls for boohoo clothing. So i went for it and it came in a week. I ended up having to return one of the pants and i did have to pay $4 which i think they should’ve paid it themselves. The refund took like 4 days and yea. I reorder the right size and repurchase and it also came in a week. Also if u want free shipping use FREESHIP.

I expected to be disappointed but I was wrong!. I ordered with the anticipation I would have to return everything... I was so wrong I absolutely love every item I received! The only complaint I have is that the pants I ordered were their size for a US 18, but I should of ordered a 16. So the jeans from what I can tell run a little big but everything was such good quality! I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can wear one of the dresses ❤️

Review. I have enjoyed shopping boohoo. Shipments are always on time depending on which type you choose. The quality of cloths are always top notch. And they fit great too. I have been shopping boohoo now for the past 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it.

Lost my item and not helpful about it.. I ordered a coat almost two weeks ago now that should have been here last weekend at the latest. I ordered it specifically for something I’m doing this weekend, which should have been fine considering the fact that it should have been here last weekend. After contacting customer support I learned that they will not be able to look into sending me a new item until after November 7th. For reference, that’s 4 weeks after I ordered the item. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other clothing stores that value their customers.

Trouble to place my order!. Hello!.. I love this page so much! But the only complaint about your app or website is it that in the moment that I want to place my order online “ALWAYS” I got a problem to pay with any credit or debit card US and I have to try many many times and anyways does not work , I don’t why! For real you must have to change this problem because many time your lose customer and big order for this minimum problem that it is one of the most important for a good customer service!

App is trash. I downloaded the app a couple of months ago and till date I cannot view my wish list. They have good items at good prices but they do not seem like a serious company to me. I have ordered two times and both of them didn't come with all my items. My order is always missing an item or two. I added a couple of items to my cart and the system automatically logged me out, i logged back in and my cart is EMPTY!!! I have to choose items again!

MISLEADING. i ordered my package EXPRESS and it was supposedly shipped the following business day which was A LIE ! i’m totally disappointed because the dress i ordered was for my baby shower, keep in mind i’m mommy with twins on the way... on the app it says it’ll be here by the 3rd of november but when i called UPS the package failed inspection due to BOOHOO and it’s been sitting on the same pallet for almost over a week now because they never repackaged it ! my package won’t even be sent to the US until the 12th and that’s well over two weeks to say i paid extra for a reason .i would NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN because for one , why is my package failing anything when i paid extra so it’d be handled with care .

Worst experience ever. I sent it to my old address , contacted them right away and said wait they’ll return it. Next thing you know it’s delivered not returned and then I contact them to see what I can do and they say go retrieve your package! Like I moved states I live 13 hrs away from my old home address and not to mention I didn’t not type it.. I was an existing customer so it had all of my info. Yes I should have checked prior. I contacted not even 2 min after the order was placed and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Now they don’t want to give me my refund or send a replacement!

Don’t recommend at all. This app excited me so bad at first, I bought $120 worth of clothes just for a week to pass by and my order magically get canceled by itself…. All the clothes were refunded and now I have to wait 7+ days for the refund to go through. Not only that but everyone and I mean EVERYONE who has had a refund experience have had horror stories with them either never receiving it or it taking weeks maybe even months! Man I just don’t recommend this app unless you live in the UK.

Boohoo Is BAE. I have only ordered from Boohoo twice but when I say I love how their clothes fit and how they make you look snatched even when you really aren’t. 😂 Boohoo for provides quality pieces and their sales are just absolutely the business. I can’t say enough how their customer service is because honestly I have never had to use them, but if I ever do I will write another review in hopes of saying how bomb that are in taking care if their customers.

NEEDS CUSTOMER REVIEW. I really enjoy the clothing and the app works pretty well. However, I NEED to see the customer reviews of every item so I know whether or not it’s worth buying. If it’s true to size, color, comes with any defects. Also needs accurate item descriptions, like whether or not there’s built in bras, liners, how the material is, etc. Unfortunately there’s no reviews or descriptions on the app or website. It’s better to be transparent and I bet you’ll get more customers when people can review their items.
