Integrity. I have been a faithful customer for at least 10 years. DoubleHit Casino saw that I hadn’t played in over a month and reached out to me. My phone was hacked…AppleID, iCloud, all my apps and email. I finally got my AppleID and iCloud back but getting my Facebook which this game is connected to has been extremely hard. They were able to reconnect me and get me back to my daily games I’ve been missing. I can’t tell you how much that means to me! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I will forever be an even more loyal patron!

Fantastic Games. I just started playing this app about a week ago and it was just an OK game, until I was able to accumulate more points. Now, I'm really enjoying and could not stop playing. I have yet to try a lot of the other games. So much fun!!!

Rip off. Seriously, this game is every bad thing and more. In order not to deal with you, it’s always a canned response. It’s luck, try different slots and no help at all. Frustrating!. I love these games, but the programming makes you think you have a better chance to win than you do. A lot of the games show that you have a 1/3 chance to PICK the winning jackpot, but over MANY plays the odds are more like 1/50. This weekend they have a roulette type wheel for coin purchases that appears to keep making it more likely that you will get high level prize after each purchase, but even with 3/4 or more high prizes, doesn’t win. PLAY THE GAMES BUT AVOID PURCHASING COINS!

It must be my lucky day!. I installed this slot app after the “teaser” that I oiled win up to 300,000 coins on another slot. (didn’t get the 300,000 coins by the way) Tha app looked interesting and the initial coin bonus was enough to hit install. Casino games. Overall the games are great to play. The drawback is very few wins! One could loose a great deal of money and never gain points! One is not going winning anything therefore, a player should be able to win big! It is my opinion that the more money one spends the less points are won!!!

It’s a downloadable AND deletable GAME!. It’s like most casino apps that make you graduate to better types of games if you play enough to level up. It’s certainly a great way to relax, get outta your head and pass time. It gives daily coin bonuses to collect as incentive. All gaming apps have the option of spending real $$ (with a LOT of mental manipulation) for boosts, fake chips, etc... This Is a choice that the player makes as no one is forcing them to spend real money for air. Call me crazy, but I can only collect freebies and spend real $$ on groceries and living necessities in today’s overtly chaotic times.

Terrible Payout Rate. I have been playing this game for about two months now. I read the reviews and never really had an issue because I wasn’t purchasing or betting very high. However in the past 5 days I have consistently been betting higher. Not only have I not received any pay outs to compensate for the amount of money spent. I also literally went through over 800,000,000 in less than 3 mins without a payout over 10,000. It’s so sad because I have recommended this game to others but I actually agree with the complaints surrounding poor payout. Maybe there is a glitch in the game since I haven’t had any issue until now. But it’s frustrating enough to make me write a negative review.

Scam. Do not buy because once you buy it’s a constant losing streak after. I got a bunch of bonuses before I bought and once I purchased $5 worth of chips it was constant losing with no bonuses. They got it programmed in the system and they basically tag you as you bought and of course want you to buy more. If you do ever want to play the game I suggest to play and never buy from these crooks. I’m glad I didn’t need to spend more to find out. I’m ready to hear a response from them saying oh it’s player luck or you need to try different machines. If you are addicted just stay away and act like you never saw this app.

More chances to be earn free coins would be nice!. Downloaded this game yesterday. Went thru my initial 3,000,000 coins rather quickly trying to get the hang of the different games. So naturally, I purchased more coins in order to continue playing. Those went even more quickly! And I made at least two additional coin purchases today!! Needless to say, I'm out of coins and left without the ability to play. Other games give larger return bonuses as well as large daily bonuses. Might consider providing more opportunities to earn free coins. No one likes to pay to play, only to lose it all in less than an hour. Otherwise, graphics get an A+!

Not sure it’s worth it. Truly truly I say to you, this game has an absolutely asinine amount of ads. It heavily pushes micro transactions as well. The slots are decent, even hit a couple jackpots, but this app is clearly a cash grab. The one redeeming quality is that it has a the pretty decent amount of mini games with the opportunity to win some free coin, which is the only reason I give it two stars.

Stingy slots. I play many slot games and buy coins from a very few. I didn’t find anything special or exciting about the games in this collection and I found the payouts to be much less than all of the other games I play. Great app. Good variety of games. Excellent graphics. Reasonable pay outs. I did have one problem. Twice when I had a large win it blacked out and went to an ad and I never collected the win. POP UPS WITHIN GAMES NEED TO GO!. Love this slots app. HOWEVER, the Treasure Path constant pop ups during slot play NEEX TO GO!!! I’ve complained more than once regarding these, and keep being told “it’s being passed onto their team.” There is NO NEED for these ANNOYING pop ups during slot play! Just okay, probably will delete soon.. Tried this app to see how it compares to other casino apps I play. Ads, Ads, Ads. Opened the game today and was bombarded with pop ups. Like normal, I just close them out. I continue to collect my free coins and am asked if I want to watch a video to boost my coins. I select NO and the video plays anyways. I watch it and then close it out - never received the additional coins. I then go to claim my 5 free spins and encounter another video. After my 5 spins are done and I collect my coins I select resume game. Guess what?? Another video. After this video I go to check my crossword board and another video. Unbelievably poor customer service. I was treated so poorly by the customer service here, that even though I was up to Sapphire level & still going, I deleted the site. I was insulted by the first responder more than once & they drug out the issue for days. Ultimately, I was correct so they gave me 3mil coins for all they put me through, what an insult! I’ll take my business where I’m appreciated & valued. Oh really? Ok. I play many slot games and just started this one that’s why I only gave 3 stars. My first wheel spin was only $10,000. Other games give much more. I’m on disability and games are really the only entertainment I have. The first game I’ve played, I’m not winning much at all for the amount of bet. Goldfish Slots, Billionaire Slots all give bigger bonuses for everyday day game play. Will try this but have so many other slot games paying WAAAY more will be my first choice. I’ll give this a chance but after reading most reviews I will not be dumping money I don’t have into a game that doesn’t pay accordingly to bet amount. Has Potential. After downloading this app, I went to play a little bit. It was extremely obnoxious to just try to play the slots. I swear after every bet, one or two pop-ups would come up and then an ad every once in a while as well. I could not even bet twice in a row without something popping up and stopping me. The games would be fun, but it doesn’t allow you to play that just due to the fact things are constantly popping up and trying to direct you away from gameplay. I have had many other slot apps, I would recommend not using this one but finding a better one.

Ok wasting time, but they never pay out. If you're looking to waste time without expecting any payouts (only win minor or minis) it's ok. It's gotten to be where it's predictable...and laughable. Problem. I love this game but it has a problem. Yesterday when I was playing I reached the bonus. The one with 12 or so compartments from top to bottom all the way across the board and as soon as the screen came up I was kicked out. When I played today I thought it would go back there but it did not. This is not the first time this has happened. I played long enough for many day to finally get the bonus. I let it go last time but now I want to be able to play the bonus I've earned twice but never been able to play.

What changed?? Great game is now HORRIBLE. Update: I was overcharged for a purchase. Went to support to correct and the app chatbot totally crashes when trying to upload an attachment… How do I get a refund.? I have played this game for years. It was alway my favorite. The last few sessions have been a disaster! You’ve added stupid side games that take way too much time to play and decreased the odds to the point where it’s just not fun anymore. BEWARE!. Bait and switch scam: A box pops up in this app that offers you $5 million coins for $4.99. After you purchase it it only gives you 500,000 coins. iTunes refunded my money. Customer service of this app did not respond other then saying to be patient for a response in a rude tone. I had seen the box 3 times before and decided to try it, making sure it said $5 million coins. Believe the negative reviews...the price of coins is not worth it and now they are scamming. This has gone well beyond their customer service response in reviews as “it’s random”. Edit: Customer service did respond and said it showed I purchased $490,000 coins. The rounding down of coins tells me they truly are scamming.

Frustrating app issues. I used to enjoy this game. However, every time there is an issue with the game like not giving the proper coins, taking too many coins, freezing and crashing, and making in-app purchases and not receiving the coins the developer/customer service says it’s my fault and it’s not the app. It takes so long to make to the account whole that’s if they even determine it is an issue. Double Hit Casino. First I want to thank you for all of the freebies you’ve given me. I really do appreciate them. I love all of the games I’ve played on Dbl. Hit but there are always new games so I haven’ even begun to play them all. I try to play Dbl. Hit everyday but lately I’ve been really busy with my my 4 Grandbabies ( 1 boy-12 yrs. who has played baseball since he was 4 years old and loves it- I do too but he’s in Majors now so it’s really time consuming between practices and games. Deleting. Updated review: Thought I would try this app again. No luck. My coins lasted less than 5 minutes. I saw more ads to buy coins than I saw any wins. In the short time I could play, 2 popup ads came on also. Definitely won’t be trying a third time. Deleting this app after I write a review. Before I knew it, the startup coins were gone. I could play between 1 - 2 minutes. I looked up and a buy chips screen came on. I will definitely not buy coins that are fake and to only last a few minutes. Crazy if I did. Doubled back. I deleted this app because I lost all my coins and I had over 50m! I reinstalled it a couple of days later because I realized that I missed it and enjoyed playing it ! It’s a great app, and it has a nice variety of games! Thumbs up!

Was a fan but.... Love the graphics and there are some fun slots. Hit a bonus and the win was good for the bet if only I got the payout! Each spin on the bonus deducted coins but did not add the payout when the bonus round finished. Also I agree with other reviewers that the daily bonus isn’t enough to make you want to come back. I will be looking for a better ap to play and not spend money here.

Monopoly. It will interrupt my apps and tell me what I like to get a monopoly app. So I go along with it because I have been trying to get the monopoly app under App Store but I cannot. Double Hit Casino. Don’t waste your time. This has got to be the worst game to play. Unless you spend $$$ to buy more credits the longest play time is about 10 minutes. The MINIMUM bet is 5000 credits & you count yourself lucky if you can win 1000 credits on a spin. I had 65,000 credits one time & after about 5-10 minutes of playing, it was all gone.

Some problems. I like the game, however I Could not get it to load on my computer thru Facebook. It started and then hung up over four times I gave up and went to another game.

Fake reviews. This is one of the tightest casino apps I’ve ever played. Doesn’t matter what denomination your bet is. Bonus games are extremely scarce. And then when you finally get the bonus game, you hit literally nothing. And yes, I’ve even payed for extra chips. Deleting this app after this period I’m about to put.

When it works......... It can be fun but coins are scarce and you have to have a lot of willpower or bet at the lowest level and you are excluded from jackpots on a number of games if your bet level is low. Have days and/or weeks where, for unknown reasons, it won’t load up at all.

Not worth it. Games are fun but you don't win enough to make it worth your while. I purchased $1 mil chips and they were gone in less than 5 minutes betting $5k-$25k. Logged on today after 33 days off and it literally took 14 minutes to get to a screen where I could choose a game.
