App is inconsistent and unreliable. I love Blaze pizzas so I was so stoked to find out they had an app to streamline the process. However, the toppings are regularly outdated (for example, I've known broccoli was an available topping for some time now from going to the store location in-person, but it still hasn't appeared as an option when customizing a BYO 11-inch pizza), the rewards or promotions that I keep getting emails about never show up in the rewards section of the app, and there's no way to give feedback for issues with either the order or the app. Update: Recently, I've noticed that most of these issues are fixed but I keep getting a pop-up on the app that says that delivery is unavailable to my area, even though I've gotten delivery from the app multiple times before, and I can still get delivery from DoorDash (which I know for a fact is who this app partners with for deliveries). I don't know if this is a bug or a change in policy but I'm deleting this app and never downloading it again, the rewards are not even close to being worth all this trouble, I would rather just use DoorDash.

Different Problem Every Time. The website and/or app have a problem every time I try to use them. Usually it’s some problem with React JS and since this app is just a wrapper around the website the same problems occur here. My prior review: Can’t use this app on two different iPhones as it stalls on “fetching cards.” I really wish it would just use Apple Pay and bypass the entire card craziness. I end up having to use the website (which is great!) instead.

Uh. It was my first time ordering delivery from Blaze Pizza and I was so mad. They use third-party deliverer and put a wrong address. The correct address is not even printed on the receipt on the pizza box. There was no "something wrong with the order" button or customer service in the app. There was no way to find the store's phone number. There was no way to track the order either since the link they sent me opened up to blank page. It only showed that my order was "delivered" while it was actually not. The deliverer called me but he said it was against the rule to change the wrong address to my address. I had to go back to the store once. After going through so much trouble I finally got my order. Thanks for ruining my day Blaze Pizza.

Frustrated. The App no longer lets you add two cheeses when you build your own 11 inch pizza. Is this a policy change? We ordered less than two weeks ago and it worked. I put in a request for two cheeses and we will see if they add it. The only way to get two cheeses is the alter another 11 inch but then you are restricted with 1-2 toppings. We tried calling but you get a recording.

Used to love the app. There was a recent update and I haven’t been able to get into my account on the app. I’ve had issues with the captcha, and now the captcha pic doesn't even load anymore. I have deleted and re-installed the app to no avail. I can get into my account online, thankfully, but minus the convenience of the app, especially when you are on the go and want to place an order. Please FIX THE ISSUE! I see I’m not the only one having this issue by reading other reviews.

good but not great. the pizza? fantastic! the service? seems like the online options leave a lot of room for improvement. I got no sauces for my cheesy bread despite having picked options, and the only option for my drink was a bottle of water. LOVE this place but the online services are “meh”

It works but if u do anything wrong u can’t fix it.. You can’t cancel or even call anyone to get anything fixed with your order. The pizza’s great though i just wish the app had better customer support. Also there should be a confirm after clicking place order to remind the user that there are no cancellations or corrections

Worst app. After you order you don’t see status of the order or the person delivering or get to mark your location on map. It said my order was delivered when it wasn’t I didn’t even get a call from delivery guy. App doesn’t give information on delivery guy so I had no way to find out. Call the restaurant they said they will send a new order but that I never received. Wasted my money. No way to contact customer service. Now I have to starve cause that was my dinner and I actually trusted them to deliver. Thanks blaze pizza this was my transaction with you.

I love the pictures!. Great easy app to use for ordering online. They have good pictures of every item you want to choose for your toppings. Really easy and fun to use. The food is amazing! and the management must be good because everyone working here gives such good service.

Why not?. App is so easy to maneuver. Even if you only purchase once a month or so, it’s easy to build & check your rewards. So worth it. However, my experience with app is that I believe one has more options in adding toppings to your order at store versus ordering through app.

No Apple Pay Option. Easy to use app UI, but minus a star for no Apple Pay option at checkout. May as well use their mobile website because at least Safari Password/Keychain will autofill in credit card info. I dislike saving credit card info at restaurant sites.

I would give it 5 stars but…... I’ve never had a problem ordering through the app. I love that I can save my favorite order and quickly get through that process. I always pick up so I don’t know if there is a problem with delivery. My problem is the app set up. If you receive a notification about some promotion or something, the notification stays on the app for WEEKS! Even after I’ve clicked on every thing there is to click on. It drives me nuts!! I finally deleted the app and will just download it if I want pizza. But that bug really annoys me.

Quality App Experience Leaves Little to be Desired. app very functional and gets the job done. It would be nice to be able to set if toppings go on one half of the pizza or if you’d like light/extra toppings but that can be described in the special requests section of an order so it’s not the end of the world.

Very disappointed. In very disappointed in the help they offer with the app. I can’t seem to find a phone number or proper email address to help with my issue. No one in store seems to have any information. There FAQ’s don’t help at all. I no longer have access to an email address that I originally logged in on the app with. I try to set up a new account and it says an account is already set up with that phone number. It wasn’t me to fix everything through an email address that no longer exists. And cannot find help anywhere else. Very frustrating. But hey the food is great.

App Login Issues / Bad UX with Captcha. App let me log into my account, then kicked me out while I was mid order. Tried logging in but it would just stay on a loading screen (while not even giving a loading icon at that). App requires a captcha to login, only app i’ve seen that requires that, and it causes more issues than helps decrease bot traffic. I highly recommend to the Blaze Dev team to take this off, as I believe that was what was causing the issue.

Great 👍. Gonna be honest i don’t usually use many food apps but the lines for Blaze usually are pretty long where I live so it’s nice sometimes to be able to order ahead and have things ready to go. It’s not too hard to use and it’s convenient. All in all, 5/5 app

“So Close!” Error message needs a resolution. I tried placing an order on the app as well as the mobile browser and my PC browser and I kept getting the same message: So Close! A few more things while we heat up the oven: Except nothing happens. There’s no resolution to this message. The colon implies that there’s something else the user needs to address but it doesn’t say what. As a test, I attempted to order a simple cheese pizza and it worked. No “So Close!” message. This tells me that one or more of the toppings or choices I made in my original order wasn’t available. But the message doesn’t tell me that. If you’re going to use an algorithm that ties inventory to the ordering process, at least include a notification of what isn’t available. Don’t make the user check and uncheck a dozen options to figure out which ingredient is out of stock.

Frustrating to use. This app constantly signs me out and won’t even recognize that I have an account through Facebook. Try to reset password but a reset link is never sent. Eventually singing in through Facebook just works even thought for the past 15 minutes it says that I don’t have a Facebook account. So I manage to log in. Ready to place my order and the field to place your credit card info isn’t even able to be selected. So I leave my card to try to checkout again and hopefully I can place my payment info. Nope I get logged out all of a sudden. 10/10 app I’m sure it’s used somewhere out there as a torture device.

Fantastic!. Blaze pizza is as good as it gets! Not only is it some of the best pizza round, but it is lighter than other pizzas so you don’t leave feeling crusty and bloated. They have a great online/mobile app ordering system also. Very seamless process. Only recommendation is they allow more payment options, like pay pal and Apple Pay.

Incorrect notification badge number. Every few days the app starts showing a badge on the app icon where sometimes the number is as high as 12. However, when I open the app, there are no notifications. Earlier, the badge used to go away after just opening and closing the app. Now, however, the badge remains. No amount of clicking around in the app to see what notifications if any are there shows any notes, and the badge remains when I just quite or force-quit the app. It’s unnecessarily distracting.

The App has changed for the worse. I’m not sure what happened in the past two years, but I don’t like the changes to the app. In the past, I could open the app easily with no problems, use the barcode feature to get points from receipts, and I would still be logged in. Now, every time I try to open the app it takes forever to load to the main page. It could be loading for over 2-4 minutes, and by that time I just give up and close the app. On top of that, it makes me login again each time. The ordering function is fine; I like that I can make comments on my order. But overall, this new update is unsatisfactory and needs to be improved. What’s the point of having an app that you can’t use when you need it.

Good. The menu was clear. I could find specials quickly. It was easy to order the special. It was easy to place the order. Note, that there is about a 10% delivery fee. So they are getting something for delivery even if you don’t tip or tip low.

Inaccurate pickup time. THIS IS AN APP PROBLEM not a problem with the location or store. The app gave me an inaccurate pick up time. It needs to be fixed. I had called and they said that it was an app issue that it didnt auto update or give accurate time.

Unclear delays. Not sure what happens but I have ordered pick up orders and clicked on the ASAP button on the app. Went to pick up and the blaze was nearly empty but my order took 25 minutes to come through to the restaurant. the staff said that the order printed out 25 minutes after I submitted my order so it wasn’t like I was behind a ton of other online orders. I would have gotten my order faster by going to the store. This is only twice that it’s happened and when the app works it can be a big time saver. But I’m totally confused why sometimes the orders don’t submit and print immediately. Pay attention to your projected pick up times when you complete your order.

Broken and unfunctioning. This app is as useless as a NASCAR driver with claw machine hands and potatoes for feet. The UI for the most part works as intended, but the real issues lies when you go to check out pizza. When you reach the page where you input your personal information and card details, the app literally crashes and boots you back into the main menu. I have tried updating IOS, updating the app, reinstalling it, and even tried ON ANOTHER PHONE. And it has ceased to function whenever it got to that point in the order. This app is the equivalent to ED in the food services app world. I’m going to dominos.

Crazy good!. I’m a fairly new customer but now a frequent one. The pizza is so fresh and good and salads amazing. The staff at the Fondren location is friendly & efficient. They not only suggested app but helped me understand how to use it. Ordering with app works great for me. More pizza & extras quickly and accurately.

App doesn’t open. App does not work. Picture of App, even after version updated, and it still shows same picture w no ability to log in. 12 max. Updated IOS Just an overall, uninspired, sloppy experience. I’ve removed / deleted the App. Now I’ve reloaded it. Now the login isn’t working. So I go thru ur password reset process and KNOW u know me because u have pestered me w unwanted emails so much in the past. Now I find ur servers are not sending the password reset email. Could be user error but sure doesn’t feel that way w so many things going wrong. Think I’ll go try something else for dinner! Just feels sloppy.

An app is good if you can’t use it. Every time the app has forced me to do an update it logs me out and then my password doesn’t work and when I reset the password it still doesn’t work. So I have to create a whole news account and lose any points/rewards I’ve built up or I just don’t get any because I decide not to use the app. The fact that this that this has happened several times after different updates is ridiculous. Just horrible.

Can't sign in or sign up with Apple. This app used to work just fine. I chose to use the Apple sign in option and that worked until several months ago when it randomly signed me out. Now when I go to sign in with Apple, it brings up the iOS "Continue" prompt, I tap continue, Face ID activates, says it's "done" then just dumps me back to the login screen. If I try to create a new account using the Apple option, it literally does nothing (Yes, I checked the box to accept the T&C). What's more, the same thing happens on the website! I have tried several times in the past 6+ months, and it's the same every time. It persists after multiple iOS and app updates. Blaze, if I can't sign in, your online services are useless to me, and I'm more likely to choose to eat somewhere else.

Not optimized for curbside. When you opt for curbside pick up, there is a notice that says what number to call upon arrival. That’s it. There is nowhere to retrieve that info, no button to click to let them know you are there. No phone numbers to click on… I looked it up and called- phones were down at the store apparently. So I’m at curbside with toddlers in the car and have no way to let them know I’ve been there calling. Frustrating yes

Pizza is great. App is broken. Declined every credit card I tried. Alright I thought, I’ll go to my computer. Nope, got to the end and the field for entering your card number is greyed out and there is no way to enter it. Alright I thought, maybe its because I used firefox, Chrome will work. Nope chrome has same issue. I had to buy a giftcard, wait for it to be emailed to me, and finally I was able to order. It’s kind of hilarious how bad their site/app are. (Also, the link that says gift cards takes you somewhere completely different on the site). Someone designed this app in 2017 then quit

They are on it at this location.. I love how I have time to leave work and make it back with time to spare. They always follow my instructions and it’s ready when I get there. They do an amazing job. They are so friendly and it’s always clean. Thanks so much for exceeding my expectations every time!

Placed order, got time estimate, no pizza when I arrived. The app let me place an order through every step including using rewards I’ve been saving for a long time. It even said when the order would be ready. I showed up to Blaze and they had no record of the order. And now the app says that location isn’t taking online orders. Not a great app experience. And… no record of the order in the app now. All I got was an email trying to make sure my sign in was legitimate. :(

Terrible App Service. Pie day required downloading the app, which I did and signed up using Apple as it offered. It did not offer me the pie day reward. I tried to then change my password since I thought it may be a “sign in with Apple” issue. Once I did that I tried again, no 3.14 pie reward. Cancelled my order and re did the order, then it wouldn’t let me pick it up until 2:15 pm. My coworkers will now enjoy their pizza and I will find somewhere else to order, thanks! I have removed the app and refuse to eat here, simply on principal.

Love Blaze. I loved it after eating this pizza I feel good about what I’ve eaten. I feel the ingredients are fresh and it’s a healthier version of a food that is not always the most nutritious. Our location in Holly Springs has worked hard amongst staff shortages and the recent pandemic. So grateful close to my house!

Terrible app. I have been going to blaze for over 2 years and love their pizza. I used to use the app all the time. Recently I went to use it and told there was an update and I was signed out. I couldn’t get back into my old account and lost all my rewards. I made a new account and tried to order twice and was signed out again and was not given any confirmation that my order had gone threw. I called the store to place a phone order finally because I was so frustrated. Only to get to the store to find out one of my online orders did actually come threw and I was charged for both. I wish I was kidding when I tell you this app charged me 5 times for the same pizza and when I asked the store to refund me I was told I needed to call my bank. To add to it all once I finally got my pizza the middle was not fully cooked a issue I have never had before with blaze. Overall terrible app and experience and my favorite pizza place just turned into a place I’ll never visit again.

No menu available. This app used to be very useful, but recently it was been getting worse. Although Blaze near our house seems to be perpetually unable to accept online orders, which is probably more of a technical issue and not an app issue, the lack of being able to see a menu anywhere is mind numbing. Even if I can’t order online there should at least be a menu that I can see. Having a party with Blaze Pizza and taking orders before I head out and the question always comes up: “What do they have?” Who knows!?!?

Blazing phenomenal!. Not only is this one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had but it is also one of the coolest, most straightforward and sharply designed app for pizzas! Take out all the complications, the (unnecessary) bells and whistles of the big chain restaurants, add beautiful pictures, sleek design and the option to schedule your delivery time and you have a winning app!

App never works with promos. Every time I try to use the app to order for pickup, I end up giving up and going somewhere else. As I go to check out and pick my promo, whether a current offer or using my accumulated points, it glitches at checkout. Of course it will allow me to checkout without any kind of promo, but that adds $10 or more to the cost. My kids keep asking for blaze pizza because they like it, but the app is too frustrating to use. And like others have noted, customer service is non-existent since you cannot reach anyone that could possibly help. That’s the last time I try to order from Blaze.

Concept=Great. Execution=BAD. Great pizza. Awesome concept. Love the keto crust option. But this app… needs so much work. Logs me out multiple times during order processing. My saved card and info will populate during checkout and immediately disappear. Bugs and glitches galore. Can’t earn my rewards if I can’t use my account to order. Also adding a receipt after the fact to earn points is impossible. App gives me an error every time. Please work on this so I can order my pizza and get my points without pulling my hair out.

Tentative blazer. The last two times I ordered pizzas with the app, I had some problems. In general, the pizzas are good, though it depends on who makes them. It would be nice if the prep was consistent because some workers don’t care about making a pizza that’s good with evenly spread out toppings and made with care. I would go more often if it was consistently good. One other time, the workers hadn’t even started my online order and four workers were doing other tasks and no other customers were in the restaurant - I had arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. I am hopeful that this order I just sent is good.

Glitches to make your hair pull out. I tried to order on the app and got to the point where I was ready to apply my rewards for a free pizza. I got a message saying "Rewards Applied" and... no discount in the actual price. I tried pressing checkout and it wouldn't allow me to checkout, even with the non-discounted price! I tried everything in the book to reset the app, log out and log in again, reset my password, tried the browser version, even turned my phone on and off. I tried changing the pick-up location to the next closest store (3 miles farther away from my store) and the rewards worked for THAT store! When I switched back to my store again, the rewards don't work! Along the way I ran into an insane number of ancillary issues and glitches with my account password not being recognized, my saved credit card info being deleted from my account randomly?? The list goes on! Its always been a crappy app, but they lost a sale and possibly a customer with how frustrating this thing was to use.

Awesome Pizza!!. Blaze has so many options for my growing family! It has cauliflower and keto so no one feels left out when we go. I love all the fresh ingredients. My kids even eat the veggies on their pizza! 🤯 knowing everything is fresh and fast for my busy life helps me choose Blaze over other brands. They even have drizzles that you can add at the end onto your pizza 🍕 BBQ drizzle is 💣 The new app has only made ordering and getting the things we love even easier!

I love the Blaze pizza app. So we are going to a musical that will not serve any food. But we were already on our way in the car. In a panic we downloaded the blaze pizza app and frantically ordered our favorite pizza, and punched in the necessary credit card numbers and stuff. We thought we would have to wait in the parking lot for out pizza but it was hot and ready when we got there and Sharlie (the sweetest old lady you have ever met) brought our pizza right out to the car. Overall I am giving this app 5 stars.

New user.. The app keeps giving me indications I have a message. A number over the app keeps going up. It now says 11. But no new messages notifications or rewards are available. How do I clear the number. Or read what ever it is trying to tell me.

Not responsible for missing item?. I placed an order using this app tonight. 3 pizzas and a cheese bread were delivered without a drink, 2 sauces for the bread, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, napkins and utensils ordered together. I called the store asking for a refund at least for the paid drink, but they refused to do so, blaming “Uber Eats or Doordash”. I told them that I did not use either of those apps but used the Blaze Pizza app to order them directly. But all they told me was to contact the delivery 3rd party because they ‘completed’ the order. I had to look for the receipt to find out it was Doordash. I installed the app to het a help with an order but I was not able to, because my order does NOT appear there. If Blaze Pizza is not taking responsibilities on the order taken on this app, I will never use this app again. Poor customer service…

Potential disaster if using App for delivery. Have eaten in-person in the store without issue. And have used their app for delivery several times without incident. But tonight ordered two pizzas from them using their own app, the app said it was delivered yet my pizza was not here. That’s when I realized what bad customer service they had if using delivery via their app. Actually bad customer service doesn’t describe it because it’s actually no customer service. There is no way to reach the local restaurant because it goes straight to voicemail, and when you call the corporate number they tell you you have to go on the website to the help section. When you go there your only option is to send them a message of why your experience was bad. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone and ask if they can re-deliver your order or give you a refund. So you would sit hungry wondering what’s going on trying to contact the store for an hour before finally just giving up. Their app has no option to click if a problem with your order or your delivery. If I had ordered through Uber eats (or doordash) I could’ve messaged someone through the app and gotten it re-delivered, but using the blaze app there is no way for anyone to help you, and no way to reach the store. This was such a bad experience, I’ll never patronize Blaze again. Hopefully I’ll somehow get my $30 refunded

Poor app. This app is very poorly designed and you better hope everything goes perfectly. The app marks your order “picked up” and completed before the order is even started, meaning there is no way to cancel it. I scheduled a pick up time and I had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time only for the store to cancel my order. The app had already marked the order picked up because the pick up time had passed, so there was nothing I could do.

Unable to order via app. Ever since I got the app update I have not been able to order online. My husband has had to go in each time to place an order. I’ve removed the app and downloaded it again and still having same issues. Receiving message that a location doesn’t offer online ordering. Huh? I’ve ordered online there before. It shows on the app map & there’s a big & button the says “Start Order”? I used to be able to order online at least once a week no problem. Now not so much or should I say not at all? Please fix it.

Ok but limited and sometimes frustrating. When it works and have what you want, the app works great. I’m giving it lower stars, however, because: 1- you can’t order a half pizza 2- when you take the time to add everyone to your cart, and try to checkout, THEN it tells you the location is too busy to pick ‘a later time’, which you can’t do - so you give up and go somewhere else. I love blaze - and would love to use the app. I’d love it if you would consider these enhancements.

Disappointing Loyalty Program. Love it when a company encourages you to sign up for points - you earn them - then they delete them when they update their app. 🤔 Just got an email noting my points were expiring soon - to go onto the app and they are already deleted. 😠

Gfree and Dfree Options on new App. Love Blaze! Great options for gluten sensitive and dairy free. Love that we can enjoy good pizza again

Must download app for pizza deal. Why would I want to download a 2 star rating app? Because apparently I can’t get the ‘Pi deal’ without the app. Silly

Dont Bother. The only thing worse than their website which does not work on a mobile is their app which ironically also does not work on a mobile.

Stepped working. Can’t place an orders. When I finished my order. The check out button is in light orange and not responding at all. I turned off the app and restart it nothing happens

Cannot get rid of red dot 🔴 notification. Love the app, but no matter what I do and try to do, I just can’t get rid of the 🔴 notification on my Home Screen and I find that really annoying! Before when a notification came through for an offer, and after opening up the app, it would go away. But now it doesn’t do that anymore…..It just sits there Please fix…..!!!

App could not launch. Downloaded twice and both times the app will try to open and a message will come up that says “app could not launch” and a button to press OK then the app closes.

Why do my flames expire?. There is no good reason for this. Im not a regular at blaze but I'm still collecting flames as i visit. Out of nowhere i get an email saying that my flames will expire in a week!?!??!??? I haven't even earned enough for a free pizza and now i gotta restart the process from the beginning. Some loyalty program this is. Smh

Saving Time and Money!!. Okay it’s amazing app, you can order ahead. Walk in and your pizza is ready, “Saving Time!!” Also got an online pick up deal, “Saving money”. If that isn’t enough earn points to other extras!!!

App. What does the number in the right hand corner of the app thumbnail stand for? The number keeps increasing and I can’t get rid of it. It’s in a red circle on the top right hand corner.

Broken useless app. Bought a pizza, got the receipt, immediately scanned the barcode to get flamed, and it said oops the code was already claimed. Tried to enter manually, saw thing. Restarted app, same thing, no flames earned. Totally useless app.

No barcode on receipts to scan. What’s the point of the scan barcode feature if there is no barcode given on the receipts? No way to redeem points after purchase 👎🏼

Better interface but has limited options. When my partner and I go to Blaze, we always order half the pizza with different ingredients because we like different things. We also like the vegan chorizo. The app doesn’t have either options 👎, so I’ll only be using it for rewards.

No problem with APP with me. I’ve used this APP at Disney Springs in Florida and also in Burlington, Ontario Canada. I’ve not really had any issues. You use the APP for purposes of rewards and redeeming them. I’ve even got emails which say they miss me and offer me a BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE. I use the same APP in Canada as in Florida which pleases me. We’ve brought friends to BLAZE at Disney Springs numerous times and every one of them have loved it....I want to send this review but every Nickname I enter it says it is already used.

Awful App. Using a promotion like Pi Day that can only be used on your app is just highlighting how useless your app is.

Love the app. Never had any issues with the app and I use it all the time when ordering my food!!

If you are in Canada this app is useless. I purchased a gift card on the app to pay for my order only to find out that I can only redeem it in the us. Canadians used to be able to order online but can no longer because we can no longer order to pay in store and we can not input a credit card because the app requires a number only zip code. Canadians have postal codes with letters not zip codes.

Can’t log in or reset my password. I loved this app in the beginning but I don’t know what happened. It won’t let me login, or reset my password. Try to create at new account nothing. I think it’s broken

Terrible!!!. If I could give zero stars I would. They advertised rewards incentives for switching from the old app to the new one a few weeks ago. Which I thought was great because we love the food! However, I switched to the new app and tried to place my online order and use the reward advertised but the damn app keeps crashing. It’s been almost a month of trying every few days and it’s the same. I Guess Blaze just lost my family’s business!

Fail!. opened app to update rewards and is stuck on home page can not do anything. please address and fixthis issue! do not want to delete and reload app as will lose my rewards.

Bad changes to app. Newest app update changed the order format. Those of us who have to order the gluten free crust don’t even have a place now to indicate that’s the crust. No options or notes to put in so cannot order. Then when you call they want you to use the app which as I clearly pointed out doesn’t work!

New app buggy. New app is terrible. You can’t even login. It’s very buggy. It’s almost like a web browser when you go to open it and it’s trying to load ads - and every time you try to goto the login screen it changes as your typing to a splash ad for cheesy bread, and it won’t let you login — and it turns like a solid white screen and then Back to more advertisements.

App is garbage. Couldn’t sign up with Facebook, my wife signed up and never got the $3 March 14 offer. On top of all of that the terrible Sunridge calgary location closed the doors at 9:30 when the location closes at 10, so I wasted my time with this piece of crap app and franchise.

Love my blaze keto pizza!. The Burlington Guelph line location always makes me the best pizza. I eat keto and their keto pizza is next to none! It is delicious!!!

Not Available in Canada?. If your app cannot even show your Canadian locations, perhaps it shouldn’t be downloadable from the App Store in Canada. Might save complete and absolute frustration in trying to make something work that never will!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going elsewhere to eat as you can’t even look at your menu without “finding a location” first. Sitting in front of your restaurant that doesn’t exist in your app!!!

Useless.. This app is supposed to get your rewards so you can earn free pizzas etc. Every time I get to blaze pizza and open my app to scan it requires anotherrrrr update. Ridiculous. I don’t have time in a busy lineup to update an app.

Login issues. I can login fine through a browser but I can never log in on the app. It says I have had too many login attempts even though I get this message on the first attempt and I know my username and password is correct because I use a password manager. Do better.

Good pizza, terrible app. My family loves Blaze, but I hate ordering with the app sooooo much that it pains me to spend money here. Simple suggestions that would *vastly* improve things: 1. Validate delivery and chosen address before anything else in the order process. Don't let users complete a full order only to find that they can't add their address for delivery, forcing them to potentially choose a different location and lose the entire order. Brutal. 2. Allow for entry of special instructions for every item in the order. You are all about custom when in the restaurant, and that experience needs to extend to the app. Can't ask for more or less of certain ingredients, glove changes, etc. 3. Allow for naming of each item in the order. Allows your customers to avoid having to read the ingredient lists of every pie to ensure everyone gets what they ordered. Overall, flip the experience on its head. If the in restaurant experience had the same conditions and limitations as the app, would that be the experience you want to build a successful brand on? No way it would, and there's really no excuse for allowing the online experience to lag so far behind. I'm sure no one will read or act on this, but I feel better now. 🙄

App Crashes!!!. Used to work awesome and now before you can check out it blacks out the screen!! Please fix!!

App stopped working. We used to use the app to order our usual pizzas, but the app all of a sudden stopped working. These companies that have apps for food ordering really need to hire better testers to fully test the apps before releasing updates to the App Store to prevent this kind of things from happening.

Rewards don’t work. I’ve gone in twice now to use a reward and it won’t register at the till. The staff cannot do anything to override this, and if you order ahead of time you’re basically out of luck and have to pay the full price.

App is trash. Don’t waste your time with this app the online ordering doesn’t acknowledge the reward system that they use. Staff won’t know how to credit you the correct rewards. Customer service is also lacking via email.

Amazing. It’s literally the one of the best pizza places in Burlington!! I love this place, all the time when me and my son go here our mouth’s start watering like crazy! This pizza is a 5 star for sure!!

No options. This app sucks. I can’t even choose the option to place a GF pizza. Or make any changes to toppings. It’s better to use skip or just go in yourself. But then you don’t get the rewards.

App works really well. It’s easy to order on the app and it keeps track of rewards you’ve earned and allows you to easily redeem them in the checkout process. It’s super simple.

App does not work and no support. The app is suppose to allow for you to scan your barcode at the till and log your account to get Blaze points. The barcode scan does not work at all. Found out you need to type a code in manually from the bottom of your receipt is only way it will register points. Contacted app support about the points not registering, it’s been 2 weeks and counting without any reply. Haven’t eaten and blaze since and wouldn’t advise anyone else to until they provide customer service

Buggy update. Blaze’s app, like their pizza, has always been quite good. Until this latest update. Trying to order a pizza, once I selected the store, the “Order” button was completely unresponsive. Closed the app, restarted it and….it never gets beyond the opening splash screen. Restarted my iPhone…. It hangs on the opening screen. Over and over, the same thing. Really hope an update patch is released and fixes this. Soon.

Online system doesn’t work. You’re online system for Garner location does not work. But my son and I love your pizza so much I did it through the app.👍🏼

App is garbage. I have nothing against the restaurant. The food is good, but the app is garbage. I went to try to log into the app to look at my rewards but it wouldn’t let me log in. So I changed the password and still, I wouldn’t let me log in. I would answer and pass the Captcha test over and over again. It still won’t let me log in. I rate this app zero stars. Get it fixed.

Loving it. New to this area and is happy that I found this place to order my pizza! Ordering online is soo easy and pickup quick.

Incredibly unprofessional. Two orders in a row had different app malfunctions. I contacted customer service and they accused myself and my husband of having jailbroken phones and laptops as rationale for their interface not working properly. Customer service has not been responsive to my follow up. I didn’t bother to complain about the second malfunction because it doesn’t seem to go anywhere.

Usability needs work. My “place order” button kept jumping up on the screen. Also I wish it would auto fill my contact info and credit card info from my saved addresses and payments from my phone or Google.

Blazin!. The app is easy to use and provides the ability to customize your order.

It does exactly what it says on the tin. UI can be annoying sometimes and I prefer the desktop version but i can order my pizza easily and that’s what’s important.

Best Pizza in Brea. I’ve been going to the Blaze Pizza on imperial Boulevard since it opened. The food is absolutely delicious, service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is always super clean and has plenty of seating for families. Love this place!

Can’t view announcements. I have push notifications and badges but when I open the app, there is no where to view those notifications. Used to have a tab for news for promos or announcements that aren’t there anymore. :((

Happy. I’m super happy with the blaze update! Now instead of having the pre made pizzas toppings pre selected I can customize it how I want it. Super easy to navigate. Very user friendly. Would recommend 10/10

App frequently signs you out during the check out process. I want to order pizza, I don’t understand why blaze doesn’t want to take my money by having an app that signs you out of your account when it try to check out during the check out prices. No one in my family can order through this app and we all have different phones

Garbage app that doesn’t work. 5 times I have tried to use this for rewards and not one point earned tried scanning tried uploading the receipts and nothing and if I scan the app it says accepts it and won’t print the barcode out on the receipt like it took it and when I try putting the receipt number in the app it just pops an error up and closes the app

Easy app ordering!. I placed a large order on the app with ease. Timing was great because it will be ready when we arrive. I was also able to use Blaze Rewards we had earned easily. I highly recommend!

no customer service. I reached out to express disappointment in my burnt cauliflower pizza. It was impossible to send in feedback via app. I was able to submit online in may but it’s august and never got a response to- date. I went back recently and ordered a large pizza. The cashier said that the scanner for rewards was not working and told me t submit via app. I did but never got my points. I tried contacting customer service via app but again, did not work. A good company should have a team to back up the product they have with a support team but that’s impossible. Very disappointed.

Can’t log in. Never been able to log in and actually earn rewards. Easy to order pizza. But when I go on the blaze website on my phone browser or use the app and try to log in, nothing happens. The screen is just stuck there. I have an account. Just keep ordering pizza and getting no reward points.

Missing Out on Flames. Love the app, easy to order. Haven’t had a problem yet except for the fact that I can’t log in. Reset my password so I know that’s not the issue but app will still not allow me to log in so I’m missing out on the rewards.

First time using the updated app.. Everything went well. I like seeing the total of rewards points. Not enough letters for detail instructions. I made due. Not bad for the first time using the updated app.

Broke app. I love how this app logged me out and won’t let me log back in. And when I go to enter the proper login information it says it’s not valid. I go to reset my password and then it says my email is invalid. I have the login information saved on my phone and the app is telling me the info is wrong and won’t let me reset my password…fix your retarded app.

Blaze Pizza!!! 😋. Very easy to order online! In store is just as easy all you do is go down the line and pick your own toppings in and out in 10-15 minutes!

Cannot order. Whenever I try to order on the app I get a message “So Close!” before being prompted to finish a few things before my order can be put in. However nothing resolves this issue. Opening and closing the app does nothing. Switching orders does nothing. Changing toppings does nothing. Very unfortunate. I have used this app twice including this time. The first time was annoying but at least I got my order.

New App is terrible. Bad UI and UX. App is slow to show past orders. Things break constantly with errors. Most the time I give up and order from someplace else. If you reorder and an ingredient isn’t available let me edit the order instead of making me start from scratch. Items randomly disappear from options. It was bad before but got so much worse. And no ApplePay!

Additional items. On the app, we used to be able to add items to the pizzas without having to built your own. Sad that that option went away.

Disappointing app. The user interface has consistently been difficult when it comes to ordering and staying logged in. Also the lack of customization for orders does not reflect the customization that can be done in person at a blaze location.

Overall great but…. Would love an option to do different toppings on each half of a pizza so my kids can share like they do when we order in the store

User interface is MESSED UP. I’ve used this app before, and loved it. However, when I tried to use it this evening, the screen kept changing size, and I was unable to scroll around and select the items I wanted to add to my pizza. I am so frustrated that I am going to place my order using a browser. I hope that works.

App is useless. This App is useless. Worked fine until the update a few days ago. Now it doesn’t work at all. Nothing has changed on my iPhone. I suspect a lot of these reviews are paid by Blaze. I’ve talked to a couple other friends who are having the same problem. App is unstable, Juno’s from page to page, and won’t let me log in to my account. Horrible.

Rewards not redeemable online. Recently every reward I try to apply online does not work. Regard of which reward I select or location. Very frustrating as I don’t like to waste time sitting at the restaurant waiting for my food to be ready when I can usually order ahead and pick it up without having to sit on the store.

This helps nothing and makes it harder. This app wants to track you, wants to email you, wants to spam you. Extremely glitchy, wants to like to your social media for some inconceivable reason, and just… fails far too often. If it filled any function not covered by better apps it would be worth it. It does not, and is not. Delete immediately to avoid spam.

Favorite pizza!. All ingredients are incredibly fresh with lots of variety depending on your taste. Service is wonderful and the people seem to enjoy working there. Pizza is incredibly delicious, hot when you receive it, and done in a very timely fashion.

Needs apple pay. Like the food but in 2021 any app that doesnt utilize apple pay is not good. Especially when you can used apple pay in store.

Fix your stupid app. Holy cow, fix your stupid app. ONE DAY IN THE YEAR when there’s a decent deal, on Pi Day. And the stupid Pi Day deal wouldn’t show up on my phone, I couldn’t sign up or login with Facebook or Apple, fix your trash APIs please, it’s em incredibly frustrating to have to drive all the way to a physical store and then find out that the app is glitching and you have to pay full price while other lucky people get away with paying much less.

Great Pizza. I’m from the NE part of the USA where the pizza will always be the best but Blaze comes very very close. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. Crust to cheese everything is excellent.

Great app but…. Great app easy to use but there seems to be a bug or glitch with selecting the 3 topping pizza option seeing as it only lets you add 2 toppings and not 3 but yet still be charged for 3 toppings?. Can we get a fix

Easy to use. This app is great. Easy to use, love the rewards. My favorite part is how easy it is to just reorder my last order.

Burnt pizza. I ordered online for lunch & when I got back to work & started to eat my pizza it was too burnt for my liking. I mean I don’t like it burnt at all but it made the whole pizza taste burnt. I wasn’t driving back up there, we only get so much time for lunch. My coworkers was burnt as well.

Program bug. Hi! I usually really like the app and the service, but there’s been some sort of bug in the app recently. I can’t log in no matter what I try - I’ve reset my password and done the captcha’s but every time it sends me right back to the log in page again. I haven’t ordered at Blaze since this because I want to do the online ordering and I want to use my points.

Less options. The option to add pineapple and extra mozzarella topping is no longer available with the new update.

Love Love Love. I absolutely love blaze. You can definitely get cheaper and bigger pizzas anywhere else, but for some reason I’m constantly drawn to Blaze! It’s just so freaking delicious!

Absolutely useless. This app isn’t allowing me to login, it crashes and reloads when I try. I talked to Blaze support and they locked me out of account and kept reseting my password. Thankfully I was able to get into the website and regain the access they stole to my account. They don’t understand their app is crashing and want to reset the password. Their support isn’t support. If you have a problem you’re on your own.

Horrible. I downloaded the app for the Pi day deal but it kept timing out or logging me out whenever I tried to order. The offer also disappeared and the cashier told me it was used when the app didn’t even let me order. This app is absolutely horrible and has so many bugs to the point where you get scammed.
